Speaker 1 (00:01):
When you need to know she's got you. It's three
things with tip on.
Speaker 2 (00:07):
Good morning, we got new Arina Grande music, give me
a hot secret just before seven o'clock on this Tuesday.
Mother nature has been gifting us with a nice little
treat in the sixty seventies. Actually, my car said yesterday
with sunshine, that's going to be the same for today.
Speaker 3 (00:20):
I hope you're getting a chance to enjoy it while
we have it. You never know.
Speaker 2 (00:23):
All Right, before we get to Ariana Grande, let's start
off with snowplod trucks in skateboard parks.
Speaker 3 (00:29):
What do they both have in common here in Cincinnati.
Speaker 2 (00:32):
Well, city council member was on with my guy Scott's
loan from seven hundred WLW yesterday saying that whatever leftover
capital budget we have this year, we'll go towards buying
new snowplow equipment because that was a hot, hot button
issue after our snowstorm in January, not having the right equipment.
And then whatever is leftover from that, about three hundred
thousand dollars, we'll go towards building Cincinnati's first ever skate
(00:54):
park in Northside.
Speaker 3 (00:56):
I'll let him chit chat about it. Would you gusk
people what they wanted?
Speaker 4 (01:00):
It goes back to basic services, goes back to fire
and police, roads.
Speaker 1 (01:04):
Trash and park.
Speaker 4 (01:05):
It seems simple and it should be, but it's unfortunate
that we can't keep having this debate over and over again.
Speaker 2 (01:12):
I don't have a groundbreak day on the skate park.
I still I think it has still one more vote
to go through tomorrow. If there's an update where that's
worth sharing, i'll have that for you.
Speaker 3 (01:22):
But I thought that was very cool.
Speaker 2 (01:24):
Second and three things you need to know this morning.
Ariana Grande getting ready to release another deluxe version of
Eternal Sunshine.
Speaker 3 (01:32):
Twenty four hours ago. I had talked about this and
I have some new.
Speaker 2 (01:34):
Details for Yeah, it's called Eternal Eternal Salalunshine Eternal, I'm
Hungry Eternal Sunshine Deluxe Rider days are ahead and it's
including five new songs. The track list came out. All
the new ones are still TBD. We'll see if there
are any features or anything on that. This is not
the first deluxe version of this album. She released one
(01:55):
that had the slightly deluxe with the remix to Yes
and with Our with Mariah Carey. Here's a quick clip.
Speaker 3 (02:08):
I remember that song.
Speaker 2 (02:08):
It did really well. It did really really well for
Ariana Grande. But yeah, she's releasing another deluxe version of
Eternal Sunshine. I was kind of thinking, like, well, at
this point, we've done three versions of it, why don't
we just release a brand new album. And I'm wondering
if it's just because she doesn't want to go through
the press, you know, since she's so focused on Wicked.
She did say this past year that she was taking
(02:29):
a break from music, but here we go. That'll come
out on March twenty eighth, and you know, I'll have
clips of the new songs when they do come out.
Speaker 3 (02:35):
All right.
Speaker 2 (02:35):
Then, lastly, in three things you need to know, a
congratulations to Doci, who is on fire this year and
I love it. You'll remember me talking about her when
she picked up her first Grammy a couple of weeks
ago at the beginning of the year, and she was
just named Billboards Women in Music of the Year. Other
artists to have picked this title up Sizza, Billie Eilish, Madonna,
(02:57):
Taylor Swift, Arianna Grande.
Speaker 3 (02:59):
Speaking of her.
Speaker 2 (03:00):
One of my favorite songs right now on repeat is
this one called Anxiety by Doci. I played a clip
for you maybe two weeks ago, and it's been on
repeat for me ever since it came out here.
Speaker 3 (03:11):
It is well to get one take right on the set.
Speaker 1 (03:13):
Please feeling anxiety in three two.
Speaker 3 (03:20):
Anxiety.
Speaker 5 (03:22):
People don't try me really quietly trying to silence real anxiety.
Speaker 1 (03:29):
Shake it off of me.
Speaker 3 (03:31):
Somebody is watching me? Is my anxiety? Anxiety?
Speaker 1 (03:37):
Anxiety?
Speaker 4 (03:39):
It's so good?
Speaker 6 (03:40):
Right.
Speaker 2 (03:40):
If I know you like I think I do, You're
gonna want to search that later. It's anxiety by Doci.
You'll also know her from this one. This is sort
of like a newer track for her.
Speaker 7 (03:50):
I've been getting some calls, Oh, we're a little bit
worried about you, and I know that that was kind
of that outlet for you.
Speaker 3 (03:55):
So if you are, why don't you just tell me
what's been going on?
Speaker 8 (03:58):
Okayl from twenty nineteen Nice Clean, give Me Dirty n
that was.
Speaker 2 (04:05):
Called Denial is a River and her more like poppy
radio song. You remember we played this like maybe two
years ago. It's called what it Is?
Speaker 8 (04:14):
What is It?
Speaker 3 (04:15):
What's up? Every good Gun? He's a little din every
block boy.
Speaker 1 (04:21):
He's a little lone.
Speaker 3 (04:22):
If you put it down, I'm gonna pick it up.
Speaker 2 (04:25):
So congrats to dooci or R. That is three things
you need to know for the eleventh of marsh best
way to keep listening to Tip in the morning is
by searching Kiss one seven one on the iHeartRadio app,
because we're gonna lock into commercial free music at seven
oh five.
Speaker 1 (04:38):
You're waking up in the morning kiss one.
Speaker 2 (04:44):
So this conversation we're gonna talk about your office etiquette,
office etiquette, d'es, and don't it very much reminds me
of a conversation that we had about pet peeves that
went towards that same direction a couple of weeks ago.
So maybe you heard it then and you didn't contribute,
but something has happened since then, and now you want to.
Speaker 3 (05:05):
The reason why I'm bringing.
Speaker 2 (05:06):
It up is because you actually started this conversation by
using that talkback feature on the iHeartRadio app, which I
check every ten seconds.
Speaker 5 (05:14):
Just about can we talk about office etiquette please? Now
with like all these companies coming back to return to
office right now is just kind of crazy. People don't
know how to act well.
Speaker 3 (05:26):
Thank you.
Speaker 2 (05:26):
The microphone is in the top right hand corner of
that same app I just mentioned. You just hold that down,
it's like leaving me a voice note. Well, two things
that made me curious about that is, I feel like
a lot of my friends have gone back into office,
but the ones that have not are really upset about.
Speaker 3 (05:43):
Having to go back.
Speaker 2 (05:44):
If that is the case, you'll have to contribute if
you know you're feeling the same way on that one.
Speaker 3 (05:49):
Office etiquette dues.
Speaker 2 (05:52):
And don't I already know that someone is going to
let me know about the microwave situation. What's going on
the fridge, the microwave, the kitchen, the passive aggressive notes
that we have in our own kitchen, I can imagine
what yours are like, you know, the dishes, the food
in the sink, what is it for you? A very
(06:12):
good friend of mine in this office, she works in
our promotions department.
Speaker 3 (06:16):
Shout out to Katie. We love her.
Speaker 2 (06:19):
She You can always tell that she's entering the building
about forty five minutes before she even gets there because
the perfume that she wears is so strong. I'm like, Oh,
I'm like, Katie's here, Katie's here, I can smell her.
Talk back with TIV on the iHeartRadio app Let's Talk
Office do's and don'ts we'll get to you next Good morning.
Speaker 3 (06:41):
Hi, good morning.
Speaker 2 (06:42):
You're waking up with TIF in the morning on kissue
oh seven one, or in the midst of talking about
office etiquette, a conversation that was actually started by one
of our talkbackers. So that's what we're in the midst
of checking at the moment. That's what you're walking into.
Speaker 9 (06:54):
My biggest office pet peeve is microwaves. And it's not
even about what peeple full microwave like fish.
Speaker 3 (07:02):
Not great, but whatever.
Speaker 9 (07:03):
I'd rather have that than the fact that our people
don't know how to use a microwave. We have a
ton of staff and our microwave has cam on fire
twice maybe three times, and so we've been down to
one microwave for months until we get a new one.
Speaker 3 (07:18):
And it's like, how do you not know how to
use a microwave?
Speaker 2 (07:21):
Wow, I can't believe you have multiple microwaves in your office.
Thank you for the talk facuas if you two can
leave me voice notes. It's just an alternative way to contribute.
Don't overthink it, don't get stressed about it. You can
also call me as well. It's an iHeartRadio app feature
I was thinking about this while we were just playing
Miguel on what my office pet peeve is, or at
least office etiquette, And I think, and this you're gonna
(07:43):
be like, oh this tracks for you tiff.
Speaker 3 (07:46):
Trinkets and clutter. I can't. I can't.
Speaker 2 (07:51):
There's a man that works here, got them over at
seven hundred. Wow. His studio looks like an a museum
of memorabilia, which is so unnecessary I think at the office.
I even think it's unnecessary at home. But you knew
I grew up, you know, I grew up in that
hoarder house. So anything that doesn't need to be there
(08:13):
goes in the trash. And so whatever bobblehead or I
mean even pence. The man has seventy five pence. I'm
not kidding. That sounds like an exaggeration. It's not to me.
Speaker 3 (08:23):
That feels unnecessary. You need like three come.
Speaker 10 (08:26):
On, nah, Hey, this is a PSA. The colworkers that
are going back to the office. Here's a food that
you don't reheat, holly flower. It stinks worse than fish.
Just say no, it's going to smell up every last room.
(08:47):
You don't want to trust me, Just don't reheat it cauliflower.
It will smell like taka.
Speaker 3 (08:52):
Oh wow. Okay, well, thank you for sharing that. And
you're not wrong.
Speaker 2 (08:55):
All those health initiatives you put into place in January
and you bring them back into the office. Oh yeah,
speaking of it was five years ago today that the
COVID nineteen was declared a national pandemic. I don't even
want to go back there. Leave your Collie flower in
the pandemic at home.
Speaker 1 (09:15):
You're waking up with six in the morning.
Speaker 2 (09:18):
Hey, what is the weirdest thing you can do in Cincinnati?
You might have in the tri st I should say
you might have your own that you want to share,
and that is totally fine if you haven't picked this
up yet.
Speaker 3 (09:31):
I'm a real big weirdo.
Speaker 2 (09:34):
Sometimes I call it silly, sometimes I call it weird.
But I think we all have this weirdness about us.
And that's why a big theme of Tiff in the
Morning is unlock your weird right, But that's a lot
of our conversation kind of goes in that direction.
Speaker 3 (09:50):
The plan too, but it does so if you're a visual.
Speaker 2 (09:54):
Person at the Tiff two f's potter like the Wizard.
If you want to take a look at what happened
this wee weekend. It's the second thing in my stories
right now. It was Bockfest. And Bockfest is the weirdest,
best holiday that Cincinnati has. And you might have been
a part of it, and you know exactly what I'm
(10:15):
talking about. You might have missed it this year, or
just in case I'm catching you and you've never experienced Bockfest,
this is a really good reminder to set a reminder
on your calendar for one year from now to make
sure that you're there, because it's this special, weird thing
that we do now, Bockfest. I learned about it through
(10:36):
my buzzed state this weekend. That it's a beer, a
German beer holiday, right, and bock beer is wicked strong,
and I think the monks used to drink it during
Lent when they were fasting. Okay, then you get a
bunch of regular Cincinnatians out here drink.
Speaker 3 (10:51):
It and we're like whoa.
Speaker 2 (10:52):
And it's just this special weekend in March. I feel
like everyone at this point is ready to be outside,
is ready to take a little break from their house.
We don't have football anymore, but we're not quite at spring.
And you just get the most eclectic, weird thing. We're
in the hunt for the sausage Queen. I judged a
baby goat yelling competition on Friday night at Moreline Longer House,
(11:15):
and I had a few of those beverages and an
adult candy. If you're picking up what I'm putting down,
and I was all over the news shot out to
WLWT like I would die to see the raw footage
of me just staring blankly at probably thirty five or
forty people yelling into a microphone their best impersonation.
Speaker 3 (11:37):
Of a baby goat.
Speaker 2 (11:40):
Again, if you're a visual person at the tiff to
F's Potter like the Wizard.
Speaker 3 (11:44):
It was unhinged. And that's what I.
Speaker 2 (11:47):
Love about this holiday is that it's just such a
uniquely weird thing that Cincinnatians do. And shout out to
my friend Pam Kravitz. If you're on social media or
in the art scene or community scene, you'll know who
she is. I said, girl, can you explain to me
what Bockfest it really is?
Speaker 3 (12:00):
What has boxed does mean to me?
Speaker 11 (12:02):
It is joy, it is ridiculous, it is playfulness. It's community,
it's goats, it's beers, it's sausage queens. It's just bringing
everyone together in such an irreverent it's a joyful, playful way,
and it's just speaks volumes to the heart and soul
of Cincinnati.
Speaker 3 (12:23):
Agreed.
Speaker 2 (12:24):
I get you have to experience this, and I hope
you feel comfortable being your weirdo self here on this show,
because if you can't let it out here, where the
hell are you gonna let it out again at the
TIF too? F's Potter like the Wizard. I hope I
did a good job explaining the sausage queen, the goat,
the beer and all of the above on my stories.
But again, TIFF's community Corner. I just try to introduce
(12:47):
you to the weirdness of Cincinnati, the people that make
up since E, the places, the things, and if you
have anything that you recommend, you've gone to something and
you're like, oh my god, Tiff would love this.
Speaker 3 (12:55):
Shoot me a message all right?
Speaker 2 (12:57):
In the meantimem s so commercial free for a touch
longer a scoch because we got to dive into the
three things you need to know to get your day
started in Sincy. No one is messier on the Internet
than Jamar Chase.
Speaker 3 (13:08):
Right now, I'll have that.
Speaker 1 (13:09):
Next when you need to know she's got you.
Speaker 2 (13:15):
It's three things with tip, Good morning, new music from
Lil nas X. Haven't heard from him him in a
hot second. But first, we're just before eight o'clock on
this Tuesday. I have your chance to win Cyclones tickets
at eight point thirty.
Speaker 3 (13:30):
Before we get to.
Speaker 2 (13:31):
Lil nas X, shall we chit chat about Jamar Chase.
So the man is just cryptic tweeting.
Speaker 3 (13:38):
Left and right.
Speaker 2 (13:39):
In fact, the last one I saw from him, I
haven't gone to his page since last night, but it.
Speaker 3 (13:43):
Said know You're worth then add tax.
Speaker 2 (13:48):
A quality that I admire about some people, and either
in my life or outside of my inner circle, is
that they can be messy.
Speaker 3 (13:56):
I can't. I'm too chicken to be messy. I can't
do it. I can't. It makes me like a television
show is messy. I can't do it. I can't.
Speaker 2 (14:04):
But Jamar Chase is saying, you know what, Bengals, you
better pay me. So the last time I checked, he's
in well, I know he's in the final year of
his rookie contract. And of course a lot of the
conversation around Jamar and that was even last year too,
of we.
Speaker 3 (14:17):
Gotta pay him, we gotta get him money.
Speaker 2 (14:19):
Joe Burrow is even saying at the Pro Bowl, we gotta.
Speaker 3 (14:22):
Get him money, gotta get theim paid.
Speaker 2 (14:24):
And he's supposed to be be he's supposed to be
the highest paid non quarterback player in the NFL. Well,
the Browns just signed I think a defensive end for
like forty million dollars.
Speaker 3 (14:38):
So Jamar is.
Speaker 2 (14:39):
Out here being like, well, you know you guys, let
me know when you're ready. Bengals fans are annoyed. I
understand that. I mean the I am the furthest away
from understanding an NFL contract. But what I'm picking up
is it just feels like I don't know why we're
not doing these things. T Higgins, Trey Hendrickson, and Jamar
Chase are the names that keep coming up as we
(15:00):
free agency. When there's more on that one, I figured
it would make you giggle. We'll get to them, all right.
I just hope that this juju doesn't carry into the season.
If we haven't figured this out by the start of
the season, I'm gonna be annoyed. Second in three things
you need to know this morning, a congratulations to well
I guess not a congratulations. I don't know where I
was going with that one. Lil nas X is getting
ready to release new music for the first time in
(15:21):
a while. This is called hot Box and it comes
out on Friday.
Speaker 3 (15:25):
Here's a quick clip Tam.
Speaker 8 (15:28):
When it going gets up, dream of when it gets
it up, dream All, dream Off, dream Off, dream Off,
dream Up, Dream Up, seam of dream a, dream All,
dream All, Team of.
Speaker 2 (15:49):
I'm gonna literally keep dreaming on because that wasn't giving
me really what I wanted. But we'll see, you know,
we'll see what comes from Little nas X. You know,
I'll take care of you when that comes out. Uh
our iHeartRadio Podcast Awards were last night live from south
By Southwest. If you're a fan of Mel Robbins and
you're reading the Let Them Theory book like I am,
she won Best Overall Host at the award show last night.
Speaker 3 (16:13):
Here's a quick clip.
Speaker 6 (16:15):
One of the reasons why I'm so proud to be
receiving this incredible award this year is because, you know,
in a moment in time where the world feels overwhelming
and kind of dark, I think it's really cool that
people are turning to very positive programming. They're listening to
things that are going to help them improve their life
instead of escape their life, and that's a huge opportunity
(16:35):
for all of us to be a lighthouse when the
world feels dark.
Speaker 2 (16:39):
Some other big winners Pivot won Best New Podcast of
the Year and Los Culturistas one Podcast of the Year.
All Right, that is three things you need to know
for the eleventh of March coming up at eight thirty
year chance to win Cyclones tickets for this Friday's game.
The best way to keep listening is on the iHeartRadio
(16:59):
app don't miss it.
Speaker 3 (17:00):
Good Morning, You're.
Speaker 1 (17:01):
Waking up with fifth in the morning. Kiss let us
seven one.
Speaker 2 (17:05):
Parents is the keyword you're gonna need for the Cyclones
tickets coming up around hey thirty ish, so you can
hang out for ten or so minutes. I know ten
minutes feels like a lifetime in the morning, but you'll
need the keyword parents if you want to go to
this Friday's game. The reason why we're talking about parents
is I want to know from you, is there something
(17:26):
that you have found yourself recently doing that is very
very much like your parents? Okay, growing up they always say, oh,
I'm never gonna be like my parents. I'm never gonna
do that. I'm never gonna do this, and then you
find yourself doing that one thing, and what is that
one thing for you? So I've been spending a lot
of time with my dad on the phone. If you
(17:48):
didn't know this, I'm originally from the Massachusetts area. He
lives in Central mass where I grew up, and we
and I've.
Speaker 3 (17:56):
Shared this before, right, I've shared a lot of.
Speaker 2 (17:57):
Things, a lot of things about my home life and
my parents on my social media. That's a great place
for you to go at the TIF to F S. Potter,
like the Wizard, I had cleaned out his house this
summer as of late. Over the past year, we've been
working on his estate and getting that signed, his will
is trust, all of these things that I had no
idea about. Let me tell you the financial and legal
literacy of twenty twenty four. The glow up on that
(18:20):
was big for me. And if you're going through the
same thing, just know you got a friend in me.
If you want to go back and forth over text
or DM or whatever, phone, talk back, whatever's easiest for you.
And I'm happy to report that after almost well well
over a year. But a year to the date, just
about of seeing lawyer, my dad has finally put pen
(18:40):
to paper on signing his will trust in a state.
Speaker 3 (18:45):
And there is just something.
Speaker 2 (18:46):
About a weight, like it's just visibly lifted off of
both of our shoulders and who I am just proud
with the work that we put in about what I learned.
And yeah, there's like a mor bidiness to it, because
you know, you gotta really like talk about the fact
that your parents are going to no longer be with you.
Speaker 3 (19:07):
But man, if you it's so much.
Speaker 2 (19:11):
But if you can do that and get yourself in
a position, you'll feel a lot better.
Speaker 3 (19:15):
About when the time does come.
Speaker 2 (19:17):
And that was a really big thing for my dad,
and I just wanted to make sure that if that day,
when that day comes, rather that.
Speaker 3 (19:22):
I felt a bitter about it, etc. So it was
a lot though, and I'm happy to report that we
finally put the pens paper. So anyways, that happened yesterday.
Speaker 2 (19:30):
We're on the phone, we're celebrating, we're chit chatting, and
I've realized through our conversation over the past year on
this that I am more like my dad than I
had ever imagined in my life.
Speaker 3 (19:44):
And I want to know from you too, is there
one thing.
Speaker 2 (19:47):
That you keep doing that you're like, God, this is
like so much like my dad.
Speaker 3 (19:50):
This is so much like my parents.
Speaker 2 (19:52):
As of late, I found myself complaining about inflation and
the cost of groceries and like my duke energy bill.
And every time I talk to them, man he complains
about the cost of heat.
Speaker 3 (20:03):
Aw, tif, you gotta shut the lights off a tif.
Speaker 2 (20:06):
I mean the cost of electricity is just skyrocketed. It's
like Floddy doll is more a week five and three seven,
four nine one seven one keyword parents for the tickets
to d Cyclones coming up in ten or so minutes.
Is there something that you've been doing that reminds you
of your parents lately?
Speaker 3 (20:26):
Hi, good morning.
Speaker 2 (20:27):
You're waking up with Tiff in the morning on a
kiss one O seven one still commercial free and parents
is the keyword you're gonna need in a few minutes
to win the Cyclones tickets. They have a game coming
up this Friday, and I would love for you to
be able to go, especially if you've never been.
Speaker 10 (20:42):
Uh.
Speaker 4 (20:42):
My parents they would always get the same pair of shoes,
like and they would just they found shoes that were
comfortable and like fit them well, and they would just
buy pair after pair after pair of the same pair.
And I'm finding myself doing that now too.
Speaker 3 (21:00):
Thank you for the talk Backla Tiff.
Speaker 2 (21:02):
It's just an alternative way to contribute to my show
if you don't feel like calling. The microphone is in
the top right hand corner of the iHeartRadio app if
you're just walking into the conversation. This morning, I was
talking about how my dad and I had been spending
a lot of time as of late on the phone
connecting about his trust and his estate and his will.
And I find myself the more time I spend with him, the.
Speaker 3 (21:24):
More I'm becoming him.
Speaker 2 (21:26):
And as of late, I've been complaining about my Duke
energy bill, etc. My dad loves, loves, loves to complain
about the cost of living. So we're chit chatting about
the things your parents do that you find yourself doing as.
Speaker 12 (21:40):
Well my dad. On Saturday morning, my dad and I
would go out for the family donuts and it was
our ritual and I would get to pick in a
one special donut for me no matter what. If we
were on vacation, if we were, you know, camping in
a camping or in a hotel every Saturday morning. My
dad and I had that ritual, and I do the
(22:02):
same thing with my daughter.
Speaker 3 (22:03):
I love that for you.
Speaker 2 (22:05):
That sounds sweet, though I'm not gonna I'm not gonna
tease on that it was sweet.
Speaker 3 (22:09):
I would love a donut right now? All right, your
chance to.
Speaker 2 (22:13):
Win the Cyclones tickets coming up in three minutes with
the keyword parents don't go far.
Speaker 3 (22:18):
Good morning you.
Speaker 1 (22:20):
Waking up with stiff in the morning on kiss O
seven to one.
Speaker 3 (22:22):
Okay, good morning.
Speaker 2 (22:24):
If you have the keyword that I had mentioned a
couple of minutes ago in the show for the Cyclones tickets,
go ahead and start dialing five win, three, seven, four nine,
one oh seven one. They have a game this coming Friday.
I'd love for you to be able to go, especially
if you've never been. I think you'll fall in love
with hockey just as much as I am. While I
await your calls, we were in the midst of chit
(22:44):
chatting about our parents. Do you find yourself doing something
that is very similar to your parents, even though you
told yourself you would never do that one thing my
dad used to always be like, you need to turn
the lights off, I have to pay.
Speaker 3 (22:57):
For this, and I was like, oh my god, he's
so cheap. And now that I'm an adult, if a
light is not being used, it's turned.
Speaker 10 (23:03):
Off, and I'm like, oh my gosh, I'm turning into.
Speaker 3 (23:05):
My parents girl. The electricity bill? What up, Duke Energy.
I'm the same way.
Speaker 2 (23:12):
I find myself being like, oh my god, the bills,
the electricity, but the groceries. Right, how many times have
you mentioned the cost of eggs to your friends and
your group text.
Speaker 3 (23:22):
I'm right there with you, all right.
Speaker 2 (23:24):
Hopefully you were able to get a sense of what
the keyword was, even if you just walked into the
conversation wink wink on what we were just talking about.
I have one more open phone line if you want
to go see the cyclones five one three seven four
nine one oh seven one.
Speaker 3 (23:37):
Good luck. In the meantime, we're still commercial free. Good morning.
Speaker 1 (23:42):
You're waking up with Tiff in the morning on chis
one O seven to one.
Speaker 3 (23:45):
Hi, good morning. I am hoping you have a keyword
for me.
Speaker 2 (23:48):
I do parent Congratulations, gall your collar ten, you got
the keyword.
Speaker 3 (23:52):
You're going to the cyclones.
Speaker 10 (23:53):
Awesome, Thank you so much.
Speaker 3 (23:55):
You're welcome. Have you ever been to a game?
Speaker 9 (23:57):
Oh?
Speaker 12 (23:57):
Yeah, bigs over here?
Speaker 3 (24:00):
So fun.
Speaker 2 (24:00):
I'm so happy the game is this Friday, so you
guys will have a good time. What's your name and
what neighborhood are waking up with.
Speaker 4 (24:05):
Me and Grey?
Speaker 3 (24:06):
I'm emily inclined for West Harrison.
Speaker 2 (24:08):
Thank you for listening to Tiff in the morning. Emily
absolutely love it. I appreciate that we were just chit
chatting about the things that we said we would never do,
that our parents do, and then now we're actually we're
doing them.
Speaker 3 (24:20):
Do you have one of those?
Speaker 7 (24:21):
Oh gosh, I had a doty to think of something.
Speaker 3 (24:24):
I can't think of anything else in top my head.
I don't know.
Speaker 4 (24:28):
I'm probably like this.
Speaker 3 (24:29):
Is the weird one.
Speaker 12 (24:30):
But my dad, like girl like taught us growing up,
like Hailey, our cars and stuff, and I feel like
I like that now.
Speaker 2 (24:37):
Where I just my car has to be overly clean.
Speaker 8 (24:41):
Girl.
Speaker 2 (24:42):
First of all, I love that you called it weird,
because that's the whole theme of my show is Unlock
your Weird. But there was something about getting my car detailed.
Speaker 3 (24:50):
I'm the same way I you are speaking to my soul.
If your car is dirty, what are you doing.
Speaker 9 (24:59):
Right?
Speaker 2 (24:59):
Exactly?
Speaker 8 (25:00):
All right?
Speaker 3 (25:00):
Well, thank you for the call. I appreciate your girl.
Speaker 2 (25:03):
If you took an l on these tickets, I'll have
you tomorrow at the same time, eight thirty ish.
Speaker 3 (25:07):
She's like Colones all week.
Speaker 2 (25:09):
In the meantime, we're still commercial free with what I
think is gonna be Song of the Summer, or at
least in the running for the TIF in the morning
Song of Summer.
Speaker 3 (25:18):
So enjoy miss Gracie Abrams when you need.
Speaker 1 (25:22):
To know she's got you. It's three things with true.
Speaker 3 (25:27):
Crime, girlies.
Speaker 2 (25:28):
What's the latest with the Menendez Brothers? Give me a
hot suck. We're just before nine o'clock. Mother Nature has
been giving us the gift of life sunshine in the
sixties seventies. Even my car read yesterday, It's going to
be the same today in the next.
Speaker 3 (25:40):
Couple of days. Enjoy it. Before we get to.
Speaker 2 (25:43):
The Menendez Brothers, let's talk about the Sundance Film Festival.
I've been reporting since the news came out that we
were in the final three for the next round of
Sundance Film Festival for a while.
Speaker 3 (25:56):
Now, what's the latest. Where are we at?
Speaker 2 (25:58):
A film Cincinnati just put out this sizzle reel and
I love a good sizzle reel, you know, basically promoting
that Cincinnati is the best place for the next Sundance
Film Festival.
Speaker 3 (26:12):
Here's a clip and then we'll talk.
Speaker 1 (26:14):
This isn't just a city, it's a thread of memories
leading to a moment.
Speaker 8 (26:21):
It's momentum, it's the next chapter over.
Speaker 1 (26:29):
The rhne isn't the backdrop.
Speaker 8 (26:32):
It's the force, creative, electric, unstoppable, no mountains.
Speaker 1 (26:41):
To climb, no barriers to break.
Speaker 3 (26:44):
I mean, I just live for a sizzle reel with
a good voiceover. I love it. I'll repost it if
you haven't seen it yet.
Speaker 2 (26:49):
So Sundance is supposed to make the announcement where like
I said in the final three, and they're supposed to
make that announcement sometime like right now. So when there's
more on that, you know, I'll have it for you.
This would happen starting in twenty twenty seven. Second and
three things you need to know this morning. Not great
news for the Menendez brothers. Lyle and Eric, by the way,
were charged with three counts, including first degree murder plus
(27:13):
lying in wait and special circumstances, Circumstantial circumstance allegations hello
and the killing of their parents. Now you remember, before
the administration change over, they were up for resentencing.
Speaker 3 (27:26):
Well, California ended up getting I.
Speaker 2 (27:29):
Believe a new district attorney is what his title is,
and he basically said, our position is that they should
not get out of jail. They premeditated false testimonies and
continued refusal to fully accept the responsibility. The Menendez family
pushed back, arguing that the brothers have atoned for their
actions and that Nathan Hoachman, who is the District Attorney
(27:52):
of California, is not taking into the abuse, taking the
abuse that they encountered into a count on whether or
not they get resentenced. If they get resentenced, then there's
a chance that they walk free immediately. I'm sure you've
seen those documentaries or at least the trailers on Netflix
when there's moral habit.
Speaker 3 (28:11):
And then, lastly, what's going on with Wendy Williams. She
dropped the note out of her window in New York.
Speaker 2 (28:16):
If you didn't know this, she's got some sort of aspasia.
She dropped a note out of her window that said
help Wendy. Police and ambulance came and picked her up.
She's claiming that she doesn't have dementia right now, she's
in kind of a similar thing that Britney spears, has
not quite to the degree of that, and she's trying
to fight it. But our thoughts are with Wendy. That
is three things you need to know for the eleventh
(28:37):
of March.
Speaker 1 (28:38):
Good morning, You're waking up with fifth in the morning.
Speaker 3 (28:41):
Kiss Well, good morning.
Speaker 2 (28:43):
Kiss one oh seven one's been celebrating Women's History Month
all month long by highlighting female owned businesses and female
entrepreneurs in the Tri State. You two can be highlighted
and featured on Kiss by reaching out to me on
social media. And we've been introduced to so many many
amazing female businesses in the Tri State.
Speaker 3 (29:02):
And the reason why we're able.
Speaker 2 (29:04):
To do that is because we have incredible sponsors that
also believe in the mission that we do in the
month of March. And I am excited to introduce you
to someone that's been on my show before, Mona of
Mona Dermatology. Thank you for being a part of Women's
History Month with us on KISS. Truly, it's because of
you and others that were able to do it.
Speaker 3 (29:21):
Thank you so much.
Speaker 13 (29:22):
We are just so excited to be a part of
your show.
Speaker 4 (29:25):
Mmm.
Speaker 2 (29:26):
So my mom used to always tell me about the
fact wearing sunscreen, no matter at what age you are,
is important. So when I think of core skincare tips,
sunscreen is one of them. And I bet you have
a couple of good skincare tips that you could share
here for.
Speaker 3 (29:45):
Anyone really listening this morning.
Speaker 8 (29:47):
Oh.
Speaker 13 (29:48):
Absolutely, when it comes to sunscreen, you are so right
to have. Sunscreen is one of the most.
Speaker 3 (29:52):
Important you right, I know it one of the most.
Speaker 13 (29:55):
Important things you can do because it protects your skin
and you can start early, and it helps to ad
we prevent a lot of the signs of aging. And
if I was going to give you one tip, I'd say,
look at the ingredients, and I love zinc oxide and
a sunscreen because it's gonna cover both your UVA and
UVB rays, which you're gonna cause aging and burning. So
(30:15):
look for zinc oxide number one.
Speaker 2 (30:17):
You know, you know the super warm day that we
had on Sunday, right, it was really warm and it
spen warm the last couple of days. I did not
put sunscreen on when I went out, and I felt
like my face was sunburned after just a couple of
hours out in the sun. It's like new fresh baby
deer skin that hasn't seen the light of day.
Speaker 13 (30:33):
Right because we've been in winter, and thank god, it's
so much nicer.
Speaker 2 (30:37):
Now, give me one or two more tips that you
have for anyone listening for skin tear, skincare.
Speaker 13 (30:42):
Tips, oh, for skincare tips well. Number one, sunscreen is
very important. The second thing I would say is an
antioxidant is great to help protect you from some of
that environmental damage like the sun or even pollution which
can sit on your skin. So look for a good antioxidant.
Vitamin C is one of them. There's lots of different
ones out there. And the other thing is i'd say
(31:03):
make sure you wash your face at night. You know
a lot of times we're so busy, we get so tired.
But wash your face and get all that stuff off
your face at night so you can have a good, fresh,
clean face in the morning.
Speaker 3 (31:14):
When I go out and I come home from going out.
Speaker 2 (31:17):
It is so much easier for me to shower to
get my makeup off than wash it over the sink.
Speaker 3 (31:21):
You know that feeling? Oh yeah, yeah, Where's I going
with this? My neurodivergent brain sometimes gets me off track.
Speaker 4 (31:28):
Here.
Speaker 2 (31:29):
Oh, the big thing I see on TikTok as of
late is collagen.
Speaker 3 (31:33):
Oh, absolutely like collagen powders. Yeah, what do you think
should I be doing that?
Speaker 4 (31:37):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (31:37):
I love collagen powders.
Speaker 13 (31:38):
They've done a lot of studies looking at that and
it actually does help build collagen.
Speaker 3 (31:43):
It helps your hair.
Speaker 13 (31:44):
And you look for a marine like short chain collagen
and there's lots of ones out there.
Speaker 2 (31:51):
Mona of Mona Dermatology. It's in Kenwood. I'm sure you're
familiar with the beautiful building. Oh my god, on the
left hand side whenever I'm on my way to the
highway there. Thank you so much for being a part
of Women's History Month with kiss one oh seven one.
Speaker 3 (32:03):
I just have one more question for you.
Speaker 2 (32:04):
What do you think it means to have so many
big female owned businesses in the Tri State. A lot
of them were being introduced to for the first time
this month.
Speaker 13 (32:12):
Right, Well, I think that I would say this, if
you're a woman and you're thinking about doing something, believe
that you can.
Speaker 3 (32:19):
It's so important.
Speaker 13 (32:21):
I think that in many times we don't think that
we can do things as women, but we can so
believe in yourself and just if you have it in
your heart, just believe you can do it.
Speaker 1 (32:32):
I love that.
Speaker 4 (32:33):
Well.
Speaker 2 (32:33):
Nominate a female owned business in the Try State. If
it's yours, more than welcome to just shoot me a DM.
Or if you're listening right now and your ears are
perking up and you're like, oh my god, a girlfriend
and the girlfriend of mine works so hard at her business.
Speaker 3 (32:46):
She deserves it.
Speaker 2 (32:46):
Because Mona is hooking up some of our winners in
the Tri State with some gift cards to Mona Dermatology
so that you know you can get that good good skincare.
Speaker 3 (32:55):
So thank you, Mona. I appreciate you.
Speaker 13 (32:57):
Oh, thank you so much.
Speaker 1 (32:58):
TIV, you're waking up with fifth in the morning.
Speaker 3 (33:01):
Hi kiss let us one.
Speaker 2 (33:05):
Do you find yourself doing something that reminds you of
your parents? So I texted my neighbor who I'm really
close with, last night and I said, do you want
to come up and debrief with me about the weekend.
Speaker 3 (33:15):
He's like, Tiffany, you love to debrief? I said, I do.
I love it so much.
Speaker 2 (33:19):
That's why I call this portion of tiff in the
Morning the daily Debrief. I choose one big thing that
we talk about and revisit it, giving you a chance
to contribute just in case.
Speaker 3 (33:28):
I never want you to feel out of loop, especially
if we just turn off your dad.
Speaker 2 (33:33):
I had mentioned earlier in the show that I found
myself complaining about bills, very similar to how my dad does.
You know how many times have you texted your friends
about the cost of eggs or your duke energy bill,
et cetera. So we were giggling about the things we
said we would never do, but we find ourselves doing them,
and it's because of our parents.
Speaker 3 (33:54):
So check us out of your talkbacks.
Speaker 7 (33:56):
My grandma used to ask if we were raising a barn,
we love the door open, and I find myself saying
the same thing because I lots bugs in and also
a waste energy.
Speaker 3 (34:10):
Yeah, and I think you're dad was being generous one
he said forty dollars a week. Thank you for the
talk back with tip. It's an alternative way to contribute.
Speaker 2 (34:18):
From to the show, you could tell that she was
leaving me that talk back from her car.
Speaker 3 (34:23):
It's kind of like leaving a voice now.
Speaker 9 (34:24):
You know.
Speaker 2 (34:25):
The microphone is in the top righthand corner of the
iHeartRadio app.
Speaker 3 (34:27):
And you too can't contribute. That was one. What do
you live in a bond d'Or the door? We say that,
the lights, the bills, the eggs. What was the other one?
We had a caller today that talked about car washes.
Speaker 2 (34:40):
There's lots of things to get caught up on with
the Tiff in the Morning podcast. Just search Tiff in
the Morning on that same iHeart Radio app, especially if
you're going to be outside trying to soak up some
of this warmer weather and you need something to listen to,
pop your headphones in, take care of you, Okay. In
the meantime, Happy Tuesday. I hope you are enjoying this
(35:01):
beautiful start to the day.
