Speaker 1 (00:00):
You're waking up with good morning, Good morning.

Speaker 2 (00:05):
I didn't watch an ounce of football yesterday, not one snap.

Speaker 3 (00:10):
Oh girl, Well that's why I'm here, Yah.

Speaker 2 (00:12):
Sarah, at least jumping in for chit chat roulette. Every
Monday right around this time, we add five minutes to
the clock. And if you didn't scroll your phone, if
you took a break from pop culture, it took a
break from Cincy. We run through all the topics in
one five minute span.

Speaker 4 (00:28):
Go ahead twelve hours yesterday I was sat chat Joe
Burrow and the Bengals were back at it. They got
the win over the Browns. Hey, it wasn't pretty, okay.
They know they've got things they have to work on.
And Joe even said that after the game in a
press conference. He goes, you know, we struggled offensively. It
didn't look good. We'll watch the tape and we'll fix it. Okay,

(00:51):
So no worries. But hey, a win is a win.
The Battle of Ohio belongs to Cincinnati.

Speaker 1 (00:57):
Thank god. It was our first win. I since twenty
twenty one.

Speaker 4 (01:01):
Week so twenty twenty one, and that's when we went
to the Super Bowl. So is this setting up for
a successful season? Hopefully they're back at home this weekend.
Thank God. Ready to see those guys at peycor Stadium
one o'clock kickoff. They are a three and a half
point favorite over the Jacksonville Jaguars, and don't forget to

(01:23):
wear your orange for the big orange outs.

Speaker 2 (01:26):
I'm just thinking about the bank being down at the
banks in the middle of an eleven block on Sundays.

Speaker 1 (01:32):
I mean, I think the weather is still gonna be nice.
Knock on wood. Yes, I love that.

Speaker 4 (01:37):
It is such a vibe. And for all of you
that love summer, TIF, I know that's you. It's coming
back this weekend. We're looking at high eighties for the weekend.
It's gonna be almost ninety degrees for that game on Sunday.

Speaker 3 (01:52):
I'm a fall girly and I'm not a fan of this.
I'm like, no, we're going backwards. I was so excited.

Speaker 2 (01:58):
I did put the heat at a heat seater on
in my card today.

Speaker 3 (02:02):
Isn't that the best?

Speaker 2 (02:03):
I feels so good.

Speaker 4 (02:04):
It was like, what forty five this morning? That's my vibe.
That's what I like. Also, in the world of sports,
our Cincinnati Reds are not out of it. They are
four back in the wild Card. They took two out
of three from the Mets over the weekend. We're not
going to see a whole lot of Reds action though,
because they are going to the West Coast.

Speaker 3 (02:21):
All of their games are at like ten o'clock at night.

Speaker 1 (02:23):
See how many games we have left.

Speaker 3 (02:25):
I think we've got nineteen, and it's a little tough.

Speaker 4 (02:28):
They go out West and then they finish out the
season with four different series against all of our divisional opponents. Okay,
so we'll see. But again it's not over. So still
cheer on your Reds and know that the season is
still going on. I know it's confusing with football still
and we lose sight of the Reds, but.

Speaker 3 (02:45):
They're still very relevant.

Speaker 1 (02:48):
Vmasor last night, raise your hand if you watch them live.

Speaker 3 (02:52):
Cannot say I was part of that.

Speaker 4 (02:54):
I was watching the Ravens and the Bills also a
really great game.

Speaker 1 (02:58):
It was Hailey Steinfeld in the crowd.

Speaker 3 (03:00):
Did not show her.

Speaker 1 (03:01):
They didn't show her, okay, and was Taylor in Brazil.

Speaker 3 (03:05):
Taylor did not make it to Brazil and the Chiefs lost.

Speaker 4 (03:08):
Well.

Speaker 1 (03:09):
The VMAs were last night.

Speaker 2 (03:10):
I too did not watch them live, but I love
watching the clips the next day, and I think the
VMAs were always.

Speaker 1 (03:16):
One of my favorites.

Speaker 2 (03:17):
There are two award shows that I sit around for
now as the Oscars and the Grammys. Yes, but these
ones come in kind of as like a tight third
and really, if I had the cable, I would watch
it live.

Speaker 1 (03:28):
Big winners.

Speaker 2 (03:29):
Mariah Carey picked up her first ever VIM was it
for her Christmas song or what?

Speaker 4 (03:33):
No?

Speaker 1 (03:33):
It was a Video Vanguard Award?

Speaker 3 (03:35):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (03:37):
Also, Pop Artists of the Year went to Sabrina Carpenter.
Video Music Award of the Year went to Ariana Grande.
Artists of the Year went to Lady Gaga and Alex
Warren picked up Best New Artists of the Year.

Speaker 1 (03:50):
Those are usually like the core four or five.

Speaker 3 (03:52):
Dude, I love it. It's all about the pop.

Speaker 4 (03:54):
Girl is now very trendy and I saw our girl,
Tate McCrae put on all of a performing for Real
Sports Car. I think I've watched it over and over.
I think I have the dance moves memorized.

Speaker 2 (04:06):
And Sabrina Carpenter let me pull up I actually play
a clip. She performed Tears Off for her new album
for the first time, and it was giving Britney spears.

Speaker 3 (04:27):
Our little Polly Pocket princess for sure.

Speaker 1 (04:30):
What are your thoughts on Britney lately?

Speaker 3 (04:32):
A Britney spears.

Speaker 4 (04:33):
I think she's out of her mind and I wish
somebody would help her out.

Speaker 3 (04:36):
Her videos terrifying.

Speaker 2 (04:38):
Do you think we made a mistake in wishing for
her freedom and the conservatorship?

Speaker 4 (04:42):
Oh? I don't know about that, but I don't know
why no one's helping her. Unfortunately, I can't do anything
to help her.

Speaker 1 (04:49):
She's just whirling around in that foyer.

Speaker 3 (04:51):
Yeah, the foyer turns there.

Speaker 2 (04:53):
The videos make me uncomfortable. I don't watch them. I
don't engage with them. I just move on. When something
is uncomfortable for me on social media, I scroll right
past it. Yes, it's like a car accident for some
where they'll watch.

Speaker 1 (05:04):
I can't. I just gives me anxiety.

Speaker 4 (05:06):
It makes me sad because she was such an icon
for so long, and you know what, she still is
an icon to most, but it's really tough to see
her struggle. Somebody that we saw pop up yesterday at
the VMA's who had not been there in what eighteen years,
Jessica Simpson girl and looking good.

Speaker 2 (05:24):
Speaking of Jessica Simpson quick Quick, Chicken of the Sea,
Tune of the Sea, Nick Lachey's tweet.

Speaker 4 (05:32):
Girl he is getting a dragged Nick, just go back
to singing or don't. I don't know, it's all bad singing.

Speaker 1 (05:44):
I will leave it there and that meantime we're still
commercial for Good Morning
