Speaker 1 (00:00):
Creativity is an addiction unplugged because we will always say
yes to creativity totally uncut because we all make mistakes.
So let's turn it into a tool. This is Arrow unplugged.
I'm always asking questions, and the reason why is because
it's fun to sit back and do the research to
ask questions, you know, like what should our reaction be
when a powerful thought enters our dreams? Plus why do
(00:23):
people fear snow It's so pure and refreshing, but people's
lives change at the drop of a snowflake. I'm errow.
I'm a daily writer, a silent wolf. That means I
stand on the sidelines and do nothing but watch, listen, study,
then activate. I call it the daily mess, a chronological
walk through an everyday world. Yep, it's my morning pages.
As a receiver of thoughts and ideas, we as people
(00:45):
tend to throw things to the side because we're gonna
deal with it later. Well, when a subject arrives inside
of me, I know it is time to dig in.
It's still keeping that daily journal, but by doing the research,
the picture becomes clearer. This is the daily masses. How
often do we receive very powerful thoughts or messages while
(01:05):
we're dreaming, Like last night, a child was looking at
my artwork. They asked, what were you looking at? I replied,
all things moving forward, to which he replied, well, when
will you know when you get there? Which I thought
was a great question. My reaction was, I hope never.
I woke up because why did I say that I
(01:27):
hope never? Which is why I'm asking. Do we receive
powerful thoughts and messages while we dream? Sleep experts say
most dreams can be interpreted as being message carriers. However,
the clarity can vary greatly depending on the dream itself.
Dreams act as a window into your subconscious mind, often
reflecting anxiety, desire, and unsolved conflict. Having artwork in last
(01:52):
night's dream is seen as being symbolic imagery, which is
very difficult to put into words now. Sleep professionals say
it's base on your personal association with the context. The
most important thing about receiving dream messages is how important
it is to not really take them literal. As one
doctor explains, it's more important to put focus on your
(02:13):
emotions way ahead of what you just felt before receiving
that powerful thought or message, Hey coming up next. The
fear of snow. It exists. How do you react when
it's coming? Hey, thanks for coming back to the daily mess.
Why do people fear snow? I mean, it's so beautiful
and innocent like, but in so many people's hearts, it's
(02:35):
a dangerous poison to their positive thinking. Kyona phobia is
what it's called, and it's very real. The fear of
what snow brings, which is disruption, slippery surfaces, colder TIMPs,
getting stranded, or having no power to heat the house.
The fear of snow kyona phobia. This is usually brought
on by a traumatic experience, such as a car accident
(02:58):
or falling down icy steps. This was very evident last
night at the grocery store because people were going gaga
over the salt. One person said, look, man, I want
to do my entire street. You just wanted to kind
of laugh, but you can't your entire street. Another fear
that snow brings out is the thought of being isolated,
getting caught inside until the warmer temperatures return. Some have
(03:22):
labeled this cabin fever. Oh, it's a powerful emotion that
takes over your system of decisions and choices. It's very
real and one thing the experts say is get outside period,
reframe from thinking, and stay off the internet. The real
world is out that front door. I'm Meryl and that's
(03:42):
the daily mess.
