Speaker 1 (00:00):
You're waking up with fifth in the morning.
Speaker 2 (00:02):
Kiss let us seven one good morning.
Speaker 3 (00:04):
At some point it will be summer at some point.
At some point.
Speaker 4 (00:11):
How are you feeling about the progression of the week
so far? We're into Thursday.
Speaker 3 (00:16):
I'm not gonna lie. Kind of last night I said,
what day is it? I feel like it's pacing just fine.
Speaker 4 (00:21):
But you know, here we are, last day of school
a lot for It was a last day of school
for a lot of people yesterday, and I'm curious to
see if that's the same for you. You'll have to
let me know how many more days left. I'm assuming,
if anything, it's to the maybe end of this week,
(00:42):
and then we've kind of moved on. Memorialdy weekend was
earlier this year than usual. My new England friends go
to school at a different time than we do, so
my girlfriends still have teaching until mid June, the sixteenth,
seventeenth of June, but they don't go back until almost
Labor Day, if not after Labor Day, so it shifted
a little bit.
Speaker 1 (00:59):
Bun.
Speaker 3 (01:00):
Oh my god, I'm choking. Excuse me. If this happens
to be.
Speaker 4 (01:03):
Your last day or maybe you just had it, you'll
have to let me know if you haven't tested out
our talk back feature. Go ahead and search Kiss on iHeartRadio.
The microphone is in the top right hand corner. I'd
love to get you on the air this morning. Teachers.
What are you going to do this summer? I'm so
excited for you. We're actually going to celebrate teachers later
on in the show around eight twenty if you want
to stick around, Bud while I have you. We are
(01:23):
not far off from the three things you need to
know to get your day started in Sincy.
Speaker 3 (01:27):
Holy Haley Bieber, you're waking.
Speaker 1 (01:29):
Up with Tis in the morning on Kiss one O
seven one?
Speaker 4 (01:32):
Or are you Someone's financial advisor somewhere is gonna roll
their eyes at me.
Speaker 3 (01:38):
It could even be mine. But I'm going to tell
you right now.
Speaker 4 (01:41):
That you should absolutely buy that four dollars iced coffee,
four five dollars.
Speaker 3 (01:45):
Go for it. Commit We're talking about the eight simple.
Speaker 4 (01:48):
Things that people spend money on that bring joy to you.
Number one, the small choice of the four dollars coffee,
rather than a big purchase of four hundred dollars or
something like that. You get more out of it if
you buy a little coffee, a little treat. I'm not
gonna listen. This isn't the show to go to. If
you need someone to be like, don't buy that treat.
(02:10):
It's not gonna be me. Being generous to others is
another good one being giving back things of that nature
always make This is simple. Pleasure makes you feel good
about yourself. Do things that boost relationships. So if you're
someone that loves to make false plans, like especially in
a different city, like take it out of the group
text and go on the trip, Go visit your sister,
(02:33):
book the trip, go visit your friends. Time saving purchases
are always good, not necessarily like an uber eats, more
like a home chef or someone that cleans your house.
Novel experiences, so new things trigger dopamine and that gives
you joy. And then lastly, one of my favorites going
(02:55):
to live concerts.
Speaker 3 (02:56):
That's mood boosting. You sing, you hang out with your friends,
you get out the house.
Speaker 4 (03:01):
I mean granted, like a Beyonce ticket could run you
four hundred, but there are several shows in Sincy, like
the latest one coming up for us is Avril Levine
right where you could buy.
Speaker 3 (03:10):
A cheap ticket and go with your friends, get out
the house again.
Speaker 4 (03:13):
Those are the eight simple things that you can spend
money on that will actually bring you juy. In fact,
speaking of concert tickets, if you can hang with me
throughout the show at eight thirty, I have your chance
to win James Arthur tickets.
Speaker 3 (03:25):
He's coming to the Brady at the end of June.
Speaker 4 (03:27):
All right, we're not far off from the three things
you need to know to get your day started.
Speaker 3 (03:30):
In Sincy. Go ahead and search kiss one O seven
one on iheartradios.
Speaker 4 (03:34):
Is your day develops here that way you don't miss anything.
Speaker 3 (03:38):
When you need to know. She's got you.
Speaker 1 (03:42):
It's three things with tip on.
Speaker 3 (03:44):
Hailey Beaber bagged to Billy. You saw that right, Good morning.
We'll get to that in my hot second.
Speaker 4 (03:48):
We're Jeel before seven o'clock on the twenty ninth of May.
Speaker 3 (03:53):
It's a Thursday. I'm not talking about the weather. I'm done.
I'm moving on from it, all right.
Speaker 4 (03:58):
Before we get to Haley, let's start off with the bridge.
Two men were charged with igniting flames, while two others,
a woman and a man, are accused of hindering the
investigation from the fire that started with the Big MacBridge
on November one with closures lasting through was that in
mid February. Actually think they opened it ahead of schedule
(04:19):
if I remember correctly.
Speaker 3 (04:21):
Terry Stiles pleaded guilty to arson.
Speaker 4 (04:23):
He was sentenced to nine to thirteen years in prison
for that job, and said it was a stupid decision,
but never really gave us an answer or reason as
to why he did it. Man's clearly not well when
he was arrested, I don't know, sometime at the end
of last year, and I remember their story being about him,
you know, spitting on deputies, etc. Second person, Zachary Stumf,
(04:44):
also faced aggravated arson. Pleaded guilty to obstruction charges. The
other ones were dismissed. Rather, he faces nine to thirty
six months in prison. He's sentenced later on this summer.
The two others, a woman and a man, are accused
of life trying to investigators, and their hearings got a
little pushed. You'll see one June fifth, and one is
(05:06):
set to appear in court tomorrow. I'll have that one
there tomorrow. Okay, it's good to kind of put a
bow on it, wrap it up. Second, and three things
you need to know. Cassie Ventura had the baby you know,
while she was in the twenty hours of testimony in
the Diddy trial known as Victim one, she was extremely pregnant.
Speaker 3 (05:29):
I had reported yesterday.
Speaker 4 (05:30):
I think she was a week late, and they brought
her into a hospital into New York. But we kind
of had like mixed reports on, like is everything okay?
What's going on here? Announced yesterday that she gave birth
to a baby boy. She already has two daughters with
Alex Fine, named Frankie and Sonny, and the two of
them live in LA Curious to my mom's out there
or nurses, doctors listening, can you how soon can you put.
Speaker 3 (05:53):
A the bay on an airplane?
Speaker 5 (05:56):
Right?
Speaker 3 (05:57):
I'm sure she did not want to have that baby
in New York.
Speaker 4 (05:59):
If they live in Los Angeles, I'm sure you know
with the two other kids, they just want to get home,
They want to be back in their unit. They want
to put an end to many things about this. But
can you put a little bit bay on an airplane
that young? Like a day, two days, three days old?
I'm curious if you know anything about it, let me know.
A former assistant, I'm sorry, a former stylist testified yesterday
(06:21):
and the Ditty case saying that she or they rather
had witnessed abuse multiple times. Ditty's lawyers are trying to
get the case completely dismissed, and the judges like, no,
they're accusing the prosecution of with the kid cutting investigation,
saying basically like in so many.
Speaker 3 (06:42):
Less words, that Diddy had the authorities.
Speaker 4 (06:44):
In their pocket, et cetera, and that you know this
was false, and so they're trying to use the kid
cutty angle as a way to get it dismissed. And
the judge was like, absolutely not that. A former stylist mentioned,
you know that Cassie was fearful that the abuse, that
you know, she'd rather suffer the abuse than have all
the information that he had on her leaked. That was
(07:06):
clearly very personal to Cassie and very much a motivator
to keep her to stay. And I think people are wondering, like,
why would you put victim one first, right right out
the gate. Well, it's not like they had a choice,
you know, like that baby was coming. I mean she
wrapped her testimony maybe seven days ago and then just
gave birth.
Speaker 3 (07:25):
All right.
Speaker 4 (07:26):
Then, lastly, in three Things you Need to Know, huge
headline yesterday that Hailey Bieburn has officially sold Road Beauty
in a billion dollar deal to Elf Cosmetics. They had
acquired the brand with that announcement yesterday, and Road will
be debuting in some four stores later this year. Haley
will continue to work on Road as a chief creative
(07:48):
Officer and head of Innovation, as well as a strategic
advisor to Elf Beauty.
Speaker 3 (07:54):
So not only is she gonna manage.
Speaker 4 (07:55):
Road, She's also gonna help out with Elf Elf was
I mean, if you go on TikTok, Elf went from
like zero to one thousand in the last I don't know,
two and a half three years. It's become extremely popular
amongst influencers and others.
Speaker 3 (08:12):
She said, quote.
Speaker 4 (08:12):
I found a like minded disruptor with a vision to
be different and believes that big ideas and innovation in
the same way that I do will help us continue
to grow the brand. Since launching Road in twenty two,
it generated two hundred and forty eight million dollars.
Speaker 3 (08:30):
In media value alone.
Speaker 4 (08:34):
Very curious, you know Justin Bieber did post about it,
this time, not posting something stupid like he did with
the Vogue article Hayley's killing It. Shout out to the
women who are absolutely killing it while their their husbands
are doing nothing, literally nothing. Another beauty person in that
same billion dollar space is, of course, Fenti Beauty with Rihanna.
(08:56):
All right, that is three things you need to know
for the twenty ninth of May. Coming up around seven
oh five, we're commercial free. Best way to keep listening
to Tiff in the Morning is by searching Kiss one
oh seven one on iHeartRadio. Good Morning, You're waking up
with tif in the morning on Kiss one oh seven one.
I almost forgot what time of day it was. I
got up at three o'clock this morning and spent two
(09:17):
thousand dollars. What I mean if you do it before
seven am, girl, math is that it doesn't really count.
You know that I'm going to Ireland on my first
solo trip in two weeks, and so I needed to
readjust some flights and things of that nature, and big
day in my household, in my little apartment, I bought
a brand new phone, which i'd been hanging on to
(09:39):
this one since twenty twenty. And you know what it's
like to upgrade The technology can be a process. So
things that were on my list, we got them done.
If I can inspire you and you feel motivated maybe
to check some things off of your list today. Allow
me to at least assist with the music lord a conversation.
Things you can be a part of, some contesting all
of the above. When you search Kiss one oh seven
(10:01):
one on iHeartRadio, the microphones right next to the play button,
you can participate by talking back with Tiff really on
whatever it is that you want. But I'll at least
manage the rest for you. I love this song by Doci. Okay,
so enjoy. We're commercial free for the rest of the hour.
Speaker 3 (10:16):
Good morning, you're.
Speaker 1 (10:18):
Waking up with fifth in the morning. Kiss.
Speaker 4 (10:21):
I want to hear your office hygiene stories this morning.
That's our topic at conversation. And sure we can go
who with whoever's doing whatever in the kitchen. You know
that place is the wild West. Truly, an office kitchen
is the wild West. The fridge, the microwave, who's refilling
the coffee pots? I don't even like walking into that thing.
(10:43):
I get it's like goosebumps every time I open our
office kitchen refrigerator door.
Speaker 3 (10:48):
Nonetheless, So talk back with.
Speaker 4 (10:49):
Tiff on iHeart Radio microphone top right hand corner. It's
an alternative way to contribute. But I also love hearing
your voice as well. If you want to call me,
what do you think the story is going to be?
Speaker 6 (10:59):
Like?
Speaker 4 (10:59):
If you walk into the office and there is a
headline in an email that just says simply office hygiene,
I'll read it to you.
Speaker 3 (11:08):
Team.
Speaker 4 (11:08):
I wanted to send around a note to follow up
on office hygiene. Please treat the office space like you
treat your home. It is important we are all care
for the space and use general care, especially in shared
spaces like the kitchen and the bathrooms. Moving forward, if
you see something that is not up to par, please
alert me asap. We are working with building management to
(11:31):
ensure our building is always in great shape across all spaces.
I love our workspaces and I hope you do too.
Let's all take care of it.
Speaker 3 (11:40):
For each other.
Speaker 4 (11:42):
Who is the person in the office that is not
cleaning up after themselves?
Speaker 3 (11:47):
In yours and mine? What's going on? I mean, we
all have different standards of living.
Speaker 4 (11:54):
I would argue that my standard is the best, but
you may argue that yours is the best.
Speaker 3 (11:58):
And if you're wondering.
Speaker 4 (11:59):
What's it like to live with Tiff Potter clutter free Baby,
we don't do clutter, and we scrub things. But you
walk into, you know, some guy's apartment and he's got
pubes on the floor and you're like, what's going on here?
Speaker 3 (12:14):
So imagine taking all of those you.
Speaker 4 (12:16):
Know, your neighbors, your friends, and you put them all
into an office space. You are bound to run into
stories and the horror that people have left behind in
our kitchen and our bathrooms is unimaginable. And now I
haven't walked into a men's bathroom, and I will be
the first to say it that the women's restroom in
(12:39):
any club or bar setting is not good. It's not
an ideal place to be. I don't know if that's
the same for men. I don't know if that's the
same for the office.
Speaker 3 (12:47):
Bathroom for men.
Speaker 4 (12:48):
But why is it that women cannot get their act
together in the women's restroom? I want to hear your
office stories this morning. Don't leave me hanging five one
three seven, four nine one oh seven one. I too
have been looking around in the office like is it you?
Is this email directed at you? Like who's the one
that's doing it?
Speaker 1 (13:06):
Who?
Speaker 3 (13:06):
Who is it?
Speaker 7 (13:07):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (13:08):
Good morning?
Speaker 4 (13:09):
I too knew every word to that song so you're
in good company. You're waking up with Tim in the
morning on Kiss one oh seven one. We're in the
midst of talking about office hygiene.
Speaker 3 (13:16):
H I will start with you. You're on the air.
Speaker 5 (13:18):
So I just recently started working at a bank, so
there's not many of us, and I completely agree. The
GROW's bathroom is always the worst. My manager always has
to come out to say something. There's it's it's just
so bad. And I just I've never I personally, you know,
(13:39):
I like, even if I didn't do any like number
two type stuff, I will always you know, leave a
good experience for the next person. But there has been
several times since I just started working here that we
have had to get talked to.
Speaker 3 (13:52):
And there's only five of us.
Speaker 5 (13:55):
There's only five of us.
Speaker 3 (13:57):
You're like, how I mean, I just started, so it's
obviously not me.
Speaker 4 (14:01):
I'm not gonna be the weird nude girl that is
ruining the bathroom.
Speaker 3 (14:05):
So it's one of you.
Speaker 5 (14:06):
Four yes, And some of the stuff like it can't
be me because I'm pregnant. So some of the stuff
is like, y'all are just nasty.
Speaker 3 (14:15):
What's your name? What neighborhready waken up with me and
I'm Carter.
Speaker 5 (14:19):
I'm from Milford.
Speaker 3 (14:19):
Thanks for listening to the show this morning, Carter.
Speaker 6 (14:22):
Thank you you guys.
Speaker 4 (14:24):
I love it when you call me. I know it
feels weird sometimes to call a radio station. It really
is just me on the other line. I run this
place by myself. It's just Austin here, you and I Baby. Okay,
let's pop over to our talkbacks. By the way, if
you're just joining the conversation for the first time this morning.
Speaker 3 (14:38):
I walked into work with at seven oh six.
Speaker 4 (14:40):
This morning, and we have an office email that went
out with the title of office hygiene. Now you can
obviously put two and two together on what the email says.
I read it earlier, so we're taking your office hygiene stories.
Speaker 7 (14:54):
I was once working for an advertising agency in upstate
New York, and the operations manager sent I had an
email to only the women in the office saying that
someone had had their time of the month and left
a little spot on the toilet's seat and it was
his job to clean it up. And he was like,
as a man, I shouldn't have to deal with this.
We're all grown women, so clean up. Make sure this
(15:15):
doesn't happen again and it was just infuriating.
Speaker 3 (15:18):
Yoh, okay, thank you for the talk back with TIF.
Speaker 4 (15:20):
You two can contribute microphone's top right hand corner. Yeah,
I told im eye to eye with you on that one, Gal.
I mean it was in a mistake, absolutely, but come on,
man like, men and women's bodies are just different and
if you have a problem with that, you have a problem,
not me.
Speaker 8 (15:39):
Well, we worked with a physicist who would after lunch
go into the kitchen and use the paper towel holder
as a mirror as he flushed his teeth.
Speaker 4 (15:52):
Good morning, you're waking up with TIF in the morning
on kiss one O seven to one were a couple
minutes out from the three things you need to Know
to get your started in Cincy. But I want to
squeeze in at least one more talkback on office hygiene.
Speaker 9 (16:05):
At my last job, I was always my boss's scapegoat
for everything anything that went wrong, anything he wasn't happy with.
I was constantly the one blamed, even if I had
nothing to do with it for years and so when
I finally started looking for new jobs, new careers, before
I even had a chance to go to him or
any other executives. I was fired and not given a
(16:29):
reason for being fired, and so that was my biggest
workplace drama.
Speaker 3 (16:33):
Oh my god.
Speaker 4 (16:33):
Goal for a hot second, when you were talking because
of my ADHD, I thought you meant you were his
scapegoat when it comes to the bathroom, I'm.
Speaker 3 (16:42):
Like, was was he blaming it on you? Oh? Man?
Speaker 4 (16:46):
Well, I'm glad you're in a better place. Thank you
for the talk back with TIF. It's just an alternative
way to get involved with the show, especially as your
routine changes with summer and such. We're still here, you
could still participate right from your phone. Okay, coming up,
two songs. Three things you need to know to get
your day started in Sincy. Let's chit chat about Lucho
at the game last night, well received or not?
Speaker 3 (17:09):
And what did he have to say about it? Glynn,
you need to know she's got you three.
Speaker 4 (17:20):
Drake needed this, needed the win. We'll get to that
in a second morning. We're just before eight o'clock eight thirty.
First chance of the day to win James Arthur tickets.
It's coming at the end of next month. Before we
get to Drake, I'm not talking about the weather. By
the way, I refuse let's chit chat about FCC last night.
Was vvvvv curious to see how he was going to
(17:43):
be received by fans here in Cincy.
Speaker 3 (17:46):
When Dallas played here last night.
Speaker 4 (17:49):
Now quickly, Lucho played for US for a couple of years,
helped win the supporter shield, really helped grow FCC's fan base.
I mean there was a deep love for Luco. He
then he departed this year to go over to Dallas.
We had den K come and join us, Evander come
and join us, and I think that the overall departure
(18:10):
departure of Luco was didn't really leave a great taste
in FCC fans' mouths.
Speaker 3 (18:20):
Like do I understand why he left.
Speaker 4 (18:22):
And what his reasonings were, you know, behind that money whatever?
Speaker 6 (18:25):
I just.
Speaker 3 (18:27):
Yes, Do I agree with what he said here? I do?
Speaker 4 (18:33):
But do I also see why fans booed him last night?
I'm pretty sure every time Luco touched the ball, fans
booed him. And here he was after the game or
the match.
Speaker 10 (18:43):
I should say, if I need to be like more
grateful with me, I think devo to me, But I
don't desert that. I've been the supporters here and they
should be get be better, like more grateful. Uh feel
(19:04):
bad because I want the supporter shield. He here, I
won the MVP. I bring to this city, the MVP,
the first MVP for the club, the first trophy for
the club, and I think I deserve more than that.
Speaker 4 (19:22):
Okay, by the way, do you know what a supporter
shield is? It's the team in MLS that has the
best record. Do you know what I picked up from that?
It was a lot of I I I I.
Speaker 3 (19:31):
I did this, not we did this.
Speaker 4 (19:34):
And I think that Lucco is an emotional person, and
of course he did great things for our club, but.
Speaker 3 (19:39):
That just does not leave a great taste. We ended
up taking the draw.
Speaker 4 (19:42):
Three three sec is back this Saturday for Pride Night
and Kisse, one of seven one will be there. I
hope to see you second. In three things you need
to know, Drake needed to win. He certainly did, and
he is now the first ever ri IBA Diamond certified
artist with the most in that category and that is ten.
Hold On, We're Going Home and Best I Ever Had
(20:04):
were the two songs that put him over. RIAA Diamond
status stands for ten million units sold and he has
ten songs the most artists, who ever do it? Who
who'd he beat out? Who was in a close second?
Post Malone and Garth Brooks look at that. By the way,
the bigger story with Drake is that his phone number
(20:27):
leaked on a Kai Sanat stream and it wasn't Kay
Sanada did it? I guess it was a friend and
Drake was like, yep, got a lot of text and
phone calls. If you had Drake's number, would you hit
him up? I bet I know a few people that would.
I wouldn't. I'd be too chicken, all right, even lastly,
and three things you need to know RIP two what
we used to know with Southwest airlines, to be honest,
(20:48):
haven't flown Southwest in decades. But they begin charging, and
they begin charging for bags. You know that was always
a longtime thing with Southwest, that they didn't charge for bags.
I also think it's the South like wild West. When
you get on, aren't there like no gate or seat assignments.
But you'll now join the ranks of several other airlines
whell you'll be charged thirty five dollars for checked bags.
(21:11):
Bags fly Free really did hang on for as long
as it could.
Speaker 3 (21:15):
All right.
Speaker 4 (21:15):
That is three things you need to know for the
twenty ninth of May. If you're a teacher or if
you know a teacher, can you give me a few minutes.
We're gonna celebrate teachers here with something cool in TIFF's
Community Corner. Coming up around eat twenty ish this morning,
pull us. You have a chance to win James Arthur tickets,
so don't go far. Best way to listen is on iHeartRadio.
Speaker 1 (21:34):
You're waking up with fifth in the morning. Kiss what
us even one?
Speaker 3 (21:37):
How many days are left of school teachers?
Speaker 4 (21:39):
How many? It might even be none? You might have
already wrapped. We're celebrating you today this morning on the
show by highlighting one teacher specifically here in this instance,
but just in general. Two of my best friends are
teachers as well, and I love hearing their stories.
Speaker 3 (21:57):
And you're doing the Lord's work for sure.
Speaker 4 (22:01):
Welcome to tips Community Corner, where we highlight the people,
the places, and the things that make up our Cincinnati neighborhoods.
Speaker 3 (22:08):
And earlier this year, we.
Speaker 4 (22:10):
Had asked students to nominate the most impactful teacher in
their lives on our website and callen if you're listening
in Union, Kentucky, this Morning nominated a teacher of hers
named Miss Morgan, who started a program called Thankful Thriving Thursday. Now,
if you're a visual person like myself.
Speaker 3 (22:31):
Like get it. The video is at Kiss.
Speaker 4 (22:34):
One oh seven and it's also in my stories at
the Tiff to F's Potter like the Wizard. You'll have
to tap through the end of the weekend recap to
see it, but as soon as it's there, you'll as
soon as you get there, you'll know what I'm talking about.
As I play this video, try your best to put
yourself back in the shoes of someone that is getting
ready to leave the fifth grade to go into the
(22:56):
sixth grade, into a brand new school. It's teachers like
Miss Moore Morgan and her Thankful Thriving Thursday program that
helped kids prepare to become something called positive influencers. You know,
we're all training an influencer and social but what about
an influencer irl at school around the people you know
with kindness and positivity.
Speaker 3 (23:17):
So I'll play it and then we'll go.
Speaker 11 (23:19):
Thankful and Thriving Thursday originated in a second grade classroom.
It is a place where students learn about others through
their storytelling and questions and answers, and they become engaged
in showing positive engagement with one another and building relationships
and helping one another be their best life. But it
(23:39):
is inside you to be a positive influence.
Speaker 4 (23:43):
One O seven one asked for your most Impactful teacher
nominations at the end of the year, and Callen nominated
Miss Morgan because of her program.
Speaker 11 (23:52):
Thankful and Driving is showing others how you be your
best every day with a heart of gratitude and persevering to.
Speaker 3 (23:58):
Be your best.
Speaker 11 (23:59):
And it's and me think more positively and show more
respect to people.
Speaker 3 (24:04):
And although that feeling.
Speaker 4 (24:07):
Of leaving school, going from the fifth grade to the
sixth grade is one of like as a core building block,
it's a core memory for a kid, that one that
you might not be able to draw from like directly
if you're far removed from it. But it's like one
of the first bigger transitions that you would have made
in your life, right, and you kind of forget.
Speaker 3 (24:26):
The people that helped you do it because you're in.
Speaker 4 (24:29):
It outside of your parents and your family and your
inner circle. It's the teachers, it's the school system that
helps you prepare for that and so Miss Morgan started
that program, like I said, called Thankful Thriving Thursday, which
she told me a little bit more about it. It helps
breed connection and conversation amongst students. Started with a little
boy named Jacob who had I think diabetes at the time,
(24:50):
and he felt different and didn't really know how to
speak about it, didn't know how to process the emotion,
didn't know just didn't develop those skills. And so she's like, well,
let's talk about it as a classroom and the kids
were able to ask questions and ultimately become more connected
and just have a better view of the people around them,
which what a damn skill that is, right, So shout
out to Man Elementary.
Speaker 3 (25:11):
We went there last week.
Speaker 4 (25:12):
We delivered some hot Head burritos, Gilky Windows help hook
up Miss Morgan with some cash, and I thank you,
you know, if you're a teacher right now and I
didn't get a chance to, you know, showcase you and
TIFF's community corner. This doesn't mean I can't in the future.
But I'm also speaking to you directly as well. Thank
you for your hard work and such. So if you
would like to nominate someone somewhere something to be a
(25:34):
part of TIFF's community corner. All you have to do
is shoot me a DM. You know, I find myself
in the most unique and interesting circumstances sometimes and that
is all because of you.
Speaker 3 (25:43):
So there we go.
Speaker 4 (25:44):
Like I said, if you're a visual person at the
Tiff to F's potter like the wizard teacher is the
keyword you're gonna need for the James Arthur tickets coming
up here at eight thirty.
Speaker 3 (25:53):
Good morning.
Speaker 4 (25:55):
Ooh, I forgot about that song pink on Tiff in
the morning. I was not expecting this, but thank you
for your talkbacks.
Speaker 6 (26:01):
So it would be Missus Roberts. She was in like
my second grade teacher. When she'd help me with my work,
she'd tell me how she'd hear me breathing. So I
guess it's the second grader. That was the first time
I thought of girls like that. So I had a
special blob and Missus Roberts.
Speaker 4 (26:16):
Oh, okay, I don't know where you were going with that,
but thank you for the talk back.
Speaker 3 (26:20):
What tiff On.
Speaker 4 (26:20):
iHeartRadio, Okay, microphones on the top right hand corner. I
appreciate your teacher shout outs. That's where we're going. With
this at this point in the morning, if you're just
walking into the conversation, teacher is the keyword you're gonna
need for the James Arthur tickets. Just did a TIFFs
community Corner story on a teacher named Miss Morgan Man
Elementary and Union, Kentucky.
Speaker 6 (26:44):
I didn't like many of my teachers, but I remember
an art teacher. I think her name was missus Carlson.
Love that.
Speaker 4 (26:52):
I'm sure Miss Carlson would love to hear you talk
about her with such enthusiasm. If you're a visual person
at the TIF, to F's Potter like the Wizard to
see the late video.
Speaker 3 (27:00):
It's also on our page to it. Kiss one oh
seven Okay.
Speaker 4 (27:03):
Three minutes from now your chance to win the James
Arthur tickets. If you have the keyword that I mentioned.
Speaker 1 (27:09):
You're waking up with Tiff in the morning on Kiss
one oh seven to one.
Speaker 3 (27:13):
Coller ten.
Speaker 4 (27:16):

mentioned earlier, you can start dialing right now five one, three, seven,
four nine one o seven to one. You don't have
to wait for me. We're in the midst of taking
your teacher shout out.
Speaker 12 (27:30):
Oh missus Jones, she taught me all about art and
I actually have her to think and I've met up
with her and think her because I'm an art teacher
now and I just wanted to give her a shout
out because she's the reason that I do what I do.
Speaker 4 (27:44):
Gal, I love that story. Thank you for the talk
back with Tiff. We just did a whole teacher thing.
If you haven't seen the video yet and you want
to come, sit down in TIFF's community corner latest videos
on our.
Speaker 3 (27:56):
Page and then mine as well at the.
Speaker 4 (27:58):
TIF to F's Potter like the Whizzard, you became an
at teacher.
Speaker 3 (28:01):
I love it so sweet.
Speaker 4 (28:03):
All right, caller ten, I do have one more open
phone line for James Arthur. It's my goal to get
you out of the house this summer, okay. I want
you to experience things. Fill up your archive. You know,
don't have to pay for it.
Speaker 3 (28:16):
You know what I'm saying, It's on me. It's low commitment.
Speaker 4 (28:19):
Five one three seven four nine one oh seven one
one more open phone line.
Speaker 3 (28:24):
Good luck in the meantime commercial free with Justin Timberlay.
Speaker 1 (28:28):
You're waking up with tive morning.
Speaker 4 (28:31):
I love that song so much. Good morning. I'm hoping
you have a keyword for me. Hello teacher, Congratulations, you're
collar ten.
Speaker 3 (28:40):
You got the keyword. Yay, you're going to see James Arthur.
Speaker 2 (28:46):
Awesome.
Speaker 3 (28:47):
What's your name with neighborhood? You wake it up with
me and.
Speaker 5 (28:49):
Miranda and then my daughter Avery and we are in
hebron Kentucky.
Speaker 3 (28:53):
Marianda. Nice to you for you guys. Thank you for
waking up with Tim in the morning every day. Absolutely,
are you guys? She still in school or she is
done for the year.
Speaker 12 (29:03):
No, today's today's our first day out.
Speaker 4 (29:08):
Do me a favorite. Ask her who her favorite teacher is?
Right now she can come up with an answer for
me quick quick, Oh she already knew it, Miss Ginsby,
Did I say that right?
Speaker 6 (29:18):
Griggs?
Speaker 4 (29:19):
Oh wow, Griggsy. Okay, well, shout out to missus, Griggsy.
Maybe we're catching her to and from or listening from
her phone. I'll send her love. Congrats on the ticket, awesome,
Thank you, You're welcome. If you took an l on these,
just set a reminder one more chance tomorrow.
Speaker 3 (29:32):
For the Friday show at eight thirty. Okay.
Speaker 4 (29:35):
Two songs from now will dive into three things you
need to know get your day started.
Speaker 3 (29:39):
In Cincy. Trump went on like a pardening spree last night.
I'll have that more next Yes, when you need to know,
She's got you.
Speaker 1 (29:49):
It's three things with tip on.
Speaker 3 (29:52):
How many rap songs feature Larry Hoover in it? Give
me a hot second. Good morning.
Speaker 4 (29:58):
We're just before at nine o'clock on the twenty ninth
of May, and there is a new player in town, potentially,
potentially should be careful what I say about that. I
saw a press release on Twitter that Garage Beer Cincinnati
own is entering its final stages of acquiring ownership in
a professional football organization.
Speaker 3 (30:19):
Now they pretty much can't share.
Speaker 4 (30:20):
Like where, who, what city, what the colors are, what
anything is. But in the release it says, quote, all
we can say for now is this is big, like
fourth and goal with the game on the line.
Speaker 3 (30:32):
Big.
Speaker 4 (30:35):
More details to come, but I'd be curious to see
what Garage Beer has gotten themselves into. Obviously a big
sponsor and promoter of New Heights podcast as well. I
often see Garage Beer in the background of the Kelsey
Brothers video. So I'll keep you posted when there's more
on that one second in three things you need to
know out of nowhere. I feel like Trump went on
like a pardoning spree last night. The first pardon was
(30:59):
with NBA young boy incarcerated for possessing a firearm, which
is a felon, sentenced to twenty three months in prison
and placed on five years of supervised release after pleading
guilty to the charge.
Speaker 3 (31:11):
In September.
Speaker 4 (31:12):
He was filming a music video when he was caught
in that and the whole incident happened. He was part in
last night. Second couple that I saw are the Chris Lease.
Do you remember that television show that they had. They
were charged with bank and tax fraud, specifically with the
conspiracy to commit the bank fraud, wirefraud, conspiracy to commit
tax evasion, and.
Speaker 3 (31:32):
Obstruction of justice.
Speaker 4 (31:33):
They were serving twelve counts of bank and wirefraud. I mean,
it's a lot. I don't even know how much time
they were under. They were pardoned. And then get this
long time criminal, seventy four year old co founder of
Chicago's Gangster Disciples gang Larry Hoover, who's been serving six
(31:53):
life terms for running a criminal enterprise from prison, was
also pardon now that's his federal sentence. I believe he
is still facing a state case and state sentence, so
I don't think the man is going to be walking free.
But his federal crimes, I guess we're pardoned and overturned,
(32:14):
not the state ones.
Speaker 10 (32:15):
I think Comte make Cross.
Speaker 3 (32:22):
That was Rick Ross.
Speaker 4 (32:23):
I think Larry Hoover's been mentioned it at least four
or five rap songs. That was the one that came
top of mind to me when I thought of that,
and I read the story. When there's more on that one,
I'll have it for him, all right. And then lastly,
in three things you need to know this morning, last
congratulations to Drake.
Speaker 3 (32:42):
I feel like Drake like really needed to win.
Speaker 4 (32:44):
On this became the first ever Oriuba Diamond artist with
the most ever on the list and that is a
total of ten hold on We're Going Home and best
I ever had were the ones that put him over
the top. Are I double a diamond certified? It means
that you've sold ten million units. Drake really needed the win.
(33:06):
By the way, two artists that he beat out, if
you want a little tiff trivia this morning, post Malone
coming in at a close second and Garth Brooks coming
in at a close second. Post He's out on tour
right now. You know what, I had said that maybe
Kendrick and Siss it would be a good replacement for
Billy Joel at a pay corp. But now I'm thinking
Posty and Jelly roll.
Speaker 3 (33:25):
Ah, that'd be cool.
Speaker 4 (33:27):
Doubt it's gonna happen. One couldn't dream. But the bigger
story with Drake though, is that his phone number leaked
on a Kai Sinat stream the other day and He's like, yep,
people definitely hit me up. I think I'd be too
chicken to hit up Drake if I got his number.
Speaker 3 (33:39):
What about you are?
Speaker 4 (33:40):
That is three things you need to know for the
twenty ninth of May. Best way to keep listening to
Tip in the Morning is by searching Kiss one oh
seven one on iHeartRadio. Happy Thursday, You're waking up with
Fifth in the Morning. You know, I really shout out
to the wives and the women running this world, and
of course here in the Tri State in Cincinnati. Good morning, Sarah,
Good morning Haley Bieber, a billionaire.
Speaker 2 (34:03):
And overnight too sold Road cosmetics to Elf.
Speaker 3 (34:07):
Are you an elf?
Speaker 1 (34:07):
Girly?
Speaker 2 (34:09):
There are a couple products. I like they have a
good primer.
Speaker 3 (34:12):
Yes, the green one.
Speaker 2 (34:13):
Yep, that's the green one that I get.
Speaker 1 (34:14):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (34:14):
Yeah, I have no problem with ELF. I like that
they're available anywhere you go Walmart, Walgreens, Alta.
Speaker 4 (34:21):
So I use the eyebrow pencil, I use the clear gel,
I use the blush. I think my setting spray is ELF.
I'm in the Elf game, So you're all about it.
Speaker 2 (34:30):
This is big so because Road Cosmetics you could have
I've never used it before, but it's not one of
those brands where you could walk into a Walgreens or
even a Sephora or Alta and purchase it. It was online.
So now you can get Haley Beebes cosmetics in store.
Speaker 3 (34:51):
Cosmetics and skincare.
Speaker 4 (34:54):
Like the billionaires industry, everyone's creating some score sort of
skincare makeup line.
Speaker 2 (35:00):
Well, and she makes it look she makes it look
so good on social media, and that's really what did it.
It's like, well, we are not all Haley Baber, but
damn does she know how to market her cosmetics.
Speaker 3 (35:12):
Yeah. ELF purchased it, by the way, I don't know
if we said that for a billion I'm glad ELF
Cosmetics and she'll.
Speaker 4 (35:17):
Still be like the CEO of the company or the
creative director. I think I'll Google, I'll pull.
Speaker 2 (35:21):
Up the Yeah, yeah, she's got the photo.
Speaker 3 (35:23):
Chief creative officer and head of innovation.
Speaker 2 (35:26):
Yeah, she's got the photo with them saying, you know,
I'm still gonna be very much involved. It's not like
she just sold it and said Sea. I mean, this
is a business lady, a boss girl, like she's not
going anywhere anytime soon.
Speaker 4 (35:39):
I was not expecting that out of Haley to really
like like Road to be that big, you know, because
I mean, there's the other one in the billionaire game.
Speaker 3 (35:48):
Is Rihanna with FENTI.
Speaker 4 (35:50):
Oh yeah, that's a big billionaire enterprise, right, So now
you've got Road in that same category. There are other
couple of big ones, like Selena Gomez's brand what's it called?
Speaker 3 (36:01):
Oh my god, I'm blinking at it so hard.
Speaker 2 (36:02):
And I have her high letters.
Speaker 4 (36:04):
Oh my god, and I think about it. That one's
really big. But she hasn't really crossed that threshold yet.
Speaker 2 (36:08):
Yeah, and her line is available at Sephorah. It's a
little bit pricier. So I am wondering, what's.
Speaker 3 (36:15):
Rare, rare, rare beauty for us?
Speaker 2 (36:17):
Selena. So I'm wondering kind of like what the price
range is going to be for these Haley Bieber products
and stores too. So well, I don't know.
Speaker 3 (36:26):
But Kylie's the other big one.
Speaker 9 (36:28):
You know what.
Speaker 2 (36:28):
I've never been a big fan of those.
Speaker 4 (36:30):
The chokehold that the lip kit had on my college
class was nuts.
Speaker 6 (36:35):
I know.
Speaker 2 (36:36):
And I was never a fan of the lip kits drying. Yeah,
very it was not for me. But those girls also
are billionaires.
Speaker 3 (36:42):
Too, So what are your thoughts on Justin Bieber?
Speaker 2 (36:48):
Here's my honest thought on this. I think that guy's
a dork. I think Haley can do so much better,
and I think he's a bum.
Speaker 3 (36:54):
What happened to him?
Speaker 2 (36:55):
I have no idea what has he done in the
past five years?
Speaker 4 (36:59):
He sold his music catalog from the tune of millions? Right,
had the Ramsey Hunt syndrome understood? He's pretty much His
last show that he ever performed was here and Cincy.
Oh yeah, he had he performed at Heritage show was
garbage of course?
Speaker 3 (37:17):
Not well?
Speaker 8 (37:18):
Right?
Speaker 3 (37:18):
So then, had Ramsey Hunt took a break from music?
Speaker 4 (37:20):
But everything that I've seen of him lately in the
last I don't know two or three years.
Speaker 3 (37:25):
I'm like, not that embrassed.
Speaker 2 (37:26):
And she always looks like when they're around together, she
looks like she's ready to walk a runway, and he
looks like he's ready to walk into waffle house, just like,
what are you doing?
Speaker 1 (37:37):
Must have
