Speaker 1 (00:01):
You're waking up with fifth in the morning. Kiss what
us seven?
Speaker 2 (00:03):
One?
Speaker 3 (00:04):
Hi, good morning.
Speaker 4 (00:06):
Can we talk about the dramatics of that thunderstorm this morning?
With the heck it was a necessary It's been a
really long time since a thunderstorm like that rattled and
startled me out of a dead sleep. When that first
boom went off, I think it might have been around
three o'clock this morning, because that's when I checked my phone.
(00:29):
It felt as if I was underneath the western and
southern WUV and fireworks like it rattled me. And then
from there you're just kind of await because it's about
forty five to an hour before my alarm goes off.
What do you do when you get up with an
extra forty five minutes? You try to go back to sleep,
but it's like eh, Then you're like, do I scroll
(00:51):
my phone a little bit? I ended up picking up
a book and reading, so I appreciate that. And there
is kind of nothing nicer than a thunderstorm.
Speaker 3 (01:00):
With the rain on the window, et cetera. But the
thunder and the lightning was loud.
Speaker 4 (01:05):
I had posted on x about it, and I had
gotten a few comments about some dogs and animals that
were If I was rattled as a human and you've
got a dog that's super nervous about thunderstorms, I could
imagine that around three o'clock this morning, it was a
little bit of chaos in the house. In fact, shoot
me at talkback with Tiff if that's the case. I'm curious.
(01:26):
Microphone is in the top right hand corner. When I
was growing up, I had pets, but they were never
super nervous of storms and such, so I don't have
any experience with that.
Speaker 3 (01:36):
I'm curious if you did all right.
Speaker 4 (01:39):
In fact, the iHeart Radio app is a great way
to integrate Tiff in the morning into your routine. Depending
on where you go in the morning, what time you start.
You can always start from your house when you search
kiss one oh sev one, and you can communicate with
me by using our talkback feature. I'm the only one
that checks them, so it just comes directly to me,
and it's like leaving a voice note. The microphone is
(01:59):
in the top hand corner. I hope you're off to
a good start. Happy Thursday. We're one more sleep away
from yet again another weekend.
Speaker 1 (02:09):
When you need to know she's got you. It's three
things with TIF on good morning.
Speaker 3 (02:16):
Well, football's back.
Speaker 4 (02:17):
Give me a hot second ord just before seven o'clock
on September fourth, The thunderstorms this morning were a scos dramatic.
Around three o'clock, we'll see some rain for the first
part of the day. Only his it seventy degrees today.
All right, football's back. Football has returned. Here's Joe Brow
yesterday on the expectations of the season.
Speaker 5 (02:39):
I certainly think that the narrative surrounding our team has shifted.
I'm not sure I would say most prove I would
say that we certainly are trying to go out and
win as much as we can. We're putting in a
lot of work for it. Like I said, the narrative
has certainly shifted, and we'll see where we're at.
Speaker 1 (02:56):
At the end of the year.
Speaker 3 (02:57):
Yeah, let's see where we're at right now.
Speaker 4 (02:58):
Immediately our first game on Sunday against the Browns were
away home opener next weekend.
Speaker 3 (03:06):
Just like that, it's back.
Speaker 4 (03:07):
I saw fans, Eagles fans were lining up outside of
the stadium to get in and they don't even open
the gates for another twenty four hours.
Speaker 3 (03:15):
I mean, the football insanity is back.
Speaker 4 (03:19):
Speaking of Roger Goodell was on one of the morning
shows and he was asked about Taylor Swift doing the
halftime show. We're going to table that conversation until our
next hour, but I also saw the clip and he
wasn't opposed to it, although he couldn't really give us
any insight.
Speaker 3 (03:34):
Okay, second and three things you need to know this morning.
Speaker 4 (03:37):
Travis Kelce talking about Taylor Swift and the engagement and
the new Heights podcast which came out at seven o'clock.
Speaker 3 (03:44):
We're learning a little bit more about it.
Speaker 6 (03:45):
Thank you, guys for the congratulations as you sent out
last week. You saw it, and I appreciate everybody that
reached out and sent something and all the posts and
all the excitement that's been going on.
Speaker 7 (03:56):
It's been really fun telling.
Speaker 6 (03:58):
Everybody who I'm going to spending the rest of my
life with.
Speaker 8 (04:01):
Is there's something different about calling somebody your fiance? Oh
was John Mulaney? I think it is talking about girlfriend
versus all of a sudden you're like, this is my
fiance or my wife. There's something more, way, way more
official to it.
Speaker 7 (04:17):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (04:18):
I felt that at the game.
Speaker 6 (04:19):
Actually, it was my first time introducing Taylor as my
fiance to a few of my teammates we go.
Speaker 7 (04:24):
So yeah, it was pretty cool, isn't.
Speaker 4 (04:27):
And that we know is the University of Cincinnati Game
of last week where they made their first public appearance
post engagement.
Speaker 3 (04:34):
I'll have more on that coming up in our next hours.
Speaker 4 (04:36):
Three things, and then lastly, we're not far off from
a new Cardi B album. She announced yesterday that her
courtroom photos are in special edition packs of her CDs
that she's selling on the streets for like ten bucks.
But she sat down with Billboard magazine and talked a
little bit about, you know, her, Nicki Minaj and Megan
Thee Stallion being the top three in the game right now.
(04:57):
Ages because I feel because I do my job well,
I do my job well like I do music very well.
Speaker 3 (05:05):
I take my time with music. Clearity you because see
I think my daddy am I. The drama comes out
later on this month.
Speaker 4 (05:10):
You know, the last time a rapper referenced being a
part of the Big Three, it led to the Kendrick
and Drake beef.
Speaker 3 (05:15):
So we'll see.
Speaker 4 (05:17):
Okay, that is three things you need to know for
September ninth. We're gonna talk about TV coming up next
what are you watching right now?
Speaker 3 (05:24):
Talk back with TIF on iHeart Radio. Hi, good morning, you're.
Speaker 4 (05:27):
Waking up with Tim in the morning on Kisuano Step
one commercial free, good timing. I hope you're off to
a good start if you're like, I don't really know
what day it is. I kind of forgot what my
password was. We're in this weird position of like transitioning
from summer into fall with football starting tonight. I feel
like my brain betrays me at least once during the show,
(05:47):
including our last hours.
Speaker 3 (05:49):
Three things beef, so we'll see.
Speaker 4 (05:52):
Okay, that is three things you need to know for
September ninth.
Speaker 3 (05:56):
September ninth.
Speaker 2 (05:59):
I don't even know.
Speaker 4 (06:05):
Where did I get September ninth, Like, there's nothing of
value on the ninth. The Bengals don't play, Like, where
did I even get that?
Speaker 3 (06:14):
I don't know why. This is what it's like to
have ADHD.
Speaker 4 (06:17):
And do a radio show. My brain just bails on me.
All right, I hope you're off to a good start. Hey,
we're commercial free. I already mentioned that, but you know,
I like to remind you every once in a while,
the best way to lock in is by searching kiss
one oh, seven one on the iHeartRadio app. I'd love
to have you on this Thursday, September fourth beef, so
we'll see.
Speaker 3 (06:37):
Okay. That is readings you need to know for September ninth.
Speaker 1 (06:41):
Because you're waking up fifth in the morning.
Speaker 3 (06:43):
Kiss good morning, Give me morning. So what are you
watching on TV right now? If anything, I think there's a.
Speaker 4 (06:48):
Big void in pop culture. It came up with the
song of Summer, and I'm afraid that it's going to
start coming up with in the TV world, in the
movie world. So this is where you come in talk
back with Tiff on the iHeartRadio app. The microphone is
in the top right hand corner. What in the hay
are you watching right now?
Speaker 2 (07:09):
Nothing?
Speaker 4 (07:10):
Right?
Speaker 2 (07:10):
Absolutely nothing?
Speaker 3 (07:11):
Same.
Speaker 4 (07:12):
That's Bobby our social media direct tour. And you know
what I saw ESPN trolling Joe Burrow. It said something
about and I think you'll understand the reference if you
watch the TV show something about Conrad and Belly, which
I've seen all over social but I've never gotten into
the summer.
Speaker 3 (07:32):
I turned pretty me neither.
Speaker 4 (07:34):
And that's yeah, that's a big one, I think on
Amazon Prime right now.
Speaker 3 (07:37):
But I'm hearing that it's very disappointing.
Speaker 2 (07:40):
Like the whole thing or the ending.
Speaker 3 (07:42):
In general, the second season of it.
Speaker 4 (07:44):
You'll have to confirm or deny if you're listening right
now and you are locked in.
Speaker 2 (07:48):
To the show.
Speaker 4 (07:49):
So if the fall is a really big time to
dive into TV and to like hunger down and settle in.
We're not quite into the depths of winter yet, but
this is where we start building our catalog of what
it is that we're going to spend our time watching.
And right now, I don't feel like there's really anything
new out.
Speaker 3 (08:07):
That I love.
Speaker 4 (08:08):
Bobby, what's your favorite TV show of all time?
Speaker 2 (08:09):
All time?
Speaker 9 (08:10):
How I Met Your Mother? That's like my go to
my comfort show. I've seen the whole thing through a
million times.
Speaker 4 (08:17):
Mine is Shit's Creek. If I want to rewatch something
over and over again, good one.
Speaker 3 (08:22):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (08:23):
The the one I'm watching right now though, for the
first time in full start to finish is Sex and
the City.
Speaker 2 (08:31):
Good right. I just finished the reboot and I loved it.
I'm sad they ended it.
Speaker 3 (08:36):
It got such negative feedback there.
Speaker 2 (08:38):
Well, people don't like fun.
Speaker 4 (08:40):
So there's that, yeah, But outside of that, I don't know.
I don't feel like there's really anything that anyone is
talking about outside of the summer I turned pretty I agree.
Apple TV is my go to platform. I think that
they put out the best stuff. They don't put out
a lot, but there was one on that I started
with Owen Wilson with my ADHD. I feel like I'll
(09:03):
get eighty percent of the way through a show and
then I'll bail and never go back. But there's the
stick silo. I'm like halfway through the second season on
that one. Again, I haven't gone back to it, but
I just haven't really touched base with the television a
lot this summer from being out and about.
Speaker 2 (09:18):
Have you seen The Morning Show on Apple TV?
Speaker 1 (09:20):
I have?
Speaker 2 (09:21):
I love that show and I'm coming back right Yeah.
Speaker 4 (09:23):
So you know what, I'm glad you're reminding me of
that because I think the fourth season of The Morning
Show hits like later on this month.
Speaker 3 (09:28):
That's what I'm saying.
Speaker 2 (09:29):
I'm excited.
Speaker 3 (09:29):
September October are really big times for TV.
Speaker 2 (09:32):
For sure.
Speaker 3 (09:32):
I also have HBO, Max and Hulu.
Speaker 4 (09:35):
But I find myself coming back to like the nostalgic
shows and rewatching things rather than starting something new. And
I would really like to not be this person this
holiday season or fault.
Speaker 9 (09:47):
Did you watch Hunting Wives on Netflix? It's not holiday season,
it's September third or fourth or something. It's the fourth
final answer, did you watch Hunting Wives on Netflix?
Speaker 10 (09:58):
No?
Speaker 4 (09:58):
But I heard that it was good to set everyone
with the lesbian sex scenes in it.
Speaker 2 (10:01):
That's the one.
Speaker 3 (10:03):
Yeah.
Speaker 9 (10:03):
Yeah, it's a crazy show. It's not like it's not good,
but it's like so entertaining. Okay, an intense.
Speaker 4 (10:11):
Well, here's what we're gonna do five one, three, seven,
four nine one o seven one. But I also feel
like to get rapid fire talkbacks in would be the
best way to go with This microphone is in the
top right hand corner. When you search kiss on the
iHeartRadio WAP, you'll hold that down. You have thirty seconds
to tell me what you're looking forward to. What are
you watching?
Speaker 3 (10:29):
What are we doing in the falls? Hi, good morning.
Speaker 4 (10:32):
You're waking up with Tiff in the morning on a
kiss one oh seven one. We're talking about what you're
watching on TV right now. High you're on the air.
Speaker 10 (10:39):
Thank girl, it's your favorite Girl on the West Side?
Speaker 3 (10:42):
Which one? Megan?
Speaker 10 (10:44):
Yes, okay, brief the TV show?
Speaker 3 (10:47):
Yeah, go for it.
Speaker 10 (10:48):
You are you are you? Do you have Netflix?
Speaker 11 (10:51):
No?
Speaker 3 (10:51):
I don't have Netflix.
Speaker 10 (10:52):
Oh how are you? Okay, well you need to and
then you need to watch all the train wrecks documentaries.
They're wild. It covers the poop cruise, astra world, like
all the things like us, you know, elder millennials or
whatever one. That's the stuff I think that we connect
with or remember. But speaking of documentaries, as all of them,
(11:15):
rye for epeat on TikTok Unknown Number. You have to
watch it. I'm sure anyone who just listened just heard
me say that was like, oh yeah, crazy story I've
ever heard.
Speaker 3 (11:23):
It's wild, Megan, thank you so much for the call.
Speaker 4 (11:26):
I have yet to hear about Unknown Number, but I'm
curious to see if other Cincinnatians are watching it. There
are two types of TV watchers. I think the ones
that love nostalgic romance, easy to digest TV, and then
there are those that can watch True Crime and twenty
twenty right before falling asleep.
Speaker 3 (11:45):
Which one are you, Bobby?
Speaker 9 (11:48):
I don't know anymore. I like fell off with TV.
I'm more nostalgia now because I can't pay attention. Yeah, yeah,
I'm really invested in something I will say and like
make an event of it, like Nita Snack, I'm focused.
Speaker 3 (12:02):
Are you a movie person or a TV person?
Speaker 2 (12:05):
I would say a little bit of both.
Speaker 3 (12:08):
We were talking about nostalgia.
Speaker 4 (12:09):
I had mentioned Sex in the City is for a
first time for me watching that Not long ago. I
dove into the Friday Night Lights show.
Speaker 3 (12:16):
I don't know, I tip this is about what TV shows.
Speaker 12 (12:19):
My comfort show is Game of Thrones. Rewatched it from
season one to the last season. Probably I've watched it
through completely, not missing a beat, probably eight or nine times.
Speaker 3 (12:31):
But what's really good right.
Speaker 12 (12:32):
Now, obviously is Wednesday. Second part just came out yesterday,
so I'll be finishing that tonight. And the Hunting Wise
on Netflix. It's only got one season so far, but
it's got Britney Snow from Pitch Perfect, which really really good.
Speaker 4 (12:46):
Well, thank you for the talkback with Tiff. You two
can participate at you Aleja this morning. Microphone is in
the top right hand corner, and I check the talkbacks
also known as voice notes, every day.
Speaker 3 (12:56):
They come right to me. So it's just me and
you chit chatting. That's the second time you You're the
one that brought up the hunting Wives.
Speaker 2 (13:04):
Mm hmm.
Speaker 9 (13:04):
Game of Thrones, Game of Thrones. I want to know
what's comforting about it besides nothing.
Speaker 4 (13:10):
Nine times start to finish. It's got to be seventy
five thousand hours of TV.
Speaker 2 (13:16):
Have you watched it?
Speaker 13 (13:17):
No?
Speaker 2 (13:17):
Not, Once I saw the first episode of it.
Speaker 3 (13:19):
It is too much.
Speaker 2 (13:20):
It wasn't for me.
Speaker 3 (13:22):
All right, let's oh I wanted to.
Speaker 4 (13:25):
This by the way, was voted as the Billboard Song
of Summer twenty twenty five. And if that's the case
and we don't have any TV to watch, pop culture
is struggling. Hi, good morning, are you teen Conrad or
what's the other guy's name? You're waking up with Tim
in the morning on kissue of seven one. I haven't
watched this summer I Turned Pretty, but that was probably
the biggest trending TV show as of late. And we're
(13:48):
in that time of year where we start talking about
what it is that we're watching on TV.
Speaker 3 (13:53):
The fall is a big time for TV, and I'm
getting a sense, like a little bit of boo. I'm
getting nervous that we're not going to have a lot
of TV shows this year. I don't know what it is.
Speaker 4 (14:03):
If it's just leftover nervousness from not having a song
of Summer. But there hasn't really been a big standout
TV show outside of the Summer I Turned Pretty. So
that's what we're talking about.
Speaker 7 (14:14):
So a few things that we're watching.
Speaker 10 (14:17):
First, not show, but.
Speaker 3 (14:18):
A movie, The Unknown Number on Netflix, So if you
haven't watched it, you need to.
Speaker 2 (14:22):
That's insane.
Speaker 3 (14:23):
And then I go back to a New Girl All
the Time forever. That's my favorite show. And then we're
also watching the Summer I Turn Pretty the second season,
and we're hooked right now. The book was not as
good as the show, that's for sure. Okay, An, that's
an interesting take. Thank you take for the I'm am, I.
Speaker 2 (14:41):
You need to go home.
Speaker 9 (14:43):
Let's try this day again. I don't know what's going on.
And I also why is her name Belly? Sorry, I'm
not past that.
Speaker 4 (14:50):
My god, I don't know why her name is Belly
because I haven't seen it. I got up at three
o'clock because of the thunderstorm. Was a scos dramatic this morning,
and I'm running sure late. Thank you for the talk
back with Tiff. I appreciate you. You are the second
person to bring up the Unknown Number I am determined to.
Speaker 3 (15:09):
Be a person that finishes the TV show this season.
I don't know what it is. It's probably my ADHD,
but I've been falling off big time. And I still
think we're in this argument of do we watch something
new and get committed or do we go back to
nostalgic TV? And every person we've talked to this morning
has been leaning towards nostalgia.
Speaker 9 (15:29):
And what's that movie everyone's saying? Unknown number? I think
it's a documentary.
Speaker 3 (15:34):
It sounds very documentary like, right, but again I haven't
seen it.
Speaker 2 (15:39):
I haven't seen it either.
Speaker 3 (15:40):
And why is her name Belly? Why is her name Bellie?
All Right, three.
Speaker 4 (15:44):
Minutes from now, actually two songs from now, we're going
to dive into the three things you need to know
to get your day started in sincey, if you're willing
to give me a little bit of your time. I
know I sound disjointed this morning, but hey, I'm alongside
Yellow Shore.
Speaker 9 (16:00):
I just chuck.
Speaker 2 (16:00):
I don't know what's going on.
Speaker 3 (16:03):
Is Taylor Swift doing the Super Bowl at the next.
Speaker 1 (16:07):
When you need to know she's got you? It's three.
Speaker 3 (16:13):
I'm gonna feel real dumb when Taylor Swift does it
up doing the Super Bowl half But we're going to
talk about it because I can't not. You know, I
love talking about the Super Bowl halftime show.
Speaker 4 (16:23):
It is give me a hot segard just before eight
o'clock on September fourth, and it is going to be
like seventy degrees today. I don't have much more beyond
the weather because she, miss Mother Nature, woke me up
at three o'clock this morning with that startling thunderboom and
I haven't been able to recover since.
Speaker 3 (16:40):
Okay, let's start off with Roger Goodell.
Speaker 4 (16:42):
On one of the morning shows yesterday, he was asked
about Taylor doing the half show.
Speaker 14 (16:46):
We would always love to have Taylor play. She is
a special, special talent and obviously she would be welcome
in anytime.
Speaker 3 (16:55):
Is it in the works.
Speaker 14 (16:56):
I can't tell you anything about that.
Speaker 11 (16:58):
Is it a maybe?
Speaker 2 (16:59):
It's amazing? Okay, Okay, well maybe maybe. At what point
can we expect the decision to be announced?
Speaker 14 (17:06):
I'm waiting on my friend jay Z to be able
to it's in his hands. I'm waiting for the smoke
to come out.
Speaker 3 (17:13):
Okay, but you're a swift tea.
Speaker 2 (17:16):
I'm definitely swift.
Speaker 4 (17:18):
Yeah, of course you are, yeah, Roger Roger, Roger Roger.
Speaker 3 (17:23):
No, I don't think she's doing it.
Speaker 2 (17:25):
I don't think.
Speaker 3 (17:25):
I don't think she's doing it. I did see them.
Speaker 4 (17:29):
I actually do think she is now, Okay, I changed
my mind. I saw a theory, okay, that the Jonas
Brothers could be doing it. Oh, because Joe was holding
an NFL football in a photo very like, inconspicuously.
Speaker 9 (17:46):
Interesting, very interesting. They would have to do it with
someone else. No, do you think I think yes. I
know they have a lot of hits, but I feel
like it could be like a Jonah's Brother's Dedamie Levado
or a Jonas Brothers my Cyrus type thing, like a
throwback Thursday.
Speaker 3 (18:02):
Right, and then they were doing something with Fifth Harmony
as well as.
Speaker 2 (18:05):
They've been having people on their tour throwbacks.
Speaker 3 (18:08):
I did see a rumor about maybe Ariana Grande doing it.
Speaker 4 (18:11):
I would love and I think that could be a
good fit coming off of Wicked Press. She's got the
tour next year, maybe new music, we'll see. I also
saw an ad that Apple TV put out on x
saying that they have a major announcement on the ninth.
Speaker 2 (18:26):
Maybe that's why you were saying it's temor ninth.
Speaker 3 (18:28):
Yeah, okay, so I'll let you know. You know, I'll
keep a post.
Speaker 4 (18:31):
Second and three Things you Need to Know this morning
kind of in the same vein, well, of course, in
the same vein of the NFL.
Speaker 3 (18:36):
Joe Burrow was asked yesterday, what are we doing with
the season?
Speaker 5 (18:40):
I certainly think that the narrative surrounding our team has shifted.
I'm not sure I would say most prove I would
say that we certainly are trying to go out and
win as much as we can. We're putting in a
lot of work for it. Like I said, the narrative
has certainly shifted, and we'll see where we're at at
the end of the year.
Speaker 2 (18:58):
Ready to go see it sounds like he just had
a whole lot of nothing. What facts?
Speaker 4 (19:02):
Yeah, Ah, we're away this Sunday. Oh our team. I
thought you meant like you and I I was like,
where are you going?
Speaker 3 (19:15):
Not quite.
Speaker 4 (19:17):
We're away against Cleveland on Sunday one o'clock, and then
we're back home the following Sunday for the home opener.
And then, lastly, in three Things you Need to Know
this morning, Still in the same vein as football but
let's Taylor and football together on this New Heights came
out last night at seven o'clock and Travis kind of
opened up about proposing to Taylor Swift.
Speaker 3 (19:36):
I'll play the clip and then we'll get your thoughts
on it.
Speaker 8 (19:40):
Do we have any advice to other nine ju percenters
that might be popping the question?
Speaker 13 (19:45):
Man?
Speaker 7 (19:46):
Just you gotta know your gal. You gotta know your
gal or your significant other. You got to know them.
Speaker 6 (19:52):
You can, it's got it. You can't let how somebody else?
Does it make you feel like you need to do
it that way?
Speaker 3 (19:59):
Great?
Speaker 2 (20:00):
Mm hmm.
Speaker 3 (20:01):
I think that.
Speaker 6 (20:04):
They didn't.
Speaker 4 (20:05):
I feel like the engagement although stunning and beautiful, and
we learned that it was set up while they were
recording the podcast, et cetera, it was it. It was
just those are the photos they were shot. It looked
liked on like an iPhone.
Speaker 3 (20:16):
It wasn't.
Speaker 4 (20:16):
It was extravagant, but not that extravagant. I don't know
what were your thoughts.
Speaker 9 (20:21):
I thought it was amazing, but I thought that well,
I just found out that they did it after the
podcast and those photos were like the stage thing. Yeah,
because originally I just thought those were the engagement. You know,
people get engaged and they do photos right right right,
which I mean some of them obviously were post but
do you think the photo of him on the knee was.
Speaker 3 (20:42):
The actual Ooh, I don't know. For my gut is
telling me no, the same right, But who knows?
Speaker 2 (20:52):
I don't know because I.
Speaker 3 (20:52):
Feel like they would want it to be super intimate
in just the two of them. But well, never know,
maybe we will, maybe we won't, or that used to
things you need to know for.
Speaker 4 (21:01):
The September fourth, coming up at eight o five, we're
commercial free. We're gonna talk about the number one question
that should be asked, but I don't think is being
asked if you win the power ball. No one won
last night, So the next drawing, the third biggest in history,
is happening on Saturday, and I don't think anyone is
asking this question.
Speaker 3 (21:21):
And I don't know why. We'll get to that next
and I bet you have an answer for it. Good morning,
you're waking up with TIF in the morning on kiss
Onuano seven one fallout boy. I appreciate you check in,
and we're commercial free and a little delusional because we
were all up far too early because of that thunderstorm
this morning.
Speaker 1 (21:39):
Were you you two?
Speaker 3 (21:40):
I almost texted you, Sarah, you know what. I slipp
right through it. Oh my god, I know. I was
in a deep sleep. I'm a still recovering from labor day.
Bobby went to the gym at five am. I read
a book at three o'clock in the morning. So well,
we're up mt as. We'll get to we get to it.
We at least you were a productive about it.
Speaker 4 (21:55):
There are two big topics of conversation. One I just
simply cannot contribute to this one about the documentary.
Speaker 3 (22:01):
Go ahead, Sarah, I can't. What's a call. It's a call.
Speaker 15 (22:04):
It's a called unknown number on Netflix an hour and
a half, an hour and a half. Knock it out.
Do it today so we can discuss tomorrow. I can't
get over it. I just watched it last night, so
I'm fresh off of it. I'm all fired up about
it too.
Speaker 3 (22:18):
When a TV show is good like that, it stays
with you. This one is clearly staying.
Speaker 4 (22:22):
This is real life. It just happened two years ago.
You're now the third or fourth person. We were just
chit chatting in our last hour. By the way, if
you're just walking into tiff in the morning for the
first time. Good moln We were talking about TV because
it's that time of year where we kind of start
to figure out our fall TV shows and such, and
I felt like there's a big gap in pop culture.
Speaker 15 (22:40):
I don't really watch a whole lot of TV or documentaries,
but this one definitely piqued my interest. I knew that
kid Chris and I we're gonna talk about it on
our show this morning, so I'm like, you know what,
I'll give it a shot.
Speaker 3 (22:49):
Okay, you gotta do it. I just dropped on August
twenty ninth.
Speaker 4 (22:53):
I'll add it to my list to maybe get to
tonight while I have you coming up.
Speaker 3 (22:59):
Two songs from now now.
Speaker 4 (23:00):
The Powerball winner was not chosen last night, so we're
up to one point seven Billy.
Speaker 15 (23:05):
Yeah, so there was someone in Detroit that got two
million bucks. But yeah, they'll do another drawing this Saturday
for the one point.
Speaker 4 (23:12):
The one question that I think everyone asks is what
would you do with the money? And I don't think
that is the number one question you should ask. In fact,
I bet you have an answer for it.
Speaker 3 (23:23):
Give me. Let's do two songs from now. This is
the number one question for the power Ball. If you win,
you're making up.
Speaker 4 (23:36):
Power Ball's up to one point three Billy, No one
point seven, Billy. And the number one question people always ask,
and I think it's wrong, is what would you do
with the money? I think the number one question that
should be asked, because I think it's extremely important spit
it out, is who do you tell first? Oh my gosh,
(23:58):
who do you tell first?
Speaker 2 (23:59):
First of all, I.
Speaker 9 (24:00):
Would not tell my friends. I wouldn't tell anyone. I
would tell my family.
Speaker 3 (24:05):
Okay.
Speaker 2 (24:05):
I would tell my dad first and be like, hope,
because I'm not good with money.
Speaker 3 (24:09):
Okay, so you're going parents, Sarah, who are you going with?
I would tell my husband totally, can you do this job?
You have to come closer to Mike, but I'm so
loud I.
Speaker 15 (24:17):
Will start yelling because I get so excited. Did you
do not want me to get closer to this mic?
You're gonna have to up my volume. Look, I'm so
fresh off unknown number. But okay, I would tell my husband,
my dog, see what this this? My Mike went flaccid.
We got my problems around here, my dog, my husband.
I'd call my mom, take care of my family. Take
(24:38):
care of myself.
Speaker 3 (24:40):
Your first person you're telling is your husband. Yeah, he'd
probably be there with me. And you are telling your
your dad? Or are you telling me if you'd tell me, right,
I don't think I would tell. I think I would
have to sit down for a while.
Speaker 2 (24:54):
I would not tell people.
Speaker 4 (24:55):
I have to sit up leave I would know. No,
I don't think I I wouldn't know what to do.
I'm not kidding. One point seven billion dollars, that's Taylor Swift.
I don't know who to talk to. I wouldn't know
who to tell.
Speaker 15 (25:07):
You gotta get an attorney. You gotta get lawyered up,
you gotta figure it out. You gotta get yourself saved.
Speaker 10 (25:13):
Right.
Speaker 4 (25:14):
But you gotta tell that one friend that you're like
girl like you leave him a voice No, And I'm
trying to figure out who that person in my life
would be.
Speaker 15 (25:22):
You are the queen of the voice memo thing on
text I do. I can't even imagine how squeally and
excited that little message from you would be. I probably
wouldn't even be able to understand exactly.
Speaker 3 (25:34):
What you're saying. No, I'm not kidding. I think if
we're being real about this it would induce panic to
win the power Ball, I would be shaken, right, I'd
be freaking out. But I don't know who.
Speaker 4 (25:43):
I cannot come up with the person that I would
tell like me, I would probably call my dad, but
he would have zero advice or insight.
Speaker 3 (25:51):
Can you come back and clean my house?
Speaker 4 (25:52):
Yeah? All right?
Speaker 3 (25:54):
Five went three by Sarah. Thank you.
Speaker 4 (25:56):
She's going back to kid Chris. Bobby by the way
as our social media director. If you're just joining us
and you're like, who are all these voices? Normally I
just hear Tiff people pop into my show from time
to time. Which is what you're gonna do right now?
Five win, three, seven, four, nine one oh seven one
or talk back with Tiff on the iHeart Radio app.
Speaker 3 (26:14):
This is a great time to test out that voice.
Note teacher microphone is in the top right hand corner.
Speaker 4 (26:19):
First person that you would tell if you did win
the Billy, Hi, good morning. You're waking up with TIF
in the morning on Kiss one oh seven one. I've
had some time to think about this question, so you
might not have yet. I'm asking if you the number
one thing that I think people always wonder is what
would you do with the powerball money.
Speaker 3 (26:39):
But I think that's the wrong question to ask. I
think it's who are you gonna call? Who's the first
person you're gonna get in touch with?
Speaker 10 (26:46):
Hi?
Speaker 3 (26:46):
Good morning, you're on tiff in the morning.
Speaker 11 (26:49):
Honestly, I would probably sail my kids, and then my
mom and my aunt.
Speaker 10 (26:55):
I'm very close to my kids.
Speaker 11 (26:57):
We're always together, so honestly, if I was to find out,
there'll probably be with me anyways, okay, and then my
mom and my aunt just helped me with them a lot,
so I just take care of them.
Speaker 3 (27:08):
So far, we've got family. What's your name? What neighbor?
Speaker 1 (27:11):
Ared?
Speaker 3 (27:11):
He waking up with me?
Speaker 11 (27:12):
And I'm Mona and I'm in fair Field, Ohio.
Speaker 4 (27:15):
Mona, thank you so much for the call, my gal.
So far, Bobby, you had said your dad and my mom.
I default chose my dad as well because I can
trust him totally without judgment.
Speaker 3 (27:28):
Or any of that.
Speaker 4 (27:29):
Like, I think he'd be a good person to just
get it off my chest and nothing would change between
the two of us with that amount of money. I
just don't know if he'd be the best person to
give advice on it. That's why I wasn't completely sold
on totally.
Speaker 2 (27:42):
We would just have to get a financial advisor.
Speaker 4 (27:46):
Not us like really planning this out as if it's
gonna happen. I've never purchased a ticket in my life.
Speaker 2 (27:52):
Might when I'd be like thinking about it.
Speaker 4 (27:55):
What did Michael Scott say? You missed like one hundred
percent of the shots? You don't say something something? If
I win three seven four nine seven one is my
phone number. But also feel free to talk back with
Tiff on the iHeartRadio app.
Speaker 3 (28:08):
We're still commercial free here. Good morning.
Speaker 4 (28:11):
You're waking up with Tiff in the morning on kissuan
oh seven one, still commercial free for scocial longer. You
win one point seven billion dollars? Who is the first
person you are calling?
Speaker 10 (28:24):
The very first person I am telling is my boss
because I am quitting my job.
Speaker 1 (28:29):
And never coming back.
Speaker 4 (28:30):
I thank you for the talk back with Tiff. Wink wink,
you obviously know what I'm talking about.
Speaker 2 (28:36):
I would give my boss a million dollars.
Speaker 3 (28:38):
That's so nice.
Speaker 2 (28:39):
Yeah, she could use that. We all cut.
Speaker 3 (28:41):
We all cut.
Speaker 4 (28:41):
One point seven billion is what the powerball drawing is
for Saturday. And I always think that people ask the
wrong question, what would you do with it? I want
to know who's the first person that you're calling.
Speaker 3 (28:52):
If you win it. Good morning, You're on the air.
Speaker 16 (28:55):
Good morning, TI, how are you?
Speaker 3 (28:56):
I'm well, thanks so much for holding who's the first
person you're calling.
Speaker 16 (29:01):
I would walk into my office say hello, Alex, my boss,
let me take you to breakfast, and then I would
let everyone in the company know.
Speaker 2 (29:12):
That's what I would do, and I walked.
Speaker 1 (29:13):
Out the door forever.
Speaker 3 (29:15):
Oh my god, what's your name with neighbor? Are you
waking up with me in?
Speaker 16 (29:18):
My name is Matthew. I'm actually in Lakeside Park. Well
I shouldn't have given it away because now we know
what Alex.
Speaker 3 (29:23):
It is, right, Well, Matthew, Alex is going to be
thrilled at the coworker. At coworker, Alex is getting the
first call. Thank you, my boss, and I think he
already knows. I appreciate you.
Speaker 4 (29:34):
Q one.
Speaker 3 (29:35):
Good morning, You're on the air.
Speaker 1 (29:37):
Good morning.
Speaker 10 (29:37):
I would just like to say that I personally would
contact a financial.
Speaker 4 (29:43):
Advisor smart and would you go to financial advisor dot
com to find them?
Speaker 2 (29:49):
Is that a real thing?
Speaker 10 (29:51):
There's a mini out there? But yes, like, how do
you find how.
Speaker 4 (29:56):
Do you bait them? And be like so I just
came into a large sum of money. Wink wink wink
without giving it away.
Speaker 10 (30:02):
You know right, that's exactly how you would beat them.
Speaker 4 (30:05):
Well, thank you so much for the call. I appreciate you.
I mean, this entire time, we've been acting as if
we will be winning. But that's the type of energy
you need to have in this world.
Speaker 2 (30:16):
I hope I win. You have to play. Is it
too late to buy a thing? How much are they?
Speaker 3 (30:22):
I think they're like two dollars and you can buy
them on your phone.
Speaker 2 (30:24):
Oh okay, okay, I'll do that.
Speaker 4 (30:28):
Okay, two songs from now, we're gonna get into the
three things you need to know to get your day started?
Speaker 3 (30:33):
In Sincy? Who is the next artist coming out with
an album? Do you know I've got it for you?
And that person may be going on tour? And will
that person come to Sincy?
Speaker 4 (30:41):
Probably not, because they never do and I always want
them to and they never come. But I'm putting it
out into the universe and we'll talk about it next when.
Speaker 1 (30:51):
You need to know She's got you. It's three things
with tip on.
Speaker 4 (31:00):
So what are we gonna do about this tour? Did
you hear who it might be announcing a tour. Give
me a hot second. We're just before nine o'clock. At
nine oh five, I have a chance for you to
pick up one thousand dollars and a free trip to
Las Vegas. If you two are clutching onto summer in
ten lines, let's squeeze in one more trip.
Speaker 3 (31:16):
Let's duet. Let's coming up at nine oh five.
Speaker 4 (31:19):
Okay, Cardi B is getting ready to come out with
I Am the Drama. I think she's probably the next
big artist to announce and I'm sorry and release an album.
By the way, it's only Cardi B's sophomore album. She
won the Grammy and like in twenty eighteen years ago
for her first album, this is only her second. So
she sat down with Billboard Magazine and you know, they're
(31:40):
chit chatting about what's coming out, what's to come, et cetera.
And rumor has it she's got a thirty city tour
date on the way. No announcement on it yet, but
hopefully it stops by Cincinnati. I have to be the
one to put it out into the universe. But the
good juju out there, I would like.
Speaker 2 (31:55):
To see her. I would love she loved her first.
Speaker 3 (31:57):
Album, I Like You, Yeah, I mean, it did massive
numbers for her.
Speaker 4 (32:04):
She obviously had that big court experience that the internet
is rolling over. She took the court pictures and made
them the cover of a special of a special edition
of the album, so you can buy those, I think,
for like ten bucks. She was also chit chatting about
Stefan Diggs. He's a Patriots player and they are dating.
Speaker 1 (32:25):
I'm happy.
Speaker 13 (32:26):
I like them, I love them.
Speaker 1 (32:27):
I was never I've never really been a dating person.
Speaker 3 (32:30):
I always been in a long relationship.
Speaker 1 (32:32):
Since I was like twenty one.
Speaker 3 (32:38):
I can see her being a relationship person. There are
there are two types of I think people people that
can date, and then people that date fall in love,
and that's that. I think I'm the latter.
Speaker 2 (32:50):
I don't know what I am anymore.
Speaker 3 (32:53):
I get it dating in this era of life is tough.
Speaker 4 (32:57):
With that being said, we do have I think Cardi
has been not hiding her stomach. I'm not going to
come out and say that she is pregnant, but I'm
curious if Stefan Diggs is the father, and if they've
been in love and they're together, then I could see
that being the case.
Speaker 13 (33:12):
All right.
Speaker 4 (33:12):
Second, and three things you need to know this morning.
Speaking of football, the NFL is back. Our first game
isn't until Sunday, but you know, Thursday Night football kicks
off tonight.
Speaker 3 (33:22):
Joe Burrow is asked about his thoughts on the season.
Speaker 5 (33:25):
I certainly think that the narrative surrounding our team has shifted.
I'm not sure I would say most prove. I would
say that we certainly are trying to go out and
win as much as we can. We're putting in a
lot of work for it. Like I said, the narrative
has certainly shifted, and we'll see where we're at.
Speaker 2 (33:42):
At the end of the year.
Speaker 9 (33:45):
How did the narrative ship? Like is the narrative before
that they weren't trying to win?
Speaker 2 (33:51):
Sorry?
Speaker 12 (33:52):
Right?
Speaker 2 (33:53):
Yeah? Quote makes no sense to me.
Speaker 3 (33:54):
You make a good point on that. Yeah, what was
the original narrative and what did the shift to where
we are right?
Speaker 4 (34:01):
Well, they play against Cleveland this Sunday away one o'clock
and then they come back to us I think, and
play the Jaguars next Sunday for our first home game.
Sweet and you know why I'm down there? Why John
John's Jungle Zone.
Speaker 11 (34:14):
Oh?
Speaker 9 (34:14):
Absolutely, I love John John John Jungle Zone, I.
Speaker 3 (34:19):
Love it, and I love a Dora Cup and I
love a Jungle Zone, and I love when John John
DJ's number one fam all right, and then lastly in
three Things You Need to Know This morning, the New
Heights podcast came out and we heard a little bit
about the proposal, and I liked Travis's take on this.
Speaker 8 (34:40):
Do we have any advice to other nine ju percenters
that might be popping the question?
Speaker 7 (34:46):
Man, just you gotta know your gal. You gotta know
your gal or your significant other. You got to know them.
Speaker 6 (34:53):
You can it's got it. You can't let how somebody else?
Does it make you feel like you need to do
it that way?
Speaker 3 (35:00):
I think that is really great advice.
Speaker 4 (35:01):
And we'll never be on the inside inside track for
Taylor and Travis's proposal and engagement, but it does feel
like as an outsider they have done whatever works for them.
Speaker 2 (35:12):
Yeah, they seem happy.
Speaker 3 (35:14):
This was also asked as well for.
Speaker 6 (35:16):
The congratulations as you sent out last week. You saw it,
and I appreciate everybody that reached out and sent something
and all the posts and all the excitement that's been
going on.
Speaker 2 (35:26):
It's been really fun telling.
Speaker 7 (35:28):
Everybody who I'm going to be spending the rest of
my life with.
Speaker 8 (35:31):
Is there's something different about calling somebody your fiance. Oh
was John mulaney. I think it's talking about girlfriend versus
all of a sudden you're like, this is my fiance.
Speaker 1 (35:43):
Or my wife.
Speaker 8 (35:44):
There's something more, way, way more official to it.
Speaker 2 (35:47):
Yeah, I felt that at the game.
Speaker 6 (35:49):
Actually, it was my first time introducing Taylor as my
fiance to a few of my teammates.
Speaker 2 (35:54):
We go, so, yeah, it was pretty cool. That is
that's very sweet?
Speaker 3 (35:59):
Yeah? And what was that first event that they went
to Bobby the UC game?
Speaker 4 (36:03):
That's right, Yeah, and he introduced her for the first
time as his fiance to his teammates at that game.
Speaker 3 (36:09):
Beautiful Cincinnati a part of the love story.
Speaker 11 (36:12):
That is.
Speaker 3 (36:13):
Three things you need to know for the fourth of September.
Speaker 4 (36:16):
Like I said in the beginning, your chance to win
that trip to Las Vegas our iHeartRadio Music Festival is
a once in a lifetime experience. You'll see Ed Sheeran,
Jelly Roll, Tate McCrae and Moore and your shot to
win coming up at nine oh five.
Speaker 1 (36:28):
Good morning, You're waking up with Fifth in the morning.
Speaker 4 (36:31):
Kiss one Okay, The number one question that people always
ask is what would you do if you won the
power ball? And I don't think that that's the right
question to ask. In fact, I bet you have a
good answer for it. You're walking into the daily debrief
usually right around this time every day, I choose one
of the bigger topics of conversation that we got into
(36:52):
and we revisit it, giving you a chance to get
caught up and visit some of our talkbacks that we.
Speaker 3 (36:56):
Can get to in the moment. That question is who
you calling?
Speaker 4 (37:00):
Who was the first person that you would call if
you won one point seven billion dollars?
Speaker 3 (37:07):
Who would that be?
Speaker 2 (37:09):
By one one point seven billion? The first person I'm
telling is my boss. That few choice words.
Speaker 3 (37:22):
You know, there were a few people that gave that
same feedback. I bet this person is the same. You know,
it's sad, But the first person that I would call would.
Speaker 13 (37:32):
Be my son Okay, even though I know you wouldn't
answer the phone because he's forever twenty six because he
passed away in February, that would be my first call.
Speaker 4 (37:44):
Honestly, Well, thank you so much for the talkback with Tiff,
and I really appreciate you being vulnerable enough to share
that with me. I appreciate you, girl. I'm thinking of
your February wasn't that long ago, so I'm sure you're
feeling it. And you know what, I'm sending good juju
your way that maybe you will win the power Ball
and you can get yourself a little vacation and take
(38:04):
a break from Cincy. Yeah, we talked about a lot
of things today that and many more. And the best
way to keep listening to Tiff in the Morning, and
you know getting caught up is by the podcast.
Speaker 3 (38:13):
You didn't know this.
Speaker 4 (38:13):
Everything we do gets podcaster for you to catch up
at your leisure search Tiff in the Morning on the
free iHeartRadio app.
Speaker 1 (38:21):
You're waking up with Tip in the Morning. Done, Kiss one.
Speaker 3 (38:23):
Seven one, Good morning. If you had a free day
in Cincinnati or the tri date, what would you do
with it? How would you fill up your time?
Speaker 4 (38:33):
We were talking a little bit yesterday about how I
took a summer bereavement day earlier this week because I
wasn't quite ready to say goodbye, and I spent the
day doing solo things around Sincy, which if you've been
a part of the show before, you know I'm a
big advocate for solo adventures. Even if you're not single,
you can still find some enjoyment in solo adventures. And
(38:54):
so if you're intrigued by that and you're like, huh,
what does one do by themselves in a city all
day long? I just posted up the weekend recap in
some of my solo adventures in my story, so I'd
love to connect with you there if that piques your
interest at the Tiff too. F's Potter like the Wizard.
It's one of the last things in my stories. We
had such a great weekend, such great weather. Not the
(39:15):
case for right now, but I was just saying, I
think we had like two three weeks beautiful weather, so
I'm not.
Speaker 3 (39:21):
Going to complain about a little bit of rain at
the moment.
Speaker 4 (39:24):
If you work in construction though or outdoors, I'm sure
you're like, eh, I appreciate you checking out Tiff in
the morning. You can do so from your bed every
morning when you open up your eyes. If you happen
to be walking into the show for maybe the first
time today, just search Kiss one oh seven one on
the iHeartRadio app.
Speaker 3 (39:39):
We're back tomorrow for the Big Friday Show.
