through mom. I thought it was a great course. It
was flat, flat, third there also kills when you're a
little red, bumps were hills for me after twenty miles,

For my thinking, it basically sounds a lot like the market,
mostly flat all the time, and then every once in
a while we get this nice. We got a nice

Already more records were set yesterday on Wall Street. What
the heck is going on out there?

Yeah, we had We've been on a three day run
of records. We had the dial of sixty six points,
which is point one four percent. We have the S
and P five hundred up twenty nine point three nine,
which is point four to four percent, and we hear it.
We now have the at kiss but out NASDAC up
one hundred and fifty and a half points, which is
point seven. Now you're today eight. The dollar is up

nine the SP five hundreds up thirteen point eight one percent,
NAAZAC is up eighteen percent, and the Russell two thousand
is up ten point four to six. So we're having
a good run here. A lot that has to do
with tech again, Navidia, we haven't talked about them in
a while. Boy, they jump three point nine percent. They
are announcing a partnership to train and run open AI's

next generation. They're going to invest one hundred billion in
open Ai. That's big. Also, Oracle, they had some good
results with their earnings last week. But Oracle time six
point three percent because President Trump's tapping them to control
or monitor the algorithm for TikTok because we're trying to
get that TikTok deal, so we don't give all of

our data away with whoever's in TikTok. They are have
your data. But that's what we're trying to do instead
of just like canceling TikTok. So I thought that was
very interesting. Adviser said it would buy matt Sira. Now
this is in tactic going back to drug. It's one

to buy it. I deal roughly at one billion. Some
real estates that going on Compass, which is a company
that decided they were trying to work out a deal
with Coldwell Banker and Cochran Brands, and that's roughly about

God, so you got ten billions, you got one, you
got four point nine billion.

Throw it around. It was about ten dollars. It just
