This episode of Haunted AF has encounters with a ghost on a Big Wheel, a succubus that leaves bruises and EVPs from the most haunted house in Texas. We also meet a woman who takes daily walks with her pets that have passed (according to the tiny psychic she met along the way). We're also planning the first ever Haunted AF cruise so let us know if you want to come! Remember to find more exclusive content at Patreon.com/HauntedAF and to check the companion blog at HauntedAF.com to find the pictures and videos we talk about. And keep sending those scary stories to hauntedafpodcast@gmail.com so we can use them on the next Haunted AF!

Speaker 1 (00:00):
I have got some ghost stories for you.

Speaker 2 (00:04):
I'm hearing these voices, but there's nobody else around.

Speaker 3 (00:07):
I don't like the skeleton man. He's so mean to
me and he bites me at night.

Speaker 1 (00:12):
And suddenly this stool, completely of his own volition, slid
good to maybe three feet out into the center of
the bar. He walks towards the ocean and he gets
through the water. He just disappeared. I feel someone run
their hand under my but cheek, just sliding under my butt.

Speaker 3 (00:33):
So that is my ghost story.

Speaker 4 (00:38):
Hi, and welcome to hanad As the podcast The real
ghost Story is told by real people.

Speaker 1 (00:41):
We are your hosts. I'm Julie Fish and im Rebecca Black.

Speaker 4 (00:44):
So coming up, we've got a beautiful dead pet slash
creepy kids story, kind of an all in one situation.

Speaker 3 (00:50):
Yeah, I like it.

Speaker 4 (00:51):
We're also going to help a listener figure out if
he has a creepy dream to analyze or if he
just got it on with a succubus. And we're heading
back to the hill House in inneral Wells for a
story that might end up haunting all of us.

Speaker 3 (01:03):
Yeah, I'm really excited.

Speaker 1 (01:05):
Well, we'll see. That's all coming up all right.

Speaker 5 (01:08):
First, we have to send some love to our newest patron,
Julie Chang. Remember that you patrons get episodes early and
ad free with a pregame. This week we had a
serial killer story from a haunted prison, as well as
the mystery of a leg that was seen on the
side of a Dallas highway. Seriously, it's an epic story. Yeah,
and it can only happen in Dallas. Of course, you

(01:29):
can get all of that and years of exclusive content
at patreon dot com slash hontdaf.

Speaker 4 (01:33):
Okay, Time for some quick updates. Last week we talked
about that Drake Shake video that was making the rounds
and if it was the same trip that our friends
from National Park after Dark was on. So Cassie and
Danielle got back to us and said that though that
wasn't their trip, they were stuck in that same storm
no way, That's why the footage looked so similar.

Speaker 1 (01:51):
And if you haven't seen.

Speaker 4 (01:52):
It yet, go to honidaf dot com and go to
the Companion blog from last week because we did post
a link there.

Speaker 1 (01:58):
Yeah, so you can see the video and all of
their pictures. Crazy and Arctic a trip.

Speaker 3 (02:01):
Glad everything is safe and sound now.

Speaker 1 (02:03):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (02:03):
We also got another update from Tony about the Haunted
book that we sent to her. We were joking that
this was a harbinger of bad luck, but her ever
reliable car broke down this past week, so we told
her just get rid of the damn thing, the book, that.

Speaker 1 (02:17):
Is, yes, absolutely.

Speaker 5 (02:18):
We also told her to run it through some burning
sage first and maybe smudge herself, just to be on
the safe side. So, needless to say, we will not
be sending that book to anyone else.

Speaker 1 (02:27):
Yeah, sorry, sorry about that.

Speaker 5 (02:29):
It's just like Tony, Sorry, I'm a horrible I know.

Speaker 4 (02:33):
Well, let's not wish any bad luck on her because
she is helping us out with the whole cruise thing.

Speaker 1 (02:37):
Oh that's right.

Speaker 4 (02:38):
Yes, So turns out Tony is involved with the travel
agency and she's going to help us out. So for real,
if you're interested, let us know if you would like
to go on the Haunted.

Speaker 1 (02:49):
Af cruise, because we would have to have enough people
to pull this off.

Speaker 3 (02:52):
Have we had anybody?

Speaker 4 (02:53):
Yes, yes, we had probably about twenty different people who
said yes. So we would be leaving out of Galveston
probably sometime next year. So if you're interested, shoot an
email to Honada a podcast at gmail dot com and
if you are to let us know what time of
year would work for you, because we're really gonna look
into this.

Speaker 1 (03:09):
I think they'd be super fun, so.

Speaker 5 (03:10):
Do I One last update, and that is about Floyd
our funeral home ghosts from last week. We got several
comments on him, so obviously everybody seemed to like Floyd
just like we did. Kelly says Floyd was a wonderful man.
He looked like the scary preacher on Poltergeist too, but
much livelier, and he never said a bad word about anyone.

(03:32):
Just super nice. And no, Floyd wasn't wearing the high
heels we heard.

Speaker 3 (03:36):
Lol. The high heels actually began while Floyd was still alive.

Speaker 1 (03:39):
Oh thank you for that, Kelly.

Speaker 2 (03:41):
I love I did too.

Speaker 3 (03:42):
I love Floyd so much.

Speaker 4 (03:43):
I think it's so funny that everybody kind of like
connected with him.

Speaker 1 (03:46):
You know, people were like, oh, I want to meet Floyd.
That's really can you imagine.

Speaker 5 (03:49):
I mean, he's doing one of the worst jobs in
the world right You're dealing with families.

Speaker 3 (03:53):
Who are sad.

Speaker 5 (03:54):
It's a whole sad situation. And for him to still
be wonderful and nice and cheerful, like what a lovely man.

Speaker 4 (04:00):
Maybe he's there to help the people who have died too.
Maybe he's yes, I'm choosing to believe that me too. Okay,
let's get started with this room from Angie. When my
brother and I were in second and third grades, respectively,
I had a green machine and he had a big wheel.

Speaker 1 (04:17):
So this would be around nineteen seventy nine. Not sure
if you know.

Speaker 4 (04:20):
What these bikes looked like. Lol, I know, big wheel, Okay, machine,
I don't same. I had a big wheel too.

Speaker 1 (04:27):
Oh it was awesome. I was skied. Why don't we
have like a Dutch diand yes, okay.

Speaker 5 (04:33):
Can I just I'm so sorry this is derailing it
very quickly. Nephew when he was like four, got one
of the battery operated vehicles.

Speaker 1 (04:40):
Yeah, it was like a jeep.

Speaker 3 (04:42):
It looks like a real car, but it's the tiny
version of it.

Speaker 4 (04:44):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (04:44):
I was like up to one hundred and fifty pounds.

Speaker 2 (04:47):
Let me write it.

Speaker 5 (04:48):
And I rode it up a ramp and it got
to the top of the ramp and it went like
it was like the little engine that could.

Speaker 3 (04:54):
And then bro I tipped back and down.

Speaker 1 (04:59):
Did you break his jeep, I did not break it.
Oh my god, so.

Speaker 5 (05:02):
That plastic holds up well. I wish it was on
video because it was freaking hysteric.

Speaker 1 (05:08):
I wish so bad it was right, God, that's amazing.

Speaker 5 (05:12):
See.

Speaker 4 (05:12):
I have tried to get on a big wheel as
an adult, and my fat ass just like nails it
to the ground.

Speaker 1 (05:17):
It won't go anywhere. Power Wheel Power Wheel was up
with their power.

Speaker 4 (05:22):
Wheel power Sorry all right, anyhow, now we're gonna have
to look these things up and post pictures. So anyhow,
Angie says, we went down to the basement to play
one day, but we stopped on the stairs because our
bikes were running around like kids were already playing on them.

Speaker 1 (05:40):
We were scared.

Speaker 4 (05:41):
Just thought it was interesting. Keep having fun, ladies, and
I will send more stories.

Speaker 1 (05:45):
Angie.

Speaker 3 (05:46):
That's great.

Speaker 4 (05:47):
If I was a kid, though, and I saw a
ghost riding my big wheel, I'm not sure I wouldn't
be scared.

Speaker 3 (05:52):
No, I don't think I'm getting back on it.

Speaker 1 (05:53):
Yeah, I'm like, it's yours now, Yeah, keep it.

Speaker 3 (05:55):
You own it, all right.

Speaker 5 (05:57):
We also got this one from Valerie back in the
early nineteen eighties.

Speaker 3 (06:00):
I'm loving all this retros. I know got going.

Speaker 5 (06:03):
My mother was taking a parapsychology class. Her teacher mentioned
that sometimes people leave a tape recorder next to a
grave while recording to see if any ghostly noises could
be recorded. So my mother, younger sister, and a family
friend decided to leave one next to a mausoleum in
a local cemetery. They buried it at ten pm in some.

Speaker 3 (06:23):
Leaves so that nobody would see it. They retreated at
three am.

Speaker 5 (06:27):
Then all sat in my mother's bedroom while she rewound
the tape, then pushed play I Love It. Nothing happened
for a few minutes. Then all of a sudden, we
heard what sounded like a change door being shaken. Oh ex,
someone was inside trying to force it open. All of
us got major goosebumps, and the dog started growling. My

(06:47):
sister recalls hearing a moan like sigh as well. Finally,
the tape recorder stopped, but the tape hadn't come to
the end, It just stopped playing.

Speaker 3 (06:56):
Oh wow.

Speaker 5 (06:57):
None of us know or remember whatever happened to that tape, though.
That's our true ghost story, Valerie.

Speaker 4 (07:03):
Damn it, what do these tapes always disappear? I don't
know what would we even play it on though, Like,
I don't.

Speaker 3 (07:08):
It's true, I don't know where we get a cassette player.

Speaker 4 (07:10):
Yes, I see this paranormal psychology class teacher, just going
around finding out where the students are putting their tape recorders,
just messing, just like.

Speaker 1 (07:19):
I love that though. Thank you, Valerie.

Speaker 2 (07:21):
Beyond the Pillow.

Speaker 1 (07:26):
All right, it's that time again, guys.

Speaker 4 (07:28):
We have a dream to analyze, at least we think
it might be a dream.

Speaker 5 (07:32):
This is from TG hey Julian Rebecca. First of all,
I want to say I love the podcast. I started
binging it at the beginning of the year and am
fully caught up.

Speaker 3 (07:40):
Dang, that was fast.

Speaker 1 (07:41):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (07:42):
I love the stories and your banter. So I previously heard.

Speaker 5 (07:46):
A story about a sucubas experience. I too had one
and would like to share.

Speaker 3 (07:51):
Heads up, it might be a little.

Speaker 4 (07:53):
Naughty, and I'd just like to add I took out
the naughtiest parts.

Speaker 1 (07:56):
Okay, okay, so I.

Speaker 5 (07:59):
Get I already read it, so I know what's gonna happen,
But yeah, it's pretty naughty with that naughty Wow. I
was flown out to San Diego for a job interview.
The company was in a pretty remote area, so they
put me up in an Airbnb. It was a nice
little bungalow with a creek out back. Really peaceful spot.

Speaker 4 (08:16):
That sounds amazing, it does, I'm very jealous for a
job interview. Yeah, The first night was fairly chill.

Speaker 5 (08:22):
After the interview, I hung out with the team for
a bit and got back around seven pm and just
relaxed on the patio watching the sunset over the creek.

Speaker 3 (08:29):
Then I headed to bed. That night, I had this.

Speaker 5 (08:31):
Wild dream where a super curvy woman was on top
of me in full on coitus, but I could not
see her face. I could only make out the outlines
of where her features should be. Right as I was
about to finish, she dug her hands into my sides.
The pain was so sharp it actually woke me up.
I checked my phone and saw it was around four am.

(08:51):
I just stayed up since I could not fall back asleep.
I flew home the next day and crashed pretty hard
when I got there the next morning, though after a shower,
I noticed bruises on my ribs. That was when the
dream came rushing back. Weeks later, I was sharing the
story with friends when one of them leaned in and said,
sounds like you had a run in with a succubus.

Speaker 1 (09:11):
I love that.

Speaker 3 (09:11):
It's so cash.

Speaker 1 (09:12):
Yeah, sounds like it sounds like it just run in.

Speaker 5 (09:15):
So that is my succubis story and to a lesser extent,
my weird, wet dream story.

Speaker 2 (09:23):
We bro.

Speaker 5 (09:25):
I will definitely send more stories. Love y'all, tg PS.
I moved to Dallas for college in the early two
thousands and remember tuning into the radio and hearing Julie's warm,
familiar voice. It became a part of that chapter in
my life. So when I recently came across the podcast,
hearing her brought back waves of memories, like opening a
window to a time I'd almost forgotten.

Speaker 1 (09:46):
Oh that is really sweet. That is really sweet. Thank
you so much, TG.

Speaker 3 (09:50):
Little annoy you don't remember Rebecca on Kyla. I'm just kidding.

Speaker 1 (09:54):
So dreamy Bot had a lot to say about this.

Speaker 4 (09:58):
I can only imagine assuming it was dream so I
sent the full analysis to TG. But the basic idea
is this, the dream is likely surfacing a deep seated
fear of intimacy, vulnerability, or perhaps a feeling of being
controlled or undermined in your relationship.

Speaker 3 (10:14):
Man, that's a lot already a lot.

Speaker 4 (10:16):
Yes, it could also be indicative of a struggle with boundaries.
The pain is a signal that your boundaries are being
violated and your subconscious is forcing you to acknowledge it.

Speaker 3 (10:26):
Okay, So whoever TG is dating break up?

Speaker 1 (10:29):
That is what I'm hearing well.

Speaker 4 (10:31):
At this point in time. And so it's possible that
this dream is showing you that you're allowing someone to
take advantage of your generosity, or that you're suppressing your
own needs in order to please others, or maybe you just.

Speaker 1 (10:42):
Had sex with a succubist.

Speaker 3 (10:43):
I am going with sex with a sccubanst.

Speaker 1 (10:45):
I'm going because none of the other stuff can explain
the bruises.

Speaker 3 (10:47):
It right, all right?

Speaker 5 (10:48):
Our next one comes from Kristen. Hi, ladies, I've been
taking my dogs to the local dog park for at
least fifteen years. It's a beautiful lake with a mountain
view and tons of wildlife.

Speaker 3 (10:58):
Well, I'm very jealous of it.

Speaker 5 (10:59):
Yeah, I really enjoy making it a part of my
daily routine, and over this many years, I've taken multiple dogs.
A while ago, i was walking by myself with my
two dogs and a little girl, maybe four or five
years old. Said, Hi, Christy. I stopped in my tracks
and said, what.

Speaker 2 (11:14):
Did you just call me? Yeah?

Speaker 5 (11:15):
Realizing that I was probably coming off as angry, I
backpedaled and I ask again a little more kindly. She said, Hi, Christy,
you have two other dogs with you. No one but
my close family calls me Christy. And there's no way
that this tiny stranger knew my name. I told her
mom that, and she asked, do you know each other?

Speaker 2 (11:34):
Bro?

Speaker 3 (11:34):
No, I don't know your four year old. She have
adult friends. You don't know about. What is this mom thinking?

Speaker 1 (11:39):
That's a very good question. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (11:41):
So the whole time this little girl was giggling and smiling.
I wish I had thought to ask more about the
dogs that she saw, or anything besides the sputtering that
I actually did. I love to think that my mom,
who had passed, or my two dogs, Charlie and Maddie,
who had also passed, may have been walking with me
that day. Thanks for all your hard work, Kristen.

Speaker 1 (12:00):
They were absolutely with you. Isn't that amazing?

Speaker 4 (12:03):
So looks, that's Charlie, the big one is Charlie, and
that's Maddie.

Speaker 1 (12:06):
And that's the beautiful walk she's taking.

Speaker 3 (12:09):
I am so soaking jealous.

Speaker 4 (12:11):
Yes, she lives in Alaska. So look, and here's Kristen,
which Charlie's precious. She told me that after Charlie passed.
I think she called him her soul dog.

Speaker 3 (12:20):
I have Mac is my soul dog.

Speaker 4 (12:22):
Yes, yeah, I love that she took his ashes and
had his collar tattooed on her.

Speaker 1 (12:28):
In black ink with his I did not know that
was a thing.

Speaker 3 (12:32):
Christy, I love you.

Speaker 1 (12:33):
I know that is so amazing.

Speaker 3 (12:36):
I would do that in a heartbeat, I know.

Speaker 4 (12:38):
Thank you so much for sharing that story. And yes,
I'm choosing to believe that your mom was there and
all of your dogs.

Speaker 1 (12:43):
She had like a whole pack of dogs with you
at that point.

Speaker 3 (12:46):
What a good feeling to know that you're surrounded by
all these people.

Speaker 4 (12:49):
Oh, if you aren't watching on YouTube, but make sure
you go to the Companion blog. This is episode eleven,
I think season eleven, so you can see those pictures
because they're amazing. All right, guys, So this next one
is a little long. Get you drink, get your gummy
whatever it is that you need, and settle in.

Speaker 6 (13:04):
Hi, ladies, my name is Chad, and our paranormal group
is called Doctor ghost hunters. And I only bring that
up because I am a physician and I try to
look at things very skeptically, and when we go out
and do paranormal investigations, I try very hard to debunk
them or explain them away scientifically. Now, before I tell

(13:24):
you the story, I want to say thanks to both
of you. I binge through your show probably in the
late fall of twenty twenty three. I got injured while running,
so I had to do a lot of therapy in
the pool. But I wasn't smirched in the pool, so
I would listen to your show NonStop while running little
laps in the pool.

Speaker 2 (13:44):
So appreciate all to you.

Speaker 6 (13:46):
Okay, So this story is centered around the Haunted Hill
House in your neck of the woods in Texas. This
is the one in Mineral Wells, Texas. So the very
famous Haunted Hill House. My buddy Jason, my dad and
I went out to go invest gave for two nights
in December of twenty twenty four. The first time we
were there, things started a little slow, and then before

(14:06):
we finished our investigation for the night, we heard a
disembodied voice followed by some of our gear going off,
and we did happen to catch that on audio and
on our camera, so we thought that that was pretty significant.
So night too, we have all of our equipment. We're
upstairs in this room known a If you're familiar with
the house, I'm just gonna spell it out and you're

(14:26):
gonna understand why at the end of this Toby room,
that room's thought to house a negative entity. So upstairs
in that room we had all of our gear set up.
I heard something that sounded like a disembodied voice. We
have our rampod that seems to be going off the
cameras that the owners have set up. They captured some

(14:48):
voices on those cameras, which was pretty impressive. But as
the night goes on, we're a little bit on edge.
We split up for solo investigations. In My buddy Jason
is in the back poker room. I think it's called
the Scratcher room, you're familiar with it. And unbeknownst to Jason,
my dad was still investigating tob Wise room right up
above him, and both of them heard a disembodied voice,

(15:11):
you know, so much so that I heard my dad
come running down the stairs to tell me, and as
he's telling me about it.

Speaker 2 (15:16):
Jason then exits the room to tell me he heard
it too, and we capture that on audio. But as
we're going back and.

Speaker 6 (15:21):
Listening to that digital recording in real time, we capture
what sounds like a pretty wild EVP.

Speaker 2 (15:28):
And I'll send this over to you guys. You can
hear it.

Speaker 6 (15:30):
I don't want to tell you what I think it says,
but there's definitely something there. So that's really a pretty
significant piece of activity for us. I live in Utah
and we don't have a ton of paranormal locations here.
There's some good stuff, but never like we've captured at
the Haunted Hillhouse. But this is actually where the story starts.
And I'm sorry I'm being long winded. It's hard to
start a story five minutes in, but.

Speaker 2 (15:51):
Here we are.

Speaker 6 (15:52):
So I get home and we have a couple of dogs,
one of which is named Max. And don't worry, for
all of your dog lovers, Max is okay. We've had
Max for about a year and a half and never
once does he bark in the middle of the night.
So the night I get home, Max wakes up at
about two or three am. Of course it has to
be that time. Just barking wildly and there is just

(16:15):
nothing in the hallway. So he barks for about ten seconds,
wakes me up, and I don't think much of it
because it's never really happened before, and I go back
to bed. Two nights later, the exact same thing happens.
I go and look, there's nothing out there. I go
back to sleep. So a few days later I start
working on the footage with editing and uploading it. And
again when I upload that footage onto my computer and

(16:36):
start working on it, that night, Max barks again and
I go and look. We have Nest cameras all throughout
our house. There is nothing that is triggering at least
that we're captured. Then I put together the clip of
the EVP that I mentioned to you earlier, and I
show it to my wife, like you got to look
at this, And she's pretty skeptical. She'll come along with
us sometimes she's like, oh, okay, that's pretty impressive. The

(16:59):
next day after I show it to her, she gets
COVID for the first time.

Speaker 2 (17:02):
We thought she was gonna be a never covider.

Speaker 6 (17:04):
But she had a run of five years and then
catches COVID. Probably no big deal. The next day, I
show it to Janie, another one of our investigators. The
night I show it to Jamie, Max again wakes up
in the middle of the night barking. I finished the intro.
I send it to Jason and my dad for them
to look at, and I kind of expect something to happen,
to be honest, but that night nothing happened. I send

(17:25):
them a text in the morning and I start to
explain to them the Max thing and like Sarah getting
sick and the barking, and I'm like, I'm really glad
that when you guys watched it last night, nothing happened.
And they both messaged me back and they said, hey,
you kind of send it over late. Neither of us
ended up watching it, so then they watch it that day,
and sure enough, that night, Max wakes up barking like crazy.

(17:46):
The next day, Jason texts me and says that he
had a wicked way he believes is a stomach bug.
He's a doctor too, he believes it was a virus,
but vomiting diarya the whole bit.

Speaker 2 (17:57):
That lasted for a day.

Speaker 6 (17:59):
As I go to put out the video publish it,
Max again middle of the night, barking so at this point,
I have no clue what's going on. So finally I'm like, Okay,
I cannot explain with science or with any level of.

Speaker 2 (18:13):
Evidence how this would happen.

Speaker 6 (18:15):
But I'm really concerned that the thing from Toby the
Negative Entities Room, I think it followed me home. And
I can't even believe this because I used to make
fun of Bagan's all the time for doing this and
all the shows that would claim something followed them home.

Speaker 2 (18:29):
So I asked Arin to sage me.

Speaker 6 (18:31):
So she took me outside, did a little sage of cleansing,
and ever since then, no more marking in the night.
And as we talk now, that was four and a
half months ago. So I don't know. We're going to
go back to the Haunted Hill House at some point,
and if and when we do, both of you are
welcome to come with us. It'll be our treat for
the entertainment you all have provided over the past several years.

Speaker 2 (18:52):
Again, I'll send you the clips of the stuff that
I have. Pretty wild story. Hope you enjoyed it.

Speaker 6 (18:56):
Sorry this was a long one, but I'm happy to
tell you more about it if you ever want to.

Speaker 2 (19:00):
Thanks for all you do.

Speaker 1 (19:01):
Okay, thank you.

Speaker 4 (19:02):
Chad, Please tell me he sent the EVP, so before
I play this, do you think this is like a
ring situation?

Speaker 1 (19:08):
Like if we listen to this, are we all going
to get like COVID or Diaryea?

Speaker 5 (19:13):
Thinking back when he was telling the story, I was like,
he's just passing it off to everybody I.

Speaker 1 (19:17):
Know, Like, what what's gonna happen? And to be fair,
I did watch this yesterday.

Speaker 3 (19:22):
Did anything happen today?

Speaker 4 (19:24):
No, nothing has happened today. I did have a friend
tell me a story about shitting her pants.

Speaker 3 (19:28):
I mean, maybe that was the rhea. Maybe that was
maybe that's what you get.

Speaker 4 (19:32):
Yeah, I have I don't think i've had anything that
cats have acted normal.

Speaker 1 (19:37):
Everything's been relatively normal. But all right, guys, good, that's
a good sign.

Speaker 2 (19:41):
Here we go.

Speaker 1 (19:41):
We're all gonna get haunted by Chad's EVP.

Speaker 2 (19:47):
What was that? Sure? A girl or a woman in here?

Speaker 1 (19:54):
There it is and sore he replays it, a girl
or a woman in here? Yeah, what do you think
that was saying?

Speaker 3 (20:04):
I think it said hello?

Speaker 1 (20:06):
Oh really?

Speaker 3 (20:06):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (20:07):
All I heard was like it didn't even sound like
words to me.

Speaker 3 (20:11):
Really, yeah, the first time I didn't.

Speaker 5 (20:12):
But then when I like really was like focused, focus, focus,
I heard a little.

Speaker 4 (20:18):
If you're not watching on YouTube, definitely go and watch
the video. We'll post that with a companion blog as well,
because Chad's really cute.

Speaker 1 (20:25):
He's got his GoPro on. Oh, I love it. He's
got all of his equipment ghost busting gear.

Speaker 2 (20:31):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (20:31):
So here I come in to shit on everything. No,
you're not shitting on it.

Speaker 4 (20:37):
If you didn't, you didn't hear anything. No, I mean no,
I hear, I hear any VP, I hear you here.
I want to know.

Speaker 3 (20:43):
But you heard two voices?

Speaker 4 (20:45):
Yeah, well I heard the hair rare at the beginning,
and he says, is there a woman in here?

Speaker 1 (20:50):
And then you hear the Oh.

Speaker 3 (20:52):
I thought that very first thing was just like a
member of the team.

Speaker 1 (20:56):
No, it's it's.

Speaker 3 (20:57):
Hear that then too.

Speaker 1 (20:58):
There are two sounds.

Speaker 4 (21:00):
Okay, First of all, how often do we have that
much activity in a place.

Speaker 1 (21:05):
You don't go to Hillhouse without catching something, right.

Speaker 5 (21:07):
Like, everybody that we know that's ever been has a story,
has a story, has audio scratches, the whole shebang.

Speaker 4 (21:13):
Has anybody been to Hillhouse before the current owners?

Speaker 3 (21:18):
Oh that's a good question.

Speaker 4 (21:20):
I would love to hear, because I know that it
has exchanged hands, I want to say, in the past
twenty years. And I think before it was just like
an Airbnb and people would just hang out and spend
the night and try to capture stuff. It does seem
like whatever this activity is has ramped up a dramatically,
And I don't want to go in and like poop
on everybody's experiences, you know.

Speaker 3 (21:42):
But it just, I mean, like like it feels too
good to be true. It's insane.

Speaker 4 (21:45):
I mean, think about like the amount of EVPs that
we've gotten over the year, right, and just how cool
they all are. But you have two in one moment.

Speaker 3 (21:55):
I wonder do people do do y'all check the walls
in the corners and all that kind of sunder the
beds for any kind of speakers or.

Speaker 1 (22:02):
I don't know. I mean, I'm sure I don't think
you can look in the walls.

Speaker 5 (22:06):
That would be right, But wouldn't you be inspecting things
like I'd be looking behind mirrors and behind dressers.

Speaker 3 (22:12):
Oh, I'm sure be on the safe side.

Speaker 4 (22:13):
Well, and you should see Chad, he's got a ton
of equipment. They've got so much equipment they're very thorough
and they're also skeptics, so they're not going to go
in and.

Speaker 1 (22:22):
Just like oh that was a voice.

Speaker 2 (22:23):
You know.

Speaker 4 (22:23):
I'm sure that they're checking out as much as they
are allowed to. So I would love if any of
you guys have been Actually, i'd love to hear from
anyone who has been to Hill House and not had an.

Speaker 3 (22:35):
Experience that's actually a better idea.

Speaker 5 (22:37):
Yes, like all you people who've never heard anything there,
come on out with your story.

Speaker 1 (22:41):
Please let us know.

Speaker 4 (22:43):
Yeah, because I feel like now if you and I went,
nothing would happen because we've been questioning.

Speaker 1 (22:48):
It true multiple times now, so they'd.

Speaker 5 (22:51):
Be like what, I guess we already know these naysayers
turn everything off right.

Speaker 4 (22:56):
And they'll be like, if you were a real believer
or something I've just said, we've never at these people,
they might be great. I have no idea, but yes,
if you've been to Hillhouse and nothing happened, I love
to hear from you.

Speaker 5 (23:06):
Please let us know what you think Chad's EVP is saying.
I think it says hello, Julie has no idea. Also,
let us know if you get sick or catch catch
a bad case of the rea after listening.

Speaker 1 (23:17):
To this, it sounds possible. It could, it could happen.

Speaker 2 (23:20):
We don't know.

Speaker 3 (23:20):
I'll let you know next week.

Speaker 1 (23:22):
Yeah, if we have some problems, God, really do we
have to say that? Do we have to have him?
By the way, guys, we will let you know.

Speaker 2 (23:28):
Guess what.

Speaker 3 (23:30):
I hope not. I'm going to say I hope not.
If anything, I'm going to hope my dog starts bathing.

Speaker 2 (23:34):
Weird.

Speaker 3 (23:35):
Yeah, so if yours does as well, let us know.

Speaker 5 (23:37):
And Chad, yes, we will take you up on that
next trip to the Haunted Hillhouse. We have been discussing
this one forever, it seems like and think it would
be a lot of fun to.

Speaker 3 (23:45):
Go with people who have a ton of equipment.

Speaker 1 (23:47):
Oh my god, they have so much stuff. Yeah serious,
I think he said they had like doctor paranormals, some kings.
I'm sorry.

Speaker 4 (23:54):
I will put it on YouTube right here, and we
will postling definitely in the Companion blog before we go.
