Speaker 1 (00:00):
Previously on your morning show with Michael Del Choono, and you.
Speaker 2 (00:05):
Have the same inspired stop it. Don't you ever let
anybody take.
Speaker 3 (00:14):
No no it is the motto keep come, come along.
Speaker 2 (00:20):
Twenty minutes after the hour, these are your sounds of
the day. Well this was yesterday, you know, as the media,
mainstream media was really trying to play up control of
the country is about to shift to the Democrats in
two special elections. What an embarrassment. How fast Trump has fallen.
Of course it's a narrative that has since died of reality.
But here's how our favorite Scott Jennings handled the nonsense
(00:44):
in the moment. These special elections will tell us blank eh,
very little.
Speaker 3 (00:50):
I mean, look, there's special elections, and turnout in a
special election is vastly different than a turnout in a
midterm or even a turnout in a presidential To Maria's
point about people being sick of Donald Trump, I just
point out and SEEBS poll yesterday, he has a fifty
percent approval rating, which is higher than the portion of
the vote he got November elections. So I don't think
people are really sick of it. I do think a
couple of things are true number one. The Republican Party
(01:12):
is grappling with a new reality. We have a lot
of voters in the party that do not vote regularly.
They're low propensity voters. They turned out for Donald Trump.
They like to vote when he's on the ballot. But
even in the November election, you saw people show up
vote Trump and then leave the rest of it blank.
Speaker 2 (01:27):
I know, you guys know how I feel about him.
He's just in a sea of voices in an ocean
of noise. He's somebody you should be listening to. We've
always said it this way. Is this a big Republican stronghold.
Is this a big red wave? No, it's an orange wave,
and it belongs to Donald Trump. If he doesn't play
(01:51):
king maker, well and hand this off to the next
don't assume this is Republican victories. Now. He is right.
It's a special election, and turnout is bad and Republicans
are bad at turning out in special elections. But Patrona
is still one ninety seven to seventy two thousand. Now,
(02:11):
if you compare that to what Gates did, Gates won
two hundred and seventy four thousand to one hundred and
forty thousand, I'll grant you that with far less voters,
fifty six percent is lower than sixty six percent, but
you're not comparing apples to oranges. It's a special election.
(02:32):
Randy Fine one with one hundred and ten thousand votes
to Josh Wheel's eighty three thousand votes. That was fifty
six to forty two. Michael Waltz, who's now fat thumbing Conference,
calls one with sixty six point five percent of the
vote two hundred and eighty four thousand to one hundred
and forty three thousand. So the percentages are off, but
that's special elections, and they don't scream assign a problem.
(02:55):
As we talked about, we're gonna talk with David Snadi
about the who's behind all this signal stuff with Goldberg
because there's somebody behind it. There are strange names that
pop up, and there's money behind it. Elon Musk went
on Fox last night's report, he knows who's behind all
this violence aimed at Tesla and charging stations. There's gonna
(03:20):
be some very embarrassing prosecutions. Listen. Attorney General Bondi has
said the same thing. I believe that that is exactly
what will happen. Do you know where they are? We're
coming for them. Do you know who those generals are?
Speaker 4 (03:33):
We know, we do, yes, And hopefully the prosecution will
be for Rico and an organized criminal enterprise, which makes
the penalty a lot more serious.
Speaker 2 (03:45):
Uh And now to Jesse, Yes, yes.
Speaker 3 (03:49):
Absolutely, these these are these are serious crimes.
Speaker 2 (03:54):
Where the organizers and pushes of mass violence will go
to prison for a very long time. I think it's
going to blow up in their face when we talk
about whether it's Trump derangement syndrome, musket arrangement syndrome. I
don't know if it's a separate Tesla derangement syndrome. Going
(04:18):
back to the caller just a few minutes ago, you know,
I'm sure there's a lot of Democrats that are like this.
This is one of the problems. Now, some of this
is mental illness. Remember yesterday, in that poll, who really
is out there supporting attacking teslas? We found it was democrats,
(04:39):
it was atheists, it was young people, and it was
those that pay attention to the news multiple times a day. See.
Somewhere mixed in with all of this is the social dilemma, which,
by the way, shameless plug, if you've never seen the
documentary The Social Dilemma. You're six years late, but go
(05:03):
watch it. It will give you a lens to view
the world like you've never had before. You've seen lives changed. Right.
That was a normal person when I knew her. Now
she's getting dialed up and doing films all day long.
(05:24):
Not everybody responds to social media the same Some get obsessed.
Not everyone responds to the news the same way. Some
get obsessed. There's mental illness, there's social dilemma, and then
there's derangement, and there's this US versus them mentality out there.
This really struck Read and Jeff Hard yesterday. This is
(05:48):
a young woman and she's describing a coworker that she
once respected.
Speaker 5 (05:54):
Listen found us day that somebody that I work with
is a conservative, and he's somebody who's really intelligent, and
he's somebody who works in climate tech.
Speaker 2 (06:03):
As a super smart guy. Some super smart guy works
in something. You're trying to forgureut how they turned on
Tesla once their golden child. This guy was super smart,
he was working in climate tech. She really liked him,
but she found out he was conservative. Apparently no longer
he smart. Apparently no longer. Is he a great guy?
(06:23):
This is the social dilemma, This is the US versus
them mentality that's been created.
Speaker 5 (06:30):
Somebody I would never have thought was conservative, and apparently
he is. And it's surprising and it's disgusting. But what's
most surprising to me is the level of sudden hatred
that I have for him. Sudden hatred for this man
who I used to respect suddenly just went boop boop.
Speaker 2 (06:49):
And I and that is the woke mind virus in
a social media convention confession. Now, would she give him
the right to respond to this would disgust? We said
(07:10):
it looked like a combination of Porter Wagner and Uncle Sam.
But it was a big day in the Oval office
for Kid Rock and he shared with Fox how that
and the Bill Maher meeting came about.
Speaker 6 (07:28):
And thirty seconds I went on Bill's show, I went
on his podcast, and I said, man, you know, nothing
happens if people don't break bread together and met face
to face. He's been one of the president's hardest critics.
And we came to dinner, me, Bill, Dana White.
Speaker 4 (07:41):
And.
Speaker 6 (07:43):
It could not have been better. Everyone was so surprised,
so pleasant. The most shocking thing to me was, you know,
Bill's obviously very big liberal, very hard in the president,
but he's donated a lot of money to other politicians.
You know, you've had Biden, Clinton, Obama, everybody. He had
never been to the White House, and the President was
so gracious. He took us up to the private residence.
We saw the Gettysburg address in the Lincoln bedroom and
(08:05):
I was like, you've never been here, Bill, And I
was like, how about this President Trump, you know, extending
this olive branch and like, and we talked about things
we had in common, you know, ending wokeness, you know,
you know, securing the border. You know, the President was
asking him what he thought about policy, you know, going
on with Iran and Israel and things. It was, it
just meant, it blew my mind. It was I was,
(08:26):
I was, you know, very very proud.
Speaker 2 (08:28):
You know that it wasn't always this way, It wasn't
always this dysfunctional. I remember I was very close friends
with well Stllham Steve Largin, and I remember one time
we went to his ranch and when we were driving
he was talking, he got well, I was with Bill
last night, the President, Oh how'd that go? And all
of a sudden, he got like all somber. Michael, I'm
(08:51):
telling you you'd love him. That was his response, you'd
love him. I said, what do you mean, I'd love him?
You'd love him. He's just is the greatest guy. It's
hard to meet with him. I mean, how can we
have nothing in common? And yet he'd be such a
great former football players Because that's how the real Bill
Clinton would make you feel and charm you. So part
(09:16):
of this is charm. I mean people that get alone
with Donald Trump, whether it's Joe Rogan, no matter who
it is, they tend to and that I mean, you'll
never get Bill Marer to be a Republican, but he
knows the Democrats have become crazy and he can be
won over by Trump and that could be really big.
But I mean the message here is we could have
(09:37):
differences and still get along. I have a friend who's
an atheist. I love him most days. I die for
him before I died for people quote unquote that are
my brother. There is an illness, there is a dysfunction
we're living in and if it dies as fast as
wokeness will be all the better for it. That is
(09:57):
your Sounds of the.
Speaker 1 (09:58):
Day, Miss would miss a lot, and we'll miss you.
It's your morning show with Michael del Cherno
