Yes, it's officially mental health Awarenessmonths. So I looked at some
things that you can do to prioritizeyour mental health, because that is very
important. One always go to therapy. Just go to therapy. But this
is on Google. It said showinggratitude, meditation, breathing exercises, dance,

stress management skills, which I feellike we all need, yoga,
and journaling, nature walk. Sois there anything that you guys are doing
to prioritize your mental health? Thismuch? Jesus Christ. I got so
many things going with what I'm doingfor my mental health. I feel like
I'm a guru. So you guysare both adorable. So first off,

I'm on a lot of people don'tnotice, but I'm actually on MEDS.
So I take you profian. Ithink i's still medical name of it.
Other people know as well. Bea trend. It's for depression, so
I take that daily. I'm readinglike three books, which one at the

same time. Yes, one ofthem is like a journaling book. So
one of them is not like I'mnot taking it so much information, but
like, so the first one,I believe it's called Gotta Look at It's
called All the shadow Work Journal onTikTok. Yes, I know we probably
not gonna get sponsored by them,but I will endorse that book because that
book kind of made me have abrandntil breakdown. Yeah, because you really

have to like look at your stuffand discover, like you know, your
inner child, and I think thathappened to you that just and subconsciously.
You have to like dig deep andthen it's like pretty brings you like into
like a little dark place or theshadow round. That's the name of the
book, shadow Work. There isanother book, especially if you are in
a long term relationship or if you'remarried, it's kind of like another inner

work book. It's called inter Workwith Relationships. I haven't gotten too deep
in that. I'm just like inlike the first like chapter of it.
But is that a full on bookor also like it that's a full on
book. And there's like four hundredpages on that one. It's a lot,
but it helps you, especially ifyou're in a long term and especially
there's some turmoil, you know,infidelity or whatever it happened, Like it

kind of helps you with those traumasthat happen with in your relationship with your
partner and how to get through that. Now. The only thing that they
did mention that like if you're theonly one that like doing the work,
like you're not inviting your partner withyou don't get the book with them,
or they're not really interested in likewhat you're reading, then like that's just

gonna make things ten times harder onthis journey. The only one is actually
trying to fix stuff. So thereis that. And then I'm also reading
another book. It's really for likemy young athletes. I'm coaching a t
ball not t ball team, they'rea farm team. They're seven to eight
year olds, and it's supposed tohelp with their mental health within the game,

but I flick can also you know, carry this within your life as
well. So I finished it onceand I got to go back into it
because it's one of tho books youhave to like read over and over and
over again. It's kind of likea Bible in a sense. But I
think the one quote that actually readlast night, it kind of stuck with
me, and it's a quote fromWill Smith, and it's all about making
a choice and we all have themand make that choice, decide what it

is and then stick to it,like, don't second guess, don't hesitate
on it. Whatever it is youwant to do, do it and push
through. Oh I like that.Yeah, so because we all have choices.
Yeah, I remind my seven yearolds, like you all have a
choice to be here. I know, like your parents may seem like you
forced you to be here, likeyou're forced to play baseball, but you

actually have a choice and whether youwant to participate or not. Because there's
some kids, especially Minds who sitson the side for five minutes because he's
dealing with some emotional stuff and Ilet him have that. That's good.
Yeah, I love that. Therewas the one kid who you know,
was in tears because something happened.I think it was just a miscommunication and
we had to take a five minutebreak to like sort it out, see

what happened. Yeah, so wow, that's really cool for like little kids
to even take that time figure outtheir emotions because so many adults in scheduling,
so many adults fuck up the gamekids. Oh yeah, they're like

like you expect seven year olds tobe freaking the MLB All Stars and

the day one from the parents,I was like, if you expect your
kid to be on the San FranciscoGiants, that's not going to happen.
And then that makes the kids noteven want to play it, right right,

if you're not, then I'm allright, we're gonna work where you're at,
yes, because I remember playing soin high school, I played softball

in tennis, but I hated goingto softball practice because of the coaches.
I love tennis, and they killthe game for you, fucking kill the

talk to them. Like sometimes likecoaches feel like they're like way up here,
like they're superior to kids right now. Granted, like high school is

different than like Little League or likethese pay sports, Like obviously the parents
are paying to have their kids play, so that's a little different. You

I said, some kids may noteven want to be there, but you
know they're choosing to participate high schoolor you know, pro am. That's
different because they're becoming adults and they'recoming more conscious and they're choosing to be

like I said, they're not pros. You're talking to kids like they're
pros and they're not. You're supposedto develop these kids for the game the
level they are now and then hopefullyat the college level that was just supposed

year old, seven year olds andI have I like one eight year old.

baseball, is he playing any othersports? Or do you think eventually he's
gonna want to He's love soccer,okay, and he likes basketball for he
just likes the pace of it.I'm trying to get him to like to

play football. You would allowed yourkids to play football, not contact flag
football, Okay, I'll want tosay, like, I don't have kids,
but if I do plan on it, football's out of the question.
These kids don't know how to tacklesseven. They don't have freaking CTE by
age thirteen for real. My boyfriend'slike huge on football, so I feel

like if we don't, we bothdon't want kids. But I feel like
if we did want them, hewould want them to play football for me,
even with all the like you know, injuries that couldn't have potentially happen
even at high school lovel because heplayed he played football when he when he
was little, and he played footballin high school. So I think because

But football is like more the moredangerous one because you can get CTE,

know, injury are bound to happen, but it's just more. I feel
like if you look at the athletesand like their retirement thing, football is
really young, like you're thirty something, you're already retiring from a sport where
people can like still go on totheir forties. Like that's also the league,

though it's not really the players orthe hell. It's like the league.
Like Jason Kelce retired because his bodyjust couldn't take it anymore. He
was in the leaf like ten years. Yeah, but he's very young because
most of them get out of likego to league like right after college.
So that's like pretty young, liketwenty, like barely twenty or twenty one,

you also think about like a lotof athletes, they retired in their thirties,
a lot of them, even basketball. Like the only sport that you

up like sometimes Like I'm not sayingobviously it's not for all football players or

it's soggy, or if it gotno flavor, that I know you are
trash establishment. What if they're nottheir specialty is it their French toast?

They sorry? Crapes? Yeah,because I feel like if you're going to

Russia and they say something like,oh we're known for this, but you
judge something else. Nah, No, not crazy. I feel like with
crapes, it's like you can godifferent routes with crapes, like you can
add like fruits, or you canadd like no, like jelly, you
can do syrups, like, youcan go different routes. But like French
toasts, it's because I guess Ican see that though, because if you
think about French toast, you you'reautomatically thinking it's gonna be good. So

so I don't want to say there'slike anything that really would judge a restaurant
on, like if their thing isnot that good, because I only I

I only get that if I goto a seafood restaurant because I don't want
to be the type of person thatwe don't go. We can't go to
a seafood restaurant because I don't likeseafood. So I'll like, usually they
have chicken tenders to fry. Yeah, so y'all usually get that. But
my favorite food is wings. Ilove wings, So maybe that's what you
judge a place on. Yeah,because have you ever had bad I actually

have had bad wings, but theyweren't known for the wings like they were
known for other things. Like aseafood boil. Like, the only time
I would get like go to getwings is hard like a wing stop or
something like a wing place. SoI haven't been to like actual wing place.
I've been to people that sell wings, but they're not known for wings.
I can't get mad at that,you know what I mean. But

Yeah, like I usually I don'treally judge places if they have like a
bad I think for you it's youjust have a lot of things you don't
like. Yeah, but you maybearen't that ass picky for whatever. Yeah,
their restaurants, I don't know forme. One thing that I will
not eat at most restaurants is beansbecause I'm like, because I'm Mexican,

and I know what they're supposed totaste like, and ninety percent of the
time or maybe not ninety percent,I do. But the thing is,
I most of the time will justnot even order them. Okay, So
what's one thing that you do orderthat I judge by it? Well,

I love seafood, so if theirseafood sucks, I'm judging whether or not
it's their specialty. Have you beento a seafood restaurant out here in the
city. I went to one.I don't remember the name of it.
It was pretty good, actually,okay, because there was like Okay,
so some of my friends, they'reup from out of state for amthem in
college, and they judge the seafood. They said it tastes disgusting, did

they compared to what they are usedto at home? But where are they

you think it was like the differenttype of seas I'm from Atlanta,
Like guess, I don't know.They I think it's how are like crab

based it off like ship like JumbleEye, because the South don't really eat
