Halfway through the month of January on the fifteenth, and
here we go right as far how does this cold
weather relate to the bridge construction. I like to keep
you in the loop on that one because it's a
big topic of conversation with it being so cold, the
pouring of the concrete. You need to struggle with that
a little bit. It hasn't delayed the project as of now.

We're still aiming for that March opening, which gives us
lots of time. But just be aware that, Yeah, I mean,
construction's tough in any contractor, work in any temperature is tough,
but for anyone experiencing it right now, I'm sending you

broke some records, but it definitely dethroned Joe Rogan's podcast,
and we just he's kind of him and Alex Cooper
set the standard in the bar as far as like
numbers go on the podcasting charts. Right when she announced
and released her first episode early in December, it dethroned
Joe Rogan, which has now put her in the running

for the Emerging Podcast of twenty twenty five at our
iHeartRadio Podcast Awards on March tenth, and here she is
talking about it yesterday.
