Speaker 1 (00:03):
You're waking up with fifth in the morning time.
Speaker 2 (00:05):
Kiss. How many bridesmaids is too many bridesmaids in a wedding?
Or how many people in a wedding party? Is too
many people in a wedding party? Do you have a
number in your head?
Speaker 1 (00:15):
Good?
Speaker 2 (00:16):
Don't keep it to yourself, Share it with me five, win, three, seven,
four nine, one oh seven one, or talk back with
tiff On that I hurt radio app that I often
talk about. The microphone is in the top right hand corner.
It's like leaving me a voice notes. If you're a
voice notoe person like myself, this should be very easy
for you and feel very natural and organic.
Speaker 1 (00:33):
And I'm the only one that checks them.
Speaker 2 (00:35):
By the way, when I saw this article, the headline
got me, and of course that's why I was like, well, we're
gonna talk about it on the air. This bride included
almost one hundred brides maids in her quote unforgettable wedding ceremony.
Speaker 1 (00:55):
Yeah, it was unforgettable because it was probably like a nightmare.
She said. It was better than we had ever imagined.
Speaker 2 (01:04):
It was one hundred people total, or maybe even just
north of one hundred people with the groomsmen and the bridesmaids.
If you're wondering how the layout of this was and
where this actually came from. This was in Northern Ireland,
by the way, last weekend. And I just announced earlier
in the show this week that I'm going to Ireland
for a wedding. The bride that I'm the couple that
(01:27):
I'm attending their wedding. They have I think maybe one
or two which I think I We'll get to that next,
but let me explain the story first. She's had ninety
five bridesmaids. He had eight groomsmen, and they both said
that they loved it. Quote all my dancers and my
friends that have been in my life for so long,
(01:47):
they're still very much a massive part of my life.
It was just a very very easy decision in the
end to include them. All the bridesmaids were aged from
six to forty years old and up and made it.
They made up rather two thirds of the two hundred
and fifty wedding guests of the ceremony. First of all,
(02:08):
two hundred and fifty people at a wedding sounds like
a lot to me, right, but having ninety five people
represent you, that's like six times more than twenty seven
dresses with Catherine Heigel, and I love that movie. Maybe
I'm just triggered from all of those bridesmaids group texts
that I've been in over the last couple of years,
(02:29):
and those bachelorette parties that I've planned for some of
my best girlfriends. I couldn't get like six girls, six
or seven girls to get their act together, never mind
ninety five women to get their act together. How many
is too many in your opinion? How many did you have?
What's the number for you? I think, well, I'll share
(02:53):
I want to see I want to compare ours five, one, three, seven, four, nine,
one oh seven one, then I'll share mine with you.
Speaker 1 (02:58):
Next come on.
Speaker 2 (03:00):
So in the morning, I know the cold beer guy
is most likely listening and enjoying that. He's a big
fan of Eminem. Cincinnatians love Eminem. Also, Cincinnatians love big
Catholic weddings. So I was curious to see where you
stacked up with this question. How many bridesmaids is too
many bridesmaids in a wedding?
Speaker 1 (03:18):
Hi, We'll start with you. You're on the air. Six
is your number?
Speaker 2 (03:22):
Six twelve total for the party.
Speaker 1 (03:24):
Okay, what's your name? What neighborhood you calling me from?
Speaker 3 (03:27):
Florence, Kentucky. I'm an old Catholic boy, so we Cadi
grew up with four to six.
Speaker 2 (03:32):
Okay, well, speaking of being a Catholic boy, how do
you feel about having a new pope.
Speaker 3 (03:37):
Yeah, that's got a good move. I like it.
Speaker 1 (03:41):
Okay, there we go.
Speaker 2 (03:42):
If you're just walking into the story, I had read
an article where a woman in Ireland had ninety five bridesmaids,
and maybe I'm just scarred from all of the weddings
that I've been a part of. Where you know, and
it's not even the wedding itself, because that's it's that's tremendous.
Speaker 1 (03:57):
It's all the group texts leading up to it.
Speaker 2 (04:00):
Imagine having ninety five women on a group text for
a wedding.
Speaker 1 (04:03):
Oh my god, good morning, you're on the air.
Speaker 3 (04:06):
I just wanted to say, how many pridesmaids are too many?
Speaker 1 (04:10):
Yes? Please go?
Speaker 3 (04:11):
And it's definitely over. I mean five. I don't think
I can think of five women that I like that much.
Set I could put in my bridal party. I probably
have like three.
Speaker 2 (04:25):
I'm crying. Uh did you are you married? Have you
been married.
Speaker 3 (04:30):
I was married. Yeah, I'm divorced now, but we just
went at the courthouse.
Speaker 1 (04:34):
But okay, okay.
Speaker 3 (04:36):
If I were to have a big wedding or a
wedding in general, I would only have my very very
closest friends, not ninety five people. I don't really care about.
Speaker 1 (04:48):
What's your name? What neighbor are you waking up with me?
Speaker 3 (04:50):
And I am My name is Michelle, and I am
on my way home from work to for sale.
Speaker 1 (04:56):
Okay, thanks for the call, Mike, yel she's kickling I
good morning in your on the air. How many is
too many for you?
Speaker 3 (05:02):
I would say six total, besides the bride and groom.
But I'm getting married in September. I'm not having any
bridesmaids or groom.
Speaker 1 (05:08):
Spence, I like that. Let me see, let me test
this theory. How old are you?
Speaker 2 (05:14):
I am thirty two, okay, And you know what that
tracks because the big wedding parties, this is what I
was getting at this morning. The bigger wedding parties that
I've been a part of, all of those people were
in their midish twenties, and that's where we had like seven,
eight or nine people in the wedding and I think
as you get older, the number gets smaller.
Speaker 1 (05:34):
Yeah, I agree with that. What's your name? What neighborhood
are waking up with me? And I am Samantha from Mainville.
Speaker 2 (05:39):
Samantha, thank you for listening to Tiff in the morning
and congrats on the wedding. Thank you.
Speaker 3 (05:44):
I appreciate that
