A man in southern Florida is claiming he was victimized by Florida Police. After bidding over 9,000 dollars on what police described as a Villa, he came to find out later that he had overbid by roughly 8,950 dollars because the "Villa" actually ended up being a 12 inch strip of land in between two separate villas.
