Speaker 1 (00:00):
Three things you need.
Speaker 2 (00:02):
All right, let's get going.
Speaker 3 (00:03):
Good morning friends, We are just getting rolling over here
on this Thursday morning.
Speaker 2 (00:08):
Ricky's got those three things.
Speaker 1 (00:10):
John m chu has shut down Britney Spears biopic casting rumors.
So reports began to circulate online that people like Ariana Grande,
Sabrina Carpenter, and Millie Bobby Brown have all been possibilities
for the role. But it looks like the director wants
to set the record straight. He said, quote, none of
this is true. He then added that it all sounds
really exciting, but they're not that far in development just yet,
(00:32):
so they haven't spoken to anybody about who's going to
play Britney Spears. John m chu recently directed Ariana Grande
in Wicked, so that's I think where that one started.
Speaker 4 (00:41):
And they have the follow.
Speaker 1 (00:42):
Up, Wicked for Good that's supposed to come out this
year as well, so obviously Ariana got thrown in there
for that reason.
Speaker 4 (00:51):
We shall see.
Speaker 1 (00:52):
I think Milli Bobby Brown would be great, she said
she wants it. I think she'd be amazing. We will
see what happens. I will let you know as soon
as we know. Middle Tennessee Native Butch Wilmore's space mission
uniform is going to be on display locally. He returned
to Earth last week after his accidental nine months stay
in space.
Speaker 4 (01:09):
He and one other astronaut were only.
Speaker 1 (01:11):
Supposed to go for nine days. Things happened with their
return shuttle, so they ended up stuck there for nine months.
It was a whole thing. But they're back on Earth
and now the Tennessee State Museum is going to display
a piece of his time at NASA during his proficiency
training from twenty twelve to twenty fourteen. The flight helmet
and blue suit that he wore will be on display
and the Tennessee Transforms permanent exhibition, So go check it out.
(01:34):
It's a really big, obviously very cool part of history
for Tennessee. And two thirds of Americans want their favorite
childhood products to return. This is something we talk about
constantly on Ricky Zacamano in the Morning. We love nostalgic moments,
but Americans say that retired products are more important to
them than any current brands and what they can offer.
(01:55):
According to the survey, it found that two and three
would pay extra to have their favorite retire products come back,
like Atari banana, nest, quick I used to love that.
Speaker 4 (02:06):
Oh my god.
Speaker 1 (02:07):
It was the only way that I would drink quote
unquote milk. It wasn't really milk.
Speaker 4 (02:11):
Goes straight sugar.
Speaker 1 (02:12):
BlackBerry phones. I have one specific friend who every day
pretty much is like, just give me my BlackBerry bag,
iPods or another one.
Speaker 4 (02:20):
And serge soda.
Speaker 1 (02:21):
Those are the top ones that people mentioned, Murky Sanchez,
And those are the three things you need to know.
Speaker 2 (02:26):
What video game system did you grow up playing?
Speaker 1 (02:28):
PlayStation?
Speaker 2 (02:29):
You did?
Speaker 1 (02:29):
Like the original first PlayStation. We got one of those
and that was like, oh my god, we have made it.
We have begged our parents forever for this and we
finally got one. Oh my god.
Speaker 3 (02:40):
I mean I grew up when I was really young
with that original Nintendo. Okay, the one that like sticks
out to me is Nintendo sixty four. That was, of course,
absolute favorite of all time.
Speaker 5 (02:49):
Ricky Zachon In the morning, Andy and Smithville, it's one
of seven five the river.
Speaker 1 (02:56):
You're headed into work, But what do you do for
your job?
Speaker 6 (03:00):
I am a case manager.
Speaker 5 (03:02):
And Morgan Morgan, Yeah, we make that.
Speaker 1 (03:10):
Joke almost every morning just because we're delirious as can
be and when we hear it, we're.
Speaker 4 (03:15):
Like, oh, Morgan and Morgan and Morgan and Morgan and Morgan.
Speaker 2 (03:17):
And the radio commercials. It really sounds like they say
Morgan upwards of twenty times in a row.
Speaker 6 (03:22):
I know, like I hear it all the time.
Speaker 7 (03:26):
Have you ever met any of them Morgan and Morgan
and Morgan and Morgan.
Speaker 6 (03:31):
Like the actual family themselves.
Speaker 2 (03:33):
Yes?
Speaker 6 (03:34):
No, because I work at the Murphy Borough office and
I think they're all.
Speaker 3 (03:38):
Oh see, I just I envisioned the office. If you
say Morgan, thirty people turn around to so.
Speaker 6 (03:44):
Many of them.
Speaker 4 (03:46):
Berndie, how are you feeling this morning? You're feeling good.
Speaker 1 (03:49):
I'm feeling good. I'm hoping on the first I was
gonna say your feeling is right because you are the
first caller of the day on one of seven five
the river, and.
Speaker 6 (03:56):
You are getting Nelly awesome.
Speaker 3 (04:00):
It's gonna be great to send amphitheater September sixteenth.
Speaker 2 (04:03):
You will be there. Uh do you guys? Do you
know how to say good morning in German? By chance?
Speaker 6 (04:09):
I do not?
Speaker 7 (04:10):
Why?
Speaker 2 (04:10):
No, it could be wrong about this.
Speaker 1 (04:12):
I hope you are wrong about it. How do you
say good morning?
Speaker 2 (04:15):
I thought it was who did Morgan?
Speaker 5 (04:18):
Oh my gosh, We're going right back to the Morgan thing.
Speaker 3 (04:22):
Your I was gonna bring it up, and then you
brought up the Nelly tickets, and then I just said
that shove it in there.
Speaker 7 (04:27):
You are correct.
Speaker 2 (04:28):
Thank you, thank you.
Speaker 1 (04:30):
My god, Brandy. I feel like we should give you
something else for dealing with us.
Speaker 4 (04:34):
On top of these Nelly tickets.
Speaker 1 (04:36):
But we are very excited for you to go to
a Senda Anthitheater September sixteenth.
Speaker 4 (04:40):
We hope you have so much fun.
Speaker 1 (04:41):
Thank you so much.
Speaker 3 (04:43):
All right, tell everyone and Morgan and Morgan, Morgan and
Morgan that we said hi, and you have a great day.
Speaker 2 (04:47):
Thank you for listening. Well do Ricky's middle name is Morgan.
Speaker 1 (04:51):
Yes it is.
Speaker 7 (04:51):
That's true. You could go work there.
Speaker 2 (04:53):
It's Ricky Morgan Morgan my mom.
Speaker 4 (04:55):
Fun fact really quick.
Speaker 1 (04:56):
My mom always wanted me to go buy Morgan instead
of Ricky, and she wanted me to be a lawyer,
and she thought that like when I became a lawyer,
that I would go by our Morgan Sanchez.
Speaker 4 (05:07):
Yeah, very lawyer.
Speaker 2 (05:08):
Like your mom wanted you to go by certain names.
You could have just named you that.
Speaker 1 (05:14):
I think she just gave it to my dad so
we would stop talking about it because my dad wanted
my name to be Ricky.
Speaker 3 (05:19):
So she was like, fine, tomorrow, Morgan, your last chance
to win these tickets for Nellie's one seven.
Speaker 2 (05:25):
Good morning.
Speaker 3 (05:26):
We want to play something and then make a phone
call in a couple of minutes.
Speaker 2 (05:29):
Here this is a voicemail we.
Speaker 1 (05:30):
Got and it made our day when we heard it.
Speaker 7 (05:32):
This is from Easton.
Speaker 6 (05:33):
Hey, are you guys going to the Cam Brown concert?
Speaker 7 (05:36):
Question mark?
Speaker 6 (05:37):
Because I want to meet you guys, and I want
tickets the other day and you can call me back.
Speaker 2 (05:44):
Thank you. I love that. I love the question mark.
That's my favorite part when he says it.
Speaker 4 (05:48):
He asked us to call him back, so I think
we should do it now.
Speaker 7 (05:51):
We have to call him right after this song.
Speaker 2 (05:53):
We're gonna call him. Hopefully he's awake. If not, we're
waking him up.
Speaker 3 (05:56):
We have a special invitation that we're going to extend
to east next down the river, Ricky, Zach and Meno
in the morning.
Speaker 1 (06:04):
We got someone extra special on the line right now.
Good morning, Easton, Good morning. How you doing this is
pretty early? Do you normally get up this early?
Speaker 6 (06:13):
Yes, ma'am?
Speaker 2 (06:14):
What time you get up?
Speaker 3 (06:15):
Shoots?
Speaker 6 (06:15):
You cock?
Speaker 4 (06:17):
Oh day, Okay, you're up nice and early.
Speaker 1 (06:19):
Well, we're happy that you're up early and that we
could talk to you because you left us a voicemail asking.
Speaker 4 (06:25):
To meet us.
Speaker 1 (06:27):
Yes, yes, you know, so you left us that voicemail.
Speaker 4 (06:30):
We thought it was so kind.
Speaker 1 (06:32):
We're not sure if we're gonna make the Cane Brown
concert just yet, so we figured, why don't you come
down to the studio and come meet us that way?
Speaker 2 (06:41):
Okay, Yeah, whatever works for you.
Speaker 3 (06:43):
If your mom's cool that you guys come on by.
We're here, you know, every morning. Uh so anytime that
works for you. Just skip school one day and we
would love to meet you.
Speaker 1 (06:52):
Thank you.
Speaker 5 (06:53):
This is what's so funny about this is this child
never stops talking, and you guys have him speechless right now.
Speaker 1 (07:00):
Ah well, we are so excited to meet you Easton,
and we're so excited to meet you mom. We want
to meet.
Speaker 4 (07:07):
Both of you.
Speaker 1 (07:07):
You guys can come hang out with us for a
little bit. You can actually see the whole studio and
what it's like to be here.
Speaker 2 (07:13):
And it sounds like you and Ricky have something in common.
So this is gonna go.
Speaker 4 (07:16):
Well, oh that I don't stop hocking.
Speaker 6 (07:18):
Yeah, yes, and he'll love it.
Speaker 7 (07:22):
I can't believe.
Speaker 1 (07:23):
I really am just dumbfounded how quiet he is right now?
I know.
Speaker 6 (07:29):
Studio. It's a white building on Twelfth Avenue.
Speaker 2 (07:32):
It used to be we're on Broadway.
Speaker 3 (07:33):
Now we moved buildings, so now we're on Broadway right
above the whole foods.
Speaker 7 (07:37):
Oh, how cool is that?
Speaker 6 (07:39):
Both foods?
Speaker 7 (07:39):
It's a grocery store. How do we get it there?
Speaker 2 (07:44):
Well, we're gonna walk. There's time to sort all that.
Speaker 7 (07:47):
We'll come pick you up from downstairs. It'll be fine.
Speaker 1 (07:50):
How cool is your mom that she's gonna let you
play hookey for a little while and come see us.
Speaker 5 (07:55):
Hookiol We like Mental Health Day.
Speaker 3 (08:00):
Yeah, exactly, that's exactly what it is. You guys are
awesome Eastan. Thank you for listening, buddy, and thank you
for the voicemail that made our day.
Speaker 5 (08:09):
Absolutely And thank you guys for doing what you do,
because you guys are making changes that you don't even know.
Speaker 2 (08:13):
So if you're gonna make me cry, you're the.
Speaker 1 (08:17):
Only radio station I only listen to. That is amazing
and that is exactly what we like to see here.
Speaker 2 (08:22):
Yeah, there are.
Speaker 1 (08:24):
No other radio stations your favorite.
Speaker 2 (08:27):
You are our favorite. Absolutely, you guys are the best.
Speaker 1 (08:31):
We're gonna be in contact about coming in. Okay, Absolutely,
we'll see you soon.
Speaker 2 (08:36):
Guys.
Speaker 4 (08:36):
Bye, guys, all.
Speaker 6 (08:37):
Right, bye bye.
Speaker 3 (08:39):
Three things you need to know just past seven o'clock
on this Thursday morning.
Speaker 2 (08:43):
Hello, thank you for being here. We always appreciate that
Ricky's got those three things.
Speaker 1 (08:47):
Seems like Elizabeth Olsen is not going to be part
of the new Avengers Doomsday movie coming out next year.
It also seems like she won't be a part of
Marvel's Secret Wars either, which is the other one she's
played Wanda Maximum of Slash the Scarlet, which in six
of the MCU films and in the TV show WandaVision
back in twenty twenty one. Here's the thing, though, these
(09:08):
movies are always so super secretive that there's a possibility
she'll be a part of it as a pop in,
and they just don't want to tell us yet. But
they did reveal a bunch of the cast members that
we can expect in Doomsday, which include Chris Hemsworth, Anthony Mackie,
Letitia Wright, Sebastian Stan, Paul Rudd, Robert Downey Junior, Joseph Quinn,
David Harber, a slew More. The list is so long.
(09:32):
The full review reveal was a minute and a half long.
So there are a lot of names in this next movie,
which hopefully kind of you know, matches up to how
could we want it to do? I always I don't
want to give my hopes up every time of the
fact that it's going to be good, because when you
have so many superstars in a movie like this, it's
either going to be absolutely amazing or horrendous.
Speaker 2 (09:55):
I feel like.
Speaker 4 (09:57):
This is more than ever, more than ever.
Speaker 1 (10:00):
I will post their reveal up on one O seven
five the River's Instagram account. In the stories, Zane opened
his concert with a throwback One Direction.
Speaker 4 (10:09):
Song do we have it set up?
Speaker 2 (10:11):
I'm looking for now?
Speaker 4 (10:12):
All right?
Speaker 1 (10:12):
So he was singing night Changes on the ten year
anniversary of him leaving the group, which is obviously a
huge deal, and according to fan footage shared on x
he told the crowd at his stairway to the sky
tour stop quote, It's the first time I've sung that
song in ten years.
Speaker 4 (10:28):
Thank you.
Speaker 1 (10:29):
That was amazing. I almost cried.
Speaker 4 (10:31):
Here's a little clip of that.
Speaker 1 (10:43):
You can hardly hear him because everyone is so excited
to sing along with him, which is always my favorite moments.
Just having everybody together sing that song is crazy. And
Tennessee is on the list of the most stressed out states.
We said at number six on the list of ten
of the top ten that they released these metrics like work, money, family,
and health and safety measures to kind of determine the
(11:07):
stress levels. The least stressed out state is Nebraska.
Speaker 4 (11:11):
I'm Ricky Sanchez, and those are the three things you
need to know.
Speaker 2 (11:13):
And we were six.
Speaker 4 (11:14):
We were six on the list of most stressed out.
Speaker 2 (11:17):
We can do better. We can get to number one.
Wherever you are right now, start hunking it. The person
in front of you.
Speaker 4 (11:22):
One of the most stressed out.
Speaker 3 (11:24):
I'm just kidding. Hi, Yeah, are gonna learn something right
after stargazing? Zach SPACs on this Thursday morning.
Speaker 2 (11:30):
Hope you're ready. If he's standing by, it's coming next
on the river one O seven five the river, heiky.
Speaker 1 (11:34):
Zach and man in the morning, you get a little smarter.
It's Zack SPACKX on one of seven five of the river.
Speaker 7 (11:40):
I have a fact about shoes today.
Speaker 5 (11:42):
Did you know that the word stiletto comes from the
Italian word small dagger, referring to the shoe sleek pointed silhouette.
Speaker 2 (11:48):
It kind of makes sense.
Speaker 4 (11:50):
I love it even more now. That's so funny.
Speaker 5 (11:52):
Every time you wear your stilettos, you're wearing your small daggers.
Speaker 7 (11:55):
On your feet.
Speaker 1 (11:56):
They feel like daggers.
Speaker 2 (11:58):
And that's your fact of the day.
Speaker 6 (12:00):
Seven five the River Reicky, Zach and Mano in the morning.
Speaker 2 (12:03):
That time of.
Speaker 3 (12:04):
Year, friend's spring cleaning is upon us. It's one oh
seven five the River. Ricky and I were talking about cleanliness, uh,
and what makes a house seem unclean?
Speaker 1 (12:14):
You know the one thing that you notice when you
walk into someone's house and you go, oh no.
Speaker 4 (12:18):
Maybe I shouldn't eat here.
Speaker 3 (12:19):
We don't want to judge, we don't want to be mean,
But what are those things that jump out at you
when you walk in summer?
Speaker 2 (12:25):
That just, yeah, it makes you feel feel a little.
Speaker 1 (12:27):
Iike six one five, seven, three, seven nine one oh seven.
And like Kevin said, we're not calling anybody out because
nobody has an absolutely spotless home.
Speaker 2 (12:35):
My bathroom downstairs smells like pee all the time.
Speaker 4 (12:39):
So we're also kind of making fun of ourselves here too.
Speaker 3 (12:41):
I have a little kid, old boy okay anyway six
seven three seven, nine one seven one o seven.
Speaker 1 (12:48):
Five The River Reicky, Zach and Mano in the morning.
Speaker 4 (12:51):
Ashley and Murphy's Burrow.
Speaker 1 (12:52):
What is that one thing that you notice in someone
else's home that makes you feel like they're unclean.
Speaker 6 (12:58):
When they're making dinner? And cats on the counter?
Speaker 2 (13:02):
Cat, cats on the counter.
Speaker 6 (13:05):
On the counter?
Speaker 2 (13:06):
Was that a person or a cat in the background?
Speaker 7 (13:07):
What was that?
Speaker 2 (13:10):
Okay?
Speaker 6 (13:10):
Hi, Hi, we're on our way to school.
Speaker 2 (13:15):
Awesome.
Speaker 3 (13:15):
We appreciate you guys listening on your way to school.
I hope it's a great day for you. And again,
you're not judging people that have cats on the counter
while they're cooking, but it's not for.
Speaker 4 (13:25):
Ash Yeah, it's also not for me.
Speaker 1 (13:28):
Is not a good look in my food.
Speaker 2 (13:32):
You guys have a great day. Thank you so much
for listening.
Speaker 1 (13:37):
Hi, guys.
Speaker 3 (13:39):
Cassidy in Hendersonville, Good morning, Welcome to the River.
Speaker 2 (13:42):
How you doing being good?
Speaker 3 (13:44):
Is there something for you that jumps out at you
when you walk into somebody's house.
Speaker 7 (13:47):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (13:47):
If I walk into somebody's house and get hit in
the face with like an overwhelming pet smell, I'm not
eating there.
Speaker 7 (13:53):
Ah.
Speaker 1 (13:54):
Okay, that seems like pets are like the number one thing,
which makes sense, that's what makes you your house unclean
in a lot of scenarios. But a lot of people
are not. They're not dealing with the pets.
Speaker 2 (14:05):
I mean a lot Like I have a dog. I
feel like my house probably smells like dog to some degree.
You become noseblind to these things and you live in it.
But like you can't do a whole lot about that.
Speaker 1 (14:16):
Yeah, but I get what you're saying, Cassidy, because there
are some places that you're just like, this is this
is a lot for me.
Speaker 4 (14:21):
This is just a little too much. Oh, thank you
for calling in, Cassidy. We appreciate it.
Speaker 6 (14:26):
Yeah, thank you.
Speaker 1 (14:27):
Bye.
Speaker 2 (14:28):
What do you do to combat the pet odor? I
mean just getting clean?
Speaker 3 (14:35):
Ask stupid questions six seven, three seven nine one o seven.
Speaker 2 (14:39):
If you want to add to the zech you have
two dogs? Is your house smelling dogs?
Speaker 5 (14:43):
I don't think it smells like dogs, but you're definitely
gonna get dog hair all over you.
Speaker 7 (14:47):
Look, there's nothing about it. I have two Golden Retrievers.
Speaker 3 (14:51):
Marcia in Nashville, Good morning, welcome to one oh seven
five the River. We're talking about cleanliness spring cleaning has arrived.
Speaker 2 (14:58):
It's that time.
Speaker 3 (14:59):
So what the thing when you walk into somebody else's
house makes you feel a little little yucky.
Speaker 6 (15:04):
I first look on the outside, it's actually like if
their doors are really dirty, and the knobs and everything
like that. And then when I open up the doors, like,
the walls are really dirty and the doorknobs dirty and.
Speaker 2 (15:19):
Door doorknobs are a big one for you.
Speaker 7 (15:21):
I want to come and see how clean your house
is now.
Speaker 6 (15:24):
Yeah, now it could be closed and stuff on the
couch and everything, But if your knobs on your doors.
Speaker 2 (15:33):
I bet you could eat off your doorknobs.
Speaker 3 (15:34):
Eck.
Speaker 5 (15:39):
I've lived in my house for five years now and
I have never cleaned a singular doorknobs.
Speaker 7 (15:43):
Seriously, I don't even think about it.
Speaker 1 (15:45):
Oh my god, you want to clean the doorknobs. You're
touching them every day.
Speaker 7 (15:48):
I legit, have never even thought about it.
Speaker 5 (15:50):
I'm like, let me mop the floors, let me vacuum,
let me clean the base ports.
Speaker 7 (15:53):
I've never thought about.
Speaker 2 (15:54):
Deck on this. I've never cleaned the doorknob, but now.
Speaker 6 (15:56):
That else, Why will you come outside and touching on everything?
Your hands are dirty?
Speaker 2 (16:06):
These are great.
Speaker 5 (16:06):
Points yeah, I'm not saying you're wrong. I'm just saying
I've never thought about it before.
Speaker 1 (16:12):
I can't go to either of your houses anymore.
Speaker 4 (16:14):
Thank you for bringing this.
Speaker 6 (16:16):
Is a truck driver and his hands are dirty and
he just touches on everything that makes sense.
Speaker 1 (16:22):
I appreciate you calling in Love. Have a great day.
Do you guys clean the light switches in your houses?
Speaker 7 (16:27):
I do clean the light switches. It's part of me mopping.
Speaker 4 (16:30):
The walls, mopping the walls.
Speaker 7 (16:32):
Yeah, I mopped the walls.
Speaker 2 (16:34):
Let's take another call Desiree and Gallaton.
Speaker 6 (16:37):
What is it for you when they have dirty floors?
Speaker 2 (16:40):
Dirty floors?
Speaker 1 (16:41):
Okay, yeah, you know sometimes if your socks stick to
the ground, it's not a bar. Yeah, it's definitely like
if they're dirty. Ooh okay, yeah, I kind of I
get the thought process there.
Speaker 2 (16:57):
All right, thank you for calling Desree. We appreciate your
input into our list.
Speaker 6 (17:00):
Ye, thank you.
Speaker 1 (17:01):
I have a great day, Love.
Speaker 3 (17:02):
It's nice to know the things focus on now that
we're doing spring cleaning at home.
Speaker 4 (17:07):
And I just to.
Speaker 1 (17:07):
Call myself out here, like my biggest thing is splatters
on the mirror. But my apartment, we always have splatters
on the mirror.
Speaker 3 (17:16):
Yeah, it's hard, not especially I've got two younger kids.
I mean, they're I'm constantly wiping those things off.
Speaker 1 (17:21):
We're not even children in my fiance and I grown adult.
It's arguable and it's still always a mess.
Speaker 3 (17:28):
You know what else bothers me at my house is
we get all of these like markings on the walls
from the kids, just like rubbing into them and stuff.
Speaker 2 (17:35):
There are two specific walls that I paint all the time.
Speaker 3 (17:38):
It's white paint, but I'm always painting over them because
they're just so marked up all the time.
Speaker 1 (17:42):
Yeah, just like sticky, gross hands all over the walls.
Speaker 4 (17:46):
I get it.
Speaker 3 (17:47):
Yeah, Molly and Riley, if you're listening, Ricky just said
you have sticky, gross hands.
Speaker 7 (17:52):
Calling them out.
Speaker 1 (17:54):
The sibling Game, that's the name of what we are
playing this week for Kevin Mano's Game of the Day
on one O seven five the River, because the Jonas
brothers are coming to town. That's what we're giving you
tickets for. They're playing Bridge Stone Arena October fourteenth, and
Kevin went, you know what, their siblings, Let's just make
a sibling game.
Speaker 2 (18:11):
The new game we've never played before. I've been enjoying
it so far.
Speaker 3 (18:13):
This week, let's say good morning right now to Haley
in Summertown. How are you, Haley? I'm good, a great,
no complaints over here. You're gonna be competing against Deanna
in Hermitage. Hello, Deanna, hell there have you both?
Speaker 2 (18:27):
Have you both heard this game this week?
Speaker 1 (18:29):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (18:29):
Yeah, okay, I love it. Thank you for listening, and
you understand how it works. We'll slowly reveal first names.
As soon as you know the last name, you're gonna
buzz in with your name to answer. So you're gonna
yell Haley, You're gonna yell Deanna. Whoever gets it right
gets that point. You need two out of three, and
then you're going to see the Jonas brothers.
Speaker 2 (18:46):
Okay, okay, okay, all right, the sibling game starts right now.
Chris Luke.
Speaker 3 (18:58):
Liam, I mean, Dianna Deanna.
Speaker 2 (19:06):
That's okay, you're good, You're good. Yeah, you got it right.
So that's one point for Deanna. Luke Leah. Oh, that's
the end of the line.
Speaker 3 (19:20):
Dianna, Deanna.
Speaker 6 (19:23):
I mean it's Star Wars.
Speaker 3 (19:24):
Okay, you think his name is Luke Star Wars Skywalker,
oh Man, Hailey I'm so sorry this did not go
well for you.
Speaker 6 (19:36):
I'm gonna I'm glad to say it. And then she
got me.
Speaker 2 (19:39):
Yeah, that's okay.
Speaker 4 (19:40):
You still have another chance tomorrow to try to call in.
Speaker 6 (19:43):
Okay, all right, best of luck down.
Speaker 3 (19:45):
Thank you for listening, Haley, appreciate you. Deanna, congratulations. You
want to see the Jonas Brothers at Bridgestone.
Speaker 6 (19:53):
Thank goodness, I had my son in the car.
Speaker 2 (19:55):
Oh good, did he help you out with some of
those answers? Oh yeah, he's someone that's just skywalker. Oh great. Yeah,
you wouldn't have won without him.
Speaker 7 (20:02):
So that means you have to take him to the
show with you.
Speaker 2 (20:04):
Yes, for sure, he's going with me.
Speaker 1 (20:07):
Be congratulations, have so much fun at the show. Hang
on the line so we can make sure we get
all your info.
Speaker 2 (20:12):
All right, thank you? Three things?
Speaker 3 (20:15):
All right, just after eight o'clock on this Thursday morning,
Thank you for joining us, friends, starting your day over
here with us at the River.
Speaker 2 (20:21):
Ricky's got those three things.
Speaker 4 (20:23):
I'm so excited about this. Zach said it to me
yesterday and I'm pumped.
Speaker 1 (20:27):
But Snoop Dogg and Doctor Dre have a new lounge
opening downtown. It's called still Gin Lounge. It's gonna open
April fourth in the basement level of Nashville Live.
Speaker 4 (20:36):
It's a bespoke cocktail lounge.
Speaker 1 (20:39):
It's gonna have DJs and live performances that bring back
the best of hip hop and R and B to
downtown Nashville. They're gonna have classic and specialty crafted cocktails
that feature there Still Gin by Doctor Dray. This is awesome, you,
I know, I'm really pumped about it, like beyond excited.
I have it marked in my calendar for the fourth
because I'm like, I need to go.
Speaker 7 (20:59):
Check it out.
Speaker 4 (21:00):
Absolutely have to check it out.
Speaker 1 (21:02):
Napster is going to get a new life after being
brought back by a three D tech company they sold
for just over two hundred million dollars back in twenty sixteen.
Napster became a music extreaming service with licenses to stream
millions of tracks, and yesterday it was acquired by the
three D deck tech company Infinite Reality. So the idea
from Infinite Reality is that they're going to use Napster
(21:23):
to create virtual three D spaces that allow music fans
to enjoy concerts or listening parties all together. And it's
gonna let musicians and music labels sell merchandise there, so
it's kind of like a concert but online.
Speaker 4 (21:37):
It's a cool concept.
Speaker 1 (21:37):
I hope it actually comes into fruition and actually looks
really cool and works well.
Speaker 4 (21:42):
But that is what they're gonna do with it.
Speaker 1 (21:43):
I haven't heard even the word napster in so long,
so when this popped up, I was like, what is
napster doing? Love that they're getting a new new life
from this. And this is how much it costs to
be a bridesmaid in twenty twenty five. And I'm going
to tell you right now, I have spent a lot more.
But according to experts, the average cost of being a
bridesmaid at a local wedding is between six hundred and
(22:05):
nine hundred dollars.
Speaker 4 (22:07):
So if you're like me, like I just said, I've
spent a.
Speaker 2 (22:09):
Lot, yeah, that seems low.
Speaker 4 (22:11):
This is low.
Speaker 1 (22:12):
This only includes the dress, accessories, hair and makeup, a
shower gift, and a wedding gift, so it doesn't include
the bachelorette, any hotel stays or anything like that. Yeah,
because then you're adding a few other extra thousand.
Speaker 3 (22:25):
Because it seems like, I know you mentioned the bachelor party,
it just seems like it's such.
Speaker 2 (22:29):
A bigger ordeal than just the wedding.
Speaker 1 (22:31):
Oh yeah, oh yeah, you're spending thousands of dollars to
be a bridesmaid.
Speaker 4 (22:35):
I'm Ricky Sanchez And those are the three things you
need to know.
Speaker 1 (22:39):
Reiky, Zach and Meno. In the morning, we're talking about
the airport theory. There's this new thing going viral on TikTok.
People are showing up to the airport fifteen to twenty
minutes before their flight to see if they get on nonsense.
But we obviously know that not everybody does that. So
how early do you show up to the airport before
a flight?
Speaker 2 (22:56):
That's the question we're fighting about in the studio right now.
Chris in Murphy's Borough, What do you do?
Speaker 4 (23:02):
I am an avid two hour.
Speaker 2 (23:04):
Yes, me and you should travel together.
Speaker 6 (23:07):
It's gonna be two hours. Like I can't handle just
this deer possibility of getting stuck in.
Speaker 1 (23:13):
Like the security that is for finding the gate.
Speaker 6 (23:17):
Oh, it's terrifying.
Speaker 7 (23:18):
Finding the gate is not that hard. They have signs everywhere.
Speaker 6 (23:22):
Well yeah, but what's it like at the whole other
end of the airport.
Speaker 4 (23:25):
For some of them, you gotta take shuttles or bosses.
Speaker 3 (23:28):
To walk quickly, and I personally, I'd like the airport.
Speaker 2 (23:33):
I don't mind being at the airport. I like to
get there.
Speaker 3 (23:35):
I like to go see my gate, make sure it exists,
and then go sit somewhere and have a drink, have
some food.
Speaker 1 (23:39):
Christin, what do you do with that two hours time
for that? What do you do with the two hours
when you get to the airport so early? I like, I'm.
Speaker 2 (23:48):
Always traveling with last patient.
Speaker 6 (23:50):
I'm a wedding photographer, so that's pretty much the only
reason that I travel, and so we always like, don't
eat beforehand so that we can go and sit and
eat the gate and.
Speaker 5 (24:01):
Just you know, in cases any delays or whatever.
Speaker 6 (24:04):
Yeah, being a wedding photographer, you have to account for that.
Speaker 4 (24:08):
I get that.
Speaker 1 (24:09):
That makes sense. You want to make sure you're not
gonna not show up to the wedding that you need
to be at exactly.
Speaker 6 (24:14):
I just feel like I'm gonna have a lot of
buffer time in there for delays.
Speaker 7 (24:18):
You're wasting time at the airport.
Speaker 2 (24:20):
Buffer time for delays. That means you have.
Speaker 7 (24:22):
More time to sit there and eat and drinks.
Speaker 6 (24:24):
I know, but I'm I'm leaving two days before the wedding.
That way, if there's a whole day worth of delays,
it's okay.
Speaker 2 (24:30):
I'm good, very responsible of you. Thank you for calling Chris,
and we appreciate it.
Speaker 6 (24:34):
Thank you have a good one.
Speaker 4 (24:36):
That gives me, zachhappy.
Speaker 7 (24:38):
It gives me so much anxiety.
Speaker 3 (24:40):
Your plan gives me anxiety. I We'll do one more
Cassidy Murphy's Borough. Hello, how early do you get to
the airport? Hey?
Speaker 5 (24:48):
So I only get there about an hour early.
Speaker 6 (24:51):
But I actually have a funny story about that. One
time my boyfriend had a flight and we overfless Rush
the hall for the airport and I dropped him off
seven minutes before less and oh my goodness.
Speaker 1 (25:06):
See that's happened to me before, where I have made
the flight. And I used to do this all the time.
I would give myself fifteen to twenty minutes and that
was it, and I would always make the flight until
one day I didn't and I learned my lesson.
Speaker 2 (25:18):
Yeah, you're not always gonna get that lucky.
Speaker 3 (25:20):
There could be a backup at security or whatever, but
it sounds like he got lucky.
Speaker 1 (25:25):
Definitely, they get lucky. Yeah, thanks for calling in love
we appreciate you.
Speaker 2 (25:29):
Have you missed multiple flight tricky.
Speaker 1 (25:31):
I missed two flights. I used to always just somehow
make it.
Speaker 4 (25:36):
And that's what left.
Speaker 1 (25:37):
Me, like, why would I try to get here earlier
if I could still make it with it? Lucky experiences, Yes, exactly.
I never needed to think any other way. But my fiance,
he's got to be there like two hours beforehand. Oh,
he's got to be there early. And our compromises since
we have to be there so early, and I'd rather
the fifteen twenty minutes.
Speaker 4 (25:57):
He has to buy me food and booze.
Speaker 7 (25:59):
Okay, he equals out.
Speaker 1 (26:01):
We hang out, we drink, we eat.
Speaker 5 (26:03):
I just decided that I can never travel with Kevin.
I feel like I would have a full blown panic
attack with this man.
Speaker 2 (26:08):
Well, we can travel, we can go on a flight somewhere.
I would we would just go to the airports, Steven, Yeah.
Speaker 7 (26:12):
I would meet you there.
Speaker 2 (26:13):
Yeah, I would go.
Speaker 1 (26:14):
Kevin's anxiety, him his wife and the two kids like
Molly and Riley.
Speaker 4 (26:19):
I could just see him being like, we gotta go.
We're going fast enough.
Speaker 2 (26:22):
Somebody picking up.
Speaker 4 (26:23):
We gotta know.
Speaker 2 (26:23):
Ally hates it.
Speaker 1 (26:26):
I am beyond excited for today it's Daily Devil Tap
on one O seven five of the River. Because Kevin
Mano thinks that he has the same level of talent
as this beatboxer Wing.
Speaker 3 (26:37):
I mean maybe a little more the same, more, a
little more great.
Speaker 4 (26:42):
Can we play the beat boxer?
Speaker 1 (26:44):
His name is Wing. He's making all of these noises
you're about to hear with just his mouth.
Speaker 2 (26:49):
O hear you now?
Speaker 7 (27:15):
Yo, that's so impressive.
Speaker 1 (27:17):
It's insane that he can make those noises with his mouth.
Speaker 2 (27:20):
I don't even want to try im. I was just joking.
There's no there's no chance, blah blah blah blah. Confident.
Speaker 1 (27:31):
I was just messing around.
Speaker 2 (27:32):
Guys. Of course I can't beatbox. That's crazy. That's very impressive.
Speaker 1 (27:38):
Could you imagine if he had this hidden talent, Kevin,
of being able to beatbox like that?
Speaker 7 (27:43):
Go go ahead and try again.
Speaker 1 (27:44):
No, if you did have that talent, I would never
make fun of you again.
Speaker 2 (27:48):
Don't know. Okay, I'm gonna learn how to beat.
Speaker 3 (27:52):
We're gonna post the video of that guy doing and
not me up in our Instagram stories. Who always put
the Daily Devil tap up at one O seven five
the Ray on Instagram? And so you can find it,
share with your friends. It is very impressive. I'm not defeated, well,
of course these are.
Speaker 2 (28:07):
Yeah, I don't know. That's I don't even understand how
people can do I did.
Speaker 3 (28:10):
I did Ricky, Zach and Manno in the morning on
one O seven the river
