had to do something. Thirty six months isn't just a
social media delay. It's a window of opportunity to be
more deliberate about healthy team development, just like our government
was when they restructured the cabinet and connected the communicationsfolio
with the Sports portfolio. Under Minister Annika Wells off their

devices and onto the playing fields. The PM said, if
TikTok and snapchat with the old playing field, the task
before us now is to define and build the new playfield.
