Speaker 1 (00:00):
I forgot to turn my microphone on Good Morning you
or what happens at least once a week, so I
feel like anytime you catch it, it's a little treat.

Speaker 2 (00:06):
It's like finding the frog at the Trader Joe's. I
go to the one in Kenwood.

Speaker 1 (00:10):
You were waking up with Tip in the morning on
Kiss one O seven one commercial free. I was just
screaming those two songs back to back that we played
in my You know, if you're wondering what I do
in this box while the music is playing, you can
get a taste on my social at the Tiff to
F's Potter like the Wizard. I like to remind you
that we're commercial free for the rest of the hour.
And if you've never tested out the iHeart Radio app,

(00:32):
go ahead and jump in on it. That's an alternative
way to listen, participate, give your you know whatever.

Speaker 3 (00:39):
You know.

Speaker 2 (00:39):
It was a lot happening. Just search Kiss one O
seven one.

Speaker 1 (00:42):
In fact, the iHeart Radio app is where you can
leave me talkbacks with Tiff, and that is where we're
going this hour.

Speaker 4 (00:49):
Hi. So I'm eighteen.

Speaker 3 (00:50):
I'm a senior in high school and I've had four
boyfriends since about seventh grade, two of which that lasted
a year.

Speaker 4 (00:57):
And two years.

Speaker 3 (00:58):
So I think I'm pretty.

Speaker 4 (00:59):
Well experience with the younger dating game.

Speaker 3 (01:02):
And I would say that I would much.

Speaker 4 (01:04):
Rather guy take me out to like a cheap date
like ice cream or the movies, than try to impress
me by using a coupon at an ice restaurant.

Speaker 3 (01:13):
That's just my opinion.

Speaker 2 (01:14):
Bye bye. That was so wise.

Speaker 1 (01:18):
I mean, eighteen years old, four boyfriendsince seventh grade?

Speaker 2 (01:22):
Girl, what is your secret?

Speaker 1 (01:27):
Thank you for the talkback with Tiff When you search
kiss on iHeartRadio. That microphone is in the top right
hand corner. You were so eloquently spoken, So thank you
for saying that. I also felt like, you know what,
She makes a great point. What are your thoughts about
coupons in dating? We're gonna get to that at eight twenty.
By the way, let's go with coupons. Coupon's coupons is

(01:49):
the keyword. Coupons is the keyword for the Alex Warren tickets.
You'll need that at eight thirty. In the meantime, what
are your thoughts on coupons in dating?

Speaker 2 (02:01):
You're waking up in the morning, Kiss times. The tough
tariffs are tough.

Speaker 1 (02:08):
How do you feel about coupon's in dating? Coupon, by
the way, is the key word that you are going
to need to win the Alex Warren tickets coming up
at eight thirty.

Speaker 3 (02:19):
I am all for frugal dates. So my husband and
I have been together for almost sixteen years, since we
were fourteen, and we're thirty now, but we've been married
for six and this weekend we had a date and
we literally.

Speaker 2 (02:32):
Made pizza together. That's it.

Speaker 3 (02:33):
So we bought like the we made the dough everything
and bought toppings, and it costs like maybe fifteen dollars
and we made a awesome pizza and it was really fun.
We listened to some tunes together while we did it.

Speaker 2 (02:44):
I do love that. Well, you're not necessarily in the
dating scene.

Speaker 1 (02:48):
Thank you for the talkback with Tiff, though I do
appreciate that microphone in the top right hand corner. That
is giving relationship, which I'm cool with.

Speaker 2 (02:56):
That sounds like a great time. I do that with
my friends, I do that with anyone. I do that
with a stranger. But nonetheless, you're talking about dating, you go.

Speaker 1 (03:05):
The reason why we're even talking about this this morning
is I had gotten a talkback earlier on the show.
Maybe I'll revisit it for you, but in the interest
of time, she essentially said, I would rather go on
a cheaper, lower cost date like a movie or just
sit across from each other have coffee and ice cream
or something, rather than them pull out a coupon to
use at a really nice restaurant. What are your thoughts

(03:27):
on them? The dating scene is interesting. I'm in it
myself and I've gone on about I don't know, like
a more less than twelve more than six dates with
Tom Brady, not the athlete.

Speaker 2 (03:44):
You'll have to get caught up on the podcast with
that story.

Speaker 1 (03:46):
And the latest date quote that we had gone on
was simply a walk in the park.

Speaker 2 (03:51):
And that was free and that was a great time.

Speaker 1 (03:54):
But I think that there's a certain number of dates
that you can start doing that again. The dating world,
to me is very new, so I am learning. I
am learning coupons for you might be an ick. What
are your thoughts five one, three, seven, four nine one
oh seven one. Just a quick reminder, coupon coopon is

(04:14):
the keyword for the Alex Warren tickets At eight thirty
Good Morning, You're waking up with Tim in the morning
on Kiss one oh seven to one. I almost feel
like coupons and gift cards are in the same category
as far as X go. When it comes to a day,
if you're just walking into the conversation, coupon is the
keyword that you're gonna need to win the Alex Warren

(04:34):
tickets here in a couple of minutes, and we got
onto this topic from an earlier talkback on the show.
IX are funny because every person's ick is very different,
but sometimes you have to actively swallow the ick when
you're sitting across from someone on a date.

Speaker 2 (04:50):
In the first couple of rounds.

Speaker 1 (04:52):
I am not currently in the dating scene, but I
don't ever think there's a wrong time for a coupon.

Speaker 2 (04:56):
You're saving money, You're being smart. That's good. Those are
good qualities to look for.

Speaker 1 (05:02):
You make a great point. Thank you for the talk
back with Tiff the you know what it is. I
don't necessarily think it's the act of saving money. It's
the explanation if you have the confidence to sit across
from someone on a date in its infancy, and when
that bill comes, you pull out the coupon and you

(05:24):
slide it into the billfold without having to over explain it.
Then I'm okay with it. It's the explanation that gives
it the ick.

Speaker 4 (05:32):
Oh my gosh, please don't post that last talk back,
my throat.

Speaker 2 (05:36):
I had to clear it out. Don't post this one either.
I didn't meant just then the last one. I'm so sorry.
Well now I'm convinced. What is it? What are you
talking about?

Speaker 4 (05:46):
If you're taking the time to plan and take me
out on a date, that is a more important using
a coupon on our own date.

Speaker 1 (05:55):
Yeah, hey girl, it's live radio. You hear me mess
up on the show all the time. Just come as
you are. You know my rules. Come as you are.
Thank you for the talkback with Stiff. We've got time
for one more.

Speaker 5 (06:07):
My sister went on a date with a guy and
they he picked her up and they had to go
back to his house because he had coupons for the
movie and a restaurant, and needless to say, she never
went out with him again.

Speaker 2 (06:19):
But it's the ick different for each person, all right.

Speaker 1 (06:23):
Coupon's the keyword that you're gonna need for the Alex
tickets here in three days, You're waking up.

Speaker 2 (06:30):
With Siff in the morning on one O seven to one.
My apologies, we got swept away a little bit.

Speaker 1 (06:34):
You can start dialing right now, right now if you
want to go see Alex Warren and you had the
keyword that I mentioned earlier in the show five one
three seven nine one seven one. He'll be here this
fall and he just had that super duper sold out
show at Bogart's on Sunday. We were in the midst
of talking about whether or not presenting a coupon on

(06:57):
a date is acceptable or not.

Speaker 2 (06:59):
In the infanties have been mixed, very mixed.

Speaker 4 (07:02):
So if you're taking the time to plan a date
with me that already is more important to me than
you using a coupon, I'd rather you save your money
and then maybe we can use that money elsewhere later
on if it.

Speaker 2 (07:15):
Works out with us.

Speaker 1 (07:16):
That's kind of I'm actually surprised girls have really leaned
into that answer today. I have not heard one negative thing,
mostly not one negative thing about coupon. For me, it's
not the act of the saving of the dollars. It's
the explanation that comes if you have the confidence to
take that coupon out slide it into that billfold and

(07:38):
not have to over explain it works for me, works
for me, all right. Hopefully you have a little bit
of a hint as to what we were talking about,
and that's the keyword.

Speaker 2 (07:48):
I have one more open phone line. Do you want
these tickets? Alex Warren five one three, seven, four nine
one seven one. Good luck? You're waking up with Tiff
in the morning on seven one. Good morning. I'm hoping
you have a keyword for me. I do coupon.

Speaker 1 (08:02):
Congratulations girl, your collar ten.

Speaker 2 (08:04):
You got the coupon. You got the coupon, You got.

Speaker 1 (08:06):
The tickets to go see Alex Warren with the keyword coupon.

Speaker 2 (08:09):
Well, what's your name here? You're welcome? What is your
name this morning? Where are you waking up with me?
My name is Libby and I'm calling from Norwood. Libby.

Speaker 1 (08:18):
Have you gone to Starlight Donuts? I have not, Girl,
Where are you off to right now? At work?

Speaker 2 (08:24):
Life? What I'm sitting in the parking lot going to work, skirt,
go back to Starlight.

Speaker 1 (08:28):
It's in your neighborhood and it is so the the
donuts are delicious.

Speaker 2 (08:33):
We're relocated. I don't know.

Speaker 1 (08:35):
Some random Dando side Street kind of like not obviously
not far from Factory fifty two.

Speaker 5 (08:40):
To look it up.

Speaker 2 (08:41):
Yeah, do it.

Speaker 1 (08:42):
I we got distracted, but we're talking about coupon dating,
yes or no, at the coupon.

Speaker 2 (08:47):
I'm all about coupons in its economy. Save a book, all.

Speaker 1 (08:50):
Right, guy, That has been the common answer today. Give
you some insight for your Memorial Day weekend dates. Okay,
if you took an l on these, do to again
tomorrow eight thirty ish. Set a reminder, and we are
not far off from the three things you need to know.
