Speaker 1 (00:01):
Because it fits in with her with Katey.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
Podcast, the story about first kisses. I've seen a beauty
by the way. I'll add that in a minute, but
right now, let's talk about the two. They were on
a bit of a date, which is nice reckless. She
was twenty five, he's eighteen.

Speaker 3 (00:20):
Is that reckless?

Speaker 2 (00:21):
Well, what happened next was Kate, I don't have an
issue with the age difference. She's the older woman and
she has snapped herself cute man. They were driving at
the time when the eighteen year old boyfriend decided to
change the music. While doing so, she thought his attempt
to change the music as he leant into the center

(00:42):
was an invitation for the kiss. So while they're driving,
she leans over to give him a bit of a kiss.
They had not kissed before. I mean at least kind
of pulled the car over. I'd think if you read
the plane, you realized there was a moment on a deck,
indicate mirror's head check, and then pull over.

Speaker 4 (01:04):
But maybe that's putting a lot of pressure on the
first kiss. Maybe like a little smooch, like a like
an afterthought, like we're just so comfortable in each other's company.
We just happened to kiss and oh my goodness, it's happened,
and wow, it was amazing and natural.

Speaker 2 (01:17):
It certainly happened because the car went off the road
and then rolled lost control. The good news is they
are okay. But the car was found on its side,
as you'll see in these photos with the passengers still
kissing inside.

Speaker 5 (01:30):
No, they were perfect line leading up to the kiss too,
would be I think we should get out of first
gear if you know what I mean?

Speaker 4 (01:38):
Oh yeah, why don't we go smooth?

Speaker 2 (01:40):
Why don't we go off road? In this min's of issue?

Speaker 6 (01:42):
It's do you know what?

Speaker 5 (01:44):
I wonder if there was chemistry as the car was
rolling like it ended on.

Speaker 2 (01:50):
Top of her and thought, hang on a minute, would
really jumped into it here?

Speaker 5 (01:53):
Well, it's you know what, like first kisses are disaster stories.

Speaker 6 (01:57):
There ain't twenty fourteen get involved.

Speaker 5 (02:00):
Do you know what the big one was in our
era was spin the bottle was a big one for
first kisses, which was always hard because you well, you
had an audience and you didn't it.

Speaker 4 (02:10):
Well, it kicks the fun out of it, really, doesn't it.

Speaker 6 (02:12):
It did.

Speaker 4 (02:14):
Maybe it was the first version. We didn't have reality TV,
so it was a bit more of that voyeur is
the spin the bottle? Who are we going to watch you?
First time?

Speaker 2 (02:22):
It's you embarrassed?

Speaker 5 (02:24):
No, no, no, on my well that was in high school.
My second kiss was spin the bottle. First kiss was
Kate Ridley at the year seven graduation. But we they
put up two barriers and everyone who had a boyfriend,
who boyfriend girlfriend had to go in there and everyone
counted how long you could kiss for cool and I reckon.

(02:44):
I remember Steven Atkinson.

Speaker 6 (02:46):
Got at like a minute fifteen and I'm going, what
how First of all, how much saliva do you have?
That's I know.

Speaker 5 (02:53):
Well I only got to about twenty five seconds and
that was it. I was done And it was really disappointing. Everyone, mate,
you've just blown your chance. Kate Ridley will never be
coming back. Yeah, we went to different high schools and
it was done and dusted.

Speaker 6 (03:08):
Second was spin the bottle.

Speaker 2 (03:10):
Yeah, Tommy hates me telling this story, but I'm going
to go for it. I was at the pub one time.

Speaker 6 (03:15):
Graphic, isn't it?

Speaker 2 (03:16):
Yeah a little bit. I was at the pub and
everyone's having a great time, and there was a guy
and a girl there and they hadn't met before, but
they were getting on really well, and they'd had a
few drinks. It was sort of towards the end of
the night because I remember maybe the bar and had
even called last drinks and someone said let's have a shot.
So we went to the bar anyway, So we had
a shot at tequila, I think because it was lemon

(03:37):
and salt, you know that. And they were flirting because
I think he licked the lemon off her hand of
the salt off her hand, and then they he went
in for the kiss. The kiss lasted probably one second
before she vomited.

Speaker 6 (03:49):
In his mouth. Was that first kiss?

Speaker 2 (03:52):
Yep? First kiss? And they then pulled apart in the
vomit and went down the front of the two of them.

Speaker 4 (03:56):
Oh, I did it hit her stomach and comes straight
back up or something.

Speaker 2 (03:59):
Then I was the only one that saw the two
of them as he looked at me realized I'd witnessed it,
and they went off to the bathroom to get cleaned up,
and he just looked at me and said, don't tell anyone. Oh,
I mean we're on air now. I suppose his wish.

Speaker 6 (04:15):
Just Kate, give us a name. Who was your first kiss?
Give us a name. Come on, don't make.

Speaker 2 (04:21):
It out crazy.

Speaker 6 (04:22):
He's not going to ring in the sharks, Milko, can't
I have an imaginary friend. You are better than this.
You're better than this.

Speaker 4 (04:31):
I don't think I have a name. Maybe I'll try
and think of one.

Speaker 2 (04:34):
You're talking about. I'll try to think of one. There
only is one.

Speaker 6 (04:37):
Tell us the story behind it next as well, if
you can. Karen and d why you had a first kiss? Fail?

Speaker 7 (04:44):
Oh? Absolutely. It was my twelfth birthday and we were
playing in the bottle yep, and my youngest sister, who
was only two at the time, picked the bottle up,
an old coast bottle glass and hit my boyfriend over
the head with.

Speaker 1 (05:02):
Crack him open and knocked him out.

Speaker 2 (05:07):
Wow.

Speaker 6 (05:08):
And then you kissed him, which was a bit weird.

Speaker 7 (05:11):
He doesn't remember, very weird.

Speaker 6 (05:15):
I don't believe you're trying to do that. That is
so good. She's like, stay away from my sister, Tyler.
And you said I was your first kiss disaster.

Speaker 1 (05:25):
It was pretty bad. It was I wasn't too bad.
It was a fun experience, but it freaked me out.
So it was my year twelve after party, I was
on the desk floor, and I was hit drunk, you know.
Year twelve, after party things, a girl came up and
just grabbed me by the face started kissing me.

Speaker 7 (05:43):
You know.

Speaker 1 (05:43):
It freaked me out. And then a couple of minutes
later another girl came up and did the same thing. Yeah,
so I caught My mom picked me up because I
was a feeling well, I went home. I vomited. A
week later, I got gangular.

Speaker 2 (05:54):
Fever kissing disease.

Speaker 4 (05:57):
See that's what kissing will do.

Speaker 2 (05:59):
You were used, weren't you, Tyler? You were used for
as a piece of meat because you were such a
great catch.

Speaker 4 (06:05):
Well, maybe they knew it was your first kiss, and
a couple of the girls said, you know what, well
let's be.

Speaker 6 (06:11):
Let's get in there. What a roller coaster? Would I mean?

Speaker 5 (06:15):
Do you regret getting glandular favor or you still you
were still up for those two kisses.

Speaker 6 (06:19):
Tyler, you wouldn't change a thing.

Speaker 1 (06:22):
Look, I wouldn't change it. It was funny experience. But
I don't know how they knew it would have been
my first kiss unless someone.

Speaker 6 (06:28):
Told them that.

Speaker 4 (06:29):
You were telling everyone on the night, how's the kissing
Korea been since then?

Speaker 6 (06:36):
Yes, Yeah, that's Okay.

Speaker 4 (06:39):
Take it slow.

Speaker 6 (06:42):
He could be in the running for the singles party.

Speaker 2 (06:46):
This Chris, this kiss?

Speaker 6 (06:48):
Have we got Brianna on the Central Cases?

Speaker 2 (06:50):
Brianna then unstoppable? Well do you know what? Oka?

Speaker 4 (06:55):
Well, Brianna is there? Good morning Brianna Money. You're going
to do in a friend?

Speaker 7 (07:01):
Sorry?

Speaker 4 (07:02):
Are you going to do in a friend?

Speaker 8 (07:04):
No?

Speaker 7 (07:05):
So I'm Big Tony's missus. So I did hear a
little shout out?

Speaker 6 (07:16):
I see that's man.

Speaker 5 (07:17):
Fell in love through traffic dating Brianna, And you've got
a little beautiful child. Now, Orlando, can you tell us
about the first kiss with Big Tony? How did that
go down?

Speaker 7 (07:27):
Well, he is quite tall, I'm quite short, so it
was a bit of a lay is he coming in
for a kiss?

Speaker 6 (07:35):
But it was the best kiss of my life. Oh,
here's the little baby.

Speaker 4 (07:42):
You guys sound like you really like each other and
you're in love.

Speaker 2 (07:45):
This is such a good story, Branni. We love celebrating you.
Thank you for calling the show, and we want to
welcome you to our singles party as well. You and
Big Tony need to be there. But Brian to stay
on the line because Kate's going to give you the
story about her first kiss.

Speaker 4 (07:59):
I think it was the bottle experience. No, No, The
thing with me is I don't know this. This is
gonna get really heavy.

Speaker 6 (08:11):
Everybody remembers their first kiss.

Speaker 4 (08:13):
No they don't, because I've had some strange, like messed
up parallel childhood. And I'm not joking. Sometimes I don't
know if things I did were what I did or
what Sally did? And are you not joking?

Speaker 6 (08:32):
Are you well? Actually?

Speaker 5 (08:33):
Can I ask this question? Was I was on on air?
Was that your first kiss on air?

Speaker 4 (08:40):
I don't know. Different, But what I know is that
I went to a party when I was in year
six at Tamara Wolzac's house and she was like cool,
way cooler than I could ever be. And I think
we played spin the bottle or something, and I'm sure
I kissed a boy called David High David. But then

(09:01):
I see photos of Sally in a hippie outfit kissing
some boy called Troy, while Pepper and Michael appeared in
the kitchen window of the Summer Bay House and they
were mortified that little Sally was having a kiss.

Speaker 6 (09:15):
And I don't know which one's real.

Speaker 4 (09:19):
I know which one's Sally and which one's Kate. But
I don't know which one happened when, or whether my
real life experience I've made up in my head to
make myself feel better.

Speaker 5 (09:33):
It's an interesting question, though, that when they're asked in
the scripts, when it says that you need to kiss
someone at that young age, I mean obviously that have to.

Speaker 4 (09:42):
Get permission, no approval in their No. Not in the
old days. I mean, anyone could do anything. I know now,
when you work on a television show, you've actually even
got to fill out insurance forms around like whether you
get cold saws or whether you have to do certain things,
and then they have someone on set monitoring all this stuff.
Back then, back then, it was just like I don't

(10:05):
think anyone even asked me whether I'd had a first
kiss or not. It was just like, hey, today, we're
going to talk about you getting boobs and wearing your
first bra, and then maybe tomorrow we'll have your first kiss,
and we're not going to ask whether you've had your
first kiss or not. I guess we're just going to
put you up there with someone you haven't met. But
I probably had had my first kiss before Sally did,
because I'm sure they probably asked all around the country

(10:25):
for someone to kiss me, and I just couldn't find
anyone that This.

Speaker 2 (10:30):
Is a serious question.

Speaker 4 (10:31):
Did you call me Kat?

Speaker 2 (10:32):
Sorry about that, Cato, This is a serious question. Do
you use tongue when you kiss on camera? Because I
minder saying is you don't. But then I kind of
feel like the tongue action is the selling point to
make a kiss look believable.

Speaker 5 (10:49):
You don't see the tongue, you see the camera, but
the tongue guides the rhythm of the kiss.

Speaker 6 (10:55):
Oh my god, doesn't it?

Speaker 4 (10:57):
If you were just O, well, I think for you
you need a stunt double if you did kissing scenes
with a tongue like that, because it's to be it's massive.
But I do think Moon.

Speaker 2 (11:07):
Could you answer the question.

Speaker 3 (11:08):
No, you don't.

Speaker 6 (11:09):
You don't need to.

Speaker 4 (11:09):
You don't need to use tongue in summer Bay? No,
well I don't think you do. I mean I never
offered it up.

Speaker 2 (11:15):
That's what makes you a great a great actress, actor, actor,
doesn't matter whether you're a boy or a girl. Are
you an actor and you're great at it? And that's
why this country celebrated you for so long with two
gold logis.

Speaker 6 (11:29):
It fits in with her Bridgie podcast.

Speaker 2 (11:32):
A very very exciting guest joins us, good morning, It's.

Speaker 4 (11:39):
So nice to see your face, David co Do you
want to us.

Speaker 3 (11:42):
It's nice to see UK. You're very special to me
because we had a we had some time together. Did
we on a g T?

Speaker 6 (11:49):
We did?

Speaker 7 (11:49):
We did?

Speaker 4 (11:50):
We were. I had my fingers crossed that I would
be seated beside David when they work out the seating
arrangements for a g T where you sat on the
kind of the far right camera side? Is that a
special spot?

Speaker 6 (12:06):
Like do you have to put your politics are far right?

Speaker 3 (12:10):
They put you far right?

Speaker 2 (12:14):
Did you request to be as far away from Shane
Jacobson as possible?

Speaker 6 (12:17):
Did you?

Speaker 7 (12:23):
Okay?

Speaker 6 (12:24):
We got each other quite a lot.

Speaker 3 (12:25):
And just to say, Jim sends his.

Speaker 4 (12:27):
Love, thank you very much, Jim. No one, Okay, David,
do you know what?

Speaker 6 (12:36):
Oka?

Speaker 7 (12:37):
No?

Speaker 6 (12:37):
Do you know what?

Speaker 5 (12:37):
You think?

Speaker 4 (12:38):
You're so clever right now, David Walliams. But I was
there are so many things I could be saying about
you right now, and I thought, oh no, don't say
it on the radio. But you have opened a cannon?

Speaker 6 (12:51):
Was jimmy contestant?

Speaker 2 (12:52):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (12:55):
No, Jim and Jim is from a past life. We
both know.

Speaker 6 (13:00):
It was kind of the love.

Speaker 3 (13:01):
Of her life.

Speaker 2 (13:03):
Oh my god, we've never heard about Jim and.

Speaker 8 (13:05):
I suppose to him and what did he say? He
said he didn't remember you, So home and away.

Speaker 6 (13:15):
Wasn't he?

Speaker 7 (13:16):
No?

Speaker 6 (13:16):
He was he Let's move on from Jim.

Speaker 4 (13:20):
Oh my goodness, David. I was hoping that the next
time you were going to be in Australia we would
be alongside each other on the desk, sharing stories and
talking fashion.

Speaker 3 (13:29):
Well that we seem to have killed that show off
cap because it's not come back since.

Speaker 2 (13:34):
Have you had any conversations about Australia's Got Talent returning?

Speaker 3 (13:38):
No, it's all gone very very quiet. But I have
been asked to do Tasmania's Got Talent the show series
just the last five minutes.

Speaker 4 (13:51):
Slightly smaller pool, I think, yeah.

Speaker 3 (13:54):
Slightly different, sort of smaller genes.

Speaker 6 (14:02):
I guess he's not coming back, but there you go.
What can we expect with an audience with David Williams?
What what is it? Just a comedy show? Can we
ask a question show?

Speaker 7 (14:12):
So?

Speaker 3 (14:12):
I think it will be spontaneous in places of fun,
but obviously there's stories I really want to tell there's
clips I want to show people they've never been seen before,
and but I just want people to come away after
two hours of having had a really great nights entertainment.

Speaker 4 (14:30):
Actually, I've got a question for you, and I've never
asked this of you before. With your name Walliams, was
it always Walliams or did you change the eye to
an aid is to annoy everyone and have a point
of difference?

Speaker 2 (14:42):
Good question.

Speaker 6 (14:45):
Yeah, I just made it up.

Speaker 3 (14:46):
Basically. It's a boring story. But if you join the Actors'
Union equity in the UK, you have to have a
unique name. It's so say, for example, I was also
called Ian McKellen would be getting all his check you know,
like royalty checks and stuff, and so you have to
have one name. So stupidly I thought it was funny

(15:06):
to call myself David Walliams. And I had no idea
that I would see that stupid name on like books
and all that kind of stuff. So I'm sorry, but it.

Speaker 6 (15:15):
Means I'm unique. David.

Speaker 5 (15:17):
Can you come into the studio and Septimer, can you
come and say a lot to us and give us
a hunt?

Speaker 1 (15:20):
Yeah, me and.

Speaker 6 (15:21):
Jim are coming over.

Speaker 3 (15:24):
Yeah, I'm going to bring you.

Speaker 2 (15:27):
So is Jim is Jim the same as Milcot? Is
he imaginary character from Home?

Speaker 6 (15:31):
And Jim Jeffrey if.

Speaker 3 (15:35):
Someone who basically is twice the age and twice the
weight of Jim Jeffrey.

Speaker 2 (15:46):
I'm enjoying every bit of this load.

Speaker 6 (15:47):
Would we love you, David, We would love to see
you in the studio and I.

Speaker 3 (15:50):
Will definitely come into the studio and I will work
out all your romantic problem right.

Speaker 7 (16:02):
At day Guys with a with Kate Whichie podcast.

Speaker 4 (16:07):
This is a dating disaster. Okay, this guy he during COVID.
He was a little bit bored, so he opened up
a you know, not fit for work on Twitter account
and he just thought, look, this is harmless. Everybody's looking
for entertainment in all of these interesting places. I'm going

(16:30):
to get I'm going to open up an account. And
he was added to this group chat. So there's about
a dozen people fun. I didn't think the story was
going to go here, but I've just read he said
that all they would do the group chat was basically
just a place where we all sent nudes back and
forth and asked each other for opinions, et cetera. It

(16:53):
was pretty fun. To be honest, and I can't lie.
Having a basically anonymous group of people praising your body
daily is pretty nice.

Speaker 2 (17:00):
You're saying, no heads included, No, you just show you
just take photos of your body.

Speaker 6 (17:06):
Yeah, very bad idea.

Speaker 2 (17:08):
And then send it through and go, hey, how are
you ranking this this morning?

Speaker 4 (17:12):
Yeah, it was that kind of thing. So they didn't
really they didn't. They didn't know each other, but then
they kind of really knew each other.

Speaker 6 (17:19):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (17:20):
Anyway, he started chatting that one of the girls on
the group was her name was Bella, and he took
us chining to her, and so out of the twelve,
he would chat to her more regularly in the mood, Well,
I would imagine, so as far as as far as
the yeah, as far as photos go, then really graphic. Yes. Anyway,

(17:42):
so they kind of back and forth, you know, not
a lot of not a lot of contact during COVID.
This kind of went on for two years, and he
was saying that he felt as though he fell in
love with this person.

Speaker 2 (17:56):
That's quite cute.

Speaker 4 (17:58):
Yeah, exactly, it's really really cute. Anyway, what happens is
it all starts to come together when his dad decides
to plan a family holiday and the family holidays to
like Niagara Falls, right, this is this is stories out
of the US. And he says to this Bella or
this person, I'm not going to have a lot of service.

(18:21):
I'm going to be going away for the weekend. And
Bella says, oh my goodness, snap, I'm going away for
the weekend. And I don't think my family has said that.
There's not going to be a lot of service either.
They go away right, and over the course of the weekend,
from things that they are telling each other about the weekend,

(18:43):
he realizes that the person he's been sending photos back
and forth to is his sister, who is on holidays with.
Does that make you're not listening?

Speaker 2 (18:56):
I get it. For two years plus us he's been
looking at nudes of his sister.

Speaker 5 (19:04):
Yeah, so no one they're all anonymous.

Speaker 6 (19:08):
No one knows who each other is.

Speaker 5 (19:10):
But he falls in love with an anonymous person unless
his sister.

Speaker 4 (19:14):
Well, it's COVID, it's COVID. And then finally you can
get back together. They get back together as a family.
I mean, look, I think, and you correct me if
I'm wrong. I saw a nude photo of anyone in
my family I'd go, well, that's dad.

Speaker 6 (19:31):
Yeah, I.

Speaker 5 (19:34):
Agree.

Speaker 4 (19:35):
You say her name, mate?

Speaker 6 (19:36):
You remember you remember family members? You do? Don't you
reckon that?

Speaker 4 (19:40):
You think that this bloke would know Bella his sister,
even if it wasn't the name, even if her name
was Amanda.

Speaker 2 (19:45):
If you accidentally received a photo FITZI of your sister
Holly and you didn't know where it came from, you
would look at that and go, h it's the old sis.
She's grown up a bit.

Speaker 6 (19:56):
I would have a pretty good idea. And my mom
and your mum had had a big good idea as well.

Speaker 1 (20:03):
That would be clear.

Speaker 5 (20:04):
That would Christine, you love you, Give me a lineup
