Speaker 1 (00:00):
This is the Fitting in with Her with Cake Richie podcast.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
Guys, I want to talk about the foods that change
your body odor. We know about asparagus. Yeah, now asparagus.
It's unbelievable how strong that a rhema is, when when
it comes out of your body, how quickly it happens.

Speaker 1 (00:19):
When you had a team dinner in Adelaide not long ago,
do you remember that? And Ash went to the bathroom
and then I was next in line, and I went
and went, Oh, my god, asparagus party.

Speaker 2 (00:30):
That is unfair.

Speaker 1 (00:33):
I mean, I just didn't realize how No, it wasn't
I mean, it wasn't Ashes fight, it wasn't my fault.
It was just what as should eating? And then my god,
I assumed you'd eat on the floor. It was.

Speaker 2 (00:50):
Ash is so embarrassed. Cannot believe it, especially when she
did that down the side of the restaurants.

Speaker 1 (00:59):
You're supposed to keep and then when you got to go,
what a weird car park wearing.

Speaker 2 (01:05):
I didn't know this, but steak, if you eat a
lot of red meat, that could impact the smell of
your sweat and it's not a very nice actually they
Macquarie University did a study on this. They studied forty
three male participants and they washed only using water before
putting on cotton t shirts. Now, what they did they

(01:25):
gave them different diets. They kept the shirts on for
forty eight hours, and they included one hour of exercise
in their wet to get those sweat glands fighter. So
the result was the people that were eating fruit and
veggie were significantly associated with more a more pleasant smelling sweat.

(01:46):
So it was more floral, fruity sweety.

Speaker 1 (01:49):
Makes sense.

Speaker 2 (01:50):
Those who had eaten fat, meat, egg and tofu also
fared favorably.

Speaker 1 (01:55):
I thought they might have smelled like a farm yard.

Speaker 2 (01:57):
That smelled really nice as well pleasant sweat. The one
that was the worst was the carb intake. So it
was the guys that were reading pasta and rice they
had a stronger smelling, less pleasant sweat. Right. Do you
know what the reason why I bring this up as
well because actually Chapel Roan, who is one of our
biggest stars in the world at the moment, she recently

(02:21):
spoke about how she no, well she took something to
smell differently. I have her listened to this.

Speaker 3 (02:31):
One time there was like this girl who was like, oh,
if you take these like herbs you'll sell you smell
like maple syrup, like like you'll like taste good, you
know what I mean. Yeah, you little taste like maple syrup.
And I was like, oh okay, and so like like
the girl literally smelled her armpits and she was like,

(02:52):
I smell like maple syrup.

Speaker 1 (02:53):
Right.

Speaker 3 (02:54):
So I started like taking it and like literally within
like four days, like my arms like maple syrup.

Speaker 1 (03:01):
But not just maeple strup.

Speaker 2 (03:02):
It worked, Yeah, it worked, Okay, So I did some research.
It's called finner Greek. Finner Greek, it is the primary
herb known for its maple syrup a roma. So if
you eat enough of it, it actually comes out through
your sweat glands and you smell like maple spirit syrup. Wow.

Speaker 1 (03:22):
So you could, like, if Lisa's doing pancakes with the
kids in the morning, I could go for a run
and then just wring out the under arms of my
T shirt over the pancakes and you got yourself a
ready made brecky with your maple.

Speaker 2 (03:35):
It's not it's it is a nice smell. Oh my god,
it is a nice smell.

Speaker 1 (03:40):
I had no idea about that.

Speaker 2 (03:42):
Finner Greek Finna Greek. It's called.

Speaker 1 (03:47):
If anybody is listening to this show right now and
they go in search of that to make them underarms
smell like maple syrup, I'll be blown away.

Speaker 2 (03:54):
What if it were for Chapel Rohwn. Four days later,
she's smelling like maple syrup. Extraordinary sorce In Whipper with
