Well, look, for us, it was five fifteen am wake up,
time to go for a run. Yeah. Well not everyone.
My brother and sister copped it a little bit less.
My dad was a little bit softer with them, but yeah,
for me, it was but that's disciplined.

I mean, when you look back now at the time
it probably you probably would have thought it was the
worst thing ever. But the discipline that you have now
