Speaker 1 (00:00):
Three things you need to know.
Speaker 2 (00:02):
Okay, happy Friday. We made it to Friday. Thank you
for starting yours with us. Ricky Sanchez has those three things.
Speaker 3 (00:07):
It was a long week. This hon is Friday, all right.
So lots of fun stuff happening in Nashville right now.
Pontoon Saloon is launching a new sister company. It's called
Nashville Water Taxi. This is really cool. So not only
is this gonna be a new way for you to
get on the Cumberland and like explore, but they're starting
a game day water taxi service that's gonna transport Titans
(00:29):
fans to Nissan Stadium in about fifteen minutes.
Speaker 4 (00:32):
Oh wow, that'd be awesome, right, So.
Speaker 3 (00:34):
You just meet them at Lock one Marina, you get
on the boat, and you can get to Nissan Stadium
in fifteen minutes. It's gonna help you with traffic. You're
gonna help you with all the hectic mayhem over there.
The new Endeavor starts in September and the round trip
cruise is twenty dollars per person, not including parking. And
I think you could also tailgate there too.
Speaker 4 (00:51):
I was ge like on the boat, like before.
Speaker 3 (00:53):
Getting on the boat, I think that they're like they
were like bring grills and stuff like that, so I
think you could actually tailgate. I'm gonna double check on that,
but I'm pretty sure that you can actually have some
fun there. And Coca Cola and Oreo they're launching a
new collaboration. This is so strapd.
Speaker 4 (01:06):
What's going on in the world. What are all these
companies doing?
Speaker 3 (01:09):
So, Coca Cola and Oreo are launching Oreo flavored Coca
Cola Zero soda and Coca Cola flavored Oreo Sandwich cookies.
So the cookies have Coca Cola syrup in them, like
in the actual cookie part, not the cream, but in
the cookie part. And they also popping candies, so it's
supposed to taste like fizz like a soda with every bite,
(01:30):
they say, and then Coca Cola Zero is gonna have
hints of Oreo flavor. If I was gonna try one
over the other, I think I try the cookie because
the cookie sounds a little more fun. But they're gonna
be available September ninth for purchase. If you want to
try them out, let me know how the fizz feels
in your mouth. Ricky Sanchez and those are the three
Things you need to do, weird.
Speaker 4 (01:46):
Sentence, The River, Ricky Zach and man in the Morning.
Speaker 3 (01:51):

Speaker 3 (02:53):
That sounds so lovely.
Speaker 6 (02:55):
They're so cute.
Speaker 2 (02:56):
Yeah, my daughter's in second grade, and uh yeah, I
mean I see the I don't want to say anything
bad about kids, but I see, you know, the kids
in like fourth grade, fifth grade starts to turn a
little bit.
Speaker 4 (03:06):
They get sassy. Yeah sometime I do. Second grade's still good.
Speaker 2 (03:11):

and thank you so much for listening to us. I
want to seven five the river.
Speaker 1 (03:33):

Speaker 4 (03:34):
Are you gonna tell the kids in your class that
you won?
Speaker 6 (03:37):
Oh?
Speaker 1 (03:37):
Absolutely good.
Speaker 3 (03:38):
They're gonna think you're so cool.
Speaker 4 (03:40):

Speaker 7 (03:42):
That's my dream.
Speaker 6 (03:44):
Enough for a second.
Speaker 8 (03:45):
Yeah, all right, hang out so we get the infok Okay,
thank you.
Speaker 3 (03:48):
It's funny she said that because every time Mollie compliments me,
I'm like high praise. Molly said something nice about me.
Kevin's daughter thinks I'm cool.
Speaker 4 (03:57):
That is high praise. She's not very quick with the compliment.
Speaker 2 (04:00):
And when she told you she liked your outfit at
River on the rooftop, that moment, Oh my god.
Speaker 1 (04:06):
Ricky is Zach and manno in the morning on.
Speaker 8 (04:11):
All right.
Speaker 3 (04:11):
Lots of stuff going on in Nashville this weekend. Per usual,
Zach has plenty to tell us. One being my favorite
event every year that I'm gonna miss this here.
Speaker 4 (04:19):
I'm so sorry.
Speaker 1 (04:20):
I know.
Speaker 5 (04:21):
Ricky's favorite day of the entire year is Swayzy Day.
It's Patrick Swayzey Day. It's at a bar in the Nations.
It's called the Centennial and it's a three and you
just go and they have a bunch of prizes and
merch and they play Patrick Swayzey movies on all of
the TVs throughout the bar and we just sit there
for hours and just watch all of the different movies.
Speaker 2 (04:40):
So great, can I ask you guys real quick said
and then we'll get back to this list here.
Speaker 4 (04:43):
But favorite Patrick Swayzy movie Ricky go oh God.
Speaker 3 (04:45):
Everybody always says point Break, but I think that's a
terrible movie. I'm not gonna lie. I'm not gonna lie
to you. Roadhouse probably, Zach.
Speaker 4 (04:52):
Do you have one? I couldn't name one. Okay, I'm
gonna go with Ghost because I love ghosts Kay a
really good choice.
Speaker 9 (04:58):
Well.
Speaker 5 (04:58):
Also, if you really like movie, This weekend is the
twenty twenty fourth Sunday It's Film Festival Short Film Tour.
Speaker 9 (05:04):
So it's happening at the Bellcourt Theater.
Speaker 5 (05:06):
It starts today and it goes all the way through Thursday,
August twenty second, So next Thursday. It's a very long
thing and apparently it's like one hundred and ten minute
program that consists of seven of the short films curated
from the twenty twenty fourth Festival. Yeah, so if you
want to see highlights of each of the different movies,
it's all put together.
Speaker 9 (05:24):
It's really cool.
Speaker 4 (05:25):
Old Court's always doing cool stuff.
Speaker 9 (05:26):
Yes, I love the bell Court And.
Speaker 5 (05:28):
If you want to get your kids out of the
house this weekend, give them something fun to do. The
Wilson County Faerirry, which is now the Tennessee State Fair
actually started yesterday, so it's out in Lebanon and you
can go to the fair and it goes all the
way until August twenty fourth.
Speaker 4 (05:41):
Stay away from the fish.
Speaker 5 (05:44):
Keaven is very bitter because last time we went to
the fair, tread time we go to the Also, two
more things that I have for you is the Middle
Tennessee Food Truck Festival is happening in Hendersonville this weekend.
So they're gonna have like a bunch of the regent's
best food trucks having a bunch of different cuisines and
you can try a bunch of different foods and some
(06:04):
of the money is benefiting feed Sumner, which is a
nonprofit organization which is helping with providing food assistance to
those in need.
Speaker 9 (06:12):
And Sumner Counting love it. It's very cool.
Speaker 5 (06:15):
And then the last one if you want to go,
is shopping. One of my favorite words shopping. It's fashion for.
Speaker 3 (06:21):
A Fraction's another great events.
Speaker 5 (06:24):
Yeah, it's happening tomorrow at the Factory in Franklin.
Speaker 9 (06:26):
It's only ten dollars to get in. But here's the thing.
Speaker 5 (06:29):
They have like twenty plus different boutiques there and you
get such good deals on all of the clothes there.
Speaker 3 (06:34):
I bought a dress that was originally two hundred and
eighty dollars for thirty dollars too.
Speaker 2 (06:38):
Oh my goodness, yeah crazy the price of admission for sure.
Speaker 3 (06:41):
Yeah it's great. Go check it out.
Speaker 5 (06:44):
Highly recommend fashion for a fraction at the Factor in
Franklin tomorrow.
Speaker 2 (06:48):
Love it Zach, Thank you, buddy, three things.
Speaker 4 (06:51):
It is Friday. We are happy. Thank you for starting
your day with us. Ricky's got those three things.
Speaker 3 (06:55):
Jordan Child's has spoken out after being stripped of her
Olympic bronze medal. If you were remember, she won bronze
for the floor routine at the Olympics and since then
they have taken it from her and causing a lot
of controversy. This is a huge deal. Everyone's talking about it.
So she took a little hiatus from social media because
she needed to kind of work on herself and her
own mental health, which totally makes sense. But now she's
(07:16):
back and she said, quote, I have no words. This
decision feels unjust and comes as a significant blow, not
just to me, but to everyone who has championed my journey.
She ended her statement by saying that she will take
every effort to ensure justice and in the end she
believes that people in control will do the right thing.
There is a lengthy kind of thing that she had
(07:36):
said her whole statement. I will post that at one
oh seven five of the River in the Instagram stories
if you want to read the whole thing, because it
is truly heartbreaking when you read all of it to
finally hear what she has to say about it. So
hopefully it gets figured out and everybody ends on a
happy note. National Public Libraries Flagship Library is going to
be closed Monday through October, so they're doing preventative maintenance
(07:59):
right now. The main line library is going to be temporary,
temporarily closed to work on things like their AC units
and stuff like that. Obviously keeping everything cool, not just
for the people that are growing to be there, but
also for the books. Yes, to make sure that they
stay intact is very important. And they don't have an
actual date yet of when they will be back up
and running, so you can check their progress on their website.
(08:20):
And during this closure you can go to twenty other branches,
but of note, the Pruit branch is also closed for
maintenance until the fall. So those are the two ones.
The main library and Pruit branch both closed through the
fall for maintenance issues. But like I said, the website
has a list of other places that you can go to.
And these are the top dog breeds of twenty twenty four.
For the seventh consecutive year, the Labrador Retriever is the
(08:41):
number one for the largest dog breeds across the board.
It's for small dogs. It's the miniature poodle. Yes, they
also broke it down by state, so in Tennessee specifically,
the most popular dog breed is also the Labrador Retriever. Okay,
amrick Sanchez And those are the three things you need
to know.
Speaker 4 (08:58):
Thank you so much. Ricky.
Speaker 2 (08:59):
Back into the music with chap bullone right after good
Luck Babe, Zack's Facts. Everybody loves Zack's facts. We're all
gonna learn something together.
Speaker 4 (09:06):
Next one of seven five the.
Speaker 1 (09:08):
River, Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning.
Speaker 4 (09:12):
On one o seven five the River, Zach hit us
with a fact.
Speaker 3 (09:15):
It's Zack's fax. On one of seven five the River.
Speaker 5 (09:17):
This is probably one of my favorite facts of all time.
But did you guys know that Dolly Parton She competed
in a Dolly Parton looked like contests and lost. Wait
what it was Back in twenty twenty three, she went
to a bar in La and she competed in a
dolly parton looked like contests just to seat and she
got beat by a drag queen.
Speaker 4 (09:35):
And that is amazing.
Speaker 2 (09:36):
You think people there knew it was her or like
she just kind of blended in with all the other dollies.
Speaker 9 (09:41):
She just blended in.
Speaker 5 (09:42):
She didn't tell anybody that it was her, And it
was based on the audience like applause, and she got
the least amount of applause.
Speaker 3 (09:48):
Absolutely, I love that so much.
Speaker 9 (09:51):
And that's your fact of the day because you know
she was.
Speaker 3 (09:53):
Like, you look amazing.
Speaker 1 (09:56):
Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning on one five.
Speaker 2 (10:00):
The river, Rickey Soundchez is having a crisis and she
needs your help.
Speaker 4 (10:04):
It's one O seven to five the river.
Speaker 3 (10:06):
Can anyone tell me what formal summer attire means for
a wedding?
Speaker 4 (10:10):
Formal summer These invitations come for these weddings and.
Speaker 3 (10:14):
They're so confusing. I don't understand what they're trying to.
Speaker 4 (10:16):
Convey formal summer attires because like, I.
Speaker 3 (10:19):
Know what black tie is, super fancy I know what
casual is the complete opposite of that. What the heck
is formal summer attire? Because when you think summer, think
flowy dresses. When you think formal, you think long dresses.
Is it a long float? I'm very confused.
Speaker 2 (10:34):
Yeah, people need to put like a little like explanation
of what these things mean.
Speaker 3 (10:38):
Blurb to it what it means.
Speaker 2 (10:40):
Six one, five, seven, three seven, nine, one oh seven.
If maybe you know more about fashion than we do,
help me. If you're in the wedding industry, what was
it again? Say the words again, formal summer attire? Okay,
six one, five, seven, three, seven, nine seven. Somebody please,
because I got nothing to help.
Speaker 1 (10:56):
Ricky, Zach and Manno in the morning.
Speaker 3 (10:59):
On the river Sarah in Nashville, can you explain to
me what formal summer attire means for a wedding.
Speaker 6 (11:08):
It is kind of an odd description, but personally, if
I were to put it that way, I would imagine
like the you know that's like satin dresses and everyone's
wearing that are kind of feted as a top. Yeah,
at the legs. I would assume that would be something
like that, like a formal dress. But that's for summer.
Maybe some of the wedding's outside.
Speaker 3 (11:28):
Okay, so something a little looser, a little more like
like not so form fitting and tight, but like looser,
so it kind of has the summer feel but still fancy.
Speaker 8 (11:36):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (11:36):
Sure, yeah, I have no business entering this conversation, but
I would think satin that sounds too heavy for summer
is satin?
Speaker 4 (11:44):
Summary?
Speaker 3 (11:46):
Satin is not great when it comes to sweat. I
will say that, but it is like the hot ticket
item right now. Sarah's not wrong, It's like what's in
in this moment, everybody wants to wear satin?
Speaker 6 (11:56):
Yeah, or like maybe I mean, silk is similar, and
I feel like it'd be a lot cooler.
Speaker 3 (12:01):
True, Okay, it's silk silk.
Speaker 4 (12:04):
Oh, yes, I've heard of silk.
Speaker 3 (12:06):
Have you, Kevin, you don't seem very convinced, Sarah, thank
you so much, because I think I'm slowly getting a
vibe here.
Speaker 6 (12:12):
Okay, cool. Yeah, I mean I would say it's just
kind of like the fashion and everyone's like going out
on a state nights, you know.
Speaker 3 (12:19):
Okay, yes, I like it. I like it.
Speaker 2 (12:21):
I think people just need to put more than just
like the little you know, the three word explanation of.
Speaker 4 (12:25):
What to wear, because then they're just going the you know,
the bride and groom. They're just gonna get texts and
people calling him saying like, what does this mean? What
are you saying up front?
Speaker 6 (12:34):
Please?
Speaker 1 (12:36):
Yes?
Speaker 3 (12:36):
Oh, images would be so smart.
Speaker 2 (12:38):
Yeah, Sarah, thank you, you're smart.
Speaker 8 (12:43):
You too.
Speaker 4 (12:44):
We'll get one more opinion here on this, Heidi in Nashville.
What do you think Ricky should.
Speaker 6 (12:48):
Do for a man?
Speaker 7 (12:50):
It would be He's like, they don't want to be
wearing a dark color like a regular formal attire. That's
probably why they summer.
Speaker 3 (12:57):
Attired, Okay, where.
Speaker 7 (13:00):
Lighter like summary looking colors, but they still want you
to be very upscale and dressy.
Speaker 3 (13:07):
Oh and I see here you're stylist, Heidi.
Speaker 7 (13:10):
Yes, I do custom mens okay, so.
Speaker 3 (13:12):
You know what you're talking about. This is going to
be so helpful for my fiance because he was panicking
last night literally in his closet, like, I don't know
what this means, what am I supposed to do looking
at the things he has, and he's like and many
worries that he's going to be underdressed, which nobody wants
to be underdressed for a wedding. So this makes a
lot of sense.
Speaker 7 (13:31):
So he would be like in like a linen like
khaki colored suit, okay, lighter colored suits, and then he
would be in like a longer or a midi dress.
That's like I said, a summary color or a plural
or something like that.
Speaker 3 (13:45):
I think I can work with this.
Speaker 4 (13:47):
Helpful, very helpful. Thank you, Heidi. We appreciate your expert opinion.
Speaker 7 (13:50):
You're welcome, Have a great day, eat love.
Speaker 2 (13:53):
We shouldn't say the wedding's tomorrow, I mean, do you
feel ready?
Speaker 3 (13:56):
I kind of do. I think I have the perfect
dress in mind in my closet. Actually, after talking it through,
I think I'm set.
Speaker 4 (14:02):
Well, thank you guys for the calls that that was
very helpful. You give you so much better. You'll help
AJ two. We're all good here.
Speaker 3 (14:07):
That one i'm a little worried about. I'm set. I
going up in a way.
Speaker 1 (14:11):
Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning.
Speaker 2 (14:14):
On the river, Billie Eilish, it's one o seven to
five the river. It's game time, baby, and Ricky, I
am genuinely happy that it's Friday and this game is
almost over because I am running out of guys.
Speaker 4 (14:25):
With mustage. Just ask questions about the name.
Speaker 3 (14:27):
Of the game. Is I mustache you a question? That
is Kevin Manno's Game of the Day presented by Genesis
Diamonds for Benson Boone. That beautiful mustache man, he's gonna
be here on October seventeenth, and we got toket.
Speaker 2 (14:39):
It's an iconic stash that he has. And yeah, that
is the inspiration for the game. So call now six
one five, seven, three seven nine, one oh seven. This
is such a hot ticket.
Speaker 4 (14:47):
These are huge. They're not on sale yet, but it's
gonna sell out. Like that. I snapped. You couldn't hear it,
but six.
Speaker 2 (14:52):
One five seven, three seven nine one oh seven, I
mustache you a question.
Speaker 4 (14:56):
We're playing next on.
Speaker 1 (14:57):
The River, Ricky is Zach and man O in the
morning on the rivers in Boone.
Speaker 3 (15:04):
That beautiful mustached man is going to be in Nashville
in October, and we have tickets. You gotta play Kevin
Manno's Game of the Day right now, one oh seven
five the River in order to win them. We got
Ronald and Nashville on the line. Hi, Ronald, how you
doing amazing? How are you doing?
Speaker 7 (15:18):
I'm doing good?
Speaker 4 (15:19):
You feel like you know a lot about mustaches.
Speaker 2 (15:22):
Oh not really, No, No, that's not good.
Speaker 4 (15:26):
Okay, ask you some questions.
Speaker 2 (15:27):
The name of this game is I must ask you
a question two out of three of these, and you're
going to see Benson Boone.
Speaker 4 (15:32):
Okay, okay, I feel good about it. They're not that
hard today. So here we go.
Speaker 2 (15:37):
I mustache you a question, Ronald, and Nashville starts right now.
What Will Ferrell character had a large mustache, worked in
TV news and played the jazz flute.
Speaker 9 (15:53):
Is an anchorman?
Speaker 4 (15:54):
Yeah? But what's a character? Dude? Your name is Ronald? Yes,
you got that point.
Speaker 2 (16:10):
Okay, radio, Yeah, okay, yeah, all right, question number two
with a bald head and a big mustache.
Speaker 4 (16:19):
TV show host Phil McGraw is better known by what.
Speaker 8 (16:22):
Name, big bald head, big mustache.
Speaker 4 (16:33):
Yes, yes, we just basically gave you all of this.
But congratulations, Ronald. You're going to see Benson boone October seventeenth.
That is send amphitheater.
Speaker 8 (16:43):
Awesome.
Speaker 3 (16:43):
Congratulations. I know it gets a lot of it gets
nerve wracking. You're under pressure. You want to answer correctly.
Speaker 4 (16:49):
My wife told me to call in and to win
the ticket. So that's what I did, Yeah, you did.
Speaker 3 (16:53):
Your wife is going to be so excited.
Speaker 4 (16:55):
She will be with a little help from us. You won. Congratulations,
appreciate all right, the happiest of Fridays. Tuya.
Speaker 2 (17:03):
I hope you're having a nice one so far. Thank
you for starting with us. Ricky's got those three things.
Speaker 3 (17:07):
Arrests have been made in the Matthew Perry case dealing
with his passing that happened back in October. Five people
have been arrested and charged in connection to his passing,
including his personal assistant and two doctors. Hopefully this leads
to justice for Matthew Perry and all of his loved ones.
Through all of this, obviously, details are so unfolding. We
are getting a very, very famous sandwich shop here in Nashville.
(17:31):
I am so excited about this. I'm gonna try not
to butcher this name all in Tico Viano.
Speaker 4 (17:37):
Sounded good to me.
Speaker 3 (17:38):
Okay, great, They're going to open in the South Gulches
Prima Tower. It's one of the most famous shops in
Italy and possibly like the entire world, so the fact
that they're coming here is huge. They've been expanding as
of recently to places like New York, City, Los Angeles,
Las Vegas, and we don't have a specific date when
they're going to open here just yet, but I can
tell you if you see the videos and pictures of
(17:59):
these sandwiches.
Speaker 4 (18:00):
We were just watching videos and oh boy.
Speaker 3 (18:02):
My mouth is watering.
Speaker 4 (18:03):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (18:03):
The fact that I can even still speak without like
it's crazy. I'm gonna post a video on one oh
seven five the River's Instagram account in the stories so
you can see what I'm talking about. You want to
keep an eye on when this is opening, and I
will keep you updated obviously of when it's opening, because
I'll be in line waiting for that.
Speaker 4 (18:20):
And there will be a line. There will be a line.
Speaker 3 (18:22):
There's absolutely going to be a Ligne. Dolly Parton has
announced her Dolly Beauty makeup line. So she announced on
her Instagram that she's launching her own cosmetics brand. It's
called Dolly Beauty and they're gonna start off with a
line of lipsticks. So the collection is called Heaven's Kiss
and it has four different shades that are named after
her famous songs. So there will be a Joline Red,
(18:44):
which totally makes sense. The lipsticks go for twenty dollars each.
They're gonna be available August twenty second, and eventually she
plans to expand the brand to include eyeshadow and complexion
products and all sorts of stuff, which totally just makes
sense for Dolly, like she's known for her glam.
Speaker 4 (19:00):
Hasn't done this all right?
Speaker 3 (19:01):
Right, Like why is it taking?
Speaker 4 (19:02):
This makes sense?
Speaker 3 (19:03):
I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the three things you
need to know.
Speaker 2 (19:05):
Thank you, Ricky getting back into the music with Sabrina

Speaker 1 (19:20):
Ye Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on.
Speaker 3 (19:26):
Daily Devil tap on one oh seven five of the
River is uh back to school vibes but with a
little tinge of like emotion because it's first day of
high school vibes.
Speaker 2 (19:36):
Yeah, this video, Ricky, to show me the video. It's
very wholesome, that's the.
Speaker 4 (19:39):
Word I'll use.
Speaker 3 (19:40):
Sweets And that's twenty seven million views right now, and
it's not gonna sound like a lot, but it's adorable.
Speaker 8 (19:46):
Yeah, I'm gonna cry.
Speaker 3 (19:47):
Cry. I'm gonna cry. I remember retire supporting few.
Speaker 4 (19:53):
Sides that, Okay, that's pretty high. You'll make it all right, Seeya,
we love you. Cry cry?
Speaker 1 (20:05):
Is that.
Speaker 2 (20:07):
So the student is riding away on a bike and
the parents his students crying very and then the conversation
around the bike tires.
Speaker 3 (20:15):
Oh yeah, because it's like first day of high school.
Everyone's like, oh, I'm emotional. And then he looks back
and he's like, oh, Dan, I pumped up my tires
to like forty PSI. So it's like you're still a kid,
you know, like you're still got that kid vibe no
matter what.
Speaker 4 (20:27):
It's very cute.
Speaker 3 (20:28):
I'm gonna post it at one of seven five of
The River's Instagram page and the stories. It is adorable and,
like I said, twenty seven million views.
Speaker 1 (20:35):
Ricky Zach and Manno in the Morning on the River posts.
Speaker 3 (20:40):
Malone and Morgan Wallen had some help on one oh
seven five The River. His full albums finally out. Yes,
Today's Day, so many collabs on that one. It's so good.
Take a listen. Kevin Struggling though we need to help Kevin.
Speaker 2 (20:52):
You guys are honestly making me feel so much worse
about it. I didn't know that anybody even noticed my
thumbs up habit. But you guys are really making it
sound like you've been very aware.
Speaker 9 (21:01):
So who called you out?
Speaker 8 (21:02):
Like?
Speaker 4 (21:02):
No but insecure about it? Me? I just noticed. It's
like getting worse.
Speaker 2 (21:05):
I just am constantly giving thumbs up to everybody all
the time.
Speaker 4 (21:09):
I don't know why, and I want to stop.
Speaker 3 (21:10):
It's such a dad vibe. It is. So you're trying
to break a bad habit is where we're at right now.
Speaker 4 (21:15):
So its a really good idea. First, Oh, you have
a good idea.
Speaker 9 (21:18):
We should duck tap his thumbs down.
Speaker 3 (21:20):
That is not on this list of to help breaking
a bad habit.
Speaker 4 (21:24):
Bad idea. I don't mind try it. I'll try anything.
Speaker 3 (21:26):
How you didn't do anything, I mean, just like just.
Speaker 4 (21:30):
Four fingers are still free.
Speaker 3 (21:31):
More logical ways to break a bad habit. You identify
your triggers, which seem to be everything.
Speaker 4 (21:38):
Being alive.
Speaker 3 (21:41):
Seems to be everything. Analyze the habit, so consider when, where,
and why you often engage in that habit, which again
is just life. Be mindful what you are. You're realizing
that you're doing it.
Speaker 4 (21:52):
So that's a good step in the direction.
Speaker 5 (21:53):
You always say the first step to recovery is admitting
you have a problem.
Speaker 3 (21:57):
You should reward yourself when you don't thumbs up.
Speaker 4 (22:01):
Oh yes, okay, what's an example of a roll.
Speaker 9 (22:04):
It's going to be walking around patting himself on the back.
Speaker 3 (22:08):
Just another gesture. No, So when you want a thumbs
up and you don't give.
Speaker 4 (22:12):
Yourself a little treats, we'll treat.
Speaker 3 (22:14):
You deserve a little treats every time.
Speaker 4 (22:15):
Walk around with a pocketful of skittles or something.
Speaker 3 (22:17):
There you go, there you go. Be kind to yourself
is another way to help break a habit.
Speaker 4 (22:22):
Well, that's just good advice.
Speaker 3 (22:23):
So just be nice, give yourself grace because okay. And
change your environment is another one, which.
Speaker 4 (22:30):
It looks like you gotta quit. It's everywhere I go.
I can't. That's not that's off the table.
Speaker 3 (22:36):
A few ways to help break a habit.
Speaker 2 (22:37):
I've had TV jobs over the years, and I cannot
tell you, guys how many meetings I've had about my
body language, and like I just I cannot stop using
my hands when I talk.
Speaker 4 (22:46):
And it's an.
Speaker 3 (22:47):
Issue literally using his hands right now.
Speaker 2 (22:48):
I don't know how to stop, but I will take
your list there under advisement and I'll try.
Speaker 9 (22:53):
I think the best one is duct tape.
Speaker 3 (22:55):
I really think as long as your reward yourself, you
train your brain.
Speaker 4 (22:59):
Okay, all right, I'm gonna try it. I'm bringing in
little treats for myself from.
Speaker 5 (23:02):
Now to call you out every time you do it.
That would help, Okay, keep you accountable.
Speaker 3 (23:07):
He's saying that now, but he's gonna get so sad
every time.
Speaker 1 (23:12):
Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning.
