Speaker 1 (00:00):
Creativity is an addiction, unplugged because we will always say
yes to creativity, totally uncut because we all make mistakes.
So let's turn it into a tool. This is Arrow unplugged.
I love asking questions. I mean, come on. The fun
begins when you start doing the research, such as what
convinces a person of fame to leave a very very
large tip at a restaurant? Plus what if Bryce Young

(00:24):
of the Carolina Panthers had given up at the start
of this last season. My name is Arrow. I'm a
daily writer, a silent wolf. I stand on the sidelines
and do nothing but watch, listen, study, then activate. I
call it the daily Mass, a chronological walk through an
everyday world. Yep, it's my morning pages. As a receiver
of thoughts and ideas, we as people tend to throw

(00:45):
things to the side because we're gonna deal with it
later when we get around to it, maybe tomorrow, next week.
When a subject arrives inside of me, I know it's
time to dig in. It's still keeping that daily journal,
but by doing the research, the picture becomes clear. This
is the daily Mess. So what convinces a person of
fame to leave a very very large tip? At a restaurant.

(01:08):
Studies say it's their way to show appreciation for good service,
demonstrating generosity and maintaining a positive image. I bring this
up because of singer songwriter Post Malone, who recently gave
away twenty thousand dollars that was the tip for a
single mother waitress in Houston, Texas. The life changing moment
was unwrapped on Christmas Eve. Now, mental health experts say

(01:31):
that sharing such a gift with another person is looked
upon as being a way to give back. Look at
what Taylor Swift shared with her entire crew that helped
her bring her heirs to her to people around the world.
The reason why so many celebrities share their wealth is
because of their personal connection with the service industry. They've
either worked at themselves or have family members or friends

(01:51):
who are living that lifestyle today. But you don't have
to be a celebrity to share a healthy gift. Those
who play the lottery can be amazing in the way
of harding way with some of their earnings. They see
it as a fantastic positive so they can win a
different day. He coming up next, what if Bryce Young
of the Carolina Panthers had quit in the early part

(02:14):
of last season. Hey, thanks for coming back to the
daily mess. What if Bryce Young of the Carolina Panthers
had accepted the words of his worst critics at the
beginning part of the NFL season. To get Bryce, the
Carolina Panthers gave up a lot, including two first round
draft picks, two seconds and the brilliant receiver DJ Moore.

(02:35):
The story of Bryce Young is an inspiration because of
how he was able to look beyond that challenge. CBS
Sports reported in twenty twenty four that the team wasn't
going to turn the page on Bryce Young. He was benched,
but he was going to get back out on that field.
His reaction to being binched actually strengthened his beliefs that
things happen for a reason. His words, I'm a believer

(02:57):
that God handles all and that God does not make mistakes.
His daily goal is to do everything he can to
make the choice, to make it beneficial, to make it
something you can grow from. Bryce Young's final game of
the twenty twenty four season was the greatest cliffhanger of
the season. He was part of five touchdowns in the

(03:18):
game against the Atlanta Falcons. Fans of football now have
to wait until next season to see this quarterback continue
his story. I'm Meryl and that's the daily mess.
