was going to be televised, no cameras in the courtroom.
But you are going to see a lot of footage
of drugs in prostitution. But the defense is saying, just

it consent? That's what the prosecution and the defense are

because the prosecution has identified two main key witnesses. Cassie Ventura,
an ex girlfriend who we know very well is essentially
the woman that kicked off the entire investigation when she
settled with Ditty more than a year ago. And then
there was a Jane Doe. We also heard from forty
one year old Daniel Phillips, who is also a key witness.

Off with Daniel Phillips, because I think you're going to
see quite a bit of news headlines coming from him.
He claimed back in twenty twelve to twenty fourteen he
was paid thousands and thousands of dollars to have sex
with Cassie while Ditty pleasured himself in the corner. Diddy
would instruct them to do things like pretend like you

just met in the airport and okay, now you've had her,
Now it's my time to have her. He tried to
hide his face in the beginning, but then Daniel Phillips
came to know and recognize the voice, and that's when
Ditty's information kind of got out about that directed at
one point by Cassie herself to urinate in her mouth.

Obviously she was coerced by Diddy. Is is what the
defense is trying to prove. He says multiple times that
Diddy had beaten Cassie and at one point she ran
to Daniel Phillips in his arms and said, I can't
do this anymore, and he said, well, why don't you leave?

Why are you staying?

Threatened by Diddy, and he himself was asked, well, why
were you still there? Why were you He was a prayed,
a paid prostitution prostitute.

Did he had my information threatened, my life threatened everything?
The defense is saying, listen, you're going to see a
lot of jarring video footage to the jury, drugs, prostitution,

The defense is saying. And by the way, neither side
is denying the fact that Ditty was domestically violent, which
I found not interesting, but that's I think a key
point in the case.

Obviously, the video of casting the hotel was just a
fraction of what she was experiencing back in those years
she met when they were when she was nineteen. By
the way, the last time that they were really together

defense is saying, listen, we're not fighting the fact that
there was domestic violence, but that does not mean that

Ditty was guilty of sex trafficking in Rico charges. Another
couple interesting points that I noticed about this is that
Cassie is set to speak today allegedly Cassie's husband, Alex Warren,
was in the crowd.

I guess it's not a crowd was in, was in
the seats unprompted. Cassie wasn't even anywhere near that, but
her husband was sat for day one a trial. I

By the way, Combs has pleaded not guilty to five counts,
one count of racketeering conspiracy, two counts of sex trafficking,
and two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. If convicted,
he could be sentenced to life in prison. There will
be a lot on this through days and days and
days worth of it, and it won't be comfortable information.

Grads ice cream. Molly Welman and I have our pop

Rocking the Roe Blink. So this is the sixteen Summer
Concert sixteen week Summer Concert series and Floyd and the
Wachman is kicking us off off this Thursday, and six
to seven is a DJ and then seven to ten
each Thursday is the live concert. And this is always

so fun for the family or date night or just
to go and meet somebody solo.

You can catch me outside if the sun is out,
like on a patch of grass with a Dora cup
in my hand. It's going to be down at rock
in the Robling on a Thursday.

like lawn games. It's a really fun time. And it's
right there on the river. So as long as the
river is looking pretty, it's a nice day.

And then city flee their summer series. I can't believe
I can think summer. It's crazy that like summers here.
But their summer series kicks off this weekend Saturday from
ten am to four pm at Washington Park, one of
my favorite places in the city and a great way
to support local check out the park. You can grab
a beer from the port, or you can the dog park,

take the kids to the park. It's just they've got
so much all in one place. And yeah, that kicks
up this weekend a Saturday, So three free events.
