Speaker 1 (00:00):
You're waking up in the morning, kiss one good morning.
I'm really struggling with this cold that I have. It
feels so bizarre to be sick in the summer. I
don't get it, and I don't think it's related to
the wildfires or anything or allergies. I think this is
a legitimate cold, and I never know what to take. Like,
(00:23):
I woke up super early before my alarm though this morning,
and my body's a little disjointed.
Speaker 2 (00:27):
So how are you? Being sick?
Speaker 1 (00:30):
Is probably the only reason why I didn't drink yesterday
because I was so tempted with the weather. God, I'm
such a weather based person. It's got to be the
Aquarius in me.
Speaker 2 (00:41):
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (00:43):
But I found this new restaurant that has this ever
happened to you where you passed by it maybe four
hundred and seventy five thousand times in your life and
you finally pull in and go.
Speaker 2 (00:51):
That was me.
Speaker 1 (00:52):
I went to this Turkish restaurant that's in the complex
that I work at in Kenwood.
Speaker 2 (00:57):
It's called Tuva. I believe could be mispronouncing.
Speaker 1 (01:00):
Girlfriend of mine comes in, we do some recording, and
she's like, I heard really great things about this Turkish
restaurant and it's right next to your office. I'm gonna go,
And on my way out the door, I said, you
know what, I could ladies who lunch on a Monday
at eleven thirty, I don't have meetings until this afternoon.
I'll join you. Best lunch I've ever had, best day
in my life.
Speaker 2 (01:19):
I was so good. I almost ordered a white wine.
Speaker 1 (01:23):
I'm like Tiffany, it's a Monday at eleven thirty. This
behavior you have to hold until at least Thursday. But
the vibes were so high it totally changed the trajectory.
Like the meal like that, A meal like that. Man,
it was like I had a chicken. I had chicken
and rice and lebne and hummus. Hmm.
Speaker 2 (01:45):
I'm a weirdo that I could eat that stuff right now.
Speaker 1 (01:47):
I mean, it's not even six thirty in the morning
and I could have a piece of chicken. But I
bet you feel similar if you get up super early.
Some people are bacon and eggs people. Some people are hummus,
hummus and chicken at six thirty. You know, depends on
what your vibe is coming up at six fifty.
Speaker 2 (02:01):
We do it every day.
Speaker 1 (02:02):
The three things you need to know to get your
day started. And since the Sabrina Carpenter's got new music
on the way, I'll have that and more. The best
way to keep listening to TIF in the morning is
by searching Kiss one of seven one on iHeartRadio. When
you need to know she's got you, it's three things
with Tiff Good morning. Sabriena Carpenter could be on her
way to save summer. We'll see, we'll see mother Nature.
Speaker 2 (02:24):
Didn't do it.
Speaker 1 (02:26):
Or just before we'll get to that in a second
'or just before seven o'clock on.
Speaker 2 (02:29):
The third of June.
Speaker 1 (02:31):
Baby temperatures, God, just this morning, we'll see them hit
the seventies, close to eighty today, next couple of days.
I think some rain for the end of the week.
Wildfire smoke and hey, is not that bad. One hundred
is like poor quality, and I think we're well below
that at this point. I'll give you a post it
before we get there. Let's start off with the Bengals stadium.
You know, some updates, so I'll be sprinkling these in
(02:52):
as we get more information.
Speaker 2 (02:54):
But essentially, the state is meeting.
Speaker 1 (02:56):
Behind closed doors today and for the next couple of
day trying to figure out budgets right now, we don't
like the house.
Speaker 2 (03:03):
The House was like, listen.
Speaker 1 (03:05):
We are gonna get some money. We're gonna send that
up to the Browns. But the Bengals no, okay. The
Senate was like, whoa, you know, what.
Speaker 2 (03:13):
If we do both?
Speaker 1 (03:14):
What if we come up with a different alternative plan,
and the idea behind it is, what if we potentially
start some sort of like casino style gambling on your
phone and take the tax revenue from that, and basically
any team that wants it could buy for it. Sounds
like an absolute nightmare for a gambling addict. I mean,
I'm addicted to TikTok. Imagine being addicted to gambling and
(03:37):
then being able to play slots on your phone.
Speaker 2 (03:39):
Dear God, but we'll see what happened to that.
Speaker 1 (03:42):
You know, the Bengals are asking for like a quarter
of the budget to help with the renovations. We still
need to sign the lease though, by the way, and
that needs to be wrapped up by like the end
of this month.
Speaker 2 (03:52):
Okay, keep you posting.
Speaker 1 (03:54):
Second and three things you need to know New music Friday,
maybe maybe this week. I don't have a release date
on it yet. But have you seen the video of
Sabrina Carpenter. She's on the side of the road hitchhiking,
looking phenomenal. I love Sabrina Carpenter and I love her
sense of humor. By the way, too, She's got a
new single called Manchild, and at the very end of
(04:14):
the video, here's just a tiny clip.
Speaker 2 (04:17):
Of audio that I have for you.
Speaker 1 (04:20):
Oh boy, So we'll say, I don't have a release
date on one that's coming out, but the billboards are
on Interstate sixty nine. You know. I just love Sabrina
Carpenter's sense of humor. All right, then, lastly, and three
things you need to know this morning. Our iHeart Radio
Music Festival line up, the date, the ticketing, all of
that is coming out just after eight o'clock this morning.
(04:43):
If you have never been to our iHeartRadio Music Festival,
it is a once in a lifetime experience in Las Vegas.
And I'm gonna have more details when they drop later
on in the show. That is three things you need
to know for the third of June seven oh five,
we're commercial free per USU. When you listen to Kiss
one O seven one on I Hurt Radio. Not only
are you a part of the music and the contesting
(05:04):
for our Sincy Summer passport, But you can also participate
in our conversation because when I saw this video that
the Bengals put out, I was mortified. I was like,
it was either Jamar or t Higgins. I was like,
what are you kidding me? I'll give me a couple
(05:25):
of minutes. We'll get to that around seven twenty this morning.
Good morning, Hey, good morning. You're waking up with Tiff
in the morning on Kiss one oh seven to one.
Of the topic of conversation amongst I Hurt Media Cincinnati's
office this morning. If you want to be a part
of it, is is.
Speaker 2 (05:40):
This allergies that I have? Or is it a summer cold?
Speaker 1 (05:44):
And I bet you're having the same conversation with yourself
or maybe your family or inner circle. I don't think
it's allergies. Potters don't usually get allergies. I'm just I'm
feeling under the weather streak. Can hear it in my voice?
It feels very weird though, to be sick in the summer,
doesn't it? This is just is not this is not it.
This is not it.
Speaker 2 (06:04):
I don't love it.
Speaker 1 (06:04):
I'm mean to me be honest with you. But what
I do love is that we're commercial free. It feels
very quiet this morning, Like is it just you and me?
Is it quiet out on the roads too? Don't be
shy when you listen to Kiss on the iHeartRadio app
all morning long. You can talk back with Tiff all right,
let me know. Are you alive, are you well? Are
you out there? The microphone is in the top right
(06:25):
hand corner. Just hold that down. You can be a
part of the conversation. In fact, at seven twenty this morning,
I'm gonna play this video that the Bengals posted on
their TikTok had me mortified and horrified, mortified, horrified in
the same sentence. Stick around, that's next, You're gonna stir
the pot this morning? Or it wasn't me, Actually it
(06:46):
was t Higgins. It is the Bengals, is their social
media staff. They knew, they knew how old is old?
Speaker 2 (06:58):
Okay?
Speaker 1 (07:00):
Like t Higgins answer, I'm be honest with you on that.
I think my support for this man is now done.
Talk back with Tiff on Ihart Radio because I'm getting
ready to play this from their TikTok, and this conversation
is only going to be good.
Speaker 2 (07:12):
If you and I go back and forth this morning.
Speaker 1 (07:14):
You can call me, of course, but while I play
the video, you can leave talkbacks. iHeartRadio app. Top right
hand corner. There's that microphone. Hold that down in your eyes.
What year were you born in? Or what year was
someone born in? Let's say that makes them old? Here's
the video.
Speaker 3 (07:31):
What year do you have to be born in to
be considered old?
Speaker 4 (07:33):
I'll say if you if you was ninety four, ninety three,
ninety two, you shouldn't even be eighty.
Speaker 3 (07:43):
What eighty is crazy?
Speaker 4 (07:45):
Hey, don't get in the eighties. Don't get in the eighties,
ninety three, ninety four, you're getting there?
Speaker 3 (07:50):
Yeah, you said ninety nine, because I feel like an
ump nineteen ninety you oldest me old nineteen seventy two.
Don't ask me why. I don't even know what freaking
age that is?
Speaker 5 (08:08):
Probably like like nineteen ninety two. Yeah, like that puts
you at like thirty two, So I feel like once
it's my.
Speaker 3 (08:17):
Math offen.
Speaker 2 (08:21):
You hear T Higgins? Could you pick out which voice
was his?
Speaker 1 (08:23):
He said, you have to be born in nineteen ninety
nine to be considered old. I said, now do I
think I'm young. No, I was born in nineteen ninety.
To be exact, I'm thirty five years old. I would
say if you were born around nineteen oh, man, I'm
(08:46):
gonna go a lot of slack for this. If you
were born in the nineteen early nineteen eighties, you were
born in the nineteen eighties.
Speaker 2 (08:55):
I guess you could consider yourself old.
Speaker 6 (08:58):
I will.
Speaker 1 (08:59):
I don't know, And then I think of my dad.
My dad was born in nineteen forty eight. That's what
I'm going with as old. If if you were born
around nineteen forty eight or nineteen fifty year old, outside
of that, you're fine.
Speaker 2 (09:11):
What's your opinion?
Speaker 1 (09:12):
Five one, three, seven, four nine, one oh seven one
or talk back with Tiff on iHeartRadio. I'd already mentioned
that alternative microphone is in the top right hand corner
nineteen ninety ninety Higgins, get out of here.
Speaker 5 (09:24):
Yeah, Like that puts you at like thirty two. So
I feel like, once my math.
Speaker 1 (09:31):
Off, good morning, you're waking up with Tiff in the
morning on a kiss one oh seven to one. I'm
in the midst of taking your talkback, so we'll start there.
Microphones in the top.
Speaker 6 (09:40):
Notice when senior citizens like use their phones. It looks
like they're diffusing a bomb. Like the way that are
slow tighting on their phones. They're like like their life
depends on it. Not just their life, but the whole city.
The whole city depends on this.
Speaker 2 (09:56):
I gotta do this.
Speaker 6 (09:58):
Like there's some old senior citysm batman just whacking at me.
Speaker 3 (10:03):
Dude.
Speaker 1 (10:04):
I don't know where you came up with that, but
thank you for the talk back with TIF. You two
can contribute to my show when you listen to us
on iHeartRadio. The microphones in the top right hand corner. No,
if you're just walking into the conversation. The reason why
we're talking about quote being old is because.
Speaker 2 (10:18):
The Bengals, you know, the Bengals really.
Speaker 1 (10:20):
Came for us this morning. They posted a video on
their TikTok essentially asking how old is considered old.
Speaker 2 (10:27):
Here's a claton.
Speaker 3 (10:27):
Whatit year do you have to be born in to
be considered old?
Speaker 4 (10:30):
I'll say if you if you was ninety four ninety three.
Speaker 2 (10:36):
You should are at T.
Speaker 1 (10:37):
Higgins. He's like ninety nine tea t. My support for
you is slowly dwindling.
Speaker 3 (10:44):
I said in the.
Speaker 2 (10:45):
Fifty I think I am one of the last people
on the planet that don't have the landline.
Speaker 1 (10:52):
Oh yeah, for sure. And then at that point you're
probably at least a millennial. At least the landline game
growing up was ooh, I mean I remember plugging.
Speaker 2 (11:02):
I can't even go in there. I can't, I'm not
going there.
Speaker 7 (11:04):
Me crazy. But I still use a DVD player to
watch movies. I mean, everyone makes fun of me because
things are all streaming, but.
Speaker 8 (11:13):
I still like my good old DVD player.
Speaker 9 (11:15):
Am am I crazy?
Speaker 1 (11:17):
Yes, good morning, you're waking up. It's him in the
morning on kiss one O seven one. What's the one
thing that can help women stay healthy longer? And you
might even have it in your cup holder? And that
is a cup of coffee. It always surprises me when
someone does a study that lasts thirty years, But someone
did it. Harvard followed a group of fifty thousand women
(11:38):
for thirty years. I can barely make it to work
on time, like every day in a row for a week.
Speaker 2 (11:45):
Never mind that. But nonetheless, fifty thousand.
Speaker 1 (11:48):
Women for thirty years drinking two point five cups of
coffee daily was linked to staying mentally sharp and physically strong.
Speaker 2 (11:56):
Later in life.
Speaker 1 (11:58):
Okay, so that is my That is my wish to
you in the Starbucks or Duncan's line this morning, or Bigbe,
whatever your vibe is, give me three minutes. We'll get
to the three things you need to know to get
your day started in Sincy.
Speaker 2 (12:08):
So what's going on in Hyde Park? I'll have that
for you next when you need to know She's got you.
It's three things with tip on good morning.
Speaker 1 (12:19):
What's going on in Hyde Park? I'll get you in
a second. We're just before eight o'clock eight thirty. We're
stamping your Sincy summer passport where the pair of tickets
to the Museum Center don't go far.
Speaker 2 (12:28):
Okay.
Speaker 1 (12:28):
I think that there are a lot of opinions on
this and people stacked on both sides of the coin.
But if you've been in Hyde Park as of recently,
there have been a lot of people campaigning to get
this on the ballot for November fourth.
Speaker 2 (12:42):
And that has officially happened.
Speaker 1 (12:44):
The Hamilton County Board of Elections confirmed that the group
of people in Hyde Park Square called Save hyde Park
Square collected more than eighteen thousand signatures in total, and
only about nine thousand were needed to qualify if you're like, well,
film me on what's going on. I haven't been to
a hide Park Square in a while. This is centered
(13:05):
around some developments that they're supposed to be doing, like
including a hotel. A lot of people are concerned about
the parking, you know, this, the height of the buildings
in Hyde Park, the overall foot traffic, just traffic in general,
and just is Hyde Park really prepared for a boutique hotel.
(13:26):
Essentially it would take several years to complete. Developers say
that the project, which has already been approved by the
way by a city council, would bring change in economic
growth to the community. That's their side of it, and
I can definitely see where they're coming from. But many
of the neighbors are arguing that the development would change
the landscape of the area. So this will now be
(13:47):
on the ballot this coming November, and if you have
an opinion on it, you got to get out there
and vote.
Speaker 3 (13:52):
Okay.
Speaker 1 (13:54):
Quote we are leaving all options open, is what council
Member Mika d Owen's release in the statement yesterday. Second
and three things you need to know not surprised by this,
but swifters. Swifters, who's that Who's Swifters Swifties came through
for Taylor. Her streams doubled on the on Spotify for
(14:16):
the first six albums the day that she purchased her
Master's back. The woman is just raking in money, hand
over fis good for her, good for her. And then, lastly,
in three Things you Need to Know this morning, it
is a new era for Mariah Carey, she announced that
MC sixteen. Why is it a shock to me that
Mariah Carey has sixteen albums? I shouldn't give us a
(14:38):
release date, but she is working on it. If you
scroll on social media, you'll see her in a vehicle.
To be honest, When I saw it at the Krack
Anon this morning, I thought she was promoting a car,
but it's not. It's your brand new album. The poster says,
what's your type? Mariah Carey sixteen? I wish I had
a release date for you on it, But when I do,
you know I'll have it.
Speaker 2 (14:56):
That is three things you need to Know.
Speaker 1 (14:57):
For the third of June eight oh five, we go
commercial free and you have a chance to win tickets
to the Museum Center at eight thirty this morning. When
you listen to Kiss One oh seven one on the
iHeartRadio app.
Speaker 2 (15:08):
You don't miss it. Good morning, Good morning.
Speaker 1 (15:11):
You're waking up with Tim in the morning on Kiss
one O seven to one with Nelly, who will be
in sincey by the way, third time within two years
later on this summer, it felt good to be at
River Bend over Memorial Day weekend. I went to the
Breaking Benjamin Show, and I just remembered looking at the
calendar that Avril Levine is going to be at Riverbend
this coming Sunday. We're already at June eighth, So I
(15:33):
hope you have a chance to go. I hope I
have a chance to see you out there. Kiss one
oh seven one is commercial free. You know, all summer long,
we're helping you stamp your Sincy Summer passport if you
don't plan on traveling, although you want to and you
still want to fill up your phone archives with good memories,
et cetera. It's been my goal to get you out
of the house and doing stuff all around Cincinnati and
our own city here. If you follow me on social
(15:55):
you know I'm a big fan of posting my weekend recaps,
and that's just really experiencing everything that our city.
Speaker 2 (16:01):
Has to offer.
Speaker 1 (16:01):
If you're a visual person at the TIF to F's
Potter like the Wizard, take a peek. At eight thirty,
I'm getting you out of the house and I'm sending
you to the Museum Center. You they have that new
Barbie exhibit. You will need the keyword solo. Coming up
at eight twenty, we're gonna talk solo travel. I'm two
weeks out, less than two weeks away from going to
(16:22):
Ireland by myself.
Speaker 2 (16:23):
We'll share some tips you're waking up with five in
the morning. Kiss, Good morning.
Speaker 1 (16:29):
It's travel Tuesday with TIF and our travel expert Michelle.
Speaker 2 (16:31):
Good morning, Good morning.
Speaker 1 (16:33):
We've been dissecting this solo Europe trip for the last
couple of weeks, and now I'm getting ready to actually
get on the plane and go.
Speaker 2 (16:40):
My yah, it is time here.
Speaker 1 (16:43):
If you're just joining us for maybe the first time,
you know, I do a lot of conversation on social
media and on the show around doing things solo, and
I felt like this is the one big thing that
I felt like I really needed to work myself up
towards in two was this solo trip to Ireland. Yeah,
I'm going on my own. Yeah, maybe so here's the
breakdown of it. I'm leaving in two tuesdays to go
(17:08):
to Ireland for a wedding.
Speaker 2 (17:10):
I'm gonna go for an entire week.
Speaker 1 (17:11):
I'll go to the wedding by myself, but the first chunk,
I'll fly into Dublin, spend some time there, then get
myself to the town where the wedding is. I'll spend
a couple of nights there, and then I've kind of
got the last bit of the trip to go on
by myself, and I haven't quite figured that out yet.
So some things I wanted to cover today is just
where I'm at mentally, and if this is a touch
(17:33):
point of inspiration for someone to maybe do the same,
or if someone else has advice and tips that I
need to know as I get ready to embark on
this big solo journey. Absolutely so chime in. When I
first went to Michelle, I said to you, gal, like,
I don't even know where to begin on booking a
solo trip. The only trips I've ever really booked have
been with friends or to all inclusive resources.
Speaker 2 (17:53):
Yeah, so it's totally different.
Speaker 10 (17:55):
It's entirely different, and having to do all of that
by yourself sometimes for a desk nation you've never been to.
Speaker 2 (18:01):
It's very overwhelming.
Speaker 10 (18:02):
When I first started solo traveling too, I did what
a lot of people do. I went onto social media
and tried to find people who were doing this, and
a lot of it was the advice was just book it,
just book it and go, and.
Speaker 2 (18:15):
I can't need it more.
Speaker 10 (18:16):
I'm like, Okay, that is great advice, and I appreciate
that meeting, but also I.
Speaker 2 (18:20):
Need more information. Where do I begin?
Speaker 10 (18:22):
Yeah, So that's why I love that you are doing
this and you came to me to help out, because
I think it's so important to give people that helping
hands so that they can get out of town.
Speaker 1 (18:31):
And there's been lots of conversations, so you can go
get caught up on the podcast on any of our
Travel Tuesday episodes where we break all the tips down,
the security concerns, the fears, this and that. The one
thing that I've learned in the trip lanning process for
this is I thought that I was going to be
the person that needed literally every single detail planned out,
just because I was so nervous. Yeah, and here we are.
(18:54):
I don't even have the second half of the trip
planned and I'm considering just planning it on the go,
which is very much unlike me in that type of environment.
Speaker 2 (19:03):
It's who I am here at home.
Speaker 1 (19:06):
But I was really fearful to bring that type of
a vibe to a foreign country. But I think I'm
gonna just let it go and try to just live.
I think you're ready for it.
Speaker 10 (19:16):
When I first started so traveling, I had everything planned
down by the minute sun up to sundown because I
needed that security because of what if something goes wrong,
what am I going to do? And I think you
are probably ready to let that go and win it
a little bit.
Speaker 2 (19:31):
I'm so nervous.
Speaker 1 (19:33):
The one thing that I'm hoping to get out of
this is really just the empowered confidence to say, Hey,
if I want to go do something outside of the
four walls of my city, I can go and do it.
If I want to go to something outside of the
four walls of the United States of America, I can
go and do it, and I don't need someone else
(19:54):
to do it with. I can start living my life
in a way that I feel aligned with. That is
what I'm really hoping to get out of this, just
like a breath of confidence to be able to continue
that post this trip, like, this is an English speaking country.
I'm going to Ireland, right, It's not that far from
the United States. But what if I want to go
somewhere deeper and explore on my own a little bit more.
(20:16):
Is this something that I'm going to see through the
lens of someone else's screen or am I going to
be able to be the one to do it and
share it with you?
Speaker 2 (20:23):
Yeah? Absolutely?
Speaker 10 (20:24):
Those are all great questions to be asking yourself as
you head into this.
Speaker 2 (20:27):
And just to give you a little bit of a
pep talk to help you get through there.
Speaker 10 (20:31):
If you recall, it's coming up on almost one year
since we met, and we met because you were talking
about travel and you said you would just come back
from Amsterdam, and you said, I feel like if I
were to ever go on a trip alone, it would
be Amsterdam.
Speaker 2 (20:43):
And here you are less than a year later.
Speaker 10 (20:45):
It's not Amsterdam, but it's pretty darn clothes and you
have been putting in the work and I've been here
to see it, and I'm just so crazy proud.
Speaker 2 (20:53):
Thank you.
Speaker 3 (20:53):
Jo.
Speaker 10 (20:53):
Whatever it is that you learn from this is you're
going to find a way to turn that into a
positive thing. And have that empower you and propel you
forward when you come back home.
Speaker 2 (21:03):
And if you're listening right now, one you have tips
and advice.
Speaker 1 (21:05):
I always end the segment with you calling or dming
me five one three seven four nine one oh seven one.
You can also reach out to Michelle. She's the Jane
of all travels. She's tagging all of our videos that
we post on social And then lastly, like, this is
just something that I'm doing personally, but I hope to
bring you along. If you're listening right now and either
you're feeling inspired to maybe do the same or two
(21:27):
like that is crazy.
Speaker 2 (21:28):
I could never do it right.
Speaker 1 (21:30):
It's just a way to you know, grow, and so
I'm if if I can inspire someone else to maybe
do the same, I'm happy to put myself out there
for it.
Speaker 2 (21:38):
So thank you Michelle. Here, thank you. We're going to Ireland.
We're so excited.
Speaker 3 (21:42):
Here we are.
Speaker 11 (21:44):
Because you're waking up with Tiff in the morning on
kiss one O seven to one.
Speaker 2 (21:48):
Good morning. I'm hoping you have a keyword for me.
Speaker 8 (21:51):
It is solo.
Speaker 1 (21:52):
Congratulations. You're getting your Sincy summer passports, stamped tickets to
the Museum Center awesome.
Speaker 2 (21:59):
What's your name? What neighborhood? You wake it up with me?
Speaker 8 (22:01):
And it's Katrina and I'm in Loveland, Katrina.
Speaker 2 (22:04):
They've got the new Barbie exhibit there.
Speaker 8 (22:06):
Oh fun. I take my niece there.
Speaker 2 (22:09):
Yeah, I love it.
Speaker 1 (22:10):
It looks like it'd be a cool exhibit. I have
have haven't had a chance to go myself, but I'm
happy for you. Thank you people listening to TIF in
the morning every day.
Speaker 8 (22:18):
Thank you.
Speaker 2 (22:19):
Would you travel somewhere solo? Do you have advice? Have
you done it?
Speaker 8 (22:22):
I have and I would. I've been to Turkey solo.
I've been to Italy solo.
Speaker 2 (22:29):
Yeah, girls, give me your tips.
Speaker 8 (22:34):
I don't know. You just have to do a lot
of research. You have to like sign up for they're
called step alerts to tell you, like if it's advisable
or not advisable to travel in certain areas. And then
it kind of gets you on the radar of you know,
various governments and things so that they kind of know, Okay,
she's in the area, and you know, just kind of
(22:57):
keeping track and just doing things that are safe for you,
and then also just making sure that you take time
to stop in small the roses don't pack your day's
full and then just be aware of your surroundings.
Speaker 7 (23:10):
You know we can we can do it.
Speaker 8 (23:11):
All as females solo we can probably do even more. So, Yeah,
I really recommend.
Speaker 1 (23:17):
What's the one thing that you hope I gain from
doing a solo trip?
Speaker 2 (23:20):
Since you've done.
Speaker 7 (23:21):
It knowing yourself, knowing yourself so much deeper, like you
will just learn so much about yourself and know what
you truly value and just.
Speaker 8 (23:33):
Be impressed and proud of yourself for doing it. Well.
Speaker 1 (23:36):
You've inspired me, Mike Gal, thank you so much for
listening to the show. You're welcome if you took an
l on these tickets. Every day at eight thirty, I'm
giving you a hypothetical stamp for your Sincy Summer passport.
So set a reminder to get up with tip in
the morning when you search us on iHeartRadio, you will
not miss it, all right, two songs from now, we'll
(23:56):
dive into the three things you need to know to
get your day started. And since we're going to hear
from Nick Hoglin of FCC on that injury.
Speaker 2 (24:05):
Glenn, you need to know she's got you. It's three
things with tif on.
Speaker 1 (24:13):
I'm gonna rickroll you here in a hot second, just
giving you fair warning. Good morning before Hello, we're just
before nine o'clock on June third. God, just outside today,
temperatures are going to be in the eighties with sunshine.
That'll be the deal for the next couple of days
as we sit in the first week of June together. Finally,
before we get there, let's start off with Nick Hoglin,
(24:35):
you know of FCC with that major injury last week.
Speaker 2 (24:38):
He posted almost like.
Speaker 1 (24:40):
A kind of get ready with me video, but essentially
breaking down the injury.
Speaker 2 (24:43):
Here's a clip.
Speaker 11 (24:45):
This is a concept you didn't ask for, but you
are getting follow along to see the day of my life,
breaking two ribs and collapse in my lungs. So let's
get into it. Here's a video of me getting absolutely trucked. Geez,
I need to hit the weight room. This is the
face of a man who's severely d it's not taking
the stretcher option, but honestly shout out to my trainee
staffer loading me up in the ambulance and quickly identifying
(25:06):
a serious problem. Here's me arriving at the hospital, morphine
flowing through my babe.
Speaker 3 (25:12):
Can't tell.
Speaker 11 (25:15):
This mobile X ray machine was looking like the licks
Harlamp for me in real time.
Speaker 1 (25:19):
He went on to, you know, continue to break down
the injury and his recovery process at the hospital, et cetera.
Speaker 2 (25:24):
Were wishing him well. I mean, man, the guy's had
some bad luck. FCC.
Speaker 1 (25:28):
Won't be home for a while because you're getting ready
to head into World Cup play this month at TQL Stadium.
Speaker 2 (25:33):
What a week or so from now.
Speaker 1 (25:35):
Second in three things you need to know, is t
Pain retiring or is this a roll.
Speaker 2 (25:39):
Out for a new album? Et cetera.
Speaker 1 (25:40):
You know, he posted this thing on x and Instagram
basically saying, actually, let.
Speaker 2 (25:45):
Me just pull up the direct. I just pulled the direct. Quote.
Speaker 1 (25:48):
I gave you all everything for twenty years. I'm grateful
to each of you for making this such a great ride.
Right now, I just need some time to think about
what's next and what's best for me. And the quote
is this might be it now. The reason why I
think it could potentially be a rollout is because he's
going out on tour. He's coming to Columbus UH later
(26:10):
on in the year, so you have a chance to
see him there. But I don't know, Well, maybe it's
an album. I found this video of him doing the
isolated vocals of Can't Believe It in the moment that
he rhymed with Scanson with mansion.
Speaker 2 (26:24):
Do we remember this.
Speaker 9 (26:25):
Gurly, It ain't none to the pain, even gotta what
you asking for?
Speaker 2 (26:31):
Put you in the mansion somewhere in Wiscason, that's not exiting.
I had it was Canson.
Speaker 3 (26:38):
Did they say it was Canson?
Speaker 2 (26:41):
Did they say it was Canson? I think wiscons wouldople
saying it was Canton.
Speaker 11 (26:44):
I can put you in and out with Cavin, some
wearing ass curl ain't none to pain, ain't tricking.
Speaker 2 (26:53):
If you got it what you're asking.
Speaker 3 (26:56):
You in the mansion somewhere.
Speaker 2 (26:59):
And wis all right?
Speaker 1 (27:00):
That's enough of that, you know, Tee Pain really went
through it in the beginning part of his career. He
lost a lot of his money and you know, made
it all back. He's I think big in like the
twitch world right now. Alread even lastly in three Things
you Need to Know Prepared to get Rick rolled here
because never Gonna give You Up by Rick Astley has
now surpassed the one billion stream on Spotify, becoming his
first song to reach this milestone, and it only took
(27:22):
what three four five decades? Yes, all right, that is
three things you need to know for June third. Good morning,
Happy Tuesday.
Speaker 10 (27:39):
It's time for Tuesday tips on tip in the morning.
Speaker 1 (27:42):
And it's right to abby from everything since he does
the research weekly so that you and I don't have
to put our energy and effort into it. She tells
us the one big thing that we can't miss in
the Tri State, whether it's free, low cost, low commitment,
place to make friends, a place to bring your family.
Speaker 2 (27:56):
It's kind of a mixed bag. What do we got
going on this morning?
Speaker 9 (27:58):
So this one is fun? You know, might love anything
with a dog. So Dog's Night Out with Sinsati Animal
Care at Greater. I mean you're combining ice cream and
dogs and rescuing dogs.
Speaker 8 (28:10):
What better way to get together.
Speaker 9 (28:12):
And spend a Thursday evening?
Speaker 2 (28:16):
Where is it?
Speaker 9 (28:17):
So they're doing these on select Thursdays at different Greater
locations from six to nine. And the first one is
tom are sorry I'm saying Tomorrow, I'm getting ahead of myself.
Speaker 7 (28:28):
Is Thursday on Ludlow Avenue.
Speaker 9 (28:31):
So the one I believe up there in Clifton, which
that's a really good one. And they're gonna get all
the dogs. You get free dog ice cream and I know, yeah.
Speaker 8 (28:44):
I know too.
Speaker 9 (28:45):
Sincatti Animal Care which is on Code red, which means
they were at like fool capacity. So if you're looking
to adopt a dog or anything like that this summer,
definitely check them out because they have all kinds of
cute little dogs and this is just a great night.
Speaker 8 (28:59):
You take your dog there too.
Speaker 2 (29:01):
Kaik Greaters ice Creams. We'll add that to the list.
What else do we have?
Speaker 7 (29:04):
Another free event?
Speaker 9 (29:06):
This one is so fun. If you haven't done this,
you definitely need to. Art on the Rise is this
Saturday from one to three and you do the art climb,
but they have like different arts on the.
Speaker 7 (29:19):
Way up the art climb.
Speaker 9 (29:21):
There's big stairs out front, which you've done those before.
Speaker 2 (29:24):
Haven't you.
Speaker 1 (29:24):
Yes, in my neighborhood. Those are hell, but you know what,
it's a good type of hell, I guess yeah.
Speaker 9 (29:29):
They have like little art making activities, all kinds of
fun things that you can get involved in. And again
it's a free event.
Speaker 2 (29:36):
You know, if it's free, it's for who, it's for me.
By the way, Abby does.
Speaker 1 (29:43):
All the research that you and I don't have to
and with everything. Since y are you going to bring
a Rock in the Robe ling for this weekend or
what else we got going on?
Speaker 9 (29:52):
Yeah, Rock and the Robe Ling, We've got the Naked
Karate Girls, I'm High, which is going to turn the
city up. And then Wiggs and Woffles is on Sunday
at Ryan Guys.
Speaker 2 (30:04):
With Queen City Charity.
Speaker 9 (30:05):
So just so many fun things.
Speaker 1 (30:07):
Well, you know I'll be out there on Thursday for
Rock and the Rollbling.
Speaker 2 (30:11):
I'll actually be at both of those events.
Speaker 1 (30:12):
I hope to run into you, but yeah, if you
want to spend you know, a happy hour outside. The
Naked Karate Girls are going to perform at Moraline, and
you know I'll be there. So Abby, thank you. She's
a friend at the show and everything since y dot com.
Of course, her Instagram handle is the same way, and
I find myself scrolling it when I need to figure
out what to do with my life or bring friends
from out of town, et cetera.
Speaker 2 (30:31):
So have a great day, Mike Gallen, a good week.
Speaker 9 (30:34):
You two.
Speaker 2 (30:35):
Love you bye.
Speaker 1 (30:36):
If you can give me a few more minutes of
your time. I know I've already taken up a bunch,
but the Bengals posted a video on their TikTok that
had me in tears, and my support for t Higgins
has gone from one hundred to zero after this video.
Speaker 2 (30:49):
All right, I'll play it for you. We'll talk about
it next.
Speaker 3 (30:55):
You're waking up with fifth in the morning time.
Speaker 1 (30:57):
On What year do you have have to be born
in to be considered old? All right, Bengals, you're walking
into the daily debrief right around this time. Every day,
I choose the one big thing I think we talked
about within the four hours of conversation, we revisit it,
giving you a chance to get caught up, especially if
you're just starting off your day, maybe in a new
summer routine.
Speaker 2 (31:17):
I want you still to feel involved in the show.
Speaker 1 (31:19):
So the Bengals put out this TikTok video and it
had us feeling a type of way this morning.
Speaker 3 (31:24):
What year do you have to be born in to
be considered old?
Speaker 4 (31:27):
I'll say, if you if you was ninety four, ninety three,
ninety two, you shouldn't even be eighty.
Speaker 3 (31:36):
What eighty is crazy?
Speaker 4 (31:38):
Hey, don't get in the eighties. Don't get in the
Eightiesney three ninety four.
Speaker 3 (31:43):
You're getting there.
Speaker 1 (31:44):
Yeah, it left a little bit of a soutward taste
in my mouth on what t Higgins had to say.
If you haven't seen this video, okay, you've got to
go back.
Speaker 2 (31:53):
He was like, you know, he said ninety nine. I'm
like T, I had you had my full support until
you said that. So what age? Let's start her talk back.
Speaker 12 (32:04):
Here's the problem with trying to decide what age is
old because as you age, that number changes. Yes, when
you're in your twenties, you think thirties. Oh, when you're
in your thirties and forties. Oh, and now that I'm
literally almost fifty, I am like, I'm how old I'm young?
Speaker 1 (32:23):
Well, thank you for the talkback with TIF. You two
can participate in the same way she did. When you
listen to Kiss on iHeart Radio. The microphone is in
the top right hand corner. It's like leaving me a
voice now. And you made a really great point.
Speaker 2 (32:34):
We'll leave it at that. If you want to hear
the rest of the video, get caught.
Speaker 1 (32:37):
Up on the podcast at your leisure today, especially if
you're going to be spending some time with your headphones in,
you're outside, you're walking around, you need something to listen to.
Search tif Tiff in the Morning on the free I
Heart radio app.
Speaker 2 (32:49):

Speaker 2 (32:55):

Speaker 1 (32:58):
And what a great day we had yesterday and another
one today.
Speaker 2 (33:01):
I hope you have a chance to get outside and
enjoy it. And whatnom if.
Speaker 1 (33:06):
