Welcome to the WBZ Book Club. I'm Jordan Rich. Here's
a book that's just been released. It's called The Education
of an Artist. It's the biography of Lynn Manuel Miranda,
most famous for his production of Hamilton and other ambitious
Broadway productions. The author is Daniel Pollack Pelsner, and the

book tells the story of a young kid from Inwood
on the northern part of Manhattan who wrote, sang, and
rapped his way into super stardom. It all started for
Miranda at a piano recital when he first discovered, as
many do, that there's nothing like applause. And then when
he attended Wesleyan University, he wrote a musical that would
become the first draft of a show called In the Heights,
