Speaker 1 (00:01):
You're waking up with fifth in the morning. Kiss, good morning.
Speaker 2 (00:05):
Hi.
Speaker 3 (00:06):
We can agree that algorithms are different depending on who
you are as a person. But my algorithm right now
is nothing but Joe Burrow's toe toe. Burrow has taken
over every platform with the exception of Facebook. It'll take
a couple of days, but I'm sure that'll eventually happen too.
(00:27):
It's everywhere, and I'm wondering if maybe that would be
the same for you. I'll have more not good news,
but I'll have the news and three things you need
to know at six point fifty. But yeah, I feel
like I need.
Speaker 1 (00:42):
A little bit of a timeline cleanse.
Speaker 3 (00:47):
I just I feel so bad for him, I feel
bad for the team. I don't know, I'm like selfishly
like I feel selfishly sad for myself.
Speaker 1 (00:56):
You know, how could I make Burrow's toe injury all
about me?
Speaker 3 (01:05):
Thank you for the talk back with TIV. You two
can be a part of today's show. The microphone is
in the top right hand corner sometimes of the iHeartRadio app.
Speaker 1 (01:12):
When you search kiss.
Speaker 3 (01:13):
Sometimes you just need someone to listen, even if what
you have to say is just like whatever, like rambling.
Speaker 1 (01:20):
That's kind of.
Speaker 3 (01:21):
That's I think one of my strongest qualities that I
bring to at least my friend group, and I'm happy
to bring it here this morning. If you too need that,
if you just need to get something off your chest,
whether it's Joe Burrow related or not, don't forget you
can always be a part of Tiff in the morning
at your convenience by leaving me talkbacks. They're like voice notes.
They come directly to me. No one else checks them.
So search kiss on the iHeart app to be a
(01:43):
part of it, all right, As promised, Three Things you
need to Know will have the latest on Joe Burrow's
injury at six point fifty Good morning, when you need
to know, she's got you, it's three things with tif
on kiss.
Speaker 4 (01:58):
It looks like he's gonna need surgery. We're still working
through all the details of that, what the timeline are
gonna look like. So that's really all the information a today.
Speaker 1 (02:05):
All right.
Speaker 3 (02:06):
You know that voice and you know what he's talking about.
That's coach Dak Taylor at the press conference addressing Joe
Burrow's big toe. I mean it went everywhere towards the
close of yesterday's show that he is going to need
surgery and it's going to be three months at minimum.
Speaker 1 (02:19):
If the stars were aligned and it all.
Speaker 3 (02:21):
Went well, he could potentially return for maybe the final
two games of the season. I think that's like too
far in advance for us to really wrap our heads around.
Speaker 1 (02:29):
And it feels like, and let me say this, this is.
Speaker 3 (02:34):
I am not I'm not an expert, and you know
that from when we talked about NFL contracts with Trey Hendrickson,
et cetera. What I have done, though, is pull the
audio from all sorts of places so that we have
a better understanding of kind of what's going on here.
The sentiment in the room is still hopeful, but people
have questions. They have questions about how the hell we're
going to do this.
Speaker 4 (02:54):
There's always some important aniversity you're gonna you're gonna face
and this how do you respond to it? And so again,
there's not a lot we can do right now for Joe,
you know, other than I feel terrible for him because
he's putting all the work and so for him to
have to go through this is the worst part of it.
But as a football team, we just got to continue
to move forward. And that's what these guys are going
to do.
Speaker 3 (03:14):
And then there's the question about the O line. I
feel like that comes up quite a bit here.
Speaker 4 (03:19):
He is I don't really worry about the outside noise.
We are always working to be the best version of
this inside angles and trying to put ourselves in the
best position. The players have bought in, the coaches are
bought in. We feel like we put ourselves in a
great position here at two and oh, we.
Speaker 3 (03:33):
Need to hear one more from I think Zach Taylor,
and that is Jake Browning. Are we moving forward with him?
Will we be signing another QB.
Speaker 4 (03:42):
We have a ton of confidence in Jake and so
he proved that yesterday against what I think everyone's going
to see is a really good football team. He's done
in the past, He's played against this team we're about
to play, so he's got experience there.
Speaker 1 (03:53):
So you heard it.
Speaker 3 (03:54):
Coach CT has full confidence in JB and Jake Browning,
and that's where we're going for our next game. Let's
hear from Ted Carris and maybe some of the other
players from the organization.
Speaker 1 (04:04):
To touch a gray on the day. So won the game.
Very happy for that. I'm gonna go enjoy it with
my family. But you know, I'm sure people will be.
Speaker 3 (04:14):
On our ass and that is that's it when you
listen to other sports personalities, even in our own building
here at ESPN and LWK Adams, just people across the
league are commenting on Joe Burrow and.
Speaker 1 (04:27):
The overall thing I've.
Speaker 3 (04:29):
Picked up is just an observer of communication, is that
people are either really bummed out for him and they
just feel so bad that Joe Burrow has another injury.
Others are angry that we're quote wasting Joe Burrow's time
and his prime. We haven't quite heard from him yet.
When there's more on that one, I'll have it for you.
(04:49):
You know, our next game is against the Vikings this
coming Sunday away at one o'clock.
Speaker 1 (04:55):
Second in three things you need to.
Speaker 3 (04:56):
Know this morning, Cincinnati Public didn't get the best report
card from the state. You know, we do this thing
every year where they kind of rank us and figure
out where we are in our state testing. Here's my guy,
Brian Combs from seven hundred WLW.
Speaker 5 (05:15):
This is hy Public Schools earned a rating off two
and a half stars for the second year in a row,
but the district says this time they've shown improvement in
sixteen of twenty tested areas.
Speaker 1 (05:23):
That's better than last year.
Speaker 5 (05:25):
Superintendent says she's specially encouraged by strong improvement and readiness
and graduation rates. When it comes to achievement that measures
how all students are performing on state wide tests, district
receiving an equivalent of a D lowest scores for eighth
grade students, showing just nineteen percent proficient in math and
only thirty nine percent proficient in reading. Five of the
district's high schools only earned one star for achievement. Aiken
(05:46):
dat Taft West High and Woodward Walnut Hills once again
listed as a five star high school. I'm Brian Combs
News Radio seven a WLUBT.
Speaker 1 (05:53):
That's my guy, and I was like, well, can you
debrief me on what all of this means?
Speaker 3 (05:56):
He said, Yeah, Essentially, we do some mon like you know,
our school get rated on this and that, and Cincinnati
Public it got the equivalent of a D. But there
are some other schools in our district like Madeira and
Wyoming and Indian Hill that.
Speaker 1 (06:09):
Did get five stars all right.
Speaker 3 (06:11):
And then lastly, in three Things you need to Know
to get your days started here in Cincy. The Coachella
lineup came out and Sabrina Carpenter and Justin Bieber are
gonna be headlining it this year, and I think that's
just lovely for Sabrina Carpenter. She's only got two or
three albums out. Justin Bieber's got a massive catalog, but
(06:34):
it's great for Sabrina. And that'll happen Friday, April eight tenth.
In the seventeenth, Justin will have the Saturday dates and
that final date of headlining will be Carol G Young Thug.
Also on that date, I'm also seeing the Strokes. I mean,
you know, the list is endless. If you plan on
going to Coachella, it's usually the second and third weekend
(06:55):
in April.
Speaker 1 (06:55):
All right, that istory.
Speaker 3 (06:56):
Things you need to know for the sixteenth of September
coming up at seven oh five, we're commercial free as
you get ready for school and work. Best way to
keep listening to Tiff in the morning is on the
iHeartRadio app when you search Kiss one oh seven one.
Not only can you listen, but you can also participate.
The microphone is in the top right hand corner. You
hold that down and I'm really curious on what your
(07:18):
thoughts are with Joe Burrow right now, feel free to
let it out.
Speaker 1 (07:22):
Baby. Good morning.
Speaker 3 (07:24):
You're waking up with Tiff in the morning on at
Kiss one oh seven one.
Speaker 1 (07:27):
It's a Tuesday.
Speaker 3 (07:29):
We are just slightly over the hump of the halfway
mark of September twenty twenty five. I started thinking about
holiday vacation time yesterday. It's just a weird, weird, weird,
weird feeling to just see time go so quickly. I
was journaling about that this morning. I just to feel
like there's so many good things happening in life, with
(07:51):
the exception of Joe Burrow's toe. My god, we're gonna
talk about that at seven twenty if you want to
stick around for it. But I'm just you know, if
I can encourage you to take a deep breath, just
maybe think of something you're grateful for, to slow the
day down a little bit. And if you are not
in a good position today, well just know that you've
(08:12):
got an ear here. You got a friend in me,
and we're commercial free and I hope to be able
to provide you with a little bit of levity, a
little bit of music. It's some of your favorite things
you know when you stop by Tiff in the Morning
every day. Just make us your number one preset on
the iHeartRadio App. Okay, and in the meantime, as promised,
we're commercial free. Good morning, Good morning Ashanti and jah
(08:35):
Rule on TIF in the Morning. Kiss one oh seven
one is commercial free, good timing, Jah Rule and Nelly.
We're at that Riverbend show. Was it six or so
weeks ago? You know who's coming to Riverbend tonight? Blink
within eighty two. Oh, my millennial heart is screaming right now.
You'll have to let me know if you're going to
the show.
Speaker 6 (08:59):
Rod.
Speaker 1 (09:04):
Right, I cannot wait. I found some of my favorites
that I'm looking forward to. Shut Oh my god.
Speaker 3 (09:25):
My boss is gonna be like, why are you playing
so much Blink one eighty two on your show this morning?
Speaker 1 (09:29):
And I'm like, because I'm obsessed. I cannot wait. That's
what you want to wait for me?
Speaker 3 (09:35):
Nobody's actually wait your freshman?
Speaker 1 (09:44):
What's my age again? So good?
Speaker 3 (09:47):
Yeah, you'll have to let me know if you're going
to either shoot me a DM or talk back with
Tiff on the iHeart Radio app. In fact, that's a
great way to be in touch and involved with Tiff
in the morning. Every day we're free. We're here for
you commercial free microphones in the top right hand corner.
Speaker 1 (10:03):
In fact, you know what.
Speaker 3 (10:04):
We're gonna do three minutes from now if you can
trade me just a little.
Speaker 1 (10:09):
Bit of your time this morning.
Speaker 3 (10:11):
What is the biggest thing in Cincinnati that everyone is
talking about?
Speaker 1 (10:15):
Is it blink Win eighty two or is it something else?
Speaker 3 (10:18):
I think it might be this one thing, okay, And
I think you might be able to pick up what
I'm putting down if you were to just look down
at your feet.
Speaker 1 (10:26):
We're gonna talk about that one next you're waking up
in the morning, kiss, let us have one.
Speaker 3 (10:35):
How many of us can get out of work today
because our toe hurts?
Speaker 1 (10:44):
I could never. I could never use that as an
excuse me.
Speaker 7 (10:48):
Well, I said that I can't come to my job
for the next three months because my toe needs operation.
They would be like, you are already replaced, You have
been replaced.
Speaker 1 (11:00):
I could never. A woman could never.
Speaker 7 (11:03):
Oh, how many people have used a bad toe to
get out of it?
Speaker 1 (11:09):
To get out of the.
Speaker 3 (11:12):
Five and three seven before one win? Wild excuses you've
used to get out of something? No we're obviously talking
about Joe Burrow. That's Sarah Least. She comes on I
show quite a bit.
Speaker 1 (11:22):
We love to keep from crying. It's a tough day
for Bengals fan.
Speaker 3 (11:26):
It's so bittersweet with the win and then now the
news by now is everywhere it's broken that.
Speaker 7 (11:32):
The toe is literally broken. It's literally broken, and even
with a win, we have a loss. But we're gonna
be just fine with Jake Browning, is what I'm telling myself.
Jake Browning will step in and he looked great yesterday.
He threw three interceptions, but we look past that.
Speaker 1 (11:49):
We just will be fine.
Speaker 7 (11:52):
And if not, then I'll just say that I can't
go to the games because my toe hurts.
Speaker 1 (11:57):
I'm using the toe thing.
Speaker 3 (11:58):
I'm gonna use the toe thing at least one today
and all serious and see if someone someone is like,
oh yeah, no problem.
Speaker 7 (12:04):
Oh yeah, my mom, why didn't you call me buck
my toe?
Speaker 1 (12:07):
Good morning? Well that's certainly an anthem.
Speaker 3 (12:10):
You're waking up with Tiff in the morning on Kiss
one oh seven one excuses that you've used to get
out of going to work.
Speaker 8 (12:17):
A while ago, I was working retail and my friend
was gone one day and the next said she closed
bags them. Oh where were you yesterday? She's like, okay,
So I was coming to work. I was like heading
out the door and I knocked the glass off my
counter and it shattered and the water spelled everywhere. So
I had to clean it up, and I was like,
so you missed the whole day because of that, and
(12:38):
she's like, well, by the time I finished cleaning up,
I didn't want to come in and I'd already like
calls up and know something happened. So I just ended
up saying it's been coming at all.
Speaker 9 (12:47):
That's okay.
Speaker 1 (12:48):
Well, thank you for the talk bag with Tiff.
Speaker 3 (12:50):
You two can be a part of today's show when
you open up the iHeartRadio app and search kiss one
oh seven one. The microphone is in the top righthand
corner if you want to leave me a little voice snowdy. Honestly,
I related to that woman. Imagine we're so on edge
in this world that a spilled glass of water can
throw you a whole day. The reason why we're even
talking about this, by the way, if you're just walking
(13:12):
into the show for the very first time, is if
you can you know, you can get past the depression
that Bengals fans are feeling today. We laugh to keep
from crying on this show. It's a little ridiculous that
the man is out for three months because of the
tow the toe burrow.
Speaker 10 (13:30):
So I used to have a coworker. It was last
winter and she did not come into office because it
was too cold in the office.
Speaker 1 (13:43):
Is it bad that I'm like, nah, I could clock
that one. I might use that.
Speaker 9 (13:47):
My boss actually told us he had to miss work
one day when his son's imaginary friends was having a funeral.
What had to be there, And apparently he and this
whens been trying to get this imaginary friend to exit
(14:08):
the picture for a while, and then one day their
son walked in and told them that his friend had
died and that the funeral would be tomorrow. So, yeah,
that was pretty weird.
Speaker 3 (14:21):
Well that just sounds like one of those things that
you just said mm hm, and you keep it pushing.
I don't know which excuse is more ridiculous, toe burrow
or the imaginary friend. But if you have one that
you think you can use to compete on the show
this morning, please feel free to call me at five
one three seven nine one oh seven one.
Speaker 1 (14:39):
Excuses you've used to get off of work? Good morning?
Speaker 3 (14:45):
Wow, the breakup anthem of maybe the millennium you are
waking up with him in the morning on Kiss one
o seven one. How old was Jojo? I'm googling this
when she wrote that. I think she was like fourteen.
Jojo was thirteen years old when her single Leave Get
Out was released. Imagine having that much one pain from
(15:07):
a relationship in middle school and too like grasp on
life to be able to write an anthem that would
stay with us in the breakup world forever. Wow.
Speaker 1 (15:16):
All right, uh, good morning, you're on Kiss one oh
seven one. We were just chit chatting.
Speaker 3 (15:21):
About the excuses that you've used to call off of work.
Speaker 11 (15:24):
Good morning.
Speaker 10 (15:25):
I have.
Speaker 6 (15:26):
So it's not me, but a coworker of mine once
called off because squirrels had babies.
Speaker 11 (15:30):
And his couch.
Speaker 3 (15:32):
I mean, it sounds like it could have been a
crisis at the time.
Speaker 1 (15:36):
But how did you respond?
Speaker 9 (15:38):
We all looked at each other like, Okay, what's really
going on?
Speaker 1 (15:41):
Yeah, it sounds like there might be something a little
bit deeper.
Speaker 3 (15:44):
But that's the thing about excuses with work and such
is that I feel like the more ridiculous. The excuse
is the more true it is. And when you're just sick,
I'm not sick.
Speaker 1 (15:54):
I'm not sick. I told my boss I was sick
the day after Labor Day.
Speaker 3 (15:59):
I was just depressed at summer was over and I
needed a mental health day.
Speaker 9 (16:03):
I mean that's fair.
Speaker 1 (16:05):
I loved hearing your voice this morning. What's your name?
What neighborhood? Wake up with?
Speaker 10 (16:08):
Name?
Speaker 12 (16:10):
Jonah?
Speaker 3 (16:10):
I hope you have a wonderful day. Thanks for contributing
to the show. It wouldn't be what it is without
your contributions.
Speaker 1 (16:15):
All right.
Speaker 3 (16:16):
Speaking of the reason why we're even talking about this
is because of toe Burrow with the with the toe.
The excuse of not coming to work because of the toe,
although I know very legitimate. We just try to laugh
to keep from crying. Here, if you can give me
three minutes, we'll get into the three things you need
to know to get your day started in Cincy. What
is Zach Taylor's take on the toe? What are we doing?
Are we keeping Jake? What's going on? We'll get to
(16:37):
that next.
Speaker 1 (16:40):
Glynn, you need to know she's got you. It's three
things with tif.
Speaker 4 (16:47):
He looks like he's going to need surgery. We're still
working through all the details of that, what the timeline
is going to look like. So that's really all the information.
Speaker 3 (16:54):
Today and that's pretty much all we got yesterday too
from the internet. Everyone's on the Joe Burrow the toe
Borough of course, you know that voice that was coach
Zach Taylor and the press conference addressing of the injury.
If everything goes according to how it's supposed to, the
man could have surgery, takes three months to recover, it
could maybe make it back for the final two games
(17:16):
of the season. And it's like the balloon let out
of Bengals fan, like man can't catch a break. There's
a lot of criticism coming elept girl, you know that.
I'm I'm here for, you know, celebrating the team and community,
having a couple of beers eeing some good snacks.
Speaker 1 (17:35):
I'm not an x's and oh's expert, you know that.
Speaker 3 (17:38):
But what I've done is I've pulled audio from everyone
who has an opinion on this, and that's what I'm
gonna play for you this morning. So Coach Zac Taylor
was asked, okay, what about the offensive line, what about
you know, protection of Burrow?
Speaker 1 (17:50):
Here he is. I get it.
Speaker 4 (17:51):
I understand where people are gonna come from. It's gonna
be very attacking of us and our style of play
that's got us to a super Bowl, in an AFC championship,
and two division titles and one a lot of gas
for us. So we're always evaluating how we can protect
our players and put them in the best position possible.
So I take accountability for that. And if people want
to blame me for put them in a position, I'm
(18:12):
fine taking that.
Speaker 1 (18:13):
Okay, what about signing another QB.
Speaker 4 (18:15):
I feel very confident in Jake. I think Jake has
proven his caliber in this league and then he can
help us win football games and contend for all the
things that we want to contend for. But having said,
we're always open to bringing in other people. At this point,
we got two quarterbacks sitting in this room, and so
I'm sure we'll turn over a lot of rocks trying
to find another game.
Speaker 1 (18:34):
Okay, and then what about from Jamar Chase the roller
coaster man? Every game is gonna be a roller coaster
every week here on now.
Speaker 9 (18:41):
We got to focus and you know nxs and cube
math on anything I quarter back got down.
Speaker 1 (18:45):
We got a ninth man up and it's on from there. Okay,
so we'll leave it at that.
Speaker 3 (18:53):
You know, we're away against the Vikings one o'clock on Sunday.
All right, Second, and three things you need to know
this morning. Miss Cardi B out on the album press tour.
You know we're getting We're getting, We're getting. Am I
The Drama, her second studio album, her sophomore album. Cardi's
been in the game since twenty seventeen. An Invasion of
Privacy won the Grammy for Best Rap Album in twenty eighteen.
(19:14):
Here we are, years later, she's getting ready to release
her next album, and she's taw She gave us the
list of features.
Speaker 1 (19:22):
If you give me a hot seck, I'll pull it
up for us.
Speaker 3 (19:24):
Cash Cobain, Janet Jackson, Kalanie, Lizzo, Megan the Stallion. Not
surprised on that. One summer, Walker Tyler, and Selena Gomez
we'll all be on Cardi B's new album. This is
not in Some people were like, oh, Selena Gomez, but
this isn't the first time that Selena and Cardi have
(19:44):
done a song.
Speaker 1 (19:45):
Here's a clip of their last one. Hey, anybody want
to any more? She had to take care at the
Lamborghini school. I'm kind of scary her feet. I'm not going,
but I'm a bostfish.
Speaker 6 (19:57):
Nobody, honey, Okay, keeping time every day, get a little,
get it a little done.
Speaker 1 (20:09):
So we'll have a new single from a Carti with
Selena on it on Friday.
Speaker 3 (20:13):
Of course, I'll have it for you. That song was
called Taki uh Taki Taki. It's got DJ Snake on it.
She sat down on the Jennifer Hudson Show and she
was asked about falling asleep in court from her trial
a couple of days ago.
Speaker 1 (20:25):
Do you want to set the record store? What was
happening there? I'd rather gona lie I was was. I
had a long night. I'm in the middle of the
of an album rollout. I was so sleepy. I was
trying to fight it, but it was like I just
got int Poor Cardi, Poor Cardi.
Speaker 3 (20:44):
You know, she had a conversation too about going out
on tour. She's been training and dancing and getting ready
for tour. So we'll hopefully have an announcement from her
when the album comes out. I'm really routed for Cardi
on this one. You know her an offset no longer together.
But when offset was about the album, he had nothing
but good things to say. Her single Wop and Up,
(21:07):
although those are like centuries old, will be featured on
this album. And she was asked why, and she's said, well,
they're my singles and they need a home, so they'll
be on uh am I the Drama, which comes out later.
It comes out on Friday. You need I'll have that
for you for a new music Friday. Okay, all righty.
And lastly, in three Things You Need to Know this morning,
we have an update on Lil nas X. We heard
(21:30):
remember he was arrested and charged with a few different things.
Was that maybe two or three weeks ago. His lawyer
is talking about some treatment that he is going to receive.
Speaker 2 (21:42):
We're doing what is best for Montero from a personal
standpoint and a professional standpoint, but most importantly for his
well being. He is surrounded by an amazing family, an
amazing team of people that care about him and love
about him and love him, and we're just addressing those.
Speaker 3 (22:01):
I'm googling really quick, what is Montero charged with? It
sounds a little bit like it's more it's more like
a facility rather than like a treatment center, because I
don't want to make you know, preconceived judgment about someone,
but it sounded it looked as if there were may
(22:21):
be drugs involved the last time he was out and
about in his undecented cowboy boots.
Speaker 1 (22:25):
We're hoping the best for Montero. All right. That is
three things you need to know to get your day started.
Speaker 3 (22:29):
And sincey it's the sixteenth of September, coming up at
eight thirty, if you want to go see twenty one Pilots.
I mean, this is the show that TIQL Stadium or
play Zach Brown with who was supposed to be here
in May. They said we're gonna bring Top. That's a
big concert. I've got your chance to get in Thursday
night coming up at eight thirty. So if you want
to lock in on TIF in the morning, I would
(22:50):
love to have you. Okay, you're waking up with Fifth
in the morning, hun kiss one good morning. In Do
you feel like there's a lot of pressure around owned
getting married if you're sitting in your thirties right now,
I hope you don't feel that. If you're in your twenties,
engagement ring is the keyword. You're gonna need to win
(23:10):
the twenty one pilot's tickets in about ten minutes. Ten
minutes to twenty one pilots. They're coming to TQL Stadium
on Thursday. I've got one of your last chances to
get into the biggest show of the year, so don't
go far. So if we're connected on social at the
Tiff to F's Potter like the Wizard, I wouldn't say
it was a mistake to post up this Instagram story,
but it did lead to some questioning from my own
(23:31):
best friends. In a group text my Bostonian friends, I
was like, guys, you know me, I wouldn't keep this
from you. So if we're not connected at the Tiff
to F's Potter like the Wizard, tap through towards the
end of my stories and that way you'll have a
visual as to what we're talking about. So Genesis Diamonds
is a big sponsor of Tiff in the Morning, and
I really do enjoy them. Whenever I go into that store,
(23:52):
it's like right next to the station there there's cool people.
Speaker 1 (23:55):
I like, hang, I'm not hanging out there.
Speaker 3 (23:58):
But I would feel like if someone was to buy
an engagement ring, it would be a lot of pressure
and you'd be like super overwhelmed at least with me
that they've been really cool about that. So I'm not
in the market for an engagement ring. Let's just let
that settle for a hot second. I am not in
the market for an engagement ring. I am nowhere near
(24:18):
the phase of my life maybe where I'm getting married. Okay,
but I had to post up some social for the show,
and I wanted to do so. I liked them a lot,
and I was cautious enough in the story to say, listen,
I'm not in the market for an engagement ring, but
if you are, go here at least check it out
added to your list of places to pop into. And
my own friends are like, Tiff, are you getting engaged?
Speaker 1 (24:41):
And I know better than this.
Speaker 3 (24:43):
I have more solid footing underneath me than to let
something like this like make me panic or get underneath
my skin. I know that, But is there still a
p Is there still pressure? Why am I still feeling pressure? Why? Why?
Speaker 11 (25:00):
Why?
Speaker 3 (25:01):
Why am I still feeling pressure around the idea of
getting married by a certain time? Are we still doing that?
Do you still feel like there's a right age or
stage to get engaged? Or are we over that cause
I kind of thought we were over that. But putting
this on social and hearing it from my own friends,
seeing it through some of my DMS, and almost having
(25:24):
to explain to my own people like, no, I'm not
in the market for an engagement ring, you know, I'm
just doing a little bit of work for the show.
But now, like I feel so, I feel dumb even
talking about this because I know better, I have more
solid ground underneath me to stand on what I think
is right for me. But I can't help there's this
(25:45):
little like demon inside my body that's like, well, you know,
are you and Tom Brady right?
Speaker 1 (25:50):
Do you think you'll move in that quiet direction? Is
he the right one? Is this the one? Am I
the one? I'm like, what are you doing? Tiffany? What
are you doing?
Speaker 2 (25:58):
So?
Speaker 11 (25:58):
Five?
Speaker 1 (25:59):
Win three seven nine one oh seven one?
Speaker 3 (26:01):
Do you still feel like there's a right age or
stage to get engaged or are we over that?
Speaker 1 (26:06):
Can you send some help my way? Please? Woo.
Speaker 3 (26:09):
That is certainly a good way to start off your
day if you just so happen to be walking into
the conversation. Wooh, you're listening to tiff in the morning.
Kiss one oh seven one's commercial free and engagement ring.
Engagement ring is the keyword you're gonna need to win
the twenty one Pilot's tickets coming up here in a
few minutes. We're talking about engagement and the right time
(26:30):
to do so.
Speaker 1 (26:31):
If there is a.
Speaker 12 (26:32):
Right time, do not get married in your twenties. You
have so much more life to live. Just live your life,
have fun, explore adventure, to meet new people, just have fun,
enjoy it. I got married in my twenties.
Speaker 11 (26:49):
I regret it.
Speaker 3 (26:50):
Wow, Okay, Well, thank you for being vulnerable and honest
and for the talk back with Tiff the microphones in
the top right hand corner.
Speaker 1 (26:57):
Again, no opinion is right wrong.
Speaker 3 (26:59):
The reason why I were even talking about this if
you're just walking into the conversation, as I had posted
up some Instagram stories of me trying on some diamond rings.
Genesis Diamonds is a big sponsor of TIF in the Morning,
so I wanted to go in there and check them out.
But it even led to my own group text being like, Tiff,
are you in the market for an engagement ring?
Speaker 1 (27:17):
And I'm not. But it kind of made me panic a.
Speaker 3 (27:19):
Little bit and I was a little embarrassed about that, like,
should I be in a different phase of life to
get married? What's the right, what's the wrong? So thanks
for putting my mind at ease. Coming up three minutes
from now, your chance at the tickets.
Speaker 1 (27:32):
You're waking up with Tiff in the morning on one
o seven to one. Good morning. I'm hoping you have
a keyword for me, engagement. Congratulations, you got the keyword.
You're going to see twenty one pilots on Thursday.
Speaker 3 (27:45):
So excited for you. You a big top fan. Yes,
oh my god, well look at you, my gal. I
hope you're having a good Tuesday.
Speaker 1 (27:54):
I am, thank you so much. You're welcome. What's your
name when neighborhood are waking up with men?
Speaker 12 (27:59):
Yeah?
Speaker 11 (27:59):
Name Elizabeth?
Speaker 1 (28:00):
Elizabeth. Where are you driving around? I know you're in
the CA.
Speaker 7 (28:03):
I am.
Speaker 11 (28:04):
I'm actually getting ready to go see my father in
law but UC who had a major open heart surgery
and he's doing amazing, so I get ready to them.
Speaker 3 (28:14):
Yes, well, vibes are high even if the situation is low. Yes, well,
thank you for listening to Tiff in the morning.
Speaker 11 (28:20):
Thank you, thank you, You're welcome.
Speaker 1 (28:22):
Do you have any comments on the engagement ring stuff?
Speaker 2 (28:25):
I do.
Speaker 11 (28:26):
I've been thinking about it ever since I heard you
talking about it, and I just I can't get it
out of my brain. And I know that everybody has,
you know, their personal experience that they want to put
off onto other people like you know.
Speaker 9 (28:38):
This is this is everybody should get married by a
third age, or.
Speaker 11 (28:42):
You should go and have fun. But I think it
really comes down to the individual. It comes down to
what your needs and your wants. It just comes down
to the individual. Because I've heard people meet somebody and
they were engagement within a month, and twenty years later
they're still together. My story, that is not for everybody. Okay,
(29:02):
we heard of people finding their love in their eighties,
and so everybody has a personal difference once and need
not everybody fits.
Speaker 7 (29:10):
In the box.
Speaker 1 (29:11):
Well, thank you. I feel a lot lighter after that take.
Speaker 3 (29:14):
If you're just walking into the convo, you can get
a little peak as to what we were talking about.
On my Instagram stories, I posted up some rings that
led to some conversation amongst my group text and then
it made me panic a little bit, and you just
put me a little bit more at ease. You can
get caught up on the podcast later I'll post everything. Okay,
(29:35):
if you're sitting in your thirties and you're stressed about
your timelines and your clock, just know that you've got
a friend in me, and you've got an ear with
me if you want to chat about it. But we're
still commercial free. We're not far off from three things
you need to know. We've got albums to talk about
new music and Joe Burrow to Burrow, I should say,
And if you took an l on the top tickets,
(29:55):
John John, we'll get you this afternoon. We'll have more
chances tomorrow on my show as well.
Speaker 1 (30:01):
When you need to know she's got you. It's three
things with tip.
Speaker 3 (30:07):
So we might have an agreement with TikTok? Will it
be a permanent fixture in the United States? After years
of debate? Give me a hot suck. Just before nine
o'clock on the sixteenth of September. What's the temperature outside
right now? Sixteenth three degrees? Another high of eighty five
and sunny Friday is going to be like just shy
(30:27):
of ninety beautiful weekend though. Okay, before we get to TikTok,
shall we start off with Tollburrow. I think there's been
a lot of conversation on the internet. Everyone has an opinion.
You know what my stance is. I like what my
team wins. I like when I have a Dora cup
filled with beer, and I like it when there are
good snacks outside of that.
Speaker 1 (30:48):
You're the expert. I don't know. I don't know if
we have the right people in the right places right.
Speaker 3 (30:53):
I hear about the offensive line a lot like is
you know, are we doing the right thing or not?
Speaker 1 (30:59):
Here's what Zee, he says.
Speaker 7 (31:00):
I get it.
Speaker 4 (31:01):
I understand where people are going to come from. It's
going to be very attacking of us. In our style
of play. That's got us to a Super Bowl, in
an AFC Championship and two division titles and won a
lot of games for us. So we're always evaluating how
we can protect our players and put them in the
best position possible. So I take accountability for that. And
if people want to blame me for putt him in
a position, I'm fine taking that.
Speaker 3 (31:23):
Okay, what about Jake Browning's our what's our status are?
We're looking for another QB?
Speaker 1 (31:26):
What's going on?
Speaker 4 (31:27):
We have a ton of confidence in Jake and so
he proved that yesterday against what I think everyone's gonna
see is a real good football team. He's done in
the past, He's played against this team we're about to play,
so he's got experience there.
Speaker 3 (31:39):
Okay, so we're going to be taking on the Vikings
one o'clock away on Sunday. By now, you've probably heard
about what the status is with Joe. If not, I
feel a little ridiculous if I forgot to mention that
he is going to need the surgery, probably be out
for three months. If everything goes according to the plan,
he could be back for the final two games of
(31:59):
this season. And I think the sentiment across the league,
from what I've seen in all sorts of videos, even
our own iHeartMedia offices here at ESPN and seven hundred Wow.
You know, people just like feel bad, feel bad for him,
and feel bad for Bengals fans.
Speaker 1 (32:15):
All right, Second and three things you need to know.
We have a new album announcement. I had already mentioned
Cardi b.
Speaker 2 (32:23):
I Am I.
Speaker 1 (32:24):
The drama comes out Friday. You know I'll have it
for you. But guess who's coming back with a new album,
Demi Lovato.
Speaker 3 (32:30):
She posted on social It's not that deep my ninth
studio album will be yours on October twenty four. This
music is a reflection of where I am now, so
proud of all the work I've done, and now it's
time to celebrate and have some fun. She went on
to thank a bunch of people, but most importantly, thank
you to my levatics. I love you and I'll never
let you go. You can pre order the album now
(32:52):
and let's dance.
Speaker 1 (32:54):
It's not that deep. The era starts now and O
colud use a good bot from Demi.
Speaker 3 (33:00):
She put out a single last Friday for New Music
Friday called Here All Night If you need a little
taste of what's to come.
Speaker 1 (33:18):
Oh my god, I mean that may God. We could
have used her for a song a summer moment. You know,
she looks good. She looks good.
Speaker 3 (33:29):
You remember it wasn't that long ago, maybe three four
years ago, when the Demi Levado doc came out where
she talked about where she almost died. She looks like
she's in a good place where she's got a good doctor.
Either way, I support her. Lindsay Lohan's got a great
doctor too, but good for her. She seems like her
energy is in a good space or even Lastly, in
three things you need to know, what's the deal with TikTok?
Speaker 1 (33:49):
Is it going to stay in the United States of America.
Speaker 3 (33:51):
I mean, I feel like we've been fighting this battle
for years, and according to CNN, a deal has been
reached between the Trump administration and China to keep TikTok
operational in the US.
Speaker 1 (34:02):
This is, like I said, been years in the making.
Speaker 3 (34:05):
They're supposed to have a meeting on Friday and we'll
have the announcement of what the framework of TikTok.
Speaker 1 (34:12):
In the US is going to look like.
Speaker 3 (34:14):
So I paused on creating with that app because I said,
why are we putting our time and energy into this?
If they're going to yank it, It'll be nice to
at least have some official details like are we good
or are we not?
Speaker 6 (34:24):
All right?
Speaker 3 (34:24):
That is three things you need to know for the
sixteenth of September coming up at our nine o'clock hour,
Abby from everything since he is going to join us,
she does every Tuesday right around nine fifteen to talk
about the three big things that you can get involved
with here in Cincinnati.
Speaker 1 (34:40):
Okay, I don't go far. One O seven one, it's
time for Tuesday Tips. On Tip in the morning.
Speaker 3 (34:46):
Good morning Abby from everything, since he does the research
so that you don't have to put any energy or
effort into it. She comes on the show every Tuesday
around this time to talk about the three big things
happening in the Tri State that you can get involved with.
Sometimes they're free, sometimes they're a low cost. Sometimes they're
for single solos, dog lovers. I'm sure we're going to
talk about beer because Zinzinnati is this weekend.
Speaker 1 (35:07):
Mi Gal, how are you? What's going on?
Speaker 13 (35:09):
I'm great. I'm excited. We're two and o for the Bengals.
It feels good in Cincinnati right now. I know, I
know everyone's very sad about Joe and his toe nine toes,
but well, I think I still have faith in this team,
so I just try to put.
Speaker 1 (35:27):
That out there.
Speaker 13 (35:27):
Okay, all right, But yeah, lots of beer this weekend.
So Cincinnati is happening the eighteenth through the twenty first down.
Speaker 9 (35:35):
At the Riverfront.
Speaker 13 (35:37):
But one thing I love that they're doing that I
really haven't noticed in the past, and maybe it's just me,
but gave a lot of like interactive classes and stuff
that you can join, and they have glass blowing porch
classes and this is for all different ages like seven
and up. So I think this is so fun that
there's like hands on activities that you can do as well.
Speaker 1 (35:58):
I did not know that. Can you tell me where
I would find more info on that?
Speaker 13 (36:02):
Yeah, so if you go to their Instagram or their Facebook,
they actually have links to the different classes that you
can sign up for.
Speaker 9 (36:10):
I did.
Speaker 2 (36:10):
Look.
Speaker 13 (36:10):
It's like to start at forty dollars, but you get
to take these pieces home with you and it's an experience.
Speaker 9 (36:15):
I love that.
Speaker 2 (36:16):
I do.
Speaker 1 (36:16):
I enjoy that more than just the drinking of the beer.
Very cool. Thanks for reminding me of that.
Speaker 3 (36:20):
I'm hosting the Wiener Dog Race on Friday with Sarah Elise.
Speaker 2 (36:25):
I know.
Speaker 13 (36:26):
I'm excited. I'm going to come down for that because
that is so fun. Remind me what pig metic ill.
Speaker 3 (36:31):
I think the registration's at eleven, so somewhere around your lunchtime.
If you can come down to see little.
Speaker 1 (36:35):
Weenies, that would be awesome.
Speaker 13 (36:37):
Speaking of doggies, Ali's walk About which is where Sky
gives to school. They're hosting a Yappy Hour at the
Standard in Covington this Thursday from five thirty to seven
thirty and This is freeze. You don't have to have
like a ticket or anything. It's just some meet up
for people that have dogs. And they said, if you
like dogs, if you like drinks and food and good times,
(36:59):
then this is the.
Speaker 12 (37:00):
Event for you.
Speaker 3 (37:01):
Abby, you're single, maybe this is the time to go
and put yourself out there a little bit with your dog.
I think the dog connections a lot Tyler.
Speaker 13 (37:11):
Yeah, yeah, you're not wrong with that.
Speaker 1 (37:15):
Okay, Well, and then.
Speaker 11 (37:17):
We've got a game.
Speaker 13 (37:18):
We've got a Bengals game this Sunday, and Ryan Diyce
is doing a Jungle brunch and so it is an
away game, but they're doing like a brunch and watch party.
So the brunch is from ten to twelve. And it's
so fun because your ticket includes everything, like it includes
the most of beer ciders, the brunch buffet and yeah,
(37:39):
it's going to be I've done this before.
Speaker 10 (37:41):
It's up on the rooftop and it's really fun.
Speaker 3 (37:43):
Time Abby from everything, since he does all the research
for us so that you don't have to put any
energy into it. You can go to everything since he
dot com for more, sign up for the everything, since
the membership or everything since he on Instagram.
Speaker 1 (37:55):
Thanks Abby
