Speaker 1 (00:00):
I think this one of seven one it's time to
make a date or break on tip in the morning, Well,
good morning.

Speaker 2 (00:06):
Tuesdays, we talk about relationships on the show, and our
licensed clinical counselor Lori Sharpage gives us her angle, her take.

Speaker 1 (00:15):
She's the professional.

Speaker 2 (00:15):
I'm just the one that finds the information, and I'm
super curious since you know, I'm in the dating world myself,
but also relates to those that are married or you know,
maybe you just moved in together in the last year
or so.

Speaker 1 (00:26):
Relationships are everywhere.

Speaker 2 (00:28):
So what is the sexiest career of twenty twenty five?

Speaker 3 (00:33):
Lourie?

Speaker 2 (00:33):
Were you surprised about this one number one career for
both men and women that is sexy?

Speaker 4 (00:39):
It is healthcare and that is a change from finance
a few years ago.

Speaker 5 (00:44):
So while the viral meme was we were all looking for.

Speaker 4 (00:46):
A man in finance summer, we have now moved on
to a man in.

Speaker 5 (00:50):
Healthcare or woman. That is now the most appealing.

Speaker 4 (00:54):
The most attractive job is within the healthcare space.

Speaker 1 (00:58):
I wonder why, what do you think that is?

Speaker 2 (01:00):
Because I've heard healthcare workers have awful hours or maybe.

Speaker 4 (01:03):
Not well as somebody who works in healthcare I can
tell you that it can definitely be a hardcore job
and it can impact your.

Speaker 5 (01:11):
Schedule and availability, but it is.

Speaker 4 (01:13):
Consistent, there is work available, and usually the people that
work in healthcare really.

Speaker 5 (01:18):
Care about the type of work that they're doing. They're
very passionate about it.

Speaker 4 (01:21):
So while the actual environments can be tough to work in,
there's a whole spectrum and a lot of times people
that do this are very passionate about it, and there's
a level of consistency and reliability with that career that
you don't necessarily get with others.

Speaker 2 (01:35):
Okay, so that's the reason why you find a doctor hot,
outside of the fact that he's got the stethoscope. So
most datable careers of the year, healthcare came in at
number one. Education came in at number two, an emergency
response people came in at number three.

Speaker 1 (01:51):
What up firefighters?

Speaker 5 (01:53):
What up?

Speaker 1 (01:54):
In MS?

Speaker 2 (01:55):
There's other people on this too, law, business, science, tech,
and then finance actually came in last this year, so
we taken a break from that one.

Speaker 1 (02:03):
Yeah, I found this interesting.

Speaker 2 (02:05):
How long does it take on a first date for
you to mention what job you do?

Speaker 1 (02:12):
Within the first hour? In fifty four.

Speaker 2 (02:15):
Minutes, while they really got down to the nitty gritty
on that you it takes as the average to bring
up a career conversation.

Speaker 1 (02:21):
Do you recommend doing that? I mean I tend to.
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (02:25):
I try to avoid talking about my career. I very
like I don't want it to be my entire identity
and personality.

Speaker 1 (02:31):
But I don't know, what do you think? I'm just guessing.

Speaker 4 (02:32):
Yeah, for sure, there's a balance. I do think that
sometimes just stay talking about career and you never get deeper,
and that can kind of end up just kind of
wasting your time and your ability to connect. That being said,
I do think careers push a lot of our values.
You know, we do the career that we do because
we care about certain things, because we want to have
a certain lifestyle, because there's some level of you know, our.

Speaker 5 (02:55):
Interests that connects.

Speaker 4 (02:56):
So I think it's really important to bring up and
in fact, a lot of time these conversations happen even
before the first date, because our career and how we
spend our time at work speaks so much to who
we are and what we want out of our lives.
So I do think it's important to have at the
front end and to be part of it. But to
your point, I don't think it needs to be everything.

(03:17):
And if we find ourselves just stuck talking about work,
there's other things that we need to be exploring that
can't just be the only thing.

Speaker 5 (03:25):
But there's a lot of information there.

Speaker 1 (03:27):
Well, Laurie, thank you so much.

Speaker 2 (03:28):
Mike gal the most datable career that you could choose
in twenty twenty five as being in the healthcare profession.
And you know what, outside of dating, thank you for
what you do. You know, make a date or break
happens on Tuesdays. We talk about relationships. She's our licensed
clinical counselor.

Speaker 1 (03:43):
I love Laurie. I love hearing her take.

Speaker 2 (03:45):
On stuff that happens to be the key word for
the Marti Gras tickets that you will need make a
date or break coming up a few minutes from now.

Speaker 1 (03:53):
Do not go far. Oh you're waking up with SIF
in the morning on kiss one oh seven to one.

Speaker 2 (03:59):
If you have the keyword that I mentioned three minutes
ago for the Marti Grat tickets, start dialing five one, three, seven,
four nine one oh seven to one. Marty Graff for
Homeless Children, Tuesday, February eighteenth at the Northern.

Speaker 1 (04:14):

all the proceeds that get raised for the night go
back to homeless shelters.

Speaker 1 (04:24):

Speaker 2 (04:26):
Really good, fun, free way for you to dip your
toe in the water just to see the experience.

Speaker 1 (04:31):
It's like the thirty fourth annual.

Speaker 2 (04:32):
We've been doing this for a long time, but I
would love for you to come if you've never been.
So five win, three, seven, four, nine, one seven one.
We were just talking about the most datable career for
twenty twenty five, and that's people in the healthcare industry
according to this coming in at number two was educators
in three or those that were like ems and fire
et cetera. Do you look at that on dating apps?

(04:56):
Is that the first thing that you kind of pay
attention to. I have been and honest about this in
the past that I've never gone on a dating app,
mostly because I just don't connect with people over photographs.
I don't have any judgment, of course, if that's how
you connect. But my best friend Abby and I were
out for football a couple of weekends ago and I
watched for the very first time, I watched someone experience

(05:17):
the apps, and I was like, what I mean the
rapidness in which she was swiping left on people. I
was like, Oh my god, that's it.

Speaker 1 (05:28):
That's it.

Speaker 2 (05:28):
You just get you get the photo. You get the
photo and the age and what they do for a living.
There's no like, let's investigate. This is why I'm trying
my hardest to encourage you to meet people in the wild.
When you listen to my show, I hope you feel
inspired to put your phone down and go outside. Go
outside and lift, lift your chin up, open your eyes,
start a conversation with someone. All right five and three

(05:51):
seven four nine one seven one. Hopefully you have a
little hint as to what the keyword was from what
we were just talking about. I have one more open
phone line if you want to go to Marty gra
for Homeless Children on February eighteenth.

Speaker 1 (06:02):
It is going to be a time. Good luck.

Speaker 2 (06:04):
In the meantime, we're still commercial free with Rihanna.

Speaker 1 (06:08):
You're waking up with Tiff in the morning on Kiss
one O seven.

Speaker 2 (06:11):
To One's one thing about me, I really like to
have a good time.

Speaker 1 (06:14):
I love it, and I love celebrating. I love celebrating people.

Speaker 2 (06:16):
So we're doing a Marti Gras party for homeless children
on Tuesday, February eighteenth, and I'm hoping.

Speaker 3 (06:21):
You have a keyword for me, baked break.

Speaker 2 (06:24):
Congratulations. You are caller number ten and you got the keyword.
You're coming to.

Speaker 1 (06:29):

the good luck your way.

Speaker 2 (06:39):

me from.

Speaker 3 (06:43):
My name is Melissa, and I'm calling you for ready.

Speaker 1 (06:46):
Melissa, do you listen to Tiff in the morning usually?

Speaker 5 (06:49):
I do, usually listen to Siff in the morning. It's
been a while, but yes, I'm.

Speaker 2 (06:53):
Back girl, welcome back, and we hope we didn't lose
you to sitting on the Brent Spence Bridge traffic last night.

Speaker 3 (07:00):
No, no, you did not.

Speaker 1 (07:01):
Oh my god, what a nightmare. Did you see the
videos of that?

Speaker 3 (07:05):
I caught a couple of videos. Yes, that was a nightmare.

Speaker 5 (07:08):
Oh what what was going on?

Speaker 3 (07:10):
I don't I didn't know. I'm going on.

Speaker 2 (07:13):
We'll dive into it in three things.

Speaker 1 (07:16):
Yeah, I'll have more details.

Speaker 2 (07:17):
Three things around eight fifty give me a couple of minutes,
but essentially, yeah, and the guy crawled underneath the bridge.

Speaker 3 (07:23):
Yeah, I say that. I'm like, oh my goodness.

Speaker 2 (07:25):
I've been asking this question. If you were to get
trapped for four hours in traffic on the Brent Spence Bridge,
would you have the materials you needed in your car
to entertain yourself?

Speaker 3 (07:38):
I would say yes. Actually, yeah, I work computer. I'll
catch up on work.

Speaker 5 (07:42):
Okay.

Speaker 3 (07:42):
I watched a couple of movies. Maybe it depends on
that the kids or not. But I'm the kids. I'm
probably worried. But about the kids. Yeah, I turned a
movie on. We stayed entertained.

Speaker 2 (07:52):
I love that Potter's come prepared. So you and I
are on the same page.

Speaker 1 (07:55):
Girl.

Speaker 3 (07:57):
Yeah, we also snacks well watered.

Speaker 1 (07:59):
Yeah, well good. Do you have a minivan? Are you
a minivan? Mom?

Speaker 3 (08:03):
I yes, I try a fifteen passenger.

Speaker 1 (08:07):
Oh my god, girl, you know.

Speaker 3 (08:10):
Terrible.

Speaker 2 (08:11):
Girl, No, that's not terrible. That means you're a badass.
Do you reverse that thing into parking spots?

Speaker 3 (08:17):
I can't. Yes, I can. I'm really good at too.

Speaker 2 (08:21):
You know, you're just improving, girl, world all over the Cincinnati.
I appreciate you coming back to Tiff in the morning.

Speaker 5 (08:26):

Speaker 1 (08:26):
