Speaker 1 (00:00):
You're waking up with this in the morning.
Speaker 2 (00:02):
Kiss let us seven to one. So this conversation, we're
going to talk about your office etiquette, office etiquette, d'es,
and don't it very much reminds me of a conversation
that we had about pet peeves that went towards that
same direction a couple of weeks ago. So maybe you
heard it then and you didn't contribute, But something has
(00:24):
happened since then, and now you want to. The reason
why I'm bringing it up is because you actually started
this conversation by using that talkback feature on the iHeartRadio app,
which I check every ten seconds, just about.
Speaker 1 (00:36):
Can we talk about office etiquette please? Now, With like
all these companies coming back to return to office right now,
it's just kind of crazy.
Speaker 3 (00:44):
People don't know how to act.
Speaker 2 (00:47):
Well, thank you. The microphone is in the top right
hand corner of that same app I just mentioned. You
just hold that down. It's like leaving me a voice note. Well,
two things that made me curious about that is I
feel like a lot of my friends have gone back
into office, but the ones that have not are really
upset about having to go back. If that is the case,
you'll have to contribute if you know you're feeling the
(01:09):
same way on that one office etiquette dues, and don't
I already know that someone is gonna let me know
about the microwave situation. What's going on the fridge, the microwave,
the kitchen, the passive aggressive notes that we have in
our own kitchen. I can imagine what yours are like,
you know, the dishes, the food in the sink, what
(01:31):
is it for you? A very good friend of mine
in this office, she works in our promotions department.
Speaker 3 (01:38):
Shout out to Katie.
Speaker 2 (01:39):
We love her. She You can always tell that she's
entering the building about forty five minutes before she even
gets there because the perfume that she wears is so strong.
I'm like, Oh, I'm like, Katie's here, Katie's here. I
can smell her. Talk back with TIV on the iHeartRadio
app Let's Talk Office, Do use and don't. We'll get
(02:01):
to you next. Good morning, Hi, good morning. You're waking
up with TIF in the morning on kisue oh seven one.
We're in the midst of talking about office etiquette, a
conversation that was actually started by one of our talkbackers.
So that's what we're in the midst of checking at
the moment. That's what you're walking into.
Speaker 1 (02:16):
My biggest office pet peeve is microwaves. And it's not
even about what people microwaves like, fish, not great, but whatever.
I'd rather have that than the fact that our people
don't know how to use a microwave. We have a
ton of staff and our microwave has comme on fire twice,
maybe three times, and so we've been down to one
(02:38):
microwave for months until we get a new one. And
it's like, how do you not know how to use
a microwave?
Speaker 2 (02:42):
Wow, I can't believe you have multiple microwaves in your office.
Speaker 3 (02:46):
Thank you for the talkbacklits.
Speaker 2 (02:47):
If you two can leave me voice notes, it's just
an alternative way to contribute. Don't overthink it, don't get
stressed about it. You can also call me as well.
It's an iHeartRadio app feature. I was thinking about this
while we were just playing Miguel, what my office pet
peeve is, or at least office etiquette? And I think,
and this you're gonna be like, oh, this track's for you,
tiff trinkets and clutter. I can't. I can't. There's a
(03:13):
man that works here got them over at seven hundred WLW.
His studio looks like an a museum of memorabilia, which
is so unnecessary, I think at the office. I even
think it's unnecessary at home. But you knew I grew up,
you know, I grew up in that hoarder house. So
anything that doesn't need to be there goes in the
(03:35):
trash and so whatever bobblehead or I mean, even pens.
The man has seventy five pens. I'm not kidding. That
sounds like an exaggeration. It's not to me that feels unnecessary.
You need like three Come on, Nah.
Speaker 3 (03:51):
Hey, this is a PSA. The colorkers that are going
back to the office. Here's a food that you don't reheat,
holly flow or it stinks worse than fish. Just say no,
it's going to smell up every last room. You don't
want to trust me, just don't reheat it cauliflower, it
(04:13):
will smell like taka.
Speaker 2 (04:14):
Oh wow, okay, well, thank you for sharing that. And
you're not wrong. All those health initiatives you put into
place in January and you bring them back into the office.
Oh yeah, speaking of it was five years ago today
that the COVID nineteen was declared a national pandemic. I
don't even want to go back there. Leave your cauliflower
(04:35):
in the pandemic at home.
