Detroit's Wheels.

Speaker 1 (00:19):
Six so three going on six to oh four.

Speaker 4 (00:22):
Good morning, Detroit's How are you, Michiganders.

Speaker 1 (00:28):
It's the Josh Ennis Show. Hello.

Speaker 4 (00:34):
We got a lot of cool stuff going on at
the radio station. Coming up next hour. We might have
you grilling and chilling. Got that six burner monument grills,
d Nali grill and fifty bucks to Kroger stock up
on all the meat you can handle. We'll have that

(00:57):
coming up for you next hour. But I mentioned this
at the end of the show yesterday. We've got a
really cool weekend thing going on. It's the ninety one weekend.
Sergey is going gonna have his number retired by the
Wings and we're doing the ninety one weekend, So all
weekend long, we're playing cuts from nineteen ninety one, but

(01:19):
also playing rock cuts from the years the Red Wings
won at all ninety seven, ninety eight, and two thousand
and two, So ninety one, ninety seven, ninety eight, two
thousand and two. The ninety one weekend coming up this weekend.
That's gonna be good stuff. I will be glued to

(01:39):
the radio any second. I'm in the car locked on wheels.
Normally I'm locked on Pat Capudo, but not this time.
The only thing that can take me away from Pat
Caputo is the ninety one Weekend on Detroit's wheels. So
as we get rocked and loaded this morning, and we

(02:00):
do it every morning to kick off the show, we
won something that just kicks you in the balls and
waits you up.

Speaker 1 (02:06):
Walter, Oh there, I am hello, I'm.

Speaker 4 (02:11):
Sorry, I hit the wrong button. What do you want
from me? It's a wacky setup. I have it here,
not that it concerns you, guys, and not that you care,
but welcome in. It's the Josh Ennis Show. Sports Wise,
the Tigers have won fifteen of their last twenty two

(02:33):
baseball games. Remember back in late July when the sky
was falling and the Tigers had lost six in a
row and were sputtering, And it wasn't that long ago
that the guard Indians were right back in this thing.

Speaker 1 (02:46):
Remember all that. All those days are over and now
the countdown is on to winning the division.

Speaker 4 (02:53):
But as it stands now, after dominating the Astros and
outscoring them eighteen to two over the last three games
in sweeping a very good baseball team, the Tigers are
back called.

Speaker 1 (03:09):
This weekend taking on the Royals.

Speaker 4 (03:11):
Now, in a wild turn of events that you would
not have imagined.

Speaker 1 (03:16):
We'd see two weeks ago.

Speaker 4 (03:20):
The Royals are ten games back and in second place.
They have actually leapfrogged the guard Indians. So essentially this
weekend and why this is a big weekend is you
do what you did against the Astros, He'll just take
two out of three and you'll pretty much lock up

(03:41):
the division this weekend. Now, somehow you sweep the Royals,
they're thirteen back, start waving the penn at it's over.
You take two out of three, it's over. The only
thing that can keep this thing interesting is if the
Tigers get swept by the Royals this weekend.

Speaker 1 (03:57):
That is it.

Speaker 4 (03:58):
I don't see that happening. The app sphere has been
great at the ballpark, and aj Hinch the Skipper.

Speaker 1 (04:03):
Talks about it. Actually, wait a second, aj My day.

Speaker 5 (04:07):
Tuesday, school was about to be back in session, in
Camerica was a legit home field advantage place to play,
and that his team respond to that.

Speaker 1 (04:15):
So it's nice to see.

Speaker 4 (04:16):
So I expect more of that this weekend, and I've
got more rock coming up.

Speaker 2 (04:20):

Speaker 4 (04:29):
Rocks one of six point seven Detroit's wheels. Josh Innis show, Hello,
good morning.

Speaker 1 (04:39):
He's reading a story.

Speaker 4 (04:42):
About Sydney Sweeney, and of course I guess it was
about two weeks ago there was the controversy about the
Sydney Sweeney has good genes and the Internet got all.

Speaker 1 (04:53):
Worked up over that.

Speaker 4 (04:55):
And before that, the big controversy with Sydney Sweeney was
that she sold soap, or she she didn't.

Speaker 1 (05:04):
Sell the soap.

Speaker 4 (05:05):
She was just the face of a soap that was
sold that included some of her bath water. And there
were some people offended by that, because there are people
who are offended by everything, because people have no sense
of humor, and people are really just jags.

Speaker 1 (05:19):
If we're being fair.

Speaker 4 (05:21):
There are many many people out there who are just terrible.
But Sidney Sweeney says, chill the hell out. She says,
I wanted to create something playful and unique for my fans.
It's meant to be fun, not taken too seriously. Good
luck with that, Sydney, because everything is taken too seriously

(05:43):
because most people on the internet are losers and are
never going anywhere, So the next best thing they can
do from being successful themselves is try to tear down
other people who are successful and try to generate their
own sort of reaction by being appalled by some that
people do. You just keep being hot, Sydney Sweeney.

Speaker 1 (06:06):
I don't know what else you do. I'll be honest.

Speaker 4 (06:07):
I haven't watched any of your movies. I don't really
know what you do. But I know you've got large knockers,
and I know you piss off a lot of people
on the Internet, and for that, I thank you. One
oh six point seven Detroit's Wheels good Rittance screen Day.

Speaker 1 (06:26):
I'm Josh. Hello.

Speaker 4 (06:29):
We got a lot of stuff to get into today.
Next hour you could be grilling and chilling. Thanks for
our friends at Rinaldi Sausage. You'll have the opportunity to
score fifty bucks to Kroger to get all the meat
you can handle, and then you may you just may.

Speaker 1 (06:52):
Win an eight.

Speaker 4 (06:53):
Hundred dollars monument grills Denali six burner gas grill with
LED controls and the whole shebang that could be yours.
So'll be listening next hour to find out how sports
wise coming up. David Montgomery and Jamier Gibbs, Sonic and Knuckles.
They were on the Pivot, which is a podcast, and

(07:16):
they had some interesting things to say about the upcoming season,
including life without Ben Johnson.

Speaker 1 (07:21):
We'll get that for you here in about fifteen minutes.

Speaker 6 (07:24):

like four minutes after.

Speaker 1 (07:50):
I don't want to add an extra minute today, or
maybe I do. It'll en faster. If you want to
get in, you can text us.

Speaker 4 (07:57):
Text the word Josh and your message to five nine
seven zero, and of course the phone number is eight
seven seven nine, eight eight, one oh six seven. You
know who Tommy Tuberville is. Used to be the coach
at Auburn. Now he's a senator in Alabama. He's a
Republican senator down there in Alabama. Well, he's one of

(08:19):
the people that's not happy about the dude cheerleaders in
the NFL. I'm amazed by the number of these right
wing people who just now discovered that there are dude
cheerleaders in the NFL. I don't know if your social
media has been inundated with this or not. I don't
know if you've seen stuff on Twitter or Facebook about
dude cheerleaders. Particularly the dude cheerleader in Minnesota is the

(08:41):
one making all the news.

Speaker 1 (08:43):
This is not a new development.

Speaker 4 (08:45):
There have been dude cheerleaders in the NFL for a while.
But Tommy Tuberville believes that men will stop watching football.

Speaker 1 (08:54):
If there are dude cheerleaders. That is his belief.

Speaker 4 (08:58):
He also believes that if that comes town on South
he says, it's one thing to do it in Minnesota,
that's a blue state. We've already lost those sons of bitches.
But if they come down here to Atlanta or Texas
or Dallas or to some of the NFL teams in
the South, you're gonna lose it. Of course, what he
doesn't know is that New Orleans already has dude cheerleaders,

(09:18):
and Charlotte North Carolina already has dude cheerleaders, and Tampa,
Florid already as dude cheerleader. I feel like these these
political people focus on the wrong things, things that people
really don't care about, like who's driving to work today?
And it's like, you know, my main concern in life
is dude cheerleaders. Nobody, but apparently that's a big concern

(09:43):
of Tommy Tubberville, former Auburn coach and current senator in Alabama. Like,
I just don't think people really care about these things.
Another thing people really seem to care about today is
that Cracker Barrel has changed the Cracker Barrel their logo.
People are all worked up over that too. Don't be

(10:05):
a political zealot. That would be my advice to you,
one way or the other one side. I don't want
to make it sound like I'm rooting for one side
in this Zellots are wackos and cult members on either.

Speaker 1 (10:16):
Side of it.

Speaker 4 (10:16):
Just to be very clear, but the ones I've been
seeing more of today are cracker barrel and dude cheerleaders.
That's been the big story I've been reading about. The
two stories that have popped for people on social media.

Speaker 1 (10:30):
The stuff that you know your.

Speaker 4 (10:32):
Your grandpa's probably posting about on Facebook today, those would
be That's what I'm here for, really, just to tell
you what your grandpa's probably going to post about on
Facebook later.

Speaker 1 (10:41):
It's why I exist, all right.

Speaker 4 (10:43):
Coming up in sports, really fascinating conversation with Sonic and Knuckles.
You're gonna hear from those guys, particularly David Montgomery about
life without Ben Johnson will do that. We got your
chance to get that badass eight hundred dollars grill and
some meat from our friends at Ogre and of course
Ronaldi Sausage we got back coming up in a whole
lot more and right now, well six point seven d

(11:08):
Troy's Wheels, josh An Show, welcome in. You're gonna have
that chance to qualify for that eight hundred dollars grill
and score yourself fifty bucks to Kroger. That's all coming
up in just a few thanks to Kroger and of
course Ronaldi Sausage for that sports wise, so we haven't

(11:30):
heard much about the Lions obviously. Preseason's been going on,
there have been kind of conflicting reports about whether or
not the Lions are worth the damn offensively now that
Ben Johnson is in Chicago.

Speaker 1 (11:43):
Well.

Speaker 4 (11:43):
David Montgomery, he being the Knuckles of Sonic and Knuckles,
was on a podcast called The Pivot, which is hosted
by Ryan Clark, and he talked about life after Ben Johnson.

Speaker 3 (11:57):
I love being Ben was an incredible do great things
in Chicago. But I think Johnny Morose Dam's good too,
So I'm kind of excited to see how it all.

Speaker 1 (12:08):
Or shake out.

Speaker 3 (12:09):
But if it shakes out the way that I think
it'll be.

Speaker 1 (12:12):
It'll be it'll be good.

Speaker 4 (12:14):
I hope you're right. We'll see. They got the Texans
in town. They're doing a joint practice. Then they'll have
their preseason game with them this weekend. Tigers have won
fifteen of their last twenty two, so they're fifteen and seven.
Since they lost six in a row back in late July,
they've won eight of their last ten. They just swept
the Houston Astros and outscored them.

Speaker 1 (12:34):
Eighteen to two. Eighteen to two.

Speaker 4 (12:37):
They outscored them in those games. So that was a
dominant performance over the last three days.

Speaker 1 (12:43):
Now here's what's interesting.

Speaker 4 (12:44):
We've been focusing on the guard Indians this whole time, right,
so you know, the Cleveland's chasing the Tigers, and they've
cut it. I think it's close to five five and
a half. Well, now the team of concern is the Royals.
They're not of great concern, they are of some concern.

Speaker 1 (12:59):
They are now ten.

Speaker 4 (13:00):
Back and in second place in the division, and six
of the next nine games are.

Speaker 1 (13:05):
Against the Royals.

Speaker 4 (13:07):
So the Royals in the next week or so can
either make this a really interesting race or the Tigers
are gonna run away with a division. That's what's gonna
happen here in the next nine days or so, and
that starts tonight at Kamerica or sorry, take that back,
today's Thursday. I've lost track of time. That's tomorrow at
Kamerica Park. Josh on the show, it's shaken that ninety

(13:28):
one weekend is gonna be awesome. We're celebrating Sergei getting
this number retired by the Wing. So this weekend, all
weekend long bangers from ninety one and the championship years
ninety seven, ninety eight, two thousand and two. So it's
gonna be a pretty awesome weekend and there's no reason
to listen to any other radio station.

Speaker 1 (13:48):
So keep it locked right here on Detroit's Wheels.

Speaker 4 (13:50):
Thank you very much. Let's see what's going on on
the phones. Hello, Detroit's Wheels. What's up?

Speaker 1 (13:56):
Oh?

Speaker 6 (13:57):
Just driving my life way do well?

Speaker 1 (13:58):
That's fun. You got anything else going on?

Speaker 6 (14:01):
Oh? Just trying to find another house.

Speaker 1 (14:04):
In and yeah that's tough.

Speaker 6 (14:06):
Got a head to get another job and everything. Oh darn,
just been chaotic.

Speaker 1 (14:11):
See.

Speaker 6 (14:12):
Oh that's okay. I've been listening to you the whole
time I've been in Michigan. It takes the day away.

Speaker 1 (14:16):
Well, thanks, I appreciate it.

Speaker 6 (14:18):
You know any time. Hi, Did you get the year yet?
Do I get the what the year reeling in the years?

Speaker 1 (14:25):
The year for reeling in the years? In the years?
What about reeling in the years?

Speaker 6 (14:31):
Okay? This is CSX. Is this big Jim?

Speaker 5 (14:35):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (14:35):
This is big Jim. What you got going on? Brother?

Speaker 6 (14:37):
I want to catch the year for really in the year.

Speaker 1 (14:40):
Well, what's the year for reeling in the years?

Speaker 6 (14:42):
Nineteen seventy four?

Speaker 4 (14:44):
All right, now for you to be able to get that. Now,
I need you to have a conversation with me. Do
you listen to any other radio stations? Nope, We're the
only station.

Speaker 6 (14:55):
Ninety seven, thirty five years, Bro.

Speaker 4 (14:57):
Thirty five years. You never listened to anything else. You
never turned on WLLZ or any of them.

Speaker 6 (15:02):
No, I don't listen to l D. I don't like
josh Anas.

Speaker 1 (15:05):
You don't like josh Anos.

Speaker 6 (15:07):
I don't like the guy. I ran him off the
show when he was there before, and I'm gonna run
him up again if I couldn't. But I don't listen
to that station anymore.

Speaker 1 (15:14):
Josh Anas, that is super clever.

Speaker 6 (15:16):
I don't like that guy at all.

Speaker 1 (15:18):
Why is that than you better than me? Big Jim?

Speaker 6 (15:23):
He sure does.

Speaker 1 (15:25):
Now, that's just poppy cock. When did he say that?

Speaker 6 (15:28):
When we were fighting it out on the show, he
was saying that, hey, he runs a sports show. He
just talks about himself and sports, nothing else. So I
got into a conversation about why don't you listen to
a real morning show, and that would be Big Jim,
and you could learn a thing or two about what

(15:49):
a morning show should be like, because you're aggravating and
we've had him for White quite a while. Trudy Daniels
was like, how long you're gonna keep this going on?
I said, until I get him off the.

Speaker 1 (16:00):
Really did Trudy Daniels hate him too?

Speaker 6 (16:02):
Yeah, she didn't care for him.

Speaker 1 (16:04):
What she's saying, I can't.

Speaker 6 (16:07):
Get into what she says. She just says he's annoying.

Speaker 4 (16:10):
So Trudy Daniels didn't like this guy. Uh, I guess
he's is he on w ll Z? I've never heard
of the son of a bitch?

Speaker 6 (16:17):
Wow? They don't have a morning show.

Speaker 4 (16:19):
It's all.

Speaker 6 (16:19):
It's just a bunch of talk. When they play music.
It's if he's not talking about himself through the whole show,
then he might play a song or two that's about it.
Then he goes back to talking about himself.

Speaker 4 (16:31):
And so he talks about himself and he talks about
the sports, and Trudy Daniels didn't like him.

Speaker 6 (16:36):
All right, she's retired.

Speaker 4 (16:38):
Though, Yeah she retired. Yeah, she sure did retire. But
she earned it too. She earned that retirement.

Speaker 1 (16:47):
Damn it.

Speaker 6 (16:48):
Well you're up there too, aren't just.

Speaker 4 (16:50):
S No, they're just gonna eventually fire me because my
ratings are in the toilet.

Speaker 1 (16:57):
Yeah, they very much. They are They're they're great.

Speaker 4 (17:02):
But uh, anyway, well, appreciate you for calling wheels. Brother,

Let's go to the phones.

Speaker 1 (17:41):
Hello, wheels, Oh, just driving my life.

Speaker 4 (17:45):
It's fun us again. Goodbye. Let's see here. Let me
go to the phones. I hit the wrong button. Let
me go to the actual phones. Now here we go.
Sorry about that. Hello, you're on wheels. Go ahead.

Speaker 6 (17:58):
Oh my gosh, Josh, that put on or not?

Speaker 1 (18:01):
No, I can't believe thank you.

Speaker 6 (18:04):
I mean I can believe it because there's more idiots
than ever in the world today. But it had me rolling.

Speaker 1 (18:11):
I appreciate that.

Speaker 6 (18:12):
Sick what's your name, Becky, Becky?

Speaker 1 (18:16):
Thank you so much for listening. I appreciate it.

Speaker 6 (18:19):
Oh, no, problem, and that was great. That was the
sums up for the morning and that made my day.
Thank you very much, and you have a great one today, Josh.

Speaker 4 (18:27):
Thank you, Becky, appreciate you. Sounds like they do clever
stuff over there on Big Jim's house, so at least
there's that. Now, if you want to qualify for this
eight hundred dollars badass grill and and score fifty bucks
to Kroger, here's what you do. Call eight seven seven

(18:48):
nine eight eight one oh sixty seven and tell me
what year reeling in the years came out. Congratulations to
my new friend Donna. She's a why and Dot. She
won the fifty dollars to Kroger and she's qualified to
win that badass brand new eight hundred dollars six burner
monument Denali grill thanks to our friends at Rinaldi Saws.

(19:12):
So congratulations to you, Donna. She was very pleasant, So
I'm glad that she is qualified. But that doesn't mean
you're out of opportunities. Tomorrow in the seven o'clock hour,
once again you will have the opportunity. Now, if you're
asking yourself, Josh, what was the answer to the question
When the answer was nineteen seventy two for Reeling in

(19:35):
the years.

Speaker 1 (19:37):
I asked that. Of course, somebody text and said nobody
cares what year?

Speaker 4 (19:41):
Yes, because I'm making fun of the guy that called
about Big Jim.

Speaker 1 (19:44):
I guess he was trying to win.

Speaker 4 (19:46):
Does Big Jim ask trivia questions like that every morning?

Speaker 1 (19:48):
Is that what they do? Look? I had no intentions
of talking.

Speaker 4 (19:52):
About Big Jim's neighborhood, Big Jim's whatever today, but it's
a legit question.

Speaker 1 (19:56):
Is that what people do to say? Hey, I got
a trivia question? What year was reeling in the years?

Speaker 4 (20:01):
And if I go back and play the audio of
this guy, I'm fairly certain.

Speaker 1 (20:06):
He got the year wrong. Let me see. Let me
play some of this calls.

Speaker 4 (20:11):
If you missed this earlier, this was a guy that
called up and thought he was calling Big Jim's house.
Let me play a little bit of this year and
see if in fact he was wrong. Hold on, let
me see, hold on, Oh darn chaotic.

Speaker 1 (20:26):
See.

Speaker 6 (20:27):
Oh that's okay. I've been listening to you the whole
time I've been in Michigan. It takes the day away.

Speaker 1 (20:31):
Well, thanks, I appreciate it.

Speaker 6 (20:33):
Any time time. Did you get the year yet I
get the what the year?

Speaker 1 (20:40):
The year for reeling in the years? Years? What about
reeling in the years?

Speaker 6 (20:46):
Okay, this is CSX.

Speaker 1 (20:49):
Maybe he did, and I thought me, yeah, this is
Big Jim. What you got going on?

Speaker 4 (20:51):
I thought maybe he got the year wrong? My bad,
But he may have. I don't know what was Big
Jim giving away an eight hun dollar grill?

Speaker 2 (21:01):
Uh?

Speaker 1 (21:02):
Are his grills going wild? AnyWho?

Speaker 4 (21:07):
Let's see here, let's play some rock and roll, fire off.
Sometimes they don't. What are you gonna do? Josh Hadnis show,
Welcome man, everybody. This feels like the kind of show
today that when Casey gets here, he's gonna not tell
me it was bad, because Casey never tells me things
are bad, but he'll him haw around enough to tell,

(21:28):
like he'll tell me it's bad, but without saying it's bad,
like you know, you really got a kind of keep
it tighter like that, that kind of stuff. But AnyWho,
it was brought to my attention via the text that
the guy that called and thought he was calling Big Jim,

(21:49):
that this gentleman did, in fact, when he called to
answer the question about the year reeling in the years
came out he did in fact, get the answer wrong.

Speaker 1 (22:00):
For the years. Well, what's the year for reeling.

Speaker 6 (22:02):
In the years nineteen seventy four?

Speaker 4 (22:05):
It was not nineteen seventy four. So this guy, he
was living his dream. He got on the phone with
Big Jim whatever big gym is given away.

Speaker 1 (22:13):
I don't know.

Speaker 4 (22:14):
He thought he was gonna win what big gym was
given away, and then you know what happened. He got
the wrong answer anyway, but he won the ridicule of
our audience.

Speaker 1 (22:26):
So that's good. Congratulations. All right.

Speaker 4 (22:28):
Coming up, we'll have sports Tigers are Red Hot and
David Montgomery. He and jamieer Gibbs, Sonic and Knuckles were
on the Pivot Podcast with Ryan Clark. I really solid
forty minutes of conversation with the two guys, and they
want to win and they want to win it bad
this year.

Speaker 1 (22:46):
So we'll get into that.

Speaker 4 (22:48):
He a song that you have to be in a
particular moment for it to be good, Like if you're
at a ballgame and it's the playoffs and like they
start playing, don't stop believing in the stands and the
place is you're like yeah, Or if you're drunk at
the bar and it's one thirty and they're shutting the
place down.

Speaker 1 (23:07):
You're like yeah. But then if you just kind of
hear it, you're like, that's don't stop believing. There is
no South Detroit.

Speaker 4 (23:14):
Nobody says that, Steve, that's what you do normally when
you hear that song, But when you hear it in
the bar, you're like, yeah, this is special. There are
other songs like that. Give me other examples of songs
like that. Text the word Josh and your message to
five nine five seven zero. I think the ultimate is
like Sweet Caroline. They're like, cool, Sweet Caroline, but man,

(23:39):
when you're drunk at the bar, Sweet Caroline kills it.
When you see the Boston Jimoke's doing it, you're like, oh,
screw boss. But you're at a bar, it's one forty five,
you don't know who you're going home with, and somebody
on the jukebox plays Sweet Caroline.

Speaker 1 (23:51):
It's on. That's really Those are two very good examples.

Speaker 4 (23:57):
So if you'd like to get in text the word
Josh and your message to five nine five seven.

Speaker 1 (24:00):
Zero, that'd be super cool. Well.

Speaker 4 (24:03):
David Montgomery, our running back that scores touchdowns. He being
the knuckles of Sonic and Knuckles really wants to bring
one home for all you folks.

Speaker 1 (24:12):
You know, this city deserves it.

Speaker 3 (24:14):
You know, you get a blue collar place who have
been through the trenches and always been drug through the
dirt like this day turn and a time now and
they deserve it. So we trying to do whatever we
got to do to ensure that we able to fulfill that.

Speaker 1 (24:27):
Well, hopefully you do that.

Speaker 4 (24:28):
Audio from the Pivot podcast with Ryan Clark and Crewe.
The Texans are in town this week practicing with the
Lions and they will play this weekend. Other stuff going
on in the world the Tigers.

Speaker 1 (24:42):
How about this.

Speaker 4 (24:44):
They've got Kansas City coming to town this weekend, fresh
off the Tigers beating the hell out of Houston, outscoring
them eighteen to two, running from Bravaldez very early in
the game scoring a ton of runs right out of
the shoot yesterday. After all of this dominance from the Tigers,
this week, they've got a weekend that if things go well,

(25:07):
the division race is over done, could put finished. They've
got three with the Royals. The Royals are in second
and they are ten back. If the Royals sweep, that's
a little bit interesting. They win one, Okay, you sweep.
When it's over, you win two out of three, it
is over. No one is going to catch you. More
than likely they're not going to catch you anyway. But

(25:30):
the Royals, who've been playing better baseball lately, they've got
six of their next nine with the Tigers. So if
they're going to stay in the race, it will be
over the next week. Over this next week, we will
know for sure if the Tigers are winning the division.
And now you know, and people are still really ticked

(25:51):
off about the male cheerleaders in the NFL, which I
don't really understand because it's been going on for years.
Yet somehow right wing politicians down in the South in
other places just now discovered that there are dude cheerleaders
and they are not happy about it. This is not
a good day if you are a what like a
right wing media pundit. Again, I don't care if your

(26:11):
right wing left wing. That's not what this is about.
It is just specifying that as a right wing cause
that we're seeing male cheerleaders are really pissing the dudes
off today and cracker barrel has changed. So this is
a huge day to be angry on social media if
you are in fact a right wing person.

Speaker 1 (26:28):
What's going on?

Speaker 6 (26:29):
Oh? Just driving my life while I do.

Speaker 1 (26:31):
Well, that's fun. You got anything else going on?

Speaker 6 (26:33):
Oh? Just trying to find another house live in and
yeah that's tough. Got ahead to get another job and everything?

Speaker 1 (26:42):
Oh darn chaotic. See.

Speaker 6 (26:45):
Oh that's okay. I've been listening to you the whole
time I've been in Michigan. It takes the day away.

Speaker 1 (26:49):
Well, thanks, I appreciate it any time time.

Speaker 5 (26:52):
Did you get the year yet? Did I get the
what the year in years? The year for reeling in
the years in the years? What about reeling in the years?

Speaker 6 (27:03):
Okay, this is CSX. Is this take Jim?

Speaker 1 (27:07):
Yeah? This is big Jim. What you got going on? Brother?

Speaker 6 (27:10):
I want to catch the year for reeling in the years?

Speaker 1 (27:12):
Well, what's the year for reeling in the years?

Speaker 6 (27:15):
Nineteen seventy four?

Speaker 1 (27:16):
All right?

Speaker 4 (27:17):
Now for you to be able to get that, now,
I need you to have a conversation with me. Do
you listen to any other radio stations? No, we're the
only station.

Speaker 6 (27:27):
Ninety four seven, thirty five years.

Speaker 4 (27:29):
Brother, thirty five years. You never listened to anything else?
You never turn on WLZ or.

Speaker 1 (27:33):
Any of them.

Speaker 6 (27:34):
No, I don't listen to LS. I don't like josh Anas.

Speaker 1 (27:37):
You don't like josh Anis.

Speaker 6 (27:40):
I don't like the guy. I ran him off the
show when he was there before, and I'm gonna run
him off again if I could. But I don't listen
to that station anymore.

Speaker 1 (27:46):
Josh Anis that is super clever.

Speaker 6 (27:49):
I don't like that guy at all.

Speaker 1 (27:51):
Why is that better than me? Big Jim? Now that's
just poppy cock? When did he say that?

Speaker 6 (28:01):
When we were fighting it out on the show, he
was saying that he runs a sports show.

Speaker 7 (28:07):
Okay, he just talked about himself and sports, nothing else.
So I got into a conversation about why don't you
listen to a real morning show, and that would be
Big Jim, and you could learn a thing or two
about what a morning show should be like because you're aggravating.
And we battled for White quite a while. Trudy Daniels

(28:28):
was like, how long are you going to keep this
going on? I said, until I get him off the air.

Speaker 1 (28:33):
Really did Trudy Daniels hate him too?

Speaker 6 (28:35):
Yeah? She didn't care for him.

Speaker 1 (28:37):
What'd she say?

Speaker 6 (28:39):
We can't get into what she said. She just says
he's annoying.

Speaker 4 (28:43):
So Trudy Daniels didn't like this guy. I guess he's
is he on WLLZ? I've never heard of the son
of a bitch?

Speaker 6 (28:50):
Well, they don't have a morning show, it's all. It's
just a bunch of talk.

Speaker 7 (28:53):
When they play music, it's if.

Speaker 6 (28:56):
He's not talking about himself through the whole show, then
he might play a song too. That's about it. Then
he goes back to talking about himself.

Speaker 4 (29:03):
And so he talks about himself and he talks about
the sports, and Trudy Daniels didn't like him.

Speaker 6 (29:09):
Right, she's retired though, Yeah she retired.

Speaker 1 (29:13):
Yeah, she sure did retire. Could she earned it too?
She earned that retirement. Damn it.

Speaker 6 (29:21):
Well you're up there too, aren't you. Sup.

Speaker 4 (29:23):
No, they're just gonna eventually fire me because my ratings
are in the toilet.

Speaker 1 (29:30):
Yeah they're pretty much they are.

Speaker 6 (29:32):
Yeah, that's great.

Speaker 4 (29:35):
One oh six point seven Detroits Wheels Josh Ennis Show.

Speaker 1 (29:39):
Welcome in everybody.

Speaker 4 (29:41):
Tomorrow morning, you'll have another opportunity for Grill's gone wild
fifty bucks to Kroger and possibly, may, maybe possibly, you
could be leaving with a brand new eight hundred dollars
grill thanks to our friends of Ronaldi Sausage seven o'clock
hour tomorrow else would be listening for that.

Speaker 1 (30:01):
Also, tomorrow's free beer Friday. So Doug's gonna where's the
booze from this week? Let me see if I can
find it for you.

Speaker 4 (30:07):
There's gonna be delicious booze. I'll let you know. But
it's free beer Friday. AnyWho. So last week or two
weeks ago, maybe there was a story about breast milk
ice cream, and it's not.

Speaker 1 (30:21):
Actual breast milk being used.

Speaker 4 (30:23):
It's just breast milk flavored ice cream made to mimic
the taste of breast milk and some additional nutritional value.
Have you ever, as an adult consumed breast milk?

Speaker 1 (30:43):
I have.

Speaker 4 (30:45):
So I was in Chicago, we were visiting. Me and
my wife were visiting some of our friends and they
have a couple of kids. We don't have kids. And
she had to go inside and do some pumping. Our
friend had to go in and do a little pump,
you know. I think that's how it sounds.

Speaker 6 (31:02):
I don't know.

Speaker 4 (31:05):
So she comes back out and she's got a bottle
and we're out drinking, like doing shots of vodka and stuff,
you know. Drinking beers, having a good time out by
a pool, and I don't know what brought this up,
probably the alcohol. And my wife is like, this is
my wife who suggested this. By the way, my wife's
a creep. She goes, you should drink some of Nikki's

(31:25):
breast milk. And I don't know why they look at
me to do that. There were other people and there
wasn't like a suggestion to go, hey, let's all drink
the breast milk.

Speaker 1 (31:33):
Ha ha ha ha ha.

Speaker 4 (31:35):
It was no the big dumb oleful drink the breast milk.
And I'm like, I don't know that I want to
do that. That's kind of weird. And I mean, that's
another man's wife's breast. Is that cheating eight seven seven
nine eight eight one oh six seven Is it cheating
to drink another man's wife's breast milk?

Speaker 1 (31:52):
But AnyWho, I'm dumb, so I said I'll do it.

Speaker 4 (31:56):
And I basically did like a shot of breast milk,
and I'm like, it wasn't terrible. I don't know what.
I don't know what's so fab about it to these babies.
I don't know why these babies like it so much.
It's really not that good. It was just sour. So
I don't know what this ice cream is gonna taste like,
but if it's supposed to taste like breast milk, then

(32:18):
it's gonna taste sour. That was kind of my experience
with it. Unless you know her teat delivered a bad batch.
I don't know, but it was very sour. And I'm
not one to judge another man's wife's breast milk and
how tasty it is or not.

Speaker 1 (32:31):
But hers was sour.

Speaker 4 (32:32):
I don't know if it's supposed to be sour, but
it was sour, and I consumed it and it was fine,
like I didn't mind it.

Speaker 1 (32:40):
Then they go, all right, now mix it.

Speaker 4 (32:42):
With some vodka, and I'm like, okay, we'll have a
white Russian. A breast milk, white Russian. The dude abides
one O six point seven Detroit's.

Speaker 1 (32:54):
Wheels, Ozzie, I miss you.

Speaker 4 (32:55):
Powell was reading this story about a Reddit post. A
recent Reddit post ask people for the conspiracy theories they
genuinely believe are true. So redditors commented certain ones that did.
Of course, they look at and go, okay, I buy that,

(33:16):
you know, Like, for instance, I believe that Marilyn Manson
really is Paul from the Wonder Years, and you will
not change my mind on that.

Speaker 1 (33:23):
That's Paul. Okay, So that's one of them I believe.

Speaker 4 (33:29):
I want to believe that in the air tonight, the
story about like his buddy actually drowning and then he
invites the guy to the show. I want to believe that,
but that's obviously not true.

Speaker 1 (33:41):
Or that Marilyn Manson.

Speaker 4 (33:42):
Had ribs removed so he could filate himself. That's another
one I want to believe, but I do believe. Actually,
let me read some of these. We'll get into them.
But this person says the Civil War was a cover
up for a war against vampires.

Speaker 1 (34:00):
I like that. I could buy that.

Speaker 4 (34:05):
They don't sell women's clothes with pockets so they can
sell more handbags, or they don't make women's clothes with
pockets to sell more handbags.

Speaker 1 (34:14):
Okay.

Speaker 4 (34:16):
I mean, when you think about it, you can convince
yourself that it's real. OCTOPI are aliens whose embryos came
here on a commet or asteroid and landed in the
primordial stew.

Speaker 1 (34:29):
Right. It's killing it on this one, as someone in it.
There is no true anonymity.

Speaker 4 (34:37):
People are worried about the government tracking you, but they
already do your ISP tracks every move you make, including incognito,
and they will happily send the report to anyone.

Speaker 1 (34:47):
Now. God, I believe that absolutely.

Speaker 4 (34:49):
That's what I love, like when my buddies are in
incognito mode on their phone, Like, that's why I look
into Ronica's incognito mode. It don't matter, Bro, they're watching us.
Big brother is always watching us. Someone's got their eyes
on us. That's reality.

Speaker 1 (35:02):
That's not conspiracy theory stuff. That's real. That's not tenfoil hat.

Speaker 4 (35:05):
That's real. So don't trust anybody. It's the Josh Ennis Show.

Speaker 2 (35:10):
This is the Josh Ennis Show on one zero six
