on kJ one three. We got John on the second
date update. Hi John, are you done?

Speaker 2 (00:09):
Good morning?

Speaker 1 (00:09):
So you have no idea why you're not getting another
day with Laura?

Speaker 2 (00:12):
No, And I'm totally confused. You know, great first date,
not just me she said it was. I mean, she
was gonna making plans on future dates. Oh I think
we should go there, so grape vibes, and that just
got weird, you know, weird calls one straight voicemail. I
I'm the bother, you know, but she's the one. I mean,

(00:32):
she's the one that was talking about the future dates,
which is just so crazy.

Speaker 1 (00:36):
So you're on the first date, she's going, oh, we
should do this, we should spend time together doing this
and all that. But when you've tried to set that up,
it's it's almost like you're bothering her. She doesn't respond. Correct.
That is confusing.

Speaker 2 (00:49):
I'm sorry about that.

Speaker 1 (00:50):
Okay, well, you know how, We'll get Lauren on the
phone and we'll just ask her what's because we're confused
now too, Okay, what's going on? All right, we'll talk
to her. Next second date update kJ World three TJ
Amanda and Jay Rod in the morning. This is j
Amanda and j Rod's second date updates on kJ one three.
Lauren on the second date update. Thanks for coming on, Lauren.

Speaker 3 (01:13):
Hey, Lauren, thanks for having me.

Speaker 1 (01:15):
So were you feeding John a bunch of ball on
your first date? Because he got the vibe you were
having fun, you were talking about going on future dates
and places you would go and then nothing.

Speaker 3 (01:27):
I feel bad saying this, but I just can't.

Speaker 1 (01:33):
Yes, maybe you got the You're fine, go ahead, we
predect you.

Speaker 3 (01:38):
So we met at the restaurant and like, he had
a table when I arrived, and we had this amazing meal,
and you know, conversation was great, and we did talk
about going out again. I was feeling, like I'd say,
I don't know, eighty five percent confident at this point
and spending quality time with him again.

Speaker 1 (01:58):
What happened the other fifteen percent? What's going on?

Speaker 3 (02:04):
Okay, I'm leaving and I see John get on his
motorcycle and he's dressed in this like leather Spider Man
outfit when it's like a leather clothes that my motorcycle
riders wear or whatever, but red and black like a
legit full blown Spider Man.

Speaker 1 (02:27):
Get up, and so he was not see so he
wasn't wearing this on the date, but he he put
on his Spider Man his motorcycle clothes to drive home,
and it was Spider Man. And you're like, ah, nah, nah,
can't can't date Spider Man.

Speaker 3 (02:44):
Yeah, I mean for me, it was like it was
it was just an unexpected kind of transformation. And I'm really,
I mean, motorcycles are okay for me, but then the
whole you know, like get up that wear like a
you man dressed a Spider Man. I didn't even notice
the helmet. Oh yeah, I don't even want.

Speaker 1 (03:06):
To know helmet and everything. Okay, yeah, okay, classic aversion.
I get it.

Speaker 2 (03:16):
It sounds great.

Speaker 1 (03:17):
John's on the phone, John, come on in here, what.

Speaker 3 (03:20):
Do you hat on my leather for? I'm sorry, I
don't need to be eating.

Speaker 1 (03:26):
It's Spider Man, so John, So you your motorcycle like
leathers is full on like Spider Man.

Speaker 2 (03:35):
Yeah, yeah, it's the protective leathers is bad as Listen, listen,
I don't walk around dress the Spider Man in a
onesie all day.

Speaker 1 (03:43):
Maybe you should.

Speaker 2 (03:44):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (03:44):
I don't know if I believe that maybe I should
Spider Man.

Speaker 2 (03:51):
I mean, it's it's it's perpection, yeah, said Spider Man.
But it looks cool and dope. Come on.

Speaker 1 (03:57):
Okay, so wait, so Lauren, Okay, so you had this
date with him. He seemed awesome. You're having the meal,
You're like, man a future dates. We're gonna go to
this restaurant, this bar, and this concert and do all
this stuff. But then he puts on his protective clothes
so he can ride his motorcycle. It does look like
Spider Man, but you're like, nah, nah, That's where I

(04:19):
draw the line. I cannot be dating a guy who
dresses like Spider Man to ride his motorcycle, my hero.

Speaker 3 (04:25):
It just caught me off though I was not expecting it.

Speaker 1 (04:29):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (04:29):
Maybe maybe I just I'm a little biased against riding
around a grown man, you know, the super heroes.

Speaker 1 (04:39):
So that's it. You don't want to go out with
him again because of that turn off? No, John, Sorry?

Speaker 2 (04:52):
John?

Speaker 3 (04:52):
I mean I guess you're a DC fan.

Speaker 2 (04:57):
Everybody gets one.

Speaker 1 (04:59):
That's try Batman next time. Okay, Okay, Laura, Lauren, we're
gonna say goodbye to you now. Thanks for coming on.
Thanks Lauren, thank you. Okay, bye bye? So amana are
you saying? What are you saying? I think that early
on in a relationship, you could see something like that

(05:21):
and it can just shut you down. My mom calls
it the ick.

Speaker 2 (05:23):
Sometimes you just see something and you're like, oh no,
I'm sure, sorry, but.

Speaker 1 (05:29):
Jay Ron and I think this is cool, Josh.

Speaker 3 (05:31):
I would I mean, I think she's painting the wrong picture.
It's not it's not the.

Speaker 2 (05:35):
Classic bright blue, you know, but yeah, it's Spider Man.
I love it. I mean, I guess I'm second guessing.
Maybe I should have a backup.

Speaker 1 (05:45):
You do you Okay, you're say you're married, jsut there
somewhere you're hey, well, you know, at least you can
laugh about it.

Speaker 2 (05:58):
And if you.

Speaker 1 (05:59):
See Spider Man driving around town, know that it is
John from the second date update on kJ w O three.
Still kids, see it's cool. I think it's cool man,
do it? Thank you? John?

Speaker 2 (06:09):
Cool?

Speaker 1 (06:10):
Good? All right? Now again I'm immature, Okay, So that's
what I'm saying.

Speaker 2 (06:16):
Is it like five?

Speaker 1 (06:17):
Is it like? Okay? If John did not sound like
he was twenty two, I'm guessing John was early thirties.
Maybe cool? Yeah? Yeah, is that what it is that
maybe you grow out of that maybe or is she
just being you know, very judgmental. It's just his protective leathers.
He's having a little fun with it. What's the problem.

Speaker 3 (06:36):
I thought it was stupid to me. I think everybody
has a like an inner child in them, yes, no
matter how grown you are. And I just think, you know,
he was just being himself and that she shouldn't make
a big do you know.

Speaker 1 (06:50):
That's the thing I mentioned earlier. Grown ups are boring? Okay, exactly, Okay,
we have to be grown ups. We have to be
grown ups. But if you can't grab some fun in
our child every once in a while, boring, why bother? Right, Lisa?

Speaker 2 (07:04):
Right?

Speaker 3 (07:05):
I feel like your life was like too boring or
too like you're making stuff difficult and your life difficult
if you can't have a little flood never known as Yes.
And I was go on a date and I saw
this dude with a Spider Man or whatever superhero hell like,
come and rescue me.

Speaker 1 (07:23):
Okay, that just goes to show there's somebody for everybody. Yeah,
there you go. Okay, well listen, he's not going to
be hard to find.

Speaker 2 (07:32):
Spider Man datum.

Speaker 1 (07:33):
And you see a guy at a motorcycle dressed like
Spider Man to say, are you John from the second
date update? Okay, and and then and Lisa, my hell,
I love your helmet. Enjoy your enjoy your upside down kiss. Okay,
you guys have a great day.
