Welcome to the WBZ Book Club. This is Jordan rich
Like so many of you, I'm a tea drinker and
a tea lover, so I wanted to recommend a book
called The New Tea Companion, A Guide to Teas throughout
the World by a brit Jane Pettigrew and one of
the best experts on tea in America, Bruce Richardson. The
book not only gives you the history of tea, but
instructions to brew over eighty varieties. Everything from the time

of tea which seem to be expanding every year. Whether
it be black or green, oolong, pico white, the book
covers it all. Most of us are casual tea drinkers.
You don't have to be a connoisseur. In this book,

and how to enjoy them. There's information about the health
benefits of tea, how it's produced, and the social and
