Speaker 1 (00:00):
Three things. Happy Friday. We made it to Friday. Used
to a four day work week.

Speaker 2 (00:05):
All right?

Speaker 1 (00:06):
Ricky Sanchez is right here with those three things, presented
by Mark Spain Real Estate.

Speaker 3 (00:10):
Nicholas Cage is now officially Nicholas Cage. His birth name,
if you didn't know this was Nicholas Kim Coppola. Coppola
family is one of the biggest in cinema, and when
it came to his decision on finally officially changing his
name to Nicholas Cage, he said, quote, 'tis better to
be the patriarch of my own little family than the
clown cousin on the margins of someone else's. So I

(00:33):
decided I'm going to bring it on and be Cage.
He's always gone professionally by Nicholas Cage. I think at
this point there's not a singular person who calls him
Nicholas Coppola. They do obviously know the connection, and that
could be really tough in the show industry. It could
be really tough in any industry.

Speaker 4 (00:50):
You kind of.

Speaker 3 (00:51):
Feel attached to that name in a way that feels,
you know, NEPO baby gets thrown around things like that.
So now he is one hundred percent. Officially, Nicks Cage
summer parking lot parties that Losers in.

Speaker 4 (01:03):
Midtown have been announced.

Speaker 3 (01:05):
They've announced a few outdoor shows June first, second, and third.
There's no lineup yet, but keep an eye out on
their socials for more information on those shows. They did
just have a one off performance with a Chase Rice
last night, so anything.

Speaker 4 (01:19):
Is possible when it comes to the lineup. Typically, even
if you don't see anybody.

Speaker 3 (01:23):
That you're like, oh, I really like that person and
I really know that person, people pop in constantly. So
if you get a chance, go on down there and
check out one of the outdoor shows.

Speaker 4 (01:33):
They are a lot of fun.

Speaker 3 (01:34):
For those shows, the doors will open at five thirty
pm each night.

Speaker 4 (01:37):
So you're gonna want to get there as early as possible.

Speaker 3 (01:39):
A line does form outside and it does get pretty
packed pretty fast. And this summer is the longest one
in a decade because Memorial Day landed on the earliest
possible date, May twenty fifth, and Labor Day lands on
the latest possible date on September seventh.

Speaker 4 (01:57):
This means that we have seven more days than did
in twenty twenty five. Oh, we have a total of
one hundred.

Speaker 3 (02:03):
And six days of quote unquote unofficial summer because I
guess technically summer doesn't start.

Speaker 1 (02:08):
Justin I yeah, I gotcha.

Speaker 3 (02:10):
But we all say Memorial Memorial Days the kickoff, you know,
that's when it actually starts.

Speaker 4 (02:14):
And then Labor Day is typically more like, all right,
summer's over. So it's the longest summer in a decade.
Enjoy it, take advantage of it.

Speaker 3 (02:21):
I'm so hyped about the fact that we have so
much sun during the day. Like I get to wake
up and it doesn't feel like pitch darkness outside at
four point thirty in the morning, and you know, later
in the day, I don't feel like I have to
go to bed at five people, Right, I'm.

Speaker 4 (02:36):
Ricky Sanchez, And those are the three things you need
to know.

Speaker 1 (02:38):
It's the summer of Summer. I'm declaring it now. That's
what we're gonna call it.

Speaker 4 (02:41):
Super smart name.

Speaker 1 (02:42):
She doesn't like it, Olivia Dean getting back into the music.
We do have Charlie Pooth tickets out of the way
for the first call, your last chance of the week
to grab those.

Speaker 5 (02:49):
Next Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on.

Speaker 1 (02:54):
The River seven five the River every day this week.
We've had these Charlie Pooth tickets. Charlie's getting be at
a send amphitheater, and this is your last chance to
get them. And we're saying good morning to Lauren in
Bowling Green, Kentucky. How are you?

Speaker 2 (03:07):
I'm good? How are you?

Speaker 1 (03:08):
I'm good? No complaints. It's Friday. It was a short week.
It feels great.

Speaker 4 (03:12):
Heck yeah, I'm hyped about it be Friday.

Speaker 2 (03:14):
And it's my thirtieth birthday today too, heyday. Yeah, thank
you dude. I might. I've got a list of things
I might do, but I might check out. The girls
just want to have brunch in Nashville weekend, so I
might do that with my twin sister.

Speaker 1 (03:34):
So twins, so it's our birthday as well. That's how
twins work.

Speaker 4 (03:38):
Yeah, thank you. Yeah, Kevin, who's.

Speaker 1 (03:43):
The older twin? I'm sure when he's older by a
few seconds too, is it.

Speaker 2 (03:46):
Yeah, I'm the oldest. I was born first, and by
like two minutes.

Speaker 1 (03:51):
Yes.

Speaker 5 (03:52):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (03:52):
And then also, I mean we're gonna go ahead and
tell you right now that you're the first caller of
the day. Congratulations, yay, thank you. It feels cool to
give some birthday girl, tickets on her birthday, like first
thing in the morning. That's like kismet. But yes, here's
my question. Are you gonna take your sister with you
to the show?

Speaker 2 (04:09):
I don't know. Maybe I think it's I mean, take
whoever you want. Yeah, I might take her though, because
I'll be a good twin sister, and I will probably
take her because I take her. I took her to
my other concerts. I went to Forever Ago, we went
to Kelly Clarkson concert.

Speaker 3 (04:25):
Oh, that's really sweet. I have to ask, though, Lauren,
because I have you on the phone. I love you,
I appreciate you. Thank you so much for listening. I
think twins are the creepiest thing ever, so brilliant, like
the fact it's that okay and creepy in like a
cool way, because I love horror and things like that.

Speaker 4 (04:43):
I think it's creepy in a cool way.

Speaker 3 (04:45):
Yeah, it's wild to me that there are two people
who could be born who are identical and.

Speaker 4 (04:50):
Like you, shared a womb. Like that's all insane to
me to think about. Yeah, do you guys have like
twins telepathy?

Speaker 2 (04:56):
We do, we really do. Actually we're paternal. Yes, we're
actually fraternal, So we look like sisters, but we we
really don't look anything alike. So she's blonde naturally, and
I'm a burnette naturally. And now that we're adults, I'm
a blonde now and she's a burnette.

Speaker 1 (05:13):
Oh wow, switched, yes.

Speaker 2 (05:17):
But yeah, we do have a twain telepavy kind of
like superpower because it's it's weird when she's going through
some like stuff and like when I'm going through stuff,
like it's like one of us is calling the other
like hey, are you okay? Like I have a dream
or like I feel off, like are you okay?

Speaker 4 (05:34):
That's it is creepy, but I think it's I think
it's awesome. It's creepy.

Speaker 5 (05:40):
It is.

Speaker 4 (05:41):
You can't tell me that's not creepy.

Speaker 1 (05:42):
It's a little creepy.

Speaker 4 (05:43):
It is.

Speaker 2 (05:44):
It is very creepy because sometimes I'll call her and
she'll be like, I'll be like, what's wrong with you?
She's like, what do you mean you know? I was
like I know something.

Speaker 1 (05:55):
This is so cool. We're gonna put you out holding
get all your information. But happy birthday to you and
your sister. Yes, we are so glad that you got
through this morning. You're the best.

Speaker 2 (06:04):
Thank you.

Speaker 1 (06:05):
Thanks for being a part of our morning Ricky, Zach
and Menno in the morning, Zach is out today it's
just Ricky and myself and normally on Friday, Zach will
help you out with weekend plans by kind of running
down a few things happening around town. Ricky's got that
for you today. What is happening, my friend.

Speaker 3 (06:23):
Musicians Corner is happening today and tomorrow at Centennial Park.
This is a free concert series in the park.

Speaker 4 (06:28):
I love this.

Speaker 3 (06:29):
Artists span from genres like Americana and.

Speaker 4 (06:32):
Rock to folk and indie soul.

Speaker 3 (06:35):
You got so many options and they're all fantastic. They're
gonna have local food trucks, artists and vendors, family friendly
activities as well in their little Kidsville area, and drinks.

Speaker 4 (06:46):
So grab a blanket and go enjoy.

Speaker 1 (06:48):
I am not exaggerating when I say my idea of
heaven is free music outside in the sunshine. Yes, food trucks,
drinks like nothing is better.

Speaker 4 (06:56):
Than that exactly.

Speaker 3 (06:57):
So that's a great way to kind of off your weekend.
Hopefully the weather holds out, because the weather isn't looking
great for today, but they are also doing it tomorrow
as well, so make sure that you are prepared for
that if you decide to go, and that you are
following them on social media so you know, you know
what's going on with weather. NASCAR returns to Nashville Super
Speedway for the six consecutive year this weekend as part

(07:18):
of the twenty twenty six Cup Series.

Speaker 4 (07:20):
Races start today.

Speaker 3 (07:22):
Tickets are still available on multiple tiers with add ons.

Speaker 4 (07:26):
I'm actually going today.

Speaker 1 (07:27):
Hey you are.

Speaker 3 (07:28):
I have a friend who is sponsoring Frankie Munos like that.

Speaker 4 (07:32):
Construction is the name of his company.

Speaker 3 (07:34):
And they're sponsoring Frankie Munos and we are all going
today in support.

Speaker 4 (07:38):
It's gonna be a lot of fun. I'm really excited my.

Speaker 3 (07:40):
First NASCAR experience ever, by the way, yeah, I could imagine.

Speaker 4 (07:47):
And it's also Music City Rodeo.

Speaker 3 (07:48):
Weekend downtown at Bridgetone Arena kicked off last night.

Speaker 4 (07:52):
They had Miranda.

Speaker 3 (07:53):
Lambert as a performer, continues today and tomorrow. Charlie Crockett
is the musical guest tonight and John Parkar tomorrow. There
are still tickets available on their website if.

Speaker 4 (08:03):
You want to go check that out.

Speaker 3 (08:04):
And if you go check that out, there are a
lot of free things happening at Fifth and Broadway prior
to the event. I think they're doing like Lasso kind
of lessons. They have like bandanas and all sorts of
stuff for you to kind of get into.

Speaker 4 (08:18):
I think there's gonna be line dancing as well. So
make a whole day.

Speaker 3 (08:21):
Out of it if you're gonna go to the Music
City Rodeo downtown this weekend.

Speaker 1 (08:25):
Three Things a couple of minutes away from brand new
music from Ariana Grande on this New Music Friday. But first,
riciuse you have those Three Things, presented by Mark Spain
Real Estate.

Speaker 3 (08:34):
Dolly Parton is opening up a roadside travel stop. This
was news a little while back, but now we actually
have more information on it. Dolly's Tennessee and Travel Stop
opens on June twenty fourth. It's in Cornersville. It's about
an hour south of Nashville on Interstate sixty five. Visitors
can get barbecue at.

Speaker 4 (08:51):
A sit down restaurant. You can grab a cup of
Ambition coffee.

Speaker 3 (08:55):
There's gonna be custom merch that's available in the gift shop,
and there's gonna be local musicians per forming for live entertainment.
This sounds like the coolest Roadside Travel Stop Ever.

Speaker 4 (09:05):
I love it to ever exist.

Speaker 3 (09:07):
And obviously it's Dolly, so I expect nothing less. You
can check that out in Quarterzoe. Starting on June twenty fourth,
role Model has announced and we can expect his next
album and the title. So his third albums titled Chuck
Timely and the Hourglass is coming out August seventh.

Speaker 4 (09:21):
We are getting the first single off of it on
June third, So.

Speaker 3 (09:25):
Next Wednesday, I believe he had announced nine am, which
is a very interesting way to release a single. Normally
we don't get anything at nine am in the morning
or on a Wednesday. Typically everything is like Thursday night
going into Friday, like that midnight time slot. But we're
going to get that. It's called High Hopes three thousand.
I cannot wain.

Speaker 1 (09:45):
You're a big role Model fan.

Speaker 4 (09:47):
Oh god, I.

Speaker 3 (09:47):
Love role Model so much and I'm so excited for
new music by him.

Speaker 4 (09:50):
I've been waiting patiently.

Speaker 1 (09:52):
By the way, not to sidetrack this, but he's gonna
be a bonarou We have Bonero tickets coming up.

Speaker 4 (09:55):
A seven forty five, Yes we do.

Speaker 3 (09:57):
And Love Island has revealed their cast line up for
the next season.

Speaker 4 (10:01):
Season eight is going.

Speaker 3 (10:01):
To have twelve Islanders, including the brother of.

Speaker 4 (10:04):
Stephen season Wow, Stevens.

Speaker 3 (10:07):
Season including the brother of a season seven islander, Charlie,
and a Paralympic athlete, which is really cool. Season eight
debuts on June second, so it's right around the corner.
It's followed by daily episodes throughout premiere week. If you
know anything about Love Island, you know that this becomes

(10:27):
like your side gig. Oh yeah, because new episodes then
drop every single day except for Wednesdays. So if you
are prepared, you're not prepared mentally prepared for this, Okay,
you have to.

Speaker 4 (10:39):
Be ready to watch every single.

Speaker 3 (10:40):
Day because once you missed one day, so much can
happen and then you're just behind. I've done it before.
It gets very stressful, but it's very exciting. June second
is when you got to start arm Ricky Sanchez and
those are the three things you need to know.

Speaker 5 (10:53):
Class is in session.

Speaker 4 (10:55):
Sacks facts brought to you by Mark Spain Real.

Speaker 1 (10:57):
Estate on one O seven. The river right Zach is
out today, So it's me Kevin Mano filling in with
a fact. I read this and I thought it was
super interesting. Starbucks spends more on health insurance for their
employees than they do on coffee beans.

Speaker 4 (11:11):
Oh wow, is that cool? Wild?

Speaker 1 (11:13):
Yeah, I was shocked by it. I respect it. So
the next time that you get your Venti ice blonde
vanilla sweet cream latte with oat milk, no ice, chocolate cream, cold,
foam free pumps of white mocha extra michel jusle with
a cookie crumble topping, extra whip and vanilla bean powder
and a trent To cup with room, you can feel
good about supporting the company.

Speaker 3 (11:27):
That is the most insane thing I've ever heard. Also,
insurance companies should just be cheaper.

Speaker 1 (11:32):
Agreed. That's my Starbucks order, by the way, and that's
your fact.

Speaker 4 (11:35):
Of the day.

Speaker 5 (11:36):
Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning on the river.

Speaker 3 (11:41):
Hope everyone's prepared for this because Kevin is insistent upon
the fact that he is the best app idea ever,
specifically for socially awkward people like himself, and he cannot
shut up about it. So hopefully this is good. I'm
really nervous and also excited to hear it.

Speaker 1 (11:58):
I'm nervous too to t even is publicly because I
don't want anyone to steal it. I think it's a
million dollar idea and it's mine. Okay, it's my idea.

Speaker 4 (12:06):
Okay, no worries, Kevin, it's all yours.

Speaker 1 (12:08):
The app is called the app is called Fake Phone Call.
So you know how sometimes like you're walking down sidewalk
or you're walking into a grocery store and there's somebody
there with like a clipboard and they're like, hey, well,
I want to tell you about the thing, and you're like, no,
I don't have time. And it's just it's weird. So
you pull out your phone, you fake a phone call,
you pretend to be on the phone. I do that
stuff all the time. Or if you walk in there's
somebody you don't want to necessarily engage with Fake phone Call.

(12:28):
So the app, you just open it up right there
on your home screen. You tap one button and a
one sided conversation starts coming through the phone and you
can even put it on speaker so they believe you.
So okay, here's an example. I recorded this all right.
Here you go, okay, Ricky, pull up in your phone,
you know, you tap the app and then and then
I don't know if you heard about Jeff, but Jeff
got fired.

Speaker 2 (12:45):
Man, he was only at that job for.

Speaker 1 (12:46):
Like a month, but it just didn't work out. It's
got poor Jeff dude, it's always been a rough road
for him.

Speaker 2 (12:51):
And I don't know if you heard about Brian, but
Brian fell down a.

Speaker 1 (12:54):
Well and he broke all of his he a well.
So you know, it's just like where.

Speaker 4 (12:58):
Does Brian live?

Speaker 1 (13:00):
You don't ask questions, You just you don't ask questions.
You just listen and you say like oh wow, yeah yeah,
and then you can tell the person to sort of
signal to them like I'm on the phone.

Speaker 4 (13:08):
You know.

Speaker 1 (13:09):
It's just it's a fake phone call, ready to go
at all times. Okay, Okay, how do you feel about this?

Speaker 4 (13:14):
I don't love it.

Speaker 3 (13:16):
If we're on Shark Tank and I'm one of the investors,
I'm probably not going to invest the reason being that,
why do you actually need the recorded part at all?
If you're already faking phone calls by lifting up your
phone to your ear and saying, oh so sorry, I
got to take this.

Speaker 1 (13:30):
It's not very believable when I fake phone calls, I
try to like engage with this fake caller, but there's
nobody there, and it just it seems like bad acting.
But also if you have the voice coming through the phone,
it really feels real.

Speaker 3 (13:44):
Okay, okay, how many app downloads have you.

Speaker 4 (13:46):
Had so far?

Speaker 2 (13:46):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (13:47):
No, no, it's not real. It's not an app, it's
an idea.

Speaker 4 (13:49):
I'm playing shark Tank here. You've never seen shark oh.

Speaker 1 (13:51):
Oh, I didn't know whe you were playing Shark Tank.
A billion sir.

Speaker 4 (13:55):
A billion?

Speaker 3 (13:56):
Oh wow?

Speaker 4 (13:57):
A billion app downloads? And how much is it? Ninety nine?

Speaker 1 (14:00):
Delma yep wow.

Speaker 4 (14:02):
Okay, you're already making a killing.

Speaker 1 (14:03):
I am.

Speaker 4 (14:04):
I'm just seems to be working really well for you.

Speaker 1 (14:06):
I'm here for marketing purposes. I just sort of use
a platform to get the word out. So okay, scale
of one to ten, how good is this idea?

Speaker 4 (14:17):
I'll give it a four point eight.

Speaker 1 (14:19):
That's not very good.

Speaker 5 (14:21):
Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning on the River.

Speaker 3 (14:26):
Manos Game of the day on one oh seven five
the River. We are playing real or fake Bonnaroo bands
for tickets to see everybody at Bonnaroo June eleventh.

Speaker 4 (14:35):
Or the fourteenth in Manchester.

Speaker 3 (14:36):
There's any people like Noah Khan, Teddy Swims, Kesha, a
bunch of people you know, but also a lot of bands.

Speaker 1 (14:42):
That you may not know exactly. That's kind of the
point of the game here. Jenna in Nashville is on
the line. Have you heard this game this week? Jenna?

Speaker 2 (14:49):
I did hear yesterday.

Speaker 1 (14:51):
Okay, you heard it yesterday. Hopefully you know you're familiar
with the lineup, so you might you might know some
of these real ones. We're gonna find out. And just
so you know, you can use Ricky as a lifeline.

Speaker 3 (15:02):
Okay, great, I'm here to howl hopefully fingers crossed.

Speaker 1 (15:06):
And just to confirm, she is not currently looking at
the lineup, so yes, she's not cheating in any way,
shape or form. Here we go. You need three out
of five in your game starts right now. Jenna is
the band Paul Paul Rod gonna be at Bonnarou this year.
Oh that's a strange one. Yeah, that is a strange one.

(15:33):
And yes, they will be at ban this year.

Speaker 3 (15:36):
That was a guest on your part, wasn't it. Because
I saw the deep I felt the deep sigh and
then felt the nervousness coming through your voice.

Speaker 2 (15:44):
Yeah, yeah, definitely.

Speaker 4 (15:46):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (15:46):
Point on the board is Golden Yarrow gonna be at
Bonnarou this year. Golden yarrow. No, no, you think I
would make up a word like yarrow. So your answer
is no, you are correct.

Speaker 5 (16:04):
Okay, j.

Speaker 4 (16:07):
You are getting through these easy.

Speaker 2 (16:11):
Yarrow through me off?

Speaker 1 (16:12):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, all right, you get this, You win,
and you are the the you know, the best contestant
we've had all week. Confidence Man Will confidence Man be
on a Bonnaroo stage this year?

Speaker 2 (16:27):
I don't think so.

Speaker 1 (16:28):
No, you don't think confidence Man will be there. You
are wrong about that one.

Speaker 4 (16:32):
Oh that's okay, all.

Speaker 1 (16:35):
Right, you're still in it. You get this. You win,
mother mother will mother mother be a Bonnaroo twenty twenty six?

Speaker 2 (16:44):
Oh mother mother, I've never heard of that.

Speaker 1 (16:48):
Or no, no, you are wrong about that one too.
Oh no, JENNI coming down to the wire.

Speaker 4 (16:57):
Here, just a reminder.

Speaker 3 (16:59):
You're allowed to tag me in if you need to
tag me, and if you are like nervous and you
don't know, you're allowed to tag me.

Speaker 4 (17:04):
And you have one more. If you get this right,
you're going.

Speaker 3 (17:07):
If you get it wrong, we have to pick up
the phone call for somebody.

Speaker 4 (17:11):
Else and see if they can get through it.

Speaker 3 (17:12):
Never all rights like, I'm not letting that.

Speaker 1 (17:16):
Here we go. It all comes down to this will
Dad Jeans Casino be at Bonnaroo this year?

Speaker 4 (17:24):
Dad Jeans Oh nocky, I need.

Speaker 3 (17:29):
Your hope, Okay, Dad, A lot of pressure, Dad, I know.
I actually I get really nervous when everybody asks for
my help.

Speaker 4 (17:37):
Dad Jeans Casino.

Speaker 3 (17:38):
I want to say, because we always make fun of
your dad Jeans Kevin, that you made that one up.

Speaker 1 (17:43):
I feel like that's Jenna. What's your final answer?

Speaker 5 (17:47):
No?

Speaker 1 (17:47):
Okay, for somehow this at my expense, but you win. Congratulations.

Speaker 5 (17:51):
That is a fake fan. They will not be at.

Speaker 1 (17:53):
Botnaroo this year.

Speaker 4 (17:56):
You are welcomes.

Speaker 2 (18:01):
Thank you so much, Tho man.

Speaker 1 (18:03):
Another tense round. Three things you need to past eight
o'clock you're on this Friday morning. Happy Friday friends, Thank
you for being here. Now let's be wise all and
listen to Ricky Is. She has those three things, presented
by Mark Spain Real Estate.

Speaker 4 (18:17):
I like it. It is wise to listen to me.

Speaker 3 (18:19):
The Amazon Prime show Off Campus, which is my latest obsession,
has already shared details about season two.

Speaker 4 (18:26):
And I love when they just don't keep us waiting.

Speaker 3 (18:29):
Season one of Off Campus has just exploded in popularity.

Speaker 4 (18:32):
If you haven't watched it yet, then you need to
get on.

Speaker 3 (18:34):
That because they're already gearing up for season two and
you don't want to fall behind.

Speaker 4 (18:37):
Okay.

Speaker 3 (18:38):
Season two has been confirmed to focus on Ali Hayes
and Dean di Laurentis. This is huge for anybody who
knows and anybody who's been watching. In an interview with Variety,
the series creator said that all eight scripts are already
written and followed with quote, I don't want to say
anything yet, but I think book fans will be very excited.
All of these, like see, are based off of different books,

(19:01):
so if you read the books, looks like.

Speaker 4 (19:03):
You're gonna be really pumped about this one.

Speaker 3 (19:05):
She also said that if you fell in love with
Hannah and Garrett, the love interests of season one, not
to worry because they will still be a big part
of the next season.

Speaker 4 (19:14):
I am so excited, Kevin.

Speaker 1 (19:16):
I'm excited to show.

Speaker 3 (19:18):
Yeah, it's so like just chilling, kind of corny in
a way and sweet and endearing, and it's just it's
a nice refreshing take from like the things that we
typically watch. A sat and Ampitheater is going to host
a community day. The free event is happening on June
thirteenth from twelve thirty pm to five pm in celebration
of National's first responders. You can explore Metro National Police

(19:40):
Department emergency and safety vehicles up close and personal personal
including a helicopter, marine unit, BOTE, fire trucks and ambulances
from the National Fire Department. If you have a kid
who loves like fire trucks or is interested in these
kind of things, this would be perfect for you.

Speaker 4 (19:57):
To go check out. There's also going to be yoga
and fitness.

Speaker 3 (19:59):
Workshow there will be a kid zone, free giveaways, live music,
and community performances all around. Just a really cool day
and a great way to celebrate our first responders. Forty
percent of drivers love being in their car, and they
said that.

Speaker 4 (20:14):
It's actually their happy place.

Speaker 1 (20:16):
Oh yeah.

Speaker 3 (20:17):
A new survey reveals that forty two percent of drivers
find it relaxing to be in their car, and fifty
three percent like the feeling of independence.

Speaker 4 (20:23):
That it brings.

Speaker 3 (20:24):
Thirty four percent say driving is their favorite part of
the day because they say it gives them a chance
to recharge. And I'm just gonna go ahead and say,
I don't think any of these people live in Middle
Tennessee in this area because I'm not gonna lie to you.

Speaker 4 (20:36):
Y'all stress me out on the roads. Okay, I hate driving.
I don't want to be in my car. You all,
I love you so much, but you need like a
refresher course on a drive. I'm Ricky Sanchez and those
are the three things you need to know.

Speaker 1 (20:52):
Thank you very much, Ricky. If you are one of
the people that enjoys driving, thank you very much for
inviting us into your happy place. We appreciate, agreed it is.

Speaker 4 (21:00):
That's why it's your happy place, because it's us right exactly.

Speaker 1 (21:03):
We do have another word, our wicked long sentence. This
thing ends today, so just three words left to get.
Your next one comes in a half an hour, eight forty.
Be here for that. If you want to see Ariana
Grande in New York City eight forty, that next word
is coming.

Speaker 5 (21:17):
Ricky, Zach and Manno in the morning on.

Speaker 3 (21:22):
We're about to get into our leftovers. These are different
topics or stories that just didn't make the show this
week because we only have so much time to talk,
and we love to talk, and we can't fit everything in.

Speaker 4 (21:32):
So we normally have the three of us.

Speaker 3 (21:34):
Zach Is out today, but we each get thirty seconds
on the clock to bring our idea.

Speaker 4 (21:39):
To the table.

Speaker 3 (21:40):
I guess we can go a little over this time
of us. Not that I have too much to say,
but I'm going to tell you about different things that
other countries kind of wrongly attribute to America. So you know,
sometimes we say things like French fries or English muffins
or London broil.

Speaker 4 (21:59):
None of those.

Speaker 3 (22:00):
Things have to do with those places.

Speaker 4 (22:02):
So it actually goes the other way.

Speaker 3 (22:03):
There's a viral Reddit thread where they ask people around
the world what gets labeled as American where they live.

Speaker 4 (22:10):
Some of the responses here.

Speaker 3 (22:11):
In Norway, frozen mixed vegetables are sold as American mix.

Speaker 4 (22:16):
Okay, the Dutch have.

Speaker 3 (22:18):
Filet a medicane, which is basically steak tartar with mayo.
Interesting mayo heart feels very American. They may be onto
something there. Potato wedges in the Czech Republic are called
American potatoes. In other countries, cool ranch doritos are called
cool American.

Speaker 1 (22:38):
That sounds right.

Speaker 3 (22:39):
That throws me for a loop, I guess because like
ranch and American kind of go together to kind of
like mayo and American. In some places too, ranch dressing
is known as American dressing, So that ranch vibe has
really been just like thrown to American. It's become a
very American thing in other countries. But I just think
it's so fascinated. Sure, a lot of other things are

(23:02):
an American, like wire potato wedges considered American.

Speaker 1 (23:06):
It's at all interesting, all right, I today with the Leftovers,
have some very exciting news for people to go to
the grocery store as often.

Speaker 4 (23:14):
As I do.

Speaker 1 (23:15):
It's a common threat on the show that I go
to the grocery store every single day. It's twenty twenty six. Now, guys,
we don't have flying cars, but we do have the
Series three APC model grocery card come in our way.

Speaker 4 (23:28):
There's like a whole name for this. It sounds like
a car.

Speaker 1 (23:32):
It's being slowly rolled out at some targets around the
country right now. Smooth maneuverability and ergonomic handles, increase basket space,
larger cup holders, no more busted wheels. You know how
you always get that janky wheel. They've done away with it. Finally,
What a time to be alive. The Series three APC
model is slowly gonna work its way into whatever store

(23:55):
you frequent the most.

Speaker 3 (23:57):
I am stunned and confused and also a little excited
at the same time.

Speaker 4 (24:02):
See see fully, why are we talking about it like
it's a.

Speaker 1 (24:06):
Car, Because why it has been this long since there's
been innovation in this space, you.

Speaker 4 (24:11):
Know, because if it it broke, don't fix it.

Speaker 1 (24:13):
It's always broke.

Speaker 3 (24:14):
That's a felling Okay, Oh my gosh, I struck a
chord that concludes the leftover.

Speaker 5 (24:21):
Have a wicked good summer on the river.

Speaker 1 (24:25):
Here's the next word in our wicked long sentence.

Speaker 3 (24:28):
We are wrapping up this wicked long sentence. Today is
the last day of words that you are getting.

Speaker 4 (24:34):
So Kevin, go ahead, city.

Speaker 1 (24:37):
City. That is your word currently, city is your next word.
We have two more words coming after this one twelve
forty and four forty and then Ricky, can you please
explain how they win?

Speaker 3 (24:48):
Yes, you gotta be here listening to one of seven
five the river at eight forty Monday morning. We're gonna
give you a cue to call. First person to call
in and recite the wicked long sentence in its entirety is.

Speaker 4 (24:59):
Gonna get the ticket.

Speaker 1 (25:00):
And once again, your word right now is city.

Speaker 5 (25:03):
Keep track of every word so when.

Speaker 3 (25:07):
Every so often there is a video that pops up
on social media that makes you just feel good about
society again. Yeah, and that is the Daily Double Tap
on one of seven five the river today. This moment
is just a very fun, silly and endearing moment.

Speaker 1 (25:23):
It's a bunch of soccer fans. What country then or
what team do they support? The unit were arsenal arsenal, Okay,
there's a large crowd of them and somebody lost their keys,
so they are all joining in.

Speaker 4 (25:35):
They're helping.

Speaker 1 (25:35):
They created this chant to try to get the keys
back to the rightful owner. And we have it today.
We have the Daily Double Tap split into two pieces.
Here we go. Here's the beginning of it. So that's
the first part where they're looking for the rightful owner
of the.

Speaker 3 (25:55):
Keys, chanting whose keys are these?

Speaker 1 (25:58):
And then it works someone got their keys and here
is the second part.

Speaker 4 (26:08):
He's got his kids.

Speaker 1 (26:10):
What a lovely group of people. That's I love it
so much. He got his keys back. Oh creative, good
for that.

Speaker 3 (26:16):
There were like hundreds of people bouncing up and down,
chanting together and try and find the person who belonged
to the keys, and it were It's.

Speaker 1 (26:25):
A good one. Thank you, Ricky. Ricky Founman brought that
to us Today's.

Speaker 5 (26:27):
Daily double Tap Ricky is Zach and Manno in the
morning on the river
