Speaker 1 (00:00):
Creativity is an addiction, unplugged because we will always say
yes to creativity, totally uncod because we all make mistakes.
So let's turn it into a tool. This is Arrow unplugged.
When it's extremely difficult to make up your mind, having
the power of choice can actually weaken a person. On
this episode of The Choice, we're going to explore those
moments when you question that winning is a choice. But

(00:24):
what if your choice is to ignore your creativity? My
name is Arrow. Life is a series of choices. Who
decides when you're not making the right choice? Is it
a fear of going wrong? The greatest lessons in life
are often lost inside hidden away attempts and concepts. Well,
it's time to reopen your heart. Having that choice is
a daily gift. On this highway, we learn to trust

(00:47):
the mirage. What is the choice? Is winning really a choice? Well?
Research shows it is depending on the decisions that we
make regarding our actions, efforts, mindsets, and strategies. It is
a choice to put the work in to stay dedicated.
But that doesn't mean there aren't any external factors. I mean, hey, look,

(01:09):
we live in a very competitive world. No matter how
many wins you've got tuck beneath your belt. There's always
going to be somebody that wants to dethrone you. Winning
is a choice is huge in the department of attitude.
Believing in yourself and your ability helps you overcome daily challenges,
especially when it comes to physical decision making. Every step
to achieving a goal requires that choice. This is when

(01:31):
time management comes into play. That being said, sometimes convincing
the mind, body, and soul to live a path of
knowing that winning is a choice can also blind us.
We've got to be truthful in the areas of equal opportunity.
Living that winning is a choice lifestyle doesn't always mean
you're going home with the national championship. Hey, coming up next,

(01:53):
what happens when your choice is to ignore your creative energy? Hey,
thanks for coming back to the chiche. So what happens
when you make that choice to not answer your creative energy? First,
you have to understand that we were all born to create,
but we've got to define what creativity is. It's not
just writing a book, writing a song, or putting paint
on a canvas. Creativity is found in the way we speak,

(02:17):
the way that we prepare food, or even run a business.
When people tell me that they aren't creative, I start
a conversation about their walk in life, What where, why,
when and how you see. By asking those questions, I'll
be able to get a clearer picture of where their
creativity actually surfaces. Just because you aren't making movies or
a top dog on TikTok doesn't mean you aren't creative.

(02:39):
I mean, look at how brilliant you are when it
comes to making up excuses as to why you can't
finish a project. The average person suppresses creativity due to anxiety, depression, paranoia,
and obsessive thoughts. They are looked upon as being seeds
in the Buddhist practice. So while you're setting yourself up
to plant those seeds, use your awareness so that you

(03:01):
know what you are setting free. Your imagination is always
ready to provide fruit. I'm Errol, and that's what I
was writing while the sun was waking up on a
brilliant new day.
