Speaker 1 (00:00):
You're waking up with fifth in the morning time, kiss
good morning, Happy Friday. I think we'll have this conversation
maybe a little bit later in the show, but for
right now, since it's you and I heading into a
friend heading into the weekend. If you don't have a
single plan this weekend, how does that make you feel relaxed, excited,

(00:24):
at ease or does that make you feel anxious, uncomfortable,
on edge, uneasy? So, if we're connected on social at
the tiff to F's potter like the Wizard, if we're not,
I posted up some stuff yesterday because I solo staycationed
in Sinsey during my week off last week, and I

(00:45):
broke everything down for you there so you can get
a little bit more of the visuals of what I did,
et cetera. But during that time, I tested out not
planning anything, which was new for me, especially when I
was going through a pretty signify and change in my
life a couple of years ago. Old Tiffany could have
never done that, because I really wanted to keep myself

(01:07):
busy and needed to keep my brain busy while I
was going through some growth periods. Now that I've grown
and I find myself a little bit more at peace
in my life. I'm testing out this theory of not
overplanning my weekends. I'll explain why coming up at our
seven o'clock hour, but you can get a jump on

(01:27):
it right now if we're connected on social all right.

Speaker 2 (01:30):
While I have you, how are you? If you haven't
heard this yet, let me be the first to say it.

Speaker 1 (01:34):
Happy Friday, and coming up at six point fifty, I
have the three things you need to know to get
your day started. And since they we'll talk about the
flying pig you're waking up with fifth.

Speaker 2 (01:42):
In the morning time.

Speaker 1 (01:43):
One Happy Friday. We're officially in May. Graduation is just
a couple of weeks away, which means that school has
got to be done soon. Oh, if you're a teacher,
I know you have the exact not even day count.
You might even have the exact minute count at this point.

(02:03):
Congratulations to all of our seniors. In fact, if you
didn't know this, we're doing talkback for your grad If
you want to nominate yourself as a senior or someone
in your family who's graduating, we will help you take
care of the graduation party, the celebrations.

Speaker 2 (02:20):
All you have to do is I.

Speaker 3 (02:21):
Wanted to do a talkback for my grad and give
a huge shout out to Jesse Cochran.

Speaker 2 (02:26):
She's my daughter and I look.

Speaker 3 (02:27):
At her all the time, and I just I can't
believe how amazing she is.

Speaker 2 (02:30):
I'm so proud of her.

Speaker 3 (02:31):
She graduates next weekend from NKU with her associate's degree,
and then two weeks later she graduates from Lloyd High
School with her high school diploma, and she blows me away.

Speaker 2 (02:41):
I am so proud of her.

Speaker 1 (02:44):
What thank you for the talkback with Tiff So to
do it microphone top right hand corner. iHeartRadio app search
kiss one oh seven one. You'll see it's a good
way to test it out if you've never done it.
Wait a minute, she'll graduate college and then high school?

Speaker 2 (03:01):
What kind of nuts? So John, what the heck? Oh
my god? Good for her, man.

Speaker 1 (03:10):
She must really like school or really just wants to
get it done. It's so it's interesting how we as
millennials look at college versus how you know gen Z
is looking at it totally different. I loved my college experience,
so I wouldn't change it, but I know that a
lot of my girlfriends are in debt still from it.
And that's the story for another day. Actually, we've got
a thousand bucks coming up at nine oh five. Okay,

(03:31):
how are you happy?

Speaker 2 (03:32):
Friday? Coming up? Bet six fifty.

Speaker 1 (03:34):
We'll dive into the three things you need to know
to get your day started in Sinci Diddy denied this
one thing.

Speaker 2 (03:41):
Not surprised. But I'll get to that next. When you
need to know she's got you. It's three. Good morning.

Speaker 1 (03:53):
If there's one restaurant reservation that I will be on
time for, it's this one chain in Cincinnati. I'll get
to that in a hot second. Good morning, I'd be Friday.
We are just before seven o'clock on the second of May.
It's mental health Awareness month, So sending good vibes your way.

Speaker 2 (04:13):
What's going on with the weather right now?

Speaker 1 (04:14):
We're in the sixties okay, like it, but it is
going to be considerably cooler, I think at this time
tomorrow when we're all getting up getting ready for the
ten k race for the Flying Pig. Outside of that,
like I said, just like on the cooler side, rain
chances are scattered throughout the day at best, and then
Sunday as of right now, a cooler again, mostly cloudy,

(04:36):
scattered rain throughout the afternoon. Looks like we could get
through Flying Pig weekend without it being a washout like
it was a couple of years ago. Of course it
could change. When there's more, I'll habit all right. Let's
start off with Texas Roadhouse. There was a fire you
see the videos of this at the Hamilton location last night.
It's still under investigation. No one was hurt and which

(04:58):
is good. And I don't know how much damage was
brought onto that location, but the not that that Texas
Roadhouse does reservations, but that has to be one of
the busiest restaurants on a Friday and Saturday night in Cincinnati,
and it's like, as soon as the door's open for
thhr TRH, it's already packed. If you are an early

(05:20):
bird dinner person like myself, like you could still go
to a Texas Roadhouse around five o'clock and still have
to wait to get a table. But there's just something
about the tr H experience.

Speaker 2 (05:33):
I love it the role. I know you and I
think it the same thing the rolls with the cinnamon butter.

Speaker 1 (05:39):
So as of right now, damage to that location, but
I just learned this that they're in the process of
building a new one in Hamilton. Anyways, that will have
expanded parking and employees. Excuse me, hold on, so you'll
see that on social I don't know if that how
that will affect your reservations quote reservations tonight at Texas Roadhouse.

Speaker 2 (05:58):
But just know that there was a fire there yesterday.
Pretty significant. All right. Second in three things you need
to know this morning, we are just days away.

Speaker 1 (06:05):
You can smell it, days away from the Diddy trial starting,
isn't it? Not?

Speaker 4 (06:10):
So?

Speaker 2 (06:10):
How time went by like that?

Speaker 4 (06:12):
Did?

Speaker 1 (06:12):
He's been in jail since fall of last year. It's
been a long time. He rejected the plea deal that
was offered to him yesterday and said nope. You know,
he's charged with a sex trafficking and racketeering. I believe
a total of three counts combined of both. If someone
rejects the plea deal, in my eyes, this is what

(06:33):
it means.

Speaker 2 (06:34):
One. Maybe the plea deal just was not good, it sucked.

Speaker 1 (06:37):
Maybe he thinks that he has enough, he's confident enough
that he's got enough evidence to provide and prove reasonable
doubt for the jury.

Speaker 2 (06:47):
Or he's just gonna like go for it. I don't know.

Speaker 1 (06:52):
You've got to be confident though to reject the plea deal.
I thought that cameras were allowed in court. I don't
think so, but I'll keep you posted on that because
I thought. I think that the trials in fact like
open for people to go to, but I don't know
if they'll be able to stream it on like a
court TV.

Speaker 2 (07:10):
I don't think that's the case.

Speaker 1 (07:12):
I will be following this closely though, and it will
be a long road for Diddy, I believe.

Speaker 2 (07:16):
All right.

Speaker 1 (07:17):
And then, lastly, in three things you need to know
this morning, it is new Music Friday on Kiss one
O seven one. I've already played the clip of Ed
Scheron's old phone a few different times on my show,
but we officially have it.

Speaker 2 (07:29):
Here you go.

Speaker 4 (07:30):
I'm feeling all the whelming sidelets, but for the friends
I do not have left seeing I'm a family has fraction,
rowing up and moving on.

Speaker 2 (07:48):
His album. That announcement came yesterday.

Speaker 1 (07:50):
We have the release date in September for Ed Shecheron's
next album. I think he's on his way to ten,
not quite there yet though this might be his six
or seven studio. It's called Play, comes out in September.
We also have a brand new single from Maroon five.
We haven't heard from them since twenty twenty one. This
is featuring Lisa. It's called Priceless. So you might recognize

(08:33):
Lisa if you watched the third season of White Lotus.

Speaker 2 (08:36):
She was in that show. We don't know, but I
feel like Maroon.

Speaker 1 (08:41):
Five is definitely the band to follow the typical structure
of single, album and then tour. And he usually is
pretty good about stopping in in Cincinnati, so maybe that'll
be the case.

Speaker 2 (08:51):
If not this year, maybe next.

Speaker 1 (08:53):
And by the way, Ed Sheeron has seven studio albums
and two compilation albums. Okay, that is three things you
need to know for the second of me. You saw
the video. You saw the video on the highway yesterday,
right you saw it?

Speaker 2 (09:05):
Were you?

Speaker 4 (09:05):
Were?

Speaker 2 (09:05):
You two? Like, like, what's going on? What is this
person doing?

Speaker 1 (09:10):
I'll explain if you have it, I'll explain why and
what's going on? And coming up around seven to ten
this morning. What I would love from you, though, is
what's the wildest thing you've seen on the road? Hunter
the truck driver, If you're listening, I'd like a talk
back from you, or if you've seen something nuts so
use the microphone on the top right hand corner of
the iHeartRadio app to get a jump on the conversation.
Search kiss one oh seva one, Good morning and Happy Friday.

(09:33):
Good morning, You're waking up with TIF in the morning
on Kiss one oh seva one Happy Friday. If you
haven't heard it yet, let me be the first tous
saying happy Friday. Sometimes I forget that I might be
the first voice that you're hearing out loud for the
first time today.

Speaker 2 (09:48):
And if I'm not.

Speaker 1 (09:49):
Thanks for just making me a part of your regular routine.
I'm gonna check some talkbacks. You know that this is
just an alternative way to contribute to the show, right,
I don't want you to feel overwhelmed.

Speaker 2 (09:57):
Just know that it's an option for you.

Speaker 1 (09:59):
Microphones and top right hand corner if you listen on
the iHeartRadio app, which is my go to.

Speaker 5 (10:04):
One of the songs that I like listening to or
walking out to is Everybody Dance y'all.

Speaker 2 (10:11):
And so Rough, So Tough. Oh.

Speaker 5 (10:15):
I love listening to your morning show. UH drive for
Butler County Regional Transit the buses. My name is Dorothea Simpson,
and I really enjoy listening to your show.

Speaker 4 (10:28):
You have a great day.

Speaker 2 (10:29):
You too, Mike gl Dorothea.

Speaker 6 (10:33):
I know, Dorothea, you're the party.

Speaker 7 (10:45):
Going if you cannot there is no better way to
start a Friday, if you cannot let it out here
on while listening to the show and feel like you
can show up as your true self.

Speaker 1 (11:01):
Where are you gonna do that in this world? It's
right here, baby, Dorothy.

Speaker 8 (11:05):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (11:06):
That just brought me so much joy.

Speaker 1 (11:07):
Gal, thank you for the talkback with Tiff that you
two can contribute and such. That was a conversation that
kind of bled over from yesterday. We were talking about
what your walkout song would be. You can get caught
up on the podcast all right.

Speaker 2 (11:19):
Commercial free. I don't think anything's better than one at
song was.

Speaker 1 (11:24):
You've seen the video on the Highway right from yesterday
nuts Nutso get a jump on Instagram at Kiss one
oh seven if you want to tap through the stories,
you'll get.

Speaker 2 (11:32):
A peek at it.

Speaker 1 (11:33):
Have you ever seen something crazy on the Highway. We're
gonna get into that next. You're waking up fifth in
the morning, Good morning, what's the craziest thing you've seen
on the highway? I mean, you and I have to
dig into your archives unless it's happening like right now,
right around you. God forbid you are part of whatever
nightmare happened on seventy one yesterday. I must have seen

(11:54):
this video five times, and every time I watch it,
I'm like, ooh, I.

Speaker 2 (11:59):
Know, so it's coming, and I'm still I'm still gives
me anxiety. I still oh.

Speaker 1 (12:08):
If you're a visual person, I'm assuming you've seen the video,
But just in case you haven't, that's okay, No worries.

Speaker 2 (12:13):
At kiss one O seven. At some point in the day,
tap through the stories.

Speaker 1 (12:16):
You'll when you see it, you'll know exactly what I'm
talking about.

Speaker 2 (12:19):
I'll walk you through it now.

Speaker 8 (12:20):
Though.

Speaker 2 (12:20):
Imagine being on seventy one, okay, in broad daylight.

Speaker 1 (12:23):
A car comes to a complete stop, not over in
the right hand lane because that's right hand lane behavior.

Speaker 2 (12:29):
This is like, actually it might have been the right lane.

Speaker 1 (12:33):
Because the person was trying it realized late.

Speaker 2 (12:36):
We've all done this.

Speaker 1 (12:38):
It realized too late that it missed the exit, okay,
and so it decided to slam it. The car driver
slammed on the brakes and was waiting for people to
get out of the way so that it could then
get off at the exit that it was intended to.
But while that happened, it caused a major pile up

(12:59):
behind and of course, like every video that you've seen this,
that one car got.

Speaker 2 (13:04):
Away and it was like oops, bye and.

Speaker 1 (13:07):
Just like left everyone in its dust who piled up
behind it. I'm assuming that they'll be able to find
that car because obviously with technology they can scan the
license plate. But it was so bad, and you know
what the jokes are writing themselves. I know that we
would do something like that and go world, but come on,
never that bad. And the reason why, the reason why

(13:28):
I'm assuming they decided to stop on the highway rather
than doing the normal thing like everyone else would do,
which is just go straight and get off at the
next exit, is because the traffic coming in the other direction.

Speaker 2 (13:40):
Was really, really bad. It was really bad backup traffic.

Speaker 1 (13:45):
And you know what, I was raised as a masshole
when it comes to I learned how to drive really
in the city of Boston, Massachusetts, you know, Central Masses
where I grew up.

Speaker 3 (13:55):
It stort.

Speaker 1 (13:55):
I got my license, so I know what it's like
to to There are people that are defensive drivers.

Speaker 2 (14:02):
You know who you are, and that's a life you
choose to live.

Speaker 1 (14:04):
Then there are people like me, so I get that behavior,
But man, that was bad.

Speaker 2 (14:09):
You couldn't have.

Speaker 1 (14:10):
More stealth if you're gonna pull off something like that.
What's the craziest thing you've ever seen while driving? Hunter,
I know you're listening. You're a truck driver. I'm sure
you've seen a million things. Cold beer guy, you two
you drive for truck five one three, seven, four nine,
one oh seven one, or talk back with Tiff on
the iheard app. The microphone is in the top right
hand corner.

Speaker 2 (14:27):
Good morning.

Speaker 1 (14:28):
You're waking up with TIF in the morning on Kiss
one oh seven one. We're talking about the craziest things
you have seen while driving, obviously something you can relate to,
especially if you're in the car as we speak.

Speaker 2 (14:40):
Good morning, you're on the air. I was driving down
seventy five one time when I looked over and a guy.

Speaker 9 (14:45):
Was playing with hisself.

Speaker 4 (14:48):
No.

Speaker 2 (14:49):
I was hoping no one was gonna call with that one,
but damn yeah, and I was. I just kind of
looked away and throw away and got off the That
is so bad, it's so inappropriate.

Speaker 1 (15:01):
But you're like, it's the same reaction that you and
I would have if I was in that kitchen.

Speaker 2 (15:05):
You see something, you're like, oh that, I gotta go,
we gotta bail.

Speaker 10 (15:11):
Yes, that's exactly what I did.

Speaker 1 (15:14):
If you want to share, what's your name, what neighborhood
are driving around in this morning?

Speaker 2 (15:16):
I hope you don't see anything else. It's Jennifer and Hamilton. Jennifer,
thank you so much for the call. The reason why
we're talking.

Speaker 1 (15:23):
About this is you've seen the video right by now
of that massive action that happened on seventy one yesterday
because the car missed its exit and instead of getting
off and going around to the other one, although there
was traffic on the other side, it stopped in the
middle of the highway, causing a massive pile up behind it,
and then it just.

Speaker 2 (15:43):
Like skirt skirt like drill a lean.

Speaker 1 (15:48):
If you're a visual person at the at Kiss one
o seven, it's in our stories.

Speaker 2 (15:52):
You've got to take a peek. Let's check our talkbacks here.
Come on yellow when I'm at a four way stop.
Oh I am the good guy.

Speaker 8 (16:02):
I know I got here after you.

Speaker 2 (16:04):
You go. Now it's my turn. The people that just
do not give a crap, and they are like, yeah,
I'm next. I literally want to follow them and just
scream at them. But I hate when people do that.

Speaker 10 (16:18):
Girl.

Speaker 1 (16:18):
Thank you for the talk back with TIV microphones in
the top right hand corner. It's an alternative way to
contribute to the show. And you search us on the
iHeartRadio app. You know where there was a lot of
chaos as of recent outside of the highway incident was
when four to seventy one was closed and that rotary
in Newport, that one oh, that caused a lot of drama.

Speaker 2 (16:39):
People. Rotaries can be a challenge for some. They can't.
I get it painting my toenails.

Speaker 9 (16:47):
Many times I've painted my toenails while driving a stick shift.

Speaker 1 (16:51):
That's type B energy. Oh, good morning, he little Sean
Kingston on TIF in the morning, Happy.

Speaker 2 (17:03):
Friday to you.

Speaker 1 (17:04):
You're waking up with kiss one oh seven. What's still
commercial free for a hair longer high You're on the.

Speaker 2 (17:09):
Air the morning tip. I was calling to tell you
a crazy highway story. Yeah, what do you got from me? Miguel?

Speaker 4 (17:16):
There was one time when I was younger, my mom
she was We were on I believe it was Central
Parkway and.

Speaker 8 (17:24):
We were driving down and some guy.

Speaker 3 (17:26):
Was on a motorcycle but he had like a clown
mask on.

Speaker 2 (17:30):
And I didn't even know that, Like, I didn't know
what was going on. I just looked over and seen
him looking over at me. Oh no, and he just yeah,
he was.

Speaker 8 (17:38):
It was like I think during that clown thing in
twenty sixteen where the clowns were popping up everywhere, and yeah,
I saw a clown driving a motorcycle.

Speaker 5 (17:48):
On the highway and I was like, oh okay, and
he was just right alongside.

Speaker 8 (17:53):
Oh yeah, Sarah were lying and I'm like sliding down
in the seat.

Speaker 2 (17:58):
What's your name with neighborhood? Call me from Jayden from Northside.
Thanks for the call, Jayden.

Speaker 1 (18:03):
I think I'm going to be in north Side on
Saturday night because that night market thing's happening.

Speaker 2 (18:06):
Right Yeah, yeah, okay, I hope to run into you there.

Speaker 1 (18:10):
You know what, that story reminded me of the town
right where they wear the nun masks and the clown
masks to break into all the banks.

Speaker 2 (18:17):
I need you out. I can't tell you what it is.
You can never ask me about it later. And we're
going to hurt some people. Who's Kyle. We're gonna take
ride or die baby? All right, coming up, can you
give me three minutes?

Speaker 1 (18:27):
First of all, this is a jam, so I doubt
you're going anywhere, but if you can trade me three minutes,
more than half of Americans say that this one thing
has saved their life.

Speaker 2 (18:40):
Nuts, it's got four legs, talk about it next. Hi,
good morning.

Speaker 1 (18:43):
You're waking up with tip in the morning on kiss
ONEO seva one. We're about three or four minutes out
from the three things you need to know to get
your day started. And since I do that every day,
around seven fifty is to get you prepared for school
and work and such. But while I have you, more
than half of Americans who have this one thing say
that it has saved their life, like physically saved their life.

(19:05):
And I think I'm just being targeted by the Internet
because I was at bark in the Park the other night,
so now I'm getting served all this dog content. But
fifty six percent of people say that their dogs have
actually saved their lives, not like who saved two, like
the buffer cigaret, but like physically. I would be very

(19:25):
surprised if I heard some stories about dogs saving people
here in Cincy. Would you be willing to talk back
with Tiff or maybe even call me with the story.

Speaker 2 (19:34):
We might do that in eight o'clock hour if we
get enough.

Speaker 1 (19:37):
All right, five win, three seven, four nine one O
seven one is my phone number. Give me two minutes
and I've got the three things you need to know
to get your day started in sincey. This one thing
for the brent Spence Bridge is just coming on down
the river.

Speaker 2 (19:51):
I'll have that for you next when you need to
know she's got you. It's three things with Tiff.

Speaker 1 (20:01):
Gentlemen, would you ensure your private parts skirt before we
get there? We got to start somewhere else. We're just
before eight o'clock. Flying Pig, weekend weather, mixed bag Mother
Nature's on her mixed bag energy.

Speaker 2 (20:14):
It's gonna be fairly cool.

Speaker 1 (20:16):
I don't like running cool running weather, but a lot
of people do, so this might be your jam.

Speaker 2 (20:22):
It's gonna be chilly to start both race days.

Speaker 1 (20:24):
Scattered rain supposedly coming in the afternoon, but it's vautel,
so it could change. Check it before you get ready
to run. All right, before we get anywhere, let's start
with the brent Spence Bridge. She's on her way. We
are on our way to getting a new bridge here
soon enough. It doesn't even seem real to me.

Speaker 9 (20:40):
Starting later this month or as late as June, part
of long Wharf haul on West Pete Rose Way will
be demolished for the Brent Spence Companion Bridge project. About
two hundred and ten feet on the east most portion
of the building will be knocked down. The bricks removed
will then be used to rebuild the facade, with rebalancing
of the building to follow. The parking lot will remain
available during construction and open for Bengals home games. The

(21:02):
Ohio Department of Transportation bought the hall in twenty twenty
three for twenty five million dollars. Built in nineteen oh four,
Longworth Hall was a one time freight warehouse and currently
hosts the project team with other tenants.

Speaker 1 (21:14):
I always learned something from Lee Mao and from our
sister station seven hundred WW there you go. I mean
Brent Spence Bridge renovations. I'm I'm I'm gonna hold my
breath until that happens. I don't know, I just feel like,
is it gonna happen? I know it's set and you know,
the big construction project. It's ready to go right. I
just don't know. I don't know when there's more In

(21:38):
that one, I'll have it for you. Second, in the
three Things you need to know, let's chitchat about the
Diddy trial, guys.

Speaker 2 (21:43):
Monday. Monday kicks off the Diddy.

Speaker 1 (21:46):
Trial, and as of yesterday, lawyers announced that Diddy rejected
the plea deal. And in my eyes, if you reject
a plea deal, there's got to be two reasons.

Speaker 2 (21:57):
One maybe it was just janking he didn't like it.

Speaker 1 (22:00):
Or number two, you believe so strongly that you have
enough evidence to cast reasonable doubt for that jury that
you will walk.

Speaker 2 (22:10):
We'll see.

Speaker 1 (22:10):
So that three counts of sex trafficking and racketeering. Of course,
i'll break it down for you. I thought at one
point that it was going to be streamed. I don't
think it's the case. I think it's open to the public,
but I don't think it'll be streamed. There'll be lots
to break down, and you know I'll have that for you,
all right. Even lastly, in three Things you need to Know, gentlemen,
what are your thoughts on this?

Speaker 2 (22:30):
Would you.

Speaker 1 (22:32):
Put an insurance policy or take out an insurance policy
on your private parts?

Speaker 2 (22:37):
Because that is exactly what Nick Cannon is doing.

Speaker 10 (22:40):
Yeah, they were like, well, what's your most valuable asset?
Mob And you know, I got the insurance policy of
my office. It is like it's a legit to the
tune of ten million.

Speaker 1 (22:54):
By the way, I mean, Nick Cannon doesn't miss literally
does not several kids. They say that supermodels ensure their legs,
like Heidi Klum does that.

Speaker 2 (23:04):
So there you go, here you go.

Speaker 8 (23:06):
All right.

Speaker 2 (23:07):
That is three things you need to know for the
second of May.

Speaker 1 (23:10):
The best way to keep listening to Tiff in the
Morning is by searching Kiss one oh seven one on
the iHeartRadio app because coming up at eight o five
we're commercial freight.

Speaker 2 (23:17):
Good morning, you're waking up fifth in the morning. Kiss
one o seven to one. Okay, what song will always
make you cry?

Speaker 1 (23:26):
I know you're like, TIF, it's a Friday, want to
weave no One, But trust me on this. Okay, it's cathartic,
I promise, trust me, trust me, trust me. If you're
a visual person, go to my Instagram stories at the
Tiff two f's Potter like the Wizard. When you see it,
you'll know exactly what I'm talking about. Girl World is
crying in your car. This is what I did two
days ago. Cried so hard in my car and then

(23:50):
I drove thirty minutes to get a turkey sandwich and chips.

Speaker 2 (23:54):
I went to the new wah Wah by the way.

Speaker 1 (23:56):
I cried in my car, said I need a turkey
sandwich and chips.

Speaker 2 (23:59):
And I said, where am I gonna get that?

Speaker 1 (24:01):
Right now, I'm gonna drive thirty minutes from my job
site up to the wah Wah and get myself a
little turkey seawitch and chips, and I'm gonna sit in
my car and I'm gonna cry.

Speaker 2 (24:11):
And you might be wondering, why, Tiffany, what's going on? Why?

Speaker 1 (24:14):
So it's been a couple of days now that I've
been chit chatting about this Ed Sheeron song.

Speaker 2 (24:20):
It's called the Old Phone, right.

Speaker 1 (24:21):
I've played clips various points throughout the last couple of
days of the show. It finally came out. And when
you listen to the message of this new Ed Sheron song,
you're just like, oh, here's a quick clip about.

Speaker 4 (24:34):
Feeling over the Wilming sadness.

Speaker 2 (24:38):
Before the friends I do not have.

Speaker 4 (24:40):
Left seeing I'm a family has fractioned hing up and.

Speaker 1 (24:48):
Moving on, so good, right, And he talks about how
he found his old iPhone but he had to submit it.

Speaker 2 (24:58):
I actually, is this the story from Jimmy Fawll.

Speaker 11 (25:00):
Phone off twenty fifteen. I left it in a box,
and then when I went through that lawsuit, I got
my phone out again and had to go through like
all the voice notes and the pictures and all that
stuff for the lawyers. And I switched on and it
was like going into a time machine. Like the first
text was my friend that had passed away the year before.
The second text was like an argument with an ex girlfriend.
The third text was a family member I hadn't spoken

(25:21):
to in ten years. Yea. The full text was another
mate that died. And I was kind of like scrolling down.
It really really spun me out. And that day I
wrote in my notes like I found my old phone today,
and then finished this as a song. And then isn't
that cool?

Speaker 2 (25:33):
I've already played this clip because that's what we talked about.

Speaker 1 (25:35):
I think maybe two or three days ago we said
what's on your old phone? So once we got done
with that show, I was going through my old photos,
my archives, and I came across a bunch of memories
of the finance guy and I and the girls and
I back in college, and it just brought tears to
my eyes. And so when I heard the you know,
edge sheering clip, I started crying. And you know, there

(25:56):
is something cathartic about shedding a few tears. So that's
what we're gonna do this morning, talk back with Tiff.
What's the one song that will always bring a few
tears to your eyes?

Speaker 2 (26:05):
In look a Good Way?

Speaker 1 (26:07):
The microphone is in the top right hand corner of
the iHeartRadio app. If you want to contribute, I'd love
to hear your voice this morning.

Speaker 3 (26:12):
So I just want to chime in on songs that
make me cry and just about to tell you makes
me really sad. Castle on the Hill by Ed.

Speaker 2 (26:23):
Sharon another Ed Sharon song, I Get it.

Speaker 8 (26:34):
Up.

Speaker 2 (26:39):
That's a good tear though. I love that.

Speaker 1 (26:41):
Let's keep going. We're commercial free in the meantime. What
song will always bring a few tears.

Speaker 2 (26:46):
To your eyes?

Speaker 11 (26:46):
On a.

Speaker 2 (26:49):
Gluty Friday? Oh that was a good one.

Speaker 1 (26:52):
Good morning, Happy Friday, Flame Pig weekend, You're waking up
with TIF in the morning.

Speaker 2 (26:55):
On a kiss one O seven one.

Speaker 1 (26:57):
Between today's show and yesterday's you will have plenty of
music to add to your playlist for Flying Pig Racing
this weekend. Because that's all we've been talking about is music.
This music that yesterday it was walk out songs. Today
we're in the midst of talking about songs that will
bring tears to your eyes.

Speaker 3 (27:15):
The song that makes me cry is My Wish for
You I Rascal Flats, I have three sons, and it
just always makes me cry.

Speaker 8 (27:24):
I love it.

Speaker 2 (27:25):
Which o you is side because.

Speaker 4 (27:32):
Monetari Dream say your honestay sack you never even carry
moving your rodick.

Speaker 2 (27:41):
Where you get into loves you the same thing too?
Who yeah, so good.

Speaker 1 (27:56):
I probably let that one play a litttle too long,
but I couldn't help it.

Speaker 2 (27:59):
Hey there.

Speaker 1 (28:00):
The reason why we're even talking about this in the
first place is because I can't get over this Ed
Sheeran song.

Speaker 2 (28:06):
It's called the Old Phone.

Speaker 1 (28:07):
He put it out yesterday and it just talks about
all the stuff in his old iPhone from twenty fifteen
and I when I heard when I heard the song,
I went back through and started looking at my archives,
cried in my car for thirty minutes. Then drove thirty
minutes to get a turkey sandwich at the New Wah Wah.

Speaker 2 (28:24):
That's girl world.

Speaker 8 (28:25):
Dying is very good for you because we have cortisol,
the stress hormone, actually in our tiers. So when we cry,
we're actually releasing some cortisol through our tears.

Speaker 2 (28:40):
That's very educational. Thank you, Mi Gal. I appreciate that.
Talk back with Tiff, I've got time to squeeze in
a few more.

Speaker 8 (28:45):
Song that gets me every time? Is I Lived by
One Republican?

Speaker 2 (28:49):
Oh, that's a good brandt.

Speaker 4 (28:56):
Anyplace?

Speaker 2 (28:57):
Yeah, things that.

Speaker 9 (29:02):
I swear.

Speaker 1 (29:04):
The music is like the most powerful powerful thing in
the world, isn't it. I could see you adding that
one to your playlist. You're running up Gilbert, You're in
misery on Sunday. I mean that song comes on your
You're like, you know what I did?

Speaker 2 (29:17):
I am living. I am doing the best I can
modern day Benson Boone pretty much anything. His voice really
gets to me.

Speaker 1 (29:26):
Yeah, he's got a powerful voice. And this is his
newest one. Are you familiar with it yet? You might
really like it. It's called Sorry, I'm here for someone else.

Speaker 2 (29:38):
It's good to see a face.

Speaker 4 (29:42):
You do.

Speaker 1 (29:45):
You imagine having that one on in the background. When
you run into your ex. You know, I don't know
where you would go? Where are you gonna go to
run into your ex? Where would he be? Where would
she be?

Speaker 2 (29:57):
I don't know. Why is the blind pig coming to
my the my brain? I don't know.

Speaker 1 (30:01):
All right, I've got time to squeeze in one or
two more if you want to. In the meantime, we
are still commercial free. If you are running this weekend.

Speaker 2 (30:08):
Good luck when you need to know she's got you.
It's three things with tip on Kiss.

Speaker 1 (30:17):
Well, good morning, it's new Music Friday on Kiss one
oh seven one. I'll have that here in a hot
seguare just before nine o'clock on this Friday.

Speaker 2 (30:25):
Rent was due yesterday.

Speaker 1 (30:26):
Okay, I have one thousand dollars for you around nine
oh five, I'm going to pay your bills on Kiss
with a grant, so don't go far. Before we get
to new Music Friday, let's start off with Pig Weekend.
Is the Flying Pig Weekend one of my favorites in Sincy,
and congrats to you for making it through all those
months and weeks of training, even if you didn't train
as much as you wanted to. We're here and I
hope you enjoy a few things. To be aware of

(30:50):
the weather, Yeah, I don't know. I feel like it's
mixed back and it keeps changing, so I don't want
to take up too much of your time with that. However,
it was kick off tonight with the one mile race,
and then we've got the ten, the five k, the
pig abilities, the flying for tomorrow. All of these races
will take place in the morning, and then Saturday and

(31:10):
Sunday are the half marathon and full If you're not
running and maybe you're spectating or just trying to live
out your normal weekend life, be aware that there will
be lots of closures throughout the city, so have some
patience when it comes to that one, okay, And of course,
if you're going to the Reds game, they're home throughout
the weekend, there will be some closures down at the

(31:31):
banks as well.

Speaker 2 (31:32):
All right.

Speaker 1 (31:32):
Then second in three things, you need to know, there's
kind of just a lot happening in general this weekend,
So I just want to run through a little bit
of a timeline just so that you feel in the
loop outside of what's happening here in Sincy.

Speaker 2 (31:45):
We've got the.

Speaker 1 (31:45):
Derby this Saturday. Saturday Night Live with Quinta Brunson is
also happening of course on Saturday night. Then if we
head into Sunday, the finale of Righteous Gemstones, I believe
is on HBO Max, a show that keeps coming up
that I have yet to give any time to the
time one hundred Gala is also happening on Sunday. That's

(32:09):
expected to bring in a lot of celebrities. And then
once we arrive at Monday, it'll be Met Gala Monday,
so lots of celebrities predicted to be there as well.
Of course we talked about that a good amount yesterday.
Lewis Hamilton, for well, Williams are all on the co chairs.
There's a few others as well. And on Monday, the
Diddy trial kicks off. Okay, so there's kind of a

(32:30):
lot and I will of course debrief you on it all.

Speaker 2 (32:34):
Okay. Lastly, and the three things you need to know.
It's new music Friday.

Speaker 1 (32:38):
Let's chat about the newest one from Maroon five and Lisa.
This is called Priceless. Here's a clip we'll recognize Lisa

(33:09):
outside of Black Pink. She was also in the third
season of White Lotus. I have a feeling that we
could see an album in a tour from Maroon five
within the next year or so. Selena Gomez and Benny
Blanca also put out the deluxe version of their album.

Speaker 2 (33:21):
Here's a quick clip of a song called talk.

Speaker 5 (33:33):
To Me.

Speaker 11 (33:42):
And then.

Speaker 1 (33:42):
I've played this clip a bunch on the show already,
but just in case you don't know it, this is
the latest one from Ed Sheering.

Speaker 2 (33:49):
It's called Old Phone. I love the song already.

Speaker 4 (33:52):
I feeling overwhelming side that before the Prince, I do
not have let seeing I'm a family has fraction, ruling
up and moving on.

Speaker 1 (34:09):
He announced that his eighth studio album, Play, will be
out in September.

Speaker 2 (34:13):
That is three things you need to know for the
second of May.

Speaker 1 (34:15):
If you can trade me out a few minutes of
your time, I have one thousand dollars for you coming
up around nine oh five, I'm gonna pay your bills
on Kiss. The best way to keep listening is by
searching Kiss on the iHeartRadio app.

Speaker 2 (34:28):
Because you're waking up with fifth in the morning Kiss
one good morning.

Speaker 1 (34:33):
Happiness is defined differently by whoever the person is right
and by the way, speaking of happiness, happy Friday to you.
If you haven't heard it yet, allow me be the
first to say Happy Friday. Finland has been voted like
the number one happy country in the world for I

(34:54):
think maybe ever, and it's because they do these three things.
One of them you can do this weekend. I mean,
you can really do it anytime, but this weekend will
give you a little bit of an excuse to do so.

Speaker 2 (35:07):
I have no idea what the weather is. I'm superstitious.

Speaker 1 (35:10):
I am also running the Flying Pig on Saturday, and
I don't want to look so I'm praying for not
a washout.

Speaker 2 (35:16):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (35:17):
The number one thing is spending time in nature, spending
time outside. And the thing about the Flying Pig is,
of course, if you're out there for the half or
the full, most of the time you're near like some
sort of space where there's like, you know, outdoor things
to do. So, for example, as the runners are running
up Gilbert and you want to cheer them on, that's
right next to Eaton Park and the Art Museum, and

(35:39):
you can spend some time in nature there completely free.
And by the way, the Art Museum unless you pay
for the exhibits. The art museum is completely free to
walk into love that resource.

Speaker 2 (35:49):
So there you go.

Speaker 1 (35:49):
That's the number one thing. Number two time in a sauna.
Now I know that not everyone has access to a sauna.
I don't have a gym membership that has one, but
I do go to Hot Lot. He's at Body Alive
and that's my sama. But spending time in the heat
and sweating toxins out leads to happiness. And then lastly,
I struggle with this one myself, although I try to

(36:10):
be this person.

Speaker 2 (36:12):
It's well being based.

Speaker 1 (36:14):
Eating, which means eating whole foods that are meant to,
you know, to help your body, those superfoods.

Speaker 8 (36:21):
Right, and.

Speaker 2 (36:24):
This is I think this is gonna be a big
eating weekend Derby. There's just a lot.

Speaker 1 (36:28):
I think when there's a lot on television, people tend
to snack a lot. Maybe that's just me, but if
someone's having a Kentucky Derby party, you better believe I'll
be having at least a liquid lunch with the mint julips.
All right, Coming up at nine p thirty, the Daily Debrief.
I'll choose the one big thing that we talked about
in today's show, including the craziest things that you've seen
on the highway. Did you see that video from seventy

(36:50):
one yesterday? If you haven't, we'll talk about that next
