Speaker 1 (00:00):
Creativity is an addiction unplugged because we will always say
yes to creativity totally uncut because we all make mistakes.
So let's turn it into a tool. This is Arrow unplugged.
I'm that person that's always asking questions. And the reason
why is because the fund truly begins when you start
researching for answers such as, is eating bacon in the
(00:20):
morning a bad habit to get into? Plus this thing
called linked in? Why don't we ever read about bad
things happening with this internet connection? My name is Arrow.
I'm a daily writer, a silent wolf. I stand on
the sidelines and do nothing but watch, listen, study, then activate.
I call it the daily Mess, a chronological walk through
(00:41):
an everyday world. Yep, it's my morning pages. As a
receiver of thoughts and ideas, we as people tend to
throw things to the side because we think we're gonna
deal with it later. Well, when it comes to subjects
arriving inside of me, I dig in. It's still keeping
that daily journal, but by doing the research, the picture
becomes clearer. This is the daily mess. Is eating bacon
(01:05):
in the morning a bad habit? Health food experts say
it can be if it's excessive, but it can also
be part of a well balanced diet. The reason why
it can be bad is due to its fat. It's
not a good friend with your heart. It's also high
in sodium. And the list of bad things continues with
bacon being a processed meat that instantly links it to
(01:26):
cancer causing. But but butt butt, But there are some
positives here. Bacon in the morning is high in protein.
I mean, check this out. It contains vitamins B one,
B two, B three, five, six, and twelve and is
blasting with well needed minerals such as iron, zinc, magnesium,
and potassium. Doctors say bacon should be eaten in moderation,
(01:47):
maybe once a week or even once every other week.
And yes, although some love it, trim that fat off.
Bacon isn't seen as a cream of the crop, part
of the meat. It's pork belly. Then it goes through
the process of curing, smoking, and salting. It's pretty much
a flat hot dog or lunch meat. To eat or
not to eat bacon, it is our choice. Hey, coming
(02:11):
up next, why is it we never hear any bad
things about this internet connection called linked in? Hey, thanks
for coming back to the daily mess. Why don't we
ever hear bad things about this thing called LinkedIn? In
this age of social media apps coming under attack, rarely
do we ever hear bad things about LinkedIn, the app
(02:32):
that you use to find jobs and authentic internships. Professional
networks have been created on the internet source. In fact,
I heard one person say that if you don't have
connections with people doing the job that you're trying to land,
the true picture of you isn't inspiring to an HR department,
They're going to look a different direction. LinkedIn can be
a great source for exploring career paths, building a personal brand,
(02:55):
and engaging with relevant content. Although it's the world's largest
professional workplace network, it's still an app that people kind
of sort of know but don't really use it because, well,
you know what, it doesn't have that everyday drama, you know,
the stuff you find on x Instagram and that old
fashioned Facebook. I'm Marrow and that's the daily mess.
