Speaker 1 (00:00):
Okay, so Maxwell, she's expected to testify before Congress on
August eleventh. This is following a subpoena which was issued
by the House Oversight Committee. But then yesterday that judge
said that they're not going to release any of the documents.
But this, this is from the Florida case.

Speaker 2 (00:18):
And this is what I asked Steven.

Speaker 3 (00:19):
He knew about as I said, they all the time,
you know, these rico investigations or whatever, when they make
the big arrests, the mafia guys, et cetera, and the
prosecutor comes out. They've got the big board behind them
with all the information on it. They had to have
a reason to charge these people. They have to have

(00:40):
some evidence. You don't need a grand jury testimony to
do that.

Speaker 2 (00:45):
Lay out the evidence you had, which is why you
charged them.

Speaker 1 (00:49):
So this judge from Florida, this federal judge in Florida,
said that they can't release it because of the current law.
The Eleventh Circuit precedent doesn't all allow the disclosure. Okay,
let's let's play this out case a binding legal precedent.

Speaker 3 (01:04):
Yeah, let's play this out. Okay, let's say tomorrow. Donald
Trump walked out and said here's everything. I dare a
judge to do something to me for exposing human sex trafficking. Yeah,
what's the judge gonna do. He's the president of the
United States, gonna arrest him?

Speaker 2 (01:21):
What's he gonna do to it?

Speaker 1 (01:21):
But they've already done that, right what Trump.

Speaker 2 (01:25):
Can get whatever he wants.

Speaker 3 (01:26):
The government has it. They were presenting the case, they
have the evidence. This is what's so maddening to me. Well,
if the court says we get it, you can do it.
Dare a federal judge to try to throw you and
contempt a court or arrest you or whatever because you
exposed human sex trafficking the public.

Speaker 2 (01:43):
The public would be outraged if that happened.

Speaker 1 (01:45):
So going to that, back to that House Oversight Committee,
which is led by James Comer from Kentucky. He not
only did the he subpoena Gislene Maxwell for deposition on
August eleventh. They've also peened Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, the
FBI director, some former attorneys general like Merrick Garland, also

(02:10):
Bill Barr, Jeff Sessions.

Speaker 2 (02:12):
They've also wrote Trump.

Speaker 1 (02:14):
They've also subpoenaed Robert Mueller.

Speaker 2 (02:17):
Right, what about Trump?

Speaker 1 (02:18):
His name's not on the list.

Speaker 3 (02:19):
Isn't that convenient because we know Trump had contact with Epstein. Yeah,
there's no more proof Trump was any more involved with
Epstein or less involved with Epstein than Bill Clinton is.
And now there's all these reports out there that BONDI
told Trump his name was in the files, and I
haven't heard any real refute today yet. Maybe I missed that,

(02:40):
But there's probably thousands of people who are connected to
Epstein who didn't do anything wrong. I'm gonna guess Trump
is one of those people. I want to know everything.

Speaker 2 (02:49):
It's no, it is just what.

Speaker 3 (02:50):
Why are we so damn curious about Diego Morales now
the Secretary of State because it keeps hiding stuff. The
longer you refuse to come clean on what's going on,
the more curious you get. The more curious people get,
and the more people keep looking and going, what is
this person hiding.

Speaker 2 (03:07):
Some if there's nothing there, If some.

Speaker 3 (03:10):
Local motion paid for you to go to India, tell
us the name, if you paid the money back, show
the proof.

Speaker 2 (03:17):
It's so easy to do it, everybody would go home.
But he won't do it. Same thing here. Put all
the information out.

Speaker 3 (03:23):
Let the public see who this guy was involved with?
Who was on the island. Who went and if you had,
if you're Trump, you probably did have got contact with him.
He was a prominent member of the New York social community.
There's probably numerous instances. Roslind Carter was photographed with John

(03:44):
Wayne Gacy. Nobody thinks she was burying bodies in the basement.

Speaker 1 (03:48):
So Epstein's brother Mark is disputing the White House claims
that Donald Trump never visited Epstein's office. He said that
it's a blatant lie.

Speaker 2 (03:57):
He was there.

Speaker 1 (03:58):
People that work for Jeffrey could testify that they saw
Trump in Jeffrey's office on numerous occasions.

Speaker 3 (04:03):
See, and this is the problem, right, Like nobody. Look,
I don't for a second believe Donald Trump was in
human sex trafficking or was doing anything untoward like that.
I don't think that for a second. But I do
think Trump had a lot more contact with this guy
than he's probably led on.

Speaker 1 (04:18):
And is that what he's afraid of? He doesn't want
the American people to think that he was doing something.

Speaker 2 (04:25):
Like traffic I think I.

Speaker 3 (04:26):
Just think Trump just has to control everything, and I
think right any association with this guy is poison. However,
look at all the people that have had contact with
this guy who probably also didn't do anything illegal that
are probably in these documents.

Speaker 2 (04:41):
Put it out there. So, yeah, you know, I knew
the guy.

Speaker 3 (04:45):
He was a New York socialite, right like, we were
at these parties together. I knew him, you know, I
corresponded with him. I certainly wasn't involved in any human
sex trafficking or anything like that.

Speaker 2 (04:57):
I had no idea this was going on him. This,
this is horrible.

Speaker 3 (05:00):
Here's all the information, here's all the people who were
connected to this guy. Here's all the evidence the government
had which led us to these charges. They do this
all the time in these cases where they put the
evidence out to the public because they want to sway
public opinion.

Speaker 2 (05:13):
They want the credit. Just do that here.

Speaker 1 (05:17):
Do you believe anything, Jiselene Maxwell says, is this the
eighty twenty?

Speaker 2 (05:20):
If you're dependent upon a human

Speaker 3 (05:22):
Sex trafficker for information, who has something to gain, right,
