Swatin with us this morning. Let's talk about flirting.

This is an interesting technique because really, I mean, there's
some game playing and he could suggest you're misleading the
one you're interested in, but the power of the mislead
could bring that one towards you.

I don't like the whole premise of this that women
in order to flirt need to ask for help and
that men like that. It's the whole damsel in distress thing,
which I am not here for.

And techniques there's so many different I think when someone
goes use this technique to pick that person up, because
it never it works for one person but not the
next exactly.

This is an interesting technique where you get close to
somebody you might be interested in, and then you share
with them that you're interested in somebody else.

What the idea is saying.

Speaker 1 (01:01):
Let's say it was you and I, Swanny, and I
was interested in you, not the bloody first time, and
then I then come up to you and I say,
you know, Chrissy, I really need your help, and you're thinking,
oh my god, this could be the moment. And then
I say, well, you see I've had feelings for Sally,
your friend for quite a while, and I just wanted you.

I wanted to ask what should I do? You know,
how should I approach this? So then you're like, oh
my god, but I thought he was with me.

Speaker 3 (01:31):
Are you saying that this is you flirting with me
by asking him?

Speaker 5 (01:35):
Yeah, because I'm triggering you to realize your feelings for me,
because that's when you go, oh, I don't like the
idea of him being interested in Sally, because I think
he was. I thought he was close to me.

Speaker 1 (01:49):
Oh, your body has gone there's love for him right now.

Speaker 3 (01:54):
Oh this is so interesting because if that happened and
it has my whole life, then I just take that
as you wanting me to help you with someone else.
I would never I am such a terrible nurse. I
don't know how to flirt, and I don't know when
people are flirting with me. And I'll give you a

really great example. I was at a function and there
was a guy there that I knew this is a
while ago, that I knew from previously, like a historical no,
not an explotaller. Anyway, he was like, Hey, it's great
to see you. Let's let's you know, it was a

noisy place. So he sort of pulled me into this
room where it was like a catering breakout room, you know,
for the function. I was like, yeah, great, it's so
good to see you. What have you been up to?
La la lap? Anyway, the mood changed, and you know,
apparently that's normal, the mood change, and he had decided

that he was going to make a move. But of
course I was absolutely unaware of what's going on because
I am not wired that way. So I'm talking to him,
you know, boring and probably talking about you know, my
discontinued Carmen's musedly and stuff. And then and then he
was sort of coming in a bit closer and what

and then he sort of closed the door, and I
say it, I still didn't realize what was going on.
And I said to him these words, what are you doing?
Are you going to do a magic trick? Because I
thought I thought that he was trick. He was sort

(03:45):
of making me look at his hands and faces, and
I thought, oh, clearly, what's going to happen here is
is a magic trick. So that is how I'm wired.

Speaker 4 (03:55):
So what you wanted to do? This this heer as
quick as you could. But did you think he was
going in for the kiss, Chrissy, or is he No?

Speaker 3 (04:05):
He was just I didn't know what was happening. And
my fault was absolutely not, oh, he is going to
kiss me. My default was he's going to do a
magic trick.

Speaker 1 (04:16):
You're not ten years old on the magicians turn up
and he's going to turn a balloon into.

A dog swanny. This is a man in a corner
