Speaker 1 (00:00):
Because you're waking up with fifth in the morning huns
good morine in do you feel like there's a lot
of pressure around getting married if you're sitting in your
thirties right now, I hope you don't feel that.

Speaker 2 (00:14):
If you're in your twenties, engagement ring is the keyword.

Speaker 3 (00:17):
You're gonna need to win the twenty one pilot's tickets
in about ten minutes. Ten minutes to twenty one Pilots.
They're coming to TQL Stadium on Thursday. I've got one
of your last chances to get into the biggest show
of the year, So don't go far. So if we're
connected on social at the Tiff to F's Potter like
the Wizard, I wouldn't say it was a mistake to
post up this Instagram story, but it did lead to
some questioning from my own best friends. In a group

(00:40):
text my Bostonian friends, I was like, guys, you know me,
I wouldn't keep this from you. So if we're not
connected at the Tiff to F's Potter like the Wizard,
tap through towards the end of my stories and that
way you'll have a visual as to.

Speaker 2 (00:53):
What we're talking about.

Speaker 3 (00:54):
So Genesis Diamonds is a big sponsor of Tiff in
the Morning, and I really do enjoy them. Whenever I
go into that store, it's right next to the station.
There's cool people. I like, hang I'm not hanging out there.
But I would feel like if someone was to buy
an engagement ring, it would be a lot of pressure
and you'd be like super overwhelmed. At least with me
that they've been really cool about that. So I'm not

(01:17):
in the market for an engagement ring. Let's just let
that settle for a hot second. I am not in
the market for an engagement ring. I am nowhere near
the phase of my life maybe where I'm getting married. Okay,
but I had to post up some social for the show,
and I wanted to do so. I like them a lot,
and I was cautious enough in the story to say, listen,

(01:38):
I'm not in the market for an engagement ring, but
if you are, go here at least check it out
added to your list of places to pop into. And
my own friends are like, Tiff, are you getting engaged?

Speaker 2 (01:48):
And I know better than this.

Speaker 3 (01:50):
I have more solid footing underneath me than to let
something like this like make me panic or get underneath
my skin. I know that, but is there still a press?
Is there still pressure? Why am I still feeling pressure? Why? Why?
Why am I still feeling pressure around the idea of

(02:11):
getting married by a certain time?

Speaker 2 (02:13):
Are we still doing that?

Speaker 3 (02:15):
Do you still feel like there's a right age or
stage to get engaged or are we over that? Cause
I kind of thought we were over that, but putting
this on social and hearing it from my own friends,
seeing it through some of my DMS, and almost having
to explain to my own people like, no, I'm not
in the market for an engagement ring, you know, I'm

(02:36):
just doing a little bit of work for the show.
But now, like I feel so I feel dumb even
talking about this because I know better, I have more
solid ground underneath me to stand on what I think
is right for me. But I can't help there's this
little like demon inside my body that's like, well, you know,

(02:57):
are you and Tom Brady right?

Speaker 2 (02:58):
Do you think you'll move in that quite direction? Is
he the right one? Is is the one? Am I
the one? I'm like, what are you doing, Tiffany? What
are you doing?

Speaker 4 (03:06):
So?

Speaker 2 (03:06):
Five one three seven, four nine one oh seven one?

Speaker 3 (03:08):
Do you still feel like there's a right age or
stage to get engaged or are we over that?

Speaker 2 (03:13):
Can you send some help my way please?

Speaker 3 (03:16):
Wooh, that is certainly a good way to start off
your day if you just so happen to be walking
into the conversation. Wooh, you're listening to Tiff in the
morning Kiss one oh seven one's commercial free and engagement ring.
Engagement ring is the keyword you're gonna need to win
the twenty one pilot's tickets coming up here in a
few minutes. We're talking about engagement and the right time

(03:38):
to do so.

Speaker 2 (03:39):
If there is a right time.

Speaker 5 (03:41):
Do not get married in your twenties. You have so
much more life to live. Just live your life, have fun,
explore adventure, meet new people, just have fun, enjoy it.
I got married in my twenties. I regret it.

Speaker 1 (03:57):
Wow.

Speaker 3 (03:58):
Okay, Well, thank you for being vulnerable and honest and
for the talk back with Tiff the microphones in the
top right hand corner.

Speaker 2 (04:05):
Again, no opinion is wrong.

Speaker 3 (04:07):
The reason why we're even talking about this, if you're
just walking into the conversation is I had posted up
some Instagram stories of me trying on some diamond rings
Genesis Diamonds is a big sponsor of Tiff in the Morning,
so I wanted to go in there and check them out.
But it even led to my own group text being like, Tiff,
are you in the market for an engagement ring?

Speaker 2 (04:25):
And I'm not. But it kind of made me panic
a little.

Speaker 3 (04:27):
Bit, and I was a little embarrassed about that, like
should I be in a different phase of life to
get married?

Speaker 2 (04:32):
What's the right? What's the wrong?

Speaker 3 (04:33):
So thanks for putting my mind at ease. Coming up
three minutes from now, your chance at the tickets.

Speaker 2 (04:40):
You're waking up with Tiff in the morning on Kiss
one oh seven to one. Good morning.

Speaker 3 (04:43):
I'm hoping you have a keyword for me, engagement. Congratulations,
you got the keyword. You're going to see twenty one
pilots on Thursday.

Speaker 2 (04:53):
So excited for you. You a big top fan. Oh
my god, Well look at you. My I hope you're
having a good Tuesday. I am, thank you so much.
You're welcome. What's your name? My neighborhood are waking up
with men?

Speaker 4 (05:07):
Yeah, my name's Elizabeth.

Speaker 2 (05:08):
Elizabeth. Where are you driving around?

Speaker 4 (05:10):
I know you're in the CA I am I'm actually
getting ready to go see my father in law, but
uc who had a major open heart surgery and he's
doing amazing, so I'm get read them.

Speaker 3 (05:22):
Yes, well, vibes are high even if the situation is low. Yes, well,
thank you for listening to Tiff in the morning.

Speaker 4 (05:28):
Thank you, Thank you, You're welcome.

Speaker 2 (05:30):
Do you have any comments on the engagement ring stuff?
I do.

Speaker 4 (05:33):
I've been thinking about it every since I heard you
talking about it, and I just can't get it out
of my brain. And I know that everybody has, you know,
their personal experience that they want to put us onto
other people like you know this is this is everybody
should get married by a third age, or you should
go and have fun. But I think it really comes
down to the individual. It comes down to what your

(05:56):
needs in your once. It just comes down to the individual.
Because I've heard people meet somebody and they were engaged
within a month, and twenty years later they're still together.
That's my story. That is not for everybody. Okay, Well
we heard of people finding their love in their eighties,
and so everybody has a personal difference and need. Not

(06:17):
everybody fits in the box.

Speaker 2 (06:19):
Well, thank you. I feel a lot lighter after that. Take.

Speaker 3 (06:22):
If you're just walking into the convo. You can get
a little peak as to what we were talking about.
On my Instagram stories, I posted up some rings that
led to some conversation amongst my group text and then
it made me panic a little bit, and you just
put me a little bit more at ease.

Speaker 2 (06:38):
You can get caught up on the podcast later. I'll
post everything. Okay.

Speaker 3 (06:42):
If you're sitting in your thirties and you're stressed about
your timelines and your clock, just know that you've got
a friend in me, and you've got an ear with
me if you want to chat about it. But we're
still commercial free. We're not far off from three things
you need to know. We've got albums to talk about,
new music and Joe Burrow, tob I should say. And
if you took an l on E top tickets, John

(07:03):
John will get you this afternoon.

Speaker 2 (07:04):
We'll have more chances tomorrow on my show as well.
