Speaker 1 (00:00):
Three things you need to know six.
Speaker 2 (00:02):
O'clock here on this Tuesday morning. Good morning, Thank you
for being here, Thanks for starting your day with us.
Ricky's got those three things.
Speaker 3 (00:08):
SNL's last shows of the year have been announced. I
already shared that Shaboozy and Paul Mescal we're growing to
be on the show December seventh, so if you miss that,
then there's a little reminder. But December fourteenth is going
to have Chris Rock host and Gracie Abrams perform.
Speaker 1 (00:22):
I'm really excited to see Gracey Abrams.
Speaker 3 (00:24):
December twenty first is going to be Martin Short as
the host and there's going to be a performance by
Hose here.
Speaker 1 (00:30):
So some good stuff to end out the year.
Speaker 3 (00:32):
Round out the year, SNL has been doing a great
job thus far with the amount of people that they've
gotten to come through, so I'm excited for them.
Speaker 4 (00:38):
I just want to see the height difference between Martin
Short and Hose. I want to see two of them
standing next to you. Yeah, Hosier is really tall, Martin
George really short. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (00:46):
Well yeah.
Speaker 3 (00:47):
South Host Airlines is going to end cabin service sooner
due to safety concerns, so this is something to keep
in mind. So starting this week, Southwest Airlines is updating
the cabin procedures so ending they're in flight service ten
minutes earlier is how they're going to make sure that
they handle safety concerns. Crews are going to start preparations
for landing now at eighteen thousand feet instead of ten
(01:10):
thousand feet.
Speaker 1 (01:11):
The change is meant to keep everyone.
Speaker 3 (01:12):
Safe, like I had said, because turbulence, as experts have
been warning, is on the rise, so it's making it
really really important that you pay attention and listen to
the cabin crew when they tell you to sit in
your seat and fasten your seatbelt and don't move around.
It's really important that you pay attention because obviously bad
turbulence can lead to a lot of injuries. So something
to just keep in mind while you are on a flight,
(01:34):
and the fact that everything is going to be changing.
I already feel like they're not serving things that long already,
So I'm with you that in mind right now too.
So get your water, get your soda, get whatever you
need from the airport itself before you get on the flight,
and save.
Speaker 1 (01:49):
Yourself the trouble.
Speaker 3 (01:50):
And to all my creatives out there, Tennessee Wildlife's twenty
twenty five to twenty twenty six Calendar Photo Contest is
happening right now, so all interested photographers are are invited
to submit up to ten of their best photos on
wildlife species native to Tennessee. Also, hunting, fishing, boating photos
are all welcome. It's all just about the outdoors for
(02:10):
the most part. So submit your photos by March seventeenth
to see if you get your picture in the calendar photo?
Speaker 1 (02:16):
Are calendar photo?
Speaker 3 (02:17):
In?
Speaker 1 (02:18):
What am I trying to say?
Speaker 4 (02:19):
You get your picture of the calendar?
Speaker 3 (02:20):
There we go. Why can't I phrase this the way
my head is raising it? I saw and those are
the three things you need.
Speaker 4 (02:28):
I just kept saying calendar photo.
Speaker 3 (02:30):
I'm like, I know what I'm trying to say, but
it's not coming out.
Speaker 4 (02:33):
It's very funny.
Speaker 2 (02:35):
Thank you Ricky for getting back into the music with
Sabrina Carpenter. No forget pick your package. We brought this
back yesterday doing it again six point twenty and then
fifteen minutes your chance to call.
Speaker 5 (02:45):
It's time to pick your package on one seven five
to the river.
Speaker 3 (02:50):
It's another exciting day because we're gonna do pick your package.
Speaker 1 (02:54):
If you don't know how pick.
Speaker 3 (02:55):
Your package works, that's okay, we will explain it to you.
We have a bunch of gifts to give you, Yes, Smith,
we're really excited.
Speaker 1 (03:01):
To give them to you. But we got to play
a little game to get there.
Speaker 3 (03:04):
Okay, you got to pick a number one through thirty two,
and behind that number is a prize. They range from
like concert tickets to see Kane Brown, Kelsey Ballerini, Tate McCrae,
and also some not so wonderful prizes as well.
Speaker 2 (03:18):
Yeah, yesterday we gave away some emergency underpants, didn't.
Speaker 4 (03:21):
We We tried. Oh, she rejected, though, she rejected.
Speaker 1 (03:24):
This racky inflatable are inflailing two man.
Speaker 4 (03:27):
So good news those emergency and these are still in
a play. They are there. Yeah, you worry.
Speaker 2 (03:32):
You do want to check the website though, to make
sure you're not picking a package it's already been picked.
Because if you uh, say a number and that number
is off the table, there goes that turn.
Speaker 4 (03:40):
Okay, so you can.
Speaker 2 (03:41):
Put your first gift back if you don't like it,
but your second gift you are stuck with. We are
playing the game right now. Six one, five, seven, three, seven,
nine one oh, seven, there are still what twenty eight
wonderful gifts under this tree.
Speaker 3 (03:51):
Yeah, I mean I think we got some really good ones.
I want half these concert tickets so.
Speaker 6 (03:55):
That Nintendo switch in there.
Speaker 4 (03:57):
It's amazing. Yeah, let's play the game picking your package.
Speaker 2 (03:59):
Next.
Speaker 4 (04:00):
It's time to pick your package on the river.
Speaker 1 (04:05):
It's one of seven five the river.
Speaker 3 (04:06):
We got dan Yella and Lebanon on the line. She said,
she already knows how pick your Package works. But for
those of you who don't, we have all of these
Christmas gifts under our Christmas tree and we want to
give them to you. We got things from concert tickets
to a hatch alarm clock to emergency underpants, all sorts
of stuff under the tree. You got to pick a
(04:27):
number one through thirty two. Danella.
Speaker 1 (04:29):
You do not have to keep.
Speaker 3 (04:31):
Your first pick. If you don't love it, you could
put it back. But if you put it back, that
means that you're stuck with the second one.
Speaker 4 (04:37):
Okay, she knows how to play. She sounds excited. Have
you been.
Speaker 2 (04:42):
Have you been paying attention at all yesterday to see
which packages have already been picked?
Speaker 7 (04:46):
Yes?
Speaker 4 (04:47):
Perfect, Okay, I think she's ready.
Speaker 3 (04:49):
That's good because if you picked a package that somebody
already picked, you'd be stuck with it.
Speaker 2 (04:52):
That wouldn't be good.
Speaker 4 (04:53):
Not emergency underpants. It's your turn. Let's go pick your package.
Speaker 6 (05:00):
Can I do?
Speaker 7 (05:00):
Number twelve?
Speaker 1 (05:02):
Number number twelve, number two.
Speaker 3 (05:08):
Daniella, I just said that I want half of these
concert tickets that are under the tree. Number twelve is
Tate McCrae September eleventh at ridge Stone Arena. Do you
want Do you.
Speaker 1 (05:20):
Want to keep it or do you want to put
it back?
Speaker 6 (05:24):
Put it back?
Speaker 4 (05:25):
Oh, tickets are going back. And now if you're paying
attention playing along at home, you know where they.
Speaker 7 (05:30):
Are for later.
Speaker 3 (05:31):
Yeah, all right, Daniella, pick another number, number four.
Speaker 4 (05:36):
Number. We got to open it before I start laughing.
Speaker 2 (05:39):
Hang on, no, yeah, dan Yella.
Speaker 3 (05:43):
Number four is the world's smallest violin.
Speaker 4 (05:47):
Oh my.
Speaker 6 (05:53):
Prize.
Speaker 2 (05:55):
This is kind of what makes this game so exciting though,
because you you put back pretty great game. Then you're
walking away with a small violation.
Speaker 3 (06:03):
Yeah again later, Daniella, Thank you so much for playing
with us, though I know it may not have been
what you wanted, but we appreciate you for hanging out with us.
Speaker 4 (06:12):
Thank you so much. Thank you Danielle.
Speaker 2 (06:14):
We're gonna put you on hold for a second so
we can send you this tiny violin.
Speaker 4 (06:17):
Hope the rest of your day goes better.
Speaker 3 (06:19):
Thank you.
Speaker 4 (06:21):
We're gonna play again at nine to twenty this afternoon.
Speaker 2 (06:23):
We play four times every day, and again, make sure
you're checking that website one oh seven five the River
dot com to see what's taken.
Speaker 6 (06:28):
Do you think nine to twenty is in the afternoon?
Speaker 4 (06:30):
Did I say nine twenty afternoon? Did I say it?
Speaker 3 (06:34):
You did so well this morning, Kevin, I couldn't speak career.
You're confusing time frames.
Speaker 5 (06:41):
Ricky, Zach and Meadow in the morning on the River.
Speaker 3 (06:45):
Okay, Zach is really excited right now. He's looking at
me really creepily. But that's his excited face because he
bought us Christmas gifts and we have no idea what
they can do.
Speaker 6 (06:55):
Well, they're not Christmas gifts, they're just gifts in general.
Speaker 4 (06:58):
Oh, so we forget another gift.
Speaker 8 (07:01):
I never said you were getting a Christmas gift. If
you want to take this as a Christmas gift, then
go for it.
Speaker 1 (07:06):
Oh, it seems like there's some confusion here.
Speaker 4 (07:08):
Yeah, I think so too.
Speaker 8 (07:09):
Okay, Well, I just bought these presents because you guys know,
a couple of weeks ago, my license plate was stolen
off my car, and so I went to AutoZone and
I found these.
Speaker 6 (07:18):
They have anti theft fasteners for your license plate.
Speaker 8 (07:22):
So I bought you both some so you don't have
to deal with the drama.
Speaker 4 (07:26):
That's actually really nice and very very practical.
Speaker 8 (07:30):
Yeah, I didn't know that they sold these, but I
bought them for my car, and I was like, you
know what, I want to make sure that you guys
don't have to deal with it too.
Speaker 1 (07:36):
That's hilarious.
Speaker 3 (07:37):
I was not expecting this by anybody.
Speaker 4 (07:39):
No, it's a good gift.
Speaker 6 (07:40):
Thank you. I tried really really hard a whole ten dollars.
Speaker 3 (07:44):
You guys, thank you so much. Now we never have
to worry about it.
Speaker 8 (07:48):
I know it was really stressful when my license plate
got stolen. And now you have anti theft license plate fasteners.
Speaker 2 (07:54):
I know you guys always say like I'm the old one,
and you make fun of me and stuff, but you guys.
Speaker 4 (07:57):
Are officially old. If if this is what you're giving
a gift, and.
Speaker 2 (08:00):
If you're excited about anti fasteners, this is fantastic.
Speaker 4 (08:04):
You're you're welcome to adulthood.
Speaker 1 (08:06):
It's practical.
Speaker 4 (08:07):
This is such a great gift.
Speaker 6 (08:09):
I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not.
Speaker 4 (08:12):
Thousand percent is.
Speaker 1 (08:13):
He's so serious.
Speaker 3 (08:14):
I could see it on his face.
Speaker 6 (08:15):
Okay, you better go put him on your car right now.
Speaker 2 (08:16):
I'm going, Well, I will like before I like, visit
your neighborhood.
Speaker 8 (08:20):
Wow, I wasn't even in my neighborhood, so I don't
live in Green Hills.
Speaker 4 (08:27):
Right after he gave me a gift, I'm taking shots
at him.
Speaker 8 (08:31):
Wow.
Speaker 6 (08:31):
Okay, thanks Kevin.
Speaker 1 (08:33):
Thank you, Zach.
Speaker 3 (08:34):
I appreciate the gift, even if Kevin doesn't.
Speaker 4 (08:38):
Can't wait for the Christmas present.
Speaker 1 (08:40):
Three things you need to just.
Speaker 2 (08:42):
Past seven o'clock on this Tuesday morning here in Nashville,
thank you for starting the day with us.
Speaker 4 (08:46):
Rick, He's got those three things.
Speaker 1 (08:47):
Kendrick Lamar.
Speaker 3 (08:48):
He's making huge strides with his surprise album GNX. He
now joins Aria Grande and BTS. As he only acts
to earn three number one debuts on a Hot one
hundred in a single year, he also holds the top
five spots on the Billboard Hot one hundred right now.
Speaker 1 (09:03):
Squabble Up is number one.
Speaker 3 (09:05):
Followed by TV off, luth whacked Out Murals and Hey
now so TV off Top five.
Speaker 4 (09:10):
TV off is the reason everybody's running rout, Scream and Mustard.
I love it so much.
Speaker 3 (09:18):
I listened to that song every time on my way
to pilates because it hipes me up so much, and.
Speaker 1 (09:22):
I know plates is like chill, but like I gotta
be ready.
Speaker 4 (09:26):
Sure.
Speaker 3 (09:27):
This is also the first time that shaboo Disi's a
bar song has not been number one in nineteen weeks,
So Shaboozi is officially kicked off the number one spot,
but he does follow all of Kendrick Lamar's top five
songs sure, which you know, listen, an amazing run nineteen
weeks is absolutely outrageous. We are so proud of him
(09:48):
because obviously his song did things that I'm sure he
didn't even realize it was gonna do. So that's amazing.
Now it is Kendrick Lamar's turn. No Rad they're ready
to track Santa Slay here. This the sixty ninth year
that they're doing this. Every Christmas Eve, the North American
Aerospace Defense Command track Santa across the globe.
Speaker 1 (10:08):
This originally started as a.
Speaker 3 (10:09):
Happy accident back in nineteen fifty five, fun fact, and
now it's just a full blown holiday tradition. Their website,
their app, they even have a hotline now cool but
you can call in. You can call eight seven seven
high no rad people are gonna answer you questions about.
Speaker 1 (10:24):
Santa's location and where he's at.
Speaker 3 (10:26):
Over two hundred and sixty thousand people called last year
to keep tabs on Santa. So annual tracking kicks off
at four am Mountain Standard time on December twenty fourth,
and it'll run through until midnight. You can see where
Santa is at. That's my favorite thing ever.
Speaker 4 (10:41):
Oh, we do it all the time. I love it.
I heard of it so.
Speaker 3 (10:44):
Much and I'm really excited for this as well. The
opening date for Case, which is Noko's new sister restaurant,
is officially like it's officially here. It's all the books
so it's a fourteen course Alma Case Diny experience. It's
open next door to Noco Uh and it starts Friday,
December thirteenth.
Speaker 1 (11:04):
Ready to go.
Speaker 3 (11:05):
You can make reservations now for three different seating options.
Speaker 1 (11:09):
You can book it for every day but Monday.
Speaker 3 (11:10):
The seating options are five, thirty, seven, and eight thirty PM.
Now I need somebody who wants to go because I've
been really excited for this and my fiance doesn't really
love seafood.
Speaker 4 (11:20):
Okay, is this seafood or sushi or what do you
think of sushi?
Speaker 1 (11:23):
Seafood oma casse. So it's a bunch of.
Speaker 3 (11:26):
I believe it's a lot of seafood liked.
Speaker 4 (11:29):
Do you like soy sauce on your seafood?
Speaker 1 (11:31):
Depending on one of your sushi, you.
Speaker 4 (11:32):
Know what I don't like on mine. I've just been
waiting for another opportunity to play.
Speaker 3 (11:41):
Heye so much, but I appreciate it at the same time.
Speaker 1 (11:45):
I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the three things you
need to know.
Speaker 4 (11:47):
Right after jelly Roll, it's Zach's Facts. You standing by.
We're all gonna learn together.
Speaker 5 (11:52):
Next Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning on the.
Speaker 4 (11:58):
River is jelly Roll. It's one of seven the River.
It's time for Zach's Facts.
Speaker 8 (12:02):
Did you guys know that polar bears actually have black skin.
It helps absorb the heat and the UV race that
keep the polar bears warm. And their fur is not white,
it's translucent. It's like clear fur.
Speaker 2 (12:15):
I feel like I've heard that before, but I still
don't necessarily get it.
Speaker 4 (12:18):
It's true.
Speaker 8 (12:19):
It's like the reflection from the snow that makes them
look white from Yeah, so that's your fact of the day.
Speaker 2 (12:25):
So if you took a polar bear, put it on
some grass with a little green allegedly, I'm trying this
and do it.
Speaker 3 (12:33):
Here to make Nashville traffic just a little less stressful.
Speaker 5 (12:36):
Ricky, Zach and Manno in the morning on.
Speaker 3 (12:41):
Christmas season, Christmas is right around the corner.
Speaker 1 (12:44):
Not to scare everybody, but it's almost here.
Speaker 3 (12:47):
One of the exciting things about Christmas are the elves.
Speaker 2 (12:51):
Our elves arrived obviously on December first, as is tradition.
Speaker 4 (12:55):
We have two of this year. We've always had Coco
and now Coco brought a friend. We have Chippy as well.
Speaker 3 (12:59):
Oh, Cocoa and Chippy.
Speaker 2 (13:01):
You have Coco and Chippy and uh, December first, the
kids asked the elves to make it snow and then
lo and behold last night.
Speaker 4 (13:10):
Yeah, those elves are pretty good. They're doing their work.
Speaker 3 (13:12):
They work really hard, really really hard. So we want
to hear your elve's name. You want to shout out
your elf? Now is the time It's gonna be great
for your elf to hear their name on the radio.

I love that name. I love hearing how creative everybody
gets with their ELF's name.

Speaker 1 (20:35):
You worry about that. Later.
Speaker 7 (20:37):
Yes, I will. Whoever's being good at the moment right,
that's a.
Speaker 3 (20:40):
Good way to do it.
Speaker 4 (20:42):
Lindsey, thank you for listening, Thanks for calling and playing.
Speaker 9 (20:44):
Oh thank you all.
Speaker 6 (20:45):
Merry Christmas, Mary Chris Is three things you need to
know just past eight o'clock on this Tuesday morning.
Speaker 2 (20:52):
We really appreciate you starting your day with us. Ricky's
got those three things.
Speaker 3 (20:55):
Nate Brigetsi just announced a show in Nashville for his
world tour next So Nate is a national native, Hiss local.
All of his local shows are always huge. His Big
Dumb Eyes.
Speaker 1 (21:07):
World Tour is going to travel across.
Speaker 3 (21:09):
North America, Europe, and the Middle East with sixty six stops.
His national stop is scheduled for December thirteenth of next
year at Bridgetown Arena. That's where he broke the attendance
record back in twenty twenty three. So very cool moment, obviously,
and I'm sure this one's gonna be just as big.
December thirteenth, next year. Rolling Stone has released their list
(21:30):
of one hundred best albums of twenty twenty four and.
Speaker 1 (21:33):
Charlie XCX tops it.
Speaker 3 (21:35):
Their number one album went to Charlie XCX's Brat, which
had a very massive cultural moment, so it totally makes sense.
Beyonce's Cowboy Carter sits at number two. Number three went
to MJ. Lenderman's Manning Fireworks. I Love that album, which
is a little scary to me for this nothing against
m jay. Fourth best album this year was Short and
(21:57):
Sweet by Sabrina Carpenter, and Billy Eilers rounded out the
top five with her album Hit Me Hard and Soft.
PNC's Christmas Price Index has just come out. So what
they do is they reveal how much it's gonna cost
every year for you to get all of the things
in the Twelve Days of Christmas. You know that song, ye, yeah,
the one that oddly has a lot of birds in it.
(22:19):
So buying all of those presents in the classic Christmas Carol,
do you have a guess on what it would cost kept.
Speaker 4 (22:26):
All of them? Do you have to buy all of
them multiple times?
Speaker 1 (22:28):
Like nine one one time through?
Speaker 2 (22:30):
Okay, sixty two thousand dollars.
Speaker 3 (22:33):
Forty nine, two hundred and sixty three. Now, if you
were going to do all.
Speaker 4 (22:38):
The repeated okay, that's what I was talking about, it.
Speaker 3 (22:41):
Would be two hundred and nine thousand, two hundred and
seventy two dollars for three hundred and sixty four items.
Speaker 2 (22:47):
It seems like a practical amount of money to spend
on all those birds.
Speaker 3 (22:50):
Why not? I never understood the song because how many
birds are in it? Like I love you too, but
please don't get me all these birds.
Speaker 4 (22:57):
Where am I.
Speaker 1 (22:57):
Gonna put that?
Speaker 3 (22:58):
Who has a house big enough to put.
Speaker 1 (22:59):
All the birds? Sanchez?
Speaker 3 (23:02):
Those are the three things you need to know, Ricky,
Zach and man in the morning on.
Speaker 2 (23:08):
Today is Giving Tuesday, which is a very important day.
Speaker 4 (23:11):
After we all just went through all these days.
Speaker 2 (23:13):
Of spend, spend, spend, Now it's time to sort of
give back to the community.
Speaker 1 (23:17):
Give to others.
Speaker 3 (23:17):
Last year, Giving Tuesday brought in an estimated three point
one billion dollars in twenty four hours. That's great just
in the US, which is amazing to hear.
Speaker 1 (23:26):
So Giving Tuesday is giving back to the community.
Speaker 3 (23:28):
Like Kevin just said, so any nonprofits that you know
of here in Nashville, we want to know about them.
We want to shout them out. I have a few
that I know need to be shouted out. There goes
you some help. So, for instance, wo Smith Community Music school.
They work to make sure that everybody has access to
quality music instruction. All of their lessons are fifty cents.
Speaker 4 (23:49):
That's oh my god, which is amazing.
Speaker 3 (23:52):
Right now, People Loving Nashville, they serve the unhoused here
in Nashville.
Speaker 1 (23:56):
Today.
Speaker 3 (23:57):
They have a donor matching up to fifteen thousand dollars.
So go ahead and go to their website. You can
just google people Loving Nashville donate so that they can
match it.
Speaker 1 (24:06):
That's amazing.
Speaker 4 (24:07):
Money goes twice as far to that.
Speaker 3 (24:08):
Yeah, exactly, And obviously there are so many more, so
call us shout them out.
Speaker 1 (24:12):
Let's donate some money.
Speaker 2 (24:13):
If you have one that's near and dear to your heart.
Maybe people don't know about it, let us know. Six
one five, seven, three seven, nine, one oh seven. Spread
the word on this Giving Tuesday one seven.
Speaker 5 (24:22):
Five The River rank you, Zach and Meno.
Speaker 1 (24:24):
In the morning, we'll like to give.
Speaker 3 (24:25):
You some ideas of local nonprofits that you can either
donate to, whether it's your time or money, maybe some supplies.
Speaker 1 (24:33):
We get Ashley in Nashville.
Speaker 3 (24:34):
Who has a place that we should all donate to.
Speaker 7 (24:37):
Go ahead, Ashley, Yeah, I work for Justice Industries. It's
a nonprofit. They help people with the barriers for employment
and it's really changed my life since I worked for them.
But we repurpose a lot of things. We're recycling glass.
It's a program called Just Glass and you can go
online and get a bin twenty dollars a month and
(24:59):
we come by every two weeks to pick up their
glass and take it out to the recycling place. And
we also have just Wash. It's a mobile detailing unit.
It's fifty five to sixty dollars a vehicle and we
service Davidson and Williamson County.
Speaker 4 (25:14):
Oh my gosh, that is such a great deal.
Speaker 8 (25:16):
Yeah, it's really cool and I just looked it up
Justice Industries and they say that they seek to employ
people who find it difficult to find work because of
a criminal history or a diction recovery or mental illnesses,
everything like that. So they employ those people that find
it hard to find a job.
Speaker 1 (25:32):
That's amazing, Ashley.
Speaker 3 (25:33):
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, because obviously
there are so many amazing nonprofits out there, and sometimes
you don't always get the moment that you need to
share what they do. So thank you for calling in.
Speaker 7 (25:44):
Oh no, I appreciate it. And I hope you guys
give us a chance with just glass and just Watchcak.
I love working for them. I need more hours.
Speaker 4 (25:52):
And Ricky just google the company. So what's the Where
can people go to find out more?
Speaker 3 (25:57):
Justice Industries dot org?
Speaker 2 (26:00):
YEA, well, thank you for that, Ashley. Those are great causes,
great organizations. Thank you for for spreading the word.
Speaker 7 (26:05):
No, thank you for your time.
Speaker 1 (26:06):
Have a great day.
Speaker 7 (26:07):
Love you too, Bite.
Speaker 2 (26:08):
And aside from the charitable aspect here, that's a good
deal on getting your card detail.
Speaker 5 (26:14):
Ricky, Zach and Mano in the Morning one O seven
five the.
Speaker 2 (26:19):
River Thricky, Zack and Mano in the Morning. There's something
about today. It just it feels like it's just.
Speaker 4 (26:24):
Like it's giving. It's Giving Tuesday.
Speaker 3 (26:27):
You know, it's totally giving Tuesday. Kevin, I see what
she did there, Amanda and Murphysborough.
Speaker 1 (26:33):
Tell us about a nonprofit we should know about.
Speaker 4 (26:36):
Alive Hospice A live hospice.
Speaker 11 (26:39):
Okay, they are a hospice facility. They have several different
impatient one in Nashville and one in Murphy's Burrow. I
have actually been a volunt year with them.
Speaker 2 (26:52):
Wow, well, thank you for doing that, because that is
I mean, you're an angel to be to be doing that. Really,
that's that's not an easy gig.
Speaker 11 (26:59):
It is not. I am the first person that the
patient's family see when they walk in and the last
potion that they see what their family member passed away.
Speaker 1 (27:08):
Amanda.
Speaker 3 (27:09):
That's really amazing though, that you're part of that. I
just looked it up and it says hospice care and
grief support as well, which is also just such an
important process when you lose a loved one.
Speaker 11 (27:18):
I'm actually one of cool to become a great counselor
for them.
Speaker 3 (27:22):
Amazing, It's amazing.
Speaker 2 (27:24):
Yeah, So what can we do on Giving Tuesday to
support them?
Speaker 4 (27:28):
Is it a donation based operation?
Speaker 11 (27:31):
They do take donations, and they also do fail for
the families that are there, and they do like a
snack part.
Speaker 1 (27:39):
Okay. It also looks like there's a volunteer section on.
Speaker 3 (27:41):
Their website as well, so like you could volunteer your
time just like Amanda does.
Speaker 11 (27:46):
They also have a camp over the summer camp forget
Me not Perfect.
Speaker 4 (27:51):
Okay. Cool.
Speaker 2 (27:52):
If somebody's looking for something meaningful to do today on
this Giving Tuesday, this is a great one.
Speaker 4 (27:57):
A live hospice.
Speaker 1 (27:59):
Yeah, thank you, for and Amanda, we appreciate.
Speaker 3 (28:01):
You, Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and you start to just
you start to feel maybe it's just me, but like
when you talk to somebody as amazing as a man
to like, you know you need to do more.
Speaker 4 (28:12):
Today is a great day to do more.
Speaker 3 (28:14):
Obviously, we only have so much time that we can
talk about this on air, but I am going to
post a full list of other places that you can
look at and align with the things that you want
to give your money to.
Speaker 1 (28:25):
Just follow us at one O seven five.
Speaker 5 (28:26):
The River, Ricky, Zach and Menno in the morning before
we get into the Daily Double Tap on one O
seven five the River.
Speaker 3 (28:36):
I need you to just tell me the alternative lyrics
that you.
Speaker 2 (28:39):
Just said, Kevin, don't help Wait, No, I forgot, like you,
what is this real song?
Speaker 4 (28:45):
I can't even think of it. Don't react like you,
don't help me.
Speaker 3 (28:48):
Put put the elf on the shelf.
Speaker 4 (28:50):
It was good in the moment. Yeah, I forget. I
lost this about the song.
Speaker 3 (28:54):
Daily Double Task going to be better than that moment was.
Speaker 4 (28:56):
I promise.
Speaker 3 (28:58):
This is what it's like when they it's just after
Thanksgiving break and there's this weird lull that we have
right now before Christmas, where everyone's like, what am I doing?
Speaker 1 (29:08):
Where am I? What is work?
Speaker 3 (29:10):
I just don't get it. This is a great way
to summarize those feelings.
Speaker 10 (29:15):
What is my password? I didn't update my posted the
last time I changed it. I would do that, but
unfortunately I forgot how to do my job. So you're
gonna have to just ask someone else how many characters
do I need?
Speaker 4 (29:29):
Again?
Speaker 10 (29:31):
This is not going well after Thanksgiving. After Thanksgiving, it's
almost like I did this to myself. So many emails,
delete all. Somebody left a bunch of work on your
desk while you were gone.
Speaker 4 (29:45):
Who would do such a thing? That's crazy?
Speaker 10 (29:48):
You know what, Actually, there's a lot of stuff on
my desk too. Maybe that's what happened to me.
Speaker 4 (29:53):
Yeah, nobody wants to do editing right now.
Speaker 3 (29:56):
The delete all for the emails.
Speaker 1 (30:00):
Once you're done with that part and you're just like,
I don't want to read any of these delete Yeah.
Speaker 10 (30:04):
No.
Speaker 2 (30:04):
If you're feeling that you were definitely not alone, We're
gonna put that video up in our Instagram stories. It's
where we put the daily double tap every day at
one oh seven five the River on Instagram and I
googled the lyrics, so now I could actually do this properly.
Speaker 4 (30:16):
You ready, Hey, do it?
Speaker 2 (30:18):
Donut like you ain't help me pull that out right
off the shelf.
Speaker 3 (30:21):
See it was so good in the moment.
Speaker 4 (30:23):
In the moment, yes, it's so good. Thank you for
making me do it. Glad we found it.
Speaker 5 (30:27):
One O seven five The River hikey Zach and Mano
in the morning,
