Speaker 1 (00:00):
Three things you need to know.
Speaker 2 (00:02):
All right, all right, six o'clock on this Tuesday morning.
Thank you for being here. Good to see your Ricky Sanchez.
Speaker 3 (00:07):
Good morning.
Speaker 2 (00:08):
She got those three things.
Speaker 4 (00:10):
The Internet's latest obsession is so wholesome, and it is
now also my latest obsession. It's a pigmy hippo living
at a zoo in Thailand named Moodang. This little, tiny, cute,
chunky little thing is only two months old and it
has already become a viral sensation. There's TikTok clips that
are going crazy online. There's one video of her eating
(00:32):
snacks that has over thirty three million views. Moodang is
double the zoo's visitors and already has received a bunch
of opportunities for brand deals, including Sephora Thailand, who wants
to make a blush after her because she has very
like red little cheeks.
Speaker 3 (00:49):
It's gone crazy.
Speaker 4 (00:50):
I'm gonna post a video of how adorable Moodang is.
It's gonna be in our stories at one o seven
five the River's Instagram page. Seriously so worth it. Like
I said, so wholesome. These are the trends and the
things that the Internet obsesses.
Speaker 3 (01:02):
About that you want it to assess out.
Speaker 4 (01:04):
Yeah, it was only a matter of time for this
new change to happen.
Speaker 3 (01:08):
But here it is.
Speaker 4 (01:09):
Amazon is requiring their workers to be in office five
days a week. Again, so everything shifted at Amazon like
most companies during the pandemic, where people were not in
the office, everybody was working remotely than post pandemic. They
allowed leaders to decide who on their teams would work
from home if they were going to come into the office.
Many of the master employees to be in the office
(01:29):
at least three days a week.
Speaker 3 (01:31):
But now Amazon said that they want a.
Speaker 4 (01:33):
More collaborative workspace and they are going to require everyone
to be in five days a week in the office.
This new policy is going to take place right after
the new year. And this is a massive shift for
work culture because it seems like a lot of companies
may follow their lead. A lot of people are going
to look to them and see how it goes and
then end up implementing their own strategies and their own policies.
Speaker 3 (01:55):
So we will see how that goes.
Speaker 4 (01:57):
And this week is Tennessee Volunteer Week, so get out
and do some.
Speaker 3 (02:01):
Good for your neighbors.
Speaker 4 (02:02):
United Way of Greater Nashville is hosting a volunteer Appreciation
Weeks to increase community involvement and support. So this started
September fourteenth. It's going to go through the twenty first.
Any volunteers who want to sign up to be a
part of their volunteer opportunities. On their calendar, you can
kind of rack up points to win prizes. You can
(02:24):
win prizes like tickets to a Nashville sports game. There's
signed memorabilia on there, lots of other things. You just
got to go to their calendar, which I will also
post at one of seven five the River's Instagram stories
if you want to get involved. There's things like, you know,
working in the garden and serving hot meals and all
sorts of stuff.
Speaker 3 (02:40):
There's specific swim school. I can't remember the name right now, but.
Speaker 4 (02:44):
There's a swim school who's looking for volunteers to help
out with the teachers and tears kids how to swim.
Speaker 3 (02:49):
So there's something for everybody.
Speaker 4 (02:50):
You have until the end of the year, so you'll
sign up this week, but you can do your volunteer
work through the end of the year.
Speaker 3 (02:56):
Doesn't have to be this week.
Speaker 4 (02:58):
So like I said, I will post that link up
at one o seven five the River's Instagram page for
you to get involved.
Speaker 3 (03:03):
I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the three things you
need to know.
Speaker 2 (03:06):
Thanks Ricky. I like that they're offering prizes like incentive stive, yeah,
and advising the goodwill. We've got a prize for you.
We've got these TSO tickets for the first caller of
the day, all week long. You can win them in
about ten minutes here.
Speaker 1 (03:18):
On the River, one oh seven five of the River, Ricky,
Zach and Mano in the morning.
Speaker 2 (03:22):
Tickets to see TSH TSO. We have dramatic every time
tickets to see them. They're gonna be here in December
doing their Christmas thing, that's what they're known for December eleventh.
They're going to be a bridgestone. And then we've got
tickets all week for the first caller.
Speaker 4 (03:36):
Yeap SO calls right now six, one, five, seven, three seven, nine,
one oh seven.
Speaker 3 (03:40):
If you're the first caller, you get these tickets.
Speaker 1 (03:42):
One oh seven five.
Speaker 4 (03:43):
The River, Ricky, Zach and Mano in the morning, Amanda
and Murphysboro.
Speaker 3 (03:47):
Are you on your way to work? It sounds like
you're in a car.
Speaker 5 (03:49):
I am I am all the way to work.
Speaker 2 (03:51):
Tell us everything about your job, Amanda.
Speaker 6 (03:54):
I what's right?
Speaker 5 (03:55):
Electric electric supply company called Elliott Electric Supply and out Juliet.
Speaker 7 (04:01):
That's a really long drive from Murphy's Boro to Mount Juliet.
So thank you for hanging out with us, But I
need to know who's your least favorite co worker.
Speaker 1 (04:10):
Amanda.
Speaker 3 (04:10):
You do not have to answer that.
Speaker 4 (04:11):
You're very sweet for entertaining the fact that you're even
thinking about answering that.
Speaker 2 (04:16):
I kind of wanted to hear the answer.
Speaker 3 (04:17):
I can't ask her to answer.
Speaker 2 (04:19):
Company is named after somebody named Elliott. Is there an
actual Elliott in the picture?
Speaker 8 (04:22):
Yes?
Speaker 1 (04:23):
There is.
Speaker 4 (04:24):
That is your favorite question is to know for the
fact that the name of the company there's actually someone
behind Wow, how.
Speaker 2 (04:30):
Old this come? Maybe Elliott died four hundred years ago
or something. No, but he's still around four hundred years ago.
Speaker 3 (04:37):
Amanda.
Speaker 4 (04:38):
I'm so sorry for how ridiculous my friends are this morning,
but I have some good news. You are the first
color of the day on one O seven five the River.
You had to get these tickets to Trans Siberian Orchestra.
They're playing Bridgetown Arena December eleventh. It's gonna be the
perfect way to get into the Christmas spirit.
Speaker 5 (04:56):
Yeah, cause today my husband's birthday is seven days after
and mine is nine days after his.
Speaker 3 (05:03):
A little birthday outing too.
Speaker 2 (05:05):
Yeah, December is a big month for you guys.
Speaker 1 (05:08):
It is.
Speaker 2 (05:09):
Well, congratulations, have fun at the show, and have a
great day of work today. I tell Elliott we said hi,
and that you need a raise.
Speaker 5 (05:15):
Yeah, you need a raise?
Speaker 2 (05:17):
Yes, yes, girl, we feel it. Hang out a second, Okay,
all right. I looked up when electricity was invented. I
like to see a four hundred years was a crazy guess,
you know, Okay, it's a crazy guess.
Speaker 3 (05:28):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (05:28):
Benjamin Franklin flew the kite in seventeen fifty two, so
Elliet Electric has not been around for four hundred I.
Speaker 7 (05:34):
Also looked up Elliott Electric and Bill Elliott is his name,
So if you want to call him Bill, we can
just call him Bill.
Speaker 2 (05:40):
Give her a raise, Bill, Ricky, Zach and Manow in
the Morning.
Speaker 4 (05:46):
I don't typically get embarrassed, but I found myself embarrassed
over the weekend, So this is a big moment for me.
It's Ricky, Zach and Mano in the Morning on one
O seven five the River.
Speaker 3 (05:55):
Neither Kevin or Zach know this story.
Speaker 2 (05:57):
I am so excited.
Speaker 7 (05:58):
I cannot wait to know how you you embarrass yourself
in front of your fiance's family.
Speaker 3 (06:03):
Yes, that is what happened.
Speaker 4 (06:04):
I spent the weekend in Jersey for my best friend's wedding.
We stayed at my fiance's parents' house, so my future inlaws.
We stayed at their house, which is the first time
that I've ever stayed at their house.
Speaker 2 (06:14):
Would you say that you know them very well together
for a long time.
Speaker 4 (06:17):
Yeah, We've been together for six years, so like, I
know them very well. We are very close, all of
us together, but I've just never stayed at their house
because normally we would stay at my dad's house because
normally it's empty. He's normally in Detroit, so we're like, oh,
we got a whole house for us, all kind of
silly to.
Speaker 3 (06:33):
Not stay there, but this time we stayed with them.
Speaker 4 (06:36):
I had to shave my legs the night before the
wedding because you're going to be in a dress and
shave your legs, and normally you're wearing like pjs as
you get ready, and I wanted to have like my
legs clean shaven sure. So that was late in the night,
after we had gotten back from the rehearsal dinner and everything.
I did not realize until I gotten out of the
shower that I cut my leg while I was shaving.
Speaker 3 (06:58):
So I was like, okay, well, I come like it happens.
What are you gonna do?
Speaker 4 (07:01):
Put the paper towel on it, like the little tissue
paper to make it stop leading. AJ got me a
band aid. We're like, all right, all good, like everything's
good to go. I fell asleep. AJ fell asleep. I
woke up in the middle of the night to go
to the bathroom like I normally do.
Speaker 3 (07:15):
Because I go to the bathroom six times, I can't
hold it like that teeny tiny bladder. So I wake up.
And when I wake up, I realize I look to
my side and there's blood everywhere.
Speaker 2 (07:28):
It looks like a murder scene.
Speaker 3 (07:30):
Yes, like a massacre.
Speaker 4 (07:31):
In from my knee.
Speaker 3 (07:35):
The band aid is off. Can't find it.
Speaker 7 (07:37):
Bro, you are flip flopping around like a fish out
of water in that bed, everywhere.
Speaker 4 (07:41):
All over their brand new sheets because this was a
new mattress that they just got to make sure that
if we ever came home that we would have a mattress.
Speaker 2 (07:50):
To sleep on it through the mattress.
Speaker 4 (07:53):
That was what I was worried about. Luckily it did not.
Luckily it did not, but I ruined their brand new
sheets for their new mattress, just just fine sheets destroyed.
So then I look at AJ and I'm like, oh, no,
Like what do I do in this scenario? Because I
also don't have time to like sit down and talk
to his parents and like let them know that this happened,
because I'm up and.
Speaker 3 (08:14):
I gotta go, like I gotta go get my hair done,
gotta go do the things I need to do. So
I panicked. Sure he told his parents for me. They're
totally fine about it.
Speaker 4 (08:25):
But I literally was embarrassed all day Sunday because I
didn't know if I should bring it up or if
I should let it go, or what I should do
in that scenario.
Speaker 2 (08:33):
You just buy them new sheets and move on.
Speaker 4 (08:35):
I offered to buy new sheets. They have to absolutely not,
They said, don't do that.
Speaker 2 (08:39):
Have you seen that happened.
Speaker 4 (08:41):
I did then bring it up when his mom drove
us to the airport, and it was just like, I'm
really sorry that new sheets you just spot I'm so sorry.
Speaker 3 (08:51):
She was like, don't even worry about it.
Speaker 4 (08:52):
I'm still embarrassed by it though, because I don't know
how it happened. I don't know how it happened. My
knee is never ever blow like that before my life.
Speaker 7 (09:01):
You must have been shaving like a maniac that you
just cut yourself really deep.
Speaker 3 (09:04):
I thought it was totally fine. Was we put the
band aid over it?
Speaker 8 (09:06):
Though?
Speaker 2 (09:07):
Well you're living. Do you have some drinks that night
by chance?
Speaker 1 (09:09):
Oh?
Speaker 2 (09:09):
Yeah you did, okay, because doesn't that like thin out
your blood a little bit? So yeah, it's gonna kind
of gush out and be a little more runny. And
maybe that's why could be part of it as well.
Speaker 3 (09:18):
I'm not even kidding you. There's no way that these
sheets are going to be saved.
Speaker 2 (09:21):
No have to buy them new sheets, No.
Speaker 3 (09:23):
Way it's going to be saved.
Speaker 4 (09:24):
And I feel horrible first time ever sleeping at their house.
Speaker 2 (09:28):
You have a picture of the sheet. I feel like
they're gonna be on like an episode of dateliners.
Speaker 3 (09:32):
I was too embarrassed a picture to even bring it
up to anybody.
Speaker 2 (09:36):
I was gonna just.
Speaker 3 (09:36):
Love like never talking about this again.
Speaker 2 (09:38):
Well, thank you for talking about it. We appreciate the honesty.
You're welcome three Things seven oh five on this Tuesday morning.
We really appreciate you starting your day with us. We
know you have choices, and we are happy that you
made this one. Ricky's got those three things.
Speaker 4 (09:51):
Netflix fave is coming back for season five. Emily in Paris.
They just announced yesterday, and I'm shocked that it's so quick,
but there's going to be a season five for Emily
in Paris, or as some people say it, Emily in Perry.
Speaker 3 (10:05):
Depending upon who you are.
Speaker 4 (10:06):
But season four, Part two only just released September twelfth,
but they've already renewed it, so they very quickly became
super popular number one slot in Netflix Global top ten
with nineteen point nine million views in the first four
days on release, and it reached the top ten in
ninety three countries.
Speaker 2 (10:24):
Is she even an American citizen anymore? How much time
does she spend abroad?
Speaker 4 (10:27):
She's now I think French at this point. Emily and Perry,
She's got to be French at this point. This week
is free application Week at MTSU, So if you are
looking to join that elite place, this elite university, you
can apply for zero dollars twenty five dollars to do
it right now. You can get that fee waived through
(10:49):
Sunday the twenty second. Obviously, twenty five dollars when I
say it that way doesn't seem like a lot, but
if you have applied to colleges, typically you do it.
Speaker 3 (10:56):
To multiple colleges at once, it ends up being a
lot of money.
Speaker 4 (10:59):
I remember how having to work my job in order
to pay for my application fees for college.
Speaker 3 (11:04):
So the fact that you could do that is actually
pretty amazing.
Speaker 4 (11:07):
So perspective students and transfer students both can apply to
MTSU for free through Sunday the twenty second.
Speaker 3 (11:13):
Take advantage of the deal if you have the chance.
Speaker 4 (11:15):
And McDonald's is giving out fifty cent double cheeseburgers for
National Cheeseburger Day which is tomorrow, so if you order
through the McDonald's app, you can get a double cheeseburger
for fifty cents.
Speaker 3 (11:25):
Who doesn't love a good deal. Maybe a quick little
lunch for you. I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the
three things you need to know.
Speaker 2 (11:31):
Thank you, Recky. Lots of money saving tips right there.
Speaker 3 (11:34):
I love saving money.
Speaker 2 (11:35):
We all do it free it's for me. Yeah, we
all do we need to do these days? Zach's backs right
after Hosier friends gather around the radio. Call your friends,
wake them up, tell them to put on one O
seven five River. We're all gonna learn something together.
Speaker 1 (11:47):
Next Ricky, Zach and Manno in the morning on the river.
Speaker 4 (11:53):
I think, for the first time ever, I actually know
the fact before the fact is said, and I can
say this is a really cool one. E Zach's fax
on one of seven five the river, before.
Speaker 2 (12:02):
We get it. You were talking about MTSU a second ago.
He got all these facts from MTSU. He's a grad.
I did go to MTSU. Go Blue Raiders.
Speaker 3 (12:09):
Not where you got the facts.
Speaker 2 (12:10):
I tell you this school one. Okay, I didn't know this,
and I'm born and race here. But it's wild.
Speaker 7 (12:15):
Apparently the largest underground lake is here in Tennessee. It's
called the Lost Sea and it's out by like Pigeon
Forge in Gatlinburg. They said it's almost eight hundred feet
long and that's as far as like cave divers have gone,
but they haven't found the end of it yet.
Speaker 2 (12:28):
I went, you did went, Yeah, we went recently, and
you go on a boat ride on the lake. It's
very cool. My son had to pee, so he and
Ally turned around and they didn't make it to the
boat ride. But I went on the boat with my
daughter and it was awesome.
Speaker 3 (12:39):
Why do they call it the Lost Sea if it's
a lake, I don't know. You know how, zach Field,
I didn't name it, just say it. I would think
that they would tell you.
Speaker 2 (12:49):
And that's your fact of the day.
Speaker 1 (12:52):
Ricky, Zach and Manno in the morning one five the river.
Speaker 2 (12:57):
We have a question for you. Where do you take
to towners when they're in town visiting.
Speaker 4 (13:02):
You started this by asking both Zach and I yesterday
because your parents are in town and you couldn't figure
out a place to bring them for dinner.
Speaker 2 (13:09):
Well, no, it was lunch yesterday. I had every intention
of taking them to Leaper's Fork. There's that restaurant right there,
Fox and Lock or whatever it's called, but it was
closed yesterday, so it's kind of screen. I know they're
closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Speaker 4 (13:20):
It was frantic place to take them. We were rattling
off a bunch of different places. None of them seem
to be working.
Speaker 2 (13:26):
I need some good go tos though, when people are
visiting so six one five, seven, three, seven, nine, one
oh seven. Uh yeah. Maybe it's just Broadway. Maybe it's
a certain spot on Broadway. Maybe it's a landmark, a hike.
Speaker 3 (13:36):
Whatever.
Speaker 2 (13:36):
What do you do when someone is in town visiting?
Where do you take Ricky?
Speaker 1 (13:40):
Is Zach and Mano in the Morning.
Speaker 4 (13:43):
On Evin's looking to add to his list of places
to take out of towners when they're visiting Nashville. It's Ricky,
Zach and Mano in the Morning on one O seven
five the River.
Speaker 3 (13:53):
Kate and Franklin, good morning, Good morning.
Speaker 2 (13:56):
How you doing good? Are you? Dude? You're so chipper.
We like your voice.
Speaker 9 (14:01):
I've got a latte in my mug this morning.
Speaker 3 (14:04):
Good for you. I think I need a lot day
pick me up?
Speaker 4 (14:08):
Kate, Where do you like to take out of towners
when they come to visit Nashville.
Speaker 2 (14:11):
We love to go to the Perch in Brentwood for
brun The Perch in Brentwood. I'm gonna write it down.
It's delicious.
Speaker 9 (14:18):
You're gonna love the breakfast sandwich or the burritos.
Speaker 2 (14:22):
Okay, is it like a chain or is this just
a one location situation, just like.
Speaker 9 (14:27):
A one location.
Speaker 3 (14:28):
Oh, it looks so cute. I just googled it.
Speaker 4 (14:30):
It's like an acute little spot. Kind of looks like
a home.
Speaker 9 (14:33):
Yes, I like it. I like like if it's a
nice day, sit outside, so nice?
Speaker 2 (14:39):
Oh great? Okay? Is it is there usually a weight
or no?
Speaker 7 (14:42):
It depends.
Speaker 9 (14:43):
I mean the weekends definitely get a little bit busier,
but always worth the weight.
Speaker 2 (14:47):
Okay. I didn't know if it was like a pancake
pantry situation when there's a line around the block.
Speaker 9 (14:52):
No, not that crazy, but it's delicious. You didn't get any
kind of like crape like it's delicious.
Speaker 3 (14:57):
Oh my gosh, Kate, I'm getting hungry now.
Speaker 9 (15:00):
Yes, you're gonna love you to try it.
Speaker 2 (15:01):
Do you work there by chance? Last question?
Speaker 9 (15:06):
Maybe I like it.
Speaker 4 (15:09):
No, we like when you guys do things like this
because we love to shout out local businesses. We love
when people call in, even if it's your business, We
want to hear about it.
Speaker 3 (15:17):
So there's nothing wrong with that. There's no shame in
this game.
Speaker 9 (15:20):
It's a listens. You won't be sad if you try it.
Speaker 2 (15:23):
All right, Kate, thank you very much, And that was
very smart of you to call and shout out the
local business that you work at. So nice show.
Speaker 3 (15:30):
Hope you guys.
Speaker 5 (15:31):
I'm a happy Tuesday.
Speaker 2 (15:32):
You too, love ask to sit in Kate section when
you go, and then Tipper generously.
Speaker 3 (15:36):
They have a lavender honey latte.
Speaker 2 (15:39):
That does sound good. This sounds bod Maybe that's what
was in her mug this morning.
Speaker 1 (15:43):
Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on the River.
Speaker 3 (15:47):
Good morning, Sarah. Where are you from?
Speaker 6 (15:49):
Okay, I'm from Mountain Julia. How's it going?
Speaker 4 (15:53):
How are you sound very excited in chipper today? I'm
loving how the energy today is very high?
Speaker 2 (15:57):
And those five the river? Did you say Mountain and Juliet?
Speaker 6 (16:00):
I like that, Yeah, Mountain Juliet. If you're from Nashville,
that's how you say it because you're Southern.
Speaker 2 (16:05):
I don't hear people say that often.
Speaker 6 (16:07):
Well, welcome to Mountain Juliet.
Speaker 9 (16:09):
Thanks Sarah.
Speaker 4 (16:11):
Do you have a suggestion of a place that you
like to take people when they come to visit Nashville?
Speaker 6 (16:15):
Yes, I was gonna say the Funky Grittle like it's
forgotten about, but it's in like Wedgwood, Houston area. I
don't know if you have a breakfast French spot yet,
but it's super fun, super cool. You kind of make
your own thing and share the state.
Speaker 2 (16:28):
We've been there, We've taken our kids there before, and
that is fun. I love the funky grittel.
Speaker 3 (16:33):
Yes, it's just like.
Speaker 6 (16:33):
A natural, classic hid gym kind of thing. So I
didn't know if you knew, but just wanted to make
sure you do.
Speaker 2 (16:39):
I'm glad, Sarah, Sarah, thank you.
Speaker 6 (16:42):
Have a good day.
Speaker 3 (16:43):
Guys, Jenna and Gallaton.
Speaker 4 (16:46):
Tell us your favorite spot to take people when they
come visit Nashville.
Speaker 9 (16:49):
I love taking them to a place called Love Circles.
Speaker 3 (16:54):
It's on the west side of town.
Speaker 9 (16:56):
It's a little park. It's like a hell you go
on and view of the Nationale skyline.
Speaker 3 (17:03):
Oh, I just looked it up.
Speaker 4 (17:05):
I had no idea that this was a thing, and
it does have a great view of the skyline. I'm
showing everybody a picture in the studio.
Speaker 2 (17:11):
It's called Love Circle. Yes, at first I thought it
was one of those like like a place you go
by furry handcuffs or something.
Speaker 3 (17:19):
Now we know we're kecking. Brain is a love sir.
Speaker 9 (17:23):
The Hustlers down.
Speaker 2 (17:27):
A recommendation for everything. Thank you, Jenna. We appreciate it.
Love circle. That's a good one.
Speaker 9 (17:32):
Have a great day.
Speaker 2 (17:34):
Oh man. All right, the Game of the Day a
few minutes away. These VIP passes for River on the Rooftop,
you can win them.
Speaker 1 (17:39):
Next Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning.
Speaker 4 (17:45):
We have another River on the Rooftop happening next week.
Wild to think about it, but MGK is gonna be there.
Speaker 3 (17:51):
You can be too if you win. Kevin Mendo's Game
of the Day presented by Genesis Diamonds.
Speaker 2 (17:55):
That's one week from tonight.
Speaker 3 (17:56):

I'm gonna hand Ricky some sheets of paper here with
sentences written on them. She's gonna read them, and then
you have to tell us what the acronym in that
sentence stands for. Okay, okay, all right, here we go, Casey.
Speaker 3 (19:20):
Now I'm nervous too. Now we're both nervous.
Speaker 2 (19:22):
All right, get two out of three of these, right,

Speaker 3 (19:25):
All right, Casey, put your hands up.
Speaker 4 (19:27):

Speaker 2 (19:33):
Hey, investigations. Nice job.

Speaker 4 (19:54):
Radio is a backup career after my dream job in
the wwe didn't.
Speaker 2 (19:58):
Work out, Ricky, I'm siry to hear the cool brushing
enter came it, three of them.
Speaker 4 (20:04):
Now, I see why Kevin wanted me to read these
little pieces of paper because I didn't know what they
said on that.
Speaker 2 (20:09):
That was fun. I like that. Congratulations you win. You're
gonna be their VIP two c MGK next Tuesday night.
Speaker 6 (20:15):
Oh my god, I cannot believe it.

happy that you won because you really you know, you're
clearly a big fan. So we'll see you Tuesday night,
one week from tonight.
Speaker 6 (20:24):
Awesome, Thank you.
Speaker 1 (20:26):
Three things you need to know?
Speaker 2 (20:28):
All right, just past eight o'clock. Good morning, friends, Let's
make it a great one. Ricky's got those three things.
Speaker 4 (20:32):
Is Taylor Swift up to something right now? There's lots
of fan theories going nuts on TikTok. They think that
we're finally going to get reputation Taylor's version, which is
a thing that everybody thinks about every few months.
Speaker 3 (20:45):
They think it's coming.
Speaker 4 (20:46):
But there's this one specific TikTok that's gone crazy viral.
The the person explains it better than I do, so
I'm not gonna explain. I'm just gonna let her do it.
Speaker 10 (20:54):
Here we go, if anyone remembers. In May twenty twenty three,
Taylosa's piano broke during aristour acoustic set and she claimed
it was haunted.
Speaker 2 (21:03):
So that means.
Speaker 1 (21:07):
Shortly after that we got.
Speaker 10 (21:09):
Speak Now Too's version, which obviously a song on the
album is haunted. Then earlier this year her piano broke.
Speaker 11 (21:14):
Again and it was a synth sound.
Speaker 3 (21:19):
Damn keyboard is playing a synth sound.
Speaker 10 (21:22):
Shortly after that we got Tortured Post Department, which that synth.
Speaker 1 (21:25):
Sound is from the album.
Speaker 10 (21:26):
And then last night in Milan, her piano broke again.
She even brought out an engineer to come and fix.
Speaker 11 (21:31):
It, and every time she opened it up, it would
play a snake hissing sound, and then.
Speaker 3 (21:42):
She also played getaway car.
Speaker 10 (21:43):
After that, clear that the engineers doing nothing.
Speaker 11 (21:45):
It's a bit and reputation.
Speaker 2 (21:46):
Tao's version is, oh, well, see feel like my head
is spinning after that.
Speaker 4 (21:51):
I know the Swifties really do piece everything together so
well though, and it makes sense.
Speaker 2 (21:56):
I mean, I hope they're legitimately pursuing like jobs and
law enforcement and like being real detectives, because I mean
that they could do those skills are crazy, they could
do it.
Speaker 3 (22:04):
We will see what happens, obviously.
Speaker 4 (22:06):
If anything does pop up and we see anything that's even.
Speaker 3 (22:09):
Slightly like an announcement, we will let you know.
Speaker 4 (22:12):
Sean Combs has been arrested in Manhattan after a grand
jury indictment. He's been accused of a bunch of different charges.
We don't know what the specific charges are right now,
though none of that has been released. We just know
that he is in federal custody. So we will let
you know as more and more details come out of this.
Right now, we just don't know much except for the
fact that he's been arrested and Walmart.
Speaker 3 (22:34):
Is doing something really amazing.
Speaker 4 (22:36):
They are rolling out inclusive accessible carts in stores in Tennessee.
Speaker 3 (22:40):
So they're called Caroline's Carts.
Speaker 4 (22:42):
They're shopping carts that are specifically designed with a large
seat in the back of it to help give caregivers
of adults and children who have disabilities a much easier
way to kind of, you know, take them through the store.
So it's a huge seat, the seat faces the person
that's pushing the cart, and it's just a very different,
easier style for people who have any disabilities or limited
(23:03):
mobility to make sure that they can be.
Speaker 3 (23:05):
Safe and comfortable.
Speaker 4 (23:06):
So each Walmart supercenter is set to have two of
these carts. Neighborhood markets are going to have at least one.
They want to do a nationwide total of eight thousand carts,
which is a great way to start. They're hoping to
have every single store to have a Caroline's car at
least one by early twenty twenty five. So good stuff
on Walmart's part. I'm Ricky Sanchez, and those are the
(23:27):
three things you need to know.
Speaker 2 (23:29):
One the River Ricky Zach and Mannow in the morning
has parents. It can be difficult to you know, kind
of come up with new consequences when kids do things
and we're all in here racking our brains trying to
figure out. We don't know this girl, but there's a story.
I think she was in Ohio. This's eight year old,
took her parents suv. She's eight, She drove to Target,
(23:49):
she ordered a fravuccino, and she went shopping. Parents reporter missing.
They found her at Target. She was eight years old,
So we're wondering, what do you what kind of a
consequence is this kid even gonna get.
Speaker 4 (24:00):
I also want to just make a note to the
fact that she drove twelve miles, so it took her
about twenty five minutes to thirty minutes to get to Target.
She also did ruin someone's mailbox, which is a federal offense. Yeah,
and yeah, took their car at eight years old.
Speaker 7 (24:17):
I mean the frappucinos that Starbucks will do it to you.
I'm just saying sometimes they get the best of all
of us.
Speaker 4 (24:22):
Funny part is though, that she got the prepatino and
then she was walking around Target beginning to shop, so
she was full fledged going for a Target eight on
her own. I don't know what the proper punishment for
this is. I don't have kids. But you originally said Kevin, like, oh,
take their screen, And I was like, that does not.
Speaker 2 (24:37):
Seem like it's a cost. It's always my god, But
you're right, that's probably doesn't fit the crime in this.
Speaker 3 (24:42):
The car that's illegal. She could be doing that. She
gonna hurt somebody.
Speaker 2 (24:45):
This say is like thirteen going on thirty.
Speaker 7 (24:47):
Like because she's at it feels like she's an actual adult, like, Hey,
I'm going to Starbucks, I'm gonna go shopping at Target.
Speaker 2 (24:52):
Like she's living her best life. Okay, so we need
you six one, five, seven, three, seven, nine, one oh seven.
Your friends over here at the River are asking what
should this girl's consequence be If this was your child,
what would you do?
Speaker 3 (25:05):
Caarly, you would take away their screen?
Speaker 2 (25:08):
Probably seven.
Speaker 1 (25:14):
Ricky Zach and Manno in the morning.
Speaker 3 (25:17):
On this little girl in Ohio.
Speaker 4 (25:21):
She's gone viral, not for a great reason, but for
kind of a somewhat religable reason for some people.
Speaker 3 (25:27):
It's one oh seven five the River. She is eight
years old in Ohio.
Speaker 4 (25:30):
She drove twelve miles to a Target to get a
frappuccino at just Shop.
Speaker 2 (25:35):
On her own. She took her parents, Suv and just
went to target.
Speaker 4 (25:38):
So we were wondering, what is like the proper punishment
for something like this, because it seems as though everyone's
making light of it. The cops made a joke about it.
They said they can't charge her criminally because she's too young.
But this could have really went sideways, really fast.
Speaker 2 (25:52):
Yeah, that's so dangerous. So yeah, we were asking what
a consequence of punishment could be and we heard from
the ultimate authority. We got a call from a police officer.
He chose to remain anonymous and want but he was
telling us that a lot of parents do this, like, uh,
juvenile monitoring. It's like you can basically pay to get
an ankle bracelet for your kid. Oh yeah, Ricky and
(26:12):
I just talked to him and we had no idea.
We were shocked. But yes, parents are doing this. I
don't want to say all the time, but occasionally.
Speaker 3 (26:18):
But it's an option.
Speaker 7 (26:19):
I mean, I feel like it's a good option, especially
after she stole the car and drove it and hit
somebody's mailbox.
Speaker 2 (26:25):
Like, I feel like this is a good option if
she keeps kind of.
Speaker 4 (26:28):
Wanting to take cars. Yeah, because I'm just I'm mind
blown by the idea that the cops did nothing.
Speaker 2 (26:35):
I know.
Speaker 4 (26:35):
I made a joke about it on social media and
said like, oh I found someone more to hurry to
get to target than my wife, which is okay.
Speaker 2 (26:41):
An eight year old was driving on the highway. How
are we just joking about it and not actually doing something?
Speaker 4 (26:47):
There's dash cam video of her swerving in between, like
we're like anybody, Yeah, And I don't know.
Speaker 3 (26:54):
Maybe parents are just getting solved. Maybe the cops are
grit and soft. But if that would have happened.
Speaker 4 (26:57):
When I was eight, or Zach was eight, or you
were Kevin, I think this would have been a totally
different scenario.
Speaker 2 (27:02):
I know this sounds like an episode of Full House
or something around Stephanie Tanner just went to the mall and.
Speaker 3 (27:06):
Oh, well, did you learn your lesson?
Speaker 2 (27:10):
Hey, here's what we're gonna do. We do have somebody
on the phone that I really want to talk to. Okay,
she's gonna tell us how she would have punished her child,
who's a bit of a problem child. It's Zach's mom,
a problem child. We're gonna talk to her in a
few minutes. Here, Okay, Zach's mom, how she would have
handled this? Had Zach been the one driving across town
to go to target. She's next one oh seven five
(27:32):
of the river, Ricky, Zach and Mano in the morning. Oh,
this is exciting. We have Zach's mom, Chris on the line.
It's one of seven to five the river.
Speaker 4 (27:40):
Hello, mother, Hi, Okay, tell us what you would have
done to Zach if he was eight years old? Stole
your car and drove twelve miles to a target to
order a frappuccino into shop.
Speaker 2 (27:52):
If you missed that, this is based on a news
story out of Ohio. A little girl did that.
Speaker 9 (27:55):
Oh, the punishment would be very harsh and scary, so
that we did not happen again. For instance, when Zach
was little, he refused to say in a car seat. Refused,
He would let himself out of his car seat all
the time. Okay, So we got pulled over and the
police officer said, why don't you have your son in
the car seat? And I said, he refuses to stay
as car seat. He keeps getting out of his car seat.
(28:16):
So I got a ticket. I made Zach dress up
in a little man suit and go to court with
his piggy bank and stand in front of the judge
who asked him why he was there, and Zach told
him that he wants stay as car seat. And so
the judge asked him how much he had in his
piggy bank, and he had to pay the fine, and
(28:36):
he forever and ever after that stayed in his car seat.
Speaker 2 (28:42):
So you would take me to court what happened?
Speaker 8 (28:45):
Here?
Speaker 2 (28:45):
We're going to judge for this one.
Speaker 9 (28:49):
I would take her to jail. I would pretend to
book her in. I would share her.
Speaker 2 (28:54):
Yeah, how old was Zach in your story?
Speaker 9 (28:59):
He was three?
Speaker 2 (29:02):
You didn't know what he was doing.
Speaker 9 (29:04):
Oh, yes, have you met Zach day? What he was doing?
Speaker 4 (29:09):
Like I said, it's just a totally different world right now.
Because the cop was upset, clearly that's a safety hazard.
They're worried about Zach getting hurt.
Speaker 3 (29:19):
So she got a ticket, and then I kind of
deal with the ticket because he was the one who
actually did.
Speaker 2 (29:23):
I guess you learned from your mistakes because there are consequences.
Speaker 8 (29:26):
Yep.
Speaker 9 (29:27):
I would absolutely scare her straight, take her to jail,
the whole thing.
Speaker 2 (29:30):
Oh my gosh, fun fact. You tried to scare me
straight and I'm still gay. So here we are, O.
Speaker 3 (29:36):
God, Zach.
Speaker 2 (29:38):
I like that she's cracking up to you. Okay, this
was fantastic. Thank you for calling. We know even more
about Zach now, which is great.
Speaker 9 (29:49):
Okay, I love you, bye, love you bye.
Speaker 1 (29:54):
Ricky is Zach and Man in the morning.
Speaker 2 (29:59):
Got an inspir rational one today. It's one O seven
to five the River. Every day about this time we
play some audio from a video that one of us
finds online, something worthwhile, something going viral, and Ricky found
this today.
Speaker 4 (30:10):
This is just a great example of the Internet doing
good for someone. There was a man on the street
who offered a stranger to play him a song of
his very own, like his own original original song, in
exchange for some beer.
Speaker 3 (30:23):
So the guy was like, yea, what fine.
Speaker 4 (30:25):
When he went inside the store, he grabs some beer
for him, gave it to him, and then he took
this video, which now has over thirteen million views on it.
Here he is doing an original song of his own.
Speaker 8 (30:35):
Socks a God, somebody stop by news and now my
feetoactive disco, so happy, so happy this up there he'll
(30:55):
be latch you think, gosh shit, it'd go and all
love is you.
Speaker 4 (31:06):
Lots of comments on this video are comparing the vibe
like the sense that you get listening to him to
jelly roll, like you can hear the hurt in his voice,
and you can hear that he's lived a life kind
of thing. It has gone crazy viral. Everyone loves it.
He has now started his own TikTok if you want
to follow him, he calls himself Donut Larsen, but his
TikTok is at Andrew dot Larson. Oh one okay, and
(31:30):
he's just out there trying to get his music out there.
Speaker 2 (31:34):
I'd like to stay on top of his story and
see where that goes. At one O seven five the
River on Instagram. If you'd like to see that video,
we're gonna link it up there. We always link the
Daily Devil tap. We post it. I'm just gonna keep talking,
so Ricky has to postpone this cop even.
Speaker 3 (31:45):
More are getting the worst source of day.
Speaker 1 (31:50):
Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on the
River
