Speaker 1 (00:00):
Three days you need to know.

Speaker 2 (00:02):
Hap By Friday, friends, here we go, Thank you for
starting your day with us.

Speaker 3 (00:06):
Ricky Sanchez has those three.

Speaker 4 (00:08):
Things everyone's been wondering about TikTok. What's gonna happen on Sunday.
President Biden has decided not to enforce the TikTok ban
on Sunday. They will be delegating the app's future to
President elect Trump. It said that the CEO of TikTok
is going to be at Trump's inauguration, so there's a
chance that you are on board to working something out.

(00:31):
Trump originally vowed to get rid of the app in
the US, but has since changed his mind on the
matter and says that he wants to make sure that
it sticks around. So as of right now, though, whether
Trump decides to enforce the ban or not, tech companies
may still be liable for keeping the app in their
stores and could be fined up to five thousand dollars
per user to use the app. So if they can't

(00:52):
figure that part out, it's still not gonna work, and
it's probably gonna go away, not because Trump wants it
to go away or Biden or anybody like that, but
because the tech companies do not want to spend an
astronomical amount of money in the app being available to you,
so we will keep you updated as things unfold. With that,
Wendy Williams has broken her silence about being in a conservatorship.

(01:14):
She did an interview on the Breakfast Club on Power
one of five to one in New York City where
she denied being cognitively impaired and described feeling like she
was in a prison with her conservatorship.

Speaker 1 (01:25):
Her lawyer has continued.

Speaker 4 (01:26):
To claim that she does have dementia, despite sounding perfectly
fine in the interview. It was a tough interview to
listen to, she had called into the show.

Speaker 1 (01:34):
I listened to it yesterday. Tough to listen to your
sad regardless.

Speaker 3 (01:38):
Of what's true. It's just a very sad situation.

Speaker 4 (01:40):
Very sad situation, one hundred percent. She got very emotional
talking about it, as that totally makes sense. Anyone would
get that emotional talking about it. But she is claiming
that she is entirely fine. And if that's true, obviously
we know how conservative ships go because of the Britney
Spears situation, and hopefully it gets sorted.

Speaker 1 (01:59):
Out and and she is okay.

Speaker 4 (02:01):
And healthy, because that's obviously all anybody ever wants is
for everybody to be okay and healthy. It's going to
be really, really cold this weekend and into next week
here in Middle Tennessee, so this is your warning.

Speaker 1 (02:12):
We're also not alone in this.

Speaker 4 (02:13):
A polar vortex is hitting nearly the entire United States.

Speaker 1 (02:17):
Temperatures here in Middle Tennessee are going to be really low.

Speaker 4 (02:21):
They were saying twenty to thirty degrees below average.

Speaker 1 (02:24):
Now they're saying maybe even more than that.

Speaker 4 (02:27):
The worst of the cold happening the morning hours of
Monday and Tuesday, possibly into Wednesday. Sunday is also going
to be very, very cold. They're saying that there's going
to be a total of freezing temperatures for over seventy
two hours, which is insane to think about here. Wintery
weather is possible this Sunday with scattered snow showers with

(02:49):
very little accumulation though, so nothing.

Speaker 1 (02:51):
Crazy happening there.

Speaker 4 (02:52):
It's just as of right now, going to be extremely
cold with the possibility of snow. So please make sure
that you are prepared, make sure that your house is prepared.
We've talked about it a lot on the show of
just making sure that everything is set and ready for
the cold weather. I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the

Speaker 2 (06:00):
Every Friday, Zach has well list a rundown of calendar
show to speak of events happening in and around Nashville
in case you're looking for something to do.

Speaker 8 (06:08):
First of all, this weekend is Dolly Parton's seventy ninth birthday.

Speaker 1 (06:12):
Zack's bean screaming about this.

Speaker 8 (06:14):
I'm so excited. Sunday is her birthday, and so they're
doing a lot of birthday bashes. So Tennessee Brewworks is
doing one on Saturday where you can wear your pink.
They're gonna have a bunch of different performances, including a
Dolly Parton tribute bands. It all starts at three pm
on Saturday at Tennessee Brewworks. Also the Graduate Hotel downtown
Nashville is it makes sense deemed after Dolly Parton, so

(06:37):
you can visit the hotel for live book reading, crafts,
birthday treats, Dolly inspired giveaways. It's all about Dolly Parton
this weekend.

Speaker 1 (06:46):
Isn't it always all about Dolly Parton?

Speaker 8 (06:48):
Though it should be, it's not bubb Also, if you
love your comic books, they are having a huge comic
book sale at the Great Escape in Nashville from twelve
to seven. It's both Saturday and Sunday, so they'll have
special event rooms that are loaded with one dollar comic books,
most of which have never been offered for sale and
store before.

Speaker 1 (07:07):
That's cool.

Speaker 8 (07:09):
Yeah, so if your comic book fiend, they're doing that
at the Great Escape in Nashville. I have not been
to a Pread's game in so long, but tomorrow is
like the perfect time to go because Keith Urban is
performing the National Anthem or the Threads game, and the
first ten thousand people going get a Keith Urban bobblehead.

Speaker 4 (07:25):
There's something about bobbleheads that just make me smile.

Speaker 1 (07:28):
I don't know why, but i look at a bobblehead
and I'm.

Speaker 2 (07:31):
Like, Keith kind of it looks like a bobblehead, and
I mean no disrespect. Like he's got the skinny little
body and his hair is always kind of flopping around
like he he makes a good bobblehead, is what I'm saying.

Speaker 8 (07:42):
If you're going to the Pread's game tomorrow'll be there
early so you can get your Keith Urban bobblehead. Also,
I love this. It's at Dino's in East Nashville. It's
Dinos and dogs. Calendar Potty. Apparently every year they put
together like a calendar of different dogs benefiting a local rescue.
It's called Rural Animal Effort. And so this year they're
doing it with a pop up at Dino's where they're

(08:04):
gonna have like portraits, custom embroidery, specialty dog treats, free
pup cups.

Speaker 3 (08:09):
A pop up or a pop up. It should be
a pop up, Chay, he'd ask me these things.

Speaker 8 (08:15):
Yeah, but that is Saturday from two to four as
well at Dinas. If you want to go support that nonprofit,
it's called Rare Rescue.

Speaker 1 (08:23):
Three things you need to know.

fire disasters throughout southern California as well. We will be
broadcasting it live here on one oh seven five the
River on January thirtieth, when it's happening. If you want
to get involved, you can go to Fireaidla dot org

Taylor Swift had twelve point eight billion streams. Billy Eilish
came in next with four point four to six billion,
and Sabrina Carpenter with three point seven to one billion.
Taylor Heagan twelve point eight billion stream so.

Speaker 3 (09:40):
Far ahead of the others.

Speaker 1 (09:41):
That's a lot of stream It's wild.

Speaker 4 (09:43):
The report by Illuminate they work with entertainment industry analytics
and stats. They also deemed Taylor Swift the most streamed
songwriter in the world last.

Speaker 1 (09:52):
Year, with her the Tortured Poet's department.

Speaker 4 (09:55):
They had the top spot for albums in the US
based on both streaming and.

Speaker 1 (09:58):
Sales figures for Taylor Swift, which is wild.

Speaker 3 (10:01):
And what's your name? Taylor Swift? I'm not familiar with this.

Speaker 1 (10:04):
Oh Dory, I'll send her.

Speaker 4 (10:04):
I'll send over some of her music for you. You
can get acquainted with Taylor Swift. Play Playground is an
immersive entertainment concept coming to Nashville Live. It has a
date set. I am so excited for this. It looks
really cool. So this place has games, puzzles, Team Chalent Challenges.
It's essentially an adult playground with over twenty different immersive
games and a bar.

Speaker 1 (10:26):
Of course.

Speaker 4 (10:27):
They're officially open Friday, February fourteenth. You can reserve a
ticket on their website. This is a great date night.
So if you're looking for something new to do for
Valentine's Day weekend, great idea right here, go to a
play playground. Like I said, it looks really cool. If
you look it up, you can see all the pictures.
They're so colorful. It looks like everybody's having fun. I
can't wait to go myself.

Speaker 1 (10:46):
I'm Sanchez And those are the three things you need.

Speaker 5 (10:48):
To know Ricky, Zach and Mano in the morning, and.

Speaker 2 (10:53):
I hope your brain's ready to absorb some knowledge.

Speaker 3 (10:56):
On this Friday morning. It's one of seven five the River.
It's time for Zach expects.

Speaker 8 (11:00):
Well, I'm just here to make you feel better because
apparently one in eighteen people have a third nipple. So
if you're like in traffic right now, look around, one
of the eighteen people in cars around you has a
third nipple.

Speaker 3 (11:12):
Do you wish you had one? Kind of Ricky's.

Speaker 4 (11:16):
I don't know if that's something I wish or don't
wish for. I think it just happens.

Speaker 3 (11:20):
I wish I did. I think it would be cool.

Speaker 8 (11:22):
It makes you special, like a party trick. Yeah, party trick.

Speaker 1 (11:27):
Okay, give that fact.

Speaker 6 (11:28):
Here's your fact of the day, Ricky, Zach and Meno
in the morning.

Speaker 2 (11:32):
On here's our question for you on this Friday morning.
What is something you found in your couch cushions? It's
one oh seven five the River. The reason we ask
just yesterday I my house found an unopened Christmas present.

Speaker 1 (11:47):
Oh wow, in.

Speaker 8 (11:49):
Between a couple of couchris It was like Christmas all
over again.

Speaker 1 (11:52):
It's a small gift, yet it's very smeat.

Speaker 3 (11:55):
Okay, I'll tell you what that was in a couple
of minutes.

Speaker 2 (11:58):
But I want to know what you found in your
couch six one five, seven, three seven nine one oh seven.
I'm nervous to ask Zach. He's got a lot of
weird stuff in his house. But Ricky, does anything come
to mind for you?

Speaker 4 (12:07):
Anything I've ever found in there is stuff that I
don't want anymore, you know, like crumbs to food that
I've been eating on the couch.

Speaker 1 (12:13):
Or like lynch balls. I've never had anything good in there.

Speaker 3 (12:17):
Yeah, O casual change, right?

Speaker 9 (12:19):
No?

Speaker 3 (12:19):
No, yeah, you don't carry cash or me.

Speaker 4 (12:21):
I carry cash, but I don't have like change in
my pocket.

Speaker 1 (12:24):
So girls don't have pockets.

Speaker 3 (12:25):
I get it.

Speaker 8 (12:26):
She's also not the ninety and carry pennies around her pocket.

Speaker 3 (12:29):
Leave me alone, Zach. I wish I hadn't said it.

Speaker 2 (12:31):
Six one five, seven, three seven nine one seven one
o seven five.

Speaker 6 (12:35):
Ricky, Zach and Menno.

Speaker 2 (12:37):
In the morning, I found an unopened Christmas present in
our couch cushions yesterday.

Speaker 3 (12:41):
So now we want to know what you have ever
found in your couch.

Speaker 4 (12:44):
Stephanie and Murphy's Boro, what weird things have you found
inside your couch cushions.

Speaker 9 (12:49):
Okay, so we have this old couch that was a
requiner and we moved out of my first apartment and
somebody dropped the couch and a boom bottle and a
football rolled out?

Speaker 1 (13:00):
A football? And how big was the booze bottle?

Speaker 4 (13:04):
I mean their boom bottles. I'm just trying to think of,
like how that even fit inside there?

Speaker 9 (13:12):
And I guess the gun shoved down in the recliner.

Speaker 4 (13:16):
And then did you guys drink the booze bottle?

Speaker 9 (13:18):
Was it rolled out?

Speaker 3 (13:21):
That's what I wanted to know as well? Did you
keep the football?

Speaker 6 (13:24):
Yes?

Speaker 9 (13:24):
I did have my friend's name on it, and I
was like, oh, that's.

Speaker 3 (13:28):
Wild, all right, unexpected. Thank you for thanks for calling Stephanie.
We appreciate it.

Speaker 4 (13:33):
Thank you have a great dailf have a good date too.

Speaker 3 (13:36):
Eating in Murphy'sboro. Good morning. What did you find in
between the couch cushions?

Speaker 10 (13:41):
I found some penny of salt hair tie and then
a prince of flip class.

Speaker 2 (13:46):
Hold on, did you just go check right now since
we asked the question, or is this like at some
point you found that stuff?

Speaker 9 (13:52):
No, this was at some point I'm on my way
to school.

Speaker 5 (13:55):
Got it?

Speaker 1 (13:56):
Okay, okay? I did you use the princess slip glass
after you found it?

Speaker 9 (14:01):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (14:01):
Yeah, that's like a win. You're like, heck, yeah, I've
been looking for this.

Speaker 2 (14:05):
You just wipe off the top layer and then you're
good to go. Did you save the pennies? Because they
say a penny saved is a penny earned.

Speaker 10 (14:11):
I don't know.

Speaker 4 (14:11):
I think my mom probably said thief.

Speaker 1 (14:15):
Also, Kevin, you just sounded so old with that saying.

Speaker 3 (14:18):
I can't wain with you guys today. Not an old saying.

Speaker 1 (14:22):
It's an old say. It's an old sake.

Speaker 3 (14:24):
A crypto saved is a crypto earned?

Speaker 1 (14:26):
That better, we have a great day at school. Thank
you for calling in.

Speaker 3 (14:31):
Thank you yo a doge corn. It was, by the way,
the thing I found in the couch.

Speaker 1 (14:38):
Yes, I need to know. I've been dying to out
the little journal.

Speaker 3 (14:40):
It was a thin, little like notebook for my son.

Speaker 5 (14:42):
Oh.

Speaker 3 (14:44):
I don't know how I got lost in the shuffle
on Christmas Day, but it was. It was stuck.

Speaker 4 (14:47):
It sounds like the least exciting gift he probably it was.

Speaker 2 (14:51):
Honestly, was, if anything, disappointing when he opened it because
he thought it better.

Speaker 5 (14:56):
Ricky, Zach and Mano in the morning on.

Speaker 4 (14:59):
The river, Zach Smyrna tell us, what weird thing you
found in your couch cushions?

Speaker 7 (15:05):
Well, we have some friends over one night and the
next thing, you know, went to go clean up the
next morning, and uh, my wife went to go digging
through the couch cushions and found a peg of leafy
green substances.

Speaker 4 (15:27):
Use your imagination everyone. We're not going to say exactly
what it is, but.

Speaker 7 (15:33):
Who do you know who it belonged to, actually believe
it or not. We did not find out until about
a week later.

Speaker 5 (15:41):
And uh, the guy.

Speaker 7 (15:43):
Goes, just keep it.

Speaker 3 (15:46):
Very giving of him.

Speaker 1 (15:47):
Yes, that worked out for you guys.

Speaker 7 (15:49):
Huh yeah, especially for my wife and she's on dialysis.

Speaker 3 (15:55):
Okay, it was like a gift then from him.

Speaker 7 (15:58):
Oh yeah, most happen that.

Speaker 1 (16:01):
I was not expecting that at all.

Speaker 8 (16:04):
I was expecting a lot worse. Honestly, the nervous giggles
at the beginning had been really terrified of what you
were gonna say.

Speaker 3 (16:11):
Zach before we let you go, buddy, how is your
wife doing?

Speaker 7 (16:15):
She's actually doing well. She is actually on a transplant list.
Down in Florida, and we're just waiting. At this point.

Speaker 4 (16:23):
We're sending both you and your wife a lot of
love and a lot of.

Speaker 7 (16:26):
Hugs, a thank you so much.

Speaker 1 (16:29):
You're welcome.

Speaker 2 (16:30):
Thanks for thanks for calling Buddy sharing that story. Have
a great day and tell your wife we said hi.

Speaker 7 (16:34):
Weed, most definitely well, thank you. I have a great one.

Speaker 3 (16:37):
And tell your friend to call us. We have tickets.
You can win those.

Speaker 6 (16:45):
I have a good one, Ricky, Zach and Meno in
the morning on.

Speaker 9 (16:51):
Tickets.

Speaker 4 (16:51):
That's what's up Prograss for Kevin Manno's Game of the
Day presented by Genesis Diamonds. We're playing real or fake
bonn U band and honestly, if you called up, your
chances are.

Speaker 1 (17:01):
Pretty good because everyone's been winning this week.

Speaker 3 (17:03):
This has been a lot easier than I expected it
to be.

Speaker 2 (17:07):
Spent a lot of time coming up with these fake
band names and everyone just sees it right through them.
Let's go six one, five, seven, three, seven, nine, one
oh seven. The lineup again this year just incredible, uh, Tyler,
the creators gonna be out there, Olivia Rodrigo, Avril Levigne,
Luke Colmbs. We could keep going. It's a very long lineup.
Some of those smaller font bands, those are the ones
we're gonna throw their names at you. See, if you

(17:27):
think it's a real band of fake.

Speaker 1 (17:28):
Bag, you've always got some really interesting names on there.

Speaker 2 (17:30):
Yeah, you get two out of three, right, and hey,
you're going to Bonnaroo. Let's play call six one five, seven,
three seven, nine, one oh seven.

Speaker 5 (17:37):
It's game time. Maybe thanks for being a part of
our morning playing.

Speaker 4 (17:42):
Kevin Manow's Game of the Day for Bonnaroo tickets.

Speaker 1 (17:45):
The lineup is wild per usual.

Speaker 4 (17:47):
I mean Olivia Rodrigo, Avril, Levine, Tyler, the Creator, Luke Colmbs.
So many amazing people are going to be there performing.
You could be there too if you win this John
in Springfield.

Speaker 7 (17:58):
That's my plan.

Speaker 3 (17:59):
Ricky, all right, how's your morning been going so far?
You feel like you're having good.

Speaker 5 (18:03):
Luck, had good luck, but I'm ready to go.

Speaker 2 (18:06):
Okay, Well, then we'll turn it around right here. You're
gonna have good luck with this game and that will
carry you through the weekend.

Speaker 10 (18:11):
Okay, that sounds perfect.

Speaker 2 (18:12):
We're gonna throw some band names at you. Some of
them are real bands playing Bonnaroo this year. Some of
them are things we came up with you have to
see through the bs and tell us which ones are real.

Speaker 3 (18:21):
Okay, okay, you get two out of three. Right, You're
going to Bonnaroo.

Speaker 2 (18:25):
The game starts right now, John, and Springfield probably might
be is probably might be gonna be at Bonnaroo this year.

Speaker 1 (18:37):
Let's say, okay, good job off to a great star.

Speaker 3 (18:41):
There is a fake band name, nice job. You need
one more to win the tickets. Dogs in a Pile.

Speaker 2 (18:47):
Will Dogs in a Pile be performing at Bonnaroo this year?

Speaker 3 (18:52):
Yes, they're gonna be there on Thursday.

Speaker 7 (18:57):
All right.

Speaker 3 (18:58):
I mean you'll be there for all of it. But
Dogs in a Pie they're performing on the Thursday.

Speaker 1 (19:02):
Of Rats, John, you do have good luck today.

Speaker 5 (19:05):
It turns out well good.

Speaker 10 (19:06):
I'm hoping to carry through and thank you very much.

Speaker 7 (19:09):
Day.

Speaker 3 (19:09):
How did nobody get anything wrong all week? I don't understand.

Speaker 2 (19:12):
I mean, I'm happy for you, John, I'm happy for everybody.
But I thought it'd be a little It's like a
flip of a coin.

Speaker 3 (19:17):
Then everybody nailed it.

Speaker 4 (19:18):
Enjoys having a little bit of a struggle for his games,
but this one's been really easy.

Speaker 1 (19:24):
Congrats again, John.

Speaker 10 (19:26):
Yeah, thank you so much.

Speaker 7 (19:27):
I appreciate it.

Speaker 3 (19:28):
All right, buddy, hang on the line. Half bun of
Bonnaroo is super pumpk you. You won these tickets. It's
gonna be a great time.

Speaker 1 (19:32):
Well absolutely, office Yeah, fingers crossed.

Speaker 3 (19:36):
I am going to come up with the hardest game
next week.

Speaker 1 (19:39):
You are so spiteful right now.

Speaker 2 (19:41):
Nobody's winning anything ever again, Three things you need to
just fast eight o'clock on this Friday morning, Happy Friday.

Speaker 3 (19:49):
Feels good to say that Ricky's got three things.

Speaker 4 (19:51):
First off, congrats to anybody who got Bad Bunny tickets
just right now, because right now is when they went
on sale for his huge concerts in Puerto Rico. The
fifth and final season of You finally has a release date.
April twenty fourth, is the start of Joe Goldberg's Goodbye.
They released a teaser for the season yesterday.

Speaker 1 (20:09):
They didn't give too much away, but.

Speaker 4 (20:11):
The main focus was the fact that this is the
very last season.

Speaker 1 (20:15):
It's sad, but you know, I love when a season knows.

Speaker 4 (20:18):
When to end, or a series knows when to end,
and it totally makes sense for you to come to
an end. Like I said, April twenty fourth, it'll be
available on Netflix. I feel like We've been talking about
this forever, but TSA has announced that travelers will need
to have a real ID to fly starting May seventh.

Speaker 1 (20:37):
May seventh is when you.

Speaker 4 (20:38):
Need your real ID. Real IDs are issued by all
states and territories. They have a little star or cut
out in the corner, so check yours to make sure
that you have it. If you've gotten your IDs renewed
within the past like two to three years, you probably
have a real IDEA.

Speaker 1 (20:53):
Already because it's the only one that they give you now.
But just check.

Speaker 4 (20:57):
If you don't, please go get one. You're going to
need one to travel. If you don't have one yet,
you can still use your passports or Trusted Traveler cards,
but it's just so much easier to make sure that
you have your license done and up to date.

Speaker 1 (21:10):
Go do it.

Speaker 3 (21:11):
Kids that use a fake ID, but then you can
get a real IDEA is their fake ID and.

Speaker 1 (21:14):
They gotta get a real fake ID.

Speaker 3 (21:15):
Okay. Confusing.

Speaker 4 (21:18):
Metro National Public schools are getting electric school buses, which
is really cool. They will debut their first electric school
buses later this year thanks to a five point one
seven five million dollar EPA grant. The school board approved
the purchase of charging stations as part of the e
bus pilot program.

Speaker 1 (21:35):
On Tuesday, everything is a go. They're all set.

Speaker 4 (21:38):
This is really good stuff obviously for the progression of
the city. Like I said, later this year you'll see
some electric school buses. Like Yeah, I'm Ricki Sanchez and
those are the three things you need to know.

Speaker 5 (21:48):
Ricky, Zach and Mennow in the morning.

Speaker 4 (21:51):
On some apps that we can use to fill up
our time, it's one of seven five the river TikTok.

Speaker 1 (21:59):
It's up in the air on what's gonna happen with it?
On Sunday, Biden saying he's not going to enforce it,
but there still may.

Speaker 4 (22:04):
Be fines that are given to tech companies for allowing
people to use it.

Speaker 1 (22:09):
We just don't know what's gonna happen.

Speaker 3 (22:10):
It looks like we will no longer have access to.

Speaker 8 (22:12):
TikTok, which is the saddest thing I've ever heard.

Speaker 4 (22:15):
But you know, we're all addicted to our phones. The
good thing to do would be like, oh.

Speaker 1 (22:19):
Find a hobby.

Speaker 4 (22:20):
We won't, no, no, So what are some other apps
that we can use to fill in our time that
was there for TikTok?

Speaker 2 (22:26):
We all have our own personal faves and here we'll
share those in a moment. We'd love to get yours
of six, one, five, seven, three, seven, nine, one oh seven.
How can we mindlessly waste all of.

Speaker 3 (22:35):
Our time with our phone? Please? We need help.

Speaker 6 (22:38):
Let us tell Ricky, is Zach and Manno in the
morning on the river Alicia.

Speaker 1 (22:45):
And Murphysboro, what's a different.

Speaker 4 (22:48):
App that we can fill up our time with if
TikTok does go away this weekend.

Speaker 10 (22:52):
I've been seeing a lot of people using, and I've
been using lately the app red Note.

Speaker 1 (22:57):
Oh yes, that's all over the news. Everyone's downvoading red Note.

Speaker 3 (23:00):
Did you download yet?

Speaker 5 (23:01):
Rick Ye?

Speaker 1 (23:01):
I did?

Speaker 3 (23:02):
Okay?

Speaker 5 (23:02):
Is it?

Speaker 3 (23:03):
Does it feel like TikTok?

Speaker 1 (23:05):
It does.

Speaker 4 (23:05):
It's just a lot of things are in a different language,
obviously because it's a Chinese based app. But it's really
cool because everyone's been very nice to each other on
the app.

Speaker 1 (23:12):
Have you noticed that? To Alicia?

Speaker 10 (23:14):
Of course, everybody's been so welcoming on there.

Speaker 4 (23:17):
It's like amazing to watch everybody have conversations about the
differences of culture too.

Speaker 1 (23:21):
Like it's honestly a learning experience.

Speaker 3 (23:24):
That's pretty cool.

Speaker 10 (23:24):
Honestly, I downloaded dual Lingo, and I've been learning Mandarin
on there.

Speaker 1 (23:28):
That's what I downloaded.

Speaker 4 (23:29):
And I was going to say everyone should download dual
Lingo and learn a language.

Speaker 1 (23:33):
I've been trying to learn Spanish.

Speaker 4 (23:35):
Because I've lost a lot of it by not speaking
it quite often. So that's what I've been spending a
lot of my time on is due Lingo.

Speaker 2 (23:42):
And that's a really positive way to use your phone
and spend time staring at your phone exactly.

Speaker 1 (23:48):
That's the way I'm thinking about.

Speaker 3 (23:49):
It, not mindless.

Speaker 2 (23:49):
Are you learning Mandarin so that you can use this
new app Chinese app?

Speaker 1 (23:54):
I love it. That's really cool, Aliasha.

Speaker 3 (23:57):
That's commitment to social media. You're learning a line.

Speaker 1 (24:00):
Hey what I use to get you to learn another language?

Speaker 4 (24:03):
It doesn't matter if it's to be another social media
app or whatever it may be.

Speaker 2 (24:07):
Yeah, well, thanks for calling and good luck learning the language.

Speaker 10 (24:11):
Thank you so much, you guys too.

Speaker 8 (24:12):
Love Also, something very similar to like red Note and
TikTok is this app that I've been us obsessed with.
It's Lemonate. It's kind of like TikTok and Pinterest combined.
Like the layout looks a lot like Pinterest, but they
have like recipes, and they have different categories up top
where you can look up fitness and lifestyle, like so
many different kinds of videos.

Speaker 2 (24:32):
And it's lemonade, like lemonade, browling with an eight at
the end of the yeminade. You guys are gonna make
fun of me, but I'll just stick with my New
York Times brain games like wordle and Connections and crossword Puss.

Speaker 8 (24:44):
Go home and wait for your newspaper to be delivered, Kevin.

Speaker 4 (24:47):
Okay, it sounded older and older with every minute today.

Speaker 1 (24:50):
I don't know what your deal is, but you know
what it's great for your brain.

Speaker 4 (24:54):
So yes, there you go, Kevin. If anybody wants to know, use.

Speaker 1 (24:58):
That muscle, that muscle, it's important. It is ky zach
And in the morning.

Speaker 3 (25:06):
Hey in Shelbyville, Good morning, Welcome to the river. Hey man, o, heybody.

Speaker 2 (25:09):
We've been talking about apps, things that we might be
able to use to fill our void left by TikTok
when that goes away, and.

Speaker 8 (25:17):
I think we just need to bring back my Space.

Speaker 3 (25:19):
Yes, my Space.

Speaker 8 (25:20):
Okay, Now I feel like I love this because like
that was the ultimate shade, Like if you had to
remove somebody from your top eight because they made you mad, like,
I love that idea, be petty.

Speaker 4 (25:29):
A lot of friendships ended over top eight on my
did My favorite part about my Space was the song
I loved updating my song.

Speaker 3 (25:38):
Didn't Instagram kind of like that idea for a little while.

Speaker 1 (25:42):
Yes, they did. That was a thing for quite a while.

Speaker 4 (25:44):
I don't even know if it still is actually because.

Speaker 1 (25:45):
It doesn't feel the same. No, you know, it just
does not feel.

Speaker 3 (25:48):
Maybe update it.

Speaker 7 (25:49):
They can just update it.

Speaker 6 (25:51):
We can kind of pair it up like a TikTok bell.

Speaker 1 (25:53):
I like it.

Speaker 8 (25:54):
I feel like Jay came straight for Kevin because he
started the call with like, hey man, let's go back
to my Space. Like, you guys are both old, aren't you.

Speaker 2 (26:00):
I'm surprised that you guys even know what my space is,
to be honest, Ricky and Zach, that that would have
been before your time.

Speaker 7 (26:06):
No, we were like just an a museum as well.

Speaker 2 (26:10):
Did you guys ever leave like your away message on
aol A messenger?

Speaker 4 (26:14):
Okay, yeah, I mean we had dial up the two
of us.

Speaker 8 (26:17):
Yeah, we're not that much younger.

Speaker 4 (26:21):
Than you, Kevin, but young enough that we can make
fun of you for being all.

Speaker 3 (26:23):
Yeah, that's fun.

Speaker 6 (26:25):
Thanks for calling Jay, Hey, Ricky, Zach and Menno in
the morning.

Speaker 4 (26:32):
You have ever lived in an apartment in Nashville, This
daily double tap today on one oh seven five the
River is.

Speaker 1 (26:38):
Totally going to make sense for you.

Speaker 4 (26:39):
It is something that I've always wondered.

Speaker 1 (26:42):
About the people that live in apartments here.

Speaker 2 (26:44):
Yeah, those like little shared space areas in these apartment
buildings rarely get used.

Speaker 4 (26:48):
Yeah, so here's the guy talking about the issue that
we have with apartment living here in Nashville.

Speaker 5 (26:52):
Apartment in Nashville, ma'am.

Speaker 11 (26:53):
My buddy and I were talking about this last night. Well,
apartments in Nashville had these beautiful pool ping pong, barbecue areas,
the beautiful inn or lounge areas, kitchens like great places,
the host all that stuff. And the funniest thing is
nobody ever uses these shirts bases. And it's crazy like
if I grew up with it as a kid, I
would legitimately be the richest person in my entire country.
As a kid, I would have loved access to this stuff.

(27:15):
You know, we grew up swimming in the river where
we'd go out on a raft in the middle of
the frickin' river. That was brown as hell, and we
would play WWE as kids, and the first kid that
came home bleeding was the loser. And now we just
live in this luxury and don't even take advantage.

Speaker 5 (27:29):
I don't get it.

Speaker 4 (27:31):
No one's saying to do the WWE part, But it
is very confusing being in these apartments and being like,
why is nobody using the pool?

Speaker 1 (27:38):
Why is somebody using the gym. It's all part of
what you pay for in your rent. Use it.

Speaker 2 (27:42):
Yeah, I like that he said if he grew up
that he'd be the richest person in this country.

Speaker 4 (27:46):
Yes, it feels like you feel like the richest person
in the country in those moments you think.

Speaker 2 (27:51):
These places do they allow kids or kids allowed to
be at the pool or whatever.

Speaker 3 (27:55):
I'm supervised they are.

Speaker 1 (27:56):
Yeah, my apartment complex has kids and they go to
the pool.

Speaker 3 (27:58):
It's a good but he makes a great.

Speaker 1 (28:01):
It's so strange.

Speaker 2 (28:02):
Put the daily double tap up every single day in
our Instagram stories.

Speaker 3 (28:05):
We encourage you to follow as well. If you're not
at one o seven five The River on Instagram

Speaker 6 (28:10):
