Speaker 1 (00:00):
Because you're waking up with fifth in the morning time morning,
while Monday came knocking quick. God, the summer weekends go
by so fast. So if you didn't get a chance
to scroll social media, get caught up, and you're just
kind of getting your day started.
Speaker 2 (00:12):
Who isn't chit chat Roulette?
Speaker 1 (00:15):
Is all the biggest topics that you might have missed
over the last seventy two hours.
Speaker 2 (00:18):
We put them in our theoretical wheel.
Speaker 3 (00:21):
And Sarah thinking of summer and we how are we
already like in mid season four?
Speaker 2 (00:25):
And Summer's niven? Here yet?
Speaker 1 (00:27):
Dude, it's Father's Day?
Speaker 2 (00:30):
Weekend? Is this weekend? Didn't we just celebrate Father's Day
like last year?
Speaker 1 (00:37):
Sarah, Let's not start violence here in this morning, like
I love my dad.
Speaker 2 (00:41):
But here we go. Let me put the timer on.
Speaker 1 (00:44):
We have to keep track of the five minutes because
my boss yells at us. Sarah never stops scrolling social media.
I often put my phone down on the weekend, So
let's get.
Speaker 3 (00:52):
Caught up minutes my whole social media feed this weekend.
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelcey at Travis's cousin's wedding in
Tennessee and they looked so normal.
Speaker 2 (01:06):
They really did.
Speaker 1 (01:07):
She was in that floor length like blue floral gown, just.
Speaker 3 (01:13):
A little two thousand dollars summer dress, no big, just
too cute. Yeah, yeah, with the wavy bang and the
I mean just the flawless looking makeup. And I'm sitting
there looking at her makeup and hair and I'm like, now,
did she do that herself or did she get it done?
Speaker 2 (01:28):
If she can do a wavy bang like that on
her own, good the cart it's perfectly lined.
Speaker 1 (01:33):
But she wouldn't get your makeup done for someone else's
cousin's wedding.
Speaker 2 (01:37):
I mean maybe you would if you're in the celebrity world,
right a billion dollars.
Speaker 1 (01:40):
You and I are very different. You would get your
hair makeup someone's wedding. I would do it on my own. Yeah,
they're just like us. I mean everyone's got a spring
or summer wedding to go to this year. I'm going
to one in Ireland in a week. So if you're
looking to be like Taylor, yeah, this was just a
casual backyard wedding.
Speaker 2 (01:56):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (01:57):
All of the photos are all of our social media.
The common are so funny. People are saying, look, I
would ditch the groom. If I'm the bride and just
take all my photos, I'd have the first dance with Taylor,
Like why not? Who is the groom? Anyways?
Speaker 2 (02:09):
Would you want her at your wedding you're given the opportunity?
Speaker 3 (02:12):
Yes, why because I love Taylor Swift. I've been a
Swifty for twenty years. Like, of course I'd want her there.
Speaker 1 (02:18):
It's gotta be a bizarre thing, though, right because it's
your day. Right, you get married one time theoretically.
Speaker 2 (02:24):
And you're sharing your day with Taylor. Unless you're a
millennial parent, what do you think would you want her there?
Speaker 3 (02:28):
Or like Rihanna, since that's like your big star in
your life if.
Speaker 1 (02:31):
We were close, if we were close, and that was
my batch, Like, yes, I would want you there.
Speaker 2 (02:37):
If I'm getting married.
Speaker 1 (02:38):
If there's a day on Earth where Tiffany Potter gets married,
no party something, nozary something, But no one is coming
to that wedding unless I have a personal relationship with them.
Speaker 2 (02:49):
We're tight, So.
Speaker 1 (02:50):
Taylor Swift, no, which means you know Auntie Karen's cousins, mother,
sister's not coming. If I don't know your Auntie Karen,
she's not coming.
Speaker 2 (02:58):
Imagine if you.
Speaker 3 (02:59):
Were on Karen and you did not RSVP, and you
chose to like go somewhere else and you're swifty, and
you see the photos, Oh my god, regrets. So I'm
sure she didn't really talk about it the bride, you know,
saying hey, Taylor's gonna be there, right, because maybe Travis
kind of surprised everybody by braining here.
Speaker 1 (03:16):
I don't know, and I'm gonna be feral on my
wedding day, like on the dance floor. I don't want
there to be photos and video.
Speaker 2 (03:21):
I don't know. That's my take on him, since he
for everybody there, what a time. And again, they just
looked so normal.
Speaker 3 (03:28):
I'm like, we never see Taylor and Travis in this
normal sort of setting like stars.
Speaker 2 (03:32):
They're just like us. Travis's hair, he looks like a Kendall.
I think he's got to cut it. It's coming. Yeah,
he's too pretty for me making a hair we have.
It's headband season for Joe Burrow. I saw those videos.
Speaker 3 (03:45):
And mandatory mini camp starts tomorrow. So just a REMINDERR
because there's all the Trey Hendricks and drama veterans that
do not show up to these mandatory mini camps. Guess
how much they have to pay in a fine fifty
thousand bucks per day per day. So do you think
Trey will go or not?
Speaker 2 (04:04):
I don't know.
Speaker 3 (04:05):
We'll see all the drama unravels tomorrow.
Speaker 2 (04:08):
And it's been unraveling sports news. What happened to that
guy trapped underneath the tarp at the Red Scheme? What
day was that, Sarah?
Speaker 3 (04:15):
That was a I believe that was Friday night, the
night that we were there for Pride Night, and they
were putting the tarp down. Yeah, they ended up postponing
the game. They picked it up in the seventh inning
on Saturday afternoon. But but yeah, the video that went viral.
This happens all the time, though it does. Yeah, and
I wouldn't need therapy. I wouldn't be okay, I'd be okay.
I felt clusterphobic just watching the video.
Speaker 2 (04:36):
They were like trying to find them. I thought there
was an animal. I didn't know it was them.
Speaker 3 (04:40):
Yeah, and I used to damn a guy that worked
on the on the the crew, the grounds crew.
Speaker 2 (04:46):
It is scary how often that happens.
Speaker 3 (04:48):
They said that there was a girl at the time
and she got stuck under there and and that thing.
Speaker 2 (04:52):
Is heavyaycause the heavy tarp.
Speaker 1 (04:55):
Yeah, speaking of dating, want to get your take on this.
I went out with Tom Brady on Friday night and
I paid for dinner.
Speaker 2 (05:02):
And it was expensive.
Speaker 1 (05:03):
It was probably it was like one hundred and twenty
bucks and I went to go pay for it and
he's like no, Like he was like no, no, no, yeah,
I said no, like you had a busy, hard week,
Like I am an adult with a full blown salary,
Like I could pay. I could pay for dinner, and
I wanted to celebrate him he had a busy week
and successful, so I picked up the tab. The next
day when we were hanging out, we ended up getting
(05:24):
on this conversation about like why we like each other.
I'm like, you know, what are the things about me?
And he's like, honestly, the fact that you paid for
dinner the other night the last time, I should say,
was so nice and so like I've never he's he
he made it seem like a girl has never paid
for a dinner for him, and I felt like that
was odd.
Speaker 2 (05:41):
Well look at you, I love new love. Well okay,
well relax before we get there.
Speaker 1 (05:46):
This is conversation we're gonna get into next So five
one three, seven, four nine one o seven one. He
was like blown away by the fact the girl had
picked up the tab.
Speaker 2 (05:55):
It had never happened for him before.
Speaker 3 (05:57):
I don't do that for guys, so I could no shock. Yeah, yeah,
I'm one of those girls. I get the alligator arms.
Speaker 2 (06:10):
The well venmo you later. You're such a better woman
than me. But good for you.
Speaker 1 (06:14):
But I okay, So I guess you're confirming I thought
women picked up the tab, you know, every once in
a while, maybe that every single time.
Speaker 2 (06:21):
Maybe it's a split, but I was like, no problem.
Speaker 3 (06:24):
Yeah, like maybe a skip of ice cream or something.
But if I see that Bill and Jeff Rubies and
it's two hundred bucks alligator.
Speaker 1 (06:34):
Five went three seven seven one, what are your thoughts
on girls.
Speaker 2 (06:38):
Picking up the full tab? Good morning?
Speaker 1 (06:41):
You're waking up with in the morning on a kiss
one oh seven one, Happy Monday. We're in the midst
of talking about girls paying for dinner.
Speaker 2 (06:48):
Good morning, LORI sharp Page, Good morning. I don't typically
bringing in for this.
Speaker 1 (06:52):
We're obviously going to get to mental health Mondays here
in a few minutes, but.
Speaker 2 (06:57):
Like, do you pick up well, I guess you're married,
so you would pick it up picking up the tab
you have the same tab or you have the same
bank account of SA. Yeah, we do.
Speaker 4 (07:04):
But you know, previous, previously, when we were dating, and
even prior to dating my husband. I like to treat
every now and then. I am definitely like a gift giver. Yeah,
you know, and so a nice dinner is something like that.
Speaker 2 (07:16):
So I like to treat.
Speaker 4 (07:16):
But I know that there's a lot of you love,
a lot of feelings about it.
Speaker 2 (07:20):
It's layered. It's layered.
Speaker 1 (07:22):
Yeah, if you're just walking into the conversation. I had
mentioned a few minutes ago that I went out with
Tom Brady for dinner on Friday and I was happy
to pay for I said, no, like, I want to
treat you.
Speaker 2 (07:32):
I want to you know, you.
Speaker 1 (07:33):
Had a busy week, we're celebrating. I will pay for it.
And the man was blown away by that fact. He
had said that he no girl has ever bought him
dinner before.
Speaker 2 (07:42):
Yeah, that's what you said.
Speaker 4 (07:43):
So like, you made a huge impression just by doing
something that felt natural and authentic for you, which I
think is a huge win and opened up a new conversation, right,
And I also feel like guys never get flowers.
Speaker 2 (07:55):
You hear that one too.
Speaker 4 (07:56):
I do hear that, and actually my husband mentioned that
a few years ago, and for his birthday a few
years back, I got him a nice flowering plant, So
I think that it's okay to mix it up. And
definitely people are saying like, this is cool, this means
something to me. Now you know that really means something
to him. Well, I'll put a poll up on social
for not connected. You can vote or you talk back
with Tiff on the iHeartRadio app. Coming up in two songs.
(08:21):
There is a viral.
Speaker 1 (08:22):
Trend that you might have seen on social about calling
your best friends and saying good night to them.
Speaker 2 (08:28):
We'll get to the science of that night
