Speaker 1 (00:00):
Good morning.
Speaker 2 (00:01):
You are waking up with tip in the morning on
Kiss one oh seven one. If you haven't heard it yet,
allow me to be the first to say happy Monday.
She snuck up quick yesterday, especially with how gorgeous the weather.
Speaker 1 (00:13):
Was, if you want to giggle with me.
Speaker 2 (00:15):
The big topic of conversation out around the news desk
this morning was how all the guys are sore from
doing yard work yesterday.
Speaker 1 (00:23):
He goes Riku Chino from seven hundred Ghosts.
Speaker 2 (00:26):
You know when you go from doing absolutely nothing all
winter to like digging holes yesterday. He's like, I felt
like I was hit by a truck this morning. I
couldn't get up for my alarm, and I don't know
what it is. Of course, May is typically a spring
cleanup month. But there's always a correlation between Mother's Day
and yard work, and I think it's because you know
of flowers and planting, et cetera. So if you planted
(00:49):
for Mom's Day yesterday and you are feeling sore.
Speaker 3 (00:52):
Don't worry.
Speaker 2 (00:53):
The boys here at seven hundred Wow, you're going through
the same thing. I hope you had a good Mother's
Day weekend, and just in general, you celebrated a parent
that lives right alongside you, maybe a parent that's no
longer with us, or maybe you're trying to become a
parent and haven't quite gotten there yet.
Speaker 1 (01:09):
Either way, I hope it was solid for you.
Speaker 2 (01:11):
I spent some time with my mom on the phone
yesterday via text message, but that's typically our relationship.
Speaker 1 (01:18):
Ah, what do we have going on?
Speaker 2 (01:20):
So about an hour from now, Zach Brownband is going
to join Tiff in the morning.
Speaker 1 (01:24):
He'll be at TQL Stadium this Friday. Very excited to
chitchat with him.
Speaker 2 (01:27):
But while I have you, we are commercial free for
the rest of the hour. So if you haven't had
a chance to test out the iHeartRadio.
Speaker 1 (01:36):
App, go ahead and do so. Search Kiss one oh
seven one.
Speaker 2 (01:38):
Not only do you get to be a part of
whatever music I've got going on here, you know me
always something funny and conversation.
Speaker 1 (01:45):
You know it's free. It is free to hang out here,
be a part of the community, learn something, feel something,
laugh about something. We do it all every day.
Speaker 2 (01:54):
Like I said, search Kiss on the iHeart Radio app,
and if you feel so inclined, be our first talkbacker
of the day. Phone is in the top right hand corner.
Let me know how Mother's Day was for you yesterday?
Speaker 1 (02:03):
You're waking up with morning, can you hear me?
Speaker 3 (02:09):
Am?
Speaker 1 (02:09):
I on, okay, here we go.
Speaker 2 (02:13):
We're gonna grab the chit chat roulette timer. Go on,
you come here, one stop shop for everything. If you
didn't scroll, if you didn't look on the internet, if
you were outside in the sun yesterday, and you're like,
what are the things I need to know to get
my days started before I go to work?
Speaker 1 (02:26):
And so I have something to talk about with my
awkward coworkers.
Speaker 2 (02:28):
Sarah has a new identity and it is who I
am all about the Pope.
Speaker 4 (02:34):
I love the Pope, my guy Bob from Chicago. And
now I'm nervous about the White Sox coming to town.
Speaker 3 (02:44):
That's who the Reds have to face next.
Speaker 4 (02:46):
Normally, the White Sox are known to be a terrible team,
like one of the worst in the league. They are actually,
according to their record, like the second worst. Okay, but
now we know the Pope is a White Sox fan,
so they have they have Gdr Sight God on their side,
and I am fearful the fans are coming dressed like
(03:07):
the Pope bringing Bibles to the stadiums. That was seen
over the weekend in Chicago. When did they come here
tomorrow at three two one night? And then we've got
Pete Rose night on Wednesday, then Thursday for a day game.
These Socks fans are ready to party.
Speaker 3 (03:26):
With the ball.
Speaker 1 (03:27):
We've got g D and Pete Rose like they're both
up there looking down at us. Who's our rival for
the Reds.
Speaker 3 (03:34):
I'm nervous. What do you mean, like our biggest ride?
Speaker 5 (03:36):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (03:36):
Is it usually?
Speaker 4 (03:38):
I mean we don't like the Cubs. We do have
Cleveland this weekend. The Guardians are coming to town. It's
a wild week HEREATI.
Speaker 2 (03:45):
Well, you know that there's a new Pope tops made
of Pope trading card. So if your a significant other
is a collector, you know you just add that right alongside.
Maybe look for one for Father's Day.
Speaker 3 (03:56):
Right around the corner.
Speaker 2 (03:57):
Actually, did you see your hudson at the Miss Main pageant?
Speaker 1 (04:02):
Bill Belichick was there.
Speaker 3 (04:03):
I did, and he was talking with the other ladies.
Speaker 4 (04:07):
Does Bill have the riz to be at a pageant?
Speaker 3 (04:11):
I mean, it's Bill Belichick. What is going on?
Speaker 1 (04:15):
I don't know, I don't know. And why was Jordan?
Speaker 2 (04:18):
I have like insider trading from the person that was there.
I had a talkbacker who was there in mein probaly
at them.
Speaker 6 (04:25):
Sarah, I'm here at the Miss Main pageant and we're
about to find out who's in the top five. But
I can confirm that Bill Belichick is here. He's front row,
and he is locked and loaded. I've not seen him
look down at his phone once. He is sat present
at attention, and I got to agree, Jordan does look
(04:49):
like the human version of the girl that Ursula turns
into in the movie The Little Mermaid.
Speaker 3 (04:54):
So I can fixture right now, Bill is for his girl.
Speaker 1 (05:01):
She came in third.
Speaker 3 (05:03):
Booh, so does she get to move forward?
Speaker 1 (05:05):
I don't know.
Speaker 3 (05:06):
I don't come is it first or bus?
Speaker 1 (05:08):
If you're not first, your last, I guess.
Speaker 3 (05:10):
So I didn't take.
Speaker 2 (05:10):
The pageant very serious, so I'm sorry if I don't
have the full debrief for you on it. I just
thought it was funny that she was referred to as Ursula.
Speaker 4 (05:17):
And also that Bill Belichick is hanging out the badge
and he is very supportive of this woman, and I
do love that. And you know, as much as we're
giving her a hard time for being there on the sidelines,
I mean they do support each other very big.
Speaker 3 (05:30):
So she was banned from UNC, but it turns out
she wasn't.
Speaker 4 (05:34):
UNC released a statement they said, we love Jordan, She's
fine to be here. We have no problem. That was
a big rumor. So Jordan, you can look forward to
seeing her at UNC. Someone that we saw over the
weekend that we haven't seen in a while, Taylor, our girl,
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelsey.
Speaker 1 (05:51):
We haven't seen them in a while.
Speaker 4 (05:52):
It's been at least two months. They were at this
place in Philly called Tallulah's Garden. They were seen with
her mom and his family for a Mother's Day brunch.
Speaker 2 (06:03):
Do you think that people love Mother's Day brunches? I
get the consensus that moms hate Mother's Day brunch.
Speaker 4 (06:09):
Oh. I think it's I think it's a little cliche,
but I think it's fun. It's either that or a cookout,
you know, Taylor, one or the other.
Speaker 2 (06:15):
We don't have spend a lot of time on it.
But Taylor was subpoenaed for the Blake Lively trial. I
came out this weekend.
Speaker 3 (06:20):
I did see that. Yeah, Mother's Day stuff.
Speaker 1 (06:23):
There were a lot of blended Mother's Day There's a
lot of blended families, I feel like in our own worlds,
and then also in the celebrity world. Like I saw
that Ben Affleck was visiting Jennifer Gardner over the weekend
and they have two kids together.
Speaker 3 (06:37):
I always forget that they have kids together. Yeah, oh well,
good for them blended families. I also saw Justin Bieber
and Hayley Bieber.
Speaker 4 (06:46):
They had some cute posts on Instagram back and forth
hyping each other up.
Speaker 1 (06:50):
And you know, I saw it. Giselle really Jozelle posted
the back of like the cute, like the cute little
like baby picture of her. That's and Gizelle looks.
Speaker 4 (06:59):
Jiu jitsu has done gizl Well would ju jitsu man.
Speaker 1 (07:05):
Anything else?
Speaker 4 (07:06):
Oh well, we talked about the Reds already, but they
had done something crazy over the weekend. In one inning
they had scored ten runs, so it was just a
little crazy.
Speaker 1 (07:15):
Did we win?
Speaker 3 (07:16):
We won that game, but lost the series over the weekend.
So what's our record. It's not good. We're two games
under five hundred.
Speaker 4 (07:23):
We're fourth in the NL Central, so we got to
make that up this week against the Pope in the.
Speaker 1 (07:32):
You're waking up with fifth.
Speaker 2 (07:35):
Good morning, it's mental Health Monday, just two or three
minutes of quick advice to hopefully make things a little
bit better.
Speaker 1 (07:41):
We can't climb the entire mountain, I get it. We
can help a little bit.
Speaker 2 (07:45):
Good morning, Lori Sharp Page, Good morning their licensed clinical counselor.
It's a big month because it's Mental health Awareness month.
It is listening to Tiff in the morning makes you
less stressed out.
Speaker 1 (08:00):
So what I heard you say? Can you explain that?
Speaker 4 (08:02):
Please?
Speaker 5 (08:02):
So your listeners are actually probably regulated their feelings by
listening to you and not even realizing it. Because humming
and singing immediately impacts our vagus nerve, and they give
a vegas nerve as like the border crossing of all
of our nervous system. So it takes in all the stress,
all the stimulus, and when we hum or sing, it
(08:24):
moves it in such a way that it helps to
release it. So when your listeners are listening, they can
be regulating as well.
Speaker 2 (08:31):
When you point to the vegas nerve, I know where
it is, but where where is it?
Speaker 5 (08:35):
So it is on your neck, the upper part of
your neck, underneath your chin on the right side.
Speaker 1 (08:42):
Okay, yeah, So what I heard out of that is
if you can't sing and let it out before you
get to call in your car, before you get to work.
Speaker 2 (08:51):
Where are you going to do that? You've got to
regulate your emotions right here on the show absolutely well.
Speaker 5 (08:56):
A lot of times people will sing or hum and
they won't even realize what they're doing. So a big
part of what we want to bring for Mental Health
Awareness Month is just your awareness of it because when
you know you're doing it and you know what you're helping,
it can help you to utilize it more intentionally and routinely.
Speaker 1 (09:11):
Okay, and there we go.
Speaker 2 (09:12):
Just something to make things a little bit better on
Mental Health Monday.
Speaker 1 (09:15):
Thank you, Lorie, Thank you. It'scog Lynn.
Speaker 3 (09:20):
You need to know she's got you.
Speaker 2 (09:23):
It's three Things with Tip on Good Morning. What big
trial starts today? I bet you have a guest. So
we're just before eight o'clock on this Monday. It's May twelfth,
coming up at eight ten. Zach Brown Band is going
to join the show, and I have tickets for you
to go see him this Friday at TQL Stadium.
Speaker 1 (09:40):
Don't go far before.
Speaker 2 (09:41):
We get there, Let's actually start off with TQL Stadium,
TQL Stadium. Congratulations to FCC picking up the win sort
of towards the end of Saturday's match against Austin, scoring
almost in that ninetieth minute. There was a little bit
of stoppage time at the end there, but they ended
up taking the win two to one and it was
a gore. Just night to be at TQ. I was awesome.
(10:02):
So here's the deal. They're gonna They're gonna hit the road.
They play on Wednesday, you can watch that on Apple
TV Plus. Then they go to hell is Reel on Saturday.
But that's up in Columbus. Here's why. Here in Sincy,
we've got Zach Brownband on Friday and then Lauren Dagil
on Saturday. So congrats to them and hopefully they take
home the win in Columbus. Second in three things you
(10:24):
need to know this morning. I was not surprised by this,
but the news came out on Friday afternoon that Taylor
Swift was in fact subpoenut.
Speaker 1 (10:32):
In the Blake Lively legal battle.
Speaker 2 (10:34):
And she's claiming and her team is claiming that this
is kind of like erroneous.
Speaker 1 (10:39):
They're using it for clickbait, et cetera.
Speaker 2 (10:42):
She says, listen, I licensed the song for the movie
and that was it. That was my entire involvement. I
didn't even go to set. But she's great friends supposedly
right with Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds. If you're confused
as to what's happening with this legal battle, Blake sued
Justin Baldoni, who is the director and lead actor, and
(11:03):
it ends with us with sexual harassment. He came back
and sued her for defamation. And if you're looking at
the media battle in between the two, I feel like
Blake Lively has been painted in the negative light as
of late. So I don't know how this will fare
for her or Taylor. If there's more, and when there
is more on this one, I'll have it for you.
I believe the trial doesn't even take place until next year.
(11:25):
All right. Lastly, in three things you need to know,
Speaking of trial, the Ditty trial begins today. It's the
second week of it. The first week was in the
midst of finding out the jurors. But here's what's happening.
Two big things seating a jury that's first up. There
are still forty three jurors to go, and the goal
is to pick eighteen from the huge pool twelve six alternates,
(11:49):
and then Ditty's defense team and the prosecution will do
opening statements today. I'll have that for you. That's three
things for May twelve. Good morning, waking up in the morning.
Speaker 1 (12:02):
Good morning.
Speaker 2 (12:03):
I'll tell you I am very honored to be speaking
to Zach Brown of the Zach Broundband on tiff in
the morning.
Speaker 1 (12:09):
How are you? Thanks so much for joining the show,
doing great, Good morning, you're coming to Sincy.
Speaker 2 (12:15):
I love the fact that you're going to be performing
at TQL Stadium. It's such a great venue and fans here.
Everyone is chitter chattering about this show. We're really happy
to have you. When people look back at their memory
and their archives from this show, you know how you
kind of go back through your Instagram archives or your
Google photos, it prompts you with that, Hey do you
(12:36):
remember this memory? What do you want people to take
away from this performance? What are we getting this coming weekend?
Speaker 7 (12:42):
Yeah, every year we try to put together a different show,
you know, we try to change some of the parameters around,
change up the covers, change up some arrangements of the
songs that people want to hear. It's the same thing
we want to do every time. We want to make
it memorable. We want to make it where like, wow,
that was incredible. You know, we want to leave a
mark and be able to connect with the people there
(13:02):
in Cincinnati, you know, just be able to remind them, hey,
we're still here. I feel better than I ever have.
You know, I want to I just want to keep
I want to keep serving them, you know, beyond what
is expected, you know, super serve to fans. Be able
to be there, connect with them for a night, help
them escape their life, or just to be able to
celebrate for a night and something that they look forward
(13:25):
to coming back to.
Speaker 2 (13:26):
Is there a memory that kind of sticks out for you?
Is it the summer tours that you love in the
stadiums the most?
Speaker 7 (13:31):
You know, I just I love it all, you know.
Speaker 8 (13:34):
I love our fans.
Speaker 7 (13:35):
I love being able to connect with them. I love
the small, intimate shows. I love the big energy of
the stadium show. We're just blessed to do what we
love to do, and our job is to help them
to have the most amazing time for that night.
Speaker 3 (13:48):
Uh huh.
Speaker 2 (13:48):
You're kind of officially kicking off summer concert season here
in Cincinnati. You're the first big outdoor concert that we have,
so I am you.
Speaker 1 (13:57):
We're going to bring in you know we're going to
have a good time. But I absolutely know that you'll
deliver as well.
Speaker 7 (14:03):
I can't wait.
Speaker 1 (14:04):
Well, Zach thing, thank you so much for joining TIF
in the morning. I appreciate you. We will see you
this coming Friday.
Speaker 7 (14:10):
Yes, ma'am, thank you so much.
Speaker 3 (14:12):
I love that. Guys, the radio is it going to
be a time?
Speaker 2 (14:21):
I went to a Zach Brown Band concert maybe seven
or eight years ago and.
Speaker 1 (14:28):
It was it was such a he's it's just summer.
It's such a summer vibe and a little bit.
Speaker 7 (14:37):
Gon't be here all Friday, way a parent, teens have
been just right and the radio all right.
Speaker 1 (14:46):
If you want to actually lit'ten do this.
Speaker 2 (14:48):
Zach was like, hey, before we got on the interview,
He's like, we have tickets if you want to give
him away on the show. So we're gonna do that.
If you want to go see see Zach Brown Band
this Friday, coming up around to eighth, I will have
your chance to win.
Speaker 1 (15:02):
You will need.
Speaker 2 (15:03):
The keyword bet, bet, bet, bet Have you placed a bet?
Have you ever had to make good on a bet
that you placed? And it was embarrassing This one had
me in tears at talkback what TIF on the iHeartRadio
app to get your story and as well, we'll get
to that.
Speaker 1 (15:19):
Give me three minutes you're waking up with fifth in
the morning. Hi, kiss one one.
Speaker 2 (15:29):
I cannot wait for your stories on this. It's like
the main reason that I'm even doing this. Have you
ever had to make good on a bet that you placed?
I can't wait for the guy to call me. That's like, yep,
I failed my fantasy football league and then I had
to put on a two to two and dance around
on the highway.
Speaker 1 (15:46):
I don't know whatever the story is, it's.
Speaker 2 (15:48):
Pretty much the only reason why I'm talking about this,
and the fact that I will do anything to talk
about my Boston Celtics right now since we're in the playoffs.
If you want to go see Zach Brown ban he
called the show earlier and gave us some tickets to
give away, I have your chance to go coming up
and around.
Speaker 1 (16:04):
I don't know ten or so minutes.
Speaker 2 (16:05):
You will need the keyword bet to win those Zach
Brown Band tickets. Okay, so this happened last week. There's
a chance that you might have already come across it.
I chatted about it a little on Friday, and I
can't wait for your stories on him. Paul Pierce, formerly
of the Celtics and now a contributor, said that, hey,
if the Seas lose Game two, which was last week,
(16:27):
I will walk to work in my bathrobe with no
shoes on.
Speaker 1 (16:33):
And that walk is fifteen miles.
Speaker 2 (16:36):
So unfortunately, Celtics did end up losing Game two, although
they won Game three in New York. Paul Pierce walked
the fifteen miles in his bathrobe.
Speaker 1 (16:49):
He did have to put shoes on. But here is
this really wild?
Speaker 9 (16:52):
Though I can't believe it self has got the audio
like this, Oh over here you walking a here like this?
Speaker 6 (17:00):
A leader?
Speaker 3 (17:00):
I got a loan, walter that.
Speaker 9 (17:03):
A way out here, I'll step it, dough. Here we go, man,
here we go?
Speaker 7 (17:08):
All right?
Speaker 9 (17:09):
Then every hour and top of an hour, y'all update
on where all bet?
Speaker 7 (17:12):
Oh?
Speaker 8 (17:12):
Really all side like this dog?
Speaker 9 (17:14):
I can't believe it is someth's.
Speaker 3 (17:16):
Got lead all what the.
Speaker 4 (17:19):
Man?
Speaker 3 (17:21):
I was crying watching this video.
Speaker 2 (17:25):
This grown man is in a bathrobe walking down the
streets of LA. When you see a grown man, especially
in LA, in a bathrobe, you think either mentally unstable
or a crackhead.
Speaker 1 (17:36):
Which one is it? And it's not.
Speaker 2 (17:37):
It's just Paul Pierce making do on a bet that
he plays fifteen miles.
Speaker 1 (17:42):
That's a lot.
Speaker 2 (17:44):
Anyone that just raced the pig, whether it be the
half marathon in the full nose, pretty much what it's
like to do fifteen miles. And by the way, I
think he did it in a pair of Air Force ones.
Speaker 9 (17:55):
Well, I accomplished something great. No, that was an accomplishment
at the end of the day. Hey, not everybody had
a missile, you know, capacity to like really really do it.
I got it at five, you know what I'm saying.
So hopeingy, this can inspire my Celtics and we can
get back in this series man and pull this series out.
Speaker 1 (18:16):
You know what.
Speaker 2 (18:16):
He ended up inspiring them enough to win Game three,
which I loved. So here's what we're gonna do. Bet
is the keyword for the Zach Brown Band tickets. You
can either call me or talk back with Tiff on
the iHeartRadio app. The microphone is in the top right
hand corner if you want to hold that down. Tell
me about a bet. Tell me about a bet that
you were so sure that you weren't gonna have to
pay up on next thing. You know, you're on the
(18:38):
side of the road in a pink too too, or
you're like Paul Pierce walking fifteen miles to work.
Speaker 1 (18:43):
What is that bet?
Speaker 8 (18:45):
Hi?
Speaker 1 (18:45):
Good morning. You're waking up with TIF in the morning
on Kiss one O seven one.
Speaker 2 (18:48):
We're a few minutes out from your chance to win
Zach Brown Band tickets for this Friday.
Speaker 1 (18:52):
Hi, you're on the air.
Speaker 8 (18:54):
Yeah. I did a fancy football bet the about two
years ago and I wound up losing. And we went
to the turf Way Park in Kentucky and I had
to wear a see through leotard and had fox fears
(19:16):
foxtail and I had to do that the.
Speaker 3 (19:19):
Whole night, see through leotard.
Speaker 1 (19:22):
How about go?
Speaker 8 (19:25):
Actually it went very well. I got free drinks, all right,
So I was part of hammered.
Speaker 2 (19:30):
I feel like guys when they do fantasy league football bets,
it's always something to do with what you wear, Like
you have to wear something ridiculous and do something ridiculous
if you lose.
Speaker 8 (19:40):
Yeah, yeah, it definitely is what's your name?
Speaker 1 (19:43):
What neighbor are you calling me from?
Speaker 8 (19:46):
My name is Robert and from Newport.
Speaker 2 (19:48):
Thanks to the call, Robert. I appreciate if you're just
walking into the story. There was a video that went
viral last week of Paul Pierce having to walk fifteen
miles to work after the Celtics took the LL in
Game two. And you know I'm a Celtics fan, so
that video had me in tears.
Speaker 1 (20:02):
All right, caller ten, if you want to go see
Zach Brown five one three seven four nine one oh
seven one. Good luck. As long as you have the keyword.
Speaker 3 (20:13):
Here, John, No what it is Katie Perry, she said.
Speaker 8 (20:18):
Hit.
Speaker 3 (20:24):
When you need to know she's got you.
Speaker 1 (20:27):
It's three things with tip on kiss.
Speaker 3 (20:29):
When seven one?
Speaker 1 (20:30):
Good morning?
Speaker 2 (20:30):
Which celebrity trial starts today? I'll have that in a
hot second.
Speaker 1 (20:33):
Good morning.
Speaker 2 (20:33):
We're just before at nine o'clock on this Monday, May twelfth,
with your chance to win one thousand bucks coming up
around nine oh five.
Speaker 1 (20:40):
Don't go far.
Speaker 2 (20:40):
Scattered showers are ahead of us today, but still on
the fairly mild side temperature wise. Before we get to
the celebrity trial, just want to remind you today at
eleven o'clock in Fountain Square, a March will kick off
in remembrance to the officers that have fallen in Cincinnati
on the job.
Speaker 1 (20:55):
In fact, this dates back to eighteen.
Speaker 2 (20:56):
Forty nine when John Brasser, who was a watchman died
on duty, all the way up to fallen' sheriff Deputy
Larry Henderson, who was laid to rest. This weekend, that
kicks off, Like I said, it found square around eleven.
Be mindful of closures and delays, et cetera, and they
will march to district.
Speaker 1 (21:15):
One second.
Speaker 2 (21:16):
In three things you need to know, The Diddy trial
kicks off today. Well it's kind of the second week
of it, but really more important milestones are happening to them,
including seating a jury and opening statements for prosecutors and
the defense. So the jury selection is first up this morning.
There are currently forty three jurors still to go through
to pick the eighteen that they want. That's the goal
(21:39):
to get eighteen from this big pool, twelve jurors with
six alternates. Diddy's defense is saying this should be quick
and easy, and that there are sixteen preemptive challenges to
kind of bring the jury pool down, ten for the
defense and.
Speaker 1 (21:54):
Six for the prosecutors.
Speaker 2 (21:56):
These challenges allow for prospective jurors to be alloted without
an argument from either side, so essentially saying, hey, we
don't want them, no questions asked, they don't have to
be in. And then on top of that we'll get
opening statements from both sides today. I will most certainly
this will be a big thing in our three things
for the coming weeks, in maybe months, when there's more
(22:17):
in that one, I will have it for you. And then, lastly,
in three things you need to know, Walter Goggins is
the host of SNL this weekend, and if you were
a big fan of White Lotus, you would probably giggle
at this.
Speaker 10 (22:29):
Some of my friends have even asked me, well, what's
it like to become a sex symbol at fifty three
years old? And you know what, If I'm being honest,
it feels fantastic. At least it did until I googled
myself and read some of the headlines.
Speaker 3 (22:48):
Take a look.
Speaker 10 (22:50):
Are we all horny?
Speaker 3 (22:55):
Are we all horny?
Speaker 10 (22:56):
For Walton Goggins receding hairline. I've had the same hairlines
since I was seven. It's not receding, it's holding its ground.
Speaker 1 (23:06):
That forehead is large.
Speaker 2 (23:08):
Okay, that is three things you need to know for
the twelfth of May, your chance to win that thousand
bucks coming up around nine oh five.
Speaker 1 (23:14):
Don't go far.
Speaker 2 (23:15):
Good morning, you're waking up fifth in the morning. Kiss
good morning. What are you watching on TV right now?
I know yesterday wasn't the day really for television. It
was a day to be kind of, you know, outside right,
celebrating moms and such. But it's been a while since
you and I have connected on what you're watching. And
typically I like to do this on Mondays because over
(23:35):
the weekend you usually get into something. It's been a
minute since I've done a movie Sunday review. I went
to Showcase Cinema last night and saw Sinners, and it
was not what I was expecting. And it had been
highly rated and highly reviewed. It's a labeled as a
horror movie, but it was not as horror as I
thought it was going to be. Those are typically movies
(23:56):
I will not go and see. I'm a big old
scaredy cat. But Hailey Steinfeld killed it, Michael B. Jordan
killed it.
Speaker 4 (24:03):
It.
Speaker 2 (24:04):
Just I kept saying, this is a good movie, this
is just not what I thought it was gonna be.
And I had seen the trailers where there are vampire
teeth involved, and it kind of gave off an air
of true Blood if you've ever watched that show on
HBO Max. But it was good, it just was not
and the acting was good and the production was good.
(24:26):
It just maybe I walked into the storyline kind of
blind and I was like, we'll see where this goes.
There were definitely a few minutes during it then I
was like, oh, okay, I did not expect this. So overall,
do I recommend seeing it? Yes, it's labeled as horror.
Is it scary?
Speaker 1 (24:40):
Not really? There are a few like jumpy pieces in it.
Speaker 2 (24:43):
Other ones that I've seen as of late, though, are
the Thunderbolts movie.
Speaker 1 (24:46):
I went last Sunday and saw that one, and again I.
Speaker 2 (24:48):
Was surprised, delightfully that Thunderbolts was pretty solid if you're
looking for a movie in the theater. And then before that,
I went and saw The Accountant too, and Ben Affleck
great actor, and I'm blanket on the guy's name that
plays alongside him. I was confused a little bit by
this storyline in comparison to the first account and one
(25:09):
which I think is available on Hulu if you want
to catch him.
Speaker 1 (25:13):
Anything else that I'm missing.
Speaker 2 (25:14):
Last of us I know probably put out their fourth
or fifth episode last night. If you're looking for something
to watch, I enjoyed the first season. I haven't started
the second one. I tend to like a bunch of
episodes to line up before I jump in. But if
there is anything that you think is worth watching.
Speaker 1 (25:30):
Share it.
Speaker 2 (25:31):
It saves us from scrolling in hours worth of trailers.
That's where I usually get losses in the trailers talkbag
with Tiff on the iHeartRadio app. The microphone is in
the top right hand corner. So Cincinnati Reds fans are
really nervous this week because this one thing is happening
at Great American Ballpark and it's not necessarily to Pete
Rose Knight on Wednesday. What else I'll have that in
(25:52):
the Daily Debrief at nine thirty, you're waking.
Speaker 1 (25:55):
Up with fifth in the morning. Hi, kis let us
seven one. Good morning.
Speaker 2 (26:03):
You gotta be nervous if you're going to a Reds
game this week.
Speaker 1 (26:08):
You're walking into the Daily Debrief. Good morning. I choose
the one big thing I think we've talked about in
the four hours of conversation, and I revisit it, giving
you a chance to get caught up and to speed here.
Speaker 2 (26:17):
If you're just kind of starting off your day, I
never want you to feel out.
Speaker 1 (26:19):
Of the loop.
Speaker 2 (26:20):
Earlier in the show, we were debriefing on all the
things that happened over the weekend and the number one
trending Internet story and the new identity I should say
of the internet is the Pope and the fact that
he's a White Sox fan.
Speaker 1 (26:34):
And you know who's coming to Sincy this week.
Speaker 4 (26:37):
I'm nervous about the White Sox coming to town. That's
who the Reds have to face next.
Speaker 3 (26:42):
Normally, the White.
Speaker 4 (26:43):
Sox are known to be a terrible team, like one
of the worst in the league. They are actually, according
to their record, like the second worst. Okay, okay, but
now we know the Pope is a White Sox fan,
so they are.
Speaker 3 (26:56):
My God, they have good side God on.
Speaker 2 (27:00):
And that was Sarah at least, by the way, you
might recognize your voice from the Kid Chris Morning Show.
And she's a good friend of my show, so she
pops on usually quite a bit. They were bringing bibles
to the White Sox games. They've got good on their
side this week, and.
Speaker 1 (27:15):
They're coming here to Cincy with three two one starting
tomorrow night.
Speaker 3 (27:18):
So I don't know, I don't know what's gonna happen.
Speaker 1 (27:21):
Everything we do gets podcasted for you to get caught up.
Speaker 2 (27:23):
Whenever you have some free time today on your own schedule,
all you have to do is search tif Tiff in
the Morning on the iHeartRadio app. We also had Zach
Brown Band join the show this morning as well, so
lots to debrief on Happy Monday.
Speaker 1 (27:39):
You're waking up with.
Speaker 3 (27:40):
Tip in the Morning, Gone Kiss one O seven one.
Speaker 2 (27:42):
That song lyric and there was so iconic. You're so
two thousand and late now here we are twenty twenty five.
Speaker 1 (27:50):
We're almost halfway through twenty twenty five.
Speaker 2 (27:52):
By the way, if you can remember and reflect back
to January, it felt like a war. We were in
that month for years. And then you close your eyes,
maybe fell asleep for a couch snap, and woke up
and we're two weeks out from Memorial Day.
Speaker 1 (28:07):
The heck is going on.
Speaker 2 (28:09):
If you and I aren't connected yet, I'm at the
Tiff two F's Potter like the Wizard.
Speaker 1 (28:14):
That's a great place to go. Once we wrap up
the show.
Speaker 2 (28:16):
We typically connect through social until we return tomorrow at six.
I was excited that Zach Brown Band called my show
this morning and said, Hey, we have tickets for you
to give away. So if you want to go see
Zach Brown at TQL on Friday, set a reminder to
get up with Tiff in the morning tomorrow I will
have your chance to win.
Speaker 1 (28:33):
I hope you have a wonderful day. Happy Monday.
