That was interesting. If you're sitting down for too long,
your brain's going to shrink. That's where I want to
get to today. There's a study that's come out saying
that if you sit for far too long, and they've
done this study at a university in the US, that
your brain actually starts to shrink.

Over the age of forty five years old, they tracked
people for seven years to work out whether their brain
shrunk compared to those who were more active. And yes,
if you sit and do nothing, your brain will shrink.

See, we're a little bit worried about Met Fitzgerald. Dad's
got a lot of I mean, he's body stuffed from
footy and stuff like that. But he's he's now he's
not making the effort to get out of the house, whip.

Well, mum's actually just been dragging and dragging him out
of the house just to get him going. But that
someone's mentioned to me the other day, which I found
quite sad. But when old people decide that they don't
want to get out and walk anymore, that's when they're
slowly starting to decide it's time for me to go well,
because they don't want to leave the house. They're basically

And as your parents get older, you watch for these signs,
don't you. Fits even when you're on the phone with
your old man or mum and you hear them repeat something,
I'll tell you something and they told you yesterday and
they go, oh god, is that brain failure?

Or you left the car He left the car on
in the driveway for three hours the other day. He
thought he turned it off. Mom came home and her
car it's like, oh my.

And then he's upstairs watching Fox Sports and Mom's like,

The other hard part is when they get older but
they don't realize they're getting older and don't want to
admit to it fits Big Johnny Whipfley, doing a small
renovation on his bathroom, bought a new toilet from Reese Plumbing. Anyway,
he said he didn't need it delivered, just get someone
to pop it in the back of the car. So
he thought he, at the age of seventy seven, could
carry the toilet bowl, a brand new porcelain toilet bowl,

He smashed the toilet bowl. He dropped it.

Speaker 3 (02:21):
Ah, John not toilet Bi.

Smashed, completely destroyed the toilet bowl hadn't even had a
big night out.

Speaker 3 (02:30):
Well, I don't think you picked it up this morning, Tom,
but cubicle three is absolutely a night loud.

Speaker 2 (02:35):
Must apologize a couple of the cleaners of quit. If
you need a new toilet, Johnny Whimpley can install one
for you, Tom, don't worry about that. They'll smash any
bowl nearby. He ain't afraid of it. Let's play. I
did not think when we started that break we would
end up on John's toilet's habit or not, I'm not
gonna be up. You wouldn't want to sit on it.
