Speaker 1 (00:01):
My name is Curtis Jones, and my encounter with Bigfoot
occurred back in nineteen eighty three, and that's been about
basically forty three years ago. Interesting thing about this particular
incident is that I have an identical twin brother and
(00:22):
his name is Ray. We're the oldest of four kids.
We come from a low income family. Actually, my dad
was my dad was my stepdad, and he was just
a cook. So we moved around a lot between California
(00:42):
and Oregon. We were born in California, but my mom
divorced and we ended up in Oregon, where we ended
up having getting a stepdad, which raised us, raised all
of us from raised me and my brother since we
were nine years old. Now part of that, but since
my dad was just a cook, we moved around so much.
(01:05):
We lived, uh, we lived in a lot of trailer
parks and and and apartment complexes basically through our whole
lives basically, so we But the good thing about us
moving around the lot is that we we we moved
into a lot of smaller towns in the mountains and
stuff like that, and we loved the mountains. That was
our favorite place to go, especially me and my brother.
(01:28):
We had the freedom to my mom and dad. They
let me and my brother just kind of explore anytime
we uh, anytime, anytime we want to do, whatever we
want to do. I guess you'd say they gave us
a lot of freedom because we're the oldest and we're
twin brothers for one thing. But before, even before this
instant happened, we didn't have much of any We didn't
(01:51):
have no clue on what a bigfoot really was. I mean,
the only the only thing that we ever washed. Back
in the seventies, about seventy five, me and my brother
were about we were probably about eight or nine years
old at the time, but we watched that movie, The
Legend of Boggy Creek. Now that was our first introduction,
(02:13):
just watching that movie. But it was definitely a scary movie.
But we still didn't put a bunch of stock into
that movie. It wasn't like we were infatuated or even
scared that we might run into a big foot because
we didn't. That was just far from our from our
our minds. So that being said, we were living in
(02:36):
Oregon at the time. Like I said, we're moving around
a lot. We were living in in Oregon for at
least a few years before we actually ended up where
we were at. So now this instant actually took place
in a small town in California, and this is actually Wyrika, California.
(02:57):
Way Rica is located about about twenty miles from the
Oregon border, and it's and it's right there off the
I five, which is Interstate five, and the Interstate five
runs all the way from Mexico all the way up
up to Canada, all the way through the states. Right
there in the middle of the states now guer A Rica.
(03:19):
It was a population about thirty five hundred people, so
it's kind of there's still a relatively small town, but
big enough for you know, we have a movie theater
and you know a lot of stores and restaurants and
stuff like that. It's also located just on the eastern
side of the Klamath National Forest. Right there right there
(03:44):
with the town shout, there's like a real big steep
kind of a cliff mountain right there before you can
get up in the forest. There you also get there,
there's a there's a cemetery just right up the rood,
just right next to the apartment complex that we're staying at.
They just walk through the cemetery and there's a path
you get on the other side. You walk right up
(04:05):
to the top of that, to the top of the grade.
It was probably a good hundred or elevation game over
the town, and you can just go ahead and walk
across the across that path across the ridge. There you
can know, you can oversee the whole town. You look
down on the town and you can actually see the
(04:27):
you see the Interstate five, which is the I five,
and then off the distance towards the south southeast you
see Mount Shasta, which is about about thirty miles away
from now back down and which I've done that. We've
been up there up there after this instant about a year,
so you get up there, but it's back in town.
(04:51):
We pretty much moved there, like I said, nineteen eighty three,
and we only moved there because we were My dad
was just trying to find another place to live in
another town like we've always done. And like I said,
we moved to a three times a year. We didn't
went to different schools. We came to wy Arica because
my aunt was living there and my parents dropped all
(05:13):
this kids and my aunt so we could just stay
there for we ended up standing there for a couple
of months while my mom and dad trucked around California
to try to find another town to live in. Either ways,
they ended up coming back to Whyreken. We ended up
living at why Rica anyways for you know, and for
(05:35):
another five years. But we were living all over the
place in that area. Now, my aunt was living in
a you know, in an apartment complex on the basically
it's on the western side of the town there just
behind the right main main part of town, which is
right next to the freeway, basically right next to I five,
(05:58):
a couple couple of blocks away to west in just
a residential neighborhood. And at that complex there's a there's
a school and stuff, and north the north side of
the apartment complex there was an elementary school which had
about well these were about grades one through five to
(06:18):
the guys' small kids. And in between those two properties,
between the apartment complexes and the school, there was no
fence that's separated the two and for us to get
over to the school, all we gotta do is walk
out and come around the backside of the apartment complex
and we just walk right straight into the school. Ground.
(06:38):
Now the reason why I'm bringing up to school is
because this is actually the location that we that we
had our encounter. And uh So, anyways, so at that school,
right behind the school, of course, you got the little
playground for the kids, and then you got a couple
of a couple of basketball hoops on a cement slab,
and then uh that whole western side of the of
(07:03):
the school perimeter there is just a big field which
is served as a baseball field slash soccer field, so
you have two different sports. Clear now on that west
the whole west side of the of the school grounds
was a it was about eight to ten foot high
(07:25):
chain leak fence that ran north and south and of
course from the end all the way down to the
south where it just stopped right there on the property
of the Puper complex also which there was no fence
over there, so just kind of just stopped right there byself.
Now behind on the west side of that fence was
just a big, huge property of own by the city
(07:48):
of guer Rica, and that probably spanned out about at
least at least a few hundred yards, you know, you know,
give or take, but I would sly at least three
or four hundred yards, and then beyond that would be
the would be a small residential neighborhood just before you
start heading actually grew up this cliff if you want
(08:08):
to get up that way to get into the mountains
and stuff. So that's the school yard and everything. Now
back to the Klammauth National Forest, that whole mountain range
from way Rica that that spans all the way to
the coast, and then you know where Eureka is, Crescent
(08:29):
City and all that stuff. There's the Redwood Forest and
everything over there and everything in between is just nothing,
but there's a totally dense forest. There's logging rooms all
up and down that whole mountain range and uh and
of course that whole mountain that goes all up into
Oregon and you can truck that way, or you go
all the way down even even down south south of
(08:52):
the in the California, that whole mountain range goes all
the way down towards the Bay area, and that would
include like the Marble Mountains, and then you got the
Trinity National Forest, and over by Mendocino is the U
the Sixth River, the Six Rivers National Forest. Now, if
(09:13):
you don't really if you don't know anything about that area.
That's where the that's where the Bluff Creek is located,
which I just recently found out after all this stuff's
going on. I just start doing my research after I
finally came out about my situation here. But anyways, Bluff
(09:34):
Creek is where they did the Patterson the Gimblin film,
if you know what that's about about the famous people
crossing the creek right there. Anyways, where that's located is
only about sixty miles as the row flies from Mauer
Rica because we're way up there on the north end,
(09:55):
on the other side of the mountain range, on the
same mountain range. Nonetheless. So now back over in wuya Arica,
now that's uh we we met when we first got
to town, we didn't know anybody, you know, anybody at all.
We were actually pretty shy kids because we moved around
(10:15):
some mus that we were actually pretty shy. So it
was kind of it was kind of hard for us
to be able to uh to you know, make friends
real quickly.
Speaker 2 (10:24):
You know.
Speaker 1 (10:25):
Well, we way, me and my brother was able to
make friends because we played Hackey sack if you know
what that is. You're kicking a little bag around a lot.
So me and my brother became quite good at that.
And we were at the we were at the local uh,
the city park accually in guy Arika and uh and
that was the way of making friends people and playing
(10:46):
Hackey Sacks. So they want to first of all there
and they wanted they wanted to play Hackey Sack, but
they also were curious about twins. Anyways, people love to
cut come up to us and want to ask us
questions about being what we were. We weren't with you
that fascinating on having to keep telling people, you know,
about us being twins and stuff, and we try to
keep away from that kind of kind of attention. But
(11:10):
you know, as we met up with a couple of
brothers that were actually there with us in that in
the encounter. Now, these two brothers, they're about they're about
the same age as me and my brother were. They're
a little taller, they're probably about five eleven or six
feet tall. They're pretty tall, they're about the same age.
(11:31):
They're actually identically not I know, they're they're fraternal twins,
but they didn't look anything alike. So we had that
in common too, you know, me and my brother, and
you got those two who and then we have a
then my sister, she was a couple of years younger
than me and my brother, and uh she got hooked
up with another uh, a kid who is actually a
(11:52):
couple of years older than me and my brother. So
he was about seventeen. And I mentioned him and my
sister because they're both there as well. Durns encounter as well.
So now moving forward to the to the actual day
that way Rica. It was in the middle of July,
(12:15):
and it was it was dead hot. I mean, this
is super hard. It's actually going through a drought at
the time. And I know that whether the tempter was
getting up in at least one hundred and ten degrees
during the time that we were there. And we chose
to stay inside most of the day because of that reason,
because it was hard enough to where if you stand
(12:36):
too long out on the pavement, your the soles of
your of your of your shoes will start melting to
the ground. And so anyway, so that's what that was
our choice. And plus we had real I had like
in my whole family had real light skin, and we
burned really easy easily. Another thing I want to point
(12:59):
out is that back in eighty three and even in
the seventies as well, but there's no such thing as
cell phones or you know, no Internet, no YouTube, no
social media whatsoever. So the only way you're gonna make
friends at that particular time in your life is you're
gonna just have to go out, like said, like me
(13:20):
and my brother did. We went to the park and
we found a group of friends, and then it just
comes on in that way. So now back to the
day that we're of the encounter, I don't remember exactly
what we were doing throughout the day. We stayed in
most of the day, and then we're waiting for for
the sun to go down in the evening time, and
(13:42):
we already had we already ate dinner and everything, and
we were waiting for the two brothers to show up,
which they did. It was already the sun's already down.
The two brothers came over to the apartment complex, and
me and my brother just went out and and just
sitting outside and talking. Talking with the two brothers turned
(14:04):
that process. One of the two brothers decided to came
up to the idea that he wanted that they would
like to play a game of war, or even call
it hide and go seek. That basically consisted of of,
you know, one team versus the other team. So you
got one team three and then you got the other
(14:26):
team three and uh so we incorporated my younger sister
and her boyfriend to join along with us. Now, me
and my brother being the twins, of course, everybody they
wanted us to. Everybody else wanted us to be the
team captains because they didn't want both of us to
be on the same team. They must think that we
have some kind of special powers or something like that,
(14:48):
I guess, I don't know, but anyways, they decided to
split us up, so me and my brother were the captains. Now,
my brother's team consisted of of the other two brothers,
and I don't remember how that came out, but he
ended up with those two the two brothers on his team,
and now my team I had my sister and her boyfriend.
(15:09):
Now my team actually won the coin toss where we
got to go and hide from the other team while
the other team had to count down from one hundred.
So during this process, as they were counting counting down,
my team just took off on a run and we
(15:30):
ran all the way around to the front side of
the around the front side of the school basically all
the way around to the other side to the north end,
and then we ran all the way to the west
where that in that corner of the of the school
grounds where where the chainley fence met up with a
little four foot fence. Right there on that north of
(15:52):
the school there at the corner is where the baseball
diamond was at. So that's where my team said to
lay down. We lay down right there in the in
the grass right behind the baseball diamond. And then right
there behind us, right on the eight foot on that
chain lea fence was a man gate. That man gates
(16:14):
you can go through there to get onto that to
that the Wai Rica City property there. But as we
were laying there now, like I said, it was already
getting darker ready, So I think the soldis audience complete
down as far as it's go anyways. But they had
so many stars in the sky that it kind of
(16:35):
had a pretty good give us pretty good little bit
of ambient lights. And there's also some good lighting coming
from the on the backside of the school yard right
there where the where the kids playground is, and you
can also see the lights where the the apartment complex was.
And then on the other side in between the school
(16:57):
and the uh and the the apartment complex, there are
some trees and everything. You can still see some street
lights also on the other side there, but right there
on the side of the school, it was still it
was pretty because of the tree, so there was kind
of a you couldn't see anything standing right there on
(17:17):
the side of the school, on that side, right next
to the apartment complex. Now, right there at the Aparma
complex is where my brother's team ended up being, because
they just crossed over on the backside and they pretty
much plopped themselves just laying down face on the ground
and uh, not too far from the corner of that school.
(17:39):
And uh. Meanwhile, my team was over behind the baseball diamond,
which is like a diagonal corner where my brother's team was,
even though I didn't know where my brother's team was
at the time. So this is stuff I found out later.
Now I'll start out but talking about my brother's instant first,
because he was the first one to see these creatures,
(18:02):
like I should say, So they're sitting there, and they're
sitting there for at least two or three or four minutes,
whatever it was. They're all just sitting there there. They're
contemplanding on when they're gonna come, trying to look for us,
because I guess they knew where we were at. Anyways,
they're sitting there and they noticed three figures walking from
(18:24):
us from that side of the between the trees and
the and the school the schoolhouse. Basically you can't see
anything coming from there anyways, until they came out into
there's a little bit of backlighting because of the lights
at the school at the playground there, but there's enough
(18:48):
lights where my brother's team could see that they were walking.
They're probably about fifty feet or so, maybe seventy feet
from where my brother was laying down, but they're walking
straight across where my brother's team were we're at, and
they were walking right straight towards that towards the Chain
League fence on the other side of the field there,
(19:08):
in the same exact direction, because it was definitely a
path that they were planning on going and that's where
they're headed. So as the as these creatures were passing
in front of my brother and his team, they were
all looking at each other, and even though they weren't
saying anything at the time, they knew exactly what they're
looking at because they contemplated that later. But they they're
(19:32):
descriptive to me, or at least my brother's description to
me was that they were definitely creatures that they didn't
have no article of clothing whatsoever. They can see the
fur or hair was covered from the top of their
heads all the way down. I couldn't see the feet too.
They knew that they were hairy, and they're more like
(19:53):
it was more like their short hair, not like it
wasn't like the hair was like down as it was
flowing in their arms or anything like that. But they
could definitely tell that it was a It was definitely
like a figure. They think they described like a like
an old furry jacket or something like that, but it
was from head to toe. Now, as far as the
(20:14):
hide is concerned, they were saying that there's definitely it's
got to be at least six or more feet because
they were definitely taller than my brother and brother and
his team, and they didn't have really a good judge
of how tall specifically they could have been, but they
pretty much uh, I thought they're pretty good size as
(20:35):
far as the hype and they're definitely they could definitely
tell that they're uh, they're very healthy. They're definitely kind
of like a muscular even though they couldn't see muscle
muscle definition at all. But the way they were walking,
and they were just there every time they made a step,
and they made very wide steps strides, and the way
(20:58):
they were walking, their hands were just going back and
forth is forward and back on each side as they're
making their strides. So they definitely didn't walk like a
normal human. They their knees were slightly bent as they're walking,
so they weren't like standing like straight up like a
human wood, but they were just slightly maybe that's the
(21:19):
way they walk, I'm not sure, but anyway, so they
watched these creatures walk all the way across the field
and they got to the fence line, now the the
biggest one out of the three. This is only a
slightly bigger they got when they got to that fence,
the largest one. All he did or she just grabbed
(21:43):
the top of the top of the fence, which ahead
like it was an aluminum bar or whatever was that
just went across all the way down the fence line.
All it this just grab the top of that fence,
and then two different motions that yanked yourself up to
the top of the fence, and then that think he
used his foot on the top and just jumped himself
(22:03):
over to the other side on the on that piece
of property. While those other two they just went down
the south end side of the town of the fence
and walked back the property line of the apartment complex
and just went around the fence because there's nothing else
looked up to that side of the fenstet there. So
(22:26):
that's how they made it to the other side, just
those two by themselves. Meanwhile, when those when those three
got to the fence, my brother's team looked at each other,
and there was one of the other brothers that actually
was the first one to say it. You know, my
brother already thought it already right off the bat. He
already knew that he was looking at it at a
big boot or a three so it's a family. But
(22:49):
one of the brothers decided that he said, you know,
they whispered. He's kind of a louder whisper, so they
can each can hear can hear each other, but he
just he just whispered out, hey, that's a big foot,
you know, that's that's they see what happened on that
aspect of you know, so they already knew what they're
looking at way before I already thought about what I
was looking at. But now back when they when they
(23:13):
when they did that, they were still kind of scared.
They were kind of they're stunned, they're they're in shock.
But they retreated back into the apartment complex because they
didn't want anything to do with these creatures, even though
they knew where where where my team was. But I
guess they wanted to take care of themselves first, you know.
But so they went back to the other the apartment complex,
(23:35):
and they just waited. They waited get on the other
side of the property line, right next to the They
wanted to wait and find out that they can hear
anything from us first, I guess for decided to think
about doing anything. So now back where I was at,
I was, I was, my team are right there behind
that h h the diamond there, the baseball diamond, and uh,
(24:00):
I was getting a little bit sleepy at the time
I was. We were there for a few minutes even
before my team, my brother's team seem what they saw,
but I was laying there. I was already get ready.
I was starting to start to fall asleep a little
bit and my eyes would get a little drowsy. And
then now my sister and her boyfriend. My sister was
(24:21):
on the right, on the left hand side of me,
and uh, the boyfriend started on the side of her. Now,
my sister, she nudged me on the on the on
on my ribs and just to let me know that
there's she saw the other team. Okay, So I I
look up. I'm looking towards that, towards that side of
(24:43):
the field there right by the uh the uh schoolhouse,
and uh, so I could see these figures walking them
walking across the field. They're prob about a hundred feet
from me, so they're too far from thee any definition. Anyways,
And at this point I wasn't I wasn't worried about it.
(25:04):
As far as I was. That was my brother's team.
So there's no reason for me to think anything otherwise.
There's three of them, there's three of us, so and
there's no reason for anybody else to be there, especially
with what we're doing. Like said, we're playing guns basically,
you know, and that's what we were expecting. We were
expecting to see the other team these So now we're
(25:26):
watching these, uh, three figures walking across the field. Like
I said, we'd see the lighting from the sky was
very pretty good and bright, and then you got the
lights there eliminating behind them, even though all we could
see is basically the three silhouettes walking towards their towards
the chaining fence. So as they as they made their
(25:48):
way to the fence. Now my my my sister's boyfriend,
he decided that he wanted ah when we say that,
he wanted to just start running out there and start
blasting away, you know. And we didn't have any guns.
We didn't have no pretend guns. All we have is
our fingers, you know, just to let you let everybody
else know that that like we're out there with sticks
(26:12):
and everything that you know, all we were doing just
saying bang bang bang. That was our That was our
thing about playing guns. And we didn't really have much
of any other rules besides just doing that. So now, uh,
like I said, my sister's boyfriend wanted us to just
jump up and start running, you know, just run and
start running through the field. They say a hundred feet
(26:33):
away from us and start blowing, blasting away. But I
didn't want to do that, you know, So I told
my my sister's boyfriend, and my sister said, no, no,
let's let's just hold back and then let's let's do
the the element of surprise. That's what I wanted to do.
So we basically made ourselves. We crawled across the other
(26:55):
side through the bandgate. So we ended up on the
other side of that fence. Now, as far as the bigfoot,
the or the let's say, the figure that jumped over
the over the fence, I already seen them get to
the fence line already, and I was already right there
at the fence, getting ready to go through the fence,
(27:16):
even though I didn't see him jump over. But I
also didn't hear I didn't hear, yeah, any sound coming
from the fence as you think you hear if somebody
was trying to crawl up or jump over a chaining fence,
even that taming fence, especially something that's over probably over
three hundred pounds or so, very maybe two hundred something
(27:39):
to three hundred pounds, But you would think that, or
at least I would think that we'd hear something or
feel them or feel the fence rattle any way, but
we didn't feel anything, so and so I didn't even
know whether if it was my brother, if they didn't
trying to get over the other side or not. All
I know is I only knew that they stopped at
the fence, and that was the last thing I can remember.
(28:02):
And they're still on the on the on the school property.
The buy team gets on the other side of the
fence there and we're crawling. We decided to go ahead
and just crawl. We took the lice and slow because
I was expecting to see my my brother's team either
on the other side, which is on the on the
school property, or they could have been on the other
(28:22):
side as well. But I was thinking that they're still
on the on the school prom But we work our way,
we work our way down, we get it, we get all.
They about halfway down to the uh ensline, and we
pretty much stopped about the same around the same area
where my brother's team should have been. That was what
(28:45):
they were, you know. That's because that's what I was
expecting to see. But I was looking back over on
the other side of the fence to the fence and
there's there's nobody there, so I'm thinking, okay, then we
must be over on the on the property, on that
undeveloped property, so along with us. But we stopped at
the fence right there, and we put our we just
(29:08):
put our backs against the fence then just to rest there.
And we're looking straight towards the basically towards the mountains,
which is the national first there and and on the
basically on the other side of that that property was
of course just the residential neighborhood, and that was off
in the distance a little bit. And then down when
(29:28):
we were looking that way, just down off to the
left hand side of me, it was some pretty good
thick a little bit of a thick. It wasn't very high,
but it was, you know, maybe about four feet high
or whatever, but it's pretty thick. The whole field actually
just a bunch of rolling, uh dirt mounts with a
lot of ruts and stuff in the ground. So it's
(29:51):
very uneven ground. There's about three foot three foot high
leads and grass growing all over the place. Like I said,
there's some shrubbery all over the place. And uh, other
than that, you see it's still pretty opening. You still
see all the way down mostly just grass and weeds,
(30:11):
just a bunch of growing dirt, nous filled with weeds
and grass as well. And we're the fences that were
a little bit of slope right there, so we're and
I had a little bit of incline right there before
you get down to that that piece of property there.
So now as we're sitting there, we were sitting there
(30:32):
for a few minutes, and I'm still just and all
I'm doing is just a I'm just scanning back and forth.
I'm just going all the way from the left hand side,
looking down the fence line and just scanning the whole
that whole property and just and and then ended up
looking all the way back up the fence line that
we just came from. But I'm just doing this constantly,
(30:54):
just going back and forth. I'm just waiting for my team.
I don't know if they just went around somehow and
I tried to do ak attack or whatever we like
I said, we were there for about a couple of minutes.
I mean, my sister and her boyfriend, they were already
exhibiting some the thing that they didn't like. They really
like the game. Anyways, they were kind of getting bored
(31:16):
with it. They're actually more involved with themselves than anything else,
so I felt happy that they decided to go. They
decided to go crawling out in the grass because they
were kind of giggling and stuff and just you know,
just grabbing each other. But they decided to go crawling
out in the grass, and it was pretty big grass anyways,
And then I was just glad to see him go.
(31:37):
And I wasn't really paying attention exactly which way they
were headed off too. They just started when they when
they dispritted into the grass, I can still hear them
giggling and stuff. So they get out there and they're
still giggling. I don't know how how long they made
or whatever, But anyways, I wasn't really concerned with that.
With that, all I know is I'm just still scanning
(31:58):
for their team. And meanwhile, I'm still trying to tell
them to be quiet a little doing like a loud whisper,
so they trying to get them to not be so
loud so the other team would find us. So now
this goes on for another couple of minutes. Okay, now
I'm doing my scanning and then I'm coming around. I'm
coming back to start looking back towards the left, and
(32:21):
then I see, I see two figures sitting or squatting
on one of those dirt maunds right next to the
pretty much right next to the that shrubbery I was
telling me about that, the thick shrubberies is right off
to the left of me a little bit, but they're
about twenty feet away, just slightly to my left when
I'm looking. If you're looking straight towards the mountains, this
(32:41):
right there, they're promably just at a very slight left
from where I was sitting, but they're twenty feet away.
I can definitely see the top of the probably from
their shoulders, probably a little bit midway down their shoulders.
I can see, you know, the bristling the light that's
coming from the from the stars, so I can see
(33:02):
the figures. I couldn't see anything defenditive, but I knew
there are two figures. That's pretty shadowy as far as
I was concerned. But then again, I wasn't staring at him,
because I wasn't concerned at this point. As far as
I was concerned, I was my sister and a boyfriend
the same reason I had before. The reason why that
the three figures that was walk crossed and I thought
(33:23):
that was my brother's team. The same situation happened. Here
were now my sister and member out of sight, and
I see those two figures. I just happened to see
him there. And now I'm just contributing to that as
being my sister. And you know, those are just circumstances
that just came on my lap for whatever reason, I
don't know, but that's basically when I'm out on that.
(33:45):
So those two figures sit there and there and I
can still hear the figure, I can still hear my
sister and boyfriend. I'm still doing a little bit of
giggling and stuff. So I'm looking at those two figures
every once in a while. I'm still doing my scanning
so make sure the other team wasn't around. And every
time I'd come around and I would kind of look
over at the two figures and i'd be raise my
hand up and i'd be kind of doing like a
(34:06):
like a little loud whisper, and i'd just be telling
them just to be quiet, you know, trying to tell
them to be quiet. And I still wasn't working because
they kept doing it. So now I finally just gave up.
I said, Okay, if they want to get themselves caught,
then that's what's going to happen. I'm gonna be I'll
be the one coming up and I'll start blasting away
if something happens, you know, with my fake guns of course.
(34:29):
So so basically, after I've noticed those two sitting there already,
those are like at least a mint or two. Anyways,
after that, and I'm still I'm doing my scanning. So
now I'm coming back and i'm starting. I'm looking down.
I'm looking down the fence line, back towards the apart
my complex property line. And that's when I see this
(34:53):
another figure. I see this separate figure besides the two
that were sitting there. It came running from behind the other,
from behind that thick brush, right behind the other the
two figures that were sitting there. It's even at this time,
I'm still thinking that my sister or boyfriend, so I
wasn't worried about that. But this single figure came running.
(35:15):
I mean it was running at full speed and it
was and that was about thirty feet from me, so
it was at least good five or ten feet behind
the other two, but it was running at a full clip.
And when it when it when on the other when
it came past the other, the other two were sitting
there when it cleared them to then it just made it.
(35:37):
It just made a bee line right straight towards me
at a dead run. The fact is this thing got
to me. I mean, I even can't plan it even today.
It's just it's just it's just hard to even understand
how they got to me. Even before I get on
my feet. You know, I'm only you know, I'm five
(35:57):
seven at the time, and I'm at thirty its shape,
thirty pounds at the time. I had great eyesight too,
you know, and then I'm only fifteen. But even before
I can even get on my feet and to react
to what was going on, this this figure got ten
(36:19):
feet from me. It stopped as I was standing getting
to my feet at the same time, this thing stopped
ten feet from me, maybe twelve at the most. He
stopped right there and it dead stop. And then the
only thing I knowed from then is that that it
was like tilted its head his head to one side,
(36:39):
like it was trying to like it was trying to
either talk to me or communicate somehow. But there was
no question whatsoever from this from this figure. So even
at this point I was I wasn't even chalk yet
because at this time I was still wondering, okay, I
it was my brother or somebody on his team. So
(37:00):
as I already stood up and seen this was going on,
that I just started blasting away because and I started
yelling the other team and only thinking that was the one,
just that one that was stopped there. I was thinking, okay,
that it's got the other team. So I started blasting
away with my fate guns. And then he said that
(37:20):
that he had he had his head tilted the one side,
and then he just stood up. I could see that
he was up. His legs were slightly bent too, so
I couldn't at this point, I couldn't tell you how
tall he was because there was all uneven ground where
he was standing on anyways, a lot of ruts and everything,
so I wasn't even contemplating on how tall he was.
(37:42):
I could definitely tell that he was. It was definitely wide,
pretty wide compared to what I was. But at this
point I just started blasting away, saying the other team
and When I did that, the other two that were
sitting on the mouth and they stood up as well.
Now I knew something wrong because then I knew when
(38:02):
I'm looking at all of them, I can see the hairs,
I can see the individual heirs. Even were in front
of me, I could see it. Busney through the light,
I couldn't see it. I couldn't see that one's feet
or legs. I couldn't see his face because the lighting
that I could see was basically behind them, so I
couldn't I couldn't see him eye shine or nothing like that.
(38:24):
To me, it looked like just like like I said,
the football players wherever he put a slap a helmet
on him, even though a helmet doesn't have hair, but
just the shape of the kind of like a like
a football player or something. But I can definitely tell
us either fur or hair is what I see. And
go all the way down to there this in the
mid section I can definitely see except for the shadowy
(38:48):
parts of the court look looks. So I can only
see the sides of this with the arms going down
to the side, and and that's on that part. But
once I did when I started yelling out deer and
they all turned around. Then they started leaping away from it,
I mean leaping into the grass. I mean they're and
they're leaping pretty high. This is where this is where
(39:10):
it really gets. This is where I actually went to
a shock, because there's no there, there's nothing about them
that even at this point that even suggested that they
were even human whatsoever. The way they acted, the way
they interacted towards with me, the way they didn't even
make any sounds or anything. It's just that they just
(39:32):
turned around and just started leaping just with with with
real long strides away from me, and they're doing this
pretty quick. Then the only thing came out of my mouth.
I just started yelling out deer. I just started yelling
out deer, because that's how much of a shaka I
was in and and already I already know for a
(39:55):
fact it wasn't even anything that even resembled the deer.
I mean we're talking, We're talking. These were bipedal creatures
that were standing on two feet, not one time when
they're there on all fours. And the only reason why
I can think that, the only reason I think that
I know what they were because or at least I
(40:16):
knew they weren't human. So now my mind and my
eyes are just not really coinciding. I'm trying to contemplate
on what I'm looking at, even though I know and
even Bigfoot was not even on my radar, so I
would even think about baby, and even after watching that movie,
like I said years ago, I'm looking at that Bigfoot
as being as being a very aggressive and very dangerous creature.
(40:40):
I mean, I didn't see any episodes anywhere of any
kind of documentary stating that they were gentile creatures. So
at this point, I'm just wondering what if they were,
you know, whatever it was wasn't out to get me,
so I didn't know what to think. So now last
I'm yelling, they're leaping. They're probably at least a good
(41:00):
uh you know, maybe a hundred good that far maybe yeah,
maybe a hundred figure. So I can still see them,
and I can see them. They slowed down. They knew
I wasn't running after them, but they I can see
them their whole They just their upper torsos as they
were walking, you know, pretty fast, but they were turning
their upper torsos. I can see them reach out on
(41:22):
their their right hands they're turning towards their left. I
can see them looking back at me. Now, I don't
know if they're looking back at me to see if
I was following or not. I'm not sure, but they're
still looking back at me, and I can definitely see
them do that. And even as they're running, I could
definitely see the fur I can see. I can see
them better because they had a little more lighting, and
(41:43):
I can definitely tell if they're either a They're either
gonna be a dark, uh brownish color or possibly of black.
It seemed like they were almost like a brownish color.
I didn't see any other color there. I didn't see
any kind of reddish tip coming from their bodies. But
I could definitely guarantee you that they didn't have any
article of clothing whatsoever. But they were running towards you.
(42:09):
That community that I was talking about, just just a
small uh street, residential street right there. There's like a
path somewhere right there they could walk through get to
the other side where they can start heading back up
the hill. But now as I'm as I'm doing all this,
I'm still yelling. Now, then I noticed my sister or
(42:30):
boyfriend somehow they ended up getting up, and they were
standing right next to me. Now, my sister and a boyfriend.
They can see these images too, Like I said, when
I seen them about it, about one hundred fet away,
they're already standing next to me. But they can truly
say that they did not they did they could identify
them as being a bigfoot as it was just too
(42:53):
blurry for them to even think about trying to assume
that they were bigfoots. But anyways, as I was yelling.
Also now my brother's team way back over the apartment
complex they overheard. They could hear me yelling at the
top of my lungs, so they knew where I was.
And I was as I was yelling my brother, and
(43:14):
then they started booking right straight across that field the
apartment complex, and they knew exactly where I was at.
And then I can hear my brother's team yelling from
the other side of the field there on the on
the school grounds. And meanwhile, I'm still I'm still confused.
I'm just like I'm looking at I'm looking down the ground.
(43:36):
I'm still very very confused what was going on. I'm
trying to contemplate on what I was looking at now
when I can hear my brother's team come running to
the field. I turned around and I put my hands
on the in between the links of the fence there
and I'm still looking on the ground, looking down the ground.
My brother's team and finally get to the to the
(44:00):
ten feet away from the from the fence. Now, the
next thing that I heard that came out of my
brother's mouth was that we saw bigfoot. And that was
all it took. When when he said those words, that's when,
that's when everything changed. I went into the most the
most incredible fear that I've ever experienced before that incident
(44:26):
and after that incident, I mean, this was the This
was the worst fear I've ever felt. I mean even
more fear. I didn't want anybody else else to feel either,
you know, I was just I was in total shock.
I went to such a shock, but there was a fear,
and I had tears just rolling down my eyes too.
But it was so scary. Of course, everything kind of
(44:47):
went it went blanket that particular time because somehow I
jumped over the fence. I got over that eight to
ten foot high fence. My brother said that I went
over so fast that he just couldn't believe himself. Somehow
I got up there in a couple of handlings. I
don't know, I already know if I even use my feet.
I just grabbed a hold that fence and just ripped
myself up, threw myself to other side, not even not
(45:10):
even trying to get to the call down the other side.
I jumped up the other side, and uh. The next
memory I had was being on the other side of
that of that field, about halfway well basically on the
other side, somewhere close to the getting close to the
basketball court there, but I was still in the grass.
(45:34):
I actually fell to my knees and like I said,
I had tears roamed down my eyes. I was shaking
like soup. I mean really bad, the worst shake I
ever had either, you know, it's just it was just
I was still total fear, the worst I've ever felt.
And when I say fear, because even years after that,
at that whole situation, I've uh, you know, I've done.
(45:55):
I'm still done hiking. I mean I love hiking. I've
done I ain't done solo hikes up the mountains and
Yosemite and everything else. But and I've had five different
bear sidings, and two of them are actual encounters. They
got pretty close to me. And I've never felt any
fear like that, even with the Bears, because at least
(46:17):
bears well, of course, I've done my study and stuff
with bears anyways, and I know that they're not they're
not man eaters in California. So I've always had respect
for deer, for the for bears anyways, healthy respect. But
now back in that field, I'm sitting there and told
(46:38):
the shock and all I know is about it was
about forty at least forty minutes or so, I was.
I was so out of it that I couldn't even
discuss what was going on and my team and then
we're there there, you know, we eventually decided to sit
around in a circle right there on the other side
of the field. And as we're sitting in that field,
(46:59):
I wanted look at that fence.
Speaker 2 (47:01):
I was.
Speaker 1 (47:01):
That's why, I mean, that's that was my main goal,
because I was the most affected by this about by
this encounter, So I want to make sure that if
I'm going to be sitting there, I want to be
looking at that fence just just in case.
Speaker 3 (47:15):
You know.
Speaker 1 (47:15):
Even though I felt relatively safe because there's a group
of us, you know, there's all all six of us there,
even though only four of us can actually say what
we that we actually saw, you know. So ever, sitting there,
of course, I let my brother's team discuss there what
(47:36):
they what they told me, and that it just confirmed
exactly what I was seeing, even though I couldn't, I
couldn't immediately, I couldn't just say that I seemed different,
like right good and there, but just their actions and
what I saw, and as close as I was, there's
nothing else that he can even that it can even
(47:56):
explain to me what it was. And I also think
back up, like I said, is the tempertary even at
that time at night was over over one hundred degrees.
I mean it was like over there was like one
hundred and ten degrees anyways, so even at time at night,
it was like just over one hundred degrees out. So
and this whole, this whole evolution that happened right there
(48:18):
was at least a good ten minute type of deal.
So these big foots, or or if they would have
been first people in suits, I just can't imagine them
wanting to be running around and suits like that, especially
as fast as they were. Anyways, that's another that's another
aspect of the story. But we pretty much tried to
(48:40):
debunk by the whole story. We went from from square one,
from my brother's part of the story to mine. We
tried to figure out any logical explanation that we could
come up with back in Deep Bunk or not just
say that it wasn't a big one, you know, but
there's nothing else the fact that I'm yelling deer for
one thing, being confused. You know that my brother, of course,
(49:06):
they already knew for as far as they're concerned. They
knew for a fact what they were looking at, and
they already contemplated that with each other. They already collaborated
that story with each other anyways, so that mixed into
my interaction. It all tied together anyways, And I know,
the circumstances are just it's just crazy how everything work.
(49:27):
When I when I thought that those three figures at
first were my brother's team, and then I seen him
on the other side of the fence, it was just
a continuation of what I thought was was two different
you know, those two figures what I thought was my
sister or a boyfriend. So those were just circumstances. I
just don't like it's it's it's to me, it's just crazy.
(49:49):
It's just because if my brother, if my sister and
a boyfriend were sitting right next to me, which they
should have been, if they wouldn't have crawled out in
the grass, and those two figures probably still would have
showed up, and again we would have noticed them. And
then and I had my sister or boyfriend sitting right
next to me. So now at that point, the story
(50:10):
would have been totally taking a different at that point,
whether we would have thought they were a team, would
at least try to at least approach him somehow, But
the storyline would have been a totally different one if
the fact that my sister and boyfriend decided to go
calling out the grass at that part the moment. Now,
now back in the after we did our meeting, we
(50:31):
were there for a couple of hours, just just we
got to where we were pretty excited about seeing him.
I was, I was actually happy that I seen him,
but I was still I still couldn't get overhelp how
scared it was. But we got we went to we
ended up being excited about it because we couldn't believe
that we experienced what we that we experienced it. We
just couldn't. We just couldn't believe it. So after a
(50:54):
couple of hours we ended up going home. It was
probably about fucking night or so something like that. You
get back to the apartment complex. Uh, me and my brother,
we you know, we decided, uh, tell our aunt that
we saw we just saw bigfoot. And of course right
away her and her boyfriend were lap mants and everything.
(51:17):
But like I said, let's go back to where we're around.
When we were sitting around there in the circle, we
we did discuss. That was one of the things we said.
We thought, well, maybe we should go we should go
to the police department. And right away, me and my
brother we already decided just know what we decided to
Maybe they said no, no, no, no, we're not gonna
do that, because first of all, me and my brother
(51:40):
were pretty shy. Anyways, we grew up that way. We
didn't for us to go to a police the other day.
It was more like if you're if it's a domestic
dispute type of stuff, you know, and besides that, well,
you know, what would we tell the police? We say, hey,
just a couple of hours ago, because it probably wouldn't
be at least at least it well over a couple
of hours by the time we're done with our meeting
(52:00):
and all that stuff, and by the time we had
to we'd have to walk on quite a few blocks
away to the police station, so it would have been
well over two hours before we'd have gotten to a
police station, to the police station, I mean. And of
course what we say that, we say, hey, we just
we just saw three bigfoots playing at the at the
(52:23):
at the school yard, at the playground. You know, there's
no way we've been in laughing stock, and so we
just we had to convince the other two brothers that
that's not a good idea, especially because we're just new anyways,
and they're pretty They didn't really take that much. I
know that we just weren't on that, which if they're
gonna do it, they're gonna do it on their own,
because we didn't want anything to do with it. So
(52:45):
they kind of just they're the same way too. They
came to their senses and say, yes, it's better. Often
we just none of us say anything. We will be
a laugh especially once we started going to school again anyways,
we would be laughed as even at the next day,
we didn't have the means or even the we didn't
have any We didn't know anything about researching. We didn't
(53:08):
know anything about casting footprints or nothing like that, because
like I said, we didn't have the computers and stuff,
so I didn't know anything about what you're supposed to
look for. I didn't know anything about I guess logically
you didn't try to find footprints as well, but even
the next day we did. That was the only thing
we were looked trying to see we could find footprints,
but which we didn't see any. But because the ground
(53:29):
was pretty hard anyways, even where the right by the
where the swing sets stuff around. It was all this
stuff but just just really tough ground and it was hard.
We went through the Yeah, we just did like a
little walked across the field and stuff. We didn't see
anything unnatural. We didn't see any any footprints at all.
(53:54):
So that was our only knowledge as for any kind
of logical sense to try to see me the fight
and anything. I didn't think about going on and looking
for hair samples or anything even I mean, I guess
if I would have thought about it, like right now,
when you're when I'm older, I would have made regard
to the fence and maybe look at the top of
the fence line see if there's any any hair up
(54:15):
on it on the top of there, or even going
down by the bushes. But for whatever reason, we just
we didn't think that far. And even having the camera,
the cameras who have camera along with us, and then
back then we couldn't afford a camera anyways. We were,
like I said, we were a low income family and
(54:38):
we're not gonna we're not gonna go and get a
camera just specifically to be playing guns with and they
take pictures, and in that nighttime, we didn't have any
kind of lighting, so so having a picture or anything
like that video same thing we didn't have. We didn't
have the means to do that. So the only other
thing we did after that on the next morning, we
were lucky enough that we had the the library just
(55:01):
right across the street from the school. So once we
waited for the library to open up, it was probably
by eleven o'clock in the morning, and we spent the
whole day. We spent the whole day at the library.
There was a little old lady. Actually he was probably
in our seventies or eighty, but you know, she looked
like a typical library anyways. But the first thing I
(55:23):
did is went up to her and asked her seeking
them send me to an area where I can find
some old news newspaper clippings, because we wanted to we
want to try the best we can and so and
back then they they had these rolodecks type of I
can't it's hard to explain. You had to put these
(55:44):
rollodecks things inside this contraption that you have to scroll
and see all these all the newspaper stuff, you know,
because she actually found them for I asked them. I
asked her to find the stuff about bigfoot and stuff.
So she helped me there. So I'm starting to look
through all these different articles and stuff, and I did
(56:04):
find a lot of different articles about bigfoot, you know,
so that kind of and was about around the say,
in this area in the area of Wayrica, California. I
never found anything that was actually that happened inside of
the limits itself. And then we came up with different theories. Uh.
(56:25):
The only theory that that kind of made sense to
me was that that these big foots for one. For
one thing, we kind of came to to something that
there they might have been. They're probably a juveniles for
one thing, because they weren't the massive seven or eight
foot features that that we were that we were thinking
a bigfoot should be. They're more like around the sixth
(56:48):
the six and a half maybe, So we already we
came to the conclusion that they're they're probably probably juvenile bigfoots. So,
like I said, we we we look the books. Uh.
The other guy, uh so yeah, the other guy that
was with us was by my sister's boyfriend because he's
(57:08):
the one who came to the apartment coal place to
get us to come outside, and we uh went to
and we went together to the uh the library, and
he was looking up just he wasn't looking up like
two stories and he just wanted to find books like
stories and stuff, you know, you know, fictional, so that's
what he wanted to do. But I wanted to find
non fiction stuff, you know stuff. They had two you know,
(57:32):
signings I want, I want testimonials, and that's basically what
I was looking for. And that's we found quite a
bit of that. And then the other two brothers that
we left him that night. We uh, like I said,
we only met them a few days before that anyways,
because we just got to town and within a week
anyway before that we had that incident when they left,
(57:57):
we didn't really we didn't even. We never really hooked
up with them again after that. We went to school
with them for at least a year or so that
year and we me and my brother made up. We
had end up with other friends. Anyways, We hollever out
those two friends that we end up having, and uh, well,
we weren't enemies at all. The other two brothers that
(58:19):
we were there with us. For whatever reason, we just
didn't even. We didn't even discuss bigfoot or nothing like that.
We just we just kept away from each other. And
maybe maybe the fact that we didn't want us to
even consider trying to tell our story. I didn't want
those brothers to be trying to to convince me and
my brother to start telling everybody else in the school,
(58:42):
you know, our friends or whatever. There's no way we
were there to do that, So they would have had
to embarrass themselves because I would probably we would probably
try to deny it because me and my brother didn't
want to be that kind of We didn't want that
kind of a tension drawing towards us, especially with a
bunch of school kids, you know, well high school kids.
But you know, so we didn't. Uh, that's basically my story.
(59:04):
I don't know what else to say. Yeah, so I
guess that's it.
Speaker 3 (59:09):
Wow, you have quite a night there, quite an evening
out there, all those experiences. Yeah, that's a lot considering
how hot it was out that night. Do you think
they might have had anything to do with you having
those experiences?
Speaker 1 (59:24):
Yeah, that was a theory, of course, the fact that
they could have come down because because just a couple
of blocks away down in the in the town there
just behind all those stores, which I probably should have
said in my interview too, but right there's like an
alleyway that's you know that there's like restaurant's got a
(59:44):
pizza place, that's got a donut shop, and that's where
the bends were at, you know, and that's where they
throw their own food. So people looking for just a
quick snack or whatever, and you know, maybe old whatever.
I don't know, that's just the theory, but you have
to they have to walk about a block or two
away but it's still a dark nighbor. It's not very
(01:00:06):
well what do you call it, congested orright things, So
they probably could have made it down that far, possibly
without detection, and that likely that's just pure that's his
pure speculation of just another theory that could have happened them.
But I do think that the school from the top
(01:00:26):
of that ridge up there on the top of about
and they have a clear view looking right straight down.
Even when I was up on the top of that ridge,
I can see the school grounds and I can see
the department complex and uh yeah, so that would be
a great place for a big foot to be able
to contemplate or you know, whatever they're going to do
to get down there or whatever. And who knows how
(01:00:47):
many times they've gone into that area as well. I mean,
I'm thinking that that's most likely a place they'd been
been before. It seemed very nervous. They weren't aggressive, and
they weren't aggressive towards me, because the only fear that
came out me was only in the fact that my
brother told me there was a bit fit that they saw.
(01:01:08):
It only came from the fact that what just happened
to me, and what could have happened to me. That's
the only reason why I was so scared is the
fact that I was standing that close to a creature
that I thought should have actually just tored me apart
after I watched that movie. You know, this probably wasn't
a thing when you're like eight or nine years old,
(01:01:29):
But that was the only fear I experienced. But then
when I look back on it, I mean, I actually
feel bad for how I did it because I was
only reacting on my own, my own instinct at the time,
not thinking about what was going on. So when I
scared them away, I kind of feel bad for doing that,
but it still got me separated from that situation. Is
(01:01:51):
they ran away from me, So that was a good
part there, because I don't know what they would have done,
what I would have done if they would have gotten
that much closer than if I would have if I
don't even even recognizing them as been a big foot
at that particular second, I probably had to go to
a mental hospital or something after that problem. You know,
that's how bad it was. Like I said, my fear
(01:02:11):
only came after the fact.
Speaker 3 (01:02:14):
You know, well, I hope you don't beat yourself up
too much. I mean, put anyone else in that situation,
and they probably would have handled it the same way
you did. You weren't expecting to see them again. You
can't be faulded for jumping and frightening them the way
you did and having them run off. I mean, you
had amazing experiences that evening, experiences that a lot of
(01:02:37):
people would do almost anything to trade places with you
so they could have those experiences. Don't beat yourself up
on that. You just handled a difficult group of situations
the best way you knew how and let the cards
fall where they fall.
Speaker 1 (01:02:53):
Yeah, And like I said, it's just one of those
things that just fell into my lap. Anyways, And there's
just and there's Yeah. It took me forty three years
to finally come out and tell my story. You know,
I don't think I remember saying that part of it
could what happened this last year in the in the summer,
I actually wrote a book, even though it's not on
(01:03:16):
the shelves now because I wasn't making any money off
it anyways. But I wrote the book for my grandkids
and my kids, and it's just strictly about my story.
It's just a short story, but it's the exact same
story that I just I just told anyways, but I
wrote that, I got it published, and then I went
on Facebook, and that's where I found all these I
(01:03:37):
found over a dozen. There was definitely well and I
just picked a dozen or a couple more to join
a group on their group sites, and that's where I pasted.
I just I pasted my story from a thing I
just wrote up on my work program thing I had.
I just I pasted my story on all those groups.
(01:04:00):
And then the next basically that very next day, and
this is on January first when I did this, because
my book just came out that previous night. The day
the day, well, the day of actually is where I
got my first person that didn't want to do a podcast.
Now podcasts. I didn't even know what a podcast was.
(01:04:20):
I didn't even know the term podcast because I'm not
that technology and technically advanced to this day. Anyways, this
is like seven months ago. So I got my first
podcast person that gets old of me and wants me
to be on her podcast, and I said okay, and
I had to ask what it was and she told
(01:04:40):
me all about it. And so the very next day
then I had my interview and see you. I was
actually very nervous because I wasn't really thinking about how
I was gonna tell my story, you know, So I
was stuttering like crazy. I was like, oh jeez, and
I was trying to figure out which what part of
the story I should start, you know. But now I've
I've been on many different podcasts already through this whole
(01:05:04):
east up to your point. And another thing I want
to add is that me and my brother we just
got back here a couple of weeks ago. We we
got approached by a producer of that does uh uh.
They do a documentary series of shows on like the
(01:05:25):
History Channel, Netflix and all that stuffs, the Disney Channel,
Disney Plus or whatever it was. No, I guess I
can call uh Yeah, I won't. I won't name the
name of the production company. I don't know if that
will effect they think or not. But you know, so
we got flown to Me and my brother both got
flown through Seattle and we did our we were separated
(01:05:48):
too own stuff. Basically a two hour filmed interview for
this uh uh, a documentary series that's going to be
coming out on the beginning of sometime in the beginning
of twenty twenty six, year twenty twenty six, and it's
going to delve into the it's gonna be all about
(01:06:09):
the cryptids, the paranormal, and the UFO stuff. Like I said,
I didn't even know even before all this stuff happened.
I didn't even know what a cryptid was. There's a
lot of terminology that I just recently found out, and
even watching podcasts and watching all these interviews stuff on YouTube,
(01:06:30):
I didn't even I didn't even do all that stuff
until I just like said, at the beginning of January,
when I found out about all these different groups all
over the world, I didn't know that these groups even existed.
Even to all these the only people that I either
were doing all these Bigfoot studies were like watching The
Finding Bigfoot. That was my only show that I remember
(01:06:51):
watching the Biggest Expedition Bigfoot. I seen some of their episodes,
but other than that, I didn't know that the general
public and all these different separate, separate expedition teams all
over the world, not to me, of course, the United
States and every state basically, So I started dumbing in
(01:07:11):
all that stuff. And I've been doing all my research
as much as I can I've been I thought I've
been doing every time I come back from work. I'm
just looking on YouTube, just looking at different podcasts. If
I've seen your I watched your podcast. I've been watched
like like ten of year episodes. I'm going mad. I
just can't believe how many people are that excited about
Bigfoot and even believed in Megle. Oh yeah, that's where
(01:07:37):
I'm at with that.
Speaker 3 (01:07:39):
Well go, so that's that. I'm so glad that you
reached out to me and expressed interest and coming on
the show to share those experiences. I really appreciate it,
and please remember in the future, if I can never
help you out, just let me know and I'll be
there for you.
Speaker 1 (01:07:53):
Oh yeah, it's it's I believe it's my pleasure to
be on this show. You know. It's just I'm just
more I'm used to tell my story now, so I'm
not as nervous telling it like I did in the past.
Speaker 2 (01:08:04):
You know.
Speaker 3 (01:08:06):
Oh no, that's understandable. It definitely is. Well, thanks again
so much for reaching out there, Kurt. I really do
appreciate it, and of course I hope you have a
great night.
Speaker 2 (01:08:22):
