grateful you're here now. Enjoy the podcast to.
Speaker 2 (00:19):
Make the.
Speaker 3 (00:22):
Starting your morning off right, a new way of talk,
a new way of understanding because we're in this together.
Speaker 1 (00:31):
This is your Morning Show with Michael O'Dell Chorna.
Speaker 2 (00:36):
Finally, all wait in today isn't great to hit the
fan at the airport?
Speaker 1 (00:42):
I mean, what's gonna happen the people that didn't get
their little star on their driver's license? People watch. Christy
Nome has said traveling without a real ID compliant card
will still be permitted for now.
Speaker 2 (00:59):
So so you know.
Speaker 1 (01:01):
For all of our holding our breadth that what today
was going to bring at airports.
Speaker 2 (01:08):
Exhale Christy Nome to the rescue.
Speaker 1 (01:10):
Pakistan is calling an operation by India an act of war. Boy,
it seems like yesterday and it's been twenty two three
years somewhere in there, give or take by memory, I'll
never forget. I was on the air Intel's Oklahoma, and
I watched America just completely oblivious, just not even aware
(01:35):
much of the world, not even really talking about But
Pakistan and India were on the brink of a nuclear exchange,
and had that happen, you're looking at you know, potentially
hundreds of millions just gone vaped in a second. And
(01:57):
these two countries do not like each other all. And
I will tell you this about India. India means what
it says, and says what it means, and they don't
like Pakistan. They don't take a lot of threats or grief.
Very short fused and very decisive. So when I saw
(02:19):
that yesterday, boy, those memories started flowing back. You don't
want to see this escalate. But we're going to keep
an eye on that. The Supreme Court is allowing President
Trump to implement a ban on transgendered people in the military.
Another court victory. And am I the only one noticing that.
It's good to be on the road. It's good to
(02:39):
be an underdog. That's what happened in the NBA and
the NHL Pacers on the road.
Speaker 2 (02:46):
Take two from the Cleveland Caves.
Speaker 1 (02:48):
You know, I've said I think the the Oklahoma City
Thunder are far and away the best team in the NBA,
and certainly the best in the West. But I had
concluded a long time ago Cleveland was the best of
the e even over the Celtics, who also lost at home.
Speaker 2 (03:03):
I'll remind everyone, but.
Speaker 1 (03:04):
Cleveland loses both Game one and Game two at home
to the Pacers. The Warriors go and take game one
in Minnesota from the Timberwolves. The Oilers in hockey go
into Vegas take game one from the Golden Knights. Carolina
took game one from the Caps in our nation's capital.
I mean, we should take this show on the road.
(03:27):
It'd be nice to be in a town where winning
is the norm. Well, it's been a while since Nashville's
won anything, isn't it. But the CMA's are coming. So
you can go dehydrate in the sun, dress up in
your jeans and sweat.
Speaker 2 (03:41):
Don't forget the hydrate. I did that yesterday.
Speaker 1 (03:46):
Just you know, we had what four days of rain,
it seemed, and yesterday was just so beautiful. I said enough,
I gotta get out, and I went and golfed, and
it was great to golf in the weather and get
some vitamin D and some sun and I'm in a
much better mood. Although I am playing one legged, and
like any good golfer. Now, I have a very strained
(04:07):
Achilles tendon on my left side. I can't put any
weight on it, which you have to. I'm left handed, which,
by the way, I want to make clear today, and
it's very important that I do this. I swung a
baseball bat left handed and I golf left handed, but
I throw and write right handed.
Speaker 2 (04:28):
Frankly a weird twist about me.
Speaker 1 (04:30):
If I wanted to be, I could be ambida, a ambidextrous.
Speaker 2 (04:34):
Yeah, you can't say it, or ambi normal.
Speaker 1 (04:36):
Right, because we do have a new study out that
perhaps all people who are left handed, well, they have
mental disorders.
Speaker 2 (04:51):
Thank you so much. Tell me something I didn't know.
Speaker 1 (04:54):
We're gonna breeze buy that story a little.
Speaker 2 (04:57):
Bit later on.
Speaker 1 (04:58):
But no, I was just you know, I one leg,
which is you know, it doesn't affect my short game
at all because you want your weight forward, which is
my right foot. But you know, in a full swing
you take your weight on the backside and you transfer
it to the front. So every time i'd be at
the top of my back swing, I'd feel that pain
and then I have to not let it affect the
rest of my swing. But I shot up seventy seven,
(05:18):
which is pretty good for one leg.
Speaker 2 (05:19):
Too shit, And if this keeps up, I'll cut it
off right.
Speaker 1 (05:23):
I mean, if I think I can play better with
a hoof, I'll do it.
Speaker 2 (05:27):
So you're left handed, and you you swing left handed.
Speaker 1 (05:30):
I swing left handed, but I throw right handed because
I'm left handed. But I cannot swing a club left handed.
I have to play right handed.
Speaker 2 (05:37):
Man. I think that all is it's all based.
Speaker 1 (05:39):
On dominant eyeah, and I think when we're children and
nobody knows better.
Speaker 2 (05:45):
So my brother was always a fanatic with the grandkids.
Speaker 1 (05:47):
Put that baseball in his left hand, because you know,
let's face it, you got.
Speaker 2 (05:52):
To be a great right handed pitcher.
Speaker 1 (05:54):
I mean, you got to have some stuff and a
strong arm to make the major Like, hey, you could
be Men's.
Speaker 2 (05:59):
And men's if you're left.
Speaker 1 (06:01):
If you're if you're really weak left, at least to
put him in the bullpen. So you say you got
a curveball, let's see it. Let's see it left handed.
But yeah, that's I don't know. Can you could it be?
Could that be true? If you're left handed, you're more
likely to be mentally challenged. I mean I've always been
told that I was lazy and didn't apply myself. So yeah, Jeffrey,
(06:23):
I mean read, would you please research if John Fetterman
is left handed? Now he's getting all these allegations, isn't that.
I have three favorite stories today, so I'll cut right
to him. I could play you a clip. I already
deleted it, by the way, I'm not going to do it.
I just didn't feel comfortable going back to a time
post stroke where John Fetterman was. I mean, I get
(06:46):
the relevance of it. That's what he looked and sounded
like when he wasn't well yet and he beat doctor
Oz and became a United States senator. But he doesn't
act like that anymore. I mean, it is so obvious
to anyone. The clip in that we were going to
play basically, he's in a debate with doctor Oz. They
(07:07):
introduced him, and he starts by saying hello, good night.
You know, obviously his brain was doing you know, when
you have a stroke. I'll never forget that for three days.
My grandmother didn't know who we were. That was the
worst part. Oh wow. But he's better now, and he's
finally making sense, common sense, and he's like he's in
(07:33):
it at his best and maybe the only one in
the party that has any common sense. And now suddenly
he's being attacked for mental illness. He's a fact to himself,
he's a threat to the country. He finally defends himself.
That's a great story. This is actually tragic. It reminds
me of a Hillary Clinton Clinton quote one time that
(07:54):
just stopped me dead in my tracks. But James Clyburn,
when you last saw James cly he was four years ago,
at seventy nine, cutting a deal in South Carolina to
rig the election for Joe Biden. Joe Biden had been
fourth in Iowa, seventh in New Hampshire. He was done about.
The only thing he did good was stand there and look,
you know, abused by Kamala Harris accusing him of being
(08:20):
a racist, and that sent her packing. But Clyburn cuts
the deal and instead of Bernie Sanders again getting the nomination,
they replaced it with Joe Biden. He's eighty three years
old now, and you know, when asked, well, how long
are you gonna, you know, stand this, his exact quote
(08:40):
is quitting congress.
Speaker 2 (08:43):
Would it be give up my life? Now?
Speaker 1 (08:47):
It's okay to utter the words this has been my
life work. There's a great line in the movie Sully
where the pilot does that and he's being by the
NTSB forty two years. It's been my life work. Okay,
that's an okay statement. But I can't retire. I can't
(09:12):
leave office. If I'm not a congressman, I'd be giving
up my life, my entire Listen, all of us be
careful of this. This is a teachable moment for all
of us, because this is what happens when we lose
our job. For some people, if you have this stuff
(09:33):
out of whack, it's like losing your life. It becomes
a grief issue. And by the way, take that life pause,
gift from God, and get things back in order so
that that doesn't ever happen again.
Speaker 2 (09:51):
So the Hillary comment, because I'm a.
Speaker 1 (09:55):
Democrat, I'm a liberal, I'm this, I'm I'm a mother,
I'm a husband, I'm a wife.
Speaker 2 (10:05):
Before he gets slipped, that would have been Michelle.
Speaker 1 (10:09):
And I looked at that order, and I was in
awe and it was probably out of the abundance of
her heart that her mouth spoke was probably the truth
to her.
Speaker 2 (10:21):
But I'm like, WHOA, that's no way to live.
Speaker 1 (10:28):
First of all, I am first and foremost defined by
my faith. That's where I get the order of who
my Creator is, and that I'm His creation, and that
I'm made in his image. And I'm here with a
number one numeral uno purpose. Because it doesn't matter how
long you're here, thirty years, fifty years, one hundred years.
(10:52):
It all boils down to getting the answer to one
question right. And we know this from Christ. Who do
you say that I am Peter? Because whether you're here
fifty years or one hundred years, you're gonna hear a
million explanations of who's what. And that was going on
throughout Israel. But arguably the most dramatic moment, and the
(11:17):
entire greatest story ever told, is Jesus wheeling his head
around looking at Peter.
Speaker 2 (11:23):
Can you imagine anybody get a tough question in class
with the teacher.
Speaker 1 (11:29):
Calls on you right in front of everybody, and here
you are, among the twelve closest people.
Speaker 2 (11:39):
To the Rabbi, Oh John the Baptist Ezekiel Head turns Peter,
who do you say that I am? And without hesitation,
you are the son of the Living God. You are
the Christ, you are the Messiah.
Speaker 1 (11:58):
He got the only question that matters, right, because it
won't be did you serve in Congress?
Speaker 2 (12:04):
And how long? And that's not going anywhere for eternity.
I'm never getting fired.
Speaker 1 (12:13):
So you got to know who you are because it
informs everything in life. It informs the kind of husband
I am, and which should be my second priority, because
I could never love my kids more than I love
my wife. That I'm a father, a future grandfather, not
anytime soon, everybody relaxed. These are the things that would
define me after that. I'm a son to Joan and
(12:36):
Bob on earth. I'm a brother to Bobby and Vic
on earth, and I got tons of friends. I don't
when Hillary did it, I didn't know, honestly, and I
didn't want it to sound like bragging, but I didn't
know how low I'd get to go on a list
(12:56):
before I'd arrive at Republican. I mean, even radio host
author would be above that, conservative, way above that. What
would the world call me a nativist, bigot, tyrant, insurrectionist, zealot, islamophobic, homophobic.
(13:19):
I don't know what all the names they would get
me written? How far down the list you'd have to
get to?
Speaker 2 (13:24):
You know, red?
Speaker 1 (13:24):
And I use nut quite off nut? Yes, well that
one's true, but I mean that. But seriously, take a moment.
We're all asking the question, why do these people stay
till the toe tag? Why doesn't anybody leave these jobs?
Marsha Blackburn is remembered to run for governor? Are you
kidding me? You were in Congress when I moved here.
(13:51):
Now you're in the Senate. Who wouldn't want to go?
I mean, you've got all the best benefits. It doesn't
get any better than that, a Senate pension. Come on,
go home dot org have a great Why don't you
want to spend.
Speaker 2 (14:08):
Those last great years with your spouse?
Speaker 1 (14:10):
Why don't you want to spend those last years with
your children and grandchildren?
Speaker 2 (14:15):
I mean, I you can use the talkback pundon.
Speaker 1 (14:19):
I'm telling you, and I'm not being pious, and I'm
not sitting on a white horse.
Speaker 2 (14:24):
Down boy, got up? Did I just speak as a horse? Wi? Anyway,
that's the nuts part that's going on.
Speaker 1 (14:32):
Why wouldn't they go home? It's I just can't even
conceive it. And then here comes eighty three year old
James Clyburn. I can't quit Congress. That that'd be giving
up my life. Your life is being a representative in Congress.
(14:57):
It's your Morning show with Michael del Journo Jeffrey Wred.
Speaker 3 (15:03):
I gotta ask you because it's my birthday and I
need to laugh.
Speaker 4 (15:06):
Can I get a common word salad?
Speaker 2 (15:08):
Please? What is strange? What a strange book? Well, of
course you can. The question is which unburdened by is?
You know?
Speaker 1 (15:20):
People forget may I because Gabe started listening in Saint
Louis and then has since moved to Florida. Lucky for him,
your morning show is on both in Tampa and Saint Louis. Wow.
Uh so I want to do something special for Gabe.
He's like a brother from another mother. I think everybody
forgets this one because there are some kamalas that are
just drunk sounding. This was one of the original word
(15:43):
salads and by definition trying to be profound, trying to
sound intelligent.
Speaker 2 (15:49):
And making no sense. Oh, this was the original classic
talking about.
Speaker 5 (15:54):
The significance of the passage of time by the significance
of the passage of time. So when you think about it,
there is great significance to the passage of time in
terms of what we need to do to lay these wires,
what we need to do to create these jobs. And
there is such great significance to the passage of time
when we think about a day in the life of
(16:16):
our children.
Speaker 2 (16:21):
Hi, my name is vern Aaron and my morning show
is your Morning Show with Michael del Jorno. Hey, it's
me Michael.
Speaker 1 (16:34):
Your Morning Show is heard live from five to eight
am Central, six to nine am Eastern, three to six
am Pacific on great radio stations like News Radio eleven
ninety k EX in Portland, News Talk five point fifty
k FYI and Phoenix, Arizona, and Freedom one oh four
seven in Washington, d C.
Speaker 2 (16:50):
We'd love to have.
Speaker 1 (16:51):
You join us live in the morning, even take us
along on the drive to work, but better late than never.
Enjoy the podcast. There won't be chaos at the airport today.
Homeland Security Secretary Chris Gnomes says traveling without a real
D compliant card will still be permitted for now.
Speaker 2 (17:06):
Well, let's bend that way they had. Do you want
years to get it? How long do they get a
When does no mean no? When does these security actually
go into effect? Right? Pakistan's back at it.
Speaker 1 (17:20):
They got bombed by India and they're calling the operation
by India an active war.
Speaker 2 (17:25):
Let's pray that's not the case.
Speaker 1 (17:27):
These two came close to a new exchange some twenty
two years ago. There's no love lost here and India
doesn't take no crap from nobody.
Speaker 2 (17:36):
They are very quick, quick.
Speaker 1 (17:38):
To act, quicker than a very highly respected president is.
The Roman Catholic Church is in the process of electing
a new pope. And it's good to be on the
road in the NBA and the NHL because if you're
on the road, you're winning. If you're at home, you're losing.
More on all of that and more coming up in
the top five stories that they can't have your morning
show without your voice. Love to get your emails Michael
(17:58):
d at iHeart media dot com, or you can use
the talkback button on your iHeartRadio app, like John Youngstown did.
Speaker 3 (18:04):
My wife, we were retiring this year after thirty four
years of teaching.
Speaker 2 (18:09):
She said to me the other day, I get to
spend all my time with you, with our children and
our grandchildren.
Speaker 6 (18:17):
I'm going to pour.
Speaker 1 (18:18):
Out my cup of love and then I'll get it
filled up again. She said, I'm going to pour out
my cup of love again and get it filled up again.
All I want to do is day in and day
outs here.
Speaker 2 (18:30):
On well, And I don't know.
Speaker 1 (18:32):
Maybe I'm being unfair what John is commenting on, if
you're just waking up a lot of alarm clocks are eighty
three year old Democrat Congressman from South Carolina James Clyburn
is quoted as saying, well, why don't you you know
you're eighty three years old. I can't quit Congress. Quitting
Congress would be to give up on my life. And
I'm thinking how sad it would be. How sad would
(18:54):
it be if my whole life was being a talk
show host. That would be the over God, over my marriage,
over my children. And I guess it just means maybe
I'm a family man. Maybe I'm a faith in family man,
and that's why I.
Speaker 2 (19:13):
Don't get it.
Speaker 1 (19:14):
But I'll caution you, there's got to be more than
to life than what we do now. As important as
John's wife's role was in shaping young people's minds, heart's
character in life.
Speaker 2 (19:30):
I would think it would be natural now to step
away focus on her marriage, her children, her grandchildren. I mean,
when I used Marsha Blackburn as an example, I mean,
why wouldn't you go home? I clearly am not staying
(19:50):
on the air till the toe tag, and I want to,
you know, grab at least a good ten to fifteen
years where I can still walk and do things and
make memories with my wife, whether that's going to Italy
Israel or to one of our kids house to play
with the grandkids. I just don't I just don't get it.
Speaker 1 (20:13):
But I don't think there's anybody that would make the
argument it is healthy to find your identity in what
you do. In fact, what we need more of is
people that are really good at what they do, but
are really good people while they're doing it. But it
just seems off to me. And I used the old
Hillary quote because when she said it, I thought, well,
(20:34):
I'm either nitpicking the snot out of her or it's
very revealing. I'm a Democrat, then I'm a this, then
I'm a that, then I'm that. But like six down
the list was mother ten down the list was white.
Speaker 2 (20:48):
Can't really blame her on that one. And I'm like,
what are you saying about yourself?
Speaker 5 (20:54):
Now?
Speaker 1 (20:54):
I wish every day I lived like my priorities. Most
days I do. Your checkbook is your best indication. It'll
give you away every time. So yesterday I was, you know,
I was gonna go see my mom at the nursing
home and he goes, you know what you need? You
need to do something for yourself, Go go play golf.
(21:15):
It's beautiful out. It was so good to get that permission.
My mom won't give me that permission. I will get
severe guilt later today when I arrived and perhaps it
was karma when I stepped into a sinkhole and nearly
died on the seventh hole, My goodness filled that.
Speaker 2 (21:35):
In or mark it with a flag something. It maybe
even been concussed. I don't know. I blacked out.
Speaker 1 (21:42):
Is that how you pulled your No, that was before
I limped into the hole and then I concussed my
way out of the hole.
Speaker 2 (21:48):
But no, it's I just what are your priorities?
Speaker 1 (21:51):
It just seems kind of look, congratulations, Sean, you married well,
and enjoy your wife now that she's home full time,
and we recommend Lisa couple of hobbies to get.
Speaker 2 (22:01):
You out of the hobs down. Okay, why is that?
Speaker 4 (22:05):
You know?
Speaker 1 (22:05):
You guys all laugh off the air and leave me
hanging all hanging all alone.
Speaker 2 (22:10):
You're not gonna get us in trouble. Mister. Where was I? Oh,
we're selecting a pope.
Speaker 1 (22:15):
The conclave begins today, Now that could be. It's always
nice to get in the mood and watch the movie Conclave.
All right, I have my picks to click for you.
There's three things behind every one of these cardinals that
everybody thinks as a really good chance of coming away
with white smoke. There is a great story, don't get
(22:38):
me wrong. I have a little bit of a different criteria.
First of all, you'll never know these names again because
they will choose a name. And I got such a
sneaking suspicion that it's going to be Zoopy and he's
going to choose the name Francis.
Speaker 2 (22:57):
The second, I just my gut, really, but I do
it differently.
Speaker 1 (23:04):
You know, there was a long time like everybody would
go pouring over the poles and I would always go
by yard signs. Listen, I know what the polls are suggesting,
but these are the yard signs I'm seeing, and everybody,
I would do it just to bust chops, you know,
But my science says, I look deeply into.
Speaker 2 (23:19):
The face who looks like a pope, Like.
Speaker 1 (23:23):
There's some really good resumes here, but when I zoom
in on the face, that's not a pope. Like if
you've seen the movie Conclave, Stanley Tucci looks like the pope.
Speaker 2 (23:35):
He doesn't go on to win it.
Speaker 1 (23:37):
It's a boiler alert, but he looked like the pope.
So here's your top candidates. I really like mateo zoopee h.
He is sixty nine years old, which is just the
right age. You don't want to be too young. There's
the reason why we think it takes a while to
become a cardinal, obviously, but I think they tend to.
Speaker 2 (23:57):
Like older popes. Yeah, you really can't.
Speaker 1 (24:02):
This could be insulting to Catholics, and I don't mean
it that way, but yeah, of case you get a
bad one.
Speaker 2 (24:06):
He's not around one.
Speaker 1 (24:09):
Yeah, so he's a bullseye at sixty nine, I think,
without question, and I know I'm not a Catholic and
I have no right to say, but he would be
the most continuity with Francis. So if you want to,
and that's what conclaves are all about, you just went
(24:30):
very Now, Francis was radical in his humility and I
think christ Like characteristics. He just wasn't very traditionally doctrinally
conservative in any way. So it was a doctrinal movement
(24:54):
to the left that they may want to correct to
the right.
Speaker 2 (24:58):
If they do that, it's not going to be zupe.
Speaker 1 (25:01):
But he is stacked eighty what was it eighty of
the one hundred and twenty that will be voting, we're
all there because of Francis. There's only I think I'm
going by photographic memory here, and I could be completely wrong,
but I don't think I am. There's five left from
John Paul the Second, my favorite pope ever, hands down,
and then I think there's nineteen from Benedict. Benedict was
(25:24):
very conservative, so the Catholctures went had a very conservative
John Paul the Second, followed by a very conservative Benedict,
and then went very liberal with Francis. Does it go
back to conservative if it stays liberal? I think you
got to give a big nod to Zoopee and the
age is there, and I got to tell you, I'm
(25:44):
going to give him on a scale of one hundred
scale and I'm going to give him a ninety two one.
Speaker 2 (25:50):
Looks like a pope, zope zoupe. Here, I hold it up.
He looks like he looks like you had a picture
of him on the on Fox News, and.
Speaker 1 (25:58):
He looks like sometimes he looks like a an accountant.
Speaker 2 (26:00):
Looks like Art Carney. There is a little bit of
resemblance to Nought, but he looks like a pope. He
doesn't get the A grades for pope.
Speaker 1 (26:09):
Now, Petro Parlon Parlon, he is the the favorite in
the race. Favorites never become pope. I'm telling you the
one who's star is the most on the rise. Actually
I want to give can I just give it? And
it's because he looks like John Paul the second? Okay,
(26:31):
uh prevost, he looks the most like a pope. I'm
gonna hold this up. Tell me that doesn'tok like John
Paul the second? He really does.
Speaker 2 (26:40):
I can see that, Yeah, I can see. Yeah, it
looks just like him. It's hard.
Speaker 1 (26:44):
This is like horse racing. Are you gonna do win
placer show? Well, it's funny. You should mention that because
provost is the speed of the race. A lot of
people are talking about Luis Tagel. This would be a
Asian pope, which I think makes it maybe.
Speaker 2 (27:03):
A little bit less likely to happen. Charisma, defense of
the poor.
Speaker 1 (27:15):
Call of action against climate change, his stance at the
church being too harsh on homosexuality and divorce couples, all
the things that Francis stood for. This would also be
one of those continuations. Your best chance at a pulpe
of color is Peter Turkson. This is a seventy year
old from Ghana, very highly, highly respected, sound like Trump there,
(27:39):
cardinal and he is certainly in the top five. I'll
tell you the one that we all looked at hard
and I am telling you his star in the two
weeks leading up to this has just been extraordinarily on
the rise. I love everything about him. Okay, from Italy,
(28:02):
Latin patriarch of Jerusalem, so from Holy Land to Rome,
the home of the Catholic Church. Very involved in the
Middle East conflicts. Just a really terrific candidate. Parabista pizza Balla.
(28:22):
Don't be fool by the pizza Balla name which I love. Listen,
I don't have to. I don't have to tell you,
and I mean no disrespect. I've always wanted to own
a sandwich shop. I love a sandwich chop. I love
walking into the sandwich shop. I love the gold cuts
to smell. I love watching everything being sliced. But oh,
I would definitely have a pizza bala sandwich where you
(28:47):
do the meatball with the muzzarella, maybe some pepperoni.
Speaker 2 (28:50):
What read. He's been my favorite since the beginning.
Speaker 1 (28:53):
No, this is an extraordin listen, all joking aside, and
I'm not Catholic, so I have no right to say this,
but this is an extraordinary guy, an extraordinary man of God.
Now here's the question. Does he look like a pope?
Speaker 6 (29:07):
Like?
Speaker 1 (29:09):
Would he shave his kotee? I think he looks great
in it. Don't get me wrong, and I'm not making fun,
but you can't have a pope with a goatee, can you?
Speaker 2 (29:17):
Well? Why not? That's that's who he is.
Speaker 1 (29:22):
I will absolutely I said Zoopy from the beginning, and
I had this gut feeling it'll be Zoopy and he'll
choose the name Francis the second because the voting deck
is so stacked to continue in a liberal direction in
Pizza Balla is my runner up. I think it's going
(29:45):
to be one of those two. But I can't get around.
And what if my old fashioned gut comes true and
we get the guy that looks like John Paul the second?
I mean, do you think there's any cardinals that when
they're just you know, looking around before they vote and go,
he looks like a pope. What if, like Yard signs,
(30:09):
it is accurate. If so, I'm telling you my long shot,
Special Robert Prevost, an American has never been pope. That
would make him a long shot. Sixty nine years old,
served as the head of the of Francis's main advisory group.
(30:33):
I'm picking all new bishops. In other words, how many
of those bishops are now cardinals? Predentually right? I won't
pick an American though, right, But the conclaict begins today,
so we got to make our final pick. I think
I'm picking Zoopy, hoping for Pizza Balla, but I can't
(30:53):
get around how much this guy looks like a perfect pope.
Speaker 2 (30:57):
And Prevost let's see how I do.
Speaker 1 (31:00):
I mean, I got the presidential election.
Speaker 2 (31:02):
Exact three and twelve electoral books. You did you knowed
it right. I nailed that. Can I nail the Pope too?
