Welcome with the WBZ Book Club. I'm Jordan Rich a
new book featuring a familiar character, a Boston detective. He
has shown up in earlier books by Peter Colt, and
in the latest, called The Banker, this Boston based private eye,
Andy Rourke, is hired on by a local bank to
try to determine who among the bank employees might be
an embezzler, someone who's already made off with several million dollars.

The action takes place in the nineteen eighties, and like
any good PI story, you'll find a bevy of colorful characters,
including Rourke's girlfriend is Pretty Sharp, Angela Estrella, and fellow
Vietnam veterans who help him out. Along the way. There's
a bank robbery, murder, and mayhem, and a lot of
surprises as Andy Rourke attempts to solve the mystery. Nothing
