Dolf maintains that while many are hesitant to request a loan from the bank, you can develop a partnership with these institutions by offering them a stake in your investment. Additionally, the number of vacant and abandoned properties has increased since people began working from home, so observing market trends and behaviors allows you to convert these properties into value-generating investments.
