Speaker 1 (00:01):
When you need to know she's got you.

Speaker 2 (00:04):
It's three things with TIF Well.

Speaker 3 (00:07):
It is most certainly a busy Friday of Labor Day weekend.
Where shall we start, I don't know, Maybe at the
fact that Taylor and Travis's first public appearance post engagement
was at none other than our very own home you see,
Bearcats versus Nebraska. Unfortunately, though, that did not happen here

(00:30):
in Cincinnati. It happened at Arrowheads Stadium. Before the game
got started, both Jason and Travis were trolling the field.

Speaker 4 (00:38):
Cincinnati back Cats, Man, We're about to take over Arrowhead.

Speaker 5 (00:42):
I could feel it.

Speaker 6 (00:43):
Baby, Bearcats always play good Arrowhead.

Speaker 5 (00:46):
Baby proops in to put it. Baby, shout out to
the Cats. I miss everybody. Back to Cincinnati. Let's pick
this one. Let's bring this one home.

Speaker 2 (00:53):
Baby.

Speaker 3 (00:54):
Unfortunately, we didn't end up taking the win. We didn't
take it home.

Speaker 7 (00:57):
We lost.

Speaker 3 (00:58):
But you know, it was twenty to seventeen. Here's the
head coach, were you Barma?

Speaker 8 (01:02):
Is certainly Cincinnati's home game, but it didn't feel like,
for sure, one of the louder stadiums that I've been
apart to play a game in. You know, it certainly
affected as offensively.

Speaker 3 (01:10):
Yeah, I don't think anyone cared about that game at all,
zero percent. I had to google what the score was
this morning. We were there for Taylor, and I was
not convinced that she was gonna go. Sarah at Least
from WUBN said, no, I really think she is. She
showed up late. I feel like the first, you know,
part of the festivities happened, and you know, even the

(01:30):
game kind of got started. From what I've read on
the internet, Sarah at least is gonna come in and
debrief us here in our seven o'clock hour. But she
strolled in not supporting any team. I noticed that she
didn't have any Beercat's gear on. She wasn't even wearing
the color red, and she typically always wears red inside
Arrowhead Stadium. But she was wearing, you know, like just

(01:51):
a cute, girly outfit. You could see her ring on
full display for the first time, and she just looked
at peace, like she was having a good time. Well,
we'll have more on this coming up but later on
in our seven o'clock hour. But yeah, Taylor and Travis
made their very first appearance at a at a Cincinnati
event post engagement der.

Speaker 6 (02:09):
Kat's always played good Air Ahead, Baby Baby m h.

Speaker 7 (02:15):
All right, second, and three things you need to know
this morning.

Speaker 3 (02:18):
Will Sabrina Carpenter come in and swoop in and save
summer of twenty twenty five with the song of Summer.

Speaker 7 (02:26):
We don't know yet.

Speaker 3 (02:27):
We're gonna be digesting the album for the first time together.
Man's Best Friend came out at midnight. She released the
second single, this is called Tears, with a music video.

Speaker 7 (02:37):
I'll play a clip for you.

Speaker 9 (02:51):
Tears.

Speaker 7 (02:55):
I like that one.

Speaker 3 (02:55):
I'm actually gonna have it for you in full, coming
up around seven oh five for New Music Friday, So
if you liked that, stick around for the full version.
She also said this album is not for the pearl clutters.

Speaker 10 (03:06):
It is not for the pear clutters.

Speaker 7 (03:08):
The album is not for any pro clutters.

Speaker 11 (03:11):
No, but I also think that even pearl clutters can
listen to an album like that in their own solitude, yes,
and find something that makes them smirk and chuckle to themselves.

Speaker 7 (03:23):
I like that. I love Sabrina Carpenter's humor.

Speaker 3 (03:25):
I think she's just she's got it, she's got she's
got something special to her.

Speaker 7 (03:30):
So I'll have more every hour.

Speaker 3 (03:32):
Actually, for a kiss one o seven one's New Music Friday,
I'll have a new Sabrina Carpenter song for you, all right.
And then lastly, in three Things you Need to Know,
what would a Labor Day weekend be without our Western
Southern at w EBN Fireworks or Riverfest is a free
event kicks off a Sunday afternoon, and then our Window
and a Pellou window and doors drone shown promptly at

(03:55):
nine oh one, followed by our Western and Southern w
EBN fire Works. I saw videos of Rozie getting all
set up that starts around nine fourteen, and the theme
this year is booms Day the musical. I'm super hype
for the soundtrack. There's a lot happening in Cincy right now.
That is three Things you need to Know for the
twenty ninth of August, We're gonna read some of the

(04:18):
Sabrina Carpenter lyrics coming up in our seven o'clock hour,
so don't go far. So what did you think could
Sabrina Carpenter or will Sabrina Carpenter swoop in and save
summer twenty twenty five with maybe a contender in the
final hours of summer for a tiff in the morning,
Sama summer.

Speaker 7 (04:38):
You're walking into Kissuano sev one number one.

Speaker 3 (04:40):
We are commercial free and it is new music Friday,
the world premiere of Sabrina Carpenter's new album Every Hour
on Tip in the Morning, You're gonna hear a new track,
and that one was titled Tears.

Speaker 7 (04:53):
The music video for that is out.

Speaker 3 (04:55):
And if you're curious on where Sabrina Carpenter is coming
from with this new album titled Man's Best Friend, here
she is.

Speaker 7 (05:02):
It is not for the pro clutures. The album is
not for any pro clutchres no.

Speaker 11 (05:07):
But I also think that even par clutters can listen
to an album like that in their own solitude and
find something that makes them smirk and chuckle to themselves.

Speaker 7 (05:19):
And because it's sexual, it's also very powerful. It's also
very vulnerable.

Speaker 11 (05:25):
I think that's the thing is sometimes people hear the
lyrics that are really bold and they go, I don't
want to sing this in front of other people.

Speaker 7 (05:31):
It's like it's almost too.

Speaker 11 (05:33):
It's TMI, but I think about being at a concert
with you. However, many young women I see in the
front row that are screaming at the top of their
LUNs with their best friends, and you can go like, oh,
we can all like sigh of relief.

Speaker 7 (05:47):
Like this is just fun.

Speaker 12 (05:48):
Good.

Speaker 3 (05:48):
Yeah, I love Sabrina Carpenter's personality, So I'm gonna play
songs off the album, like I said, every hour. In fact,
I'll have Sarah at least maybe read a few of
those lyrics coming up later on in the show. The
best way to keep listening and locking in on Tiff
in the Morning is by searching Kiss one oh seven
one on iHeartRadio.

Speaker 7 (06:04):
There is quite possibly.

Speaker 3 (06:06):
No better way to start off the Friday of Labor
Day weekend than that song right there. You know, you
never know is it seven am and you're two wheeling
it into the parking lot of school of work, or
is it seven pm and we're getting ready to go out?
The energy is the same here on Tiff in the Morning.
I appreciate you checking into Kiss one oh seven one.
We're commercial free shout out to ian listening right now.

Speaker 7 (06:27):
I appreciate that you know I do.

Speaker 3 (06:31):
We are your party playlist, not just today but throughout
the long holiday weekend. If you want to lock in,
make Kiss one oh seven one your number one preset
on the iHeartRadio app. Okay, we're buzzing in the office
this morning. There's a lot happening outside of the fireworks.
The biggest topic, like probably globally right now, is the
fact that Travis and Taylor were at their first public

(06:54):
appearance post engagement at a Cincinnati event. I mean, come on,
we've got a lot to debrief coming up in chit
chat Roulette.

Speaker 7 (07:03):
Can you give me a couple of minutes. We'll get
to that next.

Speaker 2 (07:07):
You're waking up.

Speaker 3 (07:10):
And everyone in the office hates Sarah and I right now,
but we're having a good morning.

Speaker 10 (07:15):
It's a millennial type of morning.

Speaker 3 (07:16):
It is a millennial type of morning, and it's big
weekend here. Outside of the fact that Taylor and Travis,
which we're going to debrief on in chit Chat Roulette,
had their first public.

Speaker 7 (07:26):
Appearance at a Cincinnati event.

Speaker 10 (07:28):
I predicted it, that's all. I really just say.

Speaker 3 (07:30):
It's our Western and Southern w EBN fireworks weekend.

Speaker 7 (07:33):
I mean, I'm just buzzing.

Speaker 3 (07:35):
It could be the weather's gone purfose. I mean, it
could be the pumpkin spice col Brew coffee that I
got this morning, but high thanks all right, special edition
at chit chat Roulette. We put five minutes on the
clock usually during big pop moments, and Sarah Lisa's making
a special appearance for a special edition today.

Speaker 13 (07:55):
You predicted it, I said, is going to be there.
She showed up a little late, but I mean cheered
on the Bearcats last night with her Man. Unfortunately I
had to see him lose to twenty to seventeen was
the final.

Speaker 10 (08:08):
But you know what, not one neither here nor there.
Tte was there.

Speaker 7 (08:12):
Yeah, not one person cared about this, and we.

Speaker 13 (08:14):
Could see the bling from no matter where you were
sitting in the stadium. I love the yellow gold, the
five million dollar rock on our little finger for real gorgeous.

Speaker 7 (08:24):
Yes or no, Princess Diana of our generation?

Speaker 10 (08:27):
Oh my gosh, I don't even know if I want
to compare the two.

Speaker 7 (08:30):
You right, You're right, You're right.

Speaker 10 (08:32):
They're two totally different women.

Speaker 13 (08:33):
But I think Taylor Swift is the most powerful woman
in the entire world. Who's a bigger name, a bigger
brand than Taylor?

Speaker 3 (08:42):
Right now, please tell me that they will make a
Taylor Swift beanie baby, put it in a glass box
and it will pay my college tu issues.

Speaker 10 (08:52):
No la boo boos? Are we kind? Of done with
the Laboo boos.

Speaker 3 (08:55):
I moved on from LABOUI like a long time ago,
But I was obsessed for a day.

Speaker 7 (08:59):
You really were. It became your identity.

Speaker 3 (09:00):
Yeah, okay, you stayed awake for Taylor walking into the stadium.

Speaker 7 (09:03):
I was asleep. Can you debrief me on things I missed?

Speaker 10 (09:06):
Oh my gosh.

Speaker 13 (09:06):
She showed up in this little Ralph Lauren sleeveless sweater
and a little skirt in her tall boots.

Speaker 10 (09:12):
She had, of course the bling on.

Speaker 13 (09:14):
It was the first time that we saw them out
together since they've been engaged. So they sat in the
suite together. They were with Pat Mahomes and Brittany Mahomes.
Of course, Jason and Travis were both there. She was
sitting in between both brothers. They're just one big, happy
family already.

Speaker 7 (09:28):
She did not wear red. That surprised you a little bit.

Speaker 13 (09:31):
Yeah, I think this city would have erupted if she
would have shown up in some sort of bear cat
gear or like wearing her Man's eighty seven jersey.

Speaker 3 (09:38):
You know who would have been on it immediately sincey
shirts oh all over immediately immediately. Maybe they could come
up with something on their own. Okay, outside of Taylor.
How are you feeling about the Western and Southern w
Edian fireworks?

Speaker 10 (09:52):
I'm so excited. It's Boomsday.

Speaker 13 (09:54):
The musical is the theme, so you're gonna hear a
bunch of fun musicals as part of the soundtrack. It's
going to to be about a thirty minute show. The
drones will start at nine oh one and fireworks going
off as in fourteen. That's the details, Sarah. But I
know how you're feeling.

Speaker 10 (10:07):
I'm excited. I love the theme. It's fun.

Speaker 3 (10:10):
It's stupid of me to ask this question because I
know and I know you. But what song are you
hoping is in the soundtracks?

Speaker 10 (10:16):
I knew it give me all the green fireworks. I
knew it and put it dead dead in the middle,
right there in the middle. I want imactic moments.

Speaker 7 (10:24):
I want it's the SIK Live Yes, and it rules.

Speaker 12 (10:31):
Okay.

Speaker 3 (10:32):
People hate us in this office already and there right
now to them, they're so grumpy.

Speaker 10 (10:37):
It's all old men around here, and they're just not happy.

Speaker 7 (10:40):
Something that I care about. It's new music. Friday and
Sabrina Carpenter's album came out. I just love two minutes.

Speaker 3 (10:46):
Her personality, She's cute, she's a little pollypocket.

Speaker 10 (10:49):
Yeah, the music is okay for me. I don't hate it.
I listened to the first five songs.

Speaker 7 (10:54):
Wow, you listen to way more than I did this morning.
What time do you get up?

Speaker 1 (10:58):
Yeah?

Speaker 13 (10:58):
I started around I'm all excited for fireworks. Okay, so
I just I was up. I think I started around
four fifteen.

Speaker 3 (11:07):
I'm going to have you read some of the lyrics
coming up here in a few minutes. Okay, they're not
for the pearl clutchers is kind of what she had
to say it, But I think that you'll be able
to add a fun.

Speaker 7 (11:17):
Flare and a good twist too.

Speaker 10 (11:18):
It's a naughty little gal.

Speaker 7 (11:20):
I like it outside me too, you know what, me too?

Speaker 10 (11:23):
She's fun.

Speaker 3 (11:24):
I'm and maybe it's because I identify with that stage
of life right now, so I like it.

Speaker 7 (11:29):
What else I mean?

Speaker 3 (11:29):
It's Labor Day weekend, weather is good, mother nature is sad, and.

Speaker 13 (11:34):
The Reds are back for a nine game homestand nine nine.
This is a huge, yeah, three game series with the
Cardinals this weekend, big divisional battle.

Speaker 10 (11:44):
We got the bobblehead. They're doing a big bobblehead giveaway
tomorrow night. I hunter Green and his little dog.

Speaker 7 (11:50):
Little Doggie.

Speaker 10 (11:51):
I have it in my studio, so heads up, it's
going to be a really crowded one on Saturday night.

Speaker 3 (11:55):
You know how I feel about bobbleheads. I know what
is it a letter for everyone?

Speaker 13 (12:02):
Because when I'm super cute, though, you go to make
an exception for this one.

Speaker 3 (12:06):
You go to a guy's house. He has a bobblehead collection.

Speaker 10 (12:10):
Oh you don't want to see my husband?

Speaker 7 (12:11):
Oh my, I can't.

Speaker 3 (12:12):
You don't want to see Speaking of men, we have
thirty seconds. I want to get your take on this
really quick. I'm thinking about bringing Tom Brady to our
fireworks company party.

Speaker 10 (12:23):
He has egzika.

Speaker 3 (12:24):
He has not asked me to be his girlfriend. What
do I introduce him as?

Speaker 1 (12:30):
So?

Speaker 10 (12:30):
This is my friend?

Speaker 7 (12:31):
Right, this is my friend, but that feels weird.

Speaker 10 (12:34):
Deserve the title until he actually asks.

Speaker 3 (12:37):
All right, we're gonna table that until eight o'clock. If
you have an opinion on it, five win, three, seven, four, nine,
one oh seven one or talk back with tiff on iHeartRadio.

Speaker 13 (12:45):
Happy brid is right the fireworks this weekend.

Speaker 2 (12:50):
You're waking up in the morning.

Speaker 3 (12:52):
All right, I've always wanted to work for the Quinn
app if you know, you know, If you don't know,
I'm sure it'll come across your TA talk algorithm because
AI is always listening. Okay, Illuminati's listen. I'm gonna test
out some of my vo skills and read the Sabrina
Carpenter lyrics that just came out on her new album

(13:13):
Man's Best Friend. At midnight, wh're world premiering songs every hour,
and I'm gonna see how well I do with these
lyrics that are not PG that I've made PG.

Speaker 1 (13:23):
Here we go.

Speaker 7 (13:24):
This is for the song titled Tears.

Speaker 3 (13:28):
I get at the thought of you, uh oh, being
a responsible guy treating me like you're supposed to do.

Speaker 7 (13:37):
Tears run down my let's say legs.

Speaker 3 (13:42):
A little initiative can go a very long long way. Baby,
Just do the dishes. I'll give you what you want,
a little communication. Yeah, that's my ideal. Foreplay assemble a
chair from Ikea, and I'm like, okay.

Speaker 7 (14:00):
How'd I do? How'd I do? You want to hear
a clip of the actual song. It's called tears.

Speaker 12 (14:18):
Tears.

Speaker 3 (14:23):
I did it a little differently, but like I said,
I'm testing out for the quinnette. Maybe you know the
assembled a chair for Ikea. Really got me because I'm like,
they're in no world. Am I ever going to assemble
a chair from Ikea? But if you do it all right?
Next song is called My Man on Willpower.

Speaker 7 (14:41):
Here we go.

Speaker 3 (14:43):
My Man on his Willpower is something I don't understand.
He fell in love with self restraint and now it's
getting out of hand. He used to be literally obsessed
with me. I'm suddenly the least sought after girl in
all the land. Oh, my man on his Willpower is
something I don't understand.

Speaker 7 (15:04):
Okay, here's a quick clip. What do you think? How
do I compare.

Speaker 9 (15:09):
Different hours?

Speaker 14 (15:19):
Now?

Speaker 3 (15:22):
I hadn't heard you know, I really hadn't heard that
song before I read that completely different. I'm gonna we're
gonna hear from Sabrina Carpenter and many other things. Well,
I guess two other things we're gonna hear from Sabrina
and a few others, and the three things you need
to know coming up in two songs good.

Speaker 1 (15:36):
Morning when you need to know She's got you, it's.

Speaker 2 (15:43):
Three things with tip on.

Speaker 3 (15:45):
A brand new tour announcement, Give me a hot sack,
And it's been a while since she's gone on tour.
Or just before eight o'clock on the twenty ninth of August,
Mother Nature just decided to throw herself a little picnic
party this weekend.

Speaker 7 (15:57):
Be you to Aul seventies.

Speaker 3 (16:00):
It's been the same way the last couple of days,
and that will last through the Western and Southern w
Eban fireworks.

Speaker 7 (16:05):
Okay, before we.

Speaker 3 (16:06):
Get to the tour announcement, let's go ahead and start
off with last night's Bearcats game. Do you care about
the score, because I don't think the world did. They
ended up taking the La Nebraska playing in Kansas City
at Arrowhead Stadium. Both Travis and Jason showed up for
the pregame, but Taylor Swift eventually got there.

Speaker 4 (16:23):
Cincinnati band Cats, Man, we're about to take over Arrowhead.

Speaker 5 (16:27):
I could feel it.

Speaker 6 (16:28):
Baby, Bearcats always play good Arrow Ahead.

Speaker 5 (16:31):
Baby Proof was in to put it. Baby shout out
to the Cats. I miss everybody back in Cincinnati.

Speaker 9 (16:36):
Mis take this one.

Speaker 7 (16:37):
Let's bring this one home.

Speaker 2 (16:38):
Baby.

Speaker 10 (16:39):
They ended up.

Speaker 7 (16:40):
I don't know what they brought home, but it wasn't
the win. Taylor was there.

Speaker 3 (16:43):
I'm sure you'll scroll plastic videos at some point today.
She showed up, maybe twenty or thirty minutes late. According
to what Sarah Lee said earlier on the show, I
was not awake for it. In fact, I didn't think
she was gonna go, but she did, and they looked
like one big, happy family. In fact, it was the
first public appear for the two of them post engagement
at a Cincinnati event.

Speaker 7 (17:05):
If you care, here's the head coach environment.

Speaker 8 (17:08):
There's certainly Cincinnati's home game, but it didn't feel like,
for sure, one of the louder stadiums that I've been
apart to play a game in. You know, it's certainly
affected as offensively.

Speaker 3 (17:15):
And it's not that I don't care about the Bearcats,
of course. It was just like a big pop culture moment.
The next game they have is against Bowling Green at
three thirty.

Speaker 7 (17:24):
I believe it's home game next Saturday. All right.

Speaker 3 (17:27):
The second and three things you need to know Ariana
Grande announced that she is going on tour. And if
you remember, I played this clip, oh, I don't know,
maybe a year ago she had said she was taking
a break from tour.

Speaker 15 (17:39):
I'm gonna say something so scary. It's gonna scare the
abit out of my fans and everyone. But I love
them and they'll deal and we'll be here forever. I'm
always gonna make music. I'm always gonna go on stage.
I'm always gonna do pop stuff. I pinky promise. But
I don't think doing it at the rate that I've
been doing it for the past ten years is where
I see the next ten years for you.

Speaker 10 (18:01):
I think.

Speaker 7 (18:01):
I love acting, I love musical theater.

Speaker 12 (18:04):
I think.

Speaker 3 (18:04):
And now she's back announcing that tour. September tenth, tickets
go on sale. She hasn't gone on tour in seven years,
and it will kick off June sixth of next summer
in Oakland. Unfortunately, there are no Sincy dates and nothing
that's that close to us. But I'm assuming there'll be
more tour dates added. Right now, we've got a few

(18:25):
in California, Oakland, LA, and then Austin, Texas for two nights,
and then two nights in Sunrise, Florida, plus some London dates.

Speaker 7 (18:34):
I think she'll add more. I think she will.

Speaker 3 (18:37):
She's about to go out on the next press run
for Wicked, and dare I say this makes her maybe
a little bit more of a viable candidate for a.

Speaker 7 (18:45):
Super Bowl halftime performance? All right? Even lastly, in three
Things you need to know.

Speaker 3 (18:49):
It is our Western and Southern web and fireworks weekend,
Boom's Day, the musical Speaking of musicals in Wicked is
the theme I'm hoping we hear a little bit from
Ariana Grande and Cynthia revo in. The soundtrack kicks off
at nine point fourteen, but first our Pella Window Indoors
Drone show starts promptly at nine oh one. Riverfest is

(19:10):
free and I sit on the Kentucky side.

Speaker 7 (19:12):
That is three things you need to know for. That's
because that's where I can get free alcohol.

Speaker 3 (19:16):
That's three things you need to know for the twenty
ninth of August.

Speaker 7 (19:20):
Coming up at eight oh five, we're commercial frea good morning.

Speaker 2 (19:23):
You're waking up with fifth in the morning time, kiss us.

Speaker 7 (19:25):
One good morning.

Speaker 3 (19:27):
Could I get your take on something? What do you
introduce someone as? Why does that sound weird in my head?
How do you introduce someone that you're not newly dating anymore,
but you're not quite boyfriend and girlfriend yet, you're not
officially there yet, but you're about to introduce that person
to important people in your life?

Speaker 7 (19:48):
What do you refer to them as? Please help me
talk back with tiff On.

Speaker 3 (19:54):
iHeartRadio microphone is in the top righthing corner. Be the
first to do so this morning, actually, so if you're
curious on the tail, hopefully you're set with an iced coffee.
I have been dating someone for six months and I'm
extremely happy and I am a okay with our timeline.
We have had personal conversations about this. I set the standard,

(20:15):
he is set the pace, and I'm cool with it,
very very very slow burn. We've been dating for six months,
but he hasn't asked me yet to be his girlfriend,
and like I said, I'm okay with that timing. However,
our Western and Southern WBN fireworks are this weekend and
we have a very big VIP client party and it's
just a big party that I'm going to and I think,

(20:36):
for the first time, I'm gonna bring someone around people
that are important to me in that capacity.

Speaker 7 (20:44):
But I don't know what to call him.

Speaker 3 (20:46):
I can't be like, hey, this is Tom Brady. By
the way, if you're like, why do you refer to
this man as Tom Brady? Does he play NFL football?
Can he throw a spiral? And the answer is absolutely not.
And he couldn't be further from that, and where's Teva Sandals?
On our first date back in March of this year,

(21:09):
he's into jiu jitsu and I had said, oh, to
find common ground on a first date, I said, oh,
jiu jitsu is how Tom Brady lost Giselle, you know,
Giesel bunchin I don't love other jiu jitsu instructor. And
he goes, who's Tom Brady? And I nearly collapsed, And
I couldn't tell if that was a red flag or not,
but I kept showing up and here we are. No,

(21:29):
he's really special and I really really enjoy his company.
And again we've had conversation, and you know, it's nice
to date someone that's completely removed from the world that
I am so immersed in every day.

Speaker 7 (21:39):
It's nice.

Speaker 3 (21:40):
It's a good balance, except for the Teva Sandals, but
I've gotten used to him.

Speaker 7 (21:46):
At least he hasn't put socks on with them.

Speaker 12 (21:48):
All right.

Speaker 3 (21:49):
But again, he's getting ready to come to this party
with me on Sunday. And when I walk up to
my boss, what.

Speaker 7 (21:55):
Do I say? This is my this is who, this is.

Speaker 3 (22:00):
His name, this is a friend friend? Feels a little
cold and icy, but that that's what he ye.

Speaker 7 (22:08):
I don't know what else to say.

Speaker 3 (22:10):
I haven't done something like this in a really long time,
So I'm being I'm being vulnerable right now.

Speaker 7 (22:15):
And I hope you can support me on that. I
hope you can. I hope you know.

Speaker 3 (22:18):
I hope that you can help, because even just the
thought of introducing someone new in my life is a
very big deal for me.

Speaker 7 (22:26):
And I'm panicking a little bit.

Speaker 3 (22:29):
So talk back with tiff On iHeart if you are like,
I don't understand how voice notes work. I can't handle
this right now, totally fine. Five point three seven four
nine one oh seven to one. What do you introduce
someone as if you're not official?

Speaker 7 (22:43):
How do you introduce that person to new people?

Speaker 1 (22:45):
Hi?

Speaker 7 (22:46):
Good morning.

Speaker 3 (22:46):
So fun fact, I won my high school talent show
lip syncing to that song, and it's always been one
of my favorites. I used to watch it on MTV
Hits and MTV Jams. Baby Kiss one oh seven one
is your party playlist through out the Labor Day weekend
and make us your number one pre set on the
iHeartRadio app and I will take care of the bangers
for you, all right. If you're just walking into the conversation.

(23:09):
We're gonna start with your talkbacks. How do you introduce
someone in your life that you're dating but you're not
official yet, when you introduce that person to important people
in your life, what do you refer to the mess.

Speaker 14 (23:23):
Hey, Tiff, I just wanted to talk about how you're
going to introduce Tom Brady at the fireworks this weekend.
I would just say, Hey, this is Tom Brady and
we've been dating and I'm excited to bring him here
and introduce him to you. I don't think you have
to go further than that or call him anything. Just
say you've been dating.

Speaker 3 (23:39):
Okay, Yeah, that just feels so much like so much
exclamation explanation. Wow, you can tell it's a Friday and
my brain is short circuiting. Thank you for the talkback
with Tiff. Your insight is much much, much appreciated. Microphone
is in the top right hand corder when corner. When
you search kiss on the I her radio app, you'll

(24:00):
just see that little microphone there. If you're just walking
into the conversation for the first time. On this Labor
Day Friday, I am bringing the person that I've been
dating for a little while to a company party we're
not officially yet, so I didn't know what to call him.

Speaker 7 (24:14):
Samantha and I were dming back and forth.

Speaker 3 (24:17):
We're kind of firing on all cylinders on the show today,
and she said, just use his first name. So are
you telling me that I'm just overthinking it right now?
You know, every once in a while, I too, am
just a girl.

Speaker 1 (24:30):
Glenn. You need to know she's got you.

Speaker 2 (24:34):
It's three Things with Tim.

Speaker 7 (24:36):
Good morning, Cincinnati's on the map.

Speaker 4 (24:38):
Cincinnati Bad Cats.

Speaker 6 (24:41):
Man, We're about to take over Arrowhead.

Speaker 9 (24:42):
I could feel it.

Speaker 6 (24:43):
Baby, Bearcats always play good Arrowhead.

Speaker 5 (24:45):
Baby Proof is in to put it. Baby, shout out
to the Cats. I miss everybody back in Cincinnati.

Speaker 7 (24:51):
Let's pick this one.

Speaker 6 (24:52):
Let's bring this one home.

Speaker 2 (24:53):
Baby.

Speaker 3 (24:53):
Well, they ended up taking to l Bah Travis Jason
and Taylor, Brittany Mahomes, Patrick Mahomes. I don't know if
Patrick was there. We're at the Bearcat's game last night.
They ended up taking the l But they're back home,
home home next Saturday, I believe. With that being said,
you know, the New Heights episode, as people start to

(25:15):
break it down a little bit, few things. One, we're
learning a little bit more about Taylor's engagement. Apparently the
people that were doing all the floral arrangements.

Speaker 7 (25:24):
I did not know this.

Speaker 3 (25:25):
We're still working on the floral arrangements in Travis's backyard
and had to hide in the bushes.

Speaker 15 (25:30):
And may they got it already there.

Speaker 10 (25:32):
We actually saw them coming in hitting the bushes, so
they weren't part of it.

Speaker 7 (25:36):
Oh, so they would whoopsies.

Speaker 3 (25:40):
On the New Heights podcast, they also talked about how
Jason is now Easter egg hunting.

Speaker 16 (25:45):
And I know she'd mentioned that it's going to be
a lot more pop beats and everything, but it's just
it's still so poetic and how she like her melodies
and her references and stuff. It's just so much fun
to listen to. Man, I've been dancing all throughout the house.

Speaker 10 (25:58):
I'm me deep right now in the swifty Easter egg.

Speaker 12 (26:03):
Hunting, I am all over. Yeah. Are you what's that
Pinocchio doing behind you?

Speaker 16 (26:09):
What do you mean that's cause?

Speaker 12 (26:11):
Is it still there?

Speaker 5 (26:13):
Yeah?

Speaker 7 (26:16):
And they said, all right, let's just move on.

Speaker 3 (26:17):
I know Jason is going to leak something that man
cannot keep it together, so we'll be watching him closely.

Speaker 7 (26:23):
Also, do you know who Steve?

Speaker 12 (26:24):
Is it?

Speaker 3 (26:25):
Kornaki Norton Stephen Steve Karnaki is what they call him.

Speaker 7 (26:30):
He always does the election coverage.

Speaker 3 (26:33):
You know, this man is on like CNN, I believe,
or NBC one of those affiliates, and he's coming on
to do Taylor Swift numerology now.

Speaker 7 (26:42):
And then how about this?

Speaker 8 (26:43):
Yesterday was August twenty sixth That would be thirteen plus
to'd be two thirteen, So I don't know, she says
she doesn't, But then you.

Speaker 7 (26:52):
See favorite corresponding. I mean, hey, we need this right
now in America. All right.

Speaker 3 (26:59):
The second in three things you need to know this morning.
It is new music Friday. Sabrina Carpenter's new album is that.
We've been playing a song from it every hour on
the show. If you haven't had a clip yet of
a song called tears, here you go, Hi, she posted

(27:23):
on social media yesterday. Let me pull it up for
you real quick, quick lost in here we go, Man's
best friend is out now. How special to make something
out of pure inspiration and zero pressure. I don't think
I've had greater memories making something before when I made
this entire record, And if I could just turn back
time and relive these Memories. I would we know that

(27:45):
Sabrina is on Taylor's new album, which is coming out
in just about a month. I'll have a new song
for you in full coming up at the beginning of
our nine o'clock hour.

Speaker 7 (27:54):
And then, lastly, in three Things You Need to.

Speaker 3 (27:55):
Know, Ariana Grande announced that she is going back on
tour for the first first time in seven years. Tickets
go on sale September tenth. No dates and sincy yet,
but I'll keep my eyes on it. That is three
things you need to Know. For the twenty ninth of August.
Our Western and Southern web and Fireworks are this Sunday
for free down at Riverfest. I'm gonna have John Barrett
join the show.

Speaker 2 (28:16):
Next you're waking up with Fifth in the morning.

Speaker 3 (28:20):
Good morning, and welcome back to Tips Community Corner, where
I introduce you to the people, the places, and the
things that make up our Cincinnati neighborhoods. And we've got
just a special man in the studio to them, John Barrett,
the Boss, the Boss.

Speaker 7 (28:34):
At Western and Southern.

Speaker 3 (28:35):
In honor of our Western and Southern WEBN fireworks coming
up on Sunday.

Speaker 7 (28:40):
Riverfest is just a couple of days away.

Speaker 17 (28:42):
Mister Barrett, It's going to be a great weekend. It
always is, but the weather is blessing.

Speaker 13 (28:46):
Us this year.

Speaker 7 (28:47):
I am superstitious, so I haven't looked. Knock on wood.

Speaker 12 (28:52):
I don't think we have rain. Maybe Tuesday or Wednesday.

Speaker 3 (28:57):
I know it's been lovely. It's been so lovely, and
knock on wood, we've had.

Speaker 7 (29:01):
Really pretty good weather for all of our fireworks.

Speaker 12 (29:04):
Well, summer kind of was over. Like last Sunday.

Speaker 7 (29:07):
What happened?

Speaker 12 (29:08):
Just all of a sudden, you got cool on Monday.

Speaker 7 (29:11):
I know. Do you think it'll last or do you
think Mother Nature's playing?

Speaker 17 (29:13):
Oh we'll have warm weather again, I promise. Okay, Well,
don't turn your air conditioners off of the season.

Speaker 2 (29:18):
Okay.

Speaker 3 (29:19):
This weekend is always so bittersweet because it's the cap
off to summer, but it's with the one of the
biggest celebrations in the country. If you're familiar, I always
like to shout those out who are not familiar, because
I too was once new to our Western and Southern
web and fireworks. It really is one of the most
spectacular shows. And you'll be there.

Speaker 17 (29:36):
We're gonna be there, and we're already planning next year,
which will be our fiftieth anniversary, and we want to
make it truly one of the most memorable fireworks shows
in the country. Yeah, and so we're kind of like
talking a little bit. Now, get your hotel rooms now,
because I don't think you're gonna want to miss it.
But this year's gonna be great, and we're gonna celebrate

(29:56):
Bowood's forty nine years since he started. He just passed
away a few weeks ago, and he was a wonderful
Cincinnati and he loved our city and he really did
a lot of stuff that was unique first time stuff,
which is great. And that's one of the great things
about our city. We have the best of the best

(30:17):
at about twenty twenty different things. And one of the
things is our entertainment's prediumn good.

Speaker 1 (30:23):
We're so good.

Speaker 3 (30:24):
Speaking of entertainment, Booms Day the musical is the theme.
So what soundtrack song are you kind of hoping is there.

Speaker 12 (30:30):
I'm not going to go there because I'm sworn to secrecy.

Speaker 7 (30:34):
I know I'm hoping.

Speaker 3 (30:36):
I've got a few that I'm hoping are in there,
but that as someone behind the scenes here, that's kind
of what we always chitchat about of like what's going
to be what's the soundtrack going to be?

Speaker 14 (30:44):
Like?

Speaker 12 (30:44):
What I'm sure about is you might hear a frog.

Speaker 7 (30:48):
Already.

Speaker 3 (30:49):
Okay, can you give me your best remit you heard
it here on Tip in the morning, Unbelie, John Barrett.
What else do I need to know about this weekend?
Or what else do you want to get into it?

Speaker 17 (30:57):
And it's going to be a wonderful weekend. This is
a fireworkshit you do not want to miss. And the
whole city comes together as it always does. Sure, and
this is just another special weekend.

Speaker 3 (31:07):
And I want to thank Western and Southern for seeing that,
like on a really special level and saying, hey, we
want to make sure that this continues for Cincinnatians and
Northern Kentuckians.

Speaker 12 (31:17):
Right.

Speaker 17 (31:17):
We've done the same thing with the Thanksgiving Day Race.

Speaker 7 (31:22):
Love that race.

Speaker 17 (31:22):
The whole purpose is to have a wonderful, memorable weekend here,
cause families to have their Thanksgiving here as opposed to
another place where their siblings are. That's been We have
Ride Cincinnati coming up and I think it's the thirteenth
of September and it's going to be a great deal

(31:42):
And much of the rides through Kentucky along the river.
It's beautiful and it's a good course for people who
like to ride.

Speaker 12 (31:49):
It's a good course.

Speaker 3 (31:50):
John Barrett the boss at Western and Southern, and we
will see him at our Western and Southern web and fireworks.
The first drone show, the Pella Window and Doors Drone
Show kicks off at nine oh one and then the
first Big Boom for Booms Day to Musical at nine
to fourteen, and we will see you down there.

Speaker 12 (32:09):
We'll be there.

Speaker 7 (32:10):
Thanks for coming into tenf for in the morning.

Speaker 2 (32:12):
You're waking up with fifth in the morning. Kids.

Speaker 3 (32:15):
I bet you'd be a great person to talk to
about this. What do you refer to someone as that
you're dating? You're not newly dating, but you're not official yet.
When you introduce that person to someone important in your life,
like coworkers, what do you refer to them as you're
walking into the daily debrief?

Speaker 18 (32:33):
Hey, Tiff, you just say hey, this is Tom. This
is who I'm seeing right now, if you want to
say all of your business, or you just be like, hi,
this is Tom, and you.

Speaker 12 (32:44):
Got on about your business.

Speaker 18 (32:47):
This is Dorothea Colin from BCRTA and that's La County
Regional Transit Authority, and I hope you have a great
weekend and a great holiday.

Speaker 3 (33:00):
Fia my girl from the Butler County Regional Transit Authorities.
She always checks in with me on the iHeartRadio app.
I really appreciate that. I know you're out there driving
people around that I'm wondering, do you drive people around
for our Western and Southern web and fireworks.

Speaker 7 (33:14):
It'd be good to know about that one. Thank you
for your insight.

Speaker 3 (33:17):
If you're just walking into the conversation, you know they'll
have to get caught up on the full breakdown in
the podcast at some point, but I needed your advice
on something there.

Speaker 19 (33:26):
With that, Hey Tiffany, this is gumballhead. I would specifically
just say, hey, this is so and so, and I'm
excited to introduce you. To let everybody else make that
deduction on their own.

Speaker 7 (33:37):
Okay. I love that.

Speaker 3 (33:38):
I loved how you use my full government name too.
I don't get Tiffany very often, although it is my
first full name, Tiffany Potter, Tiffany like the Diamond, Potter,
like the Wizard. Search that name on the free iHeart
Radio app to get caught up on the podcast. We
had a lot of different varying opinions. Maybe you two
are going to be introducing someone new in your life
to important people over a holiday weekend at a Labor

(34:00):
Day cookout or something. Okay, happy Friday, Happy Friday of
Labor Day weekend, a reminder that same iHeart Radio app
is where you can go to get music all weekend long.

Speaker 7 (34:09):
We'll be playing your bangers.

Speaker 1 (34:12):
You're waiting up with Tip in the morning. Done, kiss,
good morning.

Speaker 3 (34:16):
There is nothing better than a long holiday weekend, full stop, right,
it just feels good. I hope you have some time
to enjoy yourself and feel fulfilled with whatever that whatever
that is for you, nature, water, fireworks, family, friends. Maybe
you gotta work a little bit. I hope you can
at least get some sun on your face and really

(34:37):
soak it up for the unofficial end of summer. I
laugh to keep from crying. It is really hard for
me to let go of summer every year, and I
get excited about the bang. I had a pump Hey,
I had pumpkin cold foam on the top of my
iced coffee this morning, and that made me happy. But
nothing makes me happier than later sunset and just being

(34:57):
able to go outside without a jacket on. I know
that there are some that are really geared up and
ready to go for the fall weather. You must be
loving the weather this week. Speaking of weather, someone told
me I am superstitious, so I haven't looked. But someone
did tell me that the weather for our Western and
Southern WUEB and Fireworks show on Sunday looks and I'm

(35:19):
gonna have to trust their judgment because I'm superstitious. But
if it's anything like it's been, We're gonna have a
good time. Don't forget that we're you know, we're down there.
It's free. I sit on the Kentucky side, but.

Speaker 1 (35:30):
That's because that's where I can get alcohol for free.

Speaker 3 (35:33):
So you'll have to let me know which side you're
sitting on, and if you'll be down there, I would love.
Nothing makes me happier than running into listeners and people
that are a part of our community and our show
every day. So if we're not connected, I'm at the
tip to F's potter like the Wizard. We'll be back
after the long holiday weekend, and don't forget Kiss is
your party playlist all weekend long. You can make us

(35:53):
your number one precent on the iHeartRadio app.
