Speaker 1 (00:01):
You're waking up fifth in the morning time kiss on
h I hate good morning.
Speaker 2 (00:06):
You know those certain days on social.
Speaker 1 (00:08):
Media when you have what I call as the good
scroll and you're just in a good scrolling rhythm. There's
a distinct difference between a day like that and then
do you just kind of popping onto social and checking in.
Speaker 2 (00:23):
You maybe scroll one or two, three, four.
Speaker 1 (00:25):
Times and nothing really catches your eye, and you might
even consider that.
Speaker 2 (00:30):
I consider that kind of like a eh, slow news day.
Speaker 1 (00:33):
You're gonna hear things on my show that you're like,
how important is this? But it's that happens a slower
news day. But there was nothing quite like the good
scroll that I was getting yesterday afternoon and early this morning.
While I was prepping, it was like one story after
another after another after another. And those are the times
(00:56):
when you're in the good scroll where you don't answer
text messages. For while you don't answer emails, whatever you
had on the stove is boiling, like you almost forget
what's happening around you because you're locked into the good scroll.
That that's where we're at this morning. There are so
many things to chit chat about, including the fact that
(01:18):
the Diddy trial, and the prosecutors came in so hot
and heavy yesterday, really hot, And I knew that this
was gonna be probably somewhat jarring, and I'm gonna do
my best to cover it in a way that makes
sense and feels right for my audience. But I don't
know if there's a way around some of this. Also,
(01:39):
Tory Lanez my Celtics lost last night.
Speaker 2 (01:41):
But the core, like.
Speaker 1 (01:42):
You'll see celebrities when you scrolled today were there were
so many of them there.
Speaker 2 (01:48):
So we have a lot to get to.
Speaker 1 (01:50):
Six fifty three things you need to know to get
your day started in Sincy. The best way to keep
listening to Tiff in the morning is by searching Kiss
one h seven one on the iHeartRadio app, so you
don't miss a thing today.
Speaker 3 (02:02):
When you need to know she's got you. It's three
things with tip on Kiss when I was seven one.
Good morning.
Speaker 1 (02:11):
Well, we've got the first day of the Ditty trial
to get to. We are just before seven o'clock on
five to one three day.
Speaker 2 (02:18):
I hope you find a.
Speaker 1 (02:19):
Way to celebrate in a way that feels authentic to you. Today,
temperatures are in the sixties high in the seventies, we'll
see scattered rain and then tomorrow hoping that the rain
holds off for Pete Rose celebrations. All Right, there are
gonna be times where this three things feels like it
is drowning on, like there's a lot of information, and
that's because there is, and that there are going to
(02:40):
be times on a trigger warning sense, where this is
going to feel a little jarring at this hour in
the morning. But we knew that this was going to
be the case with the Didty trial. The general theme
of this entire thing is is it coorcion or was
it consent? That's what the prosecution and the defense are
both trying to prove. Yeah, yesterday was a big day
(03:01):
because the prosecution has identified two main key witnesses. Cassie Ventura,
an ex girlfriend who we know very well is essentially
the woman that kicked off the entire investigation when she
settled with Ditty more than a year ago. And then
there was a Jane Doe. We also heard from forty
one year old Daniel Phillips, who is also a key witness.
(03:26):
I don't even know where I want to start with this.
Speaker 2 (03:28):
Let's start off with Let's start.
Speaker 1 (03:30):
Off with Daniel Phillips, because I think you're going to
see quite a bit of news headlines coming from him.
He claimed back in twenty twelve to twenty fourteen he
was paid thousands and thousands of dollars to have sex
with Cassie while Ditty pleasured himself in the corner. Diddy
would instruct them to do things like pretend like you
(03:52):
just met in the airport and okay, now you've had her,
Now it's my time to have her. He tried to
hide his face in the beginning, but then Daniel Phillips
came to know and recognize the voice, and that's when
Ditty's information kind of got out about that directed at
one point by Cassie herself to urinate in her mouth.
(04:13):
Obviously she was coerced by Diddy. Is is what the
defense is trying to prove. He says multiple times that
Diddy had beaten Cassie and at one point she ran
to Daniel Phillips in his arms and said, I can't
do this anymore, and he said, well, why don't you leave?
Speaker 2 (04:32):
Why are you staying?
Speaker 1 (04:36):
Threatened by Diddy, and he himself was asked, well, why
were you still there? Why were you He was a prayed,
a paid prostitution prostitute.
Speaker 2 (04:48):
Why are you still there? Same thing?
Speaker 1 (04:50):
Did he had my information threatened, my life threatened everything?
The defense is saying, listen, you're going to see a
lot of jarring video footage to the jury, drugs, prostitution,
But what you will see is people enjoying themselves having
(05:10):
a fun time. Again, is it coercion or is it consent?
The defense is saying. And by the way, neither side
is denying the fact that Ditty was domestically violent, which
I found not interesting, but that's I think a key
point in the case.
Speaker 2 (05:27):
Say domestic violence. We're not fighting that.
Speaker 1 (05:30):
Obviously, the video of casting the hotel was just a
fraction of what she was experiencing back in those years
she met when they were when she was nineteen. By
the way, the last time that they were really together
was two thy eighteen decade plus of time together. The
defense is saying, listen, we're not fighting the fact that
there was domestic violence, but that does not mean that
(05:52):
Ditty was guilty of sex trafficking in Rico charges. Another
couple interesting points that I noticed about this is that
Cassie is set to speak today allegedly Cassie's husband, Alex Warren,
was in the crowd.
Speaker 2 (06:09):
Was in the witness was it?
Speaker 1 (06:10):
I guess it's not a crowd was in, was in
the seats unprompted. Cassie wasn't even anywhere near that, but
her husband was sat for day one a trial. I
think that speaks volumes as well. I think that was
it as far as information goes. Felt like there was
maybe one other thing I wanted to share with you.
(06:32):
By the way, Combs has pleaded not guilty to five counts,
one count of racketeering conspiracy, two counts of sex trafficking,
and two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. If convicted,
he could be sentenced to life in prison. There will
be a lot on this through days and days and
days worth of it, and it won't be comfortable information.
Speaker 2 (06:52):
I'll tell you that, all right.
Speaker 1 (06:54):
Second, and three things you need to know this morning.
We're still in the courtroom here. Tory Lanez airlifted to
a hospital yesterday after being stabbed fourteen times. I'm honestly
surprised that I'm still reporting that Tory Lanes is alive.
Seven in the back, four in the Torso, two in
the head, one in the cheek. Both lungs are collapsed.
(07:15):
He is at this point breathing on his own. He's
at a California prison. That prison is on crazy lockdown
right now. I'm assuming they're trying to avoid race riots.
He is sentenced to ten years in prison, by the way,
for shooting Megan thee Stallion. And then, lastly, in three
things you need to know, on a little bit of
a brighter note, Pete Rose celebrations are tomorrow. I am
(07:36):
praying that the rain holds off.
Speaker 2 (07:40):
I don't.
Speaker 1 (07:42):
We'll just kind of leave it there for now, and
I'll have more on the Pete Rose celebration tomorrow. Tomorrow
and our next hour three things, because this is already
getting a little lengthy, but it will be a night
of celebration at Great American Ballpark to celebrate Charlie Hussel.
That is three things you need to know for five
and three day, Happy Tuesday. Coming up in our seven
o'clock hour, we are commercial free. The best way to
(08:03):
keep listening to Tiff in the morning is by searching
Kiss one oh seven one on the iHeart radio app.
Good morning, how was that for you? You're waking up
with Tiff in the morning on a Kiss one oh
seven one Happy Tuesday. I kind of am at a
loss as to what day it is. I've been going
through some medical stuff as of late, and it's totally
(08:23):
thrown me off my game.
Speaker 2 (08:26):
In the medical world. It's just not a fun.
Speaker 1 (08:28):
World to operate in. So I appreciate your good vibes
and your good juju. This morning will continue, of course,
per usual with the commercial free music, and the best
way to keep listening to Tiff in the Morning is
by searching Kiss one oh seven one on.
Speaker 2 (08:42):
The iHeart radio app.
Speaker 1 (08:44):
I asked this question in our six o'clock hour. I
haven't gotten a talk back yet on it, but teachers,
I want to know how many days are left in
the school year.
Speaker 2 (08:51):
I know that you have account down for it.
Speaker 1 (08:53):
Students, I'm sure you do as well, But we are
searching for your not so ordinary teacher here on the show.
When you no do your teacher at Kiss Cincinnati dot com,
they're in the running to win a thousand bucks and
I'm sure that'll come in handy for next year's classroom.
And when you nominate them as the nominator, you're in
the running to win backstage passes and tickets to see
Alex Warren this Sunday when he's in Cincinnati.
Speaker 2 (09:17):
So it's a win win situation.
Speaker 1 (09:19):
Nominate your teacher now at kiss Cincinnati dot com.
Speaker 2 (09:21):
Good morning, you're.
Speaker 3 (09:23):
Waking up with fifth in the morning kiss on Good Morning.
Speaker 1 (09:27):
Have you ever gone through a breakup or even a
fight with your significant other and then you've spent the
following days, weeks, months, years thinking about all the things
that you could have said, now that you've analyzed every
scenario in your head.
Speaker 2 (09:43):
Okay, cuckck coo coo cool cool cool.
Speaker 1 (09:44):
We're all on the same page with that one who
hasn't done that? What about using chat GPT to get
ahead of the game on that stuff. We're talking about
the most unhinged things that people have used chat GPT for.
If you don't know what that is, just in case,
like I know, my dad listening in Massachusetts has no
idea what that is.
Speaker 2 (10:03):
It's AI right.
Speaker 1 (10:05):
You type a question or prompt is what they call it,
into the search engine and it will come back instantaneously
with detailed answers. I don't know if tri staters are
up on chat GPT, and if you've used it for
something unhinged and been successful. But I would love to
hear from you this morning, just in case. Five win
(10:26):
three seven, four nine, one oh seven one, or talk
back with TIF. If you've used chat GPT, I bet
you know how to use the talkback feature on the
iheard app microphones in the top right hand corner. All right,
so we're gonna cover the top unhinged things that have happened.
Told every single detail of every interaction I had with
my crush so we could analyze if he liked me
or not when we started dating. Chat gpt was so
(10:48):
excited for me love that I recorded an argument with
my ex and then asked chat gpt if I was
being manipulated. Got a full analysis on every minipulation and
gas lighting technique he was using, whether he knew he
was using.
Speaker 3 (11:03):
It or not.
Speaker 2 (11:04):
Loved that one.
Speaker 1 (11:06):
I was bored, so I asked chat gpt to create
a Love Island episode with a bunch of people I know,
and it was drama on drama. I can imagine that
being a good one, and this one kind of had
me thinking, like, not a bad idea. My brother had
to go to jail. Chat GPT found a loophole in
the law and my brother is free. Now I would
(11:28):
love to hear more on that one. What are the
unhinged things that you have asked this app to you
to do for you?
Speaker 2 (11:35):
If anything? I'm curious.
Speaker 1 (11:36):
I don't know five one, three, seven, four nine, one
oh seven one, or talk about go Tiff on iHeartRadio
Good Morning.
Speaker 2 (11:42):
You're waking up with Tiff in the morning on Kiss
one oh seven one.
Speaker 1 (11:45):
You can use chat GPT for all sorts of things,
including a breakup. I'm in the midst of talking about
things that you have used it for and if it
matches up with this unhinged list I found.
Speaker 2 (11:57):
Good Morning You're on the air.
Speaker 4 (11:59):
Is this Tiffany?
Speaker 2 (12:00):
This is she? Good morning Darland, Good morning, my girl.
Speaker 5 (12:06):
Okay, So I was listening to your saying about you know,
the AI what's it called? So ironically, last week I
had to go to training for work up in Northern Indiana,
and I wasn't paying attention and we had to do
a pest on the information that we were given in
(12:27):
class in order to pass the class, and so I
just typed in all of the questions and then it
gave me all the answers and then for the last part, I.
Speaker 4 (12:39):
Had to write a mission statement for who I work with,
and so I typed in like all of our core
values and stuff like that, and then it generated a
mission statement and they ended up using mine as an
example to put on our company website.
Speaker 2 (13:02):
I was not sure.
Speaker 5 (13:05):
They're like, this is so creative, like we absolutely love this,
and I was just like, yeah, I didn't do any
of it, man.
Speaker 4 (13:11):
But say so, said.
Speaker 3 (13:16):
I.
Speaker 4 (13:16):
And I passed the test because you know, it came
all right answers.
Speaker 6 (13:19):
But what's now?
Speaker 4 (13:20):
They had this made up mission statement on their website
and I'm like, okay, they've got to take it down
at some point, but well.
Speaker 1 (13:27):
You've got you can remain anonymous. But what neighborhood are
you in?
Speaker 4 (13:30):
Oxford, Ohio?
Speaker 2 (13:31):
I'm crying.
Speaker 1 (13:33):
You're like, yeah, they were like, and this new employee
is just so good at her show.
Speaker 4 (13:39):
Yeah, I mean great, great example right there.
Speaker 2 (13:43):
Okay, well, thank you for the call and the laugh.
I needed it today.
Speaker 3 (13:47):
Thanks.
Speaker 7 (13:47):
I have a good one for you too.
Speaker 2 (13:49):
Good if you're just walking into the conversation.
Speaker 1 (13:51):
There was a complex on Instagram put out things that
people have used chat GPT for and one girl, I
think you might find this useful.
Speaker 2 (14:00):
One girl was like, I recorded a fight.
Speaker 1 (14:03):
Between my boyfriend and I are the guy I was
seeing and put it in and uploaded it to chat
GPT and it pointed out all the places that she
was being gasolt and manipulated.
Speaker 2 (14:13):
So there you go. In the meantime, we are still
commercial free. Good morning. I just absolutely love that.
Speaker 1 (14:20):
Song you're waking up with TIF in the morning on
a kiss one oh seven one. We are not far
off from the three things you need to know to
get your day started in Sincy.
Speaker 2 (14:27):
But first, good morning, you're on the air. What is
doing on it?
Speaker 4 (14:30):
Is good?
Speaker 3 (14:30):
Dude?
Speaker 8 (14:30):
Seventy five is one that wish you a happy mother?
Speaker 3 (14:33):
Loven Tuesday, What a man.
Speaker 2 (14:35):
It's so good to hear your voice.
Speaker 4 (14:38):
Was good.
Speaker 7 (14:38):
How we feeling.
Speaker 2 (14:39):
I'm feeling okay this morning.
Speaker 7 (14:43):
That's what we like.
Speaker 8 (14:44):
That's I got this creator card so early in the morning.
I'm on my way to it is absolutely incredible.
Speaker 2 (14:50):
Where are you off to this?
Speaker 8 (14:51):
They were, I'm an Amelia, but I'm going to create
a car up in Clifton at the George.
Speaker 3 (14:55):
Okay, there's be a lot of creators there.
Speaker 1 (14:59):
You'll have to update me on things that you come
across today, my friend.
Speaker 8 (15:03):
Absolutely, absolutely, we just networking the thing.
Speaker 7 (15:05):
What's going on?
Speaker 3 (15:06):
That one? Mail Man?
Speaker 8 (15:06):
I'd be there with me too, so I keep you informed.
Speaker 1 (15:09):
Okay, I love that you called me. I know both
you and mailman have been on John Jones show, probably.
Speaker 2 (15:15):
Quite a bit.
Speaker 7 (15:16):
Yes, we have.
Speaker 8 (15:17):
IB was on time of that, I think last week.
Actually hear.
Speaker 1 (15:21):
What is the one thing that Cincinnatians need to know
about the news this morning?
Speaker 7 (15:26):
Man?
Speaker 8 (15:27):
They need to know that we can be professional when
we need to, but we will always be our sales.
Speaker 1 (15:31):
That's right, hilarious Scales. Thank you so much for the
call man. That's kind of the way I designed my show.
It reminds me a lot of this donut shop that
I used to go to when I was growing up.
There were two in my neighborhood. Okay, donuts coffee, and
people would always just stop by, stop by, get a
cup of coffee, have a donut, catch up, chit chat.
(15:51):
That's kind of how I live my whole life, from
the growing up near there to where I am now.
I stopped by so many places now. I don't know
if any everyone does that, but that's how I designed
my show. So people just stop in, stop by, pop in,
pop over, say hi, get whatever you need, move along,
you know so hilarious feels thank you for stopping by
the show this morning. All right, we're three minutes out
(16:12):
from the three Things you need to Know to get your.
Speaker 2 (16:14):
Day started in Sincy the Diddy Trial. What do you
need to know when you need to know?
Speaker 3 (16:21):
She's got you? It's three things with tip Good morning.
Speaker 1 (16:26):
I have Zach Brown Band tickets free at eight thirty,
so don't go far. We're going to start off with
Diddy and I'll say it now and probably every single
time I talk about this trial since we had the
first day yesterday, and there is going to be a
trigger warning attached to this. These reports are also going
to probably feel very lengthy because there's a lot of
information to them. The baseline that you need to know
(16:46):
from day one yesterday, and I think it's going to
be the theme of the entire Ditty trial is was
it coorgion or was it consent?
Speaker 2 (16:57):
A couple of things happened.
Speaker 1 (16:58):
Prosecution has two two or three key witnesses, A Jane
Doe and Cassie Ventura, who we know from the video.
Speaker 2 (17:05):
Cassie Ventur is set to speak today.
Speaker 1 (17:07):
Also yesterday on the stand, forty one year old Daniel
Phillips spoke and I think you're gonna see this one
a lot on social media, so I will break it
down for you. Between twenty twelve and twenty fourteen, he
was paid thousands of dollars as a hired prostitute to
have sex with Cassie while Diddy pleasured himself in the corner.
Speaker 2 (17:25):
Okay.
Speaker 1 (17:28):
Diddy would instruct them to do things like pretend you
just met at the airport, and then he would say, okay,
now you had your turn.
Speaker 2 (17:35):
Now it's my turn.
Speaker 1 (17:36):
At one point, Cassie directed Daniel Phillips to urinate in
her mouth, coursed by Ditty, is what the prosecution is saying.
Daniel Phillips also saying a witness multiple times, where did
he beat Cassie? And at one point Cassie ran into
Daniel Phillips's arms and said, hey, I can't do this anymore,
(17:59):
and Daniel said, well, why are you still here? And
she said I have no choice right, essentially saying like
I I got me, I'm afraid for my life. Then
Daniels asked, well, why were you still showing up if
you felt super uncomfortable about this. He said the same thing.
Did he had my ID? Did he had my license?
Did he had all my information? And I was afraid
(18:21):
things got so bad during Daniel's testimony that did he
had family members in the audience, His two daughters got
up and left, which I think is going to work
against him. I don't think that's a good look for
the jury. Now, the defense is saying, listen, you are
(18:42):
going to see a lot of video footage. There's no
cameras a lot in the courtroom. I initially thought it
was going to be televised, no cameras in the courtroom.
But you are going to see a lot of footage
of drugs in prostitution. But the defense is saying, just
because you see those things, that does not mean that
Diddy is guilty of the sex trafficking. In fact, he said,
the defense is saying, you're going to see a lot
(19:03):
of people having a good time.
Speaker 2 (19:07):
Other key points.
Speaker 1 (19:08):
That I think are important on this, like I said,
Cassie is supposed to speak today allegedly, but her husband
Alex Warren was in the crowd yesterday or in the stands,
which I think speaks volume. She was nowhere to be found,
but he was there if you're wondering what. Diddy is
charged with five counts, including one count of racketeering conspiracy,
two counts of sex trafficking, and two counts of transportation
(19:31):
to engage in prostitution. If convicted, he'll face life in prison.
I cannot imagine. You know, Diddy and Cassie met when
she was nineteen. I think she's in her thirties. They
split up in twenty eighteen. Imagine decade plus of abuse.
I will definitely keep you posted. It's not good information,
but I will. Second, we're still in the courtroom. Tory
(19:53):
Lane's airlifted to the hospital yesterday. Stab fourteen times, seven
in the back, four in the torso, two in the head,
one in the cheek, flungs collapsed, breathing on his own.
Right now, he's in a California prison and he's serving
ten years for a sentence for, you know, being convicted
of guilty of shooting Megan the Stallion. I am surprised
(20:14):
that I am reporting that Tory lanez is still alive
right now. And then, lastly, and a little bit lighter
of a note in better News this morning, sc Cincinnati
is signed the second leading goal scorer in Major League
Soccer history through a contract through the rest of our
twenty twenty five season. His name is Kai Kamara, one
hundred and forty seven goals and is the second most
(20:35):
in MLS history. He's got four hundred and forty five
appearances of the what is the fourth of most of
all time. Welcome to FCC all for since he celebrating
it's ten year anniversary. And speaking of TQL Stadium, I
have your chance to win Zach Brown tickets when he's
there this Friday coming up at eight thirty, and I
don't want you to miss that. So that is the
(20:55):
three things you need to know for five win three days.
Search Kiss one O seven one on iHeartRadio not to miss.
Speaker 3 (21:01):
Let it rip.
Speaker 2 (21:01):
Mariah Carey, good morning. Is this sounout? I can't tell
from this little box that I'm in every day, Alight,
It's trying.
Speaker 1 (21:08):
I just hope it doesn't rain for Pete Rose night
tomorrow at Great American Ballpark.
Speaker 2 (21:12):
Kiss one No.
Speaker 1 (21:12):
Seven one is commercial free. It is free to hang
out and be a part of my show here. It
is free. It is low commitment, zero cost to build community,
have something to look forward to learn something, share something,
listen to good music. I hope to provide it all
for you here every day. So thanks for making me
a part of your regular routine. When you search kiss
(21:34):
on the iHeartRadio app, you can leave me a talkback message.
Microphone is in the top right hand corner and that's
what I'm checking this morning.
Speaker 2 (21:41):
I asked how many days left to school after today?
Speaker 7 (21:44):
We have seven days left to school till summer vacation.
Speaker 2 (21:48):
Yeah, so excited. I'm gonna miss my kiddos. Speaking of kiddo's.
Speaker 5 (21:51):
Shout out to Miss bon Gardner's first grade class at
east Side Elementary.
Speaker 2 (21:54):
I love you guys. Great tethdays. Oh my gal, thank
you for the talk back with Tiff teachers.
Speaker 1 (22:00):
I know you have a countdown because my best friend Ashley,
who lives in Boston, she has a countdown and she.
Speaker 2 (22:05):
Tells it to me every day.
Speaker 1 (22:06):
I'd always it was always interesting to me because growing
up in New England, our school year shifts like three
plus weeks different than here. You have seven days or
so left in Cincy. She won't get out until the
end of June. But they'll go until you know, they
won't go back until almost Labor Day where we hit
the beginning of August, so that was always a shift
for me. The entire conversation is based off whether or
(22:29):
not you are going to nominate your teacher, because we're
looking for your not so ordinary teacher here on the show.
When you nominate them at Kiss Cincinnati dot com, they're
in the running to pick up a thousand bucks and
I'm sure that'll come in handy for next year. And
then as the nominator, you're in the running to when
tickets and backstage passes to meet Alex Warren at his
show this coming Sunday. Hot Heead, Burritos and Gilky Windows
(22:53):
are the ones that helped us pull this entire thing off.
So nominate your teacher now at Kiss Cincinnati dot com.
Coming up at eight point thirty your chance to win
Zach brownband tickets when he's at TQL this Friday.
Speaker 2 (23:07):
You will need the keyword solo. I'll explain why.
Speaker 3 (23:10):
Next because you're waking up with good morning, Good morning.
Speaker 1 (23:16):
Welcome back to Travel Tuesday with TOF. I made the
announcement last week that I'm going on my.
Speaker 2 (23:21):
Very first solo trip to Europe.
Speaker 1 (23:26):
I brought my friend Michelle on the show last week
to make the announcement, and she's our show's travel expert
when it comes to travel in general.
Speaker 2 (23:34):
But really she's great at solo travel.
Speaker 1 (23:36):
And I said, I'm gonna need a lot of handholding,
and my hope is that maybe I'll inspire you to
travel solo on your own.
Speaker 2 (23:42):
Good morning, Michelle, Good morning.
Speaker 1 (23:44):
So every week on Tuesday, she's coming in and sprinkling
in a few different tips. So I need to know
for today, I really need you to hold my hand
on this because when I look started looking into solo travel,
I would find some great influencers in bloggers.
Speaker 2 (23:59):
A lot of them were like.
Speaker 1 (24:01):
Girl, just book it and figure it out with this
book it mentality. And you know what, Jessica, I need
a little bit more handholding from them. So you are
going to walk us through with your three big tips.
Speaker 2 (24:14):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (24:14):
So first thing, when you're struggling to get started, stay
out of your group chat app.
Speaker 2 (24:18):
Please don't go in.
Speaker 6 (24:19):
There and say, hey, I'm thinking about going somewhere solo
for the first time.
Speaker 2 (24:22):
Send me your recommendations.
Speaker 6 (24:24):
I can't even go into some of mine because I
get stressed and overwhelmed it watching the flood of recommendations
come in, so if I can't see it without getting stressed,
you are not going to be able to filter through
them without getting stressed.
Speaker 2 (24:36):
I love that.
Speaker 6 (24:37):
Instead, go ask someone you know who either has traveled
a lot or traveled solo, and that will set you
off on the right course. If you don't have anyone,
hit me up. I'm always here to help with those
kinds of things. That is literally what my company is about, okay.
Or if that if you're just nervous about reaching out
to somewhat of a stranger, maybe if you have a
destination sort of in mind, go read about it on
(24:59):
red There are solo travels on there who talk about
their experiences a little bit more technically in depth, and
I think that would be a good alternative as well.
Number one tip, avoid the group text. Please avoid the
group text. Number two tip, what do you have for me?
So things to actually get you started? Once you figured
out where you want to go, start simple with Google Flights.
(25:22):
Play around in it a little bit, select your budget
and a day early, a day late. See what might
work best for you in your schedule. It'll show you
a lot of options, but the top three are going
to be the ideal options, and it really helps to
have a shortened list like that to go off of.
Speaker 2 (25:40):
So play around a little bit with Google.
Speaker 1 (25:42):
I get super stressed out and overwhelmed by googling and
researching things I just don't like to research. So just
gently start with like a Google flight site, see like
things to do in this city. Get comfortable. It took
me a long time to like nail down the fact
that I was going to go to Ireland. So it's
(26:04):
not going to get booked in a day, No, I'm
not at all time. Absolutely. What other tips do you have?
What are the big countries?
Speaker 2 (26:12):
What like?
Speaker 1 (26:13):
Where should someone go in Cincinnati if they too want
to book a solo trip and they want to leave
the US?
Speaker 2 (26:18):
Where are the top places to go?
Speaker 6 (26:20):
The top places for most Americans are actually Canada and
Mexico nearby. That's a great place to start, minimum language barrier.
Even if you go down to Mexico, or even if
you want to venture a little bit out, go into
Europe a place like Ireland, maybe Amsterdam.
Speaker 2 (26:36):
Those are really great places to start. Okay.
Speaker 1 (26:39):
Michelle is our show's travel expert. She's the Jane of
all travel. Is your Instagram handle you can start there
if you want to chit chat. What I need from
you right now Cincinnati five one three seven four nine
one oh seven one. As we do this over the
next six weeks, as I get ready for my Ireland
trip and my very first solo trip, I'm also sourcing
(26:59):
some feedback from you and also tips, et cetera. So
if you want to get involved on this, I would
love your help. Thank you, Michelle, Thank you Ti and
Rihanna on TIF in the morning. I have news about
Rihanna and it does involve music. Should we hold our breaths?
I'll have that free and three things you need to
know at eight point fifty while I have you now,
(27:19):
the keyword for the Zach Brown band ticket is solo.
You will need that in a few minutes when I
tell you to call for the tickets. I'm in the
midst of hunting down some of maybe your solo recommendations.
If you were to tell Cincinnatians one piece of advice
about solo travel, Michelle, what would you tell them?
Speaker 4 (27:41):
The one thing that I would tell them is You've
got this.
Speaker 3 (27:44):
Be confident and know that this.
Speaker 4 (27:48):
Is going to feed your soul more than you could
ever imagine.
Speaker 2 (27:51):
Awesome. Thank you for the call, Gal, I appreciate you.
Speaker 7 (27:54):
Thanks so much.
Speaker 4 (27:54):
I have a great day.
Speaker 1 (27:55):
You two bye if you're just walking into the conversation.
I announced last week that I'm going on my first
solo trip to Europe and going to Ireland for a wedding.
And so every day or I'm sorry, every Tuesday it's
going to be travel Tuesday on my show, where my
girl Michelle is going to join us for various travel
tips on how to book it, and you can be
a part of this journey with me. It is literally
(28:17):
a journey at the tiff to F's Potter like the Wizard.
And if you follow me already, you know that I
do a lot of conversation and content around doing stuff solo,
even if you're in a relationship. The reason why I
call it solo is because I think you can be
solo and not single and still have solo experiences, which
(28:38):
I am learning in my mid thirties have really helped
shape and develop me as a person in life. And
I realize that doing things solo is not always comfortable
for people. So I try to give you the best
tips tricks how I do it on my page. So
if that is intriguing you at the tiff to F's
Potter like the Wizard, and you can be a part
(28:59):
of my first trip.
Speaker 2 (29:00):
To Europe on my own. Oh my god.
Speaker 1 (29:03):
Uh and Michelle will join us every Tuesday with more
tips on how to get through it. Okay, three minutes
from now, you have a chance to go see Zach
Brownband this Friday.
Speaker 2 (29:11):
Do you want to do that? You will need the
keyword solo.
Speaker 3 (29:15):
You're waking up with Tiff in the Morning on chis
one oh seven to one.
Speaker 2 (29:19):
Hey, good morning.
Speaker 1 (29:20):
If you have the keyword that I mentioned, you can
go ahead and start dialing for the Zach Brownband tickets.
He'll be here on Friday five win three seven, four nine,
one seven one.
Speaker 2 (29:32):
He called my show yesterday.
Speaker 1 (29:33):
We were chit chatting about you know, what to expect,
et cetera, and he's really looking forward to coming back
to Cincy. In fact, you can see the video of
him of us chit chatting at Kiss one oh seven
or get caught up on the podcast at your leisure.
Just search Tiff in the Morning on the iHeartRadio app.
He's pretty much the first big concert of summer season
(29:56):
in Cincinnati. Are we ready for a full blown summer season.
Speaker 2 (30:01):
I'm ready. Are you ready? I'm ready, You're ready, I'm ready.
Speaker 1 (30:05):
All right, caller ten, if you've got the keyword that
I mentioned earlier, I have one more open phone line.
They've been people have been calling me for these tickets
for the last ten or fifteen minutes five one, three, seven,
four nine one O seven one. I'm sending good juju
your way, even though no one in Sincy sent good
juju to my Celtics last night and they lost, and
(30:27):
now we need to win the next game. O, we're out.
So I am gonna I'm gonna send the good juju
your way, but you have to promise to send it
my way to You're waking up.
Speaker 3 (30:36):
With Tiff in the morning on one he did morning.
Speaker 2 (30:39):
I'm really hoping that you have a keyword for me.
Speaker 3 (30:42):
Uh could it be solo?
Speaker 1 (30:44):
Congratulations? You got the tickets, You're collared ten, you got
the keyword?
Speaker 2 (30:49):
You're going to Zach Brown band?
Speaker 3 (30:51):
Hell?
Speaker 5 (30:51):
Yeah, I mean right.
Speaker 1 (30:53):
It's okay, you can say Hell's yeah, it's okay.
Speaker 2 (30:56):
Remind me what your name is in Wendeyborhood. You waking
up with me and.
Speaker 3 (31:00):
And I'm calling you from OTR.
Speaker 1 (31:03):
Estin what's going on in OTR this morning? I usually
don't get calls from there.
Speaker 4 (31:07):
I'm in the parking lot. I should have been inside
five minutes ago.
Speaker 2 (31:10):
I love it.
Speaker 1 (31:12):
Well, thank you for making Tiff in the Morning a
part of your regular routine.
Speaker 3 (31:15):
Man.
Speaker 2 (31:15):
I appreciate that well.
Speaker 3 (31:17):
Thank you very much.
Speaker 4 (31:18):
I listen to you every day.
Speaker 2 (31:19):
Thank you.
Speaker 1 (31:20):
I'm going to put you on hold. I'll be right back,
and I'll try not to keep you too long.
Speaker 2 (31:23):
No worries.
Speaker 1 (31:24):
I am a one lady operation. It's a solo operation
here on the show. I do everything by myself, so
I appreciate your patience.
Speaker 2 (31:32):
Listen. This is a hot ticket. Hot ticket if.
Speaker 1 (31:36):
You are running behind or if you did not win
the Zach Brown band tickets. Set a reminder to get
up with Tiff in the Morning tomorrow. Dight thirty, we'll
do it all again, all right. We're like maybe two
songs out from the three things you need to know
to get your day started in Cincy. Dare I even say?
Do I even speak this breath out loud?
Speaker 2 (31:56):
Right now? Do I even put it into existence?
Speaker 3 (32:00):
Dight?
Speaker 2 (32:00):
Do I? It's Stockholm syndrome? I know, I know, but
Rihanna has new music coming. Let's Riday.
Speaker 3 (32:08):
When you need to know she's got you. It's three
Things with Ti.
Speaker 1 (32:14):
Rihanna has new music coming, and I will get to.
Speaker 2 (32:19):
That on hot second. Good morning.
Speaker 1 (32:20):
We're just before nine o'clock on five one three day,
nine oh five is your first chance to win a
thousand bucks with me of the day. So don't go
farm before we get to Rihanna. Let's start off and listen.
You know I'm We're gonna start off with the Celtics.
You know I'm looking towards any excuse to talk about
the Celtics. But but but I think that this is
(32:43):
valuable to you because the Knicks in Celtics game filled
with celebrities last night filled till Timothy Shalam Big Knicks
fam brought not only Kylie, but he also brought Kendall.
Across the court from them is Kendall's ex boyfriend Bad Bunny,
(33:04):
Bad Bunny, sitting courtside in his new Adidas shoes. At
some point around the corner from them is Carti B
with her new boyfriend Hard launching Stefan Diggs, who's actually
a Patriots player. So Cardi B might be at j
Lett stadium this summer. We might have a new celebrity
lookout for. My Celtics took the l Unfortunately they blew
(33:26):
a big lead, a double digit lead, and Jason Tatum,
who is the star player of the team, might rumored
might have an achilles injury. And if you ever had
one of those, that sounds like a nightmare. So I
say all that to say, celebrities were out last night,
and please send good juju to the Celtics. Second and
three things you need to know this morning because Game
(33:47):
four is tomorrow. Rihanna is releasing new music. Do not
get your hopes up. This is Stockholm syndrome at its finest.
But she is set to release a single on Friday
from the new Smurfs movie called Friend of Mine.
Speaker 3 (34:01):
And you know.
Speaker 2 (34:03):
That she's starring in the Smurfs movie.
Speaker 1 (34:05):
This is the second or third actually this is the
third song that Rihanna's contributed to a soundtrack Marvel right.
Speaker 2 (34:13):
She did that for the.
Speaker 1 (34:15):
Wakanda movie, and then years ago she contributed a song
to the movie called Home. So Rihanna is not shy
to having soundtrack tracks. We are just hoping that R
nine was coming out, not necessarily the case. And then lastly,
and of course I'll have that for you in full
on Friday. Lastly, in three things you need to know
just quick quick at Pete Rose Night tomorrow at Great
(34:36):
American Ballpark, Gates open at five forty four pm. How
specific pregame ceremonies We'll start at six thirty pm. We're
talking to Pete Rose, video tribute, Q and A with Pete's.
Speaker 2 (34:48):
Friends, all sorts of remembrance.
Speaker 1 (34:51):
And then the game will kick off the reds versus
the White Sox at seven fourteen pm. And I'm sure
the White Sox are bringing Bibles because of the Pope.
That is three things you need to know for five one,
three day, your chance at the Grand.
Speaker 3 (35:02):
Next, it's time for Tuesday tips on tip in the morning.
Speaker 2 (35:07):
Good morning.
Speaker 1 (35:07):
Abby does all the research so that we don't have
to put any effort in.
Speaker 2 (35:10):
And that's my favorite.
Speaker 1 (35:11):
I am the girl in the group text that will
show up where I'm being told, but I don't want
to put effort in. So Abby, who's a bestie of mine,
owns everything sincey and she comes on every week and
tells us the three big things we need to know,
good morning.
Speaker 7 (35:24):

they're like no, it's seriously so good, and I agree.
Speaker 2 (35:52):

They also have their five one three beer launching today.
We're doing a big happy hour adm Adams today, So
if they're looking for something to celebrate five and three

we have greaters coming on, so they're like, well, we're
going to treat everyone a free ice cream.

Speaker 2 (36:36):
Abby, you're speaking, you're speaking in my heart.
Speaker 7 (36:39):
Whatever kind of pint you want, a pint of ice
cream or a pint of beer, but I'll be doing both.

(37:08):
so fun for the family or date night or just
to go and meet somebody solo.
Speaker 2 (37:13):
So, yeah, you make a great point.
Speaker 1 (37:15):
You can catch me outside if the sun is out,
like on a patch of grass with a Dora cup
in my hand. It's going to be down at rock
in the Robling on a Thursday.
Speaker 4 (37:25):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (37:25):
People bring blankets or they bring in their chairs and
like lawn games. It's a really fun time. And it's
right there on the river. So as long as the
river is looking pretty, it's a nice day.
Speaker 2 (37:35):
It's like that's a really good vibe okay, cool, what
else do we have?
Speaker 7 (37:39):
And then city flee their summer series. I can't believe
I can think summer. It's crazy that like summers here.
But their summer series kicks off this weekend Saturday from
ten am to four pm at Washington Park, one of
my favorite places in the city and a great way
to support local check out the park. You can grab
a beer from the port, or you can the dog park,
(38:01):
take the kids to the park. It's just they've got
so much all in one place. And yeah, that kicks
up this weekend a Saturday, So three free events.
Speaker 1 (38:09):
Well, Abby see always bringing the free stuff to my
