Speaker 1 (00:01):
Because you're waking up with fifth in the morning. Hun,
Can you guess the theme of this year's Western and
Southern WEBN fireworks based off of the music I'm about
to play? And you know what, maybe you already know
what the theme is? Zip It, zip it, I'm about
to play some tracks for you. Okay. By the way,

(00:22):
I was once new to fireworks. So if I'm just
so happy to catch you and you're like, why is
this fireworks show like that big of a deal? Listen,
I too once felt that way, And I remember my
boss at the time was like, no, you don't understand,
and I was like, I think I might understand, and
I was. And then I too was that girl filming
the fireworks during my first year. So it happens on

(00:44):
Sunday Riverfest completely free, both Ohio and Kentucky. They fill up.

Speaker 2 (00:49):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (00:49):
The Pella Window indoors drone show kicks off at nine
oh one and then around nine fourteen is when the
fireworks start. If you needed the timing for this weekend,
All right, here we go the theme I'm hype. Can
you guess the theme based off of the music that
I'm playing? Here we go?

Speaker 3 (01:07):
Popular, You're gone, I'll tell you the boys when you
talk to boys.

Speaker 1 (01:18):
Okay, based off of these songs together, do you know?
Do you know? Do you know the theme? Oh my
god you have? That was the Lion King. I forgot

(01:45):
to mention that the first song was popular by Arina
Grande from Wicked. I just wanted to play this too.
If you're okay with it, Yes, we need to small
let it out. Oh my god, it's so good. And

(02:10):
we have any guesses yet, do we? Because I think
for that night I am not sure which song by
the way, Okay, Also, I'm sorry, my Adhd is just
like we're spiraling this morning. So if you're curious as
to what we all talk about, since you know, we
put on the Fireworks of the Western and Southern w
eb and Fireworks here, we're all super curious about the

(02:33):
soundtrack to it because we have nothing to do with it.
It's a big, big, big surprise for us as well.
So that's what I get super giddy about is to
hear how they do the songs mixed with the Rossie fireworks.
Do we have any guesses so far yet?

Speaker 2 (03:01):
So?

Speaker 1 (03:05):
Eric, I will cry if they end the fireworks show
with that song right there? All right, so five one, three,
seven one. Do you have any guests as as to

(03:27):
what the theme is? If you already know it, you
can still call because I'm excited to hear from you
and the meantime, we're still commercial free. Good morning. I
also want to know are you Ohio Side or Kentucky?

Speaker 4 (03:37):
Hi?

Speaker 1 (03:38):
Good morning, Happy Thursday. We're a day. We're one sleep
away from the start of the long holiday weekend. You're
waking up with Tip in the morning on Kiss one
oh sev one commercial free, Good morning, you're on the air.
Do you know what the theme is to our Western
and Southern w eb and fireworks?

Speaker 4 (03:53):
Good morning?

Speaker 3 (03:54):
Yeah? I think it might be Broadway shows.

Speaker 1 (03:58):
Correct, you got it? It is a fish actually titled
booms Day the musical.

Speaker 4 (04:03):
Oh nice.

Speaker 1 (04:05):
Are you going to go to the show and we'd
hope to have you there?

Speaker 3 (04:08):
Maybe?

Speaker 1 (04:09):
Okay, what neighborhood do you live in? I'm an Amelia, Amelia.
What is your name? I almost called you Amelia from
Amelia and I know that's not your Name's Sarah.

Speaker 3 (04:18):
It's Sarah, Sarah.

Speaker 1 (04:19):
Thank you for listening to Tip in the morning. Oh,
no problem, you every morning? Thank you, well, thank you?
Have you gone to our Western Southern w eb and
fireworks in the past. I think one time. Okay, did
you sit on the Ohio side or the Kentucky side?
Kentucky side, Kentucky side? You know what? As on Ohio Girly,
I should stay on the Ohio side, but I actually

(04:41):
go to the Kentucky side. Good morning, you're on the air.

Speaker 4 (04:44):
Hey, the name is the musical wreck.

Speaker 1 (04:47):
Yeah, you got it. Are you Ohio side or you
Kentucky side? Okay, we've got one Ohio on and Kentucky.

Speaker 2 (04:54):
No.

Speaker 1 (04:55):
If you've been before, you know, if you haven't been,
You're like, why would I go down to the riverfront
for a f work show? It sounds very hillbilly. It is,
I'm gonna be honest, it is, but it is the best.
It's the best hillbilly show there is. Good Morning, you're
waking up. It'sip in the morning on Kiss one seven one.

(05:15):
We're in the midst of chit chat about our Western
and Southern WEBN fireworks or just a couple of days
away from a riverfest on Sunday. Maybe you've never gone before,
and I'm so glad that I'm catching you because it's
completely free. It's the biggest fireworks show in the country
on Sunday of Labor Day. It kicks off with the
Pella Window and Doors Drone show at nine to oh one,

(05:37):
and then shortly after that around nine fourteen is when
the fireworks portion happens, and this year's theme is Boomsday
the musical. I was at Kroger the other day looking
at the T shirts. If you haven't gotten a T
shirt yet, there are still some available. It's pretty cool.

Speaker 2 (05:52):
So are used to go every single year? Nice, I
haven't been in the last I think four or five years.
The last time that I remember actually like going going,
I was going through chemo. Oh my god, and it
was kind of miserable being there, just the crowds and

(06:13):
the way that things were being done at that point,
so I stopped going.

Speaker 1 (06:18):
Okay, Well, Gal, first of all, hope you're in remission,
and I'm glad that you were able to at least
experience it, and I would love for you to come
back and experience it, hopefully in a better way. And
thank you for the talk back with TIV. The microphone
is in the top right hand corner of the iHeartRadio app.
Good morning.

Speaker 4 (06:36):
I don't think i've ever been to the fireworks. If
I have, it was when I was a kid. The
only reason I haven't now as an adult is because
of the traffic in the crowd that I hear is
down there. Yeah, that part doesn't sound so fun, So
I think I might have the best of you in
the house being on my couch.

Speaker 1 (06:52):
Well, you're not wrong in the sense that you can
watch it on television, but I would assume watching it
on television is like kind of watching the fireworks footage
from your phone that you recorded, you know, you like
you never really go back to that footage. Yeah, what
I was saying, like, no one is watching the footage
on their phone except for our show, because it is

(07:12):
really cool. And I'm glad you brought up the traffic,
et cetera, and whatnot. If you've gone to a Bengals
game before then, and you've made it home and you've
survived that traffic, you'll be good to come down. Like
I said, it kicks off around nine h one pm
on Sunday. It's completely free. This year's theme is booms

(07:32):
Day the musical, and we as a staff here are
super curious on how they're gonna weave all the songs together,
like imagine watching fireworks and listening to this fine right.

Speaker 3 (07:45):
It's crazy and small on the end run.

Speaker 1 (07:50):
It's just so.

Speaker 3 (07:59):
Good.

Speaker 1 (08:07):
And the T shirt for this year is the is
the Lion King theme. If you haven't had a chance
to peek at it, you can get your t shirts
at Kroger. Still, okay, coming up, we have to see
you Sunday, Sunday at nine o one. Coming up, in
two songs, we're going to dive into the three things
you need to Know to get your day started in Cincy.
Taylor and Travis's their potential first public appearance that they're

(08:29):
going to do after the engagement. Has something to do
with Cincinnati. If you know, you know. If you don't know,
I'll fill you in in three things Next
