Speaker 1 (00:00):
This is the fitting in Whip Her with Kate Richie podcast,
What is your.

Speaker 2 (00:04):
Lock screen image and what does that say about you?

Speaker 3 (00:08):
Now?

Speaker 2 (00:08):
This is the reason why we're talking about this is
because recently Tyler Swift and Travis Kelsey was seen at
a cocktail bar and they took a photo of themselves
in love and you could see Travis Kelcey's.

Speaker 3 (00:21):
Lock screen image and it was a beautiful shot of
those two together. I mean, what was hers?

Speaker 4 (00:27):
I would have liked to have known what hers was?

Speaker 2 (00:30):
Well, you'd hope, you hope and pray, but Travis's on
hers as well.

Speaker 5 (00:34):
Now I'd be a font of her holding like twenty
Grammys well.

Speaker 2 (00:39):
Clinical psychologists and author doctor Rebecca Ray says that our
selection of lock screen image, the image that appears on startup,
can reveal a lot about personality.

Speaker 3 (00:48):
And what we value in life.

Speaker 2 (00:50):
We usually choose images we connect with emotionally, so your
lock screen can reflect what you value, or your love,
what grounds you, or even what your work with. So
a lot of people will put up a photo of
their partner, or their children or their family. Some people
put up celebrities or fictional characters that can bring joy

(01:12):
and creativity while quotes are a big motivational purpose as well,
A lot of people have.

Speaker 3 (01:17):
Quotes thirteen twenty fourteen.

Speaker 2 (01:19):
What do you have on your lock screen that is
a little bit different to everybody else.

Speaker 5 (01:24):
One of the most frustrating things that I have with
my phone is when my children get hold of it
and they decide to turn my lock screen into a
photo of a Pooh. That's a bit of a game
that gets played. So I'll then go and pick up
my phone. I'll always because it's face down. Then I'll
turn it around and there's a good shot and turn
on my phone.

Speaker 6 (01:42):
Oh Graham a sixty four year old Graham win He said,
my lock screen image is my beloved Jack Russell Meeker,
who died eight een months ago.

Speaker 3 (01:53):
I mean something like that means, But doesn't that make
you sad? Every time you turn your phone on or
you look at your phone?

Speaker 4 (01:59):
You got to remember the good times.

Speaker 5 (02:01):
What you've got the Adelaide crows mate, or you got
got the cockle divers.

Speaker 3 (02:06):
Or no, I got a photo of the boys.

Speaker 2 (02:11):
You've got a photo of the boys and it just
sums up their personalities, right.

Speaker 3 (02:15):
I can't I can't actually get it at the moment.

Speaker 2 (02:19):
Lenny's listening to rain sounds and nature sounds while he
sleeps at home, and for some reason it comes up
on my phone.

Speaker 3 (02:26):
So it's a photo of the two boys in the show.

Speaker 2 (02:30):
Lenny's trying to make your laugh in the photo and
Hugh he's looking at him with disgust, and it sums
up the relationship between my two boys.

Speaker 4 (02:39):
Tommy, what do you got what do you ride with?
In your list?

Speaker 3 (02:41):
It's a little bit embarrassing, but it's a photo of me.

Speaker 4 (02:46):
Where are you at?

Speaker 2 (02:47):
I'm in the office and we were having a brainstorm
and someone took a photo and I'm running on the
couch at work and.

Speaker 4 (02:53):
You've chosen to keep a photo of yourself.

Speaker 3 (02:55):
Yeah, weird, Tommy.

Speaker 2 (02:58):
You're very similar to Donald Trump, who has a photo
of himself pointing out the screen. You're a narcissist. Let's
go to Sue in Blacktown. What's your lock screen?

Speaker 1 (03:09):
So I have a beautiful picture of a waterfall with
trees that I took in New Zealand.

Speaker 4 (03:15):
Well, wow, and it reminds you of that holiday, does it, Sue?

Speaker 1 (03:19):
It was for my fift years, so it definitely does.

Speaker 3 (03:23):
It means, and it means so much more to you
than your husband. Obviously, Sue, I don't have a husband.

Speaker 4 (03:30):
A waterfall is a lot better than husband. As I've
always said.

Speaker 1 (03:33):
Sue, I should possibly have my son. But you know,
I find peace in trees and.

Speaker 4 (03:38):
Water, don't go chasing them. So all right, Dean mascot,
what you got? What's your hobby got?

Speaker 1 (03:45):
My husband's got the crow on his cook screen?

Speaker 3 (03:48):
The Crow? Why the Crow? D?

Speaker 1 (03:51):
From the movie The Crow?

Speaker 2 (03:52):
He likes it?

Speaker 5 (03:55):
Right?

Speaker 4 (03:56):
How many times has he seen the movie The Crow?

Speaker 1 (03:59):
I don't know, probably seen there like hundreds of time.

Speaker 3 (04:02):
Is it? Is it weird?

Speaker 2 (04:04):
Is it wed D that he doesn't have you on
his lock screen and he has a crow?

Speaker 1 (04:09):
I know, I don't know. I've got the picture of
my kids both.

Speaker 2 (04:13):
Yeah, all right, let's go to Joe Lanio and picked in.

Speaker 3 (04:16):
Who's on your lockscreen? Jolie?

Speaker 1 (04:18):
I actually have Taylor System my loss.

Speaker 4 (04:21):
Oh yeah, is that a form of inspiration, do you think, Jolie?

Speaker 1 (04:25):
Yes, I've loved it for about seventeen eighteen years, so yeah,
come on, I.

Speaker 4 (04:30):
Mean, do you have a favorite movie?

Speaker 3 (04:31):
Is a Gladiator?

Speaker 4 (04:32):
You could put Russell Crowe on your screen or anything
like that? What do you, what do you have with
You have a feature.

Speaker 5 (04:37):
Of Francesca, who's my third child. She's quite young there,
and I think she looks so soft and gentle.

Speaker 4 (04:46):
It reminds me when she was a good child.

Speaker 3 (04:49):
Right.

Speaker 2 (04:50):
Did the other boys question why they're not on your lockscreen?

Speaker 5 (04:53):
Maybe that's why it keeps getting turned into a picture
of a pooh?

Speaker 4 (04:56):
Mary in Pendall Hill, Hello, Mary, Hi, you got bad.

Speaker 1 (05:01):
I've got a picture of stone Cold Steve Austin on
my phone.

Speaker 3 (05:05):
Oh Steve was Mary?

Speaker 2 (05:08):
Why a picture of one of the greatest wrestlers of
all time?

Speaker 1 (05:13):
Because he's my favorite wrestler ever and I know my
son Austin him.

Speaker 4 (05:19):
Mary, So you grew up really into wrestling, did you?

Speaker 1 (05:22):
I am still into wrestling.

Speaker 4 (05:25):
You realize we're live on the radio. Don't you married?

Speaker 3 (05:28):
Mary? Have you ever met stone Cold?

Speaker 1 (05:31):
No?

Speaker 4 (05:32):
And Mary? Your real name's Mary?

Speaker 1 (05:35):

Speaker 3 (05:41):

Hulk passed away?

Speaker 2 (05:44):

Speaker 1 (05:44):
Well that was a bit sad, but yeah yeah.

Speaker 2 (05:48):
