Tonight’s guest, John Stasko, has been a paranormal investigator for 60 years and has had 5 Sasquatch sightings over the years he’s been investigating. His first sighting happened in a place called McMurray, Pennsylvania. While he was there, he walked up to within 15 feet from a huge male Sasquatch. John describes himself as not fearing anything, but even he realized that he was really pushing it, when he got that close to the Sasquatch. We hope you’ll tune in and listen to John recount that experience and share the details of his other experiences with Sasquatch.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hello. My name is John Stasco. I've been a paranormal
investigator sixty years. As of next month, I've had five
encounters with bigfoot, including one up close and personnel. Like
I said, I have been involved in over five thousand
types of different cases and regarding the paranormal, I do

(00:21):
not consider myself a bigfoot investigator alone, but a paranormal investigator,
and not an expert, but an explorer of the unknown.
I used to belong to an organization years ago, and
I got into it because I've had UFO sidings ten
in my life, starting at the age of five, so
that was primarily my main interest UFOs, alien abductions, that

(00:43):
type of thing. But one day I got a call
from one of the directors in the group I belonged to,
and a told me about a alleged bigfoot siding and
a place called McMurray, PA. Now McMurray Page is twelve
miles south of Pittsburgh, which is a fairly urban area,
which kind of surprised me. I've never been on a
bigfoot investigation prior to nineteen ninety one because that wasn't

(01:03):
my interest. But to defer to his request for me
to go there. I went along with my co investigator.
Now I'm six foot four and time I weighed about
twoint forty and my co investigator was six foot six
and a half six hundred and sixty pounds, So we
were two big guys and we go down to this
place and it was the horsemen's family. I can mention
their names because they're friends of mine, and they're both

(01:25):
preparing on the investigators themselves. I've trained them. Anyhow, I
got down here and we were on the case approximately
through a year, and during one incident, my friend was
down on these so called haunted railroad tracks adjacent to
their property. He started getting boulder sized rocks throwing atty.
Now I had an FM headset as well as he did,

(01:47):
so we didn't have to use walkie talkies. And I
was up in a tree for a better vantage point.
So he said, John, they're coming your way. So I
looked down. As I looked down, this is broad daylight.
I saw two sets of green glowing eyes looking at
So what do you think I did? Well? I shim
me down the tree as fast as I could, but
they disappeared well. Moving along, there's thirteen people all together

(02:10):
that were on this investigation. Eventually, about six or seven
months into the investigation, toward winter, I was getting ready
to walk out of the woods at night, and the
other people were out there watching. Now I usually go
into the woods by myself because I don't believe in
making a lot of noise. If I can hear other
people in the woods, so can bigfoot. Anyhow So, as

(02:31):
I started walking out, to juvenile bigfoot about seven feet
tall or so followed me out of the woods. This
was documented by Keith Bastieni who wrote the article. It
was published in Fate magazine. I believe was February and
nineteen ninety three, and it'll go into more detail, but
we know there were two juvenile bigfoot there. And just

(02:54):
so you know, I do believe juvenile bigfoot are the
most mischief makers. They're not the adults. They're not mature enough,
so they caused a lot of problems, throwing rocks, you know,
all the things you would think that a juvenile would do. Anyhow,
So that was my first encounter with two juvenile bigfoot one.
Ayhow moving along, about a week later, I got this
is before cell phone. I got home around midnight from

(03:17):
that investigation and I get a call. It is this
is November now, late November, and it snowed a bit,
but not on the roads. So I get home when
my first wife tells me, John, you got a call
from the chief of police where I lived. I said,
what's up? He goes he didn't want to talk about
it in the phone, but they wanted you to come
up to this place called High School Hill. I said, okay.
So I had a jeep at the time with a

(03:39):
winch on the front, so I used to go pull
a lot of kids out that got stuck with her
four old drives and stuff. So I was assuming that's
what it was. So I go up armed only with
a five hundred thousand candlepower light and a stun gun.
I always carried a stun gun, a million vold stun gun,
because I carried a lot of money at that time.
I was a site supervisor for an environmental company. Anyhow,

(03:59):
so I go up there and it's around midnight or
so after little after midnight, i should say, And there's
twelve police officers from different municipalities on the right side
of the rill on this hill and thirty civilians standing there.
So I pulled up and his name was Charlie. I said, Charlie,
what's going on? He says, look up there, And I
looked at there's a high tension tire. And I looked

(04:20):
up and there was something leaning against this high tension tire.
But it was after midnight, so I didn't know what
it was. So there was a little bit of a rise.
So I started going up over the rise to see
what it was. And I look back and the police
officers aren't following me. I said, you guys coming or
what and you're going? Look at the size of that thing.
And I don't want to say what I'll say. Said,
I said, well, you guys got guns, he said. I said, look,

(04:40):
I'm going because my wife will tell you I'm not
afraid of anything. Anybody's ever went in the woods with
me'll tell you I'm not afraid of anything. My age,
what the heck? So I started walking up and I
got within i'd say thirty feet or whatever of this
thing was, and I smelled it before I actually got
a good look at it. It smelled the most horrible smell, like, oh,
it's like death, skunk leaves, mulch. It's hard to describe.

(05:06):
I can't even put it in words, but smell terrible.
That smell go with me till the day I die.
So I walked up and I got within twenty feet
or so of at this point, and I saw what
it was. Now, I'm six foot four. I weighed about
two forty at that time, so I'm not a little guy.
I slimmed down to two twenty one right now. But anyhow,

(05:26):
so as I walked closer, I got was in fifteen
feet of this thing. It was approximately and I know
because I measured what was leaning against the high tension tire.
It was around ten feet tall, massive shoulders, water than
my jeep and my SUV that I'm in now, dark
brown fur with reddish tinges. The head had almost neck,

(05:47):
almost no neck. Now here's the strange part. The eyes
glowed green like from within, not because I shine my
light on it, but because it had its own light.
I never see anything like that. Now. There are some
things in nature that can do that, you know. They
have they can generate, like fireflies can do it. Other

(06:07):
fishing to see can do it, you know, but I've
never seen anything like this. And it looked at me,
and like I said, it has its arms slightly crossed
and it's looking down at me. Now, I barely came
to its waist, okay, And I'm standing less than fifteen
feet away from this thing. And as it's looking down
to me. Now, I don't know if your viewers know

(06:28):
what infrasound is, but elephants and tigers can generate a
sound subsonic to paralyze or scare away prey. Okay. I
felt palpable waves of something hitting my chest, but I
didn't feel that it was meant to scare me. But
I felt which I can only describe as waves of

(06:48):
sadness hitting me, like I didn't like to be discovered
or bothered. So it's looking at me for about fifteen seconds.
And I didn't have a camera on me because I
didn't go off very expecting to see this, expecting to
pull somebody out being stuck. So it's looking at me,
and it's looking at me, and it's tilting its head
back and forth, and it's you know, and then all

(07:09):
about after about fifteen second. Now, all the while, the
twelve police officers and the thirty siviliins are watching us. Now,
keep in mind they were all on the scene, forty
two of them before I even got there. This case
was documented as well. Okay, and after about fifteen seconds
or so, this thing moved faster than anything I've ever
seen in my life. Thirty feet and three steps, ten

(07:31):
foot stride, like a running stride. Dea'st off the sixty
mile an hour. Now. I've seen deer run. In fact,
I'm looking at deer right now running, and I've seen
rabbits run. This thing would have made those rabbits and
deer look like they were running slow. Now, this might
explain why some photographs, alleged photographs of what they consider
real bigfoot, are blurry. Now. I have a friend in

(07:53):
England named Ian Hawkins. He's an astrophysicist and an optical expert,
and he told me, if you have a regular camp
which doesn't have a fast shutter speed, any image that's
moving very fast will tend to blur. And I kind
of agree with that, and I can see why if I,
even if I'd had a camera, it would have blurred anyhow,
So I tried to run after it. Back then I

(08:15):
could run a lot faster than I can now, but
I couldn't. There's no way I could keep up with this,
But I tried I ran into these thick woods which
are like I'm looking at today, and I found hair samples,
but I could hear crashing through woods. The hair samples
I took back to a local university, and back then
the DNA procedure wasn't as good as it is today. Well,

(08:39):
I turned it into it to this lab and they
said in two weeks when it came back, that it
was an unknown harm in it. And the strange part
was the hair samples. The hair samples were transparent with
a slight reddish tinge Now, I want to tell your
viewers this that when I shined that five hundred thousand
candlepower light within within fifteen feet of this thing, that

(09:02):
light should have reflected back at me, should it not.
I mean, as powerful as a light is, I could
light up a hillside a mile away. But it didn't
do that. It seemed like it absorbed the light. I
can't explain that. Oneyhow it was so late and it
was snowy, but so I couldn't actually make copies of
the prints you know by plaster casting, because of the snow.

(09:25):
But anyhow, what I did measure was twenty two inches
of limp one step in front of the other, just
like Sir Edmund Hillary saw the tracks on Mount Everest. Okay,
they don't walk like we do, what side to side?
They walk in pretty much a straight line, one foot
in front of the other. Oneyhow so that I was
pretty excited about getting that closed, and people asked me

(09:48):
if I where I frayed. I said, no, I'm not afraid.
Why would If it wanted to kill me, it could
have rippen me in piece. Now, a mountain gorilla can
go up to five maybe six hundred pounds about six
foot tall. That's a bit went a mountain gorilla. The
strength of a mountain gorilla is probably that of twenty men. Now,
if you take and you double the height of a gorilla,

(10:08):
you quadruple the strength. So this creature probably had the
strength of eighty gorillas or eighty men. Rather, they could
have ripped my arms and legs off. Now, when I
looked at it for the time I got to look
at it, its face was almost like either a dark
gray or black. His forehead was pronounced. It didn't have
what's called a saginal breast like a gorilla. Although the

(10:32):
head was slightly raised on the top, it wasn't like
a gorilla's okay. So, and like I said, and the
hair the face was pretty much clear hair except around
the upper forehead and down around the nose and a
little bit around the mouth. Now, I couldn't tell what
if it was a male or female because the hair

(10:53):
was so long, which is about eighteen inches long. I
still have the hair samples, by the way, anyhow, so
I don't know what it was. I did see its
teeth because it opened its mouth slightly. Now, it had
canines and molars, which tells me it's an omnivore, which
meat means it eats meat as well as vegetable matter, okay,
like we do. But it didn't. I didn't feel any

(11:15):
kind of threat coming from it or anything like that.
And I didn't feel any fear of it, and I'm
sure it didn't feel any fear of me. I think
it was more surprised that it got caught. Okay. Now,
that was a high tension line, okay, where it was
on leaning against this high tension tire. Now, earlier that week,
the same police officer had called me and said he
was making a routine parol patrol on a highway which

(11:36):
is maybe half a mile away he saw one squatting
and broad daylight watching traffic going up down the road. Now,
around that time, we had over five hundred book cases
around that whole area between Washington Green and Fad County,
most of which I went on and investigated. Anyhow, I'm
getting ahead of myself. The very next day, Mary rob
Jackson from Channel two News Katie Ka and here in

(11:59):
Pittsburgh called me and said, mister Stasko, I understand you're
the lead investigator for Washington Green at Fett Counties. I said, yes,
I am. What's going on? And she said, well, we've
had a sighting in a place called Cress And Heights,
supposedly a bigfoot. Can we come down and get you?
I said sure. Now it got really cold. It was
probably twenty below zero with the windshiel that day, so

(12:20):
they came down. I was dressed in a black snowsuit
with moon boots and I went up and there's this
church above this little town called Cress And Heights. It's
pretty isolated little town, maybe no more than one hundred
and fifty people, but they have a church up on
top of the hill. So we go up there and
there was two sets of tracks and when we got
out there these two sets of tracks. Now this is

(12:42):
less than five miles away from the sighting I just
told you about along power lines, mind you. And the
tracks were twenty two inches long for the big set,
which tells me that might have been the same creature,
and the other set was almost eighteen inches long. Now
they were in a straight line again, and they went
to the hillside. Now Mary rob was maybe five foot two,
I guess, and she couldn't. She tried to jump between

(13:05):
the tracks and couldn't do it. And I couldn't do it,
and I'm six four. So we followed the tracks to
the hillside in the snow, and we saw butt prints
where they squatted down looking down into the town. But
I didn't find any tracks further than that, which kind
of surprised me. I'm like, well, there should be more tracks.
So I went and I took a better look at

(13:25):
these tracks. The track you know you've heard backtracking by
the Native Americans. What they used to do step into
their tracks and walk backwards. These creatures walked in those
same tracks backwards into the dense brush, so you couldn't
follow them. Now that's amazing. But I also had something
called a soil compaction device. Actually, it measures the depth

(13:47):
of an imprint and can give you approximate weight. The
approximate weight of the big set of tracks was twelve
hundred pounds, which is larger than the grizzly bear. The
smaller set of tracks, mind you, were about eight hundred pounds,
almost eight hundred pounds. But here's the strange part. On
the left foot of the smaller creature, the weight was
one thousand pounds, and on the right foot it was

(14:09):
again almost eight hundred pounds. Why do you think that is? Well,
it was carrying something, could have been carrying a dead animal,
could have been carried in young sasquatch. I don't know anyhow.
So there's that case. Now let me move ahead. I've
been on a lot of UFO cases I mentioned earlier

(14:32):
when when you and I talked and I really wasn't
interested in bigfoot so much, I thought, well, it might exist,
maybe not, but I started talking. It was approximately seven
cases I was on where people had actually claimed to
see a bigfoot in close proxien me to a hovering
or landed UFO or going into or coming out of
a UFO. Well, that really piqued my interest. Now these

(14:55):
creatures are. When I looked into the one of the
ten foot tall one, I didn't see an animal looking
back at me. If you look in at a deer's eye,
you don't really don't see that kind of intelligence. Well,
when I looked into the eyes of that creature, I
saw stentience intelligence looking back at me. And for something
to be so elusive that most people never get to
see one, or it's never you know, never ever get

(15:18):
close to one that tells me it's smart. If you
would imagine now you know a tiger, for instance, in India,
how often do people see tigers? Not often until they
pounced because they attack from behind. Imagine giving a tiger
near human or human intelligence, how often would you see it?
Probably not at all until it's pounced. This I don't

(15:40):
feel this creature is an animal. I think it's something else.
Now I can speculate, and there's a lot of speculation
in this genre. I think these creatures are not descendants
of Gigantopithecus, nor are they descendants of the Denisovan. Okay,
a lot of people don't know about the Denisovan. It
was an early home and pretty tall seven eight feet tall.

(16:02):
Very massive. So I don't think it's either one of
those things. What I do think, and I mean, I
know there's going to be people in this genre. They're
going to jump all over mode, I have to say.
And I really don't care because I know what I saw.
I think these creatures are not terrestrial in nature. Okay,

(16:22):
I don't know where they came from. I don't know
what they're doing here, but I know what I saw.
Now let me move ahead. My wife and I were
taking a trip here all about two years ago to
go to Cooper's Rock State Park in West Virginia. There's
a long grade up there, and as we're going up
the great broad daylight, my wife looks out the window

(16:44):
and yells, there's something standing in the side, right in
the tree line. So I stopped real quick, but I
had a bad hit at the time, which I got replaced.
I tried to get out and see what it was.
It looked to be about an eight foot tall bigfoot
standing at the edge of the tree line. Ran into
the woods. Okay, I mean right broad daylight, watching traffic.

(17:07):
They're fairly inquisitive. Well, let me move ahead of further.
About six months ago or so, I was taking my
great grandson Elijah up to a park up here, and
it was, oh, we're the top of this park. It's
pretty isolated area and stuff. And I was showing him
how to ride his bike. And he was seven years old.

(17:28):
So I was sitting down and he's going around this
circle up there, and I'm watching him, and he said,
look at that, Pap, Pap. And I looked to my
right and about one hundred and fifty feet away, something
was sitting behind a tree. It's all black, and my
first thoughts, it's a person or a bear. I've seen
bear up there, okay. And then so my wife called

(17:49):
me about that time and I told her she I said, look, honey,
there is something. I think it's a bear. She said, well,
you better get Eli back to the suv. Get him
to safety. Now I could pray, Mum, if I had
to fight a bear, I would protect my great grandson.
But I deferred for him and I took him back.
As I'm walking back to the car, this thing stood
up on two legs. Now, there's a branch that it

(18:12):
stood up, and its head was taller than a branch.
I measured the next day. The branch is seven and
a half feet off the ground. This head the head
was probably six or seven inches above that. It was
all black. It walked on two legs into the woods. Okay,
so there's that. Now. I've been on a lot of
cases where, for instance, where there was a priest up

(18:33):
near Patsy Hillman Park in Brownsville which is now Patsy Himet.
It used to be a Luzern park. A priest told
me that during the winter months he went out to
put some garbage out early in the morning. He had
a pizza box he threw out the night before of
a couple of pieces of old pizza. This is a priest,
mind you. And he said he saw a family of bigfoot,
a large one, a slightly smaller one in a juvenile

(18:53):
going through his trash looking for food. I guess, okay, now,
this is a priest. I've talked to many people people
that have seen bigfoot. Unfortunately, because of all these negative
trolling they have on these big foot groups, you know,
and all that, people are afraid to come forward, okay
and talk about their experiences. Now, about two years ago,

(19:15):
Dan bin Waffe from ecbrro and Julie McQuaid and I
went to an investigation for an alleged puck wedgie. I
don't know if you know what a puck wedgie is.
Supposedly a mythical creature, whatever. But we go up and
the guy gave us the story. He's with his seventy
five year old mother. He owns this property. It's twenty

(19:35):
acres of boards, three or four hundred acres of woods,
and he said he looked down there with his mom
and he saw this creature about seventy five feet away
shaking a wild turkey so fast the feathers are flying everywhere.
So we asked for his permission to go out there
and do an investigation. He said yes, but he didn't
want his name put out there because of all the
derision because of this stuff. So the three of us

(19:58):
went out there. I sent Dan in at the time,
his fiance, about three hundred feet away with a walkie talkie,
and I decided to go up there and sit by myself,
walk through the woods as I normally do, and find
a spot and just sit. Well, we didn't see a
bigfoot or a puck lodgy. We saw two UFOs, which
I shined my powerful spotlight, and one of them came

(20:20):
toward us and landed and lifted up and moved to
the other side. But that was a Bigfoot investigation. But
again this same park area, now there's no airports close
to that, just so you know. So my wife and
I took oh it was in summertime. We took three
of our five great grandkids up to this park up
on top of the hill. It's a pretty good sized park.

(20:41):
And I'm standing here talking to another couple and they
have their kids are up their plane. And the man pointed,
he said, look at that, sir, about I don't know,
a couple hundred feet away, there's something standing at the
edge of the woods, about eight feet tall or so.
So I ran back to my sub to get my
bind aktars and it was gone that quick. So these
are the types of things. Now. There are some people

(21:03):
that call Bigfoot a descendant of an ancient harmony in
like a Gigantopithecus or a Denisovan or some other ancient
harmon or the missing Link. I tend to disagree, As
I said, I think it's not terrestrial, which means it
is either extraterrestrial or interdimensional. Some people believe this creatures
can come through a portal, they can floak themselves. I

(21:26):
don't go to that. I don't believe in that. I
think it's a I know it's a flesh and blood
creature first of all, not supernatural. It's got flesh and
blood like we do, okay, don't. It's intelligent, it's an
aware creature. So I don't know what exactly it is.
And I've seen them five times altogether, and I still
don't know what they are, but I know they exist.

(21:47):
And like I said, you're going to have viewers or
listeners saying, well, there's no such thing. Well, let me
just say this for the sake argument. How many people
know what a sela cant is? Well, not many unless
you're a really good reader or keep up on these things.
A Ceila cants was a armored fish about five feet
or so long. They's supposed to be extinct for about
two hundred and fifty million years ago during the Fermian

(22:09):
extinction okay, which almost all life on Earth dissipated, not
the one that killed the dinosaurs that was much earlier later. Rather, anyhow,
the Ceila cant's been found swimming in the oceans alive,
at least seven of them, so far. Okay, So there's that. Now,
if I were to tell you and you to have
access to the Internet or Google or Encyclopedia, is there

(22:30):
anything like that? And I said to you, there's a
creature on Earth that's got the bill of a duck,
it's got the tail of a beaver, it's got poison
tip claws, fur lays eggs, and okay, what would you say,
You're crazy? It's called a platypus. Okay. They live New Zealand, Australia.
They exist other creatures as well. We're finding new species

(22:54):
every day, but we're losing about two thousand a year. Okay.
So they just recently, not all that long ago, discovered
the species of a chimpanzee type creature called a bonobo. Okay,
so there's that. Now. I can't attribute these things to
natural occurring phenomena. I would guess because of Native American

(23:16):
lar and legend that I think people should listen more
about to the Native Americans, because apparently bigfoot and sasquatch
type creature has been around for thousands of years interacted
with them as well. Now I will say this is
to my knowledge, the East Coast sasquatch, bigfoot for the
most part, the northeastern part are not They're not violent,

(23:40):
they're nomadic. They travel because of the high urban populations
we have in the eastern seaboard, except for the ones
down south, the like the Bogie Creek and folk monsters Okay,
these creatures seem to be more violent because there's less
people and become they've become more territorial. Then you move
to the Pacific Northwest. Now everybody's heard of Port Lock, Alaska.

(24:02):
That town had to be abandoned because people missing and
they were torn to pieces, not by a bear or
a cougar or a wolf or anything like that. They
attributed it to sasquatch. Now there's also loggers have supposedly
seen bigfoot sasquatch out that way as well, and they
said almost every encounter they've had it been a violent encounter.

(24:26):
So these creatures are more territorial. I think based on
the environment they're in and the location they're in. You
go to the Yetti and the Himalayas and the yerin
Okay and then the Himalay area in China, Okay, these
creatures seem to be more violent because there's less food there,
so they come in they take whatever animals are available

(24:46):
to them. Sometimes they take people, Okay, it just depends
on where they're located. Now, Supposedly the Yeti's a little
bit smaller in the year than the North American sasquatch.
That again could be attributed to environmental factors as well,
just like the snowshoe rabbit and the warm months it's brown.
In the cold months it turns white, right, Okay, So

(25:09):
there's that. Like I said, I just don't know what
these things are now. The UFO connection has me stemy. Okay.
There was one myth, supposedly from the Native American lord
that said that there was a sasquatch that lived amongst
this Native American tribe for a while, and it used

(25:30):
to heal people and used to help them. Now, the
Native American people, to my knowledge, are pretty honorable people
by and large, Okay, And I have some Native American
blood me as well, not as much as I'd like,
but I do believe a lot of what they have
to say because they're not liars. Okay. They talked about
this sasquatch that lived among them for a while and

(25:52):
then when it got ill and it was time for
it to die, it told them to take it to
a lake and to leave it at this lake and
it would be picked up. Well, supposedly a shield. They
knew what a shield was because Native Americas had they
made wooden shields when they went into battle with other groups,
and this shield came down from the sky and took

(26:12):
this sasquatch. So my opinion, based on what I've seen
and researched in almost sixty years, is these creatures are
not interdimensional. They are extraterrestrial. Now I want to talk
about that a little bit. I have a friend named
Linda Sigmund. She lives in Martinsville in West Virginia, and

(26:34):
she was one of the people that actually saw Mothman.
What people don't know is Mothman. She said, well, she
saw a ufo where it looked like it came out
of the UFO. Now, I talked to John Keel many
years ago at Laguardi Airport, who wrote the Book of
Mothman Prophecies, and he told me the same thing. So
my guess is that Mothman and these creatures are broad

(27:00):
here and left here for what some reason which I
don't know. I can speculate and say, well, maybe they
were problems where they were. Maybe they were brought here
to do investigations for the more dominant species. I don't know.
That's the only reason I mentioned moth Man and these
type of cryptis and stuff. Let's let's do this too.

(27:21):
I just talked to a fellow investigator this morning a
little bit about dog Man as well. Uh. He seems
to feel that dog Man is just a misidentified Bigfoot.
I really don't know. It's a possibility, and that's why
that's why I bring this up. I mean, I'm primarily
focusing with you on Bigfoot at this point, but you know,
we have people who have Down syndrome. They don't look

(27:43):
quite like other human being. There was a I think
it was a pair of boys in Mexico that grew
a lot of facial hair. They looked like werewolves. Okay,
so who's to say that Bigfoot is not actually or
a dog Man, it's not actually a misidentified Bigfoot or
maybe you know. I tend not to go into the
supernatural too much about this. You know, I don't, like

(28:07):
I said, I don't believe Bigfoot supernaturally. He's not I
saw him. He's flesh and blood just as much as
I am as far as dog man. I talked to
the lady down in west Or, Virginia when I went
down here recently for ECBR to speak, and she says
she saw a dog man type creature on her property.
I asked her if I could come back down again

(28:27):
and and you know, scope to territory out where she lived,
and she was kind of reluctant to do so. But
I understand that because a lot of people don't want it.
She says she don't want to get involved. But my
take on it could be I think it's a big book.
That might be a big book a misidentified Bigfoot. And
I know there's going to be people swear I'm down
there's dog man groups and stuff, and I'm not knocking in.

(28:48):
But I go where the facts lead me. I follow
scientific proof, scientific procedure. You know, I have to go
where the facts leading. I will tell you when I'm
using case I was on regarding Bigfoot. I got a
call about this supposed bigfoot sighting leaving tracks down in
Green County in Pennsylvania. So I and my fellow investigator

(29:11):
went down to check it out, and this guy come
off to meet us and stuff, and he wanted to
show us these tracks. So I know, look, I'm not
a doctor Meldrim as an expert in tracks, but I've
seen tracks before. Okay, I respect doctor Meldrim's work, but
he's never seen Bigfoot. He's found tracks anyhow. So I said,

(29:32):
let's go look at these tracks. And that's broad daylight, summertime.
I go look. And the first thing I noticed about
the tracks, where they weren't in a straight line. They
looked like they were made by a human walking big
tracks about eighteen inches long. The second thing I noticed
was the tracks were both left feet. As far as

(29:54):
I know, no bigfoot has two left feet.

Speaker 2 (29:57):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (29:58):
There was also no mid tarsel break, and the tracks
were absolutely flat and very well defined. The depth of
the tracks were about maybe a half an inch. Something
with that size foot would have left a lot deeper
imprint in that ground. So I said to the guy,
I said, I'm already skeptical. I'm going to retire Parallegel

(30:19):
by the way, and I've heard a lottery story you
can think about. But anyway, so the guy said he
had to go back in the house, and I said, well,
would you mind if we, you know, looked at your
your property. He goes, no, he had about twenty or
thirty acres of border woods. I said, okay, So we're
walking and we're looking around the property and stuff, trying
to follow these tracks, you know, which were about five

(30:40):
feet apart by the way. Anyhow, so I saw this building.
He had an outbuilding at the back of his property,
and there was a door slightly open. So normally I
wouldn't do this, but because I was already highly skeptical
about the two left feet and the way the tracks were,
you know that that kind of thing, I said to
my co investigator, I said, do me a favorite stand

(31:00):
outside the door and keep a lookout. The door was
already cracked open about a foot or so. I walked
inside and I'm looking around. There was a bench there,
a big, long work bench. What do you think I
found on the bench? I found a piece of wood
cut into the shape of a left bigfoot. So I
knew the guy was pulling my leg. So I walked

(31:22):
back out and I held it behind my back and
he came out of the house and I walked up
to him. I said, look, I was trying to give
him an out by the way, which he didn't take.
He should have anyhow, I said, look, I said, I
think somebody's pranking. He goes, what do you mean. I
pulled this out from behind my back. I said, I
found this in your shed. He started stuttering, getting all
bent out of shape. He said, well, I don't know

(31:43):
anything about that. I said, well, I think somebody's pranking. No, no,
these are real bigfoot track and I put it down
on one of the tracks and showed him it match perfectly.
I said, I think somebody's pranking. Oh no, no, they're real.
They're real. I said, well, look, I appreciate you letting's
come down here to look around your property, you know. And
I wrote the report up and I says, you have
a good day, he or anything else, give us a call.

(32:05):
Well he never called us back as we caught it,
so that was a hoaxer. Okay, people do this kind
of stuff, and that's what makes it so difficult in
the genre. You know, when I first started doing these
kind of investigations many many years ago, like I said,
almost six decades now, there there was a lot of
fringe groups coming popping up, people getting claimed to be

(32:26):
taken to venus and uranus and all kinds of crazy stuff,
and it made us the laughing stock. They're real investigators,
laughing stocks of the genre. And I've always tried to
maintain legitimacy and everything I've done, you know. And the
nice thing about I've had witnesses for every one of
my sightings. Every one of them, whether it be Bigfoot
or UFOs or whatever, always had witnesses. They're all documented.

(32:51):
And like I said, there were times I wasn't able
to actually get out into the woods for one reason
or another. But I always continue my research, my reading
to catch up. I always wanted to know what's going on,
but it makes it really difficult for people to come forward.
There's been over sixteen thousand sightings of Bigfoot. Can you

(33:11):
imagine how that's when people came forward? How many more
people that didn't come forward? You maybe four times that many?
Why because they're afraid to come out and get ridiculed,
the derision, people getting called hoaxers, liars, you know, crazy stuff. Recently,
one of one of the groups I'm in, my director

(33:34):
caught a guy it had actually bought I guess it
was a gorilla mask painted in black, took a picture
of and claimed it was a real Bigfoot. Well, guess what.
My director actually found that mask and called him on it.
This is the kind of stuff we're talking about. You know.
I was in a bigfoot group, oh maybe three years ago,

(33:56):
and I had nice conversations with the director group. He
invited me in a group expert, et cetera, et cetera.
So one day I talked to him. I said, look,
I said, why don't you why don't you try to
coordinate with other, you know, like minded bigfoot groups around
the country. Well, he started getting really angry at me
and custo, and he says, look, I'm trying to grow
my group. I don't want to you know, do I
don't want to say what he said, because you have

(34:17):
your viewers. They might be young and adults as well.
I'm trying to be very respectful here to them. And
he basically kicked me out of his group. Well guess what,
he wanted to join the groups I'm in. I let
him in, Okay, but he's been very quiet about it. Okay,
but this is the kind of stuff I'm talking about, Vick.

(34:37):
You know, I'm trying to get a database put together.
There are some good investigators in the genre. Les o'dale
down in West Virginia, Dan Ben Waught in Virginia, Mike
Hartman in Ohio, Bill Rigby and Butler pa you know,
and of course I put myself in that category as well.

(34:59):
You know, we're we're legit. You know. I don't ascribe
to a lot of these shows on TV. And I'll
tell you why. It's entertainment. You got some one of
these shows. I'm not going to mention this name. These
guys go out with guns, sometimes they have alcohol, and
they're out there trying to hunt bigfoot. Let me just
ask you a question. If you ever shot at a

(35:21):
grizzly bear or even a black bear or anything, and
you wounded it but didn't kill it and it got away.
Now it's unable to take and hunt for food for
whatever reason because it's wounded, and now it doesn't like
human beings and they can't differentiate between one human being
and another. So here comes Joe Blow walking into the
woods again, who never bothered in another soul, except he's
taking a walk to the woods, and you got an

(35:43):
enraged bigfoot who was wounded or shot at. What do
you think is going to happen to that guy? That
poor human beings is going to get torn to pieces
because somebody shot at it. My goal has always been
a to find out what the creatures are, okay, to
study them alive, and two to get it put on

(36:04):
the endangered species list. So a bunch of knuckleheads don't
go out in the woods and start trying to shoot
at it and kill it. Okay, that's my goal, to
the knowledge and to protect it. Okay, simple as that.
I don't take guns into the woods with me. I
take my trustee walkie talkie, my bionic ear, my night vision,

(36:27):
my body cam, and you know, I'll take my hunting
knife with me, of course, but that's if I got
to fight a bear. Oh I also have bear spray.
I take it with me just in case. But you know,
I when I confronted or that I was confronted by
a ten foot tall bigfoot less than fifteen feet away
from me and didn't try to harm me or lift

(36:49):
a hand to hurt me, and it could if it
could have torren me to pieces. That tells me something.
It's intelligent, doesn't want to bother anybody. The young ones might.
The young ones are immature, just like our juvenile delinquents. Okay,
they create mischief. But the other thing I want to
mention too, the East Coast bigfoot doesn't seem to be
the kind of creature that's going out to try to

(37:11):
get farm animals. And the reason I believe that to
be is because if a farmer started losing farm animals,
he's going to send people out to look for see
what's going on. Right, Okay, so I think Bigfoot knows that. However,
and I've never heard of a case in the East

(37:31):
Coast of a bigfoot taking any cattle, sheep or anything
like that. Maybe cats or dogs or something like that,
but they're missed. Okay, they're cats and dogs. But the
West Coast north, I should say, the Pacific Northwest is
a little different story. Okay, you have cattle mutilizations and
things of this nature going on, animals disappearing, people disappearing.

(37:55):
Some people say that bigfoot can be carnivorous humans. Well,
that's a possibility too. I mean, we have human species
that prey upon one another, cannibalistic. Other people say to me, John,
how come we never find a big foot body? Well,
I come back and I say this, how many of
you ever found a dead bear in the woods. I've

(38:17):
never found a dead bear in the woods, and I
used to hunt. I've killed free bear in my life,
and probably almost one hundred deer in my life. But
I've never found a dead bear, carcass, or even bones
of a dead bear. Okay, well, let's just let's just
speculate for a second about that. We know that some

(38:38):
early civilization, early groups of humans or whatever, used to
do ritual cannibalism. Maybe they eat they're dead. I don't know.
Maybe they bury their dead. I know that people used
to believe that in Neanderthal man was a primitive savage creature.
We now know that they had religious rights. They buried
their dead. Okay, why not bigfoot. You've got a lot

(39:02):
of caves in this area. We have a lot of
abandoned mines in this area. There's an extensive cave system
under the whole United States. Okay, maybe they live underground.
We had a case in nineteen forty seven down close
to where I lived, where they didn't call it what
they called it a hairy man. Somebody saw, well, several
people saw this creature coming out of water. They suppose

(39:24):
in a river under an embankment. Maybe they dig under
the embankment. Sometimes like alligators do. Okay, they can live
just about anywhere. Now, these creatures can be seen in
the daytime or nighttime. I believe they're more arboreal, which
I mean they can do both. They have extreme vision, okay,

(39:47):
extreme hearing, extreme strength. They're almost inexhaustible, okay compared to
a human being. There's been photos taken and videos taken
of alleged Bigfoot climbing a mountain faster than you can imagine,
or moving fast. Okay, human beings couldn't keep up with them.
So when I go into the woods and I either

(40:07):
by myself or if I take other people, and I
don't like to take giant groups of people like you
see on these some of these shows on TV, well
they'll go in with a camera crew and they make noise.
They're talking the whole time. Look if you can hear
another human being in the woods, soakn Bigfoot. That's why
I look at what I do and what I plan

(40:27):
to do to help these people. I'm going up in
the mountains with here in a couple of weeks, I
go out what I do when I go on an investigation,
I go and I look in a game trail. Earlier
in the day. If I find a game trail that's
heavily worn, what I'll do is, I'll set up two
trail camps, one across from each other. I'll take my seat,
wear my gilly suit and sit down in that seat

(40:50):
and sit for hours and not make a sound or move,
and if something comes across, I got it. That's what
I do. I recommend any anybody that's listening to your
podcast right now that if you're going to go out
and be an investigator, silence is key. Be quiet, okay,
don't make it sound okay. And if you're in the

(41:12):
woods and all of a sudden it goes from them,
you're hearing birds chirp and other animals and it gets
real quiet. There's something in the woods with them. It's
making them quiet. Just listen, pay attention. But you're not
going to get this if you sit in your house
and you write a book about what you think Bigfoot
is or anything for that matter. You got to put
boots on the ground. And I give all the credit

(41:34):
in the world to those people like Dan and Less
and Bill and Mike Hartman and these kind of guys
that go out into the woods and they put their
lives on. You're literally putting your lives on the line
because it's not just big but you might be concerned about.
You might run into bears, you could run into wolves
or coyotes. You can run into anything or a crazy

(41:54):
human being in the woods. We have here in this
part of the state, the Appalachian Trail, which you know
there's a lot of people get killed on that trill, okay,
by other human being. So you've got to be careful
when you're in the woods. Use common sense techniques. Be quiet,
make sure you let people know when you go into
the woods what time to expect you back, and if
you're not back by that time, let them know your

(42:15):
approximate location if you can, okay, make sure take a whistle,
let people know where you're at, glow sticks something in
case you get hurt. This is what I do. Like
I said, I follow sound procedures. I can't guarantee you're
going to see a bigfoot. What I can say is
that if you follow these procedures, you have a better

(42:38):
chance of seeing a bigfoot instead of sitting in the
house and writing a book about it. And unfortunately, I
knew people back in the day that used to go
out in the woods, and they used to do actual
infield investigations and for one reason or another run my
age in fact, or younger than me. All they do
now is publish books to make money. Some years ago,

(43:01):
I actually went to this festival which I won't name,
and everybody up front. There was three or four guys
up there pumping books to an audience of about three
hundred people. That's all they were doing, and about other
people's experiences. That's great, that's wonderful, But they were pumping
books to make money. So at the end of their presentations,

(43:22):
they asked if anybody in there wanted to speak. Now,
I'm sitting in the front row, so I put my
hand up, of course, because I like to talk, and
they said, go ahead and talk. I talked for about
twenty five minutes or so, and when I got done speaking,
I got a standing ovation from everybody in there. Not
to brag, but because I put against common sense thing.

(43:43):
I talk about people, the things that people want to hear,
not about what they speculate or trying to buy somebody
else's books. And just so you know, I've been asked
to write books recently by some of my best friends
and even My wife wants me to write books before
I die, but I don't have the time for it
at this point. I do have files, extensive files, which

(44:06):
I will give to somebody that I trust to carry
on the work that I've already been on. There's an
old saying that we stand on the shoulders of giants. Okay, Well,
I stand on the soldiers, the shoulders of guys like
Grover Krantz, a man I deeply respect and never got
a chance to meet. Okay, Bob Gimlin, these guys, Okay,

(44:30):
I stand on their shoulders, and I hope somedays somebody
will stand on my shoulders and they'll look and they'll
do the same things that I've done and continue to
work and get the answers that I want and that
everybody wants. It's stems something like this. And for all
you people out there that are listening to this right now,
you experienceers, Okay, don't be afraid to come forward. I'll

(44:51):
give you. I'll if I'm allowed to do so. In
this podcast, I'll give you some groups I believe in
that will listen to what you have to say, including
Vic's podcast. Here. You know, I didn't get had this
first time much talk with VIC. I'm willing to come
back in the future and talk about other things as well.
I've been on number five thousand cases, by the way,
different kinds of cases, all kinds of stuff. But there

(45:14):
are groups that you can join that are legit. Mike
Hartman's Group in Ohio Okay, Dan ben Wads Group, ECBRO,
Brian king Sharp's Sasquatch Odyssey Okay. These are legitimate groups.
I recommend them highly so if you want to get
in there and listen to and have people actually help

(45:34):
you out in And just one other thing I want
to say about this. When anybody has an experience and
I go to do an investigation, the only thing I
could You know, everybody wants closures, some kind. The only
closure I can ever give somebody is this, I believe you.
That's it. Because they can't make a big foot appear,

(45:55):
and neither can I. But they want somebody to hear
what they have to say and to believe what they
have to say. And for all you hoaxers out there,
I got words for you. The words there is I'm
watching and if I find out you're hoaxing, guess what
or anybody in any of the groups I am find
out your hoax, and you're going to get put out

(46:15):
there real quick because you're hurting the genre. And for
the rest of you, they're writing books that have ever
set foot in the woods. I advise you to do
so so you know a little bit more about what
you're talking about. Get out there and put boots on
the ground.

Speaker 2 (46:30):
If anyone listening to tonight's show winds up having a
close encounter with the sasquatch sometime down the road, what
advice would you give them for how to handle that.

Speaker 1 (46:40):
Well, first of all, if most people don't carry cameras
and there was, they have their phones, though, So what
I would recommend is you have your phones fully charged,
first of all. And here's the problem. Even when people
do see sasquatch, they're so taken, they've never they're not
expecting to see it, right, So what do they do.
They're taken aback. By the time they react, sasqu watch
is gone. So it's going to be pretty tough to

(47:03):
get a photograph of these things. But what I would do,
if you encounter a sasquatch long enough try to get
a picture of it, Do not approach it. You don't
know what you're dealing with. Here, you're dealing with a creature.
It could rip you in half and not even think
about it. Okay, but try to call keep as calm

(47:23):
as you can. Try to get some pictures. If you
see footprints, tell somebody about it. The head can do
plaster cast to take footprints. Do not disturb the footprints, though.
Look around the footprints for hair samples. If you get
hair samples, you can put them in either a plastic
bag or they have other things you can use to
put them in where the DNA is not degraded, okay,

(47:47):
or damage to are contaminated. You're all going to be afraid.
I don't know anybody maybe other than myself. It's Dina
Sasquatch up close and personal that it's not going to
be afraid. Because here you are walking through the woods
and you see a creature between eight and ten feet tall,
all of a sudden in front of you. Maybe it
growls at you. It's scarce of you know. You might

(48:09):
wet yourself, okay for all I know, But don't try
not to be afraid. Do not make a move. If
you've got a weapon on you, do not shoot at it.
The only way I would I ever recommend you shoot
at a creature like that, is if it's coming at
you in a threatening manner, which I mean Keith Bard
running full speed at you. Okay, but do not shoot

(48:32):
at it. Okay. Be careful what you see in the
woods too. By the way, there are people out there
hunters out there with bow hunters, and they use gilly
suits or they use full camo gear, which I have both.
By the way, I'm not trying to get shot at
or anything of that nature. I don't want to end
up on my head on somebody's trophy wall. But just

(48:52):
be careful. But try and try to document, you know,
is when you calm down, try to document the area
you've seen it. Okay, write down everything you can remember
about it. The best thing you can do is try
to draw pictures as fast as you can before the
details go out of your mind. Okay. The date, the time,
and the place. You can contact myself or any of

(49:15):
these groups I just mentioned as well. You know, I
would not advise you to contact other groups that are
only in it to put you down or anything of
this nature. Mike Cook's another guy. He's down here in Kentucky.
He's a pretty good guy too. You can can contact
him as well, but there's a little some legitimate groups.

(49:37):
If you are able to get footprints in a picture, great, great, okay,
that would be wonderful and stuff, but don't try to
contaminate the area. If you find the tracks, look around
for hair samples. Do not disturb the area find them.
Your tracks can range anywhere from I don't know, thirteen
fourteen inches all the way up to twenty two inches
maybe longer. I just want to say this too, while

(50:01):
I'm matter, there's been people to claim Bigfoot's twenty feet tall.
I don't go for that at all. I don't believe
that for a second. I believe the maximum might be
between ten and twelve feet tops, which is large. Okay,
that's as large as the ancient cave bear ark totis. Okay.
So yeah, and I know a lot about paleontology and

(50:23):
anthropology and things of this nature. But anyhow, yeah, try
not to be too afraid. I mean, you're going to
be in awe. You're gonna be scared at first, but
you're going to be in awe what you saw, and
you're going to tell somebody, But you're going to be
afraid to. But there are people that will listen to
what you have to say, you know, and I'm one
of them, and I'll be more happy to talk to
you anytime, as long as it's not in the middle

(50:43):
of the night. Okay.

Speaker 2 (50:45):
Yeah, some people will do that too. Good idea to
put that out there.

Speaker 1 (50:50):
Yeah they have already.

Speaker 2 (50:52):
Yeah, I know what that's like. Do you base your
opinion on them being extraterrestrials on their ability to do
things like push over big mature trees, run so fast
and do so many of these other amazing things they do,
or something else.

Speaker 1 (51:08):
Well, let me just say this. I base it on
the fact that of the seven cases where people the
credible people have seen this, including one man was a
police officer, Okay, he has no reasonable lie. And I
mean when you go out as an investigator, you have
to be gaptical to a point, but open mind, okay.
And when you see somebody and you can see the

(51:29):
emotions rising in them, okay, and they're able to show
you and their story doesn't change, It stays the same
every time. Okay. They can show you the area, they
can tell you the time of day, that kind of stuff.
You got to kind of tend to believe what they're
saying as far as the extraterrestrial encounter, and I don't
subscribe to the interdimensional thing. I got a friend that

(51:51):
says they're in indimensional. All that's he's entitled to his opinion.
But he's never seen a bigfoot. Okay, I have Okay,
I don't believe they're in dimensional as far as with
their abilities. Well, look at it this way. A gorilla
can knock over a small tree, right. I remember when
I was a kid, I went up to Washington Fairgrounds
up here in Pennsylvania and I was up there and

(52:13):
I was in the band at the time, and that's
when they used to allow animals to fight humans. And
they had an orangutang was about five feet paul with
a seven foot armspan and had a round cage and
he had a muzzle on this thing because they have fangs.
And this marine got in there to fight this oranguting.
You get one hundred dollars if you lasted three minutes. Well,
he walked in. The first thing he did was punch

(52:33):
the orangutang in the face, and the orangutang ran up
the side of the cage with his feet reached down
and beat this guy half to death, so nobody else
went in. They took him out in an ambulance. It
was a marine about six two about two twenty. Anyhow,
if you walk further down, they had a six hundred
pound mountain gorilla sitting in the cage there. You know
these big truck tires. He was taking his truck tire,

(52:56):
bending it like I would bend a bottle cap back
and forth. And you've got one hundred dollars if you
last at one minute. Nobody try to get in the
cage with a gorilla. So if a gorilla can do it,
and other animals can do it, why not a bigfoot.
As far as it's speed, well you have the cheet
It can run seventy miles an hour. Doesn't mean it's
extra terrestrial, but it can run seventy miles an hour. Okay,

(53:18):
so I mean I can. Look. You're a product of
your environment, okay, look at okay, why do chimpanzees have
long arms? Let me ask you that. Well, i'll tell
you why. Well, first of all, they swing in trees
a lot, don't they. And they also climb trees to
avoid predators, don't they? Bigfoot has long arms too, so

(53:38):
wherever it's from, it's not the top predator. It can
climb trees. We have accounts of young Bigfoot especially climbing trees.
So if you have long arms, you want to climb
trees to get away from something. Chimpanzees have the strength
of seven men. Okay, So these are natural creatures we
know exist. Okay, so why not Bigfoot? And like I

(54:00):
started to say, you are a product of your environment.
What creature on Earth? Do you know that it has
green glowing eyes? That eyes glow all by themselves. I
believe that big Book can see in different spectrums. We
as human beings, only see in a very narrow spectrum. Okay,
these creatures can see in the night. We need night
vision goggles for that, we need infrared thermal imagers for that.

(54:23):
They don't okay. They exist in the environment. Every environment
on Earth. They live and they can live in the swamp,
they can live in in the snow, they can live
in the mountains. I mean, my god, these creatures so
highly adaptable. You know, they don't need technology. We as
human beings, we can live anywhere on Earth, but we
need technology. We can live at the South Pole, right

(54:44):
but we have to have technology that let us stay there.
They don't. These creatures live than the him Malayas. They
don't have technology, but they live there. They live in
deep forest and like I said, in swamps, they don't
have technology. I just don't know what to make of them.
I mean, the more answers I think I find, the

(55:06):
more questions. It's like going down in one rabbit hole going
into another one. I just don't know. And that's why
I call myself an explorer of the unknown, not an expert.
And as I said earlier to your viewers, there is
no such thing as experts. Anybody tells you when you
call them or talk to them and says they're an
expert in bigfoot or anything paranormal for that matter, are
lying to you and delusional and full of nonsense, because

(55:29):
there are no experts in these fields. We're all seekers
of the unknown, explorers of the unknown. And I send
a word of caution to your viewers too, to a
lot of these shows they put on TV. You can't
take a lot of these shows for face value. For instance,
one show I know of every noise they hear in
the wood is bigfoot related. Well, just so you know,

(55:52):
trees rub against each other and make noise. Not every
structure in the woods is made by a bigfoot. Trees
do fall down, and they fall in certain ways that
looks sort of like tepees too. It's not bigfoot, doesn't
mean it's bigfoot related. You have to use common sense, Okay,
simple as that do. I ascribe to the UFO connection

(56:15):
only because these creatures have been around for one thousands
of years. In my opinion, based on my research and
by Native American law and legend, they've been around a
long time, long before the rising of any real civilization
in this country or anywhere in the world for that matter. Okay,

(56:35):
and accounts from like the people live in Himalaya as
a sharp us. Okay, these people are not highly educated,
but they know about a bigfoot type creature they call yetti.
So I think these creatures were brought here millennia ago.
Now for what purpose, Well, again, I can only speculate.

(56:56):
Maybe they were brought here by the little gray aliens
which are and maybe at that time during the Paleolithic
era when we had megafloora megafaunnel like the saber toothed
lion and tiger, the giant dire wolf okay, the ad
Andrew sharkas okay, which is the biggest land predator at
the time. Maybe they were afraid to do that work

(57:18):
themselves on the ground, so they send Bigfoot, who are
big and powerful and can climb trees and are intelligent
to do their work for them. I don't know. I
just don't know. Again, these are all speculations, and I
won't sit down and write a book about that because
it's again it's speculations. I want answers, concrete answers, and
the only way I want to get is if I
go out in the woods. Now people say they want

(57:40):
to go out look for Bigfoot, and my question is this,
what do you do when you find him? Okay, well,
you're not going to capture him. You're not going to
last at them with a rope or throw a chain
on even bring him drag him back to civilization, because
they're just too powerful. I've often asked, and I put
it out there that I'm willing to go with if

(58:01):
some organization, some philanthropist has a lot of money and
they're willing to spend it for their interest in Bigfoot,
to fund an expedition for a year i'd go on it.
I take people that I trust with me, and experts
like doctor Meldrine, an real anthropologist, you know. Even even

(58:22):
what's the young ladies? The lady's name the gorilla expert.
Oh jeez, she says, that's a Diane Fosse. I'm sorry,
a little bit of a little. You know, I'm old,
and I sometimes I get a little for I have
some timers going on. Sometimes I remember, sometimes I don't.
But uh, even she says the possibility exists that they

(58:42):
are real, and she says that I take her word
over anybody. Okay, I'm not knocking to work with legitimate people.
But there's been so many sightings. Even if one percent
of these sightings are true, that means they exist. Correct,
they exist? What are they? I don't know, and nobody

(59:03):
really knows. Now. There's also speculation the governments recovered some
wounded or dead Sasquatch when they had the fires and
when Mount St. Helens erupted. I kind of believe that.
I know this sounds like a conspiracy theory, but I
kind of believe that. I got to tell you one
more thing now, I have a brother that worked late

(59:24):
at night till eleven o'clock at night and he was
driving down that same highway I told you where the
police officer saw bigfoot squatting alongside the road. He got
off working around eleven. He was traveling down this road
and he saw lights and police officers and there was
two cars that were crashed, both facing the same direction.

(59:44):
My brother pulled up and he asked the local police
chief who was there and what's going on. The police
chief says, I don't know. The state police won't let
us get close, and there's military police and army people here.
They were transporting what he said looked like about an
eight foot tall creature on a journey and putting in
the back of one of these deuce and a half trucks.

(01:00:05):
They were in charge of recovering whatever it was. I
guess these two cars hit this thing and just destroyed
the both cars on this highway, and that was only
a few hundred yards away from my ten foot tall one.
So why would the government get involved? What do they
know that we don't know? I mean, I could go
on and on and on. Maybe you'll have me back
on your show, because I have lot of stuff to

(01:00:27):
tell you about. But we were kind of living in time.

Speaker 2 (01:00:31):
Oh, I'd love to bring you back. That's music to
my ears. And I do have one more question for you.
I think I've got a pretty good bead on where
you stand on a lot of these points, but here's
one that I'm not too sure about. You said that
you don't think they're interdimensional, But do you think they
can mind speak with eyewitnesses?

Speaker 1 (01:00:49):
Yes, yes I do, And I'm gonna tell you something
about that. If they can do that, do you know
any other creature on the plan that can do that?
Any natural creature on none? Not one? Right That alone
should tell you all you need to know. I believe
that it could talk. I believe they have a rudimentary language.
I mean, the Native Americans said they could speak, and

(01:01:10):
these mind talk with them. So why not? Simple as that?
Why not? So yeah, I believe that you know, and
I think sometimes too, that these creatures can sense what
your your intentions are toward them. If you go into
the woods loaded for bear and you want to you
have a gun on your side, and you want to
you're excited, and you want to hunt one down, maybe

(01:01:32):
shoot at it or whatever, I think these creatures can
sense it and you won't see one. But I think
if you go in there with an open mind and
a clear mind and a clear heart, your chances are
better at seeing something than if you did it the
other way. I believe that, and I always go into
the woods like that. I don't go in with any
harm in my heart or anything, harm anything or anyone.

(01:01:55):
I go in here to get answers. If I see one, great,
I've seen them five times times, five times, okay, since
nineteen ninety one. Before that, I ever saw one because
I never looked for him, as simple as that. I
was into the UFO thing, okay, and all the ghosts
and all that. I have ghosts on my phone right now.
Ghost pictures I just took about well just before Christmas

(01:02:18):
at a castle and brownsold people and I wasn't even
on an investigation. Was a tour ou lot and other
people saw him too. But anyhow, I'll send you those
pictures if you want to see him. I also got
pictures of UFOs that Howard Over taught me was on
the ground. I have witnesses for that too, Okay. I
mean I got all kinds of stuff. I mean, I
just look, the more I learned, the less I know.

(01:02:43):
That's why I quit it. You know, I try to
be a student of everything. I don't know everything, but
every day I try to learn something new. Like I said,
I know a lot about anthropology and paleontology. You know.
Astronomy is my main hobby, just so you know, I
know what to look at in the night sky. I'm
a really good tracker. My dad was a police chief

(01:03:05):
where I was. He taught me his investigated tech. Deciced
to go with him to rest people for crying out
loud when I was young. So I took the things
he taught me on doing a proper investigation, and I
modified it to what I do now. And that's what
I like to teach people how to do it the
right way. Don't go in the woods making a lot
of noise expecting the seeing, and you're gonna see anything.

(01:03:26):
You're not gonna even see a deer. You don't want
to see a rabbit if you make enough noise, right,
you know. But these shows, like I said, they have
them on TV, they're every noise in the woods big Foot.
Every tree branch of breaks, a bigfoot made it. Every
structure or any three falls on the ground, a big
foot made it. No If we're only that easy. If
it were only that easy, I've had five encounters in

(01:03:49):
sixty years. That should tell you all, you know, all
you need to know. And the thing about that is
other people saw him before I did. They were on
site before I was even there. You know. My wife
saw the one going up to Cooper's Rock, West, Virginia
before I even saw it. So yeah, I mean, it's
just it's just crazy. Yeah, I don't believe. I don't

(01:04:10):
believe they use portals. I mean, I don't know. Maybe
they do, but I've never seen one, never seen a portal.
Until I do, I can say, well, I don't know
if I'll be open mind enough saying maybe it's a possibility. Okay. Anyhow,
So that's what I got to say for today.

Speaker 2 (01:04:26):
Well that's fair.

Speaker 3 (01:04:28):
That is fair.

Speaker 2 (01:04:29):
Before we get out of here, John, if anyone listening
wants to report a sighting for an encounter to you,
is there an email address that they could use to
do that?

Speaker 1 (01:04:39):
Yes, there is, and it's a pretty easy one too.
It's Alien A. L. I E. N eight six one
five two at gmail dot com. That's my birthday, by
the way, eight six fifty two. So I expect a
birthday card from you, Dick on my birthday.

Speaker 2 (01:04:59):
It's a the mail, all right.

Speaker 1 (01:05:01):
I appreciate that.

Speaker 2 (01:05:03):
You're a good in then. Well, thanks again so much
for coming on sharing all these experiences with us, John,
and of course you're always welcome to come back for
a part.

Speaker 1 (01:05:11):
Too, No problem, we can do that if you want.
After I come back from my investigation up on the
six and twenty seven, we can do one after that.

Speaker 2 (01:05:20):
Okay, sounds good, I'll be here.

Speaker 3 (01:05:22):
Just let me know, all.

Speaker 1 (01:05:24):
Right, buddy, Thank you, take care and thank you for
having me on, and thank you to all your listeners
as well well.

Speaker 2 (01:05:29):
Thank you so much for your time. Have a good night.

Speaker 3 (01:05:38):
That's it for another episode of Bigfoot Eyewitness Radio with
Vic Kundiff. If you've had a sasquatch encounter and would
like to be a guest on the show, please go
to Bigfoot Eyewitness dot com and submit a report. We'd
love to hear from you. Thanks for listening, Have a
great night.
